Cacao Conversations: Sip. Connect. Awaken. - 被需要不等于被爱 封面

被需要不等于被爱

Being Needed Is Not the Same as Being Loved

本集简介

Last week, we started a conversation about people pleasing, overgiving, and what happens when helping everyone else starts hurting you. This week, we're going deeper. Because the real issue isn't helping people. The real question is: Who are you if nobody needs you? Many of us learned that being useful was the safest way to receive love, approval, connection, or a sense of worth. We became the helper, the fixer, the caretaker, the strong one. We learned to anticipate other people's needs while often ignoring our own. But eventually, that way of living catches up with us. The exhaustion. The resentment. The feeling of being unseen. The disappointment when the people we've given so much to don't show up for us in the same way. In this episode of Cacao Conversations, we're exploring the deeper wounds beneath people pleasing and the hidden cost of building your identity around being needed. We talk about: -why helping others can feel so good -the difference between love and validation -overgiving, burnout, and resentment -why so many helpers struggle to receive support -healthy community versus rescuing -what happens when your worth becomes tied to your usefulness -how to begin reconnecting with your value beyond what you do for others Because being needed is not the same as being loved. And your worth was never meant to depend on how much of yourself you give away. New episodes of Cacao Conversations drop weekly. Sip. Connect. Awaken. Hey! Thanks for listening! If you liked this episode, please send us a message. We'd love to hear from you! Your cup is full, your journey awaits. Let’s sip, chat, and transform together. Speaker 0

我们到了。

Here we are.

Speaker 1

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 1

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 1

我在办公室向大家问好。

Hello from my office.

Speaker 1

今天我在办公室,所有听众应该都会很高兴。

Everybody out there in listener land will be happy that I'm at my office today.

Speaker 1

所以,是的。

So Yes.

Speaker 1

希望网络别出问题。

The internet better not be an issue.

Speaker 1

不过,看到外面下那么大雨,我确实有点担心,毕竟我们知道下雨有时候会对信号造成影响。

Although, I was a little nervous when I saw all that rainy weather out there because we know sometimes what rain can do to Yeah.

Speaker 1

服务方面。

Services.

Speaker 1

不过呢。

But Yeah.

Speaker 1

大家都祈祷一下吧。

Everyone cross your fingers.

Speaker 1

这期节目会很顺利。

This is gonna be a clear episode.

Speaker 1

不会有任何删减。

No cutting out.

Speaker 1

全部都会很精彩。

It's all gonna be good.

Speaker 1

就这样了。

That's it.

Speaker 1

真的会吗?

Will it?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

而且我确实得分享一下。

So and I do have to share.

Speaker 1

我声音有点鼻音。

I sound a little nasally.

Speaker 1

我觉得,上一期录完之后,可能就是因为那期的压力太大,我才生病的。

Like, I think literally after I ended the episode last week, prob it was probably the stress of all of that episode made me sick.

Speaker 1

哎呀。

Aw.

Speaker 1

所以我还在恢复中。

And so I'm still recovering.

Speaker 1

我声音虽然有点鼻音,但状态还不错。

I sound a little nasally, but, like, I'm Good.

Speaker 1

我现在感觉好多了。

I feel good now.

Speaker 1

我感觉挺好的。

I feel good.

Speaker 1

我能听出来自己声音还有点鼻音,不过我想分享一件有趣的事。

I just, like, can hear the nasal in my in my voice but I do wanna share something funny.

Speaker 1

太好了。

Oh, good.

Speaker 1

就是在这种生病的日子里发生的。

That's during, you know, these days of feeling sick.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我最近都没人叫我喝可可。

I have not been called to drink cacao.

Speaker 1

我坐在那儿就想,这是为什么呢?

And I was sitting like wondering like, why is that?

Speaker 1

因为对我来说,可可就像一个特别温暖的拥抱。

Because to me, like, cacao feels like a great big giant hug.

Speaker 1

它让人感到被呵护、被滋养,所有美好的感觉都有,我就在想,为什么我现在一点都不想喝可可呢?

It feels nurturing and nourishing and all the good things and I sat, you know, I was like, why don't I want cacao right now?

Speaker 1

然后我突然意识到,喝可可是一种灵性疗愈,我们知道,灵性疗愈会促使你向内探索。

And then, I ate like this little thing went off in my head that like drinking cacao because it's spirit medicine and like we know like spirit medicine initiates doing the work inside of you.

Speaker 1

我觉得那时候我的全部精力都得用来疗愈,而不是追求灵性成长。

And I think because like all of my energy needed to go towards healing and not spiritual growth.

Speaker 1

所以我的身体在提醒我:现在先别碰这个。

My body was like hold off on that right now.

Speaker 1

所以今天下午我打算喝可可。

So I am having cacao this afternoon.

Speaker 1

这是几天来的第一杯。

First one in a few days.

Speaker 1

之前我一直在喝很多茶,还有柠檬加蜂蜜,那些对身体好的东西。

Instead I was drinking tons of teas and lemon and honey and all of those good things.

Speaker 1

我也挺喜欢的。

I enjoyed them as well.

Speaker 1

不过今天这杯可可我特别期待。

And but super excited about this cup of cacao today.

Speaker 1

真好。

So Good.

Speaker 0

听到这个真让人安心。

That's good to hear.

Speaker 0

你正在好好照顾自己。

You're taking care of yourself.

Speaker 0

你听从了身体的信号。

You're listening to your body.

Speaker 0

你正在做身体康复需要的事。

You're doing what you need to for your body to heal.

Speaker 0

这很好。

That's a good thing.

Speaker 0

没错。

So Yes.

Speaker 0

就在你身边。

Close to you.

Speaker 0

我得特别提一下我的杯子。

I'm gonna have to do a shout out for my mug.

Speaker 0

你看到这个了吗?

Do you see this?

Speaker 1

这真有趣。

This is fun.

Speaker 1

我得告诉你一件事。

This is I'm gonna tell you.

Speaker 1

是什么时候?

When did it?

Speaker 0

我儿子五岁的时候做的这个杯子。

My son, when he was five years old, made this mug.

Speaker 1

我把它翻出来了。

I dug it out.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my goodness.

Speaker 0

最爱的Angela。

Favorite Angela.

Speaker 0

最爱的James。

Favorite James.

Speaker 0

他那时候才五岁。

He was five.

Speaker 0

真厉害。

Wow.

Speaker 1

他做这个的时候才五岁?

He was five when he made that?

Speaker 0

五岁。

Five.

Speaker 0

上面就是这么写的。

That's what it said.

Speaker 0

2005年12月。

'2 12/2005.

Speaker 0

哦,五岁啊。

Oh, five.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

他当时十岁。

He was 10.

Speaker 0

我刚才说什么了?

What am I saying?

Speaker 0

那是吉亚尼。

That's Gianni.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

这样听起来更合理。

That makes more sense to me.

Speaker 1

比说一个十岁孩子会这么想要合理多了。

That makes more sense than a 10 year old was thinking that.

Speaker 1

不好意思。

Sorry.

Speaker 1

但是

But

Speaker 0

我刚才想的是吉安尼。

I was thinking Gianni.

Speaker 0

吉安尼是2000年的,所以2005年她应该是五岁。

Gianni's 2000, so she would have been five in 2005.

Speaker 0

他九十五岁了。

He's 95.

Speaker 0

所以他十岁。

So he's 10.

Speaker 1

这就对了。

There we go.

Speaker 1

这就对了。

There we go.

Speaker 0

现在搞清楚了。

Now we got it.

Speaker 0

不过我觉得这真的特别可爱。

I just thought it was so cute, though.

Speaker 0

我超喜欢的。

I love it.

