本集简介

Have you ever wondered what it truly means to become your most authentic self? To integrate all aspects of your being—both conscious and unconscious—and embark on a profound journey of self-realization? Welcome to the final episode of our 'Mind Unveiled' series, where we explore the transformative process of individuation, as envisioned by Carl Jung. In this episode, I'll guide you through the concept of individuation, defining it as the journey toward becoming a complete, self-realized individual. We’ll delve into how this holistic and spiritual approach differs from traditional models of healing in mainstream biomedical mental health. Discover why individuation is crucial for personal growth and psychological well-being, and learn about the balance and harmony it aims to achieve between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche. We’ll also explore the role of outer psychology and personality types in individuation. You'll learn how Jung distinguished between introverted and extroverted personality types and how this distinction plays into the individuation process. We'll break down the organization of personality types according to Jung’s model, focusing on the four faculties: sensing, thinking, feeling, and intuition, and illustrate how these faculties interact and contribute to your journey of self-discovery. Furthermore, we’ll dive into the spiritual dimensions of individuation, discussing how Jung viewed it as a spiritual journey and the significance of his use of spiritual terminology. We'll explore how Jung’s system of individuation complements the mystical Qabalah, highlighting parallels like the Tree of Life and the process of spiritual ascent. By integrating psychological and spiritual growth, you’ll understand how to achieve a more holistic and enriched life. Finally, I'll provide practical advice to help you embark on your own individuation journey, encouraging self-reflection, mindfulness, and the exploration of dreams and fantasies as tools for self-discovery. Join me for this transformative conclusion to our series, and take the next step on your path to becoming your true self. Don’t miss out on this comprehensive exploration of the individuation process and its profound impact on your personal and spiritual growth. Tune in and discover how to integrate all facets of your being for a richer, more fulfilling life. Enjoyed this episode? Explore more as a Premium Submarine. 大家好,欢迎来到《心灵揭秘》系列的最后一集。

Hello and welcome to the final episode in our Mind Unveiled series.

Speaker 1

这是第六集,我们将深入探讨个体化这一深刻旅程。

This is episode six where we will be exploring the profound journey of individuation.

Speaker 1

这个过程是荣格心理学的核心,它能把我们之前聊过的所有概念串联起来,帮你全面理解个人成长与精神觉醒。

This process central to Jungian psychology will tie together all the concepts that we've discussed so far, offering a comprehensive understanding of personal development and spiritual growth.

Speaker 1

在我们即将走完这一系列的最后一段路之前,我再提醒一次:这些节目是设计成按顺序收听和探索的。

As we embark on this very last leg of our journey together on this series, this is my final reminder that these episodes were designed to be listened to and explored chronologically.

Speaker 1

每一集都建立在上一集的基础上,层层递进,让你对人类心灵有更细腻、更深入的理解。

The idea is that each episode builds on the previous one, creating a layered and nuanced understanding of the human psyche.

Speaker 1

如果你从第一集就开始跟着我,那今天关于个体化的讨论,会完美地把我们学到的所有内容融会贯通。

So if you've been with me from the very beginning, you will find that today's discussion on individuation beautifully integrates everything that we've learned so far.

Speaker 1

所以如果你还没从头开始,我强烈建议你从第一集补起,一路听下来,再回来和我一起听这第六集。

So if you haven't already done so, I highly recommend starting this series at episode one and working your way through, and then meeting me right back here for episode six.

Speaker 1

咱们先回头看看,一路走来,我们已经走了多远。

Let's just circle back on how far we've come.

Speaker 1

在第一集里,我们聊了心理治疗的起源,还有弗洛伊德那些颠覆性的理论,为理解潜意识打下了基础。

In our first episode, we delved into the birth of psychotherapy and the revolutionary theories of Sigmund Freud, laying the groundwork for understanding the unconscious mind.

Speaker 1

接着,我们转向荣格的精神心理学,探讨了他独特的贡献,还有那个‘神圣之路’的概念。

And from there, we moved into Carl Jung's advent of spiritual psychology, exploring his unique contributions and the concept of the sacred way.

Speaker 1

第三集我们揭开了灵魂意象的面纱,分析了虚假自我、阿尼玛和阿尼姆斯,还有心理里那些强大的原型。

In episode three, we unmasked the soul image, examining the false self, the anima and animus, and all of the different powerful archetypes within the psyche.

Speaker 1

到了第四集,我们深入探讨了心理本身的复杂结构,看看荣格怎么把灵魂、理智、精神和所有心理过程整合成一个整体。

And then we explored the intricate nature of the psyche itself in episode four, looking at Jung's holistic view that integrates the soul, intellect, spirit, and the totality of our psychic processes.

Speaker 1

上一集第五集,我们一头扎进阴影的黑暗面,看清了它在日常生活、人际关系,还有社会中的各种表现。

And last time in episode five, we ventured deep into the dark aspects of the shadow, understanding its manifestations in everyday life, relationships, and society.

Speaker 1

每一集都给了我们关键的洞见和工具,帮我们理解内心世界的复杂层次。

Each of these episodes has provided us with essential insights and tools to understand the complex dimensions of our inner world.

Speaker 1

现在,当我们转向个体化这个过程时,你会看到——潜意识、阴影、灵魂意象、还有整个心理系统,是怎么一起作用,带你走上一场通往自我实现的蜕变之旅的。

And as we now turn to the process of individuation, we will see how all these elements, our unconscious, shadow, soul image, and the psyche come together in a transformative journey towards self realization.

Speaker 1

个体化,可不只是个人成长那么简单。

Individuation isn't just about personal growth.

Speaker 1

这是一种精神上的升华,把外在的心理学、人格类型,甚至卡巴拉这样的神秘元素都融合在一起。

It is a spiritual ascent that integrates outer psychology, personality types, and even mystical elements like the Qabalah.

Speaker 1

正是这种整体性的视角,让荣格的思想与众不同,影响深远。

This holistic approach is what sets Jung's vision apart and makes it so profoundly impactful.

Speaker 1

荣格所说的‘个体化’,是一个人成长为完整自我的过程。

Individuation, as conceptualized by Carl Jung, is the process through which a person becomes an integrated whole.

Speaker 1

让人真正找到属于自己的独特性与真实感。

Achieving a unique sense of self realization and authenticity.

Speaker 1

它要求你有意识地觉察并整合心理的各个层面——包括意识、个人无意识,还有集体无意识。

It involves the conscious acknowledgment and integration of various aspects of the psyche including the conscious mind, the personal unconscious, and the collective unconscious.

Speaker 1

这条道路最终会塑造出一个真正独立的自我,让你的本性和潜能彻底绽放。

And this journey leads to the formulation of a distinct individuated self where one's true nature and potential are fully actualized.

Speaker 1

个体化跟主流医学模式的心理健康观截然不同,后者往往只盯着症状控制和特定心理疾病的治疗。

Individuation stands in stark contrast to mainstream biomedical models of mental health which often focus solely on symptom management and the treatment of specific mental disorders.

Speaker 1

医学模式更侧重药物干预和认知行为疗法,目标是减轻症状、提升功能表现。

The biomedical approach tends to emphasize pharmacological interventions and cognitive behavioral techniques aimed at reducing symptoms and improving functional outcomes.

Speaker 1

这些方法虽然有效,但往往忽略了疗愈和成长中更深层的整体性层面。

And while these methods can be effective, they often overlook the deeper holistic aspects of healing and personal growth.

Speaker 1

相比之下,个性化是一个全面的整体过程,不仅关乎心智,更涵盖灵性以及我们在之前几期里讨论过的心理各个层面。

In contrast to this, individuation is a comprehensive holistic process that encompasses not just the mind, but the totality of the spirit and all of these different aspects of the psyche that we explored in our previous episodes.

Speaker 1

个性化是一段灵性旅程,个体在这过程中努力发现并整合自己的所有部分——阴影、阿尼玛、阿尼姆斯,还有藏在集体无意识里的原型元素。

Individuation involves a spiritual journey where the individual seeks to uncover and integrate all of their parts, the shadow, the anima, the animus, and the archetypal elements held in the collective unconscious.

Speaker 1

这个过程极其个人化、独一无二,而且充满转变的力量。

This process is deeply personal, unique, and transformative.

Speaker 1

它的目标不只是缓解症状,更是促成深刻的自我认知,以及内在的和谐与平衡。

It's aimed not just as alleviating symptoms, but at fostering profound self understanding and this inner sense of harmony and balance.

Speaker 1

个性化对我们的心理健康至关重要,因为它关照了人类经验的全部维度。

Individuation is so crucial for our psychological well-being because what it does is that it addresses the entirety of the human experience.

Speaker 1

通过整合心理的各个部分,我们才能更深入地理解自己,以及自己在世界中的位置。

By integrating various different parts of the psyche, we can achieve a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

Speaker 1

这种整体性的整合,会带来更高的自我觉察、情绪稳定和满足感,而这种感受,其实就是疗愈,对吧?

This holistic integration leads to greater self awareness, emotional balance, and a sense of fulfillment, which we experience as healing, right?

Speaker 1

这个疗愈的过程。

The healing process.

Speaker 1

我们开始感觉好多了。

We start to feel better.

Speaker 1

我们开始看到,那些生物医学模型所谓的心理疾病症状,慢慢得到了缓解。

We start to see the resolution of what the biomedical model calls these symptoms of mental illness.

Speaker 1

如果没有个性化整合,我们就会一直支离破碎,内心的部分被割裂、被忽视、悬而未决。

Without individuation, we remain fragmented with parts of our psyche left split off, unexplored and unresolved.

Speaker 1

正因如此,我们才会感到深深的空虚,总觉得不完整,内心像在打仗,冲突不断。

And this is what leads to these feelings of deep emptiness, this sense of feeling incomplete and like we are at war where there is an inner conflict deep within ourselves.

Speaker 1

个性化整合的终极目标,就是让意识和潜意识达成平衡与和谐。

The ultimate goal of individuation is to achieve this balance and harmony between our conscious and unconscious aspects.

Speaker 1

这种平衡,对心理健康至关重要。

And this balance is essential for psychological health.

Speaker 1

它能让我们拥有更完整、更统一的自我感。

It allows for a more integrated and cohesive sense of self.

Speaker 1

当意识和潜意识达成和谐时,我们就能开启全部的潜能、创造力,以及深层的内在智慧与直觉。

When the conscious mind and the unconscious mind are in harmony, what happens is we can then unlock access to our full potential, creativity, and deep inner wisdom and intuition.

Speaker 1

面对生活的挑战,我们会更有韧性、更真实,做出的决定也真正契合我们的本性和价值观。

We can navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and authenticity, making decisions that are actually aligned with our true nature and values.

Speaker 1

个体化是一个持续的对话过程,我们需要主动去面对梦境、幻想和内在世界。

Individuation involves a continuous dialogue between the conscious and the unconscious where we are actively engaging with our dreams, fantasies and inner world.

Speaker 1

通过这个过程,我们能发现那些被隐藏的自我面向,整合阴影部分,对内心世界形成更细腻的理解。

And through this process we can uncover hidden aspects of ourselves, integrate our shadow traits and develop a more nuanced understanding of our inner world.

