They use slang.

他们说的可不是教科书上的英语。

Speaker 1

你好,奥布里。

Hello, Aubrey.

Speaker 1

最近怎么样?

How's it going?

Speaker 0

我很好,林赛。

I'm great, Lindsay.

Speaker 0

你呢?

How are you?

Speaker 1

还不错。

Good.

Speaker 1

我们今天聊什么?

What's what are we talking about today?

Speaker 0

我先提个问题,咱们从这儿开始吧。

Well, I have a question to start us out here.

Speaker 1

好。

Okay,

Speaker 0

最近有什么事让你特别开心吗?

what is something that happened recently that made your day?

Speaker 1

上周我去接狗的时候,每次它都特别兴奋。

Well, every time and last week I picked up my dog from daycare and he was so excited to see me.

Speaker 1

它一看到我就跳起来想冲出来,狂吠不止,一看就知道是主人来接它了。

It's like he jumped up over the thing to try to get out and was barking like crazy and you could just tell like his mom's picking him up.

Speaker 1

那真是最棒的时刻了。

So that was the best.

Speaker 0

我太喜欢了。

I love that.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

最近我在我们社区里用了这句话,因为有个学生发的一条内容真的让我特别开心。

I use this phrase recently in our community because something one of the students posted really made my day.

Speaker 0

是关于播客的一个特别正面的评论,我当时就想,这真是一天中最棒的事。

Was like a really positive comment about the podcast something and I was like, that just made my day.

Speaker 0

然后有个学生在那条帖子下提了个特别好的问题。

And then a student asked on that post a really good question.

Speaker 0

他问:我们能不能把‘that made my day’用在其他时态里?

They said, can we use the expression that made my day in other tenses?

Speaker 0

比如‘you're making my day’或者‘he makes my day’这样的用法。

For example, you're making my day or he makes my day.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,这问题提得太棒了。

I'm like, what a great question.

Speaker 0

提问的是诺里科。

This was Noriko.

Speaker 0

给咱们社区里的诺里科点个赞。

Shout out to Noriko in our community.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

你好,Noriko。

Hello, Noriko.

Speaker 1

谢谢你成为我们社区这么棒的一员。

Thanks for being an amazing member of our community.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,这真的很重要,因为我们每天都在这个世界上生活、奔波。

I mean, this is so important because we walk through the world and we go about our daily lives.

Speaker 1

却往往没意识到自己其实对别人产生了影响,对吧?

We don't realize we actually have impact on people, right?

Speaker 0

完全没错。

Totally.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

有人当面夸你一句,真的特别暖心,对吧?

And it's so nice when someone gives you that shout out, right?

Speaker 0

他们承认了这种影响,也表达了内心的感受。

They acknowledge the impact, share what they're feeling.

Speaker 0

其实很多人都有这种感觉,只是没想着去告诉别人。

Because a lot of us feel that and we don't think to let people know.

Speaker 1

我懂。

I know.

Speaker 1

我们真的应该多这么做,对吧?

We really should more often, right?

Speaker 1

因为你一说,对方的一天都会被点亮。

Cause then you'll make their day letting them know that they made your day.

Speaker 0

没错,完全同意。

Absolutely, right?

Speaker 0

把这份善意传递下去。

Pay it forward.

Speaker 1

那我们来聊聊‘让我的一天变美好’这句话吧。

So let's talk about the phrase made my day.

Speaker 1

从哪儿说起呢

Where

Speaker 0

我们先从这个表达开始,再分享几个类似的用法,就像你说的,这些表达特别能拉近人与人之间的距离。

do We're we start going to go into this one and then we'll share a few similar phrases we use because these are so great, like you said, for connection.

Speaker 0

我们还会深入讲讲它的语法结构,这样你就明白它在其他时态里是怎么用的。

We're also going to dive into the grammar of this so that you know how this works because we do use it in other verb tenses.

Speaker 0

首先,'made my day' 这个说法。

So first of all, made my day.

Speaker 0

我来举几个例子。

Let's share a couple of examples.

Speaker 0

比如说,我收到一位多年没联系的老朋友的消息,那真让我一整天都心情大好。

Might say, I received a message from an old friend that I hadn't spoken to in years and it really made my day.

