我们是否已经忘记了作为人的意义?

Have We Forgotten What It Means to Be Human?

Speaker 0

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 0

我忘了等一下。

And I forgot to wait.

Speaker 0

希望如此。

Hopefully, it is.

Speaker 1

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 1

一切都好。

It's all good.

Speaker 1

我们开播了。

We're live.

Speaker 1

我们开播了,而且我们在一起。

We are live, and we're together.

Speaker 1

我们在一起。

We're together.

Speaker 1

太好了。

Yay.

Speaker 1

面对面,以真实的人形,有身体上的接触。

In person and human form with physical connection.

Speaker 1

这对我们今天的话题来说再合适不过了。

That's perfect for our topic today.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Isn't it?

Speaker 0

确实非常适合我们今天的话题。

It is so perfect for our topic.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

但在我们聊正题之前,对。

But before we talk about our topic Yeah.

Speaker 0

你知道,我们得先聊聊周末的事。

You know, we gotta talk about the weekend stuff.

Speaker 0

所以,你知道,你知道我要讲什么,因为你读过我的通讯。

So, you know, you know what I'm gonna talk about because you read my newsletter.

Speaker 0

如果你读过我的通讯,你又会提到这个。

And if you read my newsletter, you talk about this again.

Speaker 0

抱歉。

I'm sorry.

Speaker 0

但这就是我要讲的。

But that's what I'm gonna talk about.

Speaker 0

所以我们后院有个冷水浴缸。

So we got the cold plunge in our backyard.

Speaker 1

哦,对。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们这是在干嘛?

What are we doing?

Speaker 0

但你知道,它就在那儿。

But, you know, it's there.

Speaker 0

所以,当然,我挺愿意去体验的。

And so, of course, I'm, like, open to experiencing Yeah.

Speaker 0

基本上所有事情。

Pretty much all the things.

Speaker 0

你懂吧?

You know?

Speaker 0

我可能有些限制,会说不。

I might have some limitations that I say no.

Speaker 0

但基本上,宇宙给我什么,我都会说,好。

But pretty much anything the universe presents to me, I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 0

试试看吧。

Let's try it.

Speaker 0

看看会发生什么。

Let's see what happens.

Speaker 0

所以第一天,这东西要真正冷下来还得花点时间。

So the first day and so it takes some time for this thing to truly get cool cool.

Speaker 0

所以这个周末我进去的时候,它还没完全冷到最冷的状态。

So this weekend when I was going in, it wasn't fully at its coolest state yet.

Speaker 0

所以第一次,就是星期天我进去的时候。

So the first time, this was Sunday that I'm getting in.

Speaker 0

我喜欢进去,但我基本上是蹲在里面的,因为我不想坐在底部,因为我有种恐惧,怕自己冻僵了,然后没法自己出来。

I like to go in, but I'm basically squatting in the thing because I don't wanna sit down on the bottom because I have, like, this fear, like, I'm gonna freeze up and I'm not gonna be able to get myself out of there.

Speaker 0

所以我就抓着边缘,基本上是蹲着的。

And so I'm just, like, holding on to the edge, basically squatting.

Speaker 0

但有趣的是,我在里面待了一会儿,呼吸着,突然觉得,我可以永远待在这里。

And but the funny thing was that after I was, like, in there and, I'm breathing, at one point, I'm like, I could stay in here forever.

Speaker 0

对,就是这样。

Like, Yeah.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

但四分钟一到,我就想,好了,可以了。

But when four minutes were up, I was like, okay, it's good.

Speaker 0

该出去了。

It's time to get out.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

然后第二天,温度又降了一点,大概四十七八度那样。

So then the next day, it had dropped a little bit cooler to like 47 or 48, something like that.

Speaker 0

有意思的是,就这几度的温差,我明显能感觉到不一样。

And it was interesting that I could definitely feel the difference in just those few degrees of temperature.

Speaker 0

这次我确实往下蹲得更深了,但还是不敢松开两边。

And this time, like, I did lower myself more in, but I could not bring to let go of the sides.

Speaker 0

就是,我一直用手臂撑着。

Like, I I kept my arms holding on.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但这时候完美主义的朱丽叶塔就在想,如果我不把手收回来,这还算不算数?

But then there's perfectionist Julietta going, does this even count if I don't bring my arms in?

Speaker 0

如果我不完全浸进去,这还算不算数?

Does this even count if I don't, like, go all the way in?

Speaker 0

我是不是只是在……对。

Like, am I just, like Yeah.

Speaker 0

自欺欺人,你知道,但特伦特人很好。

Fooling myself and, you know and Trent was good.

Speaker 0

他说,你觉得算就算。

He was like, whatever you believe is true.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

所以那也算数。

So it does count.

Speaker 0

那个不算。

That one no.

Speaker 0

而且感觉确实不一样。

Like, it was definitely different too.

Speaker 0

我也在里面待了四分钟,但开始疼了。

I'd also stayed in for four minutes, but, like, it started to hurt.

Speaker 0

我当时就想着,我准备好出来了。

Like, I was, like, I was ready to come out.

Speaker 0

我就想,好吧。

I was like, okay.

Speaker 0

但他进去后,一直在发抖。

But he gets in there and he's, like, shivering.

Speaker 0

我在里面不发抖,但我就是深呼吸,深呼吸,深呼吸,这就是我学到的另一个教训。

Like, I don't shiver in there, but I'm just like, I breathe, I breathe, I breathe, and I and I that's like the other lesson I learned.

Speaker 0

我靠呼吸就能扛过任何事。

I can breathe my way through anything.

Speaker 0

任何事。

Anything.

Speaker 0

所以,不确定的时候,就深呼吸。

So, when in doubt, just breathe.

Speaker 0

你会没事的。

You'll be okay.

Speaker 0

哦,对。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以,你们很多人也在做冷水浴,跟我说说呗。

So, many of you out there are plunging also, like, talk to me about it.

Speaker 0

比如,你已经坚持做了一段时间了吗?

Like, have you been doing it for a while?

Speaker 0

多少次了?

How many times?

Speaker 0

比如,你注意到什么不同?

Like, what diff what do you notice?

Speaker 0

因为,比如,人们问我,你有没有注意到什么变化?

Because, like, people are asking me, like, did you notice anything?

Speaker 0

如果要说的话,我会说,可能炎症稍微少了一点。

If anything, I would say, like, maybe a little less inflammation.

Speaker 0

除此之外,我也不太清楚。

And other than that, I don't know.

Speaker 0

但是,你知道,然后还有个争议,就是关于女性是不是应该做这个,据说对女性不如对男性那么好。

But, you know, and then there's this controversy about should women like, it's supposedly not as good for women as it is for men.

Speaker 0

所以,

So

Speaker 1

所以,总之,

So anyway,

Speaker 0

所以我正在做。

so I'm doing it.

Speaker 1

我们拭目以待。

We'll see.

Speaker 1

我会坚持一段时间。

I'll keep it for a while.

Speaker 1

我会看看

I'll see

Speaker 0

我注意到了什么。

what I noticed.

Speaker 1

但我很想听听其他人的意见,比如,如果你有什么,你会

But I'd love to hear from other people, like, if you are something to like, what do

Speaker 0

注意到什么?

you notice?

Speaker 0

你做了多久了?

How long have been doing it?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,那是个好主意。

Oh, that's a good idea.

Speaker 1

我知道这玩意儿到处都是,挺泛滥的。

I know it's it's, like, run rampant all over.

Speaker 1

我从来没做过。

I have never done it.

Speaker 1

这确实让我成了那个(人)。

It does make be the one.

Speaker 0

你知道这在我这儿,所以你迟早会做的。

You you know it's at my hub, so you're going to do it at some point.

Speaker 1

我们能在汗蒸房之后做吗?

Can we do it after sweat lodge?

Speaker 1

我们能先热热身再做吗,还是那样不好?

Can we heat up and then do it, or is that a bad thing to do?

Speaker 0

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

感觉有点……另外,我不确定我们会不会开

It it seems like a little bit The other thing, I'm not I'm not sure we're gonna open

Speaker 1

用这个来开场,因为确实是这样。

it up with this one because That's true.

Speaker 1

太多了。

Too many.

Speaker 1

太多了。

Too many.

Speaker 0

人太多,土也很多。

Too many people, a lot of dirt.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

确实。

That's true.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

That's true.

Speaker 1

我忘了

I forgot

Speaker 0

那件事。

about that.

Speaker 0

我有一些想法。

I have ideas.

Speaker 0

所以我不确定。

So I don't know.