Speaker 1

我特别想知道的是,周日我们举办了一场非常有力的女性汗屋仪式,但因为我身体不舒服,那是我第一次在家的时候选择不进去参加。

So what I also am dying to know was we had a super powerful woman's sweat lodge ceremony on on Sunday and because of me not feeling well, this was like the first time that I had sweat lodge when I was home that I chose not to go in.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我只是看着大家从汗屋里出来。

And but just observing everybody coming out of that sweat lodge.

Speaker 1

我特别后悔没去,简直太想参加了。

Like I have massive FOMO that I wasn't there.

Speaker 1

但是

But

Speaker 0

你其实也在场。

You were there.

Speaker 0

你其实也在场。

You were there.

Speaker 1

精神上是在的,没错。

In spirit, yes.

Speaker 1

但我根本听不到里面发生了什么。

But, like, I couldn't hear what was going on inside there or anything.

Speaker 1

我只是好奇,你能不能跟我聊聊,周日那次体验怎么样?

But I'm just curious, like, if you have anything to share about what that experience was like for you on Sunday.

Speaker 0

哦,我很乐意说说。

Oh, be happy to.

Speaker 0

由Drea带领,整个过程特别美。

Led by Drea, it was beautiful.

Speaker 0

那天的一个重要主题是关于她妈妈,因为那天正好是她妈妈去世一周年。

And one of the major theme that day was about her mom because it was a year that she had passed that day.

Speaker 0

在进入汗屋之前,我们默默纪念了她。

So we kind of honored her before we went to sweat.

Speaker 0

我们静默了一段时间。

We took some moment of silence.

Speaker 0

但她把这份纪念带进了汗屋,作为第三道门的主题。

But she brought that into the sweat lodge as a theme for the third door.

Speaker 0

有些人可能已经知道,我们一共有四道门。

So some of us already know this, but we have four doors.

Speaker 0

每道门都有一个特定的寓意或祈祷方向。

So there's a, you know, door has a dedication of some sort or a theme to pray for.

Speaker 0

第三道门的主题是感恩、爱与宽恕。

So the third door was about thanking and loving and forgiving.

Speaker 0

这所有的一切都是为了你的妈妈。

And it's all about to your mom.

Speaker 0

感谢妈妈把你带到这个世界,感谢她用身体孕育了你。

So thanking your mom for what she has done to bring you into this world, to carry you in her womb.

Speaker 0

我很欣赏Drea把主题追溯到最根本的孕育和怀孕过程,因为大家都知道,很多人心里都藏着一些关于母亲的伤痛。

And I love that Drea took it to the very basic inception and carrying and pregnancy because, you know, it's no, you know, mystery that a lot of us have some mother wounds.

Speaker 0

所以我们常常带着一些负面的情绪、紧张、痛苦和创伤。

And so sometimes we carry some yucky, not so nice stuff and some tension and hurt and wounds around it.

Speaker 0

她希望我们能放下这些,专心去思考母亲为我们所做的一切。

So she was trying to get everybody away from that and really focus on what mother has done to bring us into this world.

Speaker 0

不管怎样,她都在体内默默滋养着你。

Because no matter what, she nourished you right in her womb.

Speaker 0

所以这是一种向外表达的祈祷。

So it was a prayer outwardly.

Speaker 0

她让我们在汗屋里,一边出汗,一边听着她泼水的声音,大声说出想对妈妈说的话和感恩的话。

And she literally had us say out loud while we were sweating and she was pouring water all of the things that we wanted to say to our moms and thankfulness.

Speaker 0

那真的太美了。

And it was just so beautiful.

Speaker 0

就像是把所有母亲的祝福都凝聚在了一起。

It was like a blessing to all the moms all in one space.

Speaker 0

朱莉塔,我还没跟你说过,我为你妈妈祈祷过,还把你带进了汗屋。

And Julietta, I didn't tell you this, but I prayed for yours and I brought you into the sweat lodge.

Speaker 0

当她往石头上浇水之前,会先放上草药,不只是常见的雪松,她还用了好多精油和香料,特别温柔、特别母性——我们知道玫瑰精油跟玛利亚·玛达肋纳有关,对吧?

And I told everybody when she was putting all of previous to her pouring the water, she puts the medicine on the stones and some of the medicine, not only was like rose oils and some special things that we don't usually usually just do some cedar or something, but she put a lot of oils and scents and medicine that was very feminine and very motherly because we know the rose oil is like Mary Magdalene's, right?

Speaker 0

香气和精油。

Scent and oil.

Speaker 0

她把草药和雪松都放上去的时候,我还告诉所有人,这雪松是从朱莉塔爸爸的农场采来的,是怎么运过来的。

So she put that on and she put the cedar on and I told everybody where the cedar was harvested from, from Julietta's dad's farm and how they brought that.

Speaker 0

朱莉塔,你在汗屋中也致敬了你的妈妈。

Honoring your mom as well in the sweat, Julietta.

Speaker 0

总之,第三轮的时候,那股能量太强了,我不得不出去一会儿,到外面吸点新鲜空气,让自己平静下来,稳住心神,才回去参加第四轮。

So anyway, it was a beautiful, very powerful on that third door, I had to get out for a little while and kind of bring the energy out and just collect myself, ground myself for a minute in the fresh air before I went in for the fourth door.

Speaker 0

所以,那股力量真的很强。

So, it was powerful.

Speaker 0

特别感人。

It was moving.

Speaker 0

充满女性的温柔,尤其致敬了所有母亲。

It was very feminine and honoring especially for all the moms.

Speaker 0

真的很美。

So, it was beautiful.

Speaker 0

太棒了!

Yay.

Speaker 0

太棒了!

Yay.

Speaker 0

德莉亚,谢谢你。

Drea, thank you.

Speaker 1

是的,她为女性主持的汗屋仪式做得特别出色,我很感激我们能建立联系。

Yeah, she's doing a fantastic job with these women's sweat lodges and I'm so grateful that we were able to connect.

Speaker 1

而且,前一天我们也做了。

And, know, we also had the day before that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 1

我们当时还举行了库卡仪式,没错。

So we had cucao ceremony, and Yep.

Speaker 1

Drea 也是一位声音疗愈师。

Drea is also a sound practitioner.

Speaker 1

她带了自己的乐器,比如颂钵、锣、马罗林诺,各种各样的。

So she bought brought her instruments, bowls, gongs, marolinos, all different.

Speaker 1

她拥有的乐器太多了。

She has so many instruments.

Speaker 1

太惊人了。

Crazy.

Speaker 1

接着,我们自己的多丽丝也加入进来,和她一起开始吟唱。

And our very own Dorice to start toning with her.

Speaker 1

那简直太棒了。

That was just.

Speaker 1

哇哦。

Wow.

Speaker 1

简直超乎想象。

Over the top.

Speaker 1

有意思的是,大家总在谈论母亲、母性,还有我们的子宫。

And it's interesting too because you know all of this talk about moms and motherhoods and our womb.

Speaker 1

在那段体验中,我躺在地上,突然感觉有人——也许是妈妈——把手放到了我的子宫上,那种感觉真实得不得了。

And so during that experience, as I was laying there on the ground, I lit you know, and maybe it was my mom, but literally, came and put their hand on my womb, and I like it felt so physically real.

Speaker 1

我睁开眼睛,以为是你或者Drea做的,可一看,周围一个人也没有,但那种手放在子宫上的触感却真实得不可思议,我觉得这完全是她们两人在那个空间里共同释放的强大疗愈振动带来的效果。

I opened my eyes because I assumed that was either you or Drea that had done that and when I opened my eyes, there was nobody there but that like physical presence on my womb was so real during that and you know, I attribute that to just the powerful, powerful healing vibrations that the two have together in that space.