Speaker 1

走向完整性的旅程,既极其个人,又深深扎根于人类共通的经验。

This journey toward wholeness is both deeply personal and at the same time universally human.

Speaker 1

这也正是荣格心理学对自我认知最核心的贡献。

Reflecting the core of Jungian psychology's contribution to our understanding of the self.

Speaker 1

为了深入探索,我想给你们读一些关于个体化过程的深刻洞见,来自荣格本人,也来自其他心理学领域的重量级人物。

To set the stage for the deeper part of our exploration, I want to read you some of the most profound and impactful quotes about the individuation process from Carl Jung himself, but also from other prominent figures in psychology.

Speaker 1

这些第一组,是荣格自己的话。

These first ones are from Carl Jung.

Speaker 1

他写道,个性化就是成为一个统一的整体,而既然个体性包含了我们最内在、最终极且不可替代的独特性,它也意味着成为真正的自己。

He writes, individuation means becoming a single homogenous being and in so far as individuality embraces our innermost last and incomparable uniqueness, it also implies becoming one's own self.

Speaker 1

所以,我们可以把个性化理解为‘成为自己’或‘自我实现’。

We could therefore translate individuation as coming to selfhood or self realization.

Speaker 1

再来是荣格的另一句话。

Another quote from Jung.

Speaker 1

这一生最大的特权,就是成为真实的自己。

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Speaker 1

个性化的过程,就是把意识与无意识整合起来,成为一个完整的人。

The process of individuation is the process of integrating the conscious with the unconscious of becoming a whole person.

Speaker 1

这是我打算读的荣格最后一句话。

And here's the last one I'll read from Jung.

Speaker 1

个性化是一场英勇却常常充满悲剧色彩的使命。

Individuation is a heroic and often tragic task.

Speaker 1

它的巅峰成就,是人格的整合,以及一种正直而真实的人生。

The crowning achievement of which is personality integration and a life of integrity and authenticity.

Speaker 1

要意识到这一点,就得承认人格中那些阴暗面是真实存在的。

To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real.

Speaker 1

这种觉察,是任何自我认知的前提。

This act is the essential condition for any kind of self knowledge.

Speaker 1

接下来,我再分享几位思想家的几段话。

So here are a few quotes from other thinkers.

Speaker 1

第一个是默里·斯坦的,他是个荣格派分析师,也是作家。

The first one is from Murray Stein, who is a Jungian analyst and author.

Speaker 1

他说,个体化是一生的冒险。

He writes, individuation is the adventure of a lifetime.

Speaker 1

就是走向完整,发掘每个人内心独特的潜能。

It's the process of becoming whole and realizing the unique potential that resides in each person.

Speaker 1

罗伯特·A·约翰逊,另一位荣格派分析师兼作家,也是我特别喜欢的一位,他说:个体化的目标,就是要剥去自我身上那些虚假的面具——那个社会认可的假象,把最真实、最深层、最本真的自我呈现出来。

Robert a Johnson, another Jungian analyst and author, one of my personal favorites, writes, the goal of individuation is nothing less than to divest the self of the false wrappings of the persona, the socially acceptable mask, and to bring to light the truest, deepest, and most authentic core of who we are.

Speaker 1

最后,再引用一位我特别喜欢的荣格派心理分析师兼作家克拉丽莎·平科拉·埃斯特斯的话。

And finally, another quote from Jungian psychoanalyst and author Clarissa Pinkola Estes, another of my favorites.

Speaker 1

如果你还没读过她的书,我强烈推荐你去读一读,特别是《与狼共舞的女性》。

And if you haven't read any of her work, I highly recommend you dive into it, specifically her book, women who run with the wolves.

Speaker 1

她对个体化过程是这么描述的。

But she writes this of the individuation process.

Speaker 1

个体化就是去拥抱人类经验的全部光谱——从创造力与喜悦的巅峰,到痛苦与绝望的深渊,并在这一切中找到意义和内在的连贯性。

Individuation is the challenge of embracing the full spectrum of human experience from the heights of creativity and joy to the depths of suffering and despair and finding meaning and coherence in all of it.

Speaker 1

要真正理解个体化的过程,我们得先搞清楚‘外在心理’的作用。

To really dive into understanding the process of individuation we have to understand the role of outer psychology.

Speaker 1

在个体化这个语境里,外在心理指的是我们人格中那些与外部世界互动的部分。

Outer psychology in the context of individuation refers to the aspects of our personality that interact with the external world.

Speaker 1

比如我们的行为、态度、社会角色,还有我们向他人展示自己的方式。

So this includes our behaviors, attitudes, social roles, and the way that we present ourselves to others.

Speaker 1

内在心理关注的是潜意识和内心活动,而外在心理则聚焦于我们如何与环境和人际关系互动。

While inner psychology deals with the unconscious and internal processes, outer psychology focuses on how we engage with our environments and our relationships.

Speaker 1

理解外在心理对个体化至关重要,因为它帮我们看清:我们是如何把内心的状况投射到外部世界,又如何在与他人的互动中,被这些投射反过来映照回来的。

Understanding outer psychology is crucial for individuation because it helps us recognize how we project our inner states onto the outer world and how these projections are reflected back to us through our interactions.

Speaker 1

在个体化过程中,外在心理的作用在于有意识地参与外部经历和人际关系,这些就像镜子一样映照出我们的内在。

The role of outer psychology in individuation involves conscious engagement with external experiences and relationships that serve as mirrors to our inner selves.

Speaker 1

通过观察自己在社交情境中的行为和反应,我们能发现那些被忽视或压抑的自我部分。

By observing our behaviors and reactions in social context, we can gain insights into part of ourselves that may be disowned or repressed.

Speaker 1

比如,与他人的互动往往暴露出我们的阴影面——那些我们否认或隐藏的特质,而这些恰恰是个人成长和整合的关键。

For example, interactions with others can reveal our shadow aspects or the traits we deny or hide, which are crucial for personal growth and integration.

Speaker 1

正是通过这些外部互动,我们才能识别并着手整合那些隐藏的内在部分,逐步走向更平衡、更完整的自己。

And it's through these external interactions that we can identify and work on integrating these hidden inner parts moving toward a more balanced and whole self.

Speaker 1

很多人觉得,必须等自己完全康复了,才能考虑再谈恋爱或进入一段关系。

Many people believe that they need to become fully healed before they consider dating or entering a relationship again.

Speaker 1

虽然这听起来挺有道理,但实际上是对个体化过程的误解。

And while this notion seems logical, it is actually a misunderstanding of the individuation process.

Speaker 1

疗愈和成长,其实深深植根于我们与他人的互动和关系之中。

Healing and personal growth are deeply intertwined with our interactions and relationships with others.

Speaker 1

个体化不是一个人的孤军奋战,而是一个通过与外部世界和他人互动不断展开的动态过程。

Individuation isn't an isolated journey, it's a dynamic process that unfolds through our engagement with the external world and our connections with people.

Speaker 1

个体化的过程,就是要整合心理中各种各样的部分,包括那些我们否认或压抑的阴影面。

Individuation involves integrating various aspects of the psyche, including those shadow elements, those traits and behaviors that we deny or repress.

Speaker 1

上一期我们已经把这事儿聊得挺透了。

We explored all about that in the last episode.

Speaker 1

这些部分往往在关系里特别明显——别人就像一面镜子,照出我们的触发点、隐藏的动机,还有没解决的老问题。

And these elements most often emerge prominently in our relationships where our triggers, hidden motives, and unresolved issues are mirrored back to us through our interactions with those others.

Speaker 1

如果我们为了疗愈把自己关起来,躲开所有人,那就错过了直面和处理这些内在部分的绝佳机会。

So if we lock ourselves away in an attempt to heal in isolation, we miss this opportunity to confront and work through these aspects of ourselves.

Speaker 1

正是通过关系,我们才遇到那些能唤醒无意识内容的情境和情绪,从而有机会去觉察、去整合它们。

It is through relationships that we encounter the situations and emotions that bring our unconscious material to light, allowing us to address and integrate it.

Speaker 1

而且,‘孤立疗愈’这个想法,其实也站不住脚,因为大多数心理问题——我打个引号啊——按生物医学模型的定义,都不是凭空冒出来的。

The idea of healing in isolation is also challenged by the understanding that most mental health disorders, I put this in air quotes, as defined by the biomedical model of mental health, they are not created in a vacuum.

Speaker 1

这些问题,通常都是在和他人的互动中产生的。

These issues often arise in the context of our relationships with others.

Speaker 1

比如创伤、被抛弃、被背叛、被忽视这些经历,几乎都离不开和他人的关系。

For instance, experiences of trauma, abandonment, betrayal, and neglect typically involve interactions with other people.

Speaker 1

所以,疗愈个体化的过程,自然也离不开人际关系的参与。

Therefore, it stands to reason that the path to healing an individuation would also involve relational experiences.

Speaker 1

生物医学模型常把心理问题或精神疾病归咎于个人,说是性格缺陷或者什么‘化学失衡’造成的。

The biomedical model of mental health often locates the issue or mental health disorder within the individual, attributing psychological suffering to personality flaws or mythical chemical imbalances.

Speaker 1

这些其实都只是理论和人为构建的概念。

These are nothing more than theories and social constructs.

Speaker 1

并没有确凿的科学证据支持。

They are not backed up by proven facts.

Speaker 1

现实是,我们大部分的心理痛苦和贴上的标签,都源于人际关系中的互动。

The reality is that much of our psychological suffering and the labels we acquire arise from relational dynamics.

Speaker 1

精神障碍往往是人对不健康关系或童年社交环境的一种反应,甚至是适应性的反应,所以必须在关系的语境里去处理。

Mental disorders are often responses, often adaptive responses to unhealthy relationships or childhood social environments and as such they must be addressed within the context of relationships.

Speaker 1

要想真正踏上个体化的道路,我们就得直面各种各样的人际关系体验。

To truly engage in the process of individuation, we have to expose ourselves to the full spectrum of relational experiences.

Speaker 1

爱、心碎、脆弱,还有友情。

Love, heartbreak, vulnerability, and friendship.

Speaker 1

正是通过这些互动,我们直面自己的恐惧、欲望和未解的心结。

It is through these interactions that we confront our fears, desires, and unresolved conflicts.

Speaker 1

在应对人际关系的复杂性时,我们才能更深入地理解自己的行为和动机,而正是这个过程,让我们能把那些被压抑的阴影部分整合起来,走向更完整的自己。

By navigating the complexities of relationships, we gain deeper insights into our own behaviors and motivations and it is this process that allows us to integrate those shadow aspects and move toward a more balanced whole self.

Speaker 1

所以,这种‘外在心理学’的概念,在个体化过程中起着关键作用,因为它强调了外部互动的重要性。

So this concept of outer psychology plays a pivotal role in individuation by emphasizing the importance of our external interactions.

Speaker 1

与世界互动、建立有意义的关系,才能为我们内在的成长提供必要的土壤。

Engaging with the world and forming meaningful relationships provides the necessary context for our inner growth.