Speaker 1

每当同事给我带杯咖啡,我一整天都会很开心。

Or it always makes my day when a coworker brings me a coffee.

Speaker 1

当然了。

Of course.

Speaker 0

你刚才用的是现在简单时,对吧?

And there you used it in present simple, right?

Speaker 0

这其实挺有意思的,你知道的。

So this is interesting, you know.

Speaker 0

我们平时更常说的是过去时,比如‘那真让我一整天都开心’。

We do say it often in past tense, that made my day.

Speaker 0

但如果是描述一种总是能让我们开心的普遍情况,就会用现在简单时。

But we will, when we're talking about a general situation that would always make our day, we use it in present simple.

Speaker 0

总是让我一整天都开心。

Always makes my day.

Speaker 1

是啊,不过我们通常不会这么说吧?其实很少这样讲。

Yeah, but we usually don't say I mean, do we say Not very often.

Speaker 1

那种进行时的感觉,对吧?

That continuous sense, right?

Speaker 1

你这样让我一整天都开心。

You're making my day.

Speaker 0

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这种情况很少见,对吧?

It's very rare, right?

Speaker 0

对,确实很少见。

Yeah, it's pretty rare.

Speaker 0

有人可能会说‘你让我今天特别开心’,但这种情况非常罕见。

Someone might be like, Oh, you're making my day, you know, but it's super rare.

Speaker 0

我们通常还是会用过去式,因为事情已经发生了,已经让我们的日子变好了,对吧?

Instead, we would usually say it in past tense because it already improved our day, right?

Speaker 0

就算我们正在跟对方说话,对方说的话也已经是过去的事了。

Like even if we're talking to them, they said something, that's already in the past.

Speaker 0

所以我们会更自然地说‘那真让我今天开心’。

So we already would probably be like, that made my day.

Speaker 1

对

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 1

正是这样。

Exactly.

Speaker 1

你已经有过这种经历了。

You've already had the experience.

Speaker 1

那在一般现在时里呢,奥布里?

What about in present simple, Aubrey, here?

Speaker 1

举几个例子吧。

Tell some examples.

Speaker 0

是的,我们确实会用它来描述那些总能让人心情变好的事。

So yeah, we do use it to describe something that always makes our day.

Speaker 0

比如他准时到场的时候,就总能让我的一天变美好,类似这样的情况,对吧?

So for example, he makes my day when he shows up on time, something like that, right?

Speaker 0

然后我们说的是一个普遍的情况——只要发生,就一定能让我心情大好。

And then we're talking about sort of a general situation that any time it would happen, it would make my day.

Speaker 1

那你怎么补全这句话呢?

And how would you complete this sentence?

Speaker 1

当有人为你blank的时候,总能让我一整天都开心。

It always makes my day when someone blank for you Aubrey.

Speaker 1

我个人觉得,当

Personally, when

Speaker 0

有人做完事自己收拾干净的时候。

someone cleans up after themselves.

Speaker 0

这真是典型的妈妈式回答。

That's a classic mom answer.

Speaker 0

是啊,不过确实没错,对吧?

Yeah, But for yes, right?

Speaker 0

当有人主动想到去做,这挺有意思的,作为妈妈,人们常常觉得你理所当然该做这些事。

When someone thinks to because it's interesting as a mom, often people will just sort of expect you to do things.

Speaker 0

好像有个清洁小精灵,啥都帮你搞定了似的。

Like there's some kind of cleaning fairy that does everything.

Speaker 0

所以当孩子慢慢长大,开始自己收拾东西的时候,总让我特别开心。

So when kids start getting older and they start cleaning up after themselves, that always makes That my

Speaker 1

让你的一天都变好了。

makes your day.

Speaker 1

真好。

Love that.

Speaker 1

我们其实也可以用这句话来委婉地请别人帮忙。

We could also use this as a conditional, like asking someone to do something maybe.

Speaker 1

要是能……就太让我开心了,用来表达一种期待的条件。

Would make my day if, or just asking for a condition to be true to happen.

Speaker 1

要是这些云散了,天气变得特别好,那我可就太开心了,对吧?

Would make my day if these clouds would clear and the weather were amazing, right?