Speaker 1

但是要预约然后过来帮我准备好。

But to make an appointment and come over and get it ready for me.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

可以看看这个。

Can look up to this.

Speaker 1

太快了。

Too soon.

Speaker 1

太快了。

Too soon.

Speaker 1

快了。

Soon.

Speaker 0

她需要准备一下。

She needs to prep.

Speaker 0

你周末过得怎么样?

How was your weekend?

Speaker 1

哦,我周末过得很好。

Oh, my weekend was great.

Speaker 1

总是要一个月。

Always a month.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以我确实去玩了摩托艇。

So I did go jet skiing.

Speaker 1

那真的很刺激。

So that was exciting.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 1

我和我妈妈、我女儿一起骑了摩托艇,我妈妈表现得特别棒。

So me, my mom and my daughter took on the jet skis and my mom did awesome.

Speaker 1

给妈妈点赞。

Shout out to mom.

Speaker 1

我就不说她年龄了,但她比我大21岁,上摩托艇的时候特别轻松。

Now I won't tell the age, but she's 21 years older than me and she got on that jet ski like no problem.

Speaker 1

她说从梯子下到水里反而更难,不过她玩得特别好,还稍微关了一下摩托艇,看到她玩得开心,头发飘着,真的很有意思。之后我们还吃了顿不错的午餐,遇到了很友好的人,体验很棒。

She said it was harder getting down into the water where it was facing where we had have a ladder that we had to go down, but anyway she did great and she turned off the ski a little bit so it was fun to see her have a good old time with the hair waiting so it was it was fun and then we had a nice little lunch afterwards so and we met lovely people and good experience.

Speaker 1

我们喜欢体验式的活动,而不是送礼物。

We like to do experiences rather than give gifts.

Speaker 1

这就是我的风格。

That's my thing.

Speaker 0

这个世界上的东西太多了。

There's too much stuff in the world.

Speaker 0

东西太多了。

Too much stuff.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

比如,别再送礼物了。

Like, stop giving gifts.

Speaker 0

别再买那些特别的东西了。

Stop buying like, special things.

Speaker 0

好。

Okay.

Speaker 0

就是那些东西。

Like, things.

Speaker 0

但是那些小玩意儿、那些东西、那些物件,我就是不太喜欢送很多礼物。

But the tchotchkes, the stuff, the things, like, that's I I don't like to give a lot of gifts.

Speaker 0

我宁愿,你懂吗?

Like, I'd rather you know?

Speaker 0

比如说,我们会请你吃顿饭来庆祝你的

Like, well, we're gonna we're gonna take you over dinner for your

Speaker 1

工作和延续。

work and fill a continuance.

Speaker 1

这类的事情。

Those kinds of things.

Speaker 1

创造回忆,创造体验。

Create memories, create experiences.

Speaker 1

完全同意。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

或者如果我送礼物的话,很多时候,我喜欢送一些能消耗掉的东西。

Or if I do give a gift, like, lot of times, I'd like it to be something that's consumable.

Speaker 1

哎呀。

Oh, dear.

Speaker 0

你懂吗?

You know?

Speaker 0

比如蜡烛,你点了它,烧完了就没了。

Like a candle, you're gonna burn, and then it's gonna be done.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

食物你吃了,也就没了。

Food you're gonna eat, it's gonna be done.

Speaker 0

但不要送那些会一直占地方、最后变成垃圾填埋场的东西。

Like, But not stuff that's going to continue to occupy space on this planet, that's going to contribute to the landfill all over this planet.

Speaker 0

这就是我的公开声明。

So that's my PSA.

Speaker 0

咱们冷静一下。

Let's let's calm down.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我喜欢这个。

I love it.

Speaker 1

我喜欢这个。

I love it.

Speaker 1

而且我喜欢被关注。

And I love attention.

Speaker 1

我喜欢,我,我回头再吃晚饭。

I love I I'll get back to dinner.

Speaker 1

它一直没停。

It just keeps going.

Speaker 1

我喜欢这个。

I love it.

Speaker 1

所以

So

Speaker 0

那我们今天的话题是。

So our topic today.

Speaker 0

我觉得,我已经能预感到,以我们的思维和我们在灵性方面的探索,这个话题会聊得很散。

So I like, I can tell you already with our minds and our where we've been diving in spiritually, this is gonna go all over the place.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

会离最初的话题非常远。

Very far from where it actually started.

Speaker 0

但我们今天的话题是:我们是不是已经忘了做人的意义?

But our topic today is have we forgotten what it means to be human?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那我让你先开始吧,因为今天这个话题是你先提出来的。

So I'm gonna let you start since it was your conversation that prompted this topic for today.

Speaker 1

是的,确实如此。

Yes, it did.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It did.

Speaker 1

上周有一天我随手发了一条短信,因为我在工作的时候有机会和年轻一代打交道。

I kind of wrote over a quick text one day last week and it's because when I'm at work I have the opportunity to work with the younger generation.

Speaker 1

我不是说这是代际问题,但也许我就是这么想的。

I'm not saying it's generational, but maybe I am.

Speaker 1

也许我就是这么想的。

Maybe I am.

Speaker 1

我的孩子们,你们在听的话,我会给你们发个消息,因为我想听听你们的想法,因为我教的是二十多岁和三十多岁的人,成人教育,我越来越注意到,这可能是从疫情之后开始的,我这么说吧,越来越多的教学时刻竟然包括教他们怎么做人,字面意义上的。

My kids, you're listening, I'll send you a tune in because I want to hear from you because I teach the 20s and 30s, the adult education, and I'm noticing more and more, and this can be probably since COVID, I'm going to say that, more and more I have teachable moments that include how to be human literally.

Speaker 1

所以我教物理治疗,对吧?

So I teach physical therapy, right?

Speaker 1

所以我们是很注重身体的。

So we're physical.

Speaker 1

我实际上得教他们怎么进行人体接触。

I have to actually teach human touch.

Speaker 1

我现在真的得教他们怎么看着对方的眼睛,进行对话,做那种小小的照顾者,而且我们在物理治疗领域做的很多事情都是人与人之间的接触,对吧?

I have to actually now teach how to look into one another's eyes, have a conversation, be that kind of little caregiving caretaker, and so much of what we do in the physical therapy world is human contact, right?

Speaker 1

所以所有的感官,你看着别人,你用语言交流,你把手放在别人身上,你得感受人体,而且应该关注这个人。

So all the senses you look at somebody, you communicate verbally, you put your hands on somebody, you have to feel the human body, and there should be attention to the person.

Speaker 1

两个人之间应该有一种自然的互动。

There should be kind of a flow between the two people.

Speaker 1

所以这是以病人为中心的护理,我意识到有些学生觉得很难,这些是我们认为理所当然的事情。

So it's patient centered care and I realized how difficult some of the students are having, things that we take for granted.

Speaker 1

而且我知道我们当年上学的时候,我们不需要,你知道,被教怎么做人。

And I know when we went to school for this, we did not have to be, you know, being taught how to be human.

Speaker 1

我们很自然地就会看着对方的眼睛。

We looked naturally into each other's eyes.

Speaker 1

我们确实会进行对话。

We did have a conversation.

Speaker 1

我们以前会认真倾听,不会心不在焉,就等着对方说‘对对对’,然后敷衍过去。现在有些人选择这个职业,却连这种基本的人际接触都没有,这真的让我很费解。我就是这个意思。

We listened actively, we weren't like tuning out and just waiting for the person to go yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and it's just it's mind boggling to me that some people will choose this profession and you know not have this just the human touch that's all I'm saying.

Speaker 1

这是我一直在想的一件事。

That's one thing that I was thinking.

Speaker 0

我觉得会被这个职业吸引的人,天生就应该是喜欢和人打交道的那种人。

Feel like people that are drawn to this profession would naturally be people people.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

这确实关乎接触和治愈他人。

It is about touching and healing people.

Speaker 0

所以按理说应该是这样。

So you would think.

Speaker 1

我

I

Speaker 0

要说,很久很久以前,我上物理治疗学校的时候。嗯。

will say, a long, long time ago when I went to PT school Uh-huh.

Speaker 0

当时

There

Speaker 1

有

was,

Speaker 0

我们班确实有一个人,那时候我觉得他还没被贴上什么标签,但他肯定是有神经发育差异的。

for sure, one person in our class that back then, I don't think that he had any labels put on him, but for sure, he was neurodivergent.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

百分之百。

A thousand percent.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

有意思的是,他选了这一行。

And it was interesting to me that he had chosen this profession.

