But deep down, I knew I shouldn't respond, but I wanted to so badly.

And it was so excruciating, and I was so upset.

我尖叫着大哭。

I was screaming, crying.

Speaker 0

我实在太想回复了,最后把手机砸向墙壁摔得粉碎,因为我真的控制不住自己。

I just wanted to respond so bad that I threw my phone at the wall and shattered it because I couldn't handle it.

我平时不是易怒的人,但这辈子摔碎过两次手机,这就是其中一次。

I am not a particularly angry person, but I have thrown my my phone and shattered it twice in my life, and that was one of the times.

But, anyway, in my opinion, this is one of the most challenging elements of a breakup.
