In this Psalm, David cries of his troubles, and at the same time, he sings of the promises he has in God.

For today, we will look at verse six from the message version where it's written.

哦，我们都不过是一口气息。

Oh, we're all puffs of air.

我们都是篝火中的影子。

We're all shadows in the campfire.

我们不过是随风飘散的唾沫。

We are just spit in the wind.

我们堆积起自己的财富，然后便离它而去。

We make our pile, and then we leave it.

大卫倾诉他的困境。

David cries about his problems.

在第六节中，他为自己的生命和问题赋予了新的视角。

Then in verse six, he puts perspective to his life and problems.

他说生命太短暂了。

He says that life is too short.

它就像营火中的影子。

It is like a campfire shadows.

He then goes on to say that we have nothing to do during this short period of time, but to put our hope in God.

Friends, whatever issue we might be in, the first thing that will keep us at ease and gives us strength is to remind ourselves of this temporary world.

Remind ourselves of the eternity.

We need to put perspective to our life.

大卫说，我们就像营火的影子。

David says, we are like shadows of the campfire.

Yes.