Speaker 1

当我们与他人相处时,会收到反馈,帮助我们觉察那些自己可能早已否认或压抑的内在部分。

And as we interact with others, we receive feedback that helps us recognize and address the parts of ourselves that we have likely disowned or repressed.

Speaker 1

这些互动就像催化剂,推动自我发现与转变,它们是照亮前路的灯塔,引导我们走向更深的自我觉察,化解心理症状。

These interactions serve as catalysts for self discovery and transformation and they are the lighthouses that guide us toward greater self awareness and the dissolution of our mental health symptoms.

Speaker 1

所以,个体化的旅程,本质上是一段深刻的关系之旅。

So, the journey of individuation is deeply relational.

Speaker 1

我们不可能通过把自己隔绝在世界之外,来实现真正的自我觉醒。

We cannot achieve true self realization by isolating ourselves from the world.

Speaker 1

我们得接纳人际关系带来的挑战和机会。

We must embrace the challenges and opportunities presented by our human relationships.

Speaker 1

只有这样,个体化的过程才能自然展开。

And by doing so, we allow the process of individuation to unfold naturally.

Speaker 1

最终让我们成为更完整、更真实的自己。

Leading to more of an integrated and authentic self.

Speaker 1

卡尔·荣格的人格类型理论,是理解个体化过程微妙之处的基石。

Carl Jung's theory of personality types is foundational for understanding the nuances of the individuation process.

Speaker 1

这个理论的核心,是两个你可能很熟悉的概念:内向和外向人格,它们代表了两种截然不同的与世界互动的方式,也通往各自独特的自我实现之路。

So central to this theory is a distinction between two concepts I think you'll be quite familiar with, and that is of the introverted and extroverted personality types, each of which represents a different orientation toward the world and a unique path toward self realization.

Speaker 1

这种区别可不是简单地喜欢独处还是爱社交那么简单。

This separation isn't merely a preference for solitude or social interaction.

Speaker 1

它反映的是更深层的心理机制,深刻影响着个体化的整个历程。

It reflects much deeper psychological processes that significantly influence the journey of individuation.

Speaker 1

那我们先来聊聊内向型人格。

So let's first explore introverted personality types.

Speaker 1

内向的人,主要关注的是自己内心的思绪、情绪和反思。

Introverts are individuals who are primarily oriented toward their internal world of thoughts, feelings, and reflections.

Speaker 1

他们从独处中汲取能量,长时间社交反而容易让他们感到疲惫。

They tend to draw energy from solitude and often feel drained by prolonged social interactions.

Speaker 1

内向的人通常很内省,喜欢沉思,也偏爱那些能让人深度思考的活动。

Introverts are introspective, reflective, and typically enjoy activities that allow for deep thinking and contemplation.

Speaker 1

对内向者来说,个性化的过程在于平衡丰富的内心世界与外部世界的要求和现实。

For introverts, the process of individuation involves balancing their rich inner life with the demands and realities of the outer world.

Speaker 1

内向者实现自我的过程,往往深深依赖于他们进行自我反思和内省的能力。

Introverts may find that their journey towards self realization is deeply connected to their ability to engage in self reflection and introspection.

Speaker 1

但他们也得学会走出舒适区,主动接触外部环境,把那些投射在别人身上的自我部分整合回来。

However, they also need to learn to step out of their comfort zones and interact with the external environment to integrate the parts of themselves that are projected onto others.

Speaker 1

内向者在成长过程中会遇到几个关键挑战。

Challenges and growth areas for introverts include a couple of different dynamics.

Speaker 1

首先是过度沉溺于内心世界。

First, an overemphasis on the inner world.

Speaker 1

内向者容易过分关注自己的内在体验,导致与外部世界脱节。

Introverts may become overly focused on their internal experiences, leading to a lack of engagement with the external world.

Speaker 1

这可能会让他们对现实产生偏差,错失通过外界互动成长的机会。

And this can result in a skewed sense of reality and missed opportunities for growth through external interactions.

Speaker 1

下一个挑战或成长点,是社交参与。

The next challenge or growth area for introverts is social engagement.

Speaker 1

通过主动参与社交活动、建立人际关系,内向者能把内心的洞察带到外部世界,从而形成更平衡、更完整的自我。

By consciously participating in social activities and building relationships, introverts can bring their inner insights into the external world, creating a more balanced and holistic sense of self.

Speaker 1

这种参与帮助他们整合内在与外在的体验,这是个体化过程中至关重要的一步。

This engagement helps them integrate their inner and outer experiences, which is a critical aspect of individuation.

Speaker 1

接下来我们聊聊外向型人格。

Moving over to the extroverted personality types.

Speaker 1

外向的人主要关注外部世界。

Extroverts are individuals who are primarily oriented towards the external world.

Speaker 1

他们从社交中获取能量,通常性格外向、爱交际,在群体里也自在得很。

They draw energy from social interactions, and they're generally outgoing, sociable, and comfortable in group settings.

Speaker 1

外向者喜欢行动,靠外界的刺激和互动来激发状态,越热闹越有劲。

Extroverts are action oriented, and they thrive on external stimulation and engagement with their environments.

Speaker 1

说到这儿,我突然想到一个特别贴切的例子,能清楚看出内向和外向的人在能量获取和消耗上的反差。

And as I'm walking you through this, a great example is coming to my mind of the contrasting ways that introverts and extroverts gain and lose energy.

Speaker 1

疫情期间,我在洛杉矶的办公室上班,那时候大家每天都去办公室。

During the COVID pandemic, I worked in an office in LA where we all went into the office.

Speaker 1

疫情爆发前,我早就拼命跟CEO提能不能多放几天在家办公,他死活不同意。

I had been desperately asking my CEO if we could have more work from home days before the pandemic hit, and he didn't want to.

Speaker 1

我以前的老板兼CEO,是个超级外向的人。

My old boss slash CEO, he was a massive extrovert.

Speaker 1

他每天来办公室,跟人混在一起,特别来劲儿。

He drew a ton of energy from coming into the office every day, being around people.

Speaker 1

我呢,是典型的内向人格,特别讨厌在办公室上班,一去就耗光能量。

I am a huge introvert, and I hate working in the office, and I lose a lot of energy.

Speaker 1

我发现自己在家反而效率高得多。

I find myself to be much more productive.

Speaker 1

我就是那种喜欢独来独往的人,所以现在做的这份工作才特别适合我。

I'm a lone wolf type of person, which is why I'm much more suited to the kind of work that I'm doing now.

Speaker 1

这才真正符合我本来的样子。

It's much more aligned with my true self.

Speaker 1

但疫情一来,我们被迫彻底转成远程办公。

But when the pandemic hit, we were forced to go completely remote.

Speaker 1

我感觉工作效率一下子飙升了。

I felt a surge in my productivity.

Speaker 1

在家上班我开心多了。

I was so much happier working from home.

Speaker 1

那时候我就想明白了,不管怎样,我再也不回办公室上班了。

And I even realized, like, at that point, no matter what happens, I am never working in an office again.

Speaker 1

这对我来说简直是个顿悟。

It was such an epiphany for me.

Speaker 1

虽然疫情方方面面都挺糟的,但这段经历让我彻底醒悟了。

And while the pandemic sucked in a variety of ways, that was an awakening moment that I had.

Speaker 1

但我的老板和很多同事都是典型的外向型人格。

But my CEO and many of my colleagues were serious extroverts.

Speaker 1

我这边越干越带劲,几个私下聊过的同事也跟我一样是内向型,都特别享受这种新模式;但另一些外向型的同事,靠跟人打交道充电的,真是在家隔离的环境里快撑不住了。

And while I was thriving and a few of my other colleagues who we confided in each other that we were also serious introverts and we were loving this new setup, a lot of my other colleagues who are much more extroverted and got their energy from being around people, they really suffered in this isolated work from home environment.

Speaker 1

这正好说明了不同性格的人,能量来源和消耗方式有多不一样。

So that's a great example of the ways in which these different personality types lose and gain energy.

Speaker 1

所以说到外向型人格在个体化过程中的作用,对内向者来说,个体化意味着要深化自己的内在世界。

So as it relates to extroverted personality types and the role that this type plays in the individuation process, For extroverts, individuation requires a deepening of their inner life.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

这跟内向者的路子正好相反。

It's the opposite of the introvert journey.

Speaker 1

他们天生擅长应付外部世界,但也得学会内省,好好反思自己。

While they're naturally adept at navigating the outer world, they also must learn to engage in introspection and deep self reflection.

Speaker 1

这个过程得去探索潜意识,搞清楚自己行为和互动背后的真正动因。

And this process involves exploring their unconscious mind and understanding the internal drivers of their behaviors and interactions.

Speaker 1

下面说说外向者需要面对的挑战和成长点。

So here are some challenges and growth areas for the extrovert.

Speaker 1

第一,跟内向者完全相反,他们的问题是太沉迷外部世界了。

First, totally opposite to the introvert, their challenge is their overemphasis on the outer world.

Speaker 1

外向者容易只盯着成就和别人的认可,忽略了内心的情感和心理需求,结果对自己和动机的理解就特别表面。

Extroverts may become too focused on external achievements and social validation, neglecting their inner emotional and psychological needs, and this can lead to a superficial understanding of themselves and their motivations.

Speaker 1

所以对外向者来说,成长的一个方向就是留出时间做些内省的练习,比如写日记、冥想,或者独自静思。

So a growth area for the extrovert would be to dedicate time to introspective practices like journaling, meditation, or solitary reflection.

Speaker 1

通过这些方式,外向者能更深入地了解自己的内心。

Through these practices, extroverts can gain a deeper understanding of their inner selves.

Speaker 1

对外向者而言,平衡好对外互动和向内探索,是实现真正自我整合的关键。

And this balance between external engagement and internal exploration is crucial for achieving a fully individuated self for the extrovert.

Speaker 1

荣格认为,每个人其实都兼具内向和外向的倾向,但通常会有一种更占主导地位。

So Jung believed that while everyone possesses both introverted and extroverted tendencies, one orientation is typically dominant.

Speaker 1

自我整合的过程,就是要觉察并接纳那个不太主导的倾向,让性格更平衡。

The process of individuation involves recognizing and integrating the less dominant orientation to achieve more of a balanced personality.

Speaker 1

这种整合对个人成长和心理健康至关重要。

And this integration is essential for personal growth and psychological health.

Speaker 1

我们老是说‘个人成长’‘心理健康’,可这些目标真正实现了,会带来什么变化呢?

And when we say these things over and over, personal growth, psychological health, what happens when we achieve those things?

Speaker 1

就是所谓的心理症状会减少。

A reduction in, quote, unquote, mental health symptoms.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我们感觉平衡了。

We are feeling balanced.

Speaker 1

所有心理问题、症状、障碍,不管你怎么叫它,根源都是我们内心的部分分裂了,失去了平衡。

The entire reason for mental health issues, symptoms, disorders, however you wanna call it, is imbalance in our psychological processes being split off from parts of ourselves.

Speaker 1

咱们来聊聊,这两种倾向怎么平衡,对每种性格类型具体会是什么样子。

So let's talk a little bit about how balancing these two orientations would play out for each of the personality types.