Speaker 0

而且,毕业后他留在同一个城市工作,我后来听到一些消息,说他和客户相处得不太顺利。

And and I know from some things that came back to me after we had graduated because he also stayed in the same town and worked and, you know, I'd heard some things about how things didn't go super well with clients.

Speaker 0

我敢肯定,这和他的神经多样性有关。

And I'm sure it was because of his neurodivergency.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

他在课堂上也有一些困难,嗯。

He had some difficulties in class with him Mhmm.

Speaker 0

也是因为这个原因。

As well because of this.

Speaker 0

我有点希望,如果当年我能像现在这样成熟,或许我会用不同的方式和他相处。

And there's a piece of me that wishes that I was the person I am today back then because I probably would have interacted with him differently.

Speaker 0

但当时我自己也一团糟。

And but I was in my own mess.

Speaker 0

我只是在努力撑过去。

I'm just trying to Trying to get through.

Speaker 0

学业很难。

School is hard.

Speaker 0

考进来很难,熬过去也很难。

It's really hard to get in, and it's really hard to get through.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以每个人都有自己的难处。

And so each of us was, in our own stuff.

Speaker 0

我当时想,我能不能从理疗学校毕业?

I thought, you know, am I gonna am I gonna graduate from PT school?

Speaker 0

我能不能通过执照考试?

Am I gonna pass the board exams?

Speaker 0

就是,挺难的。

Like, it's hard.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 0

可不是闹着玩的。

It's no joke.

Speaker 0

所以如果你认识理疗师,你就知道这行真的不容易。

So if you know a PT, you know, you know that it's it's hard.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

嗨,V。

Hi, V.

Speaker 1

嗨,V。

Hi, V.

Speaker 1

她说今天在同一个物理空间。

She's saying same physical space today.

Speaker 1

太好了。

Yay.

Speaker 1

我们在一起的时候更有力量。

It is more powerful when we're together.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 1

确实。

It is.

Speaker 0

但总的来说,我觉得选择这个职业的人,嗯,通常都是那种人。

And but in general, I do think that people normally choosing this career Mhmm.

Speaker 0

就是那种类型的人。

Would be people kind of people.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 1

但他们往往不是这样。

And they so often are not.

Speaker 0

但接下来我要说一些不该在镜头前说的话,不过既然你提到你注意到疫情后的变化,我还是决定说出来。

But then then I'm gonna say stuff I shouldn't be saying on on video, but I'm gonna say it anyway because you mentioned that you noticed the shift after COVID.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得很多人变得非常数字化,非常分散,彼此隔离。

And so a, I think a lot of people became very digital, very Distributed, separated.

Speaker 0

不过说实话,我脑子里有个小声音在问:这些人打过疫苗了吗?

I'm not gonna lie though, there's a little piece in my brain that's going, are these people vaccinated?

Speaker 0

疫苗会产生

Vaccines create

Speaker 1

这个?

this?

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 1

嗯,因为,我是说,我确实有这种感觉,因为疫情导致的封锁,我们被迫整天对着电脑。

Well, because, I mean, I did feel this way because of the shutdown that happened in COVID and we had to be forced onto our computers.

Speaker 1

我们比以往任何时候都更被迫使用社交媒体、Zoom通话、发短信、FaceTime。

We were forced more so than anything into social media, Zoom calls, texting, FaceTime.

Speaker 1

我觉得那些年纪大一点的人,习惯了面对面交流的人,反而比那些不习惯与人实际接触的孩子更愿意用FaceTime。

And I think the people that in the older population that was used to the communication and the human form were were more apt to FaceTime than the kids that are not used to being in communion with people physically.

Speaker 1

那些孩子还是沉迷于社交媒体,追求点赞或点踩,以及所有那些被推动去做的技术交流。

They are still social media frenzied and getting all the likes or the dislikes and all the, you know, the technical communication that they were now being prompted to do.

Speaker 1

我觉得他们在那里面更自在。

I think they were more comfortable in it.

Speaker 1

所以我现在看到的是,也许他们当时还在上高中,他们当时是……

And So what I'm seeing as a result of maybe they were in high school at the time they were.

Speaker 1

他们当时是青少年。

They were teenagers at the time.

Speaker 1

他们可能没有获得应有的互动。

They didn't get all the interaction that they may have.

Speaker 1

你知道,他们本可以有机会练习的。而现在的问题是,这些想进入这个领域的年轻人,缺乏真正与人打交道的能力,这是一个很大的挑战。

You know they could have had practice at And what's happening is these young adults coming into this population who wants to do this particular field, they don't have the skill set to really be human and that is a huge undertaking.

Speaker 1

他们本来应该具备这种人际交往的技能,但现在却要我们去教。

Only trying to create that personal touch at which is a skill set that you should come in with.

Speaker 1

现在我不仅要教课程内容,还要教这些,这对我来说和我的同事们来说,真的是一项全新的、可以说是开创性的工作。

Now I have to teach that plus the curriculum, which is totally, totally been a new, I would say a pioneering effort on mine and my coworkers, you know, table here.

Speaker 1

我们一直在分享经验和想法。

And we keep sharing things and sharing ideas.

Speaker 1

是的,我想说,今天的我和1986年高中毕业、1991年大学毕业时的我已经完全不同了,我们都在变老,今年是我们毕业四十周年,五十年前,一切都那么不同,但我们逐渐了解了神经多样性人群,并和他们一起工作过。

And yes, I want to say to you the person I am today different from 1986 when I graduated high school, 1991 when I graduated college, and we're both going, we're 40, our fortieth is this year and forty, fifty years ago, so different, but we've grown to know and we've worked with the neurodivergent population.

Speaker 1

我们接触过脑外伤和中风患者。

We worked with traumatic brain injury, stroke population.

Speaker 1

我们了解神经系统。

I mean we understand the nervous system.

Speaker 1

当我看到某个有潜力的人时。

When I look at somebody that is a potential.

Speaker 1

以前是我的病人,现在他们来学这个专业,想成为治疗师。

Patient that I used to work with and now they're coming to learn the profession and wanting to be that therapist.

Speaker 1

我就想,好吧,我能在这方面带他们走多远?

I go, Okay, well, how far can I take them in this?

Speaker 1

所以,你知道,我觉得现在的情况就是这样。

So, you know, and I think that's what's happening.

Speaker 1

不仅仅是,好吧,我们有这个神经多样性人群,我总会想起三十年前那本关于靛蓝小孩的书,当时我就在场,所以有些印象,但我心里想的是,我们可能在进化,而且这类情况会越来越多。

It's not only, okay, we have this neurodivergent population and I always think of the Indigo children thirty years ago, that book was written, I was there so, some of that, but I have that in my mind that we can be evolving and we have more and more of this coming our way.

Speaker 1

这不仅仅可能是新冠造成的,还有我们基因构成中的代际差异。

And it not only could be COVID, but it's the generational difference that in our makeup.

Speaker 0

嗯,你提到了这个,你知道,我在想靛蓝小孩,他们的沟通方式更像是心灵感应。

Well, know, you brought that up, you know, I'm going The the indigo children in this, like, communication is more telepathic.

Speaker 0

心灵感应。

Telepathic.

Speaker 0

对。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

而且我经常聊到这个。

And I talk about this all the time.

Speaker 0

有时候我真的很抓狂,因为语言太有限了。

Like, sometimes I lose my shit over it that, like, language is so limiting.

Speaker 0

很多时候,我想表达的东西,真的找不到合适的词。

Like, so often, the stuff I wanna communicate, like, there's not really words for it.

Speaker 0

所以我试着跟别人解释某件事的时候,就会觉得,这不是我真正想说的,但已经是我能表达的最接近的了。

And so I'm trying to explain something to somebody and, like, this isn't exactly what I mean, but this is the closest that I can get to that.

Speaker 0

我觉得现在很多孩子,就是所谓的“靛蓝”或“水晶”之类的,各种标签,可能都有这种倾向。

And I think some of these probably a lot of kids that are, quote unquote, indigo or crystal or, you know, like, all the different things that come through now.

Speaker 0

因为他们更倾向于心灵感应。

Because their tendency is towards telepathy.

Speaker 0

然后我很好奇,你接触的那些孩子,他们会不会有不一样的建立连接的方式,而这种连接是我们工作中需要建立的?我也很好奇,其他行业,还有哪些地方,人们也看到了这种现象,并且因此遇到了一些挑战?

And then I'd be curious, like, if any of these kids that you're experiencing are might they have different ways of creating that connection that we need to create when we're working with I'm also curious, like, what other professions what where else are other people seeing this come through professionally that's creating some some struggles?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得就是那种不协调的感觉,就是没有以我们知道需要的那种方式去连接,从而让那个职业达到我们需要的胜任水平。

There's there's just I think the word dissonance and not being connected in a way that we know it takes to kind of get that profession to the competence that we need it to be.