Speaker 0

完美,这就是个很好的例子,对吧?

Perfect Something example, right?

Speaker 0

不妨试试用这种表达方式来提条件。

Do use this as a conditional.

Speaker 0

要是我孩子今天别吵架,那我这一天就完美了。

It would make my day if my kids would not fight today.

Speaker 1

那真是太好了。

It was perfect.

Speaker 1

将来啊,等……那一定会让我特别开心。

And the future, it will make my day when.

Speaker 0

是的,这种情况比较少见,但偶尔你还是会听到这种说法。

Yeah, and this is more rare, but every now and then you will hear this.

Speaker 0

就是有一天,对吧?

It's like one day, right?

Speaker 0

等你终于准时到的时候,那我这一天就值了。

It will make my day when you finally arrive on time.

Speaker 0

我觉得我们最常这么说的时候,就是指还没发生的事。

I think that's what we use that the most when we're saying like something that hasn't happened yet.

Speaker 0

但只要那件事真的发生了,我这一天就彻底开心了。

But when that happens, that is going to make my day.

Speaker 1

这种调侃方式挺特别的,表面上是给建议,其实带着点刺,对吧?

That's a unique way of teasing someone a bitter, like trying to offer some constructive feedback, right?

Speaker 1

你从来都不准时,但只要你哪天真能准时到,那我就太开心了。

You're never on time, but it will make my day when you eventually one day.

Speaker 0

对,这确实很有意思。

Yes, and this is really interesting.

Speaker 0

这个问题问得真好,因为很多习语并不是每个时态都能用的。

It was such a great question because so many idioms you can't use it in every verb tense.

Speaker 0

它们就像固定搭配,通常只用在一般现在时,或者只用在过去时。

It's like a chunk that we will only use in maybe present simple or maybe only in the past.

Speaker 0

但这个表达是可以灵活使用的。

This is one of those that you can use it.

Speaker 0

它最常见的用法是过去时。

It is most commonly used in the past tense.

Speaker 0

‘That made my day’ 是我们常说的话,但有时候我们也会改用其他时态,灵活运用。

That made my day is a chunk we say all the time, but we will sometimes change the verb tense and use it in these different ways.

Speaker 1

对,有时候我们还会换动词,说成‘让我的一天更明亮’之类的。

Yeah, and sometimes we even change the verb and we say something like brighten my day.

Speaker 1

这个我觉得相对直白一点,对吧?

This one I think is a little more straightforward, right?

Speaker 1

可能用得少一点。

Maybe a little less common.

Speaker 1

所以‘让我的一天更明亮’就是我们今天讲的第二个表达。

So brighten my day is our second one today.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们得准备几个说法,毕竟表达这种意思不能总用同一个。

We have a few phrases because you want more than one way to say this.

Speaker 0

你得能告诉别人,他们让你开心了,给你的一天增添了光彩。

You want to be able to tell people when they're, you know, brightening your day, making you happy.

Speaker 1

当然。

Of course.

Speaker 1

当我今天早上看到你在我帖子下的暖心评论时,真的让我一整天都心情变好了。

You could say, when I saw your kind comment on my post this morning, it really brightened my day.

Speaker 1

这挺温馨的。

So that's nice.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

或者咖啡师记住了我的名字,这个小小的举动就让我一整天都开心了。

Or the barista remembered my name and that small gesture brightened my day.

Speaker 0

同样地,这些表达也可以用在其他时态里,对吧?

And in the same way, these can be used in other tenses, right?

Speaker 0

每当有人……,总能让我心情变好。

It always brightens my day when someone fill in the blank.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

太棒了。

Love it.

Speaker 1

你也可以对那个人说,你的话让我笑开了花。

Or you could say to the person, that really put a smile on my face.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我太喜欢这个了。

I love this.

Speaker 0

你分享的好消息真的让我特别开心。

Your message about the good news really put a smile on my face.

Speaker 0

意思是一样的。

It has the same meaning.

Speaker 0

就是让我觉得特别高兴,一整天都爽快。

Just made me happy, made my day.

Speaker 1

你是在告诉别人,他们的举动对你有多大的影响,这真的很重要。

You're showing people how they affect you, which is really important for people to know.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

当然。

Absolutely.