Speaker 1

对于觉得自己更内向的人,他们会主动参与社交、尝试新体验、建立有意义的关系。

So for someone who feels they're more introverted, they would engage in social activities, seek new experiences, and build meaningful relationships.

Speaker 1

这些都能帮助内向型的人,把内在的专注和外部现实更好地结合起来。

All of these things can help someone who leans more in the introverted direction balance their inner focus with that external reality.

Speaker 1

这种平衡会让他们更全面地理解自己,以及自己在外部世界中的位置。

And this balance is gonna create more of a comprehensive understanding of themselves and their place in the external world.

Speaker 1

但对外向型的人来说,情况就不一样了。

This will look differently for extroverts.

Speaker 1

所以对他们来说,平衡这两种倾向就是留出时间独处反思,探索内心的想法和情绪,做一些有助于平衡外在关注与内在沉思的内省练习。

So for them, balancing the two orientations looks like dedicating time to solitary reflection, exploring their inner thoughts and emotions, and engaging in introspective practices that can help them balance their outer focus with inner contemplation.

Speaker 1

这种平衡能让他们更深入地连接潜意识,理解自己行为背后的驱动力。

This balance allows them to connect more deeply with their unconscious mind and understand the drivers behind their actions and behaviors.

Speaker 1

但你看,不管你觉得自己更偏向内向还是外向。

But you see, no matter how you feel you lean towards introversion or extroversion.

Speaker 1

你明白吧,目标就像钟摆一样,我们要做的就是让两边平衡。

Do you see the goal here is it's like if there's a pendulum, what you wanna do is balance the scales.

Speaker 1

这其实是个非常古老的、带有神秘色彩的原理。

It's this really ancient esoteric feeling principle here.

Speaker 1

这可是自古以来就有的道理。

This is a tale as old as time.

Speaker 1

找到平衡点。

Find the balance.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

有时候我们把它想得太复杂了。

Sometimes we make it too intellectual.

Speaker 1

搞得太过繁琐了。

We make it too complicated.

Speaker 1

我们其实是在找平衡。

We are seeking balance.

Speaker 1

我们想看见自己所有的部分。

We're seeking to see all the parts of ourselves.

Speaker 1

任何东西过了头,通常都没啥好结果。

Anything in excess is usually not great.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

喝个两三杯葡萄酒,其实没啥大不了的。

So a couple glasses of wine, not so bad.

Speaker 1

但要是把一整瓶都干了,那就成酒鬼了。

But if you drink the whole bottle, you become an alcoholic.

Speaker 1

这时候,你就开始看到失衡、混乱、功能失调和健康出问题了。

That's where you start to see imbalance, disorder, dysfunction, and ill health.

Speaker 1

凡事适度通常都没问题,但关键还是要找到平衡。

Anything in moderation is usually okay, but we need to seek balance.

Speaker 1

内向和外向之间的互动,是一种动态的交织,塑造了个体化的过程。

The interaction between introversion and extroversion is this dynamic interplay that shapes the individuation process.

Speaker 1

只有把这两种倾向都整合起来,才能形成完整又平衡的自我。

And by integrating both orientations, we achieve this holistic and balanced sense of self.

Speaker 1

这种整合能让心灵和谐运作,让我们的意识和潜意识都得到承认。

This integration allows for a harmoniously functioning psyche where our conscious and unconscious aspects are acknowledged.

Speaker 1

它们彼此协调。

They're in harmony.

Speaker 1

它们都被接纳了。

They're embraced.

Speaker 1

荣格对内向和外向人格类型的探索,为理解人们在感知和与世界互动中的个体差异打下了基础。

Jung's exploration of the personality types as it relates to this extroverted or introverted leaning personality, it laid the foundation for understanding individual differences in perception and interaction with the world.

Speaker 1

而这一探索的核心,就在于内向与外向之间的互动,以及这两种倾向如何影响所谓的四种主要心理功能。

And central to this exploration is the interplay between introversion and extroversion and how these two orientations influence what are called the four primary psychological functions.

Speaker 1

这四种功能分别是:感觉、思维、情感和直觉。

And these are sensing, thinking, feeling, and intuition.

Speaker 1

就像我们之前说的,荣格把内向和外向看作人格的两种基本倾向。

So as we already talked about, Jung identified introversion and extroversion as the two fundamental orientations of the personality.

Speaker 1

而这些倾向决定了我们如何运用这些心理功能。

And these orientations shape how we use these psychological functions.

Speaker 1

这四种心理功能——感觉、情感、思维、直觉——都可以以内向或外向的方式表现出来。

And these four psychological functions, sensing, feeling, thinking, intuition, they can all be expressed in both introverted and extroverted ways.

Speaker 1

比如,内向的思考者会沉浸在自己的内心进行深度反思,而外向的思考者则更倾向于把逻辑应用到外部情境和人际互动中。

So for instance, an introverted thinker will engage in deep reflective analysis with their own mind while an extroverted thinker will apply logical reasoning to external situations and interactions.

Speaker 1

同样,内向的情感者关注的是内在的情绪和价值观,而外向的情感者则更看重外部世界中的和谐与人际关系。

Similarly, an introverted feeler will focus on internal emotional states and values, where an extroverted feeler will emphasize harmony and relationships in the external world.

Speaker 1

这种双重倾向,让我们能更细致地理解每个人如何应对他们的内在体验和外部世界。

So, this dual orientation allows for a nuanced understanding of how individuals navigate their internal and external experiences.

Speaker 1

现在很多人对像MBTI这样的性格测试都很熟悉,它根据人在四个维度上的偏好,把人分成16种性格类型。

Many people today are familiar with personality tests like the Myers Briggs Type Indicator or the MBTI, which categorizes individuals into these 16 personality types based on their preferences across four dichotomies.

Speaker 1

这四个维度分别是:内向和外向、感觉和直觉、思考和情感、判断和知觉。

Those are introversion versus extroversion, sensing versus intuition, thinking versus feeling, and judging versus perceiving.

Speaker 1

虽然MBTI源自荣格的理论,但通常被简化和商业化了,导致人们对荣格那些深刻又复杂的理论产生了肤浅的理解。

Now while the MBTI is inspired by Jung's work, it's often been simplified and commercialized leading to a superficial understanding of Jung's deeper and much more complex theories.

Speaker 1

MBTI把性格类型说得简单易懂,所以特别适合普通人做自我评估,因此很受欢迎。

The MBTI presents personality types in a way that's accessible and easy to understand, making it popular for casual self assessment.

Speaker 1

但它往往把荣格那种细腻、动态的模型,硬塞进一个个死板的标签里。

However, it tends to reduce Jung's nuanced and dynamic model into static categories.

Speaker 1

这就跟我们看精神健康领域的生物医学模型一样,总爱给人贴上僵化的诊断标签。

It's bringing us right back to these, you know, rigid diagnostic labels like we see in the biomedical model of mental health.

Speaker 1

荣格的观点更看重不同心理功能及其倾向之间的流动与互动。

Jung's approach emphasizes the fluidity and interaction between the different psychological functions and their orientations.

Speaker 1

他的模型不是让你往某个固定盒子里面钻,而是帮你理解心灵各个层面如何相互作用、随时间演变。

His model isn't about fitting into a fixed box or type, but about understanding the interplay of different aspects of the psyche and how they evolve over time.

Speaker 1

荣格提出了四种核心心理功能,用来描述我们如何感知世界和做决定。

So Jung identified four primary psychological functions that describe how we perceive the world and make decisions.

Speaker 1

我刚才简单提到的这四种功能,在每个人的性格结构里,可能有主次之分,分别是主导、辅助、第三和劣势功能。

So each of those functions that I briefly listed a moment ago, they can be dominant, auxiliary, tertiary, or inferior within an individual's personality structure.

Speaker 1

这些功能之间的互动,对个体化过程起着至关重要的作用。

And their interaction plays a crucial role in the process of individuation.

Speaker 1

首先是感觉功能,它关注具体、可触摸的细节,通过五感接收信息,特别注重当下。

So at a super high level, these functions are sensing, which focuses on the concrete and tangible details, processing information through the five senses and emphasizing the present moment.

Speaker 1

然后是思维功能,靠逻辑分析和客观标准来做判断,强调结构、一致性和理性。

Thinking, which involves logical analysis and objective criteria, prioritizing structure, consistency, and rationality in decision making.

Speaker 1

情感功能则是通过主观价值和情绪反应来处理信息,看重和谐、人际关系和个人价值观。

Feeling, this is processing information through subjective values and emotional responses, emphasizing harmony, relationships, and personal values.

Speaker 1

最后是直觉,它依赖于模式、可能性和抽象联系,更关注未来的潜力和整体格局。

And finally, intuition, which is a reliance on patterns, possibilities, abstract connections, focusing on future potential and the big picture.

Speaker 1

每一种功能都可以朝内或朝外运作。

So each function can be oriented either internally or externally.

Speaker 1

比如,内倾感觉型的人会关注内在的感官体验和过去的记忆。

So for example, an introverted sensing type will focus on internal sensory experiences and past memories.

Speaker 1

而外倾感觉型的人则更敏锐地感知外部环境和当下的感官细节。

While an extroverted sensing type will be attuned to the external environment and present sensory details.

Speaker 1

内倾直觉型的人会深入探索内在的愿景和未来的可能性。

An introverted intuition type will delve into internal visions and future possibilities.

Speaker 1

外倾直觉型的人则会去发现外部的模式和关联。

An extroverted intuition type will explore external patterns and connections.

Speaker 1

这种内外向的双重指向,为我们描绘了一幅极其丰富细腻的人类心理图景,也清楚地展示了我们每个人如何在内心世界和外部世界之间穿梭。

This dual orientation provides such a rich and intricate map of human psychology, and it really illustrates how we as individuals navigate both the inner and outer world.

Speaker 1

通过理解这些倾向与功能之间的复杂互动,我们能更深刻地体会到人类性格的多样性和深度。

So by understanding the complex interplay between these orientations and functions, we can gain a deeper appreciation of the diversity and depth of human personality.

Speaker 1

而这些基础认知,正是我们接下来深入探讨每种功能及其在个性化过程中所起作用的铺垫。

And this foundational knowledge sets the stage for a more detailed exploration of each function and its role in the individuation process, which is what we're diving into next.

Speaker 1

咱们先从感觉功能开始。

Let's start with sensing.

Speaker 1

感觉功能是通过五感来处理信息的。

Sensing is the function that processes information through the five senses.

Speaker 1

它关注的是具体、可触摸的细节和当下时刻。

It's concerned with concrete, tangible details, and the present moment.

Speaker 1

所以特别依赖感觉功能的人,通常都很务实、注重细节,而且特别脚踏实地。

So someone who relies heavily on the sensing function is going to be very practical, detail oriented, and deeply grounded in reality.

Speaker 1

他们喜欢清晰、有事实依据的信息,也特别擅长应对眼前的感官体验。

They prefer clear, factual information, and they're often really good at dealing with immediate sensory experiences.