Speaker 1

因为我在想,如果我自己需要去医疗系统,我希望那个医生、那个护士、那个物理治疗师,你懂的,我希望他们有人情味、专注、关心、友善,看着我的眼睛,并且有那种身体上的感觉,能说‘我能感受到你现在的状况’。

Because when I think if I need to go into a healthcare system for myself, how do I want that doctor, that nurse, that physical therapist, you know, I want them to be personable and attentive and caring and kind and looking into my eyes and having the physical sensation to say, feel what's going on with you.

Speaker 1

让我来帮你。

Let me help you.

Speaker 1

有意思的是,你现在提到这个,也让我想到,我已经不知道多少年没去看过西医了。

And it's interesting because now that you're talking about that, it's also making me think, I've not been to a Western medical doctor in, I forget how many years now.

Speaker 0

我上次去看西医是35岁,从那以后就没再去过。

Since 30 I was 35 the last time I went to a Western medical practitioner.

Speaker 0

那次经历可能也是我为什么再也没回去看西医的原因之一。

And part of that experience may also be why I have never returned to a Western medicine.

Speaker 0

但我的很多客户确实会去看医生。

But a lot of my clients do go to the doctor.

Speaker 0

而且我听到的那些故事,比如连去医生办公室都变得越来越没有人情味了。

And the stories that I hear, like even going to the doctor's office is becoming less and less and less human.

Speaker 0

所以他们讲的那些事,简直让我难以置信,这种事居然会发生。

So the stories they tell just like blow my mind that this is even happening.

Speaker 0

所以你当然会在你的领域里看到这种情况,因为它到处都是。

And so of course you're seeing it in your realm because it is everywhere.

Speaker 0

而且

And

Speaker 1

我知道,我知道,我正要

I know I know I'm about

Speaker 0

说,而且

to say too by the

Speaker 1

昨晚我嫂子刚说过,我们当时在吃晚饭,还在别的地方购物

time my sister-in-law just said it last night we were having dinner and some shopping at the other

Speaker 0

那天

day

Speaker 1

然后前台或者负责收尿检样本的那个人,或者是指引别人去哪里的那个人,她隔着整个房间大喊,不是喊名字,她甚至不知道自己在跟谁说话,就告诉那个人把尿放到哪里,等等等等,就在厕所旁边,然后那个人就说,你在说什么?

and the receptionist or the person that has to take the urinalysis and all that or it tells people where to go, she was yelling out across the room, not screaming her name, she didn't even know she was talking to her and she's telling her to put where her urine goes and yada yada, by the bathroom, and she's like, what are talking about?

Speaker 1

因为根本没人跟她说话。

Because there wasn't any talking.

Speaker 1

根本没有人。

There wasn't any.

Speaker 1

就是没有,你知道的,就是大喊大叫,指来指去,没有任何交流。

There wasn't, you know, it was just yelling and pointing and no contact or anything.

Speaker 1

所以我觉得,你知道的,我不知道为什么会这样,但为什么人们进入医疗行业,明明知道这个行业是做什么的,却不去关心病人呢?

So, I think that, you know, I don't know why this is, but why are people going into the healthcare field knowing what it's meant to do, but not caring for people?

Speaker 1

而且你说得对,我还在西医体系里,因为我确实有保险,而且我实际上有。

And to your point, I am still in that Western medicine world because I do hold insurance and I actually have.

Speaker 1

我有点被迫要去做一次初级保健医生的检查,才能保住我的保险。

I'm kind of forced to go to do a PCP visit in order to hold my insurance.

Speaker 1

所以现在他们就是这么做的,对吧?

So now they're doing that, right?

Speaker 1

他们想确保你按规矩来,但我去的时候,大概,我也不确定,75%的人,他们根本不该做他们现在做的事。

They want to make sure that you're on task, but when I go, it's probably, I don't know, 75% of the people, they should not be doing what they're doing.

Speaker 1

我就是这么觉得的。

And I feel that way.

Speaker 1

所以这让我很沮丧,但我还是得带着好态度和更好的期望去那里,这样结果会好一点。

And so it's frustrating to me, but I have to go in there with a with a good attitude and better expectations so that the outcome is a little bit better.

Speaker 1

我知道有些问题是我自己造成的,对吧?

I know I could create some of it, right?

Speaker 1

所以我也确实这么做了。

So so I do.

Speaker 1

我尽量。

I try.

Speaker 1

我尽量,但你知道,如果我有个疼痛,特别是肌肉骨骼方面的,我自己治不好的话,我会去找朱丽叶塔。

I try, but you know if I had an ache and pain, especially musculoskeletal that I couldn't fix myself, I'd be coming to Julietta.

Speaker 1

绝对百分之百,而且说起来挺遗憾的,我们现在又搞这一套,因为你知道,是的,西医并没有做到它该做的。

Absolutely 100% and it's sad to say now we're on this kick because you know, yeah, Western medicine is not doing what.

Speaker 1

应该说,这对我们的社区和国家来说是最好的,对吧?

The best I should say it could for our community and our country, right?

Speaker 1

或者对全世界来说,对吧?

Or the world, right?

Speaker 1

所以,我们只能这样了。

So so then we're left to.

Speaker 1

好吧,我们会有自费治疗的医生。

Okay, we're going to have cash pay practitioners.

Speaker 1

别管保险了。

Forget the insurance.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,这个话题我们可以一直聊下去,但现在完全跑题了。

I mean we can go on and on about this and we're totally off topic now.

Speaker 1

完全跑题了。

Totally be it.

Speaker 1

虽然跑题了,但我觉得这最终会绕回来,因为现在的情况是,我们会远离那种传统的医疗方式,直接去找那些我们知道对我们个人有影响的人,他们带着更多的人情味,关心我们,并且对自己的工作有责任心,就像你一样,亲爱的。

Veering off topic, but I think that it's going to make a full circle because what's happening is we're going to go away from that sort of care and go directly towards the people we know make a difference to us personally with that extra humanness that care and have integrity about what they do similarly to you, my dear.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得这就是我们的方向。

I think So that's where we're going.

Speaker 0

我确实看到这些对话在世界其他地方也在发生,

I do see these conversations, like, happening elsewhere out there in the world that

Speaker 1

人们正在

people are

Speaker 0

目睹那种脱节,那种缺乏人性的现象。

witnessing that disconnect, that lack of humanity.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

而且人们真的受够了。

And people are really like, they've had enough of it.

Speaker 0

所以你不是唯一一个这么想的人。

And so you're not the only Yeah.

Speaker 1

这种感觉在

Feeling that in

Speaker 0

整个州里都有。

the state.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 0

幸运的是,我生活在一个很受保护的世界里,来找我的人都是那种,你知道的,有联系的人。

Luckily, I live a very sheltered world where the people that come to me are people who are, you know, connected.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

而且,你知道,我办的活动里,人们都是有联系的。

And, you know, I have events where people are connected.

Speaker 1

明白。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

所以,在我的世界里,我很少经历那种脱节。

And, so I don't have to experience that disconnect much in my world.

Speaker 0

而且

And

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thanks.

Speaker 1

我做到了。

I did that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

你做到了。

You did.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

你做到了。

You did.

Speaker 0

我是故意的,因为我知道我在外面那种三维环境里表现不好。

Very intentionally because I know I don't do well in that three d environment out there.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

既然我们聊到这儿了,我觉得可以开始说点天马行空的话了。

And since we're going this way, I think that opens up to our our space of crazy talk.

Speaker 0

你知道吗,因为当我们问起做人的感受时,这么多年我一直觉得自己不像人,但我确实有爱和连接的能力。

You know, because when we ask the question about being human, for many, many, many, many years, I have felt not human and so, like I definitely have the capacity to love and connect.

Speaker 0

所以,不是说那种能力,而是感觉地球不是我的家。

So, not in that capacity that we're talking about but just feeling like, Earth is not my home.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

我说过,真正让我有这种感觉的经历,是坐在电影院里看《阿凡达》的时候。

And I said the the experience that, like, really, really brought it home for me was sitting in the theater watching the movie Avatar.

Speaker 1

当然。

Of course.

Speaker 1

我超爱那部电影。

I love that movie.

Speaker 0

我当时就坐在那儿哭得稀里哗啦的,心想:就是那样。

And I was just sitting there bawling my eyes out going that.