Speaker 1

谢谢你分享这份礼物。

So, thank you for sharing your gift.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

谢谢你给我这个机会,把我们连在一起,我知道这事儿早就在筹备了,你总是能把人聚到一块儿,分享各自的天赋。

Thank you for giving me the opportunity and hooking us up because it's, I know it's been in the making and as you do, you bring people together to share their gifts.

Speaker 0

我一直特别期待,真的等不及要感受她的声音了,太有魔力了。

And I've been really awaiting and, you know, I just couldn't wait to experience her sound and it's quite magical.

Speaker 0

特别美好。

It's it's lovely.

Speaker 0

那种感觉直接穿透了你,我们自然而然地一起动、一起呼应、一起创造声音。

It just goes through you And we just moved together and played together and created sound together.

Speaker 0

整个过程特别自然。

And it was just organic.

Speaker 0

我们根本没排练过。

We didn't practice.

Speaker 0

我一走进去,她就说,你想发声就随时开始。

I walked in and she said, if you feel like toning, go ahead.

Speaker 0

我当时就说了,对。

And I was like, yes.

Speaker 0

所以我想,现在也许正有人在听,我知道Pam,这真是一场美好的对话。

And so it it was I hope somebody out there right now, I know Pam, beautiful conversation.

Speaker 0

谢谢你,Pam。

Thank you, Pam.

Speaker 0

你一定要来,Pam,我知道你会爱上这种声音。

You have to come, Pam, because I know you'll enjoy this sound.

Speaker 1

我也觉得,未来你和Pam说不定也会合作,因为Pam本身也是位非常出色的声疗师。

I'm feeling sometime sometime too in the future, you and and Pam get to collaborate too with because Pam is also an incredible sound practitioner.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

真好。

Love that.

Speaker 1

我们在这儿聊了这么多重要的事,不过这些可不是节目的主题。

So, and as we're babbling here on and on about important stuff, but it's not the topic of the show.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

我们马上就会说到。

We're gonna get to it,

Speaker 1

所以我觉得我们可以转回节目的主题了。

So so I think I think we get to redirect and come to the topic of the show.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

其实这部分算是上一期的续篇,但我都不太想这么叫,因为上一期实在太乱了,我老是断线。

And, you know, some of this is you know, we're calling it part two of the last episode, and I struggled to even call it that because the last episode was such a mess and all over the place because I kept getting dropped by my my connection.

Speaker 1

所以今天我才坐在我办公室里录。

And so, hence, I am here at my office today.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

希望我们这次全程都能连得稳稳的,好好聊聊这个话题。

And, hopefully, we stay connected the entire time and can really have a smooth, easy conversation about this.

Speaker 1

我们今天要谈的是:被人需要,不等于被人爱。

And so the topic that we're talking about is being needed is not the same as being loved.

Speaker 1

对。

Yes.

Speaker 1

这源于我之前和一些人聊过,他们说特别享受为别人做事。

And this stems from some conversations that I had with people talking about how much they love doing things for other people.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

没错。

Uh-huh.

Speaker 1

但后来他们感到沮丧,因为觉得自己的付出没被看重。

And then they get frustrated because they don't feel appreciated.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

在这种情况下,我总会想,尤其是当对方事后有这样的反应时,你真的只是享受为别人做事吗?

And you know, the question that that comes to me in those situations is, especially when that's the response afterwards, is like, is it really that you enjoy doing things for people?

Speaker 1

还是说,你为别人做事,是为了让他们依赖你、需要你、想要你,从而让你觉得自己重要、有价值、值得被爱?

Or is this, I do things for people so then they become dependent on me and they need me and they want me and that makes me feel important, worthy, lovable, all the things.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以今天我们要谈的就是这个,以及它背后的由来。

And so that is our topic today and where it's coming from.

Speaker 1

而且

And

Speaker 0

这确实

it's a

Speaker 1

有点难,不过我让你先说说看。

tough I'm gonna I'm gonna let you talk a little bit.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

这很好。

That's great.

Speaker 0

说实话,这一点我也挺有体会的,因为我发现自己确实就是这样。这些年我一直在反思,就像我说的,我们回头看自己的人生,是因为现在到了这个阶段,对吧?

So, I mean, and it's a tough one for me too because I've seen myself in that way and over the years, I've kind of analyzed it and like I said, you know, we're looking back on some of our life because we are where we are, right?

Speaker 0

都五十岁了。

Our 50 years.

Speaker 0

回想三十前、二十年前,甚至十五年前的自己。

And we who we were thirty years ago, twenty years ago, even fifteen years ago.

Speaker 0

我发现自己总是需要被需要。

And I saw myself so much so as the person who needed to be needed.

Speaker 0

因为我天性就是愿意付出,也总想讨好别人。

Because I am innately a giver and a people pleaser.

Speaker 0

我希望每个人都过得美好、开心、顺心。

And I want everybody to be just wonderful and lovely and happy.

Speaker 0

只要我能帮上忙,我一定会去做。

And if I could do something to help that, I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 0

但在这个过程中,我发现自己渐渐变得不满、疲惫,甚至精疲力尽。

But I did find myself becoming a little bit resentful and tired and exhausted in the process.

Speaker 0

只有我自己才能改变这种状态。

And, you know, nobody but myself can change that.

Speaker 0

于是我开始改变,而这一切都要归功于我那次整整一年的密集治疗,那次之后,很多事情突然就明白了。

So I started and I knew I really have to attribute it to the one year full on therapy that I always go back to because things so much clicked here.

Speaker 0

他告诉我,你非得管着全场吗?因为我确实有这种本能,总是在周围转悠,确保每个人都没事,情绪稳定,诸如此类——这让我觉得被需要,也满足了我内心的需求。

And he taught me, you know, first of all, he said, do you have to run the room because I do have that natural ability to go around and make sure everybody's okay and then make sure everybody's emotionally stable and yada yada and that was fulfilling like a a need a need for me to be needed.

Speaker 0

太好了。

Oh, good.

Speaker 0

我做到了。

I did it.

Speaker 0

太好了。

Oh, good.

Speaker 0

我做到了。

I did it.

Speaker 0

所以,我就开始学会,做完该做的之后就放松下来。这些年,我渐渐学会退一步了。

So, you know, I could do this and and then relax And I, over the years, started to just say, all right, let me step back.

Speaker 0

如果我不插手,会怎样?

What if I don't intervene here?

Speaker 0

如果我不去谈那件事,会怎样?

What if I don't have that conversation?

Speaker 0

如果我不去安慰那个情绪低落的人,会怎样?

What if I don't go over to that person and pick them up out of the dumps?

Speaker 0

会发生什么?

What's gonna happen?

Speaker 0

结果有几件事发生了。

Well, there was a couple things that happened.

Speaker 0

我意识到,其实我不必这么做。

I realized I didn't have to.

Speaker 0

其次,我意识到我不用插手,也就不会积攒怨气。

And secondly, I realized I won't build up resentment because I don't have to.

Speaker 0

我不用插手。

I don't have to.

Speaker 0

以前我觉得非得做点什么,可要是没得到感谢或回应,怨气真的很容易就攒起来了。

When I felt I had to do something then and I didn't get the appreciation or the response, yes, I could build up resentment easily.

Speaker 0

我不喜欢这样的自己。

So I didn't like that about myself.

Speaker 0

我不想有任何怨气。

I wanted no resentment.

Speaker 0

直到今天,我还是坚持做这些事,就因为这是我的本性。

So to this day, I practice doing things for this simple act because that's who I am.

Speaker 0

我想帮,我就帮。

If I wanna give, I give.

Speaker 0

我不指望得到任何回报。

I don't expect anything in return.

Speaker 0

这对我来说是个很大的教训,因为一旦我抱有期待,就从来不会得到满足。

Big lesson for me because if I do, never are the expectations met.