Speaker 1

对于主导感觉功能的人来说,个性化的过程就是要平衡他们对外部世界的强烈连接,和对内省与直觉的需求。

So for someone with a dominant sensing function, the process of individuation involves balancing their strong connection to the external world with the need for introspection and intuition.

Speaker 1

也就是说,要学会欣赏那些通常不在他们自然关注范围内的抽象概念和未来可能性。

So this means developing an appreciation for abstract concepts and future possibilities, which are typically not within their natural focus.

Speaker 1

感觉型的人容易陷在细节里,忽略更大的背景或潜在模式,结果对现实的看法就变得支离破碎。

So sensing types might become too focused on details and miss the broader context or underlying patterns, and this leads to a fragmented view of reality.

Speaker 1

对感觉型的人来说,个性化就是要整合直觉的洞察,这样才能更全面地理解自己的经历。

Individuation for sensing types involves integrating intuitive insights, which can provide a more holistic understanding of their experiences.

Speaker 1

所以,多参与一些能激发想象力的活动,比如搞点艺术创作,或者想想未来的各种可能,对培养这个功能特别有帮助。

So engaging in activities that stimulate the imagination, like creative arts or exploring future possibilities can really help this function.

Speaker 1

练习正念也能帮他们更好地保持当下感,同时为内省和直觉打开空间。

Practicing mindfulness can also enhance their natural ability to be present while opening up space for introspective and intuitive insights.

Speaker 1

感知型的人还可以通过正念观察,既增强对当下的觉察,又保持开放,接纳新的洞见和解读。

Sensing types can also practice mindful observation to enhance their awareness of the present moment while being open to new insights and interpretations.

Speaker 1

接下来咱们聊聊思考型。

So moving on to thinking.

Speaker 1

思考型是靠逻辑分析和客观标准来处理信息的。

Thinking is the function that processes information through logical analysis and objective criteria.

Speaker 1

你可以想象那种特别注重结构、一致性和理性的人。

So think about an emphasis on structure, consistency, and rationality.

Speaker 1

特别依赖思考功能的人通常很有分析力,做事有条理,总想着用逻辑找到问题的解决方案。

Individuals who rely heavily on the thinking function are analytical, systematic, and they're usually focused on finding logical solutions to problems.

Speaker 1

他们在做决定时,特别看重清晰、高效和秩序。

They value clarity, efficiency, and order in all of their decision making processes.

Speaker 1

所以对于主导思维功能的人来说,个性化过程意味着要在逻辑分析的同时,培养情商和同理心。

So for those with a dominant thinking function, the individuation process involves balancing their logical analytic approach with the development of emotional intelligence and empathy.

Speaker 1

也就是说,他们得学会认识到情感和主观价值在决策和人际互动中的重要性。

So this means they'll need to learn to recognize the importance of feelings and subjective values in decision making and personal interactions.

Speaker 1

下面是一些思维型人格常见的挑战和成长方向。

Here are some challenges and growth areas for someone who is a thinking type.

Speaker 1

思维型的人容易过度依赖逻辑,忽视情感和人际关系的价值。

Thinking types are going to become overly reliant on logic and dismiss the importance of emotions and relationships.

Speaker 1

这可能会让他们待人接物显得冷漠或疏离。

So this can lead to cold or detached approaches to life.

Speaker 1

对思维型的人来说,个性化就是要整合情感功能,从而获得一种既重视逻辑、也看重情感的平衡视角。

Individuation for thinking types involves integrating the feeling function, which provides a balanced perspective that values both logic and emotion.

Speaker 1

参与培养同理心和情感觉察的活动,比如做志愿者或当心理咨询师,能帮助他们发展这方面的能力。

Engaging in activities that foster empathy and emotional awareness like volunteering or counseling, this can help them develop this function.

Speaker 1

提升情商,就是要学会认识和管理自己的情绪,同时更好地理解他人、倾听他人,这样在人际关系中才能更平衡、更充实。

And building emotional intelligence involves understanding and managing one's own emotions and also learning to better empathize and listen to others, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling approach in their relationships.

Speaker 1

所以,思考型的人可以通过共情练习,更好地理解和体会他人的感受和立场。

So thinking types would benefit from engaging in empathy exercises to enhance their understanding and appreciation of others' feelings and perspectives.

Speaker 1

而且,在做决定时兼顾逻辑结果和情感影响,能帮思考型的人走向更平衡、更全面的处事方式。

And practicing decision making that considers both logical outcomes and the emotional impacts can help thinking types achieve a more balanced holistic approach.

Speaker 1

接下来聊聊感受型。

Moving on to feeling.

Speaker 1

感受型是通过主观价值和情绪反应来处理信息的方式。

Feeling is the function that processes information through subjective values and emotional responses.

Speaker 1

它关注的是和谐、人际关系和个人价值观。

It focuses on harmony, relationships, and personal values.

Speaker 1

那些特别依赖感受功能的人——说的就是我——通常很有同理心、富有同情心,对自身和他人的情绪都很敏感。

So someone who relies heavily on the feeling function, calling myself out here, These people are empathetic, compassionate, and attuned to their own and others' emotions.

Speaker 1

他们在互动和做决定时,通常优先考虑维持和谐与理解。

They usually prioritize maintaining harmony and understanding in their interactions and decisions.

Speaker 1

对于主导功能是感受型的人来说,个性化过程就是要在情感敏感度和逻辑分析、客观推理之间找到平衡。

For those with a dominant feeling function, individuation involves balancing their emotional sensitivity with logical analysis and objective reasoning.

Speaker 1

这意味着要学会欣赏逻辑的一致性和结构,其实这能很好地补充他们以价值观为导向的生活方式。

This means developing an appreciation for logical consistency and structure, which can actually complement their value driven approach to life.

Speaker 1

以下是感受型人格的一些挑战和成长方向。

Here are some challenges and growth areas for feeling types.

Speaker 1

感受型的人有时会过于在意维持和谐、回避冲突,甚至不惜牺牲诚实和自我原则。

Feeling types might become overly focused on maintaining harmony and avoiding conflict, sometimes at the expense of honesty and personal integrity.

Speaker 1

这容易让人变成老好人,也很难设立界限。

So this can lead to people pleasing behaviors and trouble setting boundaries.

Speaker 1

对感受型的人来说,个体化就是要整合思考功能,从而获得一种既重视情感又兼顾逻辑的平衡视角。

Individuation for feeling types involves integrating the thinking function, which provides this balanced perspective that values both emotion and logic.

Speaker 1

参与需要客观分析和决策的活动,有助于发展这一功能。

Engaging in activities that require objective analysis and decision making can help develop this function.

Speaker 1

培养理性,就是要在决策中理解和运用逻辑原则,这样才能做出更平衡、更有效的选择。

So building rationality involves understanding and applying logical principles in decision making leading to more balanced and effective outcomes.

Speaker 1

感受型的人可以通过参加辩论、解逻辑谜题或做战略规划练习,来锻炼自己的逻辑推理能力。

Feeling types can practice objective analysis by engaging in debates, logical puzzles, or strategic planning exercises to enhance their logical reasoning skills.

Speaker 1

我在研究中发现了这个。

I found this in my research.

Speaker 1

但在我看来,这听起来有点无聊。

And to me, that sounds pretty boring.

Speaker 1

我来跟你分享一下我的体会。

I can tell you what I've learned.

Speaker 1

比如去听一些播客、看YouTube视频,学怎么培养批判性思维,还有了解苏格拉底式提问法。

Looking up content on, like, podcasts, YouTube videos on how to develop critical thinking skills, Also, learning about the Socratic method.

Speaker 1

这是一种哲学式的思考方式,教你不断追问事情的本质。

It's kind of this philosophical way of thinking and questioning things.

Speaker 1

这个真的特别有帮助。

This is really helpful.

Speaker 1

另外,学习斯多葛哲学对我这种情感型的人帮助特别大。

Also, learning about stoic philosophy has been wildly helpful for me as a feeling type.

Speaker 1

这些就是我给你的几点建议。

So those are some suggestions for you.

Speaker 1

另外,练习在做决定时兼顾情感影响和逻辑结果,也能帮我们这些情感型的人达到更全面的平衡。

Also, practicing decision making that considers both the emotional impacts and the logical outcomes can help us as feeling types achieve a more holistic balance as well.

Speaker 1

最后,我们来聊聊直觉。

And finally, we're moving to intuition.

Speaker 1

直觉是通过模式、可能性和抽象关联来处理信息的方式。

Intuition is the function that processes information through patterns, possibilities, and abstract connections.

Speaker 1

它更关注未来的潜力、整体格局,以及事物背后的深层含义。

It emphasizes future potential, the big picture, and the underlying meanings of things.

Speaker 1

那些主要依赖直觉的人通常很有想象力、富有远见,偏向抽象思维和创新。

Individuals who rely heavily on intuition are imaginative, visionary, and orient towards abstract thinking and innovation.

Speaker 1

他们看重的是可能性和长远影响,而不是眼前的结果。

They focus on possibilities and long term implications rather than immediate results.

Speaker 1

所以对于直觉功能占主导的人来说,个性化的过程就是要平衡他们那种面向未来的抽象思维,和实际的感官体验。

So for those with a dominant intuitive function, the process of individuation involves balancing their abstract future oriented thinking with practical sensory experiences.

Speaker 1

也就是说,要学会欣赏具体的细节和当下时刻,这样能让他们的远大构想真正落地。

So this means developing an appreciation for concrete details and the present moment, which serves to ground their visionary ideas in reality.

Speaker 1

那我们现在来聊聊这类人的挑战和成长空间。

So let's now talk about the challenges and growth areas for these types.

Speaker 1

直觉型的人容易太沉迷于抽象想法和未来可能性,结果就忽略了眼前的现实和实际因素。

Intuitive types may become overly focused on abstract ideas and future possibilities, which means that they are going to be neglecting present realities and practical considerations.

Speaker 1

这会导致他们做事不切实际,很难把那些宏大的想法真正落地。

This can lead to impracticality and difficulty in actually implementing their big ideas.

Speaker 1

对直觉型的人来说,个体化的过程就是要整合感觉功能,让抽象和具体两者都能得到重视,达到平衡。

Individuation for intuitive types involves integrating the sensing function, which provides a balanced perspective that values both abstraction and concreteness.

Speaker 1

多参与一些需要关注细节、活在当下的活动,能很好地帮助发展这个功能。

Engaging in activities that require attention to detail and present moment awareness can really help to develop this function.

Speaker 1

接地气,就是把天马行空的创意跟实际应用连起来,这样他们的成果才会更有效、更看得见。

Also grounding involves connecting visionary ideas to practical applications leading to more effective and tangible outcomes for them.

Speaker 1

直觉型的人可以练习正念,提升对当下的觉察,让自己在生活中更踏实一点。

Intuitive types can practice mindfulness to enhance their awareness of the present moment and be a little bit more grounded in life.

Speaker 1

他们也可以试试一些注重细节的事,比如园艺、手工或者做饭,这些都能帮他们锻炼感觉功能,平衡过度抽象的思维。

They can also engage in detail oriented tasks like gardening, crafting, or cooking, which can really help them develop their sensing function and balance out their abstract thinking.