Speaker 0

就像,我来自的地方更像是那样。

Like, where I'm from is more like that.

Speaker 0

就像,人和树、动物之间的那种互动,我就觉得,他们是怎么连接在一起的。

Like, the interaction between the people and the trees and the animals, and I'm like and, like, how they connected.

Speaker 0

然后,你知道,我就想,当他们把辫子和那个 banshee 连起来的时候。

And, you know, I was like, you know, when they connect their their braid with the banshee.

Speaker 0

我就觉得,那种连接,就像我触碰别人、给他们做疗愈时的感觉。

And I was like, that connection, like, that's what I feel when I'm touching people and working on them.

Speaker 0

对,就是那种感觉,看到那个画面让我特别想家,你知道,看到地球上的人们的所作所为,待在这里真的很难受。

And, yeah, it just like it was it was so it just felt so homesick, you know, seeing that and, like, when I see how people are behaving on this planet, like, it it gets hard to be here.

Speaker 0

但我也知道,很可能,我是作为人类出生在这个星球上的。

But then also knowing that there are very likely like, I know I was born as a human on this planet.

Speaker 0

我选择来到地球,去做我现在做的这些事情。

I chose to come to Earth to do these things that I'm doing.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但我也有一种强烈的怀疑,就是这里有些人并不是作为人类出生在这个星球上的,他们只是伪装成人类。

But there's also this strong suspicion that there are people here that weren't born as humans on this planet and are masquerading as humans.

Speaker 0

你遇到过这样的人吗?

Have you met any of those?

Speaker 1

遇到过。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你

You

Speaker 0

知道吗?

know?

Speaker 0

而且他们中有些人很好,来这里是有正当理由的。

And and some of some of them are great and they're here for good reasons.

Speaker 0

我觉得有些人来这里可能目的不那么正当。

And I think some of them are here maybe not for such good reasons.

Speaker 0

阴谋论警告。

Conspiracy theory alert.

Speaker 1

但是,你

But, you

Speaker 0

知道,我经历的那些事情,真的,它们甚至都属于这一类。

know, the the things that I have experienced, you know, they're even they fall in the category.

Speaker 0

我今天看了一个视频,里面有人谈到,当你经历灵性觉醒的时候,你会花很多时间怀疑自己是不是疯了。

I was watching a video today of someone just talking about, like, when you're having the spiritual awakening, you spend a lot of time going, am I crazy?

Speaker 0

我是不是精神分裂了?

Am I schizophrenic?

Speaker 0

我是不是应该被关进精神病院?

Should I be, like, locked up in the psych ward?

Speaker 0

因为有些事情看起来确实很疯狂。

Like because some of it does seem really crazy.

Speaker 0

但后来我问别人,你觉得我疯了吗?

And then but then I ask people, like, do you think I'm crazy?

Speaker 0

然后人们就说,不。

And people are like, no.

Speaker 0

你是我认识的最脚踏实地的人之一。

You're, like, one of the most grounded people I know.

Speaker 0

所以我相信我不是那种疯——就是那种需要被关起来的那种疯,因为我觉得你也可以疯得很厉害,但那是好的那种疯。

And so I have faith that I'm not crazy in the you're disturbed, you need to be locked up way because I think you could be crazy good too.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但我知道我和很多其他人聊过,他们也有同样的感觉,就是觉得自己不是人类。

But but I know I've I've spoken with many other people who feel the same thing that, a, that they are not human.

Speaker 0

你知道,有些人喜欢用“星种”这个词。

You know, some people like to use the term starseed.

Speaker 0

哦,对。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

然后

And

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哇,你可是打开了一个大话题啊。

Whoo, you opened up a big old topic here.

Speaker 1

是啊,就像把罐子给掀开了。

Yep, ripped off the can.

Speaker 1

这还不只是个罐子呢。

It's not even a can.

Speaker 1

就像是一个巨大的容器,我现在一时想不起来叫什么,但它超级大,我们确实会进行这样的对话。

It's like it's a tremendous container I can't even think of right now, but it's super big and we do have these conversations.

Speaker 1

对某些人来说可能觉得我们疯了,但我们确实会进行这些疯狂的对话。

They may be crazy to some people, but we do have these crazy conversations.

Speaker 1

而且,你知道,我和你有同感,这也是为什么我们能在这里一起生活,一起做这些社区活动,从神谕卡里抽星种卡之类的,因为人类历程中有太多事情,我看到别人在做,但我自己并不参与其中,就像我们之前聊过的,我对《阿凡达》也有同样的感觉,就是流泪,感觉那里就是家。

And, you know, I feel similar to you and this is why we kind of cohabitate here with each other and do these community things and pick star seed cards out of an Oracle deck or something like that, is because there's so many things to the human process that I see other people doing that I don't feel part of, as in we talked about this, but I felt the same way about Avatar, just tears and just feeling like there's home.

Speaker 1

这让我感到很欣慰。

It was gratifying to me.

Speaker 1

就像,原来真的有人也有这种感觉,因为我知道是谁创造了这部电影,对吧?

Was like, there are some other people that really feel like this because I know who made this, right?

Speaker 1

向詹姆斯·卡梅隆致敬。

Shout out to James Cameron.

Speaker 1

那些蓝色的人,那些充满想象力的,你的冥想,它会带你去到不同的地方。

These blue people, these imaginative, your meditation, it goes places, it takes you places.

Speaker 1

但当我们坐在一起,你知道,互相交流这些来自意识的想法时,我们会觉得,哇,我们之间的联系更紧密了,我们有着相同的想法,如果你愿意的话,可以说是相同的疯狂想法,但我们的想象力和创造力,以及能够集体拥有这些,真是太了不起了。

But when we sit and, you know, with each other and throw out these ideas that we have sourced from consciousness, we feel like, wow, we're more connected and we have the same thoughts, the same crazy thoughts if you want, but the imagination and the creation that we have and to be collective about it is phenomenal.

Speaker 1

我觉得当我们找到自己的群体,找到那些和我们有共鸣的人时,就会觉得,哇,我不再觉得自己那么不像人了。

And I feel that when we have our tribe, when we find our tribe and we have these alike moments, it's like, oh wow, I don't feel so nonhuman anymore.

Speaker 1

我觉得,好吧,还有其他人也这样,现在我知道我是一个灵魂在体验人类的生活,对吧?

I feel like all right, there are other embodied, now I know that I'm a spirit having an experience of the human, right?

Speaker 1

所以我真的,真的相信这一点,而且相信很久了,对吧?

So I truly, truly believe that, been believing that for a long time, right?

Speaker 1

作为人类,在这里的灵性体验。

Spiritual experience here as a human.

Speaker 1

我选择来到这里。

I chose to come here.

Speaker 1

我选择来这里的方式,以及我选择的人类形态,和朱丽叶塔以及这里其他社区成员所说的非常相似。

The way I chose to come here and the human form I chose to take, you know, is very much alike some of what Julietta is saying and the other community members that are here.

Speaker 1

所以,努力寻找和你相似的人,或者和你一样的人,是很重要的,因为这让你觉得自己不是疯子,对吧?

So, kind of trying to find the same or people that are like you is a big deal because it makes you feel like you're not crazy, right?

Speaker 1

所以如果我们有类似的感觉,而且我们感觉相同。

So if we're kind of feeling and we feel the same.

Speaker 1

我们长期以来一直在处理能量,所以当你说到那种像阿凡达一样的感觉,比如女妖、树或者伊沃克人,我们能感受到一些别人感受不到的东西。

We've been working with energy for a long time and so when you say this kind of like avatar feeling the banshee or the tree, the Ewok, we feel things that some people don't.

Speaker 1

没错。

That's true.

Speaker 1

确实如此,而且有时候就像你说的,解释这些事情非常困难。我确实相信我们正在进化成一个更具心灵感应能力的种族,而且这正在发生。

That's true and and it's sometimes very hard like you're saying to explain these things and I I do believe that we are evolving into a more telepathic race and and it's coming.

Speaker 1

已经到来了。

It's already here.

Speaker 1

我有心灵感应相关的播客,我甚至问过我女儿一些事情,因为她实际上在和那些不会说话的孩子打交道。

Have telepathic tape podcasts and I have even asked my daughter, you know, about some things because she she actually works with children who are nonverbal.

Speaker 1

那是她服务的群体。

That's her population.

Speaker 1

她有一些经历,说这些孩子能和她以及她的同事进行心灵感应。

And she had some accounts of these children being telepathic with her and her coworkers.

Speaker 1

所以她也有同感,因为当你亲身经历过,就很难不相信了。

And so she's kind of on the same page because when you live it, it's hard not to believe.