Speaker 0

我和我妈妈聊过这个,她总是容易失望,因为她是个特别愿意付出的人。

And I have this conversation with my mom because she gets let down a lot because she's a very giving person.

Speaker 0

你不能指望别人完全按照你期待的方式回报你,这行不通。你只能尽力而为,但别带着怨气,别心怀不满,也别指望得到什么回报。

And I said, you cannot give and you cannot be for another exactly what you want in return it doesn't work that way there then you're you so do what you can do but do it not begrudgingly not resentfully, not expecting something bad.

Speaker 0

你就做,因为你真心想做。

Just do it because you wanna do it.

Speaker 0

因为这么做确实能滋养你的内心,你热爱人性,或者你爱身边那个特定的人。

Because, yeah, it feeds your soul because you love humanity or you love whoever that is in your space.

Speaker 0

所以我非得被需要吗?

So do I have to be needed?

Speaker 0

我不再需要被需要了。

I don't have to be needed anymore.

Speaker 0

我也没说自己有多完美,毕竟,我确实也喜欢被需要的感觉。

And I'm not saying I'm perfect because I do like to feel needed, of course.

Speaker 0

我喜欢觉得自己这一生有目标、有意义。

And I like to feel that I have purpose and meaning in my life.

Speaker 0

看到别人因为我得到帮助,这让我感到生命有了价值。

And that brings me meaning and purpose to give and to see people helped.

Speaker 0

但我这么做,是因为我必须感受到被需要,从而制造了一种依赖关系吗?

But am I doing it because I have to feel that need like I'm creating the codependency in the situation?

Speaker 0

不是的。

No.

Speaker 0

你提到‘依赖’这个词很对,当别人依赖你的时候,其实就是在建立一种共生依赖关系,我现在对此特别警觉。我还有一件事一直在练习:我从不想要共生依赖的关系,从来都没有。就连我结婚的时候,我们俩都是各自独立的人,现在也一样。不过说实话,我现在可能比以前更依赖一点了——但你可别告诉他。

And I like that you said dependent because we do when somebody depends on you you're creating a codependency and so I am very aware of that now another thing I've practiced I don't want a codependent relationship never have you know even in my marriage we were very two independent people now two very independent people I think I'm more codependent now than the last one but don't tell him

Speaker 1

总之。

anyway

Speaker 0

但这是实话。

but it's true.

Speaker 0

我现在特别有意识地设定界限,能帮的时候就帮,帮不了也不觉得内疚,但这确实需要努力。

It's like, I'm very consciously aware of setting my boundaries, giving when I can, not feeling too guilty if I don't, but it's work.

Speaker 0

我不能说百分之百。

I'm not gonna say a 100%.

Speaker 0

你对这件事感觉怎么样?

How are you feeling about this?

Speaker 1

你刚才说的时候,我想到几点,比如我们都从妈妈那儿学会了讨好别人、为他人付出、帮助所有人。

So a couple things like that were coming to mind when you were speaking is like, a, I know both of us learned how to people please and do for others and help everybody from our moms.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

可能也是从长辈那儿学来的,我不确定你祖母是不是这样,但我的祖母完全就是这样的。

Probably from our, I don't know your grandmas but my grandmother was the exact same like.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

总是为别人操心,替别人做事。

Do do do for everybody.

Speaker 1

为别人付出确实是一件美好的事。

And like it's it is beautiful to to give to others.

Speaker 1

帮助别人真的很美好。

It is beautiful to help others.

Speaker 1

但对我自己来说,真正意识到自己从过度付出转向平衡,是有人提醒我:如果你一直给予却从不接受,那你其实是在索取。

But for myself in making that transition from being an over giver was when someone pointed out to me that if you're always giving and you're not receiving, then you're actually a taker.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 1

因为当你总是为别人付出,却不允许任何人为你做点什么或给予你什么的时候——

Because when you are always doing for others and never let anybody do for you or give to you Mhmm.

Speaker 1

你其实剥夺了他们那份快乐,那种当我们能帮助别人时,人人都会感受到的满足感。

You rob them of that joy, of that feel good that we all get when we're able to help somebody else.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

所以,要想真正成为一个给予者,你也必须学会接受,这才能形成平衡——我们经常说,平衡很重要。

And so for you to truly be a giver, you have to also And so and that create you know, we talk all the time about there needing to be balanced.

Speaker 1

所以,如果你想给予,也必须学会接受,这样才能保持平衡,也才能真正成为一个给予者,因为当你接受时,你给予对方的,正是他们帮助你时所获得的那种满足感。

And so if you want to give, you also have to receive for that to be balanced and for you to truly be a giver because the gift you give when you receive is that feel good that someone else gets when they are able to give for you.

Speaker 1

还有另一点,你刚才提到的,就是如果你总替别人做事,其实也剥夺了他们学习、自己动手、独立处理问题、自己找答案的机会。

And then the other thing that I was going to say that you brought up already was like yes if you're always doing for others you're also robbing them the the ability to learn, to do for themselves, to handle things themselves, to figure things out.

Speaker 1

我在当今社会看到太多这样的情况了。

And I see that so much in the world today.

Speaker 1

我觉得这种现象是从我们这一代开始的,可能比我们小一点的那几代人也一样。

That people you know I think it was starting with our generation and probably people just a little bit younger than us.

Speaker 1

父母们总觉得:我小时候从来没享过福,总是得拼命干活,我不想让我孩子也这样。

That the parents started feeling like man like, I never had a childhood.

Speaker 1

结果呢,我遇到很多已经成年的人,什么事都不会做,因为从小到大,父母什么都替他们包办了。

I always had to work hard, do the things, I don't want that for my child and so then, I meet these full grown adults who don't know how to do anything for themselves because their parents did everything for them.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yep.

Speaker 1

说起来,我也不太清楚了。

And you know back I don't know.

Speaker 1

这大概是二十五年前的事了,甚至更早。

It's probably twenty five years ago, maybe even more.

Speaker 1

我那时候跟一位职业治疗师共事,我们后来成了好朋友。有一天,我们正打算约时间,她说:‘我得把车送去修理厂。’我就问:‘你车怎么了?’

I worked with this occupational therapist and she and I became good friends and one day, we were trying to make plans and she was like, oh, I gotta take my car into the shop and I was like, what's wrong with your car?

Speaker 1

她说:‘没什么问题。’

And she's like, nothing.

Speaker 1

我只是需要他们帮轮胎打点气。

I just need them to put air in the tires.

Speaker 1

我就说:‘打气根本不用把车送去修理厂啊。’

And I'm like, you don't need to take your car into the shop to put air in the tires.

Speaker 1

她问:‘你这话是什么意思?’

And she's like, what do you mean?

Speaker 1

我说:‘我们拿几个硬币,去加油站就能自己打气了。’

I'm like, we go to the gas station with a couple quarters in our bucket and we put the air in your tires.

Speaker 1

我不会弄这个。

I don't know how to do that.

Speaker 1

我心想,你爸就没教过你怎么给轮胎打气?

I'm like, your dad never taught you how to put air in the tires?

Speaker 1

别开玩笑了。

Come on.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以呢,我就说,行吧。

And so anyway, I'm like, alright.

Speaker 1

走吧。

Let's go.

Speaker 1

来接我一下。

Pick me up.

Speaker 1

我们去加油站。

We're going to the gas station.

Speaker 1

我来教你怎么给轮胎打气。

I'm going to teach you how to put air in your tires.

Speaker 0

太棒了。

Love it.

