Speaker 0

大家好。

Hi, guys.

Speaker 0

我是艾玛。

It's Emma.

Speaker 0

欢迎回到《无所不谈》。

Welcome back to anything goes.

Speaker 0

希望你们今天都过得特别棒。

I hope you're all having an amazing day.

Speaker 0

今天我想先给大家铺垫一下背景。

I would like to give you I'd like to kinda set the scene today.

Speaker 0

我穿着昨天穿过的脏运动裤和脏运动衫。

So I am wearing dirty sweatpants and a dirty sweatshirt that I wore yesterday.

Speaker 0

看起来就像被公交车撞过一样。

And I look like I got hit by a bus pretty much.

Speaker 0

其实我也说不清为什么。

Don't really know why.

Speaker 0

我其实没生病,就是觉得特别累。

I'm just kinda like I'm not under the weather.

Speaker 0

我不是感冒了,就是整个人提不起劲。

Like, I'm not sick, but I just feel run down.

Speaker 0

所以我现在就想尽量让生活轻松点。

And so I'm just trying to make life as easy as possible.

Speaker 0

我就随便穿点舒服的,让皮肤透透气,连妆都不化了。

So I'm just kinda just kinda wearing whatever I'm feeling, just kinda letting my skin breathe, like not wearing any makeup.

Speaker 0

头发随便扎了个发髻。

Hair's in a little bun.

Speaker 0

这种事情嘛,谁都会遇到,对吧。

Like, we're just you know, it happens.

Speaker 0

明白吧?

Alright?

Speaker 0

但我们就不纠结这些了。

But we're just gonna look past that.

Speaker 0

关键在于内在的东西。

It's all about what's on the inside.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我有一颗善良的心。

I have a great heart.

Speaker 0

我脑子里今天有很多想法,特别想跟大家分享。

I have a mind that's ready to share my thoughts about things today.

Speaker 0

咱们别总盯着外在的样子。

So let's not focus on what the what's on the outside.

Speaker 0

咱们要关注内在的东西。

We're gonna focus on what's on the inside.

Speaker 0

今天我们要聊的是住在洛杉矶的事。

And today, we're gonna be talking about living in Los Angeles.

Speaker 0

我对这地方有很多看法,不少故事,特别想说说。

I have a lot of opinions on this, a lot of stories, and I'd love to share.

Speaker 0

我知道,对于没住在洛杉矶的人来说,这座城市有种特别吸引人的地方。

I know that there's something really interesting about LA, like, when you don't live in LA.

Speaker 0

我觉得大家就是好奇,因为这儿实在太特别了。

I think people just kinda wanna know about it because it's so interesting.

Speaker 0

毕竟人人都住在这儿,光是这点就让人想了解。

Like, you just want because it's like everyone lives here.

Speaker 0

这儿住着太多人了,尤其是那些在公众视野里的人。

So many people live here, especially in the public eye as well.

Speaker 0

你关注的社交媒体上的大多数人,其实都住在洛杉矶。

So, like, you know, most of the people you follow on social media live in LA.

Speaker 0

我以前在家的时候,也是这样看的。

And that's how it was for me when I was living at home.

Speaker 0

我总看到有人住在洛杉矶,心里就想着……

And I always, you know, saw people living in LA, and I

Speaker 1

我很好奇,那生活是什么感觉。

was like, I wonder what that's like.

Speaker 0

所以我今天来跟你们说说真实情况,掏心窝子聊聊真相。

So I'm here to give you the inside scoop, tell you the truth, and kinda get down to it.

Speaker 0

我17岁就一个人搬到了洛杉矶。

So I moved to LA at 17 by myself.

Speaker 0

我一个人住。

I lived alone.

Speaker 0

我住在好莱坞,就在好莱坞大道上。

I lived in Hollywood, right on Hollywood Boulevard.

Speaker 0

这是我这辈子做过最蠢的决定。

Worst decision of my fucking life.

Speaker 0

简直太糟了。

So gross.

Speaker 0

我住的那间公寓,表面上看还挺酷的。

I lived in an apartment that was like it was cool.

Speaker 0

那是个阁楼式的公寓。

It was like this loft apartment.

Speaker 0

它也可以当工作区用。

It could also be used as a workspace.

Speaker 0

本来设计就是想当工作区、办公室或者家用的。

That's kinda what it was built for, to be like a workspace, office, home.

Speaker 0

但我把它当成了家,因为觉得挺酷的。

But I used it as a home because I thought it was cool.

Speaker 0

但那个地方特别暗。

But it was, like, really dark.

Speaker 0

根本照不进阳光,因为是在一楼,而且全是水泥结构。

Like, no sunlight really got in there because it was on the 1st Floor, and it was all cement.

Speaker 0

我在那儿待得特别压抑。

And I got really depressed in there.

Speaker 0

所以绝对不建议你搬来这儿,住这种阴暗的公寓。

So definitely wouldn't recommend moving here and getting an apartment that's dark.

Speaker 0

我觉得有光线真的特别重要。

I think having light is really important.

Speaker 0

我是吃了亏才明白的。

I learned that the hard way.

Speaker 0

我在那儿住了才八个月,但抑郁得太厉害,实在待不下去了。

I only lived there for, like, eight months, but then the depression got so bad I had to leave.

Speaker 0

不过搬走之后,情况真的好多了。

So but it actually really helped when I moved.

Speaker 0

阳光多了起来。

There was more sunlight.

Speaker 0

我的心理状态明显好转,所以说,你住的环境真的挺关键的。

My mental health improved a lot, so I would say that your environment that you live in really helps.

Speaker 0

我跟你说,那间公寓黑得离谱,根本分不清是白天还是晚上。

I swear to god, that apartment, it was so dark in there that you could not tell what time of the day it was.

Speaker 0

你看看手机,显示才一点钟。

So, like, you'd look at your phone and it'd be one.

Speaker 0

再一看,都八点了,你都懵了。

And then you'd look again and it'd be eight, and you're like, what?

Speaker 0

你根本不会注意到天已经黑了。

And you wouldn't even notice that it got dark.

Speaker 0

那地方特别特别压抑。

It was very, very depressing.

Speaker 0

所以我刚搬来洛杉矶的时候,住的是个破公寓,但还凑合。

So when I first moved to LA, I lived in a shitty apartment, but it was fine.

Speaker 0

我们也就将就着住了。

We worked with it.

Speaker 0

我想多聊聊,虽说居住条件是一方面,但我更想说说刚来洛杉矶时的人际关系。

I wanted to start more about I mean, living conditions are one thing, but kinda wanted to talk about, you know, the social element when you first moved to LA.

Speaker 0

我搬过来的时候,认识几个人。

So I moved here, and I had a few people that I kinda knew.

Speaker 0

你懂我的意思吧?

Do you know what I mean?

Speaker 0

我和他们算不上特别亲密,但有几群人认识我,还主动照顾我,这真的特别暖心,毕竟他们完全没必要这么做。

I wasn't, like, super close with anybody, but I had, like, a few groups of people that I kinda knew, and they kinda took me under their wing, which was super, sweet because they didn't have to do that.

Speaker 0

那还挺好的。

And that was cool.

Speaker 0

但尽管我有这些朋友圈子,还是觉得很孤单,因为我根本没有一个特别要好的朋友。

But even though I had these kind of friend groups that I was in, it was still really lonely because I didn't really have, like, a best friend.

Speaker 0

所以我就像是这些圈子里的局外人。

So it was like I was kind of the outsider of all these groups.

Speaker 0

他们每个人都特别包容。

They were all very inclusive.

Speaker 0

他们对我都很好,没什么好说的。

They were very cool to me, whatever.

Speaker 0

但说实话,我并不会跟他们聊自己的心事。

But I didn't really like it wasn't like I was texting these people about my feelings.

Speaker 0

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

我们就是一起出来玩,干点事儿。

It's like we'd all hang out and do shit.

Speaker 0

但到了晚上,我还是一个人回家,又只剩下我自个儿了。

But then at the end of the day, like, I was going home by myself, and I was alone again.

Speaker 0

我觉得在洛杉矶,要真正跟这些人打成一片真的很难。

And I think it was really hard for me to break the surface in LA with these people.

Speaker 0

洛杉矶很多人其实挺友善、挺热情的,这也很常见。

I think a lot of people in LA, they can be super dope, super sweet, whatever or not, which is also very common.

Speaker 0

但我那时候身边虽然一堆有趣的人,却谁都没能真正走进我的心里。

But in my situation, it was like I had a lot of cool people around me, but I never got to break the surface with any of them.

Speaker 0

所以这些关系都没能深入,你懂我的意思吧。

So none of the friendships were really very deep, if that makes sense.

Speaker 0

我真的很渴望这种联系,也必须要有这种联系。

And I really crave that and need that.

Speaker 0

我这个人,不管新认识的还是老朋友,都得不断跟人交流,不然心里就空落落的,也提不起精神。

I'm somebody that, like, I need human connection with new people, old people, like, constantly because it keeps me mentally stimulated, and it just makes me feel good.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢社交。

And I love being social.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢跟人聊天。

Like, I love talking to people.

Speaker 0

如果我跟谁都没有深层的联系,我就会特别沮丧。

And so if I don't have that deep connection with anybody, I get really depressed.

Speaker 0

所以我刚搬去洛杉矶时那么抑郁,主要原因就是觉得自己没人可以依靠。

So I think that was a huge reason why I was depressed when I first moved to LA was because I didn't feel like I had a go to person.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己没有一个知心好友。

I didn't feel like I had a best friend.

Speaker 0

后来我认识了两个最好的朋友,奥利维亚和阿曼达,我们仨一见如故。

Eventually, I met my two best friends, Olivia and Amanda, and we just all the three of us just hit it off.

Speaker 0

我们是偶然认识的。

We met randomly.

Speaker 0

我是在一个活动上认识奥利维亚的,后来就成了朋友。

Like, it was like I met Olivia at an event, and then we became friends.

Speaker 0

而她之前跟阿曼达是演戏课上的死党。

And then she was best friends with Amanda from acting class.

Speaker 0

她们当时也上表演课,后来我们三个就成了最好的朋友,因为有一次,Olivia突然说:‘跟我去科罗拉多见见我的朋友Amanda吧。’

They did acting class the other, and then we all three became best friends because one time randomly Olivia was like, come to Colorado with me and visit my friend Amanda.

Speaker 0

我就说:‘好啊。’

And I was like, okay.

Speaker 0

那时候心情还挺低落的。

Kinda down.

Speaker 0

从那以后,我们就成了铁三角,感觉像早就认识了一辈子似的。

And then after that point, we were just best friends, and we just all connected like we'd known each other forever.

