Episode 40 - Psalm 46:1

Hello, and welcome back to the two minute grace podcast.

今天我们读的经文是诗篇第四十六篇第一节。

Our verse today is Psalm forty six one.

经上说：神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

It says, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

你知道吗，这又是神话语中一句特别鼓舞人心的话。

You know, this is, again another encouraging word from God's word.

它说神是我们的避难所，也是我们的力量。

It says God is our refuge and strength.

祂就是我们的避难所。

He's our refuge.

在困境中，我们可以投靠祂。

A place where we can go in times of trouble.

正如经文所说，祂是我们躲避周围危险的安身之所，而且神也是我们的力量。

A place where we can seek refuge literally as the word says from from the dangers around around us and it says that God is our strength.

即使我们软弱，即使觉得自己不够格，神依然是我们的力量，我们可以信靠这一点。因为他是我们的避难所和力量，经上说，神在患难中是随时的帮助。

Even when we are weak, even when we don't think we have what it takes, God is our strength and we can trust in that And because he's our refuge and strength, it says that God is also a very present help in trouble.

他总是在那里。

He's always there.

他不是那种我们打电话求救，他可能过一阵子才想起来接，或者才回应祷告的人。

He's not just someone we can call on and he might get around to picking up the phone or he might get around to answering our prayer.

经上明确说，他在患难中是随时的帮助。

It says he is a very present help in a time of trouble.

没错。

Absolutely.

而且，这也让我想到一个问题。

And, you know, it also makes me think too.

我们在患难中该怎么亲近神呢？

How do we reach God in those times of trouble?

是通过祷告。

It's through prayer.

所以今天你出门在外、默想这节经文的时候，我鼓励你保持一颗祷告的心，随时向神倾诉你的需要、困难和忧虑，因为祂必为你担当一切。

So I would just encourage you as you go about your day today, and just as you ponder on this verse, that you also have an attitude of prayer, to constantly go to God and reach out to Him with any of your needs, any of your troubles, any of your cares, because He will take care of them for you.