Speaker 1

你知道吗,作为工程师的女儿,他 probably 教了我太多自己动手的事,这可不是人人都有的经历。但我家从小就不请电工、水管工,家里anything坏了都是我爸自己修。

You know, and like, yes, I I do recognize, like, as the daughter of an engineer, he'd probably taught me way more things how to do for myself than, you know, and not expected of everyone, you know, but I grew up in a household where we never called in the electrician, the plumber, the nobody came to our house to fix anything because my dad knew how to fix fix it all.

Speaker 1

我也是。

Ditto.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

小时候有时候挺烦的,他总让我们帮着干家务活,那时候我只想出去玩,可偏偏得留下来帮他。但现在长大了,真的特别感谢他当初这么要求我们。

And so, you know, and as a kid, sometimes it would be annoying because he would always make my brother and I help him with whatever he was doing around the house and you know, sometimes back then, it was like, you know, I want to go play and instead, no, I'm helping my dad but I have to say as an adult, I am so grateful grateful for that now.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

因为我掌握了这些技能。

Because I got these skills.

Speaker 1

有点跑题了,但重点是,你不希望别人依赖你、离不开你。

Kind of kind of like getting a little bit away from the topic but the important thing is is like, you don't want other people to be dependent on you, to need you.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这种关系不健康。

That's not a healthy relationship.

Speaker 1

没错。

No.

Speaker 1

帮助别人确实很好。

And so, yes, it's beautiful to help people.

Speaker 1

为别人做事、被人需要、善良、乐于助人,这完全是两回事。

It's beautiful to do things for people and being needed and being kind and helpful and supportive are two different things.

Speaker 1

但归根结底,这又回到了一个问题:你是否把自己的价值建立在别人有多需要你之上。

But ultimately, like this comes back to the conversation of when you are placing yourself worth on how much others need you.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

这才是更大的问题。

That is the bigger problem.

Speaker 1

严重的问题。

Huge problem.

Speaker 1

我觉得很多人其实心里已经给自己定型了。

And I think a lot of times there's people out there that don't like if they just in their mind they've programmed it.

Speaker 1

我就是个乐于助人的人。

Like I'm just a helpful person.

Speaker 1

我天生善良、大方,喜欢帮忙,但你不妨仔细想想,尤其是当你开始对这些事感到不满时——如果你真有怨气,那很可能根本不是这么回事,因为如果真是出于真心,你根本不会觉得委屈。

I'm just kind and I'm generous and I like to do these things and I invite you to examine a little closer especially if you're getting resentful about these things because if you're getting resentful about them, I doubt that that's the truth Because if that was the truth, you wouldn't be getting resentful about it.

Speaker 0

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

完全正确。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那对我来说是个很大的警醒,你知道的,有时候我会想到我妈妈。

I that that was a big wake up call for me, you know, and and sometimes and I'm reminded with my mom sometimes.

Speaker 0

她总是累得不行,心里还积攒着怨气。

She gets exhausted and she builds up resentment.

Speaker 0

我就跟她说,别这样,这让我想起以前有人教过我。

I'm like, don't and and this comes back to I was taught a while ago.

Speaker 0

如果你在一段关系里,对方总是说:‘好啊好啊,我去做,我去做。’

If you're in a relationship and that person is always saying, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll do it.

Speaker 0

我去做。

I'll do it.

Speaker 0

我去做。

I'll do it.

Speaker 0

对,我去做。

Yeah, I'll do it.

Speaker 0

我会做。

I'll do it.

Speaker 0

我会变成那样。

I'll be this.

Speaker 0

我会在那儿。

I'll be there.

Speaker 0

我会为你做这件事,随便吧。

I'll do this for you, whatever.

Speaker 0

他们其实并不想做,你知道的。

And they're, you know, they don't really want to do it.

Speaker 0

他们只是有一种需求,想讨好别人,或者让自己显得被需要,但这种怨气迟早会爆发。

They just have this need to do it, to people please, or to be needed, but they're building up that resentment eventually comes out.

Speaker 0

我两边都经历过。

And I've been on both sides of the coin.

Speaker 0

我看到我妈妈因为做得太多而积攒了怨气。

See my mom build up resentment for doing too much.

Speaker 0

我也积累过这种情绪。

I've built it up.

Speaker 0

我还见过,如果你不是真心想答应,别人根本不会对你点头。

And I've also seen people don't say yes to me if you don't really mean it.

Speaker 0

所以我被教导要学会说不,这样我答应的事才让人信得过。

And so I was taught to say no so that my yeses could be trusted.

Speaker 0

因为当你嘴上答应,心里却不愿意的时候,那感觉真的很糟糕。

Because when you say yes and you really don't mean it, you're not fun.

Speaker 0

你一定能感觉到的。

You could you could sense it.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

你没经历过这种事吗?

Haven't you been in that one?

Speaker 1

当然有啊。

Oh, yes.

展开剩余字幕(还有 290 条)
Speaker 1

能够说‘不’真的让人感觉很自由。

It has been so freeing to be able to say no.

Speaker 1

而且,‘不’本身就是一个完整的句子,不需要额外解释。

And also, no, it's a complete sentence.

Speaker 1

有时候人们会说,好吧,虽然你拒绝了,但你得给出一个非常充分的理由。

Like, sometimes people are like, okay, no, but I have to have a really good excuse why it's no.

Speaker 0

确实如此。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我会去

I'm going

Speaker 1

我想说,不,你不会去的。

to say, no, you don't.

Speaker 1

其实,拒绝别人是可以的。

Like, saying no is okay.

Speaker 1

而且你知道,有时候我明明更想拒绝,但还是会答应下来。

And you know, I will say there are times that I do say yes even when I would prefer to say no.

Speaker 0

是的。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

但你说yes的时候,背后是有原因的。

But there's there's meaning behind the yes.

Speaker 1

比如,我亲爱的朋友,如果你向我提要求,就算我当时很累,我也会想,这是为了多丽丝。

Like, you know, you, my dear friend, if you ask me for something, excuse me, and like, let's say I was tired but I would be like, this is for Dorice.

Speaker 1

我会打起精神来帮忙。

I'm gonna rally.

Speaker 1

我也很清楚,如果你找我帮忙,而我真做不到,只要我说不行,你一定会理解。

I also know fully well that if you ask me for something and I really couldn't do it and I told you I couldn't, that you would understand.

Speaker 1

当然。

Of course.

Speaker 1

但确实,有些人值得我们多付出一点。

But but yes, there are people that are deserving of us pushing a little bit.

Speaker 1

这并不是说,你永远都说不,从不为任何人做任何事。

You know, so this this isn't saying that like you always say no and you never do anything for anybody and that.

Speaker 1

你知道,这里头其实有个平衡。

You know, again, there's balance there.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

就说到点子上了。

But That's it.

Speaker 0

你刚才已经说出来了。

You just said it.

Speaker 0

就是平衡。

It's balance.

Speaker 0

当你真正了解自己的平衡点时,就不会随便对每件小事都点头答应,那可不是平衡。

And when you get to to know your balance, right, and you don't just, like, flippantly say yes at every little thing, That's not balance.

Speaker 0

刚才那个例子就特别贴切。

It's like, you just exam, that was a good example of it.

Speaker 0

说白了,也许我现在并不完全想为这个人做这件事。

It's like, okay, maybe I don't a 100% want to do this thing right now for this person.

Speaker 0

不过我还是会说好,因为那个‘好’的力量会盖过那点‘我不想’的感觉。当你真的觉得这个答应是对的,心里踏实了,那就没问题了。我不是说每次都得100%答应,也不是说‘好’就一定能压过心里那点隐隐的‘不’。

I'm going to say yes though, because, and the yes is more it becomes more powerful than the little bit of like I don't feel like it when that overpowers and you know you feel good about the yes then you're good to go I'm not saying it's a 100% yes all the time and it outweighs the no that's in there niggling at you.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得平衡最关键,我对你的感受也是一样的,亲爱的朋友。

So I think balance is key and I feel the same way about you my dear friend.