Speaker 1

下午压力这么大,看到孩子们在公园里玩耍,我立马就笑了。

Watching the kids play in the park put a smile on my face after a stressful afternoon.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这一个。

I love this one.

Speaker 0

特别正能量。

It's so positive.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

这话说得太直白了。

It's very literal.

Speaker 0

就像让我感到开心。

Like it made me happy.

Speaker 0

它让我笑了。

It made me smile.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

然后那成了我一整天最开心的时刻。

And then that was the highlight of my day.

Speaker 1

换个说法,这件事真的让我特别满足。

Another way to say this thing really was great for me.

Speaker 1

和你一起吃午饭,绝对是今天最棒的时刻。

Catching up with you over lunch was definitely the highlight of my day.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

或者收到朋友手写的便条,那才是我当天最开心的事。

Or getting that handwritten note from my friend was the highlight of my day.

Speaker 0

有意思的是,我们有时候这么说,其实是为了让朋友觉得被关心,或者让他们知道,他们做的某件事特别打动了我。

And it's interesting how we might use this to exaggerate just to like make a friend feel cared about or let someone know that we found something very thoughtful.

Speaker 0

其实不一定非得真是当天最棒的事,对吧?

It doesn't have to literally be the highlight of your day, right?

Speaker 0

这只是一种说法,意思是那件事让我特别开心。

It's just a way of saying that made me really happy.

Speaker 1

对,而且我还想补充一点。

Yeah, and also just a follow-up here.

Speaker 1

某件事会不会也可能是我这一周或者这一年的高光时刻?

Can something also be the highlight of my week or my year?

Speaker 0

当然会。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

说得对,是吧?

Good point, right?

Speaker 0

没错,完全正确。

Yes, absolutely.

Speaker 0

如果发生了特别大的事,完全可能成为你这一年的高光时刻。

If something really big happens could absolutely be the highlight of your year.

Speaker 0

比如你有了孩子,或者得到了重大晋升,类似这样的大事,确实可以这么说。

Maybe if you have a child, if you get a major promotion, something big like that, you can Yes, say

Speaker 1

对。

yep.

Speaker 1

好的,Aubrey,我们来做一个角色扮演。

All right, Aubrey, let's break into a role play.

Speaker 1

这是一次重要的对话,用来观察别人如何影响你。

And again, an important conversation to see how people affect you.

Speaker 1

让他们知道你的感受。

Let them know.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

所以我们是同事,在这儿的休息室碰上了。

So we're coworkers, and we run into each other in the break room here.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我来开头。

I'll start us out.

Speaker 0

嗨。

Hey.

Speaker 0

谢谢你发给我那篇关于市中心新咖啡馆的文章。

Thanks for sending me that article about the new cafe downtown.

Speaker 0

看起来真不错。

It looks awesome.

Speaker 1

哦,不客气。

Oh, no problem.

Speaker 1

我想你肯定会感兴趣,因为你总在找新的咖啡店。

I figured you'd be interested since you're always looking for new coffee spots.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

中午我看了他们的菜单。

I checked out their menu during lunch.

Speaker 0

说实话,这真让我的一天变好了。

Honestly, that really brightened my day.

Speaker 0

我需要点值得期待的东西。

I need something to look forward to.

Speaker 1

我懂。

I get that.

Speaker 1

这周真是够长的。

It's been a long week.

Speaker 1

你注意到他们自己烘焙咖啡豆了吗?

Did you see they roast their own beans?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我真想马上试试。

I can't wait to try it.

Speaker 0

那些可爱的小饼干让我心情大好。

And all those cute cookies put a smile on my face.

Speaker 0

我女儿一定会喜欢。

My daughter would love them.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

适合办孩子的派对。

They'd be fun for a kid's party.

Speaker 1

我打算这周末去一趟。

I'm thinking of going this weekend.

Speaker 1

坐下来好好喝杯咖啡,总能让我的一天变开心。

It always makes my day to sit and enjoy a good coffee.

Speaker 0

没错。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

当一天里最开心的事就是喝杯咖啡时,就知道这天有多难熬了。

You know a day has been tough when enjoying a coffee is the highlight of your day.