Speaker 1

所以我们已经讲了这四种心理功能在个性化过程中的作用,你可能心里在想,Molly,我到底该怎么把这玩意儿用到自己生活里呢?

So now that we've explored the four different psychological functions and their roles in the individuation process, you might be wondering, Molly, how in the hell do I apply all this knowledge to my own life?

Speaker 1

理解这些功能以及它们在你身上怎么运作,确实能带来巨大转变,但关键是要脚踏实地、实实在在地去探索。

Well, understanding these functions and how they operate within you can be really transformative, but it's important to approach this exploration in a grounded and practical way.

Speaker 1

下面我来告诉你,怎么一步步走这条路,找到那些真正跟你共鸣的功能。

So here's how you can navigate this journey and discover which functions resonate most deeply with you.

Speaker 1

先从观察你每天的经历和互动开始,留意一下:你最关注世界上的哪些方面?

So begin by reflecting on your daily experiences and interactions and just notice which aspects of the world do you pay most attention to.

Speaker 1

你是更在意具体的细节和当下现实吗?——那就是感觉功能在起作用。

Are you more focused on concrete details and present realities, where that would be the sensing function?

Speaker 1

还是你总爱想未来可能性、抽象概念?——那可能是直觉功能在主导。

Or do you often find yourself thinking about future possibilities and abstract ideas, which would be more intuitive function?

Speaker 1

再想想你是怎么做决定的。

Consider how you make decisions.

Speaker 1

你是更依赖逻辑分析和客观标准吗?——那就是思考功能在起作用。

Do you prioritize logical analysis and objective criteria, which is more based in that thinking function?

Speaker 1

还是说,你更看重个人价值观和情感影响?那你就更偏向情感型。

Or do you weigh personal values and emotional impacts a lot more heavily, which would mean you lean more toward the feeling type.

Speaker 1

然后你可以开始写日记,记录每天的想法、感受和反应。

Then you could start a journal where you document your thoughts, feelings, and reactions throughout the day.

Speaker 1

时间久了,模式自然会浮现,帮你找出主导的功能。

And over time, patterns will emerge that can help you identify your dominant functions.

Speaker 1

留意那些让你感觉最自在、最有信心的时刻,还有那些让你犯难的情境——这些都能帮你看出哪些功能更成熟,哪些还需要加强。

Note instances where you feel most comfortable and confident as well as situations that challenge you because these observations can provide some insights into which functions are more developed and which might need more attention.

Speaker 1

你也可以问问身边的朋友、家人或同事,让他们说说对你行为和决策方式的看法。

You could also ask close friends, family members, and colleagues for their observations about your behavior and your decision making processes.

Speaker 1

就像我之前在‘阴影’那一期说的,别人往往能看见你自己注意不到的模式,所以要做好心理准备。

Because as I mentioned before in the shadow episode, others can usually see patterns that are not immediately obvious to us And be prepared.

Speaker 1

有时候听到的可能会让你‘哎哟’一下,但这就对了。

Sometimes it might be a bit of an ouch or an oof, but that's what we want.

Speaker 1

我们就是要意识到这些事情。

We want to become aware of these things.

Speaker 1

根据荣格的理论,有很多评估工具,比如迈尔斯-布里格斯性格类型指标,能帮你系统地识别自己的心理类型。

And there are various assessments based on Jung's theories like the Myers Briggs type indicator, which can offer a structured way to identify your psychological type.

Speaker 1

但记住,这并不是要把你死死钉在某个标签里的终极答案。

And remember, this isn't a definitive answer to box you into a category.

Speaker 1

这点你要心里有数。

Just keep that in mind.

Speaker 1

这些测试能帮你有个不错的起点,去理解这些心理功能在你身上是怎么运作的。

These assessments can provide a helpful starting point for understanding these functions and how they operate within you.

Speaker 1

要小心那些过于简化的网上测试,选那些能给出详细解读和洞察的,别只看个简单标签就完事。

Just be careful of oversimplified online quizzes and look for assessments that provide detailed explanations and insights rather than just simplified labels.

Speaker 1

另外,找一位荣格派分析师或者受过荣格理论训练的心理学家聊聊,能让你更深入、更细致地理解自己的心理类型——因为他们受过专业训练,能带你一步步探索你的功能,帮你把这些认知融入个人成长中。

Also, consulting with a Jungian analyst or a psychologist trained in Jungian theory can provide a deeper and more nuanced understanding of your psychological type because these professionals are trained to be able to guide you through an exploration of your functions and help you integrate this knowledge into your personal growth journey.

Speaker 1

那卡尔·荣格会怎么判断一个人呢?

So how would Carl Jung categorize someone?

Speaker 1

他大概会先观察你是怎么跟这个世界互动的。

Well, he would likely begin by observing how you interact with the world.

Speaker 1

他会留意你的行为、说话方式,还有你故事和经历中反复出现的主题。

He would pay attention to your behavior, your language, and themes that emerge in your stories and your experiences.

Speaker 1

这种观察方式能帮他判断哪些心理功能最突出。

And this observational approach would help him in identifying which functions are most prominent.

Speaker 1

他还会跟你深入聊你的想法、感受和行为,因为他觉得这些能暴露你主导的心理功能。

He might also engage in dialogues that explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in-depth because he believed that this could reveal your dominant functions.

Speaker 1

他还特别看重梦境,认为梦境能揭示潜意识里的东西。

He also believed deeply in the significance of dreams and their ability to uncover unconscious aspects of the psyche.

Speaker 1

通过分析你的梦,荣格就能看出你心理功能的运作状态和失衡之处。

So by analyzing your dreams, Jung would then gain insights into your psychological functions and imbalances.

Speaker 1

接着他会帮你找出哪些功能发展得不够,哪些又过度使用了。

He would then help you identify which functions were underdeveloped and which were overdeveloped.

Speaker 1

比如,如果你特别依赖理性思考,但情感表达很弱,那目标就是提升你的情商和同理心。

For example, if you rely heavily on thinking and struggle with feeling, the goal would be to develop your emotional intelligence and empathy.

Speaker 1

整个过程就是去探索并整合那些不太主导的功能,让你的人格更平衡、更完整。

The process involves exploring and integrating the less dominant functions to achieve balanced and whole personality.

Speaker 1

理解内向、外向和四种心理功能之间的互动,真的会让人头大。

Understanding the interplay of introversion, extroversion, and the four psychological functions can be super overwhelming.

Speaker 1

所以第一步,先从小处着手。

So first, just start small.

Speaker 1

先搞清楚你主导的功能是什么,留意它怎么影响你的言行和决定。

Focus on identifying your dominant function first, pay attention to how it shapes your interactions and decisions.

Speaker 1

等你对这个熟悉了,再慢慢去探索其他的功能。

And once you feel comfortable with this, move on to exploring the other functions.

Speaker 1

然后主动去培养那些不太强的功能。

Then actively work on developing your less dominant functions.

Speaker 1

比如,如果你发现自己主导的是直觉,那就多做些需要关注细节、活在当下的事,来锻炼你的感知功能。

So for example, if you identify as a dominant intuitive, engage in activities that require attention to detail and present moment awareness to strengthen your sensing function.

Speaker 1

每周留点时间,回头看看自己的进展。

Then set aside time each week to reflect on your progress.

Speaker 1

想想你对这些功能的理解是怎么变化的,这种觉察又怎么推动了你的成长和疗愈。

Consider how your understanding of your functions is evolving and how this awareness is influencing your personal growth and healing journey.

Speaker 1

记住,最终目标是让这四个功能及其内向和外向的倾向达到平衡。

Remember that the ultimate goal is to achieve a balance between all the four functions and their introverted and extroverted orientations.

Speaker 1

目标就是和谐。

The goal is harmony.

Speaker 1

这种内在的平衡感,这种人格上的稳定,才会让你觉得生活值得过,充满意义,也会让你觉得心理症状在减轻。

This harmonic balance, this sense of equilibrium in your personality is what is going to lead toward you experiencing life as worth living and full of meaning and a decrease in what you perceive to be your mental health symptoms.

Speaker 1

再说一遍,你得接纳这个过程。

And again, remember, you have to embrace the journey.

Speaker 1

这是一辈子的事。

This is a lifelong process.

Speaker 1

在探索和整合这些性格特质的时候,对自己耐心点。

Be patient with yourself as you explore and integrate these different aspects of your personality.

Speaker 1

别忘了庆祝每一个小领悟、每一点进步,遇到困难也别觉得是失败、是回到原点,而是把它看作成长的机会,是路上的一步。

Do not forget to celebrate your moments and insights and progress and then view challenges as not failures or I'm back at square one, just as opportunities for growth as steps along the journey.

Speaker 1

荣格认为,个性化不只是一个临床的、按部就班的过程。

Carl Jung viewed individuation not just as this clinical step by step process.

Speaker 1

这是一段深刻的精神旅程。

It was a profound spiritual journey.

Speaker 1

他认为,成为完整自我的过程,需要超越自我,与内心更深层的部分建立连接。

He believed that the journey toward becoming a whole self realized individual involved transcending the ego and connecting with these deeper aspects of our self.

Speaker 1

而这段旅程,离不开对意识与潜意识的整合。

And this journey requires the integration of our conscious and unconscious elements.

Speaker 1

所有这些,最终都指向一种和谐而完整的个性。

This is what is all leading to this harmonious and complete personality.

Speaker 1

荣格坚信,个性化就像一场朝圣,是一场超越个人成长或自我提升的自我发现与自我实现之旅。

Jung really believed that individuation was like a pilgrimage, like a quest for self discovery and self fulfillment that goes beyond mere personal growth or self improvement.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我们如今在西方世界看待事物的方式。

How we view things now in the Western world.

Speaker 1

个性化包括直面并接纳我们的阴影,承认阿尼玛与阿尼姆斯——也就是我们每个人内在的男女特质,平衡它们,并与原型力量和集体无意识建立联结。

Individuation encompasses the recognition and reconciliation of our shadow, that acknowledgment of the anima and the animus, the masculine and feminine aspects in all of us, balancing them, and the connection with the archetypal forces and the collective unconscious.

Speaker 1

这些因素让个体化成为一个深刻的转变过程,它重新塑造了个人与自我、他人以及整个宇宙的关系。

All these elements make individuation a deeply transformational process, one that reorients the individual's relationship with self, others, and the larger cosmos.

Speaker 1

换句话说,个体化的过程是一连串的觉醒与顿悟,彻底改变了我们看待自己和自身在世界中位置的方式。

So in practical terms, that means the individuation process involves a series of awakenings and realizations that fundamentally change how we see ourselves and our place in the world.

Speaker 1

个体化的这些灵性层面,凸显了梦境、幻象和直觉洞察等内在体验的重要性。

These spiritual dimensions of individuation highlight the importance of inner experiences like dreams, visions, and intuitive insights.

Speaker 1

它们可不是毫无意义的心理现象。

They're not just psychological phenomena that have no meaning.

Speaker 1

它们是通向完整之路的指路明灯。

They are guiding lights on the path to wholeness.