Speaker 0

我会去的,而且很乐意去,哪怕我累了,或者没状态,拖着身子去——因为十次里有九次,当我们做社区活动,或者我去参加脉轮调整的时候,其实我都累得要命。

It's like I will show up and I'm happy to, even though I'm tired or if I'm not feeling it or dragging a little bit because nine times out of 10, when we're doing something in the community and I wanna go to chakra balancing, I'm freaking tired though.

Speaker 0

我也想瘫在沙发上,把脚抬起来歇着。

I wanna also sit on the couch and put my feet up.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

但只要我一到那儿,我就知道,这事儿肯定值,一定会很愉快,对我们俩都有好处,我不仅能付出,自己也能收获。

So it's like, okay, but once I get there, I know I'm gonna love it and it's gonna be great and it'll be good for both of us and I'll contribute, I'll get something out of it just as well.

Speaker 0

所以关键是要想明白,怎么让那个‘好’更贴近你真正的想法。

So it's like wrapping your head around to make that yes, more you.

Speaker 0

这样说你能明白吗?

Does that make sense?

Speaker 0

当然。

Absolutely.

Speaker 1

你是不是引用过拉姆·达斯的一句话?

Think you had a, do you have a quote from Ram Dass?

Speaker 0

有的。

I do.

Speaker 0

我很喜欢这句话。

I'd love this.

Speaker 0

谢谢你这么说。

Thank you for saying so.

Speaker 0

我刚才正看着这句话。

I was looking at it here.

Speaker 0

因为这跟我们讨论的主题有关,我觉得你可能是从某个子话题里引出来的。

So just because it's part of the topic and I think it was a sub stack that you pulled off.

Speaker 0

我觉得是你做的,朱丽叶塔,不过我也不是很确定。

So I think you did, Julietta, maybe, I don't even know.

Speaker 0

但你不需要被需要,才能有存在的价值,对吧?

But you don't have to be needed to matter, right?

Speaker 0

拉姆·达斯曾经说过,你能给予别人的礼物,就是你的存在本身。

And Ram Dass once said, the gift you offer another person is just your being.

Speaker 0

就是你的存在。

So just your being.

Speaker 0

我理解这指的是一种临在的状态,对吧?

And I interpret that as presence, right?

Speaker 0

你的临在,你在这个空间里的存在,就已经足够了。

Your presence and being in the space is more than enough.

Speaker 0

有时候我把这当成一个教训:只管做你自己,看看会发生什么。

And sometimes I took this as a lesson as just be and see what happens.

Speaker 0

先试试看。

Try it first.

Speaker 0

你不需要给予什么,不需要说任何话,也不需要做任何事。

You don't have to give, you don't have to say anything, you don't have to do anything.

Speaker 0

就在那儿陪着就好。

Just be there.

Speaker 0

第一,从能量上讲,你已经在有所贡献了。

Number one, energetically, you're contributing anyway.

Speaker 0

第二,这给对方留出了空间,让他们做真实的自己。

Number two, it does give space to the other to be, to be who they feel like being.

Speaker 0

也许你就是那种总被给予太多的人,结果反而没给对方留出空间,去尝试他们自己想做或需要自己摸索的事。

Maybe you're one of those people who constantly are given so much, it doesn't leave space for the other to try something that they want to or need to figure out for themselves.

Speaker 0

给他们一些空间。

Give them space.

Speaker 0

说实话,这对我自己来说也是真的。

Mean, I know that that's true for me.

Speaker 0

有时候我说得太多、做得太多,总想把事情掌控得太紧,可能跟我狮子座的性格有关。

It's like sometimes I say too much or I do too much or I wanna run things a little bit too much, the Leo and me maybe.

Speaker 0

但我必须学会只是安住当下,静静看着事情自然发生。

But but I gotta I have to just be and just be present and see what organically happens.

Speaker 0

我觉得这件事让我特别踏实。

And I feel I feel so good about that.

Speaker 0

这真的是一份礼物。

That's That is a gift.

Speaker 0

你的存在本身就是一份礼物。

Just your presence is a gift.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,当我们和他人在一起时,心里应该带着这份觉知。

So I feel like carrying that in our hearts when we are with other people in community.

Speaker 0

你的存在真的太珍贵了。

Your presence is such a gift.

Speaker 0

谢谢你,拉姆·达斯。

So thank you Ram Dass.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得整个社会都被深深塑造成了某种模式。

And I feel like the collective has been so programmed.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们总觉得必须做得更多、表现得更好,才配得上被认可。

That we have to do more and be more, for us to be valuable.

Speaker 1

我们越努力、做得越多,这些东西就越受称赞。

And the harder we work, the more we do, the like, all of this is praised.

Speaker 1

我不是说让你躺平什么都不做。

And, you know, I'm not saying go and be a couch potato and do nothing.

Speaker 1

我们当然要生存,但那种被深深灌输的工作观,那些‘应该’和‘必须’……

We all do need to survive but what, you know, the work ethic that has been beaten into us and the the shoulds and the.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

你得变成这个样子。

You know, You have to be like this.

Speaker 1

你得长成这个样子。

You have to look like this.

Speaker 1

你得这么做。

You have to do like this.

Speaker 1

外面那些灌输的观念,只会给世界带来更多痛苦。

All of that programming out there is just making for misery in the world.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

做真实的自己,才是你能送给这个世界最好的礼物。

And you know being yourself is the greatest gift that you could bring to humanity.

Speaker 1

你假装成别人,根本不是在为人类做贡献。

You pretending to be something that you're not is not a gift to humanity.

Speaker 1

我能感觉到,你也有这种体会。

And You know, I see that out there like you feel it.

Speaker 1

当一个人不真诚的时候,你一定能察觉到。

You feel it when someone is not being authentic.

Speaker 1

当一个人拼命想融入、想迎合的时候,你也能感觉到。

You feel it when someone is trying to fit in and trying to.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

人们总是根据社交媒体、电影、电视还有公共场合看到的样子去模仿别人,这让我特别难过。当有人说‘别人都过得那么好,只有我过得一团糟’的时候,我想告诉你们,作为那些经常看到人们敞开心扉、说出真话的人,我清楚得很——那些看起来生活最完美的,其实很多都在说谎。

Be what they think, you know, to be based on they see in social media and in the movies and on TV and when they're out in public, you know, and I I get so sad too when people say, you know, like, everybody else is doing so great and I'm just doing miserable and I'm like, well, I'm going tell you something because as the person that sees people opening their hearts and bearing their truth, like some of the people that look like they are living the most fantastic lives lying.

Speaker 1

当你私下里和他们交谈,在一个安全的环境里,真相才会浮出水面。

When you speak to them in private, when you speak to them in a safe space, and the truth comes out.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你其实过得很痛苦。

You're miserable.

Speaker 1

所以我们做这份事、做这些服务,就是为了帮每个人重新记起来:你真正是谁。

And so, you know, that's part of what we're here for in the ministry and all the things that we do is helping everybody remember, remember who you truly are.

Speaker 1

不是社会灌输给你的那个样子。

That who society has programmed you to be.

Speaker 1

而是你内心真实的模样。

The truth of who you are.

Speaker 1

虽然我们所有人是一体的,但每个人内心都带着独特而珍贵的光芒。

Each individual while we are all one, each of us carry a unique special light inside of us.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

这份光芒,是这个世界期待我们展现的。

That the world needs us to express.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

而且很美。

And Beautiful.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这正是我来到这里的原因。

That's what I'm here for.

Speaker 1

这正是我在等待的。

That's what I'm waiting for.

Speaker 1

当我看到这种光芒在空间中显现时。

And when I see that show up in the space.