Speaker 0

我真的很感激她们,没有她们的话,我肯定会特别孤单。

So I'm so fucking grateful for them because I would be so lonely without them.

Speaker 0

在洛杉矶,表面看起来很容易交到很多朋友,但真要找到一群能靠得住、能真心相处、完全信任的人,实在太难了。

And I think a huge thing in LA is that it's really easy to have a lot of friends on the surface, but it's really hard to find a good solid group of people that have your back and that you can connect with and truly trust.

Speaker 0

我觉得,一旦找到了这样的人,洛杉矶的生活才会真正变得有意思。

And I think finding that is makes LA so much more enjoyable.

Speaker 0

以前没认识这些好朋友的时候,我简直讨厌死洛杉矶了。

I think I hated LA so much before I found good friends.

Speaker 0

自从认识了他们,生活一下子好了二十倍。

And then once I found them, it was, like, 20 times better.

Speaker 0

洛杉矶当然还是有不少难处,但有他们在真的帮了大忙,这也让我想到下一个话题——洛杉矶那种表面化的氛围。

And it still has its hardships, but that really helps, which kinda leads me to my next point, which is kinda this superficial energy in LA.

Speaker 0

这种氛围真的挺吓人的。

And it's kinda terrifying.

Speaker 0

它让我特别焦虑。

It causes me a lot of anxiety.

Speaker 0

不过在洛杉矶,社交活动特别多。

But in LA, there's a lot of social events.

Speaker 0

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

你会遇到很多人。

You meet a lot of people.

Speaker 0

你见的人也多,毕竟这儿住的人多,来玩的人也多,几乎谁都碰得上。

You see a lot of people, like, rant because LA is like because so many people live here and so many people visit here, like, you end up meeting everyone.

Speaker 0

我真的认识了所有人。

Like, I've met everyone.

Speaker 0

我发誓。

I swear to god.

Speaker 0

我真的觉得,突然间我好像认识了整个该死的世界。

I swear to god, I feel like I know the whole fucking world all of sudden.

Speaker 0

因为你随便走走,就会惊呼:天哪。

Because you just walk around and you're like, oh my god.

Speaker 0

我之前在Instagram上关注过那个女孩,或者现在还在关注,天哪。

I follow that girl on Instagram, or I used to follow that girl on Instagram, or, my god.

Speaker 0

我听过她的音乐,就是因为这里汇聚了太多人。

I've, like, heard her music or, like so because it's such an area where everybody comes together.

Speaker 0

所以你会遇到形形色色的人,这有点吓人,因为很多人根本不在乎你。

So you end up meeting so many people, and it can be a little bit frightening because a lot of people don't care about you at all.

Speaker 0

他们只关心你能给他们带来什么好处,能从你这儿打听到谁的内幕,或者能挖出什么把柄来对付你。

They just care about how you can benefit them, what information they can get from you about somebody else, what shit they can figure out about you to hold against you.

Speaker 0

这简直太疯狂了。

Like, it's crazy.

Speaker 0

每个人都是这样,感觉特别怪,简直吓人。

Like, everybody's, it's this weird like, it's terrifying.

Speaker 0

很多人身上都带着一股阴暗的气息,真把我吓坏了。

And a lot of people kinda have that dark energy to them, and it scares the shit out of me.

Speaker 0

但另一方面,也有很多人和我和朋友一样,就只想好好玩,互相尊重,保护彼此的隐私,单纯地享受在一起的时光,干脆别管社交媒体,也不互相发帖。

On the other hand, a lot of people are kind of in the same boat as me and my friends where we just all wanna have a good time, treat each other with respect, respect each other's privacy, enjoy each other's company as humans, have like, just ignore the social media and, you know, not post with each other.

Speaker 0

就在现实里做朋友。

Just be friends in real life.

Speaker 0

很多人都想要这样的关系。

A lot of us want that.

Speaker 0

我觉得这其实挺好的,确实存在这样的群体,但另一端也确实有。

And I think that's really I mean, that's great that that exists, but there's also the other other end of the spectrum.

Speaker 0

所以你在这儿得特别小心,别一不小心就混进错误的圈子了。

So it's just you have to be really careful when you're here because you have to make sure that you're not, you know, getting wrapped up in the wrong crowd.

Speaker 0

但我觉得你慢慢就习惯了,也能看明白了,嗯,差不多就那样。

But I think you kinda get used to that, and you can figure out, like, okay.

Speaker 0

我能分辨出谁在利用我,那种行为我太熟悉了。

I know when somebody's trying to use me, and I know when somebody's I know that behavior.

Speaker 0

现在我特别擅长识别这种事。

I'm really good at recognizing it now.

Speaker 0

我依然会跟某些人做朋友。

And I'll still be, you know, friends with somebody.

Speaker 0

我愿意跟任何人做朋友。

I'll be friends with anybody.

Speaker 0

我从不轻易评判别人。

I don't judge.

Speaker 0

我只是会多留个心眼。

But I'll just be careful.

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You know?

Speaker 0

所以你得特别小心,别轻易和人走得太近,我觉得这挺让人难过的,因为我本来就喜欢跟谁都做朋友,敞开心扉,也愿意让别人向我敞开心扉。

So you just have to be really careful about who you get close with, which I think is sad because, for me, I love to just be friends with everybody and open up to everybody and let them open up to me.

Speaker 0

但在洛杉矶,这么做事并不总是明智的,你得比在其他地方放慢节奏才行。

But in LA, that's not always the most responsible thing to do, and you have to kinda take it slower than I think you do anywhere else.

Speaker 0

这真是双刃剑。

So it's it's a double edged sword.

Speaker 0

我在这里遇到过一些特别棒的人。

I've met some amazing people here.

Speaker 0

所以我可没说洛杉矶所有人都不好。

And so I don't wanna say that, like, everybody in LA sucks.

Speaker 0

确实有那么一点糟心的事,但那不是全部。

Because there is, you know, there is a little bit of that nastiness, but it's not everything.

Speaker 0

生活里不止这些。

That's not all that there is.

Speaker 0

所以我还挺庆幸的。

So I'm glad.

Speaker 0

至少还有一点平衡,我觉得挺好的。

I'm glad that there's at least kind of a balance.

Speaker 0

很多人在洛杉矶都不怎么线下聚会,除非有社交媒体牵着线,但我特别相信,交朋友就该交那些哪怕也玩社交媒体、也搞那一套的人。

I think a lot of people don't a lot of people in LA don't hang out without social media involved, but I'm a huge believer in, like, having friends that maybe even do social media and do, you know, the whole thing.

Speaker 0

但没人知道我们是朋友。

But, like, no one knows we're friends.

Speaker 0

说来奇怪,这种状态反而让大家都安心,因为你知道,谁也没想利用谁。

And weirdly, that's something that is reassuring, I think, for all parties because you know that nobody's using each other.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我们就是单纯在这儿,

It's like we're all just here.

Speaker 0

享受彼此的陪伴,不拿社交媒体上的表现来评判对方。

We enjoy each other's company, and we're not judging each other based off of our social media.

Speaker 0

我们在这儿,就是为了开心,好好相处。

And we're just here to have fun and enjoy each other's company.

Speaker 0

我觉得这特别重要。

And I think that's really important.

Speaker 0

另外一件我觉得挺有意思的事,就是住在洛杉矶,你总会不经意间遇到各种人。

Another thing that I think is interesting about living in LA is, like, kinda touching on the part about how you just meet everybody.

Speaker 0

我以前可是他们的铁粉。

It's kinda weird because I've, like, been a huge fan.

Speaker 0

遇到你特别崇拜的人,真的挺不可思议的。

I think, like, it's so crazy when you meet people that you're a fan of.

Speaker 0

对吧?

You know?

Speaker 0

结果发现人家就是个普普通通的人,简直太奇怪了。

And it's so weird when they end up just being a normal fucking person.

Speaker 0

对吧?

You know?

Speaker 0

因为在洛杉矶,你慢慢就对‘偶像’这个概念麻木了。

Because, like, in LA, I think you kinda get desensitized to the whole idea of, like, you know, somebody being an idol of yours.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我知道我遇见过几个我特别迷的音乐人,到现在还是特别喜欢,他们真的超棒。

Because I know I've met a few, like, musicians that I just was obsessed with, and I still am because they are dope as fuck.

Speaker 0

但我觉得,当你真的见到这些人时,莫名其妙地就有点把那份梦想冲淡了。

But I think when you meet these people, it weirdly takes the dream away in a way.

Speaker 0

因为你看到他们其实就是普通人,跟咱们没啥两样。

Like because you see that they're real human beings, and they're just like everybody else.

Speaker 0

其实没什么特别的,但我们有时候却把他们捧得太高,实际上他们就是再普通不过的人。

There's no reason like, you know, but we put these people sometimes on a on a pedestal, but in reality, they are completely normal human beings.

Speaker 0

我不是说发现这点是坏事,但确实挺奇怪的,因为你一旦开始频繁接触这些人,那种梦幻感就慢慢消失了。

And I'm not saying that's a negative thing to find out, but it is kinda weird because I think once you start meeting all these people, it starts to kind of make the dream go away.

Speaker 0

我来跟你解释一下。

And I'll explain that.

Speaker 0

小时候你就会想,天啊。

Because when you're younger, you're like, oh my god.

Speaker 0

我特别想成为那样的人,或者想成为这个人,因为他们太有名了,肯定特别有钱之类的。

I would love to be like this person, or I'd love to be like that person because they're so famous and, you know, they're probably so rich or whatever.

Speaker 0

他们那么有才华,方方面面都让人羡慕,你心里其实有点想变成他们,对吧?

And, like, they're so talented and all this, and you, like, kind of envy their life, right, because you wanna be them in a weird way.

Speaker 0

但你一旦真认识了他们,就会发现他们也有自己的烦心事,真的没那么爽。

But I think that once you start meeting them, you realize that they got their own shit, dude, and it is not fun.

Speaker 0

现在我明白了这些,我反而一点都不想当别人。

And now that I've kind of learned all this, like, I wouldn't wanna be anybody else.

Speaker 0

我一点都不想过别人的生活。

I wouldn't wanna live any other life.

Speaker 0

我也不会再羡慕谁了。

And, like, I don't envy anybody.

Speaker 0

每个人都有自己的路要走。

Everybody's on their own journey.

Speaker 0

你一旦看清了那些光鲜生活背后的真相,那种幻想就彻底破灭了。

And it's like it ruins the dream of, like, that fantasy of what that life would be like because you start to see into it a little bit.

Speaker 0

但与此同时,这也让你更珍惜自己的生活。

But at the same time, it makes you appreciate your own life.

