On average, more than 4,000,000 people a month have quit their jobs already this year, and the research shows the trend is not going anywhere anytime soon. Why wouldn't you quit your job? Right?

Right? Why would you become a project manager when you could pretend to drink non alcoholic beer while you drive your car recklessly, only to then publicly prank the police officers when they try to arrest you.

Why would you work for a nonprofit, right, when you could shoot a confetti gun at a homeless person's face, disorienting them and frightening them half to death only to then shower them in Xbox Live game codes. Right? The American dream has changed. Right? It is no longer about a stable job, a family, a pension fund.