Speaker 1

就像我看到你敞开心扉去疗愈的时候。

Like when I see you open your voice to heal.

Speaker 1

这才是我一直在等的那个多丽丝。

Like that's the Dorice I've been waiting for.

Speaker 0

谢谢你。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

谢谢你看到了我。

Thank you for seeing me.

Speaker 0

谢谢你。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

这是一件特别的事。

It's a special thing.

Speaker 0

我都要哭了。

I'm going to get teary.

Speaker 1

但你知道,关键在于,当我们每个人都真实地呈现自己时。

But you know and the thing is is that when each of us show up authentically.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这会让更多人有勇气做真实的自己。

That gives others permission to show up authentic food.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 1

所以,如果你想送给别人什么,就送他们你的真诚。

And so like if you want to give someone something give them your authenticity.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

因为这份礼物带给他们的,是做真实自己的力量。

Because the gift that that will give them is the gift to be their authentic.

Speaker 0

我太喜欢了。

I love that.

Speaker 0

哦,这真是太美了。

Oh, that is so beautiful.

Speaker 0

我这边都快哭了。

I'm tearing up over here.

Speaker 0

我得拿张纸巾。

I'm gonna need a tissue.

Speaker 1

除非让多丽丝哭了,否则这鞋不算好。

Not a good shoe unless we make Dorice cry.

Speaker 1

不对。

No.

Speaker 1

这样挺好。

It's good.

Speaker 1

眼泪真的很有力量。

Tears are so good.

Speaker 1

眼泪真的很有力量。

Tears are so good.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

而且

And

Speaker 0

是的,确实如此。

yes, they are.

Speaker 0

我记得你周六早上说过这话。

I remember you saying it on Saturday morning.

Speaker 0

就是我们俩一碰头,你就突然有了那种感觉。

It's like once the two of us got together, you were like, oh.

Speaker 1

哦,没错。

Oh, yes.

Speaker 1

我当时躺在地板上,然后就……

I was laying down on the floor and like.

Speaker 1

而且那也很特别,因为那不是那种大哭大喊的流泪。

And it was interesting too because it wasn't it wasn't like a cry cry.

Speaker 1

就是眼泪自己不知不觉就流下来了。

It was just like the tears were just coming out.

Speaker 1

那是我当时内心纯粹喜悦的一种外在流露。

It was this this external expression of the pure joy that I was in in that moment.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 1

而且没错,你们当时还挺不习惯的。

And yeah, you guys hated that.

Speaker 1

真是份美好的礼物。

What a beautiful gift.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这让我特别开心。

That makes me so happy.

Speaker 0

这确实就是我本来的样子。

That truly is authentically who I am.

Speaker 0

创造出这样的美,看着它发生,这对我来说是最让心灵满足的事。

To create that beauty and to see it happen is just, that's the most gratifying thing to me, to my soul.

Speaker 0

当我做这样的事时,我就知道,我走的路是对的。

So I know I'm following the right path when I do something like that.

Speaker 0

这也证明了做真实的自己是什么感觉,因为很多人根本不知道自己是谁。

And it, you know, a testament to how it feels to be authentic because so many people don't know who they are, you know?

Speaker 0

他们不清楚自己真正的样子。

They don't know who their authentic self is.

Speaker 0

他们要么没被给予机会,要么没主动去寻找,没给自己留出空间,只是盲目跟着网络上或眼前出现的任何东西走。

They haven't been, I mean, given the opportunity or taken the opportunity to find out, give themselves space, you know, they're just following along, you know, whoever or whatever is is on the Internet or in front of them.

Speaker 0

他们试图成为别人,因为那正是他们眼前看到的榜样。

And they just kind of try to be somebody they're not because that's the example that's in front of them.

Speaker 0

这真的很让人难过。

And that's that's sad.

Speaker 0

这确实让人难过。

That's sad.

Speaker 1

我想说一下,不好意思啊。

I just wanna point, like so Sorry.

Speaker 1

你和Drea周六那天,躺在地上把那份美好的礼物送给了我们所有人。

You and Drea on Saturday were giving to all of us laying on the floor there, receiving the beautiful gift that you had for us.

Speaker 1

如果我没理解错的话,那时候你给予的方式,真正让你感到快乐。

And correct me if I'm wrong, but what I'm gonna say is like, right there, you were giving in a way that truly brought you joy.

Speaker 1

你内心没有一丝一毫是不愿意这么做的。

Like, there was nothing in your being that didn't wanna do that.

Speaker 1

没错。

No.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,

I mean,

Speaker 1

也许当时心里还有一点点害怕,或者一点点犹豫。

maybe there was a little fear somewhere, a little shine somewhere.

Speaker 1

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但如果真有,也不会那么大。

But it couldn't have been that big if it was there.

Speaker 1

对。

No.

Speaker 1

我觉得你身体里的每一个细胞都在为我们的付出而存在。

But I feel like every cell in your being was there to give that to us.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 1

我们都收到了。

And we received it.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你给予我们这些,并不是期待我们回报什么。

But you weren't giving that because you expected something in return from us.

Speaker 1

你给出这份心意的时候,根本不是想着‘现在我们都需要多丽丝永远为我们调音’吧。

You weren't giving that going, oh, now we are all going to need Dorice forever to to tone for us.

Speaker 1

不是的。

No.

Speaker 1

你知道,你不需要我们依赖你,才能让你感受到被爱。

You know, there wasn't this and you don't need us to need that for you to feel loved.

Speaker 1

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 1

我觉得,你只是分享这份礼物,这就是爱。

I think you just sharing that gift is love.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It is.

Speaker 1

谢谢你。

Thank you.

Speaker 1

爱。

Love.

Speaker 1

我敢肯定你喜欢听我说这些,但根据我对你的观察,即使没人告诉你那有多棒,你离开时依然会感到无比满足。

And while I'm sure you love hearing me say this, also from observing you, I think even if nobody told you how amazing that was, you were still going to walk away from that as high as could be.

Speaker 1

我这么说不对吗?

Am I wrong?

Speaker 0

对,你说得一点都没错。

Yeah, you're not wrong at all.

Speaker 0

你把这一点说得太完美了。

You articulated that so perfectly.

Speaker 0

关于这一点,我没有任何需要修改的意见。

I have no feedback to change anything on that.

Speaker 0

这真的太对了。

That is so true.

Speaker 0

完全正确,我也是这么想的。

Absolutely true and that's how I feel.

Speaker 0

这就是真实的你,那种独特的光芒,对吧?

It is authentic Lee me that unique spark, right?

Speaker 0

确实如此。

And it's true.

Speaker 0

当多丽丝说‘如果你觉得是托尼,那就去吧’的时候,我有点紧张,胃里像有蝴蝶在飞。

I had a little bit of butterfly stomachs when when Dorice said, if you feel like Tony, go ahead.

Speaker 0

我其实早就察觉到你为我们俩做的那些准备。

And I kind of knew the pre setup that you had been doing for the both of us.

Speaker 0

但不,完全不是那样。

But but no.

Speaker 0

我一站起来,心里就想着:这感觉一定会很棒,因为这种调整真的让我身心舒畅。

As soon as I got up, I was like, oh, this is gonna feel so good because toning feels good to my being.

Speaker 0

这是一种从灵魂到细胞层面的疗愈感,我感觉整个人都被治愈了。

It it just feel it's it's a soul cellular level that I feel so feel healed.

Speaker 0

我真的被治愈了。

I feel healed.

Speaker 0

我感受到一种神圣的被爱。

I feel loved in a divine way.

Speaker 0

我觉得这是一种天赐的礼物。

I feel like it's a divine gift.

Speaker 0

如果我不表达出来,我就永远无法把这份礼物送给自己。

If I don't express it, I never get to give that gift to myself.