Speaker 0

确实如此。

That's so true.

Speaker 1

没错。

That's true.

Speaker 1

有时候日子过得不顺,反而让我们学会专注当下,比如就只是好好闻一闻这杯咖啡,享受这一刻的愉悦,对吧?

Sometimes when we have a hard day, it forces us into a sense of mindfulness where we're like, I'm just going to smell this coffee and that is going to be a pleasure, right?

Speaker 0

我要让自己允许这杯咖啡带给我快乐。

Going to I'm take this to going to allow this to make me happy.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

哪怕这只是件小事。

Even though it's something very minor.

Speaker 1

不过这样也挺好,能让我们被迫去感受晨风、清晨清新的空气和那阵凉风。

That's good though, that we can be forced into a sense of the breeze, the smell of the clear breeze in the morning, the fresh wind.

Speaker 1

真的很有意思。

Can really, it's great.

Speaker 0

没错。

For sure.

Speaker 0

总之,

Anyways,

Speaker 1

好吧,奥布里,咱们从哪儿开始呢?

okay, where do we start here, Aubrey?

Speaker 0

好吧,说实话,刚才那番话真让我心情变好了。

Okay, so I first said, honestly, that really brightened my day.

Speaker 0

我正需要点盼头呢。

I needed something to look forward to.

Speaker 0

这虽然是件小事。

So it's something minor.

Speaker 0

你给我发了那个新咖啡店的信息,而我最近这周或这天过得挺糟的。

Like you sent me this info about a new coffee spot and clearly I'm having a rough week or a rough day.

Speaker 1

正需要点盼头呢。

And need something to look forward

Speaker 0

所以我得告诉你,你这举动真的很贴心。

so I'm letting you know, that was thoughtful.

Speaker 0

谢谢你发给我这些。

Thanks for sending that to me.

Speaker 0

真的让我的心情变好了。

That brightened my day.

Speaker 1

我们俩这番对话真是挺温馨的。

Yeah, really nice conversation between coworkers here.

Speaker 1

你还说,那些可爱的小饼干让我笑出来了,对吧?

And then you said, and all those cute cookies put a smile on my face, right?

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

这个角色扮演在写的时候还挺有意思的。

And this one, it was interesting when I was writing this role play.

Speaker 0

有些地方其实挺微妙的,对吧?

Some of these are a little bit nuanced, right?

Speaker 0

嗯,明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我意识到,‘让人露出微笑’这种话,我们一般不会随便用在任何事上,对吧?

I was realizing that put a smile on my face, we wouldn't say about just anything, right?

Speaker 0

这可能更关乎我们个人的表达习惯,还有平时会选哪些词来说。

Maybe this is more about our own personal way of speaking and the words we would choose to use.

Speaker 0

对我来说,我会想象那些特别可爱的手工饼干,然后心里想,哎呀,真可爱。

For me, I would say this like I'm imagining these really cute handmade cookies and I'd be like, because it's like cute.

Speaker 0

我可能会说,哇,这真让人心里一暖。

I'd be like, oh, that puts a smile on my face.

Speaker 0

但我大概不会对同事说:‘谢谢你告诉我那家咖啡店,真让我心里一暖。’

But I probably wouldn't say to a coworker, thanks for telling me about that cafe, that put a smile on my face.

Speaker 0

我觉得这话有点肉麻,但我可能会说‘这让我一天都开心了’。

That sounds kind of cheesy to me, but I would say that brightened my day that made my day.

Speaker 0

我今天过得有点糟。

I'm having kind of a tough day.

Speaker 1

是的,我同意你的看法。

Yeah, I agree with you.

Speaker 1

‘让人露出微笑’这种说法,更适合用来形容那些可爱的小事,对吧?

Put a smile on your face is a little bit special for little cute things, right?

Speaker 1

可爱的小饼干。

Smiles cookies.

Speaker 0

比如孩子手写的便条,或者看到小狗在玩耍,这类事情真的会让你嘴角上扬。

Maybe like a handwritten note a kid gives you, kids playing puppies, things like that that are like literally put a smile on your face.

Speaker 0

这种时候才适合这么说。

That's when you'd use that.

