米歇尔,今天我们来聊聊词汇方面的话题。
Michelle, today we're talking a little bit about vocabulary.
对吧?
Right?
是的。
Mhmm.
对。
Mhmm.
是的。
Yeah.
朋友们,今天我们要教你们一些扩大词汇量的小技巧。
Guys, we're gonna teach you some tricks about expanding your vocabulary.
怎么才能快速增加词汇量,说得像母语者一样呢?
So how can you quickly, you know, grow your vocabulary list and speak like a native?
这些方法不仅能帮你在日常生活中更自如地表达,对备考雅思和托福也特别有用。
And this is gonna help you with things like your everyday life, but also IELTS and a TOEFL, whatever you're taking.
所以这一点真的非常重要,就是怎么扩大词汇量。
So this is definitely very important, just how to expand your vocabulary.
对。
Yeah.
这让我想起我住在东京的时候,在日本很容易找到那种小钥匙扣,上面挂着小小的卡片。
Makes me think of my time living in Tokyo where I actually, in Japan, it's easy to find those little key chains where they have the little tiny cards.
那些卡片很小,是长方形的,正好当闪卡用。
They're tiny little rectangular cards for flashcards.
它们可以挂在钥匙圈上。
And they they can go on your key chain.
这主意太棒了。
It's a brilliant idea.
我不明白为什么美国这儿就没有这种东西。
I don't know why we don't have them here in The US.
对。
Yeah.
那太好了。
That would be great.
对。
Yeah.
这主意真棒。
It's fantastic.
我觉得有些人甚至把它们用在手机上。
And I think some people even put it put them on their phones.
我不确定。
I don't know.
我放假坐地铁的时候,会去涩谷、新宿这些地方,把所有学过的汉字都写在这些小卡片上。
But I would ride the train, you know, my day off to Shibuya, Shinjuku, wherever, and I would have all my kanji written on those cards.
哦。
Oh.
然后就能随时翻一翻,很快地复习一遍。
And I would just be able to easily study them and just flip through them really quickly.
所以这方法有效,是因为卡片随身可取,很容易融入日常生活和通勤中。
So the the reason that worked is that they were easy to grab and easy to make a part of my life and my commute.
对吧,米歇尔?
Right, Michelle?
没错。
Right.
我觉得闪卡确实是学语言的好方法。
So I feel like flashcards are a really good way to learn.
对。
Mhmm.
没错。
Mhmm.
完全同意。
100%.
你自己学语言的时候用过闪卡吗,米歇尔?
Have you have you ever used flashcards in studying languages yourself, Michelle?
你有没有
Have found
试过这个?
this before?
我是说,我会在房间里到处贴些东西,给物品贴上标签。
I mean, I I've, like, put stuff around the room, you know, to label things.
对。
Mhmm.
你知道的,各种各样的东西都有。
You know, all sorts of things.
所以挺有意思的。
So it's it's fun.
我是说,我觉得今天的一个小建议就是,你可以试着把词汇卡片放在家里的不同地方。
I mean, I think that's one of the tips for today is, you know, try putting your vocabulary flashcards in different areas of your home.
对吧?
Right?
所以啊,对。
So, like Mhmm.
贴在冰箱上,你知道的,就是那种冰箱标签。
Put it on the fridge, you know, for a fridge.
有些词你可能已经很熟了,但也有些是新学的。
I mean, some of this stuff could be for words that you know pretty well, but some of it could be for new things.
别以为只能贴家具相关的词。
Like, you know, just think of it doesn't just have to be about furniture.
对吧?
You know?
是的。
Yeah.
可以是任何让你联想到某些东西的东西。
It can just be about different different things that it might remind you of something.
比如颜色。
It could be colors.
它可以是任何东西。
It could be anything.
所以你的意思是,标签不用非得贴在它所指的东西上,对吧?
So you're saying it doesn't have to label the thing that it's stuck to is what you mean.
没错。
Right?
我是说,大多数人通常都是这么做的。
I mean, I think the, you know, the way that most people do it.
但我觉得,你也可以稍微发挥点创意。
But I think, you know, get a little bit of little bit creative.
比如,你可能有一张特别喜欢的旅行照片,里面有个词让你联想到那段经历。
Like, maybe you maybe there's a picture that you love that you have from a vacation, and there's a word that you think of that you associate with it.
想想看,这么做其实挺有帮助的,因为你平时聊天时总想聊到旅行的回忆,类似这样的事。
And like think of how that could be useful because you wanna, in regular conversations, talk about your travel memories, things like this.
所以,你可以挑几个跟照片相关的词,贴在照片旁边。
So maybe there are some words that you can associate with that and put those like nearby the picture.
所以呢,这算是第二种做法。
So that's a that's kind of a step two way of doing it.
我觉得第一步嘛,就是给东西贴标签之类的。
I feel like step one is, like, labeling objects, things like that.