Speaker 1

而且我觉得,当我们说要来这里做人类的事情时,我们其实是在寻找彼此。

And we, I feel are when we said we were coming here to do this human thing, we're looking for each other.

Speaker 1

我们在这里,你知道的,是为了进化过程而来的。

We are, you know, we're here for the evolutionary process.

Speaker 1

我们在这里是为了带领人类向上提升。

We're here to take humanity up this way.

Speaker 1

这就是我们在社区里做的事情,你说呢?

That's what we do in this community, wouldn't you say?

Speaker 0

提升振动频率。

Raising the vibration.

Speaker 0

我们在提升振动频率,因为

We're raising the vibration because

Speaker 1

我们真的不喜欢,我们真的不喜欢这个。

we really don't like, we really don't like this.

Speaker 1

现在这种固守三维的东西。

Preservation three d stuff that's going on.

Speaker 1

竞争、胡闹、争吵、疏离,你知道,这就是我们说的那些。

The competition, nonsense, the arguing, the disconnect, you know, and this is what we're talking about.

Speaker 1

就是这种疏离感。

It's the disconnect.

Speaker 1

有时候我们觉得很困惑,因为你知道我们是怎么彼此相处的。

It's so confusing to us sometimes because you know how we relate to each other.

Speaker 1

我们想要以人类的身份存在,对吧?

We're wanting to be human embodied, right?

Speaker 1

我们就是那些试图去连接的生物,因为我们忘了我们本来就是一体的。

And we are those creatures who are trying to connect because we forgot that we were once connected to begin with.

Speaker 1

我们来到这个地球学校,这里难到不行,因为我们决定成为个体,独立的个体。

We came down to this earth school that is so freaking difficult because we decided to be individuals, individuated individuals.

Speaker 1

真是麻烦透顶。

What a pain in the rear.

Speaker 1

我们就是把所有事情搞得复杂透顶,现在又试图记起我们其实是一体的、真正相连的。

We just we just complicated the shit out of everything, and now we're trying to remember how we are all one and actually connected.

Speaker 1

所以我们来这儿是来完成一项艰巨的任务。

So we came to do a difficult task.

Speaker 1

有时候我在想,为什么,你

Sometimes I wonder why, you

Speaker 0

知道,因为

know, because

Speaker 1

我觉得其他生活也许我

I feel like the other lives maybe I

Speaker 0

知道我是自愿来的,但有时候我能退出吗?

know I signed up for this, but sometimes I can I unsigned up for it?

Speaker 0

我不知道,身体,你能吗?

I don't know, Body Shop, can you?

Speaker 0

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

我知道我们开玩笑说

I know we we joke around about

Speaker 0

我确实看到你女儿插话了。

I did see your your daughter chimed in.

Speaker 1

她们是什么?她们是魔法吗?

What is my they are magic?

Speaker 1

她们是魔法。

They are magic.

Speaker 1

是的,她们是。

Yes, they are.

Speaker 1

你在说你的宝贝们吗?

You talking about your babies?

Speaker 1

我的宝贝在说她们的宝贝,还是

My baby's talking about their babies or

Speaker 0

我确定她是在说她的宝贝们,但我要假装她是在说我们,因为我们就是。

I'm I'm sure she's talking about her babies, but I'm gonna pretend she's talking about us because we are.

Speaker 1

我们就是。

We are.

Speaker 1

我们很神奇。

We're magic.

Speaker 1

所以

So

Speaker 0

我们还有时间,你知道我想聊什么。

we we still have time and you know what I want to talk about.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

说吧。

Go for it.

Speaker 0

几个月前,我简直不敢相信那是我第一次有那个想法。

So some months ago, and I can't even believe that that was, like, the first time I had the thought.

Speaker 0

现在我看这个世界,发现外面有那么多东西。

Like, now that I look out into the world and see how much it is out there.

Speaker 0

但我当时坐着,突然想到,我们看到的那些身体,其实并没有在参与这个游戏。

But I was sitting and I just like, it hit me that some of the bodies that we see out there aren't actually playing the game.

Speaker 0

所以,你知道,我们完全参与在这场人生游戏中。

So, you know, there are we are fully participating in this game of life.

Speaker 0

我们百分之百投入。

We are a 100% in.

Speaker 0

我们在这里努力工作,试图疗愈,试图提升我们的振动频率,试图帮助别人也这样做,试图在这里创造更好的人类。

We are here doing the work, trying to heal, trying to raise our vibration, trying to help others do the same, trying to create a better humanity here.

Speaker 0

我们完全投入

We're in

Speaker 1

其中。

it.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

但后来我意识到,他们就像电影里的群众演员。

But then I had this realization that I said they're, like, extras in a movie.

Speaker 0

他们没有任何台词。

Like, they don't they don't have any speaking role.

Speaker 0

他们其实和其他道具没什么两样。

They're really not that different than the other props.

Speaker 0

你知道,他们只是电影布景的一部分。

You know, they're just part of the set of the movie.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,哇。

And I was like, wow.

Speaker 0

所以我就想,地球上八十亿人里,有多少人真的在玩这个游戏,又有多少人只是跑龙套的?

So I wonder of the 8,000,000,000 people on the planet, like, how many are actually playing the game and how many are just extras?

Speaker 0

我当时就有这个想法。

So I had that thought.

Speaker 0

我没说出口。

I didn't speak it out loud.

Speaker 0

那只是我脑子里的一个念头。

It was just the thought inside my head.

Speaker 0

然后,哦,Jana说,你也是。

And then oh, Jana said, you too.

Speaker 1

哈哈。

LOL.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我爱你,杰。

I love you, Jay.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 1

然后呢,

And so

Speaker 0

但就在那一两天后,我的信息流里突然冒出一个关于NPC的视频。

but then, like, right like, literally the next day or two, like, this thing pops up in my feed talking about NPCs.

Speaker 0

我相信有些人一听就知道我在说什么。

I'm sure some people out there know instantly what I'm talking about.

Speaker 0

年纪大的人就会问,NPC是什么?

As old folks were like, what's an NPC?

Speaker 0

所以如果你跟我一样年纪大,NPC来自电子游戏世界,就是非玩家角色。

So if you're old like me, an NPC is from the video gaming world, non player character.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

就是游戏里的人物,但他们不是在玩游戏的人。

So it's someone that's in the game, but they're not playing the game.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,哇。

And I was like, wow.

Speaker 0

这还真是个事儿。

This is a thing.

Speaker 0

然后呢,你知道,我看了盖亚电视台。

And then, you know, I watched the Gaia TV.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

然后,大概过了一周,有一集是瑞吉娜主持的,我忘了她的嘉宾是谁了,但他们聊到了NBC。

And, like, the next week, there's an episode with Regina, and I forget who her guest was, but they're talking about NBC.

Speaker 0

我就想,如果Regina Meredith都在谈论NBC,那这肯定是个真事儿。

I'm like, if Regina Meredith is talking about NBC's, like, this is a thing.

Speaker 0

嗯哼。

Uh-huh.

Speaker 0

然后我发现,多洛雷斯·坎农,如果你不知道她是谁,去查查她。

And then I come to find out, like, Dolores Cannon, like, if you don't know who she is, look her up.

Speaker 0

太厉害了。

Amazing.

Speaker 0

你知道,她已经不在人世了。

You know, she's not of this world anymore.

Speaker 0

但她当时也在谈论他们,不过她没叫他们NPC,那时候还没这个说法。

But she was talking about them, like, she didn't call them back she didn't call them NPCs back then.

Speaker 0

我忘了她当时管他们叫什么。

I forget what she called them.

Speaker 0

但早在七十年代,她就已经在说这事儿了。

But back, like, in the seventies, she was talking about it.

Speaker 0

我觉得可能从古至今就有人知道这件事。

I'm going there's probably people that knew this since the beginning of time.

Speaker 0

我只是反应慢,现在才意识到这一点。

I just, in my slowness, just had this realization now.

Speaker 0

但现在,我的信息流里全是关于MPC的内容,而且关于它到底是什么、怎么出现的,有各种不同的说法。

But now, like, MPC is all over my feed and, like, so many different views on what exactly this is, how it shows up.

Speaker 0

今天早上我其实在写日记,因为我觉得,就是心里有个声音,我觉得确实有NPC,就是那些看起来像人的人。

This morning, I was actually journaling about it because it was, like, it was just in me that I think I think there are NPCs, like, people that are human.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

但他们只是在按程序行事。

And but they're just following the program.

Speaker 0

没有,就是没有那种……是的。

There's, like, no Yes.