Speaker 0

我觉得这真的很棒,它让我真正学会了珍惜自己的生活,不再拿自己和别人的职业、那些风光无限的人去比较。

And I think that that's really cool, and it's really actually made me appreciate my own life and not compare myself to anybody else's career and people who are just absolutely killing it.

Speaker 0

这让我为他们感到由衷的高兴,同时也明白,他们也有自己的烦恼。

Like, it makes me just so excited for them, but also understand that they have their own struggles.

Speaker 0

我不知道这样说你能不能懂,但我觉得洛杉矶就是这样,它让你对这些事没那么在意了,因为你突然发现,他们也不过是普通人,挺好的,也就那样。

And I I don't know if that makes sense, but but that's something that I think LA has done is it kinda descends it makes you less phased by that whole thing because you just realize that they're normal ass people, and they're cool, and it's whatever.

Speaker 0

有时候他们甚至还挺刻薄的,但那样反而更糟。

Or even sometimes they're they're mean, but, like, that's worse.

Speaker 0

不过这种事从来没真发生在我身上。

But that has never actually really happened to me.

Speaker 0

我运气一直不错。

Like, I've had pretty good luck.

Speaker 0

每次我见到那些我特别崇拜的人,他们都很友善。

Like, anytime I've met somebody who I've been, like, a huge fan of, they've always been really cool.

Speaker 0

所以我运气一直不错。

So I've had pretty good luck.

Speaker 0

接下来我想聊点别的。

Next thing I wanna talk about.

Speaker 0

我答应你,迟早会说说洛杉矶的好话,但我就是特别喜欢吐槽它,因为说起来挺过瘾的,就像发泄一下。

I promise I'll get to some positive stuff about LA, but I just kinda love talking shit about it because it's kinda fun for me because, like, venting.

Speaker 0

在我搬来洛杉矶之前,人人都说,洛杉矶就像高中。

One time, before I moved to LA, everybody was always like, LA is a high school.

Speaker 0

我当时就觉得,这说法也太常见了吧。

And I was like I that's such a, like, common thing that people say.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

大家都说洛杉矶跟高中一模一样。

Like, LA is just like high school.

Speaker 0

但我一直觉得,才不是呢。

And I always was like, no.

Speaker 0

才不是呢。

It's not.

Speaker 0

别说了。

Like, shut up.

Speaker 0

可它就是啊。

Well, it is.

Speaker 0

我想好好聊聊这个话题。

So I'd love to kinda dig into that a little bit.

Speaker 0

根本就是一模一样。

It's literally the same thing.

Speaker 0

有小圈子。

There's clicks.

Speaker 0

有受欢迎的学生。

There's popular kids.

Speaker 0

有些派对你进不去,说的就是我。

There's parties that some kids don't get into, AKA me.

Speaker 0

就是,你得是个酷小孩才行。

Like, you know, people you have to be the cool kid.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我觉得吧,可能有人会说我错了,但我真觉得自己在洛杉矶有点书呆子气。

And I feel like I mean, somebody might tell me I'm, like, wrong, but I feel like I'm kind of a nerd in LA.

Speaker 0

在洛杉矶的高中,我多少算是个书呆子吧。

Like, in LA high school, I'm kind of a nerd a little bit, maybe.

Speaker 0

我觉得是这样,但我挺接受的,因为书呆子其实超酷的。

I feel like that, which is fine with me because, you know, nerds are actually dope as fuck.

Speaker 0

但就是那种刻板印象。

But, it's like the whole, like, stereotype.

Speaker 0

有那些受欢迎的孩子,然后还有各种流言蜚语,谁跟谁在谈恋爱之类的。

There's, like, the popular kids, and then there's, like, you know, the rumors, and there's, like, who's dating who.

Speaker 0

再加上高中里那些狗血剧情,只不过发生在洛杉矶。我觉得是因为很多洛杉矶的孩子没读完高中,也没上大学,所以还陷在那种心态里。

And then there's, the, you know, all the drama of high school, but in LA and I think it's because a lot of the kids in LA didn't finish high school or didn't go to college, and so they're kind of still in that mindset.

Speaker 0

这真够疯狂的。

So it's crazy.

Speaker 0

而且每个人彼此都认识。

And, like, everybody knows each other.

Speaker 0

这确实挺烦人的,因为我当初离开高中是有原因的——那种环境我真的待不下去。

And it is kind of shitty because I did, in fact, leave high school for a reason, and that's because I don't thrive in that environment.

Speaker 0

我只在轻松愉快的氛围里才能发挥好。

I thrive in a very lighthearted environment.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

对我来说,我跟谁都合得来。

Ideally for me, I just like I'll hang out with anybody.

Speaker 0

我跟谁都能交朋友。

I'll be friends with anybody.

Speaker 0

我就喜欢开心地待着,聊得愉快,参与一些让人积极向上的活动,别搞那些伤人的事。

I just like to have a good time, have a good conversation, participate in activities that are uplifting and not damaging.

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You know?

Speaker 0

这挺符合我的风格的。

It's kinda my vibe.

Speaker 0

所以呢,说洛杉矶像个高中,而我喜欢这种轻松悠闲的生活方式,其实挺矛盾的,因为这容易让我把自己封闭起来,不过我正在努力改进。

So, like, it is kind of like LA being a high school and me enjoying that type of more chill, relaxed kind of life can be hard because it kinda can make me isolate myself because but I'm trying to be better.

Speaker 0

我正试着多社交,保持开放的心态。

I'm trying to be social and just have an open mind.

Speaker 0

但说真的,我就是更喜欢真实一点的体验。

But, again, I am also, like you know, I just tend to enjoy, like, more real experiences.

Speaker 0

我觉得尝试新事物、玩得开心、认识新人、做点有趣的事也没错。

And I think but I also think it's good to experiment and kinda, like, have fun and meet new people and do shit.

Speaker 0

所以我也说不准。

So I don't know.

Speaker 0

至于参与洛杉矶这种‘高中’生活,我只做最起码的。

Maybe participating in the LA high school, I do it at a minimum.

Speaker 0

但这就是现实,没办法。

But it's, like, it's what it is.

Speaker 0

这儿的文化就是这样,你只能顺应它,尽量从中找到乐趣。

It's the it's the culture here, so you just kinda have to participate and make the best out of it.

Speaker 0

其实也挺有意思的。

And it can be fun.

Speaker 0

最后一个关于洛杉矶的缺点,说完就聊点好的。

Last negative element of LA, and then we're gonna get to the good shit.

Speaker 0

我刚才把洛杉矶说得一无是处,真是过意不去。

Because I really, really made LA sound like shit right now.

Speaker 0

如果洛杉矶的朋友在听,我先道个歉。

I'm so sorry, Los Angeles, if you're listening.

Speaker 0

但凡住在洛杉矶的人,都会这么说。

But anybody who lives in LA would say the same thing.

Speaker 0

我们大多数人想法都差不多。

We're all on the same page, most of us.

Speaker 0

所以,我觉得这根本不算意外。

So, like, I don't think it's a shock.

Speaker 0

我在洛杉矶觉得最难熬的一点,就是人人都太在意自己的外表了。

The last thing that I think has been really tough for me in LA is everybody's obsession with their appearance.

Speaker 0

我注意到了,而且这真的影响到我了。

I've noticed that and it's fucking it's affected me.

Speaker 0

所以我不能说自己是个例外。

So I can't say that I'm the outlier here.

Speaker 0

说实话,我不是没想过打玻尿酸,而是真的动过这个念头。

That's like, it has not made me wanna get lip injections because it fucking has.

Speaker 0

我不会骗你。

Like, I'm not gonna lie to you.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

这简直是一种完全不同的标准。

It's kinda like a different it's a different standard.

Speaker 0

这里对美的标准不一样。

There's a different standard of beauty here.

Speaker 0

我觉得洛杉矶很多人长得都很漂亮。

I think a lot of people in LA are very beautiful.

Speaker 0

这种感觉你一来就能注意到。

It's like something you'll notice.

Speaker 0

而且很多人你知道的,这儿模特特别多。

It's like and a lot of people you know, there's a lot of models.

Speaker 0

总的来说,漂亮的人特别多,这也没啥不好。

There's a lot of just beautiful people in general, which is great.

Speaker 0

有些人通过一些方式修饰了自己的身体,这完全没问题。

Some of them have enhanced their bodies in some way, which is totally fine.

Speaker 0

我一点都不会去评判。

I'm not judging at all.

Speaker 0

但这种事在这儿真的很普遍。

But there's like that there's that's very common here.

Speaker 0

但我长大的地方,根本没人在意这个。

So whereas where I grew up, that was just, like, not a thing.

Speaker 0

你知道的。

You know?

Speaker 0

那时候大家就是做自己,反正也没人特别在乎外表。

Like, everybody was just kinda who they were in a sense, and it was like there was no also, I feel like people didn't really care about appearance as much.

Speaker 0

我老家那儿,氛围轻松多了,根本没人盯着这些看。

Where I grew up, I feel like it was just kinda so much more chill and not focused on that.

Speaker 0

但在这儿,大家特别关注这个。

Whereas here, there's a lot of attention on that.

Speaker 0

你长什么样、体重多少,这儿没人会忽略。

How you look, you know, how much you weigh, that's not ignored here.

Speaker 0

但在其他地方,这种情况要少得多。

Whereas it is other places a lot more.

Speaker 0

当然,这种现象哪儿都有。

I mean, it exists everywhere.

Speaker 0

但在洛杉矶,这情况得翻五十倍。

But I think in LA, it's like times 50.

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You know?

Speaker 0

这对我影响挺大的,因为我一直挺自在的,知道自己不是那种什么模特型的。

And it's affected me a lot because I'm somebody who has always kinda just been comfortable with who I am, and I'm aware that I'm not some sort of fucking I'm not necessarily, like, a model of some sort.

Speaker 0

明白吧。

Okay?

Speaker 0

没人会找我当模特,但那也没关系。

Like, nobody no modeling agency would say yes to me, but that's okay.

Speaker 0

可说实话,这真让人难受,因为本该是我能坦然接受的事。

But it it does suck, though, because that should be, like, something I should be okay with that.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我现在已经能接受了。

And I am now.

Speaker 0

但刚搬来的时候,我自尊心低得不行。

But, like, when I first moved here, I was like my self esteem was so low.

Speaker 0

我觉得根本不会有男生愿意跟我搭话。

I was like, no guy is ever gonna talk to me.

Speaker 0

我长得太丑了。

Like, I'm so ugly.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己根本不该在这里。

Like, I don't belong here.

Speaker 0

我甚至想,怎么才能让自己更吸引人,好融入进去?

And, like, how can I make myself more attractive to fit in almost?