Speaker 1

荣格使用灵性术语是有意为之,意义深远。

Jung's use of spiritual terminology was intentional and deeply significant.

Speaker 1

他用灵性语言来描述这个过程,正是为了强调它的转化力量。

By framing this process in spiritual terms, Jung underscored its transformative nature.

Speaker 1

他真正想表达的是,这条路不只是为了达到心理平衡、减轻症状那么简单。

He really wanted to convey that this journey isn't just about achieving psychological balance and a reduction of symptoms.

Speaker 1

他想表达的是,这关乎与自我和宇宙建立更深层、更深刻的联结。

He wanted to convey that it is about experiencing deeper, more profound connection with the self and the universe.

Speaker 1

这种视角让荣格区别于那些只关注症状缓解和行为矫正的临床或还原主义心理学模型。

This approach sets Jung apart from more clinical or reductionist models of psychology that focus solely on that symptom alleviation and behavior modification.

Speaker 1

虽然我之前说过,这些模型确实有效,但它们忽略了人类体验中更深层的存在与灵性维度,这正是为什么我觉得我们这么多人内心都感到灵性匮乏,缺乏神话与意义。

And while I've already said this that these models can be effective, they overlook the deeper existential and spiritual dimensions of the human experience which is why I believe so many of us are feeling spiritually starved and devoid of myth and meaning.

Speaker 1

荣格的观点承认,真正的疗愈和成长,必须直面这些深层的灵性层面,而不是回避它们。

Jung's perspective acknowledges that true healing and true personal growth require addressing these deeper spiritual layers, not pushing them away.

Speaker 1

在传统的临床模型里,重点是用标准化的流程和方法来诊断和治疗特定的心理问题。

In traditional clinical models, the focus is on diagnosing and treating specific mental health issues using standardized protocols and techniques.

Speaker 1

这些模型建立在生物医学框架上,把心理痛苦看作是功能失调或病理表现。

These models are grounded in a biomedical framework that views our psychological suffering in terms of dysfunction and pathology.

Speaker 1

但荣格认为,心理痛苦其实是更大、更深层过程的外在表现。

But Jung saw psychological suffering as symptoms of a larger, more profound process.

Speaker 1

他相信,许多心理问题本质上源于意识自我与潜意识深层之间的断裂。

He believed that many psychological issues arise purely from a disconnection between the conscious mind and the deeper layers of our psyche.

Speaker 1

所以,个性化就是弥合这个鸿沟,让人变得更完整。

So individuation involves bridging this gap, leading to a more integrated self.

Speaker 1

这是一种整体性的方法,把人看作一个完整的存在,他的成长不仅关乎心理健康,还包括精神和存在层面。

So this is a holistic approach considering the individual as a whole being whose journey includes not just mental health but also spiritual and existential dimensions.

Speaker 1

荣格把个性化看作一场精神之旅,强调要把我们所有的部分整合起来。

Jung's concept of individuation as a spiritual excursion emphasizes the importance of integrating all parts of us.

Speaker 1

这场个性化的精神之旅,核心是找到生命的意义和目标。

This spiritual excursion of individuation is about finding meaning and purpose in life.

Speaker 1

他认为,个性化能让人更深刻地理解自己的命运和人生道路。

He believed that individuation leads to a deeper understanding of our destiny or our life path.

Speaker 1

在荣格的个性化体系里,这不仅是一个深刻的心理框架,也与许多精神传统深度契合,比如神秘主义的卡巴拉。

In Jung's system of individuation, it's not only this profound psychological framework, but also one that resonates deeply with various spiritual traditions including the mystical Kabbalah.

Speaker 1

卡巴拉是犹太神秘主义的丰富而复杂的体系,它提供了一张精神地图,与荣格的许多理念高度呼应。

The Kabbalah is a rich and complex system of Jewish mysticism, offering a spiritual map that parallels many of Jung's concepts and insights.

Speaker 1

所以,探索这些相似之处,能帮我们更深入地理解个性化——那是一条通往精神完整与觉醒的旅程。

So exploring these parallels can really enhance our understanding of individuation as a journey towards spiritual wholeness and enlightenment.

Speaker 1

生命之树是卡巴拉的核心象征,描绘了宇宙和人类灵魂的结构。

The Tree of Life is a central symbol in the Kabbalah, representing a map of the universe and the human soul.

Speaker 1

它由十个相互连接的球体组成,也叫‘塞菲罗斯’,代表存在与意识的不同层面。

It consists of 10 interconnected spheres, also known as sephiro, which symbolize different aspects of existence and consciousness.

Speaker 1

这些球体之间由路径相连,象征着能量与意识的流动。

And these spheres or sephiro are connected by paths that represent the dynamic flow of energy and consciousness.

Speaker 1

荣格关于心灵的模型,强调意识与无意识的整合,跟生命之树的结构非常相似。

Jung's model of the psyche with its emphasis on the integration of conscious and unconscious elements mirrors the structure of the Tree of Life.

Speaker 1

每一个塞菲罗斯,都可以对应心灵的各个部分,比如自我、阴影、阿尼玛、阿尼姆斯,还有自性。

Each sephira can be seen as corresponding to the different aspects of the psyche, including the ego, shadow, anima, animus, and the self.

Speaker 1

从卡巴拉中的物质世界‘马尔库特’,一路向上抵达神圣合一‘凯瑟’,这条路径,正像个体化的过程——人从分裂走向完整,最终实现自我。

The journey through the tree of life from the material world, which is called Malkuth in the Kabbalah, and the Divine Unity or Kether, parallels the process of individuation where the individual moves from a state of fragmentation towards wholeness and self realization.

Speaker 1

在卡巴拉传统里,灵性提升就是一步步走过这些塞菲罗斯,达到更高的意识层次和更深的洞见。

In the Qabalah, the process of spiritual ascent involves moving through the sephiro, achieving higher levels of consciousness and deeper spiritual insights.

Speaker 1

这种提升,可不只是头脑层面的思考。

And this ascent is not merely an intellectual journey.

Speaker 1

这是一个转化的过程,需要整合自我的方方面面,就像荣格说的个体化一样。

It's a transformative process that requires the integration of all aspects of the self much like Jung's individuation.

Speaker 1

下面是一些相似之处。

And here are some of the similarities.

Speaker 1

卡巴拉生命之树里的一个质点叫Malkuth,也就是‘王国’。

So one of the sephira in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life is Malkuth, right, or the kingdom.

Speaker 1

它代表物质世界,也是灵性提升的起点。

This represents the physical world and the starting point of spiritual ascent.

Speaker 1

用荣格的话说,这对应着我们的意识和生活的物质层面。

In Jungian terms, it relates to our conscious awareness and the material aspects of life.

Speaker 1

然后是基础,和潜意识、梦境有关。

Then we have or the foundation, which is associated with the unconscious mind and dreams.

Speaker 1

Yesod正体现了荣格重视梦境以接触潜意识的观点。

Yesod parallels Jung's emphasis on the importance of dreams in accessing the unconscious.

Speaker 1

接下来是Tiferet,也就是‘美’。

And then we have Tiferet or beauty.

Speaker 1

这棵生命之树的这一部分象征着和谐与平衡,就像荣格心理学里那个整合后的自我。

This part of the Tree of Life symbolizes harmony and balance representing the integrated self in Jungian psychology.

Speaker 1

提弗雷特是生命之树的核心,正如荣格模型中‘自我’是核心原型一样。

And Teferint is the heart of the Tree of Life much like the self is the central archetype in Jung's model.

Speaker 1

最后呢,就是凯瑟尔,也就是王冠。

And finally, you have Kether or the crown.

Speaker 1

它代表了神圣的合一,是灵性提升的终极目标。

This represents the divine unity and the ultimate goal of spiritual ascent.

Speaker 1

这跟‘自我’的实现、个体化过程的完成是完全对应的。

It parallels the realization of the self and the culmination of the individuation process.

Speaker 1

所以,荣格心理学和神秘主义卡巴拉都强调一些能帮助人走向完整与整合的实践。

So both Jungian psychology and the mystical Kabbalah emphasize practices that facilitate this journey toward wholeness and integration.

Speaker 1

这两个传统都提倡冥想,让人连接内在更深的自我和神圣力量。

Both traditions advocate for meditative practices that help individuals connect with their deeper selves and the divine.

Speaker 1

卡巴拉修行者会冥想十个质点及其路径,这跟荣格的积极想象和深度内省很相似。

Kabbalistic practitioners might meditate on the sephiro and their paths and this can mirror Jungian practices of active imagination and deep introspection.

Speaker 1

而且,符号和原型的运用在两个体系中都至关重要。

Also the use of symbols and archetypes is central to both systems.

Speaker 1

在卡巴拉中,十源质及其相关符号构成了一幅丰富的沉思图景,而在荣格心理学里,原型则是引导个体化过程的普遍象征。

In Qabalah, the sephiro and their associated symbols provide a rich tapestry for contemplation, while in Jungian psychology, archetypes serve as the universal symbols that guide the individuation process.

Speaker 1

另一个重要的相似点,在于阴阳能量的平衡。

Another significant parallel is the balancing of masculine and feminine energies.

Speaker 1

卡巴拉的生命之树包含了阴阳两面,由不同的源质来象征。

In Qabalah, the tree of life encompasses both masculine and feminine aspects symbolized by different sephiro.

Speaker 1

荣格提出的阿尼玛和阿尼姆斯,也强调无论性别如何,整合内在的阴性与阳性面向都至关重要。

And Jung's concept of the anima and animus similarly emphasized the importance of integrating both the feminine masculine aspects within ourselves regardless of our gender.

Speaker 1

两个体系都认为,只有平衡这两者,才能实现心理与灵性的完整。

And both systems believe that a balance of the two is crucial for achieving psychological and spiritual wholeness.

Speaker 1

所以,理解这些共通点,能为我们灵性成长带来深刻的启发。

So by understanding these parallels, this can really offer some profound insights for our spiritual development.

Speaker 1

通过把卡巴拉和荣格心理学放在一起探索,我们能获得一个更深入、更全面的个体化旅程框架。

And by exploring the Kabbalah alongside Jungian psychology, we can gain an even deeper and more comprehensive framework for the journey of individuation.

Speaker 1

你可以试试结合这两种传统的做法,比如一边冥想十质点,一边通过荣格分析去探索自己的梦境和象征符号。

To do this, you could try engaging in practices that draw from both traditions like meditating on the sephiro while also exploring personal dreams and symbols through Jungian analysis.

Speaker 1

你也可以同时寻求荣格分析师和卡巴拉导师的指导,这样能更平衡地理解通往完整自我的旅程。

You could also seek guidance from both Jungian analysis and maybe even Kabbalistic teachers to gain a balanced perspective on the journey toward wholeness.

Speaker 1

还可以找找那些研究这种整合实践的社群或线上小组,有个支持性的环境,对个人和灵性成长特别有帮助。

You could also consider looking into communities or online groups that explore these integrative practices, fostering a supportive environment for personal and spiritual growth.