Speaker 0

就这样了。

So there it is.

Speaker 0

这真是个完美的情境,因为我正在读这个问题,而你知道,节目开始前你问我:如果明天所有人都不再认识你,你还会是谁?

That's a perfect scenario because I'm reading this question and you know that you threw out to me before the show it says if everyone stopped meeting you tomorrow who would you be?

Speaker 0

这问题挺难的,但这个情境帮了我,因为我明白,我并不需要靠发声来证明自己的价值。

It's a hard question you know and and and this this scenario is helping me because I know I'm not needed to tone.

Speaker 0

我被接纳了,但没有任何压力。

I was welcomed but there was no pressure.

Speaker 0

还有另一点。

That's the other thing.

Speaker 0

这就像是一个机会,只要你愿意去抓住,只要你内心有所召唤。

It's like there's an opportunity if I feel like taking it, if I feel called.

Speaker 0

这真是件美好的事。

And that's a wonderful thing.

Speaker 0

就像Drea说的那样。

Like, Drea says it.

Speaker 0

你也这么说。

You say it.

Speaker 0

我们很多社区成员都会用这些话。

A lot of our community members say those words.

Speaker 0

如果你感到被召唤,或者被邀请,你就会经常用这个词,Julietta。

If you feel called or you are invited to, you use that word a lot, Julietta.

Speaker 0

这样一来,就不必再有必须做点什么、成为某人、或必须怎样做的压力了。

And that eliminates the pressure of needing to do something or be someone or be some way.

Speaker 0

所以呢,这确实是个很难的问题。

So, you know, it's a tough question.

Speaker 0

你怎么看这个?

What do you think about that?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你说的每一件事,我都特别认同。

Everyone I love everything that that you just said.

Speaker 1

当我反思自己,面对这个问题时,我发现我正处于一个挺特别的位置——总有人来找我寻求疗愈。

And, you know, when I look at myself in that question and you know, it's an interesting spot that I'm in that people come to me for healing.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我回望过去的疗愈者朱丽叶塔,再看看现在的我,我们一直以来被教导的是,我们要去修复别人。

And you know, I I look at old Healer Julietta and, you know, present moment Healer Julietta and, you know, the way we're taught is essentially that we are fixing people.

Speaker 1

我们要让他们变得更好。

We are making them better.

Speaker 1

但现在的我清楚地知道,我其实并没有治愈任何人。

And you know the present being knows that I don't heal anybody.

Speaker 1

我不是在做那个。

That is not what I do.

Speaker 1

我在这里是为你引路。

I am here to guide you.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

真正疗愈你的是你自己。

But you are the one that heals you.

Speaker 1

所以,其实没人需要我来治愈他们,因为我根本做不到。

And so I also nobody needs me to heal them because I can't heal them.

Speaker 1

所以我能感受到来找我的那些人内心的状态。

And so there is the space of that like I recognize in people that come to me.

Speaker 1

我能认出那些明白自己正在努力的人。

I recognize the ones that understand that they are doing the work.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

是的。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

那些疗程感觉特别棒。

Those sessions feel so incredible.

Speaker 1

因为那里有互动,我只是播下一些种子,然后看着它们成长。

Because there's give and take there and there's me just planting some seeds and watching them, you know, grow these seeds.

Speaker 1

这和那些带着‘我受伤了’心态来的人完全不同。

Very different than the people that come in with the mentality of I'm hurting.

Speaker 1

帮帮我吧。

Please fix me.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

没错。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

我也明白,很多这种想法其实来自社会的潜移默化。

And I understand also that a lot of that that comes from the societal programming.

Speaker 1

是的

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

说实话,那些掌权的人,想控制一切的人,巴不得大家都离不开他们,永远依赖他们。

And, you know, the truth is that the powers that be, the people that wanna be in control and in charge want to keep everybody needy and dependent.

Speaker 1

这种模式早就渗透进我们的文化里了。

And so that's built into our culture.

Speaker 1

所以,想摆脱这种状态并不容易。

So this is not an easy thing to break out of.

Speaker 1

但今天我们提起这个,就是想给大家一个机会,去意识到这个问题。

But, you know, we're bringing this up here today as an opportunity for people to start to to see it.

Speaker 1

对

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

如果你根本没意识到它存在,又怎么去改变呢?

If you don't know that it's there, how do you fix it?

Speaker 1

所以,人们很容易就这么一路走下去,以为生活本来就是这样的。

And so it's really easy to keep walking through life thinking things are a certain way.

Speaker 1

但只要有人让你换个角度看问题,突然间就全都明白了。

But if someone just turns your head to look at it slightly differently, all of a sudden, light bulbs go off.

Speaker 1

这时候,你就有机会重新掌握主动权,做出改变,让这个世界变得更好。

And now, you have an opportunity to take your power back and make that shift and make the world a better place.

Speaker 1

是的。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

我明白。

I know.

Speaker 0

说得太好了。

That's beautifully said.

Speaker 0

我很喜欢。

I love it.

Speaker 1

我在这儿正努力想把我的想法表达清楚。

I'm over here trying trying my I

Speaker 0

我很喜欢。

love it.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

说得太好了。

That was beautifully articulated.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 0

说实话,我觉得关于这一点也没什么好补充的了。

And I mean, I don't know if there's any much anything more to say about that.

Speaker 1

结束了?

It's a wrap?

Speaker 0

结束了。

It's a wrap.

Speaker 0

我觉得这收尾得挺好的。

I feel like that was a good closing.

Speaker 0

是的。

Uh-huh.

Speaker 0

真美。

Beautiful.

Speaker 1

我也这么觉得。

I think so.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

生活是一段美好的旅程,我相信只要我们开始去觉察和铭记,每个人都有更大的潜力等待实现。

But life is a beautiful journey and I just know that there is so much more potential for all of us out there if we just start to recognize and remember.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

重新掌握自己的力量。

Take our power back.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

如果你在这些方面需要帮助,虽然我们不能替你做,但一定会陪着你、给你指引。

So If you need help with any of that, like, can't do it for you, but we definitely can help hold your hand along the way and guide you.

Speaker 1

而且,你和我们合作的方式其实有很多种。

And you know, there's so many different ways for you to do that with us.

Speaker 1

随时联系我们吧。

Speaker 0

随时联系我们吧。

Reach out.

Speaker 1

加入我们的社群吧。

Speaker 1

因为我们都不是一个人来走这条路的。

Because again, we're not meant to do this alone.

Speaker 1

一起做,事情会容易得多。

It's so much easier when we do it together.

Speaker 0

没错。

That's right.

Speaker 0

我们诚邀您加入。

We're inviting you.

Speaker 0

没错吧?

Is that right?

Speaker 0

邀请就在那儿。

Invitation is there.

Speaker 0

您只需要

You just have

Speaker 1

打个电话就行。

to call.

Speaker 0

要是叫到您了,就过来吧。

If you're called, come on down.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 1

你有没有注意到今天还有谁在听?

Do you see who who else is listening today?

Speaker 1

谁在听啊?

Who's listening?

Speaker 1

得了吧。

Oh, come on.

Speaker 1

我电脑出问题了。

My computer's not working.

Speaker 1

好了,好了。

There we go.

Speaker 0

我女儿。

My daughter.

Speaker 0

嗨,宝贝。

Hi, baby girl.

Speaker 0

我特别爱她。

I love her so much.

Speaker 0

嘿,她可是

Hey, she's

Speaker 1

最棒的。

the best.

Speaker 0

谢谢,PG。

Thanks, PG.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

行。

Alright.

Speaker 1

那我就先到这里了,祝大家今天过得特别美好。

With that, I think that's a wrap and I do want to wish everybody a magical day.

Speaker 1

那先这样,再见了。

Ciao for now.
