Episode 6 - Matthew 22:37

Hello, and welcome back to the two minute grace podcast.

今天我们要看《马太福音》第22章第37节。

Today, we're looking at Matthew chapter 22 verse 37.

这里说的是耶稣在回答一个问题：律法中最大的诫命是什么？

This is Jesus speaking here in response to a question that he was asked, what is the greatest commandment in the law?

他回答说：你要全心、全魂、全意爱主你的神。

And he said to him, you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

你知道吗？法利赛人、撒都该人和文士们想陷害耶稣，逼他挑出十诫里哪一条最重要，或者在他们看来，那六百多条律法中哪一条最核心，好找借口控告他。

You know, what the Pharisees and the Sadducees and the Scribes were trying to do to Jesus is they were trying to trap him and get him to tell them which of the 10 commandments or probably even in their minds which of their 600 plus laws was the great one so that they could have a cause to accuse him.

但耶稣没有按他们期待的那样回答，反而给出了一个更了不起的回应。

But instead of answering them and what they expected, he did something far greater.

他用一句话就概括了整条律法。

He summed up the law in almost a single statement.

你要全心、全魂、全意爱神，其他福音书里还加上了一句：以及尽你的力量。

You shall love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and in other places where this event is recorded it says, and your strength.

耶稣知道，真正顺服神就是爱他，因为爱已经成了我们顺服的动力。

Jesus knows that ultimately to obey God is to love him because love has become the motivator in our obedience so so to

所以我们能够做到。

我们不会去偷窃，也不会犯奸淫。

And steal from them or commit adultery.

我们不会贪恋别人的东西。

We wouldn't covet other people's things.

如果我们真正爱神，就不会妄称神的名。

If we love God properly, we won't blaspheme God's name.

我们不会敬拜偶像。

We will not have an idol.

我们不会把任何东西放在神前面。

We will not put something in front of God.

如果我们真正爱神，就会自然地被激励去顺服。

If we love God properly, it will motivate us to obey.

就像杰森刚才说的，你可以把上帝给你的爱，传递给身边的人。

And just like Jason was saying there, one thing that you can do is show that love that God has shown you to other people.

这就是我们基督徒向他人作见证的方式。

That's how we can witness as Christians to others.

所以，朋友，在你日常生活中，或者与人相处时，不妨为对方做一件善意的小事，一个不经意的善举，我相信上帝一定会为你开路，让你做到。

So friend, as you're going on about your day or the time that you interact with somebody, do something kind for them, just a random act of kindness, and I'm sure that God will open a door for you to do that.