不过等你把这些词汇掌握得差不多了,还是可以给自己增加点难度。
But once you kinda master those vocabulary words, you can still make it challenging for yourself.
咱们实话实说。
Let's be honest.
英语说得挺流利,有时候反而挺让人头疼的。
Being pretty good at English can sometimes be frustrating.
别人能听懂你的意思。
People understand you.
你也听得懂他们,但就是没法像用母语那样自如地表达自己。
You understand them, but you're still not expressing yourself the way you do in your native language.
也许你会因此避免在会议上发言。
Maybe you avoid speaking up in meetings.
你可能回答得都很简短。
Maybe you keep your answers short.
你可能没让别人看到你其实那么有见识、幽默又有趣。
Maybe you don't show people how knowledgeable, funny, or interesting you really are.
B Two 英语流利课程通过有引导的口语练习、AI 反馈和实时对话机会,帮你成为更自信、更自然的表达者。

就是 allearsenglish.com/letterbnumbertwo。
That's allearsenglish.com/letterbnumbertwo.
没错,完全对。
Oh, totally.
而且我们得承认,特别是像我这样的视觉型学习者,当年住日本的时候,除了随身钥匙扣上的闪卡,我还在公寓各处贴满了单词卡片。
And we have to know I mean, especially if you're a visual learner like I am, when I lived in Japan, I put the these all so in addition to my little keychain flashcards, I had other flashcards all over my apartment.
房子特别小,才六张榻榻米,但墙上、冰箱上、镜子上,到处都是单词。
Tiny, tiny apartment, six tatami mats, so small, but I had words all over all over the place.
因为我真的特别想学好。
And because I really wanted to learn.
对吧?
Right?
我就想彻底沉浸进去,真正听懂日语。
I just wanted to immerse myself and really understand the Japanese when I was there.
所以,这就是关键,朋友们。
So that's what it takes, guys.
你真的得这么做,尤其是视觉型学习者。
You really do, and especially if you're a visual learner.
米歇尔,你觉得你自己是哪种类型的学习者?
Michelle, what kind of learner are you, would you say?
我觉得我算是混合型的,但我也确实很依赖视觉学习。
I think I'm also I'm mix, but I I definitely am visual as well.
明白了。
Okay.
你是视觉和语言型结合的那种,对吧?
Visual and verbal, would you say?
是的。
Yeah.
两种方式都用。
Like, a of two.
我觉得吧,确实如此。
I think I like yeah.
我喜欢把这两种方式结合起来用。
I like I like kind of a mix of those two.
不过呢。
But Yeah.
如果非得选一个,我
I if I had to choose one, I
我会选视觉型的。
would say visual.
视觉型。
Visual.
明白了。
Okay.
懂了。
Got it.
所以,没错。
So so yeah.
就像我们说的,你们可以把这些贴满家里的墙。
So as we're saying, guys, you know, put them all over your home on the wall.
我甚至把它们贴在了浴室里。
I even had them in my bathroom.
对吧?
Right?
贴在你的烤面包机上。
Put them on your toaster.
贴在你的冰箱上。
Put them on your fridge.
米歇尔,还有别的吗?
Michelle, what else?
还有什么?
What else?
你还可以做的一件事是,别光像我们刚才说的那样贴标签,这其实和我之前提到的有点相关,可以换个方式。
Another thing you could do is instead of just like like, we're talking about labeling things, this kinda goes along a little bit with what I was saying before to change things up.
写上你喜欢的名言或句子。
Write quotes and phrases that you like.
比如,你可能听过一句特别棒的英文名言,特别喜欢。
So maybe there's a there's a cool quote that you that you heard in English that you like.
或者我也说不准。
Or I don't know.
也许是某首歌或者电视剧里的一句话,让你觉得好笑的。
Just maybe even there's a quote from a song or a TV show, something that makes you laugh.
对。
Mhmm.
把这些也贴在墙上、索引卡片上,你想贴哪儿都行。
So put those on the on the wall, your index cards, wherever you wanna put it as well.
是的。
Yeah.
我还想再补充一点作为最后的建议。
And then I would just add to this as a final recommendation.
当然了,现在科技发展了,我们有了电子闪卡。
Of course, now technology has moved forward, so we have digital flashcards.
对吧?
Right?
对。
Right.
你有像Anki这样的应用,A-N-K-I,是个背卡片的工具。
You have apps like Anki, a n k I, right, which is a flashcard app.
所以现在不光是纸质的了,关键还是看你怎么学。
So it's not just the physical anymore, but it depends on how you learn.
我还是习惯用手摸、眼前摆张纸来学习。
I learn well physically still by touching things, having a piece of paper in front of me.
但如果你喜欢用应用,像Duolingo也有背卡功能,不妨试试各种背卡应用。
But if you prefer apps, you know, apps like Duolingo have flashcards, check out the flashcard world on your Yeah.
是的。
Yes.
我特别喜欢。
I love it.
好的,Michelle。