Speaker 0

这真的对我伤害很大。

And that totally took a toll on me.

Speaker 0

它让我一直陷在各种心理问题里,你懂的。

It's made me struggle with, you know, different types of, like, mental shit.

Speaker 0

但我现在挺过来了,感觉状态特别好。

But I've managed to come out of it, and I think I'm in a really good place right now.

Speaker 0

你得记住,说到底,一个人的性格和本质永远是最吸引人的。

I think the thing you have to remember is, like, at the end of the day, personality and who you are wins every fucking time.

Speaker 0

只要你自信大方,带着温暖和开放的态度,别人自然会被你吸引。

And when you carry yourself with confidence and with, like, warm opening arms, people are drawn to you regardless.

Speaker 0

不管你是不是房间里最漂亮的女人,或者最帅的男人,都没关系。

It doesn't matter if you're, like, like, the hottest girl in the room or the hottest guy in the room.

Speaker 0

如果你人品不好,外貌再好也没用。

You know, if you're not a good person, that doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,就算在洛杉矶,虽然美女帅哥很多,很容易让人自我比较。

So it's like I think even in LA, although there's a lot of beautiful people and it can really make it's hard not to compare yourself.

Speaker 0

但说到底,不管是在派对还是活动上,只要你气场好、人品正,别人照样会靠近你。

At the end of the day, if you're at a party or if you're at an event and you have a good energy to you and you're a good person, people are gonna be drawn to you regardless.

Speaker 0

我就是通过接纳自己、认识自己,慢慢明白这个道理的——我就是我。

And that's what I've learned just by becoming comfortable with myself and who I am and just being like, I am who I am.

Speaker 0

我不会为了别人改变自己的外表,因为我根本不想那样做。

I'm not gonna change anything about how I look because I don't want to.

Speaker 0

这是我的个人选择。

That's personal decision.

Speaker 0

我就做我自己。

I'm just gonna stay who I am.

Speaker 0

有人喜欢我,那就喜欢吧。

And if people like me, they like me.

Speaker 0

不喜欢,那就不喜欢。

And if they don't, they don't.

Speaker 0

要是觉得我丑,行啊,恭喜你。

And if people think I'm fucking ugly, okay, congrats.

Speaker 0

随你怎么说。

Like, whatever.

Speaker 0

这没什么大不了的。

Because that's okay.

Speaker 0

我不需要变成什么完美的仙气人物。

Like, it's it doesn't I don't need to be, like, some sort of perfect ethereal being.

Speaker 0

我觉得做自己特别酷,这就够了。

Like, I I think that being me is dope, and that's fine.

Speaker 0

我就保持这样吧。

So I'm just I keep it at that.

Speaker 0

但说实话,我花了好久才走到这一步。

But, god, it took me so long to get there, though.

Speaker 0

真的花了很久。

It really did.

Speaker 0

说真的,我自己也说不清楚。

And it was kinda like I don't know.

Speaker 0

我觉得社交媒体也没帮上忙,毕竟你生活在洛杉矶,周围的人都长得特别好看。

I think social media doesn't help, though, either because it's like you're living in LA where everybody's so beautiful and shit.

Speaker 0

再看看社交媒体上的评论,人人都在说:这姑娘长痘了。

Then But also on social media, you look at your Instagram comments and everyone's like, this bitch has acne.

Speaker 0

她好丑。

She's ugly.

Speaker 0

你懂的吧。

You know?

Speaker 0

她这样子,根本没人会喜欢她,反正就是那样。

Why is she like, she's never nobody's ever gonna date her, like, whatever.

Speaker 0

大家就是这么说的。

People are saying that shit.

Speaker 0

你一边看这些评论,一边心里也这么想,简直双重打击。

So then you're reading it while you're also thinking it, and then it's, like, just double whammy.

Speaker 0

一不留神,整个人就彻底崩溃了。

And next thing you know, you're completely spiraling.

Speaker 0

但你只要挺过去,这事就过去了。

But you just work through it, and then it's over.

Speaker 0

我真希望洛杉矶的环境别这么看重这些外在的东西。

I do wish that LA didn't like, the environment was less focused on that.

Speaker 0

我觉得大家都会更开心,包括我自己。

I think everybody would have a lot more fun, including me.

Speaker 0

但也没关系。

But it's alright.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

You know what?

Speaker 0

因为我觉得这反而让我变得更强大了。

Because I think it actually made me a lot stronger.

Speaker 0

奇怪的是,熬过之后,我反而更自信了,真正开始欣赏自己、欣赏自己的独特之处,就算这个词有点别扭吧。

And weirdly, I came out the under other end of it, like, even more confident and, like, I actually appreciated myself and who I was and my individuality, if that's even a word.

Speaker 0

我开始珍惜自己的与众不同,因为在这里,不是每个人都能做到这一点。

I appreciated how I was unique because that's not something that most people appreciate here always.

Speaker 0

这让我意识到,我就是我,我忠于自己。

And it made me appreciate that I'm kind of my own person and that I just am true to myself.

Speaker 0

我觉得这真的很棒。

And I think that's really cool.

Speaker 0

虽然过程很难,但挺过来之后,感觉特别好。

So it was tough, but then I came out the other side, and it was great.

Speaker 0

好了,说了这么多洛杉矶的糟心事,现在来聊聊它的好地方。

So now that we talked about the negative shit, we're gonna talk about the good shit about LA.

Speaker 0

第一,吃的特别棒。

Number one, great food.

Speaker 0

第二,特别容易认识人。

Number two, really great for meeting people.

Speaker 0

在这儿你能遇到好多有趣的人。

You meet so many cool people here.

Speaker 0

我之前说过这儿有些人挺不靠谱,但也有非常多特别棒的人。

Again, I mean, I know I said you meet some sauce people, but you also meet some really dope people.

Speaker 0

这儿很多人目标明确,很有干劲。

A lot of people here are motivated.

Speaker 0

他们都有自己的热情,和他们待在一起特别受鼓舞。

They have passions, really inspiring to be around.

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You know?

Speaker 0

很多人都有自己在忙的事儿,和他们在一起特别有感染力。

A lot of people, like, have their own grind that they're doing, and it's really cool to be around.

Speaker 0

我觉得这真的特别鼓舞人。

And I think it's really inspiring.

Speaker 0

只要他们不惹人厌,像有些人那样,动不动就说‘我在干大事,你却啥也没做’。

As long as they're not a dick about it, like some people are, they're like, I'm working on this, and you're not doing shit.

Speaker 0

他们真会说这种话。

Like, they'll say stuff like that.

Speaker 0

但只要你没遇到这种人,那就没问题。

But that's as long as you're not dealing with that, you're good.

Speaker 0

离海滩很近。

Close to the beach.

Speaker 0

堵车也没那么严重。

Traffic isn't that bad.

Speaker 0

其实还行。

It's, like, fine.

Speaker 0

你只要处理得好,别人就不会再唠叨了。

You just manage it so, like, people can shut up about that.

Speaker 0

这里从来都不乏趣事。

There's it's never boring.

Speaker 0

我觉得挺无聊的,但其实根本不会无聊。

I feel like it is boring, but it's, like, never boring.

Speaker 0

只要你愿意,总能找到有意思的事做。

Like, if you really wanted to, there's always something going on that's fun.

Speaker 0

去吃个饭馆就行。

Go to a diner.

Speaker 0

洛杉矶你想买的店,几乎全都有。

Like, every fucking store that you'd ever wanted to shop at is in LA.

Speaker 0

机场很大,想飞哪儿都方便。

You know, big airport, fly out wherever you want.

Speaker 0

洛杉矶挺不错的。

LA is good.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,倒也不算太糟,但你在这儿确实会碰到一些特别离谱的事。

I mean, it's not terrible, but you definitely have some crazy experiences here too.

Speaker 0

比如说,你在洛杉矶经历的那些事,我记得我年轻时候来过一两次,每次都是这样。

Like, I think the shit that happens to you when you're in LA is, like, I remember when I used to visit LA when I was younger, like, once or twice.

Speaker 0

每次来,都会遇上特别疯狂的经历。

Every time I'd visit, it would always be such a crazy experience.

Speaker 0

有次凌晨五点,我和朋友在一家小饭馆里,

Like, I'd be, like, with my friends at 5AM, and we'd be, like, at a diner.

Speaker 0

然后我们居然真的去爬了山。

And, like, then we'd fucking, like, climb a mountain.

Speaker 0

这儿就是怪事不断,说不清为什么,但这里的氛围就是让人觉得特别有意思。

Like, it would, like crazy shit just happens here because I don't know what it is, but the energy here, like, you just it it's, like, fun.

Speaker 0

它会莫名地激发你去冒险,因为你心里就一个念头:我们在洛杉矶啊。

Like, it it inspires you to, like, just adventure in a weird way because you're just like, we're in LA.

Speaker 0

那就尽情享受吧。

Let's live it up.

Speaker 0

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

而且它还让你想去干点酷的事,留下难忘的回忆。

And then it inspires you to do cool shit that makes cool memories.

Speaker 0

我不确定这么说你能不能明白,但我确实在这儿留下了很多特别棒的回忆。

I don't know if that makes sense, but I've definitely made a lot of really amazing memories here.

Speaker 0

我交到了不少好朋友,而且短期内我大概也不会搬走,因为我马上就要搬到洛杉矶的另一个地方了。

I made some good friends, and I'm probably not gonna move anytime soon because I'm moving soon to another place in LA.

Speaker 0

所以我们还得在这儿待上好几年,这我完全不介意。

So we'll be now stuck in LA for another few years, and that's cool with me.

Speaker 0

我接受这个安排,也准备好在这儿好好经历下去了。

I will accept it, and I will be here for the journey.

Speaker 0

尤其是这儿的食物真的特别棒。

But especially there's really great food.

Speaker 0

现在我要去刷会儿推特了。

Now I'm gonna go to the Twitter.

Speaker 0

在处理语音留言之前,我们先做第二件事。

Before we do voice mails, we'll do that second.

Speaker 0

但我打算先回答推特上的问题,因为问题实在太多了。

But I wanna start with the Twitter questions because I have so many.

Speaker 0

有人问我,洛杉矶有哪些最好的素食餐厅?

Somebody asked me, what are the best vegan food places?

Speaker 0

我心目中最好的素食餐厅是梅尔罗斯大道的Crossroads。

My favorite vegan restaurant of all time is Crossroads on Melrose.

Speaker 0

那家店有点高档,价格也不便宜,所以我通常叫外卖到家。

It's a little bit fancy and expensive, so I usually order it to my house.

Speaker 0

简单点就好。

Just keep it simple.

Speaker 0

但真的特别好吃。

But it's so good.