Speaker 1

对,所以用的时候得挑一挑。

Yeah, so be a little selective with that.

Speaker 1

这确实跟个人性格有关。

It does depend on your personality.

Speaker 1

有些性格的人会把这种说法延伸到更多事情上,比如你本来就想表现得温柔一点什么的。

Certain personalities would expand that out to different things if maybe you're kind of like trying to be sweet or something.

Speaker 1

不过呢,

But yeah,

Speaker 0

用这些表达在语法上并没有错。

not grammatically wrong to use those.

Speaker 0

关键还是看个人的性格。

It's more about the person's personality.

Speaker 0

有些人会把这句话用在任何让他们开心的事上,有的人本来就更爱煽情,这也没关系。

Some people might say that for anything that made them happy and they were like, some people are cheesier and that's okay.

Speaker 1

有些人确实更爱煽情,这点没错。

People are cheesier, yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1

我还说,每次坐下来好好喝杯咖啡,总能让我的一天变美好。

And then I said, it always makes my day to sit and enjoy a good coffee.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

对,我特别喜欢这一句。

Yes, I love that one.

Speaker 0

让我的一天变美好,真的让我的一天变美好。

Makes my day, made my day.

然后我说,当你把喝一杯咖啡当成一天中最开心的事,那这一天肯定挺难熬的。

And then I said, you you could tell a day has been tough when enjoying a coffee is the highlight of your day.

Speaker 0

听起来我这周过得真不顺啊。

It sounds like I've had a rough week here.

Speaker 1

是啊,确实如此。

Yeah, does.

Speaker 1

希望快到周五了,为你好。

I hope it's almost Friday for your sake.

Speaker 0

没错,对吧?

Exactly, right?

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这里内容丰富,因为这段对话很好地展示了,表达‘某件事让我的一天变美好’其实有好多不同的说法,没必要老重复同样的词。

This I love that there's a lot of variety here because this conversation is a good example of you might want to say a few different ways that something made your day or was the highlight of your day and you don't want to repeat that same vocabulary over and over.

Speaker 1

完全正确。

100%.

Speaker 1

所以各位,这一点非常重要。

So guys, this is really important.

Speaker 1

我们正在教你们如何准确表达,别人为你做的小事对你产生了多大的影响。

We're giving you the tools to show how what someone did for you really affected you.

Speaker 1

这一点我怎么强调都不为过,它对建立人与人之间的连接太关键了。

Which again, I can't overemphasize how important that is for connection.

Speaker 0

另外我们还想说明,这其实是一个两部分的系列,因为我们还会用另一组表达来说明自己之前情绪低落,后来某件事让心情好转了,就像它让我振作起来那样。

And we also want to share, this is actually a two part series because we use a different set of phrases to imply that we were feeling down and something cheered us up like it cheered me up.

Speaker 0

这些表达我们会放在《商务英语播客》里分享,因为这类说法在工作场景中特别常用,毕竟我们工作时更容易情绪低落,对吧?

So we are going to share those on the Business English Podcast because often the way we use those is in more of a work context when we more easily feel down, right?

Speaker 0

很好。

Good.

Speaker 0

想想这个收获吧,这真是一个特别温暖的连接时刻。

Think for a takeaway here, this is such a great moment of connection.

Speaker 0

就像我们开头说的,Noriko 和我们很多社区学员,我经常看到他们在彼此的帖子下留言,互相鼓励,认可对方的进步。

Like we were saying at the top of the episode, Noriko and a lot of our community students, I see when they comment on each other's posts and they're like positive about the progress they're seeing each other make.

Speaker 0

然后对方也会回复说,谢谢你,这让我一整天都心情很好,真的能感受到那种支持带来的温暖。

And then the other person will post to be like, thank you, that made my day, that brightened And my you can see and feel the good feelings there to have that support.

Speaker 0

其实他们完全不用这么做,对吧?

And they don't have to say that, right?

Speaker 0

但愿意多走一步,说上一句,这种连接就特别珍贵。

But it's such a connection moment to go that extra step and say something.

Speaker 1

看到这些,我们自己也觉得特别开心,对吧?

And it makes our day to see that too, right?

Speaker 1

确实如此。

Absolutely, yes.

Speaker 1