Speaker 0

他们身上没有原创性。

There's no originality there.

Speaker 0

他们也没有想要改善任何东西。

There's no them trying to better anything.

Speaker 0

他们就是被放到一个生活里,然后就这么过着。

It was just they were plopped down in a life, and they're, like, just living that life.

Speaker 0

他们做该做的事,埋头苦干。

They're doing what they're supposed to do, putting their head down.

Speaker 0

就像,什么都没有。

Like, there's nothing.

Speaker 0

但我也相信还有另一层,我称之为“群众演员”,他们跟椅子没什么两样。

And then but I also believe there's this other layer of what I call the extras that are like not that different than the chair.

Speaker 0

你知道,他们就是出现在世界上,让世界看起来人更多,其实并没有。

You know, they're just they're just out there in the world to make it look like there's more people in the world when there's not.

Speaker 0

所以,我昨天在YouTube上看的一个视频,今天早上我就在日记里写了,它说你可以是一个NPC,然后决定真正去玩游戏,变成一个玩家。

And so a conversation I was watching on YouTube yesterday, that's why I was journaling about it today, was talking about, like, you can be an NPC and then decide that you actually wanna play the game and become a player.

Speaker 0

你也可以是一个玩家,然后决定当NPC。

You can also be a player and decide you wanna be an NPC.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

有时候我会想

And sometimes I'm like

Speaker 1

我觉得我回不去了。

I don't think I can go backwards.

Speaker 1

我觉得我没办法

I don't think I can

Speaker 0

回到过去,但有时候我觉得自己只是在休息。

go backwards, but sometimes I feel like I'm taking a break.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我需要休息一下。

I need a break.

Speaker 0

就是,别来烦我。

Like, just don't bug me.

Speaker 0

谁也别跟我说话。

Nobody talk to me.

Speaker 0

就让我闹几天脾气,我自己会慢慢调整过来的。

Like, just let me be grumpy for a few days, and I'll I'll work my way out of it.

Speaker 0

但后来我就想,好吧。

But so then I was like, okay.

Speaker 0

这在我的术语里怎么归类呢?

How how does this fit in my terminology?

Speaker 0

所以,我今天想出来的。

So, what I came up with today.

Speaker 0

好。

Okay.

Speaker 0

有一群神奇的人。

There are the magical people.

Speaker 0

正如塞缪尔所说,我们都很神奇。

As Samuel noted, we are magical.

Speaker 0

对,你也很神奇。

Yeah, that you're magical.

Speaker 0

神奇。

Magical.

Speaker 0

我所在社区里的人都很神奇。

And the people in my community are magical.

Speaker 0

而且在我社区之外,也有很多人很神奇。

And there's people outside of my my community that are also magical.

Speaker 0

所以,就是有这些神奇的人。

So but there's the magical people.

Speaker 0

他们努力想让世界变得更好,努力提升能量,努力疗愈,你知道的,他们做各种事情,让这个世界变得更美好。

The people that are trying to make a difference, that are trying to raise the vibration, they're trying to heal, you know, they're doing all the things to make this world a better place.

Speaker 0

然后还有一类人,我管他们叫,谢谢哈利·波特,麻瓜。

Then there are what I call, thank you, Harry Potter, the muggles.

Speaker 1

哦,对。

Oh, yes.

Speaker 0

麻瓜有点像现在有些人说的NPC。

Then the Muggle is kind of like when some people are calling an NPC.

Speaker 0

对。

Okay.

Speaker 0

他们就是过日子,该干嘛干嘛。

They're just going through life, doing the things.

Speaker 0

他们心里没有那种火花,觉得生活可能不止眼前这个三维的物质世界。

There's no spark in there that there might be more to life than just this three d physical thing.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 0

就是那些人。

There's those people.

Speaker 0

然后还有另一种人,我就一直叫他们“群演”吧,因为他们真的就像,我甚至不确定他们身体里有没有灵魂。

And then the other ones, I'm just gonna keep calling them the extras because they really are just like, I'm not even sure their bodies contain a soul.

Speaker 0

我觉得他们可能就只是一块肉,一个物理上的肉袋子。

Like, I think they may just be a physical piece of a physical meat sack.

Speaker 0

有意思。

Interesting.

Speaker 0

他们占着空间,你知道,就像我们觉得有80亿人,这就造成了稀缺。

They're occupying space, you know, like, us think that there's 8,000,000,000 people that creates scarcity.

Speaker 0

这让我们陷入稀缺心态。

That holds us into the scarcity mindset.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这个星球上有80亿人。

There's 8,000,000,000 people on this planet.

Speaker 0

不可能人人都够用。

There's not enough for everybody.

Speaker 0

所以这就造成了你之前说的那种竞争,我们都不喜欢的那种。

And so that creates that competition that you were talking about that we don't that we don't like.

Speaker 0

但如果我们知道实际情况,因为那些“额外的人”,我觉得他们不用吃东西。

Whereas if we knew actually because, like, the the extras, I don't think they eat.

Speaker 0

我觉得他们不需要吃东西。

I don't think they need to eat.

Speaker 0

我是说,也许你会看到一个人坐在餐厅里吃东西,让你以为他们需要,你懂吧?

I mean, maybe you might see one sitting in a restaurant eating so that you think that there's you know?

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

也许我疯了,但是……

And maybe I'm crazy, but

Speaker 1

我,而且我在想的是……

I and it's thinking about.

Speaker 0

我还在摸索中,但那些有意识的人之间确实有区别。

I'm still, like, feeling my way through it, but there's there is definitely a difference between the people that are conscious.

Speaker 1

他们是清醒的。

They're awake.

Speaker 1

他们知道还有更多的东西。

They know that something more.

Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

而且他们在朝着那个方向努力。

And they're working towards that.

Speaker 0

然后还有那些不清醒的人。

And then there's the people who aren't.

Speaker 1

是的,我完全同意。

Yes, definitely agree about that.

Speaker 1

有些人是有意识的,有些人没有。

There are people that are conscious and there are people that are not.

Speaker 1

我们在这里试图弄清楚,而且我们知道我们一路上在慢慢聚集这些人,看看哪些人能和我们建立更多的社区联系,并激发他们的兴趣,让他们知道自己不仅仅是人类,因为这就是我们的宗旨。

We're here trying to figure out, and we know we're kind of collecting them along the way, who are the people that we can create more and more community with and spark their interest to know that they are not just human because that's what we're about.

Speaker 1

而且我知道,当我遇到某些人的时候,好吧,跟他们没法聊这些。

And I know when I meet some people that, okay, there's no talking about this to them.

Speaker 1

我们就只聊点日常的,嘿,你午饭吃了什么?

We'll just keep it in the three d, hey, what'd you have for lunch?

Speaker 1

你吃了什么?

What'd you have?

Speaker 1

嘿,你是做什么工作的?

Hey, what do you do for a living?

Speaker 1

然后就这样。

And okay.

Speaker 1

对,就是这样。

And right, exactly.

Speaker 1

而且这真的很无聊,因为很难。

And it is so boring because it is hard.

Speaker 1

很难强迫自己回到那个小盒子里,百分之百地聊那些琐碎的话题。

It's hard to force our way back down into this little box and do the small talk 100%.

Speaker 1

而且这已经不是我想要继续做的事情了,这挺有意思的,因为我觉得现在我已经慢慢找到了那些有意义、有目的、能让人成长、能滋养人的关系,随便你怎么说。

And it's not something I want to do anymore, which is interesting because I think now I've kind of meandered my way through relationships that are meaningful, purposeful, growthful, nurturing, nourishing, whatever you want to say.

Speaker 1

这就是我之前说的。

And and that's what I was saying.

Speaker 1

回不去了。

Can't go backwards.

Speaker 1

你说得对,我有时候确实会休息一下。

You're to your point, I do take a break sometimes.

Speaker 1

确实,这是真的。

I do and it's true.

Speaker 1

就像,我得停止想这些乱七八糟的事情,我需要休息一下。

It's like, I gotta stop thinking about all this stuff I just need a rest.

Speaker 1

我们觉得这

We think it's

Speaker 0

不是这一周的事,你知道的。

not for the week you know.

Speaker 0

我就想玩玩我的膝盖。

And I just want to play with my knees.

Speaker 1

嗯,我昨晚也得做点事,或者我就想去玩摩托艇什么的,你知道,我就想做点普通人的事,好好享受一下,但这样也能让你休息一下,暂时放下我们创造的那种扩展感。

Well I got to do you know I got to last night or I just want to go jet skiing or whatever you know I just want to do the human things and just you know relish in that for a little bit but it kind of gives you a restful break to kind of miss that expansion that we've created.