Speaker 1

网上还有超多YouTube频道和播客节目,深入探讨神秘的卡巴拉体系。

There are also tons of YouTube channels and podcast episodes that dive so deeply into the mystical Qabalah.

Speaker 1

我觉得如果你对咱们刚才聊的这些感兴趣,那你一定会觉得这些内容特别吸引人。

And I think that if you find this stuff interesting that we've been talking about, you'd find that particularly fascinating too.

Speaker 1

核心在于,你要明白:心理成长和灵性成长必须结合起来,这才是关键。

The core theme here is that learning that integrating psychological and spiritual growth is so key.

Speaker 1

我们不能只盯着表面症状,把这当成什么‘自我提升ABC’的简单流程,而忽略那些看不见的东西——比如灵魂、精神、各种原型,更不能忽视灵性成长。

We can't just manage our symptoms or think of this as a self improvement a b c one two three type of process without considering the things that we can't see, like the spirit, the soul, all of these archetypes, and prioritizing spiritual growth.

Speaker 1

这并不意味着你要去信奉某种教条式的宗教仪式,或者做任何让你不舒服的事。

That doesn't mean subscribing to some dogmatic religious practices or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Speaker 1

你可以试着跟梦里的人物对话,跟内心最理想的自己聊聊。

You can focus on working with dream figures and speaking to your highest version of yourself.

Speaker 1

就算你对灵性或宗教有点抵触,也有很多方法能让你觉得安心——特别是我知道,很多听众都经历过童年宗教创伤,对这类话题特别敏感。

There are so many ways that you can make this feel safe for you even if you're someone that feels a little bit weirded out by spirituality or religion, especially for many of my listeners who I know approach my work, and they've experienced some serious religious trauma from their upbringing.

Speaker 1

但别因为过去的宗教创伤,就放弃灵性成长带来的深刻转变。

But don't cheat yourself out of the transformative power of spiritual growth just because you suffered religious trauma.

Speaker 1

我向你保证,一定有一种方式,能让你感受到比自己更宏大的存在,而且让你觉得安心、舒服。

I promise you there is a way to feel connected to something greater than you that feels right and safe for you.

Speaker 1

别让那些曾给你伤害的人——他们对神圣和宗教的理解狭隘又扭曲——毁掉你自我整合的旅程,真的不值得。

So don't allow some of these negative experiences that were probably caused and created by people that had this really black and white and quite frankly misconstrued understanding of the divine and religion, don't let that, as I said, cheat you out of your own individuation process.

Speaker 1

别忘了,自我整合的过程,不只是理解你的头脑。

Remember that the journey of individuation is not just about understanding the mind.

Speaker 1

它更关乎连接你的灵魂和精神。

It's about connecting with your soul and spirit.

Speaker 1

通过自我反思、正念练习、探索梦境与幻想,你完全可以踏上一条深刻自我发现与蜕变之路。

So through self reflection, mindfulness, the exploration of dreams and fantasies, all of these things, you can embark on a path of profound self discovery and transformation.

Speaker 1

正是这种整合的方式,能帮你应对内心的复杂,彻底改变你的生活。

And it's this integrative approach that allows you to navigate the complexities of your inner world and is going to completely transform your life.

Speaker 1

记住,这是一辈子的事。

And remember, it's a lifelong process.

Speaker 1

对自己耐心点,带着好奇和开放的心态,去拥抱这条不断展开的路。

Be patient with yourself and embrace this unfolding path with curiosity and openness.

Speaker 1

你只要坚持把心理成长和灵性成长结合起来,收获的回报会远远超乎你的想象。

Your commitment to integrating psychological and spiritual growth, it will reap you rewards beyond what you could even imagine.

Speaker 1

它会带你走向对自我最深刻、最真实的理解,活出更和谐、更有意义的人生。

It is going to lead you toward the most deep and profound understanding of yourself in a more harmonious and meaningful existence.

Speaker 1

你也能摆脱那些现代人常有的、挥之不去的空虚感。

And you can free yourself of some of those chronic feelings of emptiness that so many of us struggle with in this day and age.

Speaker 1

至于我那些和我一样爱读书的朋友,如果你们真想深入探索,我给你们推荐几本书,作为开启你个性化之旅的起点,这些书里的作者,都是我心中的灵性导师。

And for my fellow book nerds out there that really want to start diving into this, I'm gonna give you a few suggestions to springboard your journey toward individuation and to really dive into these concepts through the words of some of the people that have become spiritual teachers to me.

Speaker 1

而且,他们全是作家。

And they're all authors.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我虽然没亲自跟这些人合作过,但他们的作品彻底改变了我的人生。

So I haven't worked with these people personally, but their work has transformed my life.

Speaker 1

我第一个推荐给你的是《内在工作:通过梦境与积极想象实现个人成长》,作者是罗伯特·A·约翰逊。

So the first book I'll recommend to you is inner work, using dreams and active imagination for personal growth, and this is by Robert a Johnson.

Speaker 1

他是个荣格派分析师,这本书简直太棒了。

He is a Jungian analyst, and this book is fucking amazing.

Speaker 1

书中提供了很多实用的方法,教你如何把梦境和想象融入到个体化的过程中。

It provides practical tools and techniques for engaging with dreams and imagination as part of the individuation journey.

Speaker 1

我特别推荐在Audible上听,因为这本书挺长的,可以慢慢听,一点一点消化。

And I highly recommend it on Audible because you can kind of just digest it bit by bit, and it is pretty long.

Speaker 1

另一本是《内在的英雄:我们生活的六种原型》,作者是卡罗尔·S·皮尔森。

Another one is The Hero Within, Six Archetypes We Live By by Carol S.

Speaker 1

皮尔森。

Pearson.

Speaker 1

这本书探讨了常见的原型及其在个人成长和个性化过程中的作用,里面有很多实用的洞见。

And this book explores the common archetypes and their role in personal growth and individuation, and it just has some really good practical insights.

Speaker 1

还有罗伯特·A·约翰逊的另一本书,叫《拥抱你的阴影》。

Another one by Robert A.

Speaker 1

《拥抱你的阴影:理解心灵的黑暗面》,也是他写的。

Johnson is called Owning Your Shadow, Understanding the Dark Side of the Psyche.

Speaker 1

这本书特别好懂,重点讲的是如何认识并整合自己的阴影面。

And this one is a really accessible book, and it focuses on understanding and integrating the shadow.

Speaker 1

我另一个特别喜欢的是约瑟夫·坎贝尔的《神话的力量》。

Another one of my favorites is the power of myth by Joseph Campbell.

Speaker 1

在这本书里,坎贝尔分析了神话对个人和集体无意识的意义,对理解个性化之路特别有启发。

And in this book, Campbell explores myth and its relevance to personal and collective unconscious work, and it really provides valuable insights into the individuation journey.

Speaker 1

这个真的、真的强烈推荐。

This one, highly, highly recommend.

Speaker 1

所以,你这几个方向可以先看看。

So there are a few places for you to start.

Speaker 1

就像我之前说的,去 borderline.com,点开我推荐的亚马逊书单,里面有个专门讲深度心理学的分类,你可以随便看我推荐的所有书。

And as I already mentioned, at back from the borderline.com, if you click my Amazon book recommendation list, I have a category in there dedicated to depth psychology, and you can browse all my recommendations.

Speaker 1

现在那儿可能快有一百本书了。

There might be close to a 100 books in there by now.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

我读得可多了。

I read a lot.

Speaker 1

估计我读得有点过头了。

I read way too much probably.

Speaker 1

Audible 简直是我的救星。

And Audible is my best friend here.

Speaker 1

我不是 Audible 的代言人。

I'm not sponsored by Audible.

Speaker 1

说不定哪天我会成为他们的代言人。

Maybe one day I will be.

说实话,他们才是最合适的赞助商,毕竟我用得实在太多了。

Honestly, they'd probably be the most appropriate sponsor because I use it so much.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢听这些有声书,尤其是那些特别深奥的心理学内容,走路的时候边走边听,一点一点消化,特别舒服——你知道那种感觉吧,捧着一本厚重的书,读来读去同一句话都记不住。

I really love listening to these as audiobooks, especially some of the more dense depth psychology material because it allows me to digest it bit by bit when I'm on my walks because I know that feeling of getting a really heavy book, and you feel like you're reading the same sentence over and over again.

Speaker 1

所以遇到这类话题,Audible真是你的贴心伙伴。

So Audible is your friend when it comes to these subjects.

Speaker 1

随着我们《心灵揭秘》系列的最后一集接近尾声,我真心鼓励你继续踏上自我探索和个性化之路。

So as we wrap up this final episode in our Mind Unveiled series and we close things out, I encourage you to continue your journey of self discovery and individuation.

Speaker 1

我们聊过的这些洞见和方法,不是空谈理论,而是帮你应对内心世界的实用指南。

The insights and tools we've discussed aren't just theoretical concepts, but they're practical guides for navigating your inner world.

Speaker 1

记住,这一切都是终身的旅程,需要耐心、自我慈悲,还有勇气去直面你心灵里所有的光明与阴影。

Just remember that all of this is a lifetime process that requires patience, self compassion, and a willingness to explore both the light and shadow aspects of your psyche.

Speaker 1

往前走的时候,别忘了持续练习内省、沉思,还有通过梦境去寻找启示。

And as you move forward, just keep engaging with the practices of introspection, contemplation, and seeking insights through your dreams.

Speaker 1

多去寻找能支持你的社群、资源、书籍、人,任何能陪你走这段路的伙伴都别放过。

Seek out more communities and resources and books, people, anyone that can support your path.

Speaker 1

相信你的直觉,最重要的是,用开放的心和头脑去拥抱这段旅程。

Follow your intuition, and most importantly, embrace this journey with an open heart and mind.

Speaker 1

追求个体化,不只是为了达到完整,更是为了体验真正活着时那种丰富而深刻的感觉。

The quest for individuation isn't just about achieving a state of wholeness, but about experiencing the richness and depth of being truly alive.

Speaker 1

谢谢你们一直听我讲,陪我走到这里,希望你们在自我觉醒和内心和谐的道路上,收获满满,真正蜕变。

So thank you for listening and being here with me, and I hope your journey towards self realization and inner harmony is fulfilling and transformative.

Speaker 1

我之前也提过,在 Patreon 上有两个系列特别推荐,如果你喜欢这个,一定要去看看:一个是‘英雄之旅’系列,另一个是‘重新养育自己’的引导冥想系列,它们能帮你找回那些被遗忘、被割裂的内在小孩部分。

I've mentioned this before as well, on my Patreon, two series that I really recommend that you dive into if you enjoyed this one would be my hero's journey series, as well as the reparenting visualization series, which will help you reclaim the different lost split off aspects of your inner child.

Speaker 1

这两个系列都很完整,包含引导式冥想,深入探讨各种原型主题。

And each of those series is comprehensive and involves guided visualizations and diving into a lot of these archetypal themes.

As I mentioned on previous episodes, Jung Platform is a sponsor of this podcast and there are hundreds of courses that will allow you to dive as deep as you want to go into all of these concepts as it relates to Jungian psychology, including shadow work, active imagination, working with your dreams, archetypal images, you name it.