Speaker 0

在介绍其他我最爱的素食餐厅之前,我有个有趣的故事,是关于我唯一一次在Crossroads店里用餐的经历。

Before I tell you about the rest of my favorite vegan restaurants, I have this funny story about actually the one time I did eat inside of Crossroads.

Speaker 0

我和朋友们饿得不行,全都穿着运动裤,但还是非要去Crossroads。

My friends and I were starving, and we all were wearing sweatpants, but we wanted Crossroads.

Speaker 0

明白吧?

Okay?

Speaker 0

因为那真是最好的。

Because it's the best.

Speaker 0

那是我们最爱的餐厅。

It's our favorite.

Speaker 0

我们特别喜欢那里。

We love it.

Speaker 0

于是我们就进去了。

And so we went in.

Speaker 0

我们提前订了位子。

We made a reservation.

Speaker 0

然后就进去了。

We went in.

Speaker 0

我们都穿着运动裤。

We're all wearing sweats.

Speaker 0

注意啊,这可是家高档餐厅。

Mind you, this is a nice restaurant.

Speaker 0

估计能有五星级吧,要是食物也有这种评级的话。

Like, probably five star if that's, like, how the rating is for food.

Speaker 0

我不太确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

特别高档的餐厅。

Really nice restaurant.

Speaker 0

明白吧?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我们一群人就穿着运动裤进去了。

We all roll up in sweats.

Speaker 0

我发誓。

I swear to God.

Speaker 0

我们一进门。

We walk in.

Speaker 0

所有人都转过头来看我们。

Everybody's turning their heads at us.

Speaker 0

这到底是怎么回事?

Like, what the hell?

Speaker 0

那些人真是没眼光。

These disgusting pieces of shit.

Speaker 0

他们对我们指指点点,特别明显。

They were judging us so hard.

Speaker 0

真是典型的洛杉矶做派。

So LA of them.

Speaker 0

不过话说回来,他们马上就把我们安排到餐厅最里面的一个角落。

But anyway, they sat us, like, immediately in the back of the restaurant in a in a corner.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

因为他们不想让别人看到我们,怕影响他们的形象,我想。

Because they didn't want anybody to see us because it makes them look bad, I guess.

Speaker 0

而且他们真的很快就上菜了。

And they literally served our food so quickly.

Speaker 0

我们刚坐下,他们就过来问:‘你们想吃点什么?’

They were like we literally sat down there like, what do you guys want?

Speaker 0

我们当时都惊了。

And we're like, woah.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我们要辣肉丸披萨,别废话。

We want the spicy meatball pizza, bitch.

Speaker 0

然后他们就说:‘好。’

And then they're like, okay.

Speaker 0

明白了。

Got it.

Speaker 0

他们简直跑着给我们上菜。

They, like, run they, like, were running to bring our food to us.

Speaker 0

他们根本不想让我们待在里面。

They did not want us in there.

Speaker 0

我们刚吃完,账单就直接送过来了。

They brought us a check immediately.

Speaker 0

这是我见过最棒的服务。

Best service I've ever had.

Speaker 0

我最讨厌在餐厅干等着。

I hate waiting around in a restaurant.

Speaker 0

有个新招儿。

New hack.

Speaker 0

去高档餐厅就穿得邋遢点。

Dress like shit in fancy restaurants.

Speaker 0

他们反而会赶紧把你送走。

They'll get you in and out of there.

Speaker 0

他们根本不想让你待在里面。

They do not want you in there.

Speaker 0

而且服务特别棒。

And was amazing.

Speaker 0

他们态度也特别差。

They were so rude too.

Speaker 0

他们真的太无礼了。

They were so rude.

Speaker 0

我是说,我真的很喜欢这家餐厅。

I mean, I love the restaurant.

Speaker 0

我还会再来这里吃。

I'm gonna eat there again.

Speaker 0

也许我们穿着舒服点在这么高档的餐厅里,显得不太尊重人。

Maybe it's disrespectful of us to be dressing comfortably in their restaurant because it's nice.

Speaker 0

说不定是我们太不懂规矩了。

Maybe we were the ignorant ones.

Speaker 0

我不确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

但我认为,只要你付了钱,态度也礼貌,餐厅至少该友善一点。

But I also think that as long as you pay for your meal and you're respectful, maybe maybe be kinda nice at a restaurant.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,如果我们真没穿对衣服,他们至少该说一句,嘿,朋友们。

I mean, like or if we if we weren't following dress code, maybe be like, hey, guys.

Speaker 0

这根本不算违反着装要求。

This is not dress code.

Speaker 0

直接让我们走就行。

Like, leave.

Speaker 0

至少该这么做。

Like, at least do that.

Speaker 0

别让我们进来,然后又对我们没礼貌。

Don't let us in and then be rude.

Speaker 0

我不确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

反正吧。

And whatever.

Speaker 0

无所谓。

It doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

我还是会每周都去吃,因为那饭真的绝了。

I'm still gonna eat there every week because it's fucking great.

Speaker 0

这说明了很多,毕竟我这个人自尊心挺强的。

So, like and that says a lot because I have a fucking ego.

Speaker 0

要是有人对我没礼貌,但我还愿意回来,就因为菜实在太棒了,那你们确实有两下子。

So if somebody disrespects me and then I come back to your restaurant because the food's that good, you got your shit going on.

Speaker 0

就这样。

Period.

Speaker 0

谢谢你们,Crossroads。

So thank you, Crossroads.

Speaker 0

你们一定要试试他们的辣肉丸披萨。

Try their spicy meatball pizza.

Speaker 0

西木区有一家叫Fresh的店。

There's a place called Fresh on Sunset Boulevard.

Speaker 0

还有一家叫Gracias Madres的餐厅。

A place called Gracias Madres.

Speaker 0

他们的纯素墨西哥菜很棒。

Great vegan Mexican food.

Speaker 0

至于Takaya,我也不太确定。

Takaya actually, I don't know.

Speaker 0

最近Takaya倒是让我有点心绪不宁。

Takaya has kind of been messing with my heart recently.

Speaker 0

那家也是纯素墨西哥菜,但我其实没那么喜欢。

It's also vegan Mexican food, but I'm not really that into it.

Speaker 0

下一个问题。

Next question.

Speaker 0

你有没有考虑过搬回旧金山?

Do you ever consider moving back to San Francisco?

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

我很喜欢回去看望家人,但我绝不会搬回去住。

I love going back there and visiting my family, but I will never move there.

Speaker 0

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

就是我很喜欢去那里逛逛。

It's just I really like visiting it.

Speaker 0

我觉得我更珍惜那段回忆了,但当时住在那儿真的让我很压抑。

I think I appreciate it a lot more, and I think living there was really depressing for me.

Speaker 0

而且我在那里留下的负面回忆实在太多了。

And I think I almost have too many bad memories there.

Speaker 0

那段时间我经历了好多低谷,整个地方都透着一股阴郁的气息,所以我宁愿把那些都留在那里。

Like, just a lot of depressive episodes happened in those it just it has this dark energy, and I kinda like to leave it there.

Speaker 0

每次回去我都会觉得很开心,但也会特别难过。

Every time I go back, I enjoy it, but I do get really sad.

Speaker 0

所以我根本想象不了自己住在那里。

And so I can't really imagine living there.

Speaker 0

每次到那儿,我心里就怪怪的,特别不舒服。

It has this, like, weird feeling in my stomach when I'm there.

Speaker 0

但我又确实挺喜欢那儿的。

And I, like, like it.

Speaker 0

我很爱见家人,但我觉得洛杉矶能给我一种重新开始的感觉,而旧金山却总让我想起那段黑暗的过去。

And I love seeing my family, but I feel like LA gives me this feeling of a fresh start that San Francisco just feels like my dark past.

Speaker 0

这我懂。

That makes sense.

Speaker 0

我就想把那段经历留在那儿,不带出来。

Like, I just kinda wanna leave that there.

Speaker 0

抱歉说得这么沉重了。

So sorry to make that dark.

Speaker 0

不过不说这个了,咱们聊下一个关于洛杉矶的问题。

But anyway, next question about LA.

Speaker 0

这里适合工作吗?

Is it good for work?

Speaker 0

当然适合。

Yes.

Speaker 0

这正是我住在这里的原因。

That's why I live here.

Speaker 0

如果要说工作,我其实不太愿意这么想,我真不觉得这算工作。

I don't think I would live here if I mean, again, I don't like to, like, consider what I do work.

Speaker 0

我当初做这个,根本不是为了这个目的。

I just think it's kinda like because that's not why I started it.

Speaker 0

我做是因为我真的喜欢。

Like, I started it because I love it.

Speaker 0

不过,说真的,它确实帮了我不少。

But let's just say that it it helps me.

Speaker 0

你知道吗,我有一支很棒的团队,他们都住在洛杉矶。

You know, I have an amazing team, and they're all based in LA.

Speaker 0

而且能跟他们一起工作真的很棒,他们离得又近。

And, you know, it's nice to, like, be able to work with them, and they're close by.

Speaker 0

我的团队就是这样,我真不想离他们太远,我喜欢跟他们待在一起。

And, I mean, my team is like, I wouldn't wanna be far away from them because I like to, like, be in their presence.

Speaker 0

另外,这里还能认识其他住在洛杉矶的人,大家都有共同话题。

And also, you know, it's nice because you can meet all of the other people that live in LA, and everybody kinda relates.

Speaker 0

所以还挺有意思的。

So it's kinda cool.

Speaker 0

你搬来之前对这里有什么期待?后来有变化吗?

What were your expectations before you moved here, and how did they change?

Speaker 0

期待?说实话,我根本没什么期待。

Expectations, I don't really think I had any.

Speaker 0

真的没有。

I really didn't.

Speaker 0

老实说,我完全不知道会是什么样子。

I had no idea what to expect, to be honest.

Speaker 0

我觉得这里其实比我想象的要无聊得多。

And it's kind of I think it's a lot more boring than I maybe expected.

Speaker 0

真的,可能比我想的还要单调得多。

Like, it can get a lot more boring than I expected.

Speaker 0

我本来以为这里会精彩得不得了。

I thought it was gonna be, like, the craziest shit ever.

Speaker 0

本来以为不会有一刻无聊,但其实洛杉矶特别容易让人感到孤单,因为每个人都在忙自己的事,一不留神就被人忽略了。

Like, no no not a dull moment, but it's actually really easy to get lonely in LA because everybody's kind of doing their own thing, and it's easy to get forgotten in a sense.

Speaker 0

所以这一点我倒是预料到了。

And so I expected that.

Speaker 0

我也没想到,刚搬来的时候,我会这么难过。

I also didn't expect to get as sad as I did when I first moved here.