Speaker 1

我们随时可以再回到那种状态,但有时候确实需要休息一下,我喜欢我们能体验到的这种对比。

We could always tap into it and go back to it, but sometimes we do need a break and I like the contrast that we're able to achieve.

Speaker 1

我们在这里就是想弄明白这些阴阳、黑白、是非,所有这些对立面。

And I mean we are here trying to figure out all this yin yang, black, white, yes, no, all the polar opposites.

Speaker 1

我们活着,然后试着去化解这些对立。

We get to live and then try to dissipate that.

Speaker 1

这就是我们做的有趣的事,因为我们希望两者兼得,就像你常说的那样。

So that's the fun stuff that we do because we want it to be both, as you like to say.

Speaker 1

我们想要同时拥有一切,并且让一切存在和可能,因为这样更有趣。

We want everything at all times and to exist and have the possibility because it's more fun.

Speaker 1

更丰富。

It's more enrichment.

Speaker 1

更像是,好吧,看看我能和大家分享的这些意义和目的。

It's more like, okay, look at all this meaning and purpose I get to share with people.

Speaker 1

就像看一部40年代、30年代的黑白电影,然后再看《阿凡达》。

It's kind of like looking at a movie in black and white from the 40s, 30s, whatever, and then looking at Avatar.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我刚想到这个。

I just thought of that.

Speaker 1

就像,你知道,有些交流是灰度的,然后有些就像,哇,看这里的光,因为能量完全不同。

It's like, you know, there's a grayscale over some, you know, some communications and then there's like, wow, look at this light in here because the energy is just so different.

Speaker 1

所以我们能体验到这种对比,能来回切换。

So we get to experience that we get to go back and forth with it.

Speaker 1

你知道,我觉得这让我们对它充满感激,因为我知道我很感激。

You know, and I think that just gives us such gratefulness about it because I know I'm grateful.

Speaker 1

比如我们今晚来到这里做脉轮平衡,我特别兴奋,因为你知道我好久没做了,所以我很想念,也很期待,而且我整天都在和我那些非人类伙伴体验这种对比,我想和他们一起锻炼。

Like when we show up here and we get to do chakra balancing tonight and I'm so excited about it because you know I haven't had it in a while so I miss it and I'm looking forward to it and I live the contrast all day with my non humans that I wanted to work out with.

Speaker 1

但你知道,我觉得这就是我们来这里学习和探索的东西。

But you know, and I think that's what we're here to learn and explore with.

Speaker 1

而且我喜欢你提到的,NPC其实可以随时进出。

And I like the fact that you brought out the NPCs can actually jump in and out.

Speaker 1

所以也许我们会对某些人按下开关。

So maybe we will flip a switch on some of the people.

Speaker 0

这种可能性是存在的。

The possibility is there.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我也这么觉得。

I think so.

Speaker 1

我喜欢这个。

I like that.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,这让我很开心。

I mean, that makes me happy.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

而且这是自由意志。

And it's free will.

Speaker 0

所以我们也要放下我们的期待。

And so we also have to release our expectations.

Speaker 0

明白。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

当然。

For sure.

Speaker 0

有一种理论说,我们只需要改变2%的人口就能创造人间天堂。

There is the theory that we only have to shift 2% of the population to create heaven on earth.

Speaker 0

但这引出了我的问题,你知道,如果80亿人中有一些只是群众演员,他们的数量不算数。

And so but that comes into my my question of, you know, if some of the 8,000,000,000 are only extras, like, their numbers don't count.

Speaker 0

所以,因为80亿人的2%是很多人的。

So so because when you go 2% of 8,000,000,000 people, that's a lot of luck.

Speaker 0

嗯哼。

Uh-huh.

Speaker 0

但如果这里并没有真正的80亿人,那有多少人呢?

But if there's not really 8,000,000,000 people here, how many are there?

Speaker 0

所以2%实际上比我们想的要少。

So the 2% is actually a smaller number than what we think.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以,目标更容易实现。

So, like, the goal is more attainable.

Speaker 1

我喜欢这个想法。

I love that.

Speaker 1

而且我刚想到一点。

And I just had a thought.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

也许所有这些关于非人性的讨论,以及我试图在每一个学生和其他所有人身上培养的那种对非人性的挫败感。

Maybe all this nonhuman talk and the frustration of our non humanness that I'm trying to cultivate in every one of my students and everybody else.

Speaker 1

也许那些人就是我们应该让他们继续当NPC的人。

Maybe those are the people that we just need to leave alone to be the NPCs.

Speaker 1

他们存在是有原因的,对吧?

They're there for a reason, right?

Speaker 1

确实如此。

They are.

Speaker 1

我们和他们一起创造了我们所创造的东西,而且你知道,他们更倾向于屏幕,如果你更倾向于屏幕而不是人性,那么也许这就是一个信号。

We created what we created with them and also you know they're more driven to the screen, which if you're more driven to the screen and it's not human, well, maybe that's an indication right there.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我是说,我不知道,我只是在谈话中自然而然地想到这些,因为我经常感到沮丧,我希望每个人都放下屏幕,我希望人性优先。

I mean, I don't know, I'm just thinking of this is organically happening during this conversation right now because I'm thinking because often I'm frustrated and I want everyone to put down the screens and I want the humanness to take precedence.

Speaker 1

我希望我们能互动。

I want us to to interact.

Speaker 1

我希望我们能有联系。

I want us to have connection.

Speaker 1

我希望我们,你知道,我觉得这很重要。

I want us you know, I I think it's important.

Speaker 1

我觉得这很重要。

I think it's important.

Speaker 1

人的形态很重要。

The human form is important.

Speaker 1

所以,让我们珍惜它吧。

So let's, you know, value it.

Speaker 1

但当我们重视屏幕时,我不知道。

But when we value our screens and I don't know.

Speaker 1

我知道我们有些AI爱好者,但更爱AI,因为你更想和AI建立关系,而不是和人。

I know we have some AI lovers, but AI more because you wanna have a relationship with the AI instead of a human.

Speaker 1

这让我有点担心。

That's a little disconcerning to me.

Speaker 1

就一点点。

Just a little.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

而且这是他们的选择。

And it's their choice.

Speaker 1

就是这样。

That's it.

Speaker 1

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

今晚我们会为你留出空间,我肯定会。

We'll hold space for you tonight, me, for sure.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我,我们只剩几分钟了,我只想补充一点,其实我们都不是真正的人类。

I I just we have a couple minutes left, and I just wanna add that, really, none of us are actually human.

Speaker 1

我们

We

Speaker 0

都是至高无上的神圣存在,是万物的碎片。

are all sovereign, divine beings, pieces of the all.

Speaker 0

你越能记住这一点,记住你是谁,记住你从哪里来,记住你的力量,那么你就会明白,因为我们有些人感到有点无力去创造我们想看到的改变。

And the more that you can remember that, remember who you are, remember who you where you came from, remember your power, Like, then you know, because some of us feel a little powerless to create the change that we wanna see in the world.

Speaker 0

但当我们记起我们是谁、我们是什么时,

But when we remember who and what we are,

Speaker 1

改变就变得更容易了。

it becomes more possible.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

记住,你是神圣的。

Remember, you are divine.

Speaker 0

你是独立的。

You are sovereign.

Speaker 0

你是有力量的。

You are powerful.

Speaker 0

成为改变。

Be the change.

Speaker 0

我们可以做到。

Like, we can do this.

Speaker 1

我们可以。

We can.

Speaker 1

太完美了。

That's perfect.

Speaker 1

我觉得这期节目到这里结束再完美不过了。

I think that's a perfect ending to this show.

Speaker 0

如果你在本地并且正在收听,今晚的课上还有名额。

If you're local and you're listening, I still have space for you in class tonight.

Speaker 0

你可以来加入我们。

You can join us.

Speaker 0

我们六点开始。

We start at six.

Speaker 0

那么,V是怎么说的?

And, what does V say?

Speaker 1

Tracy,连接不仅重要,而且对人类体验来说至关重要。

Tracy, the connection is not only important, it is critical to this human experience.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It is.

Speaker 1

谢谢你,Tracy。

Thank you, Tracy.

Speaker 1

我们需要它。

We need it.

Speaker 1

我们需要它。

We need it.

Speaker 1

我们需要连接。

We need to connect.

Speaker 1

我们会一直保持联系。

We'll keep connecting.

Speaker 1

所以来加入我们,一起连接吧。

So come join us for connection.

Speaker 0

好的。

Alright.