Speaker 0

但说到底,这种洛杉矶式的忧郁,谁都躲不掉。

But, again, it's it's like the LA sadness seeps in and happens to everybody.

Speaker 0

既然那么多住在这里的名人,还有普通人都说这儿环境糟糕,那他们最后为什么还是不走呢?

If so many celebrities that live there constantly talk about how toxic of a place it is along with the people, why do they decide not to move at the end of the day?

Speaker 0

我觉得是因为这里实在太方便了,尤其是对演员、音乐人,还有现在做社交媒体的YouTuber和年轻人来说,这可是他们的饭碗。

I think it's because it's just so convenient, like, for actors, especially or, like, musicians or even now, like, YouTubers and kids who do social media, and that's their source of income.

Speaker 0

我觉得住在这儿就是方便,因为所有机会都集中在这儿。

I think it's, like, it's just so convenient to live here because this is where everything is.

Speaker 0

既然你本来就经常得来洛杉矶为这种生活方式奔波,说实话,真不太可能搬走。

And so you end up being in LA so much anyway for this lifestyle that I think it's hard not to live here, to be honest.

Speaker 0

这地方确实挺糟的。

And it is kinda shitty.

Speaker 0

抱怨起来很容易,但同时,我们这些天天抱怨的人,其实哪儿都不想去。

I think it's easy to complain about, but then at the same time, all of us that complain about it wouldn't wanna be anywhere else.

Speaker 0

我总说想搬走,但心里清楚,我根本不想搬。

I always say I wanna move, but deep down, I would not wanna move.

Speaker 0

真的,我心里一点都不想搬。

Deep down, I really wouldn't.

Speaker 0

说到底,我对这儿有种说不清的喜欢。

And deep down, I have this weird love for it.

Speaker 0

但洛杉矶从来就没让我觉得像家。

But LA has never really felt like home for me.

Speaker 0

我从来没觉得自己真住在这儿。

I've never really felt like I live here.

Speaker 0

我一直觉得就像在做客一样。

I've always felt like I'm kinda like visiting.

Speaker 0

我觉得很多人都有这种感觉。

And I think a lot of people feel like that.

Speaker 0

要让洛杉矶有家的感觉很难,因为它本来就不像家。

It's hard to make LA feel like homey because it's really it is.

Speaker 0

就像我之前说的,它挺表面的。

As I said earlier, it's kinda superficial.

Speaker 0

这地方就像一场永不停歇的派对,又像一所巨大的高中,完全不像家。

And it's all it's one big party, and it's one big high school, and it does not feel like home.

Speaker 0

所以我正在想办法,怎么让自己真正有家的感觉,比如换一个住的地方。

And so I'm trying to, like, figure out how I can do that for myself, whether that's moving into a different space.

Speaker 0

住公寓总让人觉得像住在个盒子里,好像随时可以丢掉似的。

I think living in an apartment kind of makes you feel like you're just living in a box and, like, it's, like, disposable.

Speaker 0

你住的地方根本没什么个性。

It's, like, not no personality in the place you're living.

Speaker 0

我现在住的公寓还行,但我真想赶紧搬走。

And I like my apartment now, but I'm getting the fuck out of there.

Speaker 0

我觉得我住的这片洛杉矶也完全不像家。

I think also the area of LA I live in is not homey at all.

Speaker 0

有些地方确实更有家的感觉,但我住的地方正好在市中心,这点我挺喜欢的。

There's, like, some areas that are a lot more homey, but I live kind of in the middle of everything, so which I love.

Speaker 0

可你住得离喧嚣只十分钟,又怎么真能觉得是家呢?

But it's hard to feel like you're at home when you live ten minutes away from the rustle and bustle of it all.

Speaker 0

接着说。

Moving on.

Speaker 0

洛杉矶的人真的会去海滩吗?

Do people in LA actually go to the beach?

Speaker 0

说实话,没多少人去。

Honestly, not that many people do.

Speaker 0

但我喜欢去,因为我特别爱海滩。

But I like to because I love the beach.

Speaker 0

不过我花了挺长时间才找到自己喜欢的海滩。

But took me a while to kind of figure out what beaches I like.

Speaker 0

今年夏天我去得特别多。

This summer, I went a lot.

Speaker 0

真期待明年夏天。

Can't wait for next summer.

Speaker 0

我非得去马里布游个痛快,那感觉肯定棒极了。

Gonna fucking swim Malibu and oh, it's gonna be great.

Speaker 0

我等不及了。

I can't wait.

Speaker 0

水是有点凉,但我就是喜欢。

The water's kinda cold, but I love it.

Speaker 0

这让我想起旧金山湾区,因为北加州的海水简直是世界上最冷的。

It makes me feel nostalgic from the Bay Area because Northern California has the coldest oceans, like, ever.

Speaker 0

我以前光着身子就下水游泳,就因为我够硬核,就这么简单。

And I used to swim in it with no wetsuit because I'm a badass like that, period.

Speaker 0

堵车严重吗?

Is the traffic bad?

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但别被它吓住。

But get over it.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,算了。

Like, okay.

Speaker 0

别因为交通堵就不搬去那儿。

Don't not move somewhere because of the fucking traffic.

Speaker 0

我懂。

Like, I get it.

Speaker 0

确实挺烦的,但时间久了也就习惯了。

Like, it's annoying and you but you get used to it.

Speaker 0

我小时候住在旧金山附近,所以对我来说是这样。

I mean, for me, I where I grew up, because I was near San Francisco.

Speaker 0

所以我早就适应了那种堵车的状况。

So, like, I dealt with traffic in that way.

Speaker 0

我对现在的交通状况已经挺习惯了。

So I'm kinda used to traffic as it is.

Speaker 0

因为那时候每天五点上下班高峰期,路上简直乱成一锅粥。

Because, like, there was the whole rush hour at five.

Speaker 0

那会儿真是堵得不行。

Like, it was it was a mess.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

有些地方根本就不会出现这种情况。

There are some states where, like, that just doesn't happen.

Speaker 0

我能理解这可能会让人挺震惊和沮丧的。

And I can see how that could be kinda shocking and upsetting.

Speaker 0

但如果你打算住在洛杉矶,那就只能避开高峰期。

But at the same time, if you wanna live in LA, you just have to time it out.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我通常早上十点或者凌晨一点开车。

I drive around at, like, 10AM and then, like, 1AM.

Speaker 0

就这两个时间点。

And that's it.

Speaker 0

其他时候路况都糟透了。

Because any other time is shitty.

Speaker 0

如果约了会,我会提前出门,顺便去喝杯咖啡,先在附近转转。

And if I have a meeting, I'll, like, leave early and maybe get coffee somewhere so I'm in the area.

Speaker 0

你得提前规划好,绕开这些时段。

Like, you just plan around it.

Speaker 0

你真的会慢慢习惯的。

And it really you get used to it.

Speaker 0

如果你打算搬家,别把交通状况当成决定因素。

And if you wanna move somewhere, make your decision based off of something that's not traffic.

Speaker 0

想想看,要是你搬去纽约,每天得坐地铁,那感觉也差不多糟。

Because, like, imagine moving to New York and having to take a subway.

Speaker 0

在我看来,这事儿其实没好到哪儿去。

That's equally as bad in my opinion.

Speaker 0

不过我真的很喜欢纽约,有生之年真想住那儿。

Although I do love New York, and I would love to live there one day.

Speaker 0

也许吧。

Maybe.

Speaker 0

估计不会。

Probably not.

Speaker 0

你觉得住在洛杉矶会改变人吗?

Do you think living in LA changes people?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

因为我觉得我们其实有好几种方式可以考虑。

Because I think that there's a few ways that we can go about it.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

Because you know what?

Speaker 0

咱们不妨好好聊聊她,因为很多人都说洛杉矶改变了我。

Let's actually kinda dig into her because a lot of people said that LA changed me.

Speaker 0

确实改了。

Totally, it did.

Speaker 0

百分之百,真的。

Thousand percent, bitch.

Speaker 0

它确实改变了我。

It did change me.

Speaker 0

我觉得我在两年里老了十岁,因为经历了太多稀奇古怪的事,发生在我身上的事太多了。

I think that I've aged ten years in two years because I've just had, like, so many different weird experiences and so much has happened to me.

Speaker 0

但我不会骗你。

But I'm not gonna lie to you.

Speaker 0

我现在开心多了。

I'm so much happier now.

Speaker 0

我搬来这里之后,对生活的理解深了很多,因为这逼着我不得不长大。

And I and I know so much more about life because I moved here and it forced me into being an adult.

Speaker 0

我得自己照顾自己。

I had to take care of myself.

Speaker 0

我一个人住。

I live by myself.

Speaker 0

我得自己打拼。

I had to fend for myself.

Speaker 0

每天晚上一个人躺下,面对自己的心魔,这些经历让我学到了很多。

I had to deal with you know, I had to lay down at night every night by myself and deal with my own demons, and that taught me so much.

Speaker 0

所以,我现在已经不是刚搬来时的那个我了。

And so I am not the same person I was when I moved here.

Speaker 0

我现在独立多了,也开心多了。

I am so much more independent, a lot happier.

Speaker 0

我积累了更多人生经验,这让我成长得更快。

I have a lot more experience in life under my belt that is that has helped me grow even more.

Speaker 0

我真的成长了很多,现在觉得自己是个更好的人。

Like, it's like I've grown so much, and I feel like I'm a better person now.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己没那么爱评判别人了。

I feel like I'm a less judgmental person.

Speaker 0

我对认识新朋友、尝试新事物都开放多了。

I feel like I am so much more open minded about meeting new people and, like, experiencing different things.

Speaker 0

以前我特别爱评判人,还特别固执。

I feel like I used to be so judgmental and stuck in my ways.

Speaker 0

那时候我就觉得,不行。

Like, I was like, no.

Speaker 0

我就觉得自己就该这样。

I'm, you know, I'm this way.

Speaker 0

我不想改变。

Like, I don't wanna change.

Speaker 0

我当时就是特别固执。

I just was, like, very stuck.

Speaker 0

我以为自己早就想好了人生该怎么走,完全不懂得开放心态。

I thought that I had this, like I had a one track mind about how I wanted my life to go, and I wasn't open minded at all.

Speaker 0

我就觉得,我永远都不会去洛杉矶跟人来往,那对我没好处,之类的。

I just was like, I'm never going to like, oh, I I can't hang out with people in LA because it's bad for me or, like, whatever.

Speaker 0

但后来我意识到,不对。

But then I realized, like, no.

Speaker 0

去亲身经历吧。

Fucking experience it.

Speaker 0

去体验生活。

Like, experience life.

Speaker 0

我以前搬去洛杉矶之前,其实很害怕去体验生活,但那之后,我慢慢走出了自己的壳,变得更有自信了。

And I think I was scared to experience life before I moved to LA, and then I think it kind of helped me brought me out of my shell, and it's made me more confident.

Speaker 0

我现在能跟人聊天了。

I can talk to people.

Speaker 0

现在谁我都敢搭话。

I can talk to anyone now.

Speaker 0

以前我一跟陌生人说话,或者被扔进一个全是陌生人的房间,就紧张得要命。

I used to be so nervous to talk to people and be put in a room with people I didn't know.

Speaker 0

现在因为这种场合经历得多了,我的社交能力反而提升了。

And now I feel like because I've been put in that situation so many times, my social skills have improved.

Speaker 0

我不会像以前那样容易焦虑了。

I can, like, I don't get as anxious.

Speaker 0

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

它确实帮我缓解了不少焦虑,不过说真的,它也让我在很多方面更焦虑了。

It's helped me with a lot of my anxiety when it comes to I mean, actually, it's made my anxiety worse in a lot of ways too.

Speaker 0

但说到认识新朋友,我现在反而觉得这是一项特别有用的本事。

But when it comes to, like, meeting new people, I can just it's, like, a great skill to have.

Speaker 0

我觉得主要是因为住在这里,练得多了。

I think I just had a lot of practice from living here.

Speaker 0

所以确实改变了我。

So it did change me.

Speaker 0

但我也看到它让有些人变得越来越糟。

But I also have seen it change people in a negative way.

Speaker 0

真是挺遗憾的。

It is really too bad.

Speaker 0

我总是真心为他们祈祷,希望有一天他们能醒悟,明白自己其实一塌糊涂。

And I always truly pray for their sake that they have a wake up call one day, and they realize that their shit does stank.

Speaker 0

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 0

他们的表现其实不差。

Their shit don't stink.

Speaker 0

不对,他们的表现真的很差。

Their shit does stink.

Speaker 0

随你便吧。

Whatever.

Speaker 0

我希望有一天他们能醒悟过来,明白自己其实并不超凡。

I hope that one day they wake up and they realize that they're not an ethereal being.

Speaker 0

他们跟普通人没什么两样。

They're just like everybody else.

Speaker 0

他们所谓的影响力,不过是粉丝数量多一点罢了,根本算不上真本事。

They don't have any fucking power because of the fact that they, you know, have the amount of followers that they have.

Speaker 0

我真心为那些被他们伤害过的人祈祷,希望他们能走出来,变得更好。

Like, I really pray for the people that have been affected negatively that they can come out of it and be a better person on the other side of it.

Speaker 0

我确实是这么想的,因为我不觉得人本来就想变坏,或者变得让人讨厌。

I I genuinely do because I don't think that people mean to turn evil in a sense or, you know, kind of become shitty.

Speaker 0

我真的不觉得有人是故意这样的。

I really don't think people mean to do that.

Speaker 0

我觉得这事儿是慢慢发生的,他们自己甚至都没意识到。

I think it happens, and I think that they don't even realize it.

Speaker 0

所以我愿意相信他们有改过的机会,因为如果我犯了这样的错,还因此飘飘然了,我也希望有人能给我一次重新来过的机会。

And I give them the benefit of the doubt because I would want that if I made a mistake like that and I let it get to my head, I would want a chance to come back in a sense.

Speaker 0

因为我觉得这是可能的。

Because I think it is possible.

Speaker 0

所以我一直在为那些人祈祷。

So I am praying for those people.

Speaker 0

我也希望能帮到他们,但他们大概根本不会听我的。

And I wish I could help them, but they probably wouldn't listen to me.

Speaker 1

你好,艾玛。

Hi, Emma.

Speaker 1

我叫麦迪逊。

My name is Madison.

Speaker 1

我想问一下关于洛杉矶的事,你觉得那里的人是不是特别容易凭外表评判别人?

And the question I have about Los Angeles is do you feel like it's very like, people judge you there a lot, like, based on just, like, appearance?

Speaker 1

还是说因为是洛杉矶,你穿什么都不会被人指指点点?

Or do you feel like like because it's Los Angeles that you could wear whatever you want without being judged?

Speaker 0

这个问题真棒。

That's an amazing question.

Speaker 0

我喜欢,因为你确实说到了重点。

I love it because you actually make such a good point.

Speaker 0

我之前稍微提过,确实有人会根据你的外表来评判你。

There's definitely I kinda touched on this earlier, but there's definitely judgment about how you look.

Speaker 0

我觉得我自己呢,一向很自然。

And I think for me, because I'm somebody who I'm very natural.

Speaker 0

我平时也打扮得很随意。

I tend to play very natural.

Speaker 0

我不怎么化妆。

I don't wear a lot of makeup.

Speaker 0

而且我也不是那种典型的洛杉矶审美标准里的美人。

I'm also not like I'm not, like, necessarily exactly the LA standard of beauty.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我可不是那种刻板印象里的样子。

I'm not, like, the stereotype.

Speaker 0

说实话,我确实偶尔会因为外表被人评判,尤其是没化妆、穿得很随便的时候。

And I do kind of I think, like, actually appearance wise, I do get judged occasionally, especially when I'm, like, not wearing makeup and I'm kinda, like, wearing a shitty outfit.

Speaker 0

我确实经常被人指指点点。

Like, I do definitely get judged.

Speaker 0

但只要我认真打扮一下,穿得体面些,就没人说我了。

I think when I put effort into how I look and, like, I dress up, nobody's judging me.

Speaker 0

我觉得主要是当我打扮得随意了,别人的眼光才跟着来。

I think it's mainly, like, when I'm stripped down a little bit, that's when the judgment comes in.

Speaker 0

人们就会忍不住皱眉,心里嘀咕。

It's like people will kinda be like, ugh.

Speaker 0

你只能心里想,算了,我真的不在乎了。

And you're just kinda like, I just don't care anymore.

Speaker 0

这才是关键。

That's the thing.

Speaker 0

因为我知道,那根本不是重点,任何因此评判我的人,你根本不懂。

Because I know that, like, that's not what matters and that anybody who's judging me imagine that.

Speaker 0

任何因为我素颜穿舒服衣服出门就评判我的人,都是混蛋。

Anybody who's judging me for being comfortable without wearing makeup and wearing fucking comfortable clothes in public, anyone who's judging me is a piece of shit.

Speaker 0

你根本不知道我那天经历了什么。

You have no idea what I went through that day.

Speaker 0

我可能累得要死,就只想穿条运动裤。

I could be fucking exhausted, and I just wanna wear my sweatpants.

Speaker 0

你却因为我的穿着指手画脚,真是够了。

And you're judging me wearing your fucking, like, whatever.

Speaker 0

真没劲。

Lame.

Speaker 0

实在太没劲了。

That's so lame.

Speaker 0

我从不以别人穿什么来评判他们。

I never judge people based on what they're wearing.

Speaker 0

说实话,有时候别人穿什么真让我心里有点评判,但我绝不会表现出来。

I mean, sometimes people's fashion choices make me judge a little bit, but I will never outwardly judge.

Speaker 0

我开玩笑的。

I'm kidding.

Speaker 0

说真的,现在想想,就算有人穿得很怪,我也根本不会去评判。

I actually don't even judge people if people have weird outfits now that I think about it.

Speaker 0

我就完全不在意。

Like, I just don't give a fuck.

Speaker 0

这跟我一点关系都没有。

It just doesn't affect me.

Speaker 0

别人穿什么、做什么,都跟我毫无关系。

Like, what somebody else is wearing, what somebody else is doing, it just doesn't affect me.

Speaker 0

这压根不关我的事。

It's none of my fucking business.

Speaker 0

就这样,没得说。

End of story.

Speaker 0

有人想穿运动裤,甚至光着身子到处走,我都无所谓。

Like, if somebody wants to wear sweatpants if somebody fucking wants to walk around naked, I don't care.

Speaker 0

只要他们不挡着我,光着身子也行。

As long as they're not getting in my way naked, then it's fine.

Speaker 0

我心态特别开放。

I'm so open minded.

Speaker 0

我真的完全不在意。

I just don't care.

Speaker 0

不过我觉得在洛杉矶这样挺好的。

But I do think it's cool in LA.

Speaker 0

人们确实欣赏独特性,尤其是在穿衣打扮上。

People do appreciate uniqueness as well when especially when it comes to fashion.

Speaker 0

我觉得穿得独特一点、不一样一点去参加活动,我一点都不觉得尴尬,因为我知道大家都这样。

I think people like to, like I don't ever feel weird showing up to something wearing a, like, unique or different outfit because I know that everybody's kinda on that wave too.

Speaker 0

大家都喜欢搞点不一样的。

Like, everybody likes to spice it up.

Speaker 0

很多人对时尚特别着迷。

A lot of people are really into fashion.

Speaker 0

所以这感觉很棒,你去学校穿得有个性,也不会担心被人评头论足。

So it's cool because you can you're never it's not like when you show up to school and you're wearing a cool outfit and you're worried you're gonna get judged.

Speaker 0

在洛杉矶,我觉得大家通常都不会去评判别人。

In LA, I feel like usually people aren't judging.

Speaker 0

大家更多是想看看接下来会流行什么。

Usually people are kinda, like, trying to figure out what's next.

Speaker 0

我们都在互相观察,琢磨下一个潮流会是什么。

Like, we're all just looking at each other for for the next the next trend.

Speaker 0

算是吧,也不完全是。

So yes and no.

Speaker 0

咱们接着聊。

Moving on.

Speaker 1

嘿,艾玛。

Hey, Emma.

Speaker 1

我就是想知道,你搬到洛杉矶之后,都开始玩儿些什么新爱好了?

I was just wondering what are, like, some new, like, hobbies that you took on, like, when you moved to LA?

Speaker 0

嗯,是这样。

Okay.

Speaker 0

说实话,我真希望能多说点,但老实讲,我其实没什么特别的爱好。

See, I wish that I had more answers to this than I do because I think I don't actually have very many hobbies, to be honest.

Speaker 0

我是有那么几个。

I mean, I do.

Speaker 0

不过说真的,我最近重新找回了对运动的热情,因为小时候我经常参加体育活动。

But, like, mainly my hobbies consist of I I definitely have kind of regained my passion for exercise as I've lived here because I grew up kinda doing sports.

Speaker 0

搬来这儿之后,发现人人都在健身,我也慢慢爱上了这种感觉。

And then once I moved here, like, everybody works out here, and I ended up, like, really loving it.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢上健身课。

Like, I love doing workout classes.

Speaker 0

我常去练SoulCycle和Berries。

I do SoulCycle and Berries.

Speaker 0

最近我在练Berries。

Berries, I've been doing recently.

Speaker 0

就是跑步和锻炼交替,跑一会儿,练一会儿。

It's like running and then workout, running, workout.

Speaker 0

锻炼嘛,主要是举铁那一类的。

Or like workout meaning like weights and shit.

Speaker 0

我真的很喜欢这种模式。

I actually really like that.

Speaker 0

SoulCycle是我最常去的,因为有氧效果好,还不伤膝盖。

SoulCycle is my go to just because I like how it's cardio, but like low impact on my joints.

Speaker 0

我还慢慢开始接触攀岩了,记得以前有一阵子特别爱玩。

So I also have kind of gotten into I know I had, like, a rock climbing phase.

Speaker 0

那真的特别有意思。

That was really fun.

Speaker 0

我该重新捡起来了。

Should probably get back into that.

Speaker 0

我真的很享受那个过程。

I really enjoyed it.

Speaker 0

不过我跟我朋友都染上了癣,说起来还真是。

Although I think it gave my friend ringworm and me ringworm for that matter.

Speaker 0

所以那地方可能不太干净。

So maybe not the cleanest.

Speaker 0

我喜欢去海边,但那算不上什么爱好。

I love going to the beach, but that's not really a hobby.

Speaker 0

说来有点奇怪,我觉得刷YouTube、刷社交媒体这些,其实也算我的一种爱好。

I think, like, weirdly, YouTube and social media and all that is kind of a hobby for me too in a way.

Speaker 0

它算爱好吧,又不算。

It's a hobby, and it's not.

Speaker 0

因为确实是我喜欢做的事。

Because it's something I enjoy doing.

Speaker 0

还有购物,比如淘二手货,要是也算爱好的话。

Actually, shopping, like, thrifting and shit, if you consider that a hobby.

Speaker 0

我超爱购物。

I love shopping.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢穿搭,朋友愿意让我帮他们搭配的时候,我都很开心。

I love style I even like styling my friends when they let me.

Speaker 0

只要是跟衣服有关的事,我都着了迷,这绝对是我的一个爱好。

And, like, just anything with clothes is, like, an definite hobby that I've become obsessed with.

Speaker 0

不管是帮朋友挑衣服,陪他们选造型去参加活动,还是给自己搭配,我都乐在其中。

Like, anything like, whether it's, like, helping my friends, like, styling them when they or helping them pick out outfits and shit when they're, like, going to an event or something or doing that for myself.

Speaker 0

还有社交媒体。

Social media.

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You get it.

Speaker 0

不过说实话,我可能还得再找点别的爱好。

But, I mean, I probably need more hobbies.

Speaker 0

你有什么建议吗?让我变得更有意思一点。

Let me know what I could do to make myself more interesting.

Speaker 0

下一个问题。

Next question.

Speaker 0

嗨,艾玛。

Hi, Emma.

Speaker 0

希望时尚周玩得开心。

I hope fashion week was fun.

你搬到洛杉矶后,我一直在想,那么多景点里,你最喜欢哪个?带朋友逛的时候,你一般会带他们去哪?

And, when you moved to LA, I was just wondering, of all of the tourist attractions or sites, is your favorite and is your, like, go to when you show your friends around?

Speaker 0

太棒了。

Love it.

Speaker 0

谢谢啊。

Well, thank you.

Speaker 0

巴黎其实挺累人的,但特别有意思。

Paris was actually kind of exhausting, but it was very fun.

Speaker 0

我现在彻底垮了。

But I'm wrecked.

Speaker 0

这事儿改天再聊吧。

That's a story for another day.

Speaker 0

每次朋友来洛杉矶,我都特别紧张。

But I always get so stressed out when my friends come to LA.

Speaker 0

真的特别紧张。

Like, so stressed.

Speaker 0

因为我不太清楚别人觉得哪些地方酷。

Because I'm like, I don't really know what people think is cool.

Speaker 0

我平时就只是吃饭、去海滩。

Because I normally just go out to eat and go to the beach.

Speaker 0

但到了冬天,我特别喜欢带人去海滩。

But then when it's winter like, I love taking people to the beach.

Speaker 0

不过冬天就有点难了。

But when it's winter, it's harder.

Speaker 0

所以我通常会带人去梅尔罗斯,那里有很多有意思的店。

So I tend to take people to Melrose because there's a lot of cool shops on Melrose.

Speaker 0

人都喜欢衣服。

And people love clothes.

Speaker 0

谁都喜欢衣服。

Everybody loves clothes.

Speaker 0

不管你喜不喜欢衣服,在梅尔罗斯你都会爱上它们,因为那儿特别有意思。

Whether you love clothes or not, you love clothes when you're on Melrose because it's really fun.

Speaker 0

那儿有太多独特又酷的东西了。

There's so many unique stuff and so much cool stuff.

Speaker 0

而且还有很多涂鸦墙,挺可爱的。

And, like, also, there's, like, a bunch of murals, and it's kinda cute.

Speaker 0

还有那个著名的粉红墙,我觉得特别搞笑,不知道为啥游客都爱在保罗·史密斯的粉墙前拍照。

Also, there's the fucking infamous pink wall, which I think is so fucking funny because for some reason, the tourists love the Paul Smith pink wall.

Speaker 0

他们特别喜欢在那儿自拍。

They love taking pictures in front of it.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢带新人去那儿,然后跟他们说:你瞧,这么多人在那儿拍自拍。

I love taking new people there and being like, look at everybody taking selfies in front of this.

Speaker 0

这难道不太神奇了吗?

How amazing is this?

Speaker 0

这事儿是什么时候发生的?

When did this happen?

Speaker 0

是谁定下这个规矩的?

Who determined that this was the thing?

Speaker 0

说真的,我觉得挺有意思的,但我也能理解。

It's, like, kind of funny to me, but I also, like, kinda get it.

Speaker 0

有一次我本来是开玩笑才在墙前拍了张照,结果我心想,这光线怎么这么好?

Because one time I took a photo in front of me as a joke at first, but then I was like, why is the lighting so good?

Speaker 0

我觉得这墙的反光有点特别。

Like, I think there's something about the reflection.

Speaker 0

这面粉红墙的光线简直绝了。

Like, the lighting on the pink wall is like fire.

Speaker 0

带人逛逛梅尔罗斯吧。

So take people around Melrose.

Speaker 0

拉古纳和马里布带人去特别棒,风景美,就这么简单。

Laguna and Malibu are great to take people just because it's beautiful and whatever.

Speaker 0

冬天去也完全没问题。

I mean, even during the winter, could do it.

Speaker 0

就是不能下水游泳。

You just can't swim.

Speaker 0

除非你冲浪,那就穿件潜水服,照样玩得开心。

Unless you surf, then wear a wetsuit and enjoy it.

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

这儿有几条不错的徒步路线。

There are some good hikes here.

Speaker 0

但我个人真不怎么喜欢徒步。

But personally, I do not like hiking.

Speaker 0

你们去玩吧,我不掺和了。

So I'm gonna let you guys enjoy that.

Speaker 0

你可以去徒步看好莱坞标志。

You can hike the Hollywood Sign.

Speaker 0

很多人特别喜欢这条路线。

A lot of people really enjoy that.

Speaker 0

到了山顶拍出来的照片特别酷。

You can take cool photos at the top.

Speaker 0

我就觉得,徒步太累了,还不如在跑步机上跑一跑,然后直接回家睡觉。

I just think hiking and like, dude, just let me, like, run on a treadmill and then go to bed.

Speaker 0

对了,我刚想到,我说了跑步机,那我是不是该改主意?

Like, also, should I not be going to I just thought about I was thinking about because I said treadmill.

Speaker 0

我待会儿要去上SoulCycle的课,但现在有点犹豫,怕染上新冠。

And I'm going to SoulCycle after this, but now I'm kinda scared because I don't wanna get coronavirus.

Speaker 0

我觉得健身课这种地方,人多密集,是不是真得提防一下?

And I feel like a workout class is kind of like a it's kind of a great place for that to, like, do I need to be worried about that?

Speaker 0

不过我还是会去的。

I'm a still go, though.

Speaker 0

随便吧。

Whatever.

Speaker 0

管不了那么多了。

Fuck it.

Speaker 0

好了,各位。

Okay, guys.

Speaker 0

我觉得我得先收尾了。

I'm kind of I think I need to wrap this up.

Speaker 0

我得去睡个午觉什么的。

I need to go take a nap or something.

Speaker 0

说实话,我现在正处在人生的一个阶段。

To be honest with y'all, I'm going through this phase of my life right now.

Speaker 0

我们朋友管这叫‘超负荷模式’,就是逼自己到极限。

It's called my friends and I call it an amathon, where I'm just pushing myself to the limit.

Speaker 0

不过说真的,还挺有意思的。

But it's, like, kind of fun.

Speaker 0

我最近认识了一堆新朋友。

Like, I'm meeting a bunch of new friends.

Speaker 0

我最近特别爱尝试新东西。

I've just been, like, being very adventurous.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

晚上跟朋友熬夜、吃东西、开车兜风,聊心事,又笑又哭。

And, like, staying up late with my friends, getting food, driving around, talking about my feelings, laughing, crying.

Speaker 0

以前我每天晚上就躺在床上刷抖音,现在可不一样了。

Like, I've been doing a lot more because I used to just lay in my bed every night and watch TikTok.

Speaker 0

现在我真正在经历我们说的这个‘亚马逊’——走出家门,像个人一样生活。

But now I'm actually, like, on this Amazon, as we call it, where I'm actually, like, going outside of my house and, like, living like a human being.

Speaker 0

普通人管这叫生活。

So normally peep normal people would call that a living.

Speaker 0

我管这叫‘亚马逊’。

I call it an Amazon.

Speaker 0

别问我这名字是怎么来的。

Don't ask me how that name came up.

Speaker 0

但说实话,这真有点让我累,因为我最近就是个怪里怪气的青少年。

But it's kind of exhausting me, to be honest, because I've just been, like, being a teen, so weird.

Speaker 0

我有点受不了了。

I kinda hate it.

Speaker 0

不管怎样,希望你们今天过得愉快。

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy your day.

Speaker 0

来洛杉矶玩的时候,告诉我你是不是也同意我的看法。

Come visit LA and let me know if you agree with me and my opinions.

Speaker 0

试试我推荐的那些餐厅。

Try out my restaurants that I recommend in.

Speaker 0

不过别穿着运动裤去Crossroads。

Don't go to Crossroads in sweats, though.

Speaker 0

除非你真想要快点上菜,那也可以考虑一下。

Unless you want that fast service, maybe consider it.

Speaker 0

好了,大家再见。

Bye, y'all.
