Speaker 0

我以为加密货币和比特币理论已经死了。

Speaker 0

我以为量子计算已经终结了它。

Thought quantum ended it.

Speaker 0

我看到反弹了,布莱恩。

Speaker 0

它是绿色的。

I know.

Speaker 1

我早就想回来参加了,我知道你需要找我,因为我是这里的量子专家。

I've been jonesing to get back on, and I know you needed to call me in because I'm the resident quantum expert.

Speaker 1

没错。

Facts.

Speaker 1

我们来聊一聊量子。

We're talk a little we're talk about the quantum.

Speaker 1

新闻确实在逐渐积累一些量子威胁,但我们将会以通俗易懂的方式为大家解析。

The the the news is definitely building up a little bit of a quantum threat here, but we'll we'll break it down in a digestible way for everyone.

Speaker 1

不过,真的很高兴能来参加,老兄。

No, But, excited to be on, man.

Speaker 1

和你聊天总是很有趣,加密市场总会有新话题可谈。

It's always fun to chop it up with you, and there's always something new in the crypto markets to talk about.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

还有整个市场大环境。

And just markets in general.

Speaker 0

就像我们说的,缩略图上一片红,比特币完了,我们先来拆解一下这个新的量子威胁。

So like like we said, the the thumbnail, everything's red, Bitcoin's dead, the new quantum threat that we're gonna break down first.

Speaker 0

但在那之前,有一些突发新闻。

But before we do that, there was some breaking some breaking news.

Speaker 0

目前尚未得到证实,但我可以告诉你哪些是确认的。

It's unconfirmed as of now, but I'll tell you what is confirmed.

Speaker 0

市场确实在对此做出反应。

The markets are certainly reacting to it.

Speaker 0

据报道,伊朗总统表示伊朗准备结束战争,但坚持要求某些保障。

So the Iranian president reportedly has said that Iran is ready to end the war, but insists on certain guarantees.

Speaker 0

这是彭博社的官方报道。

This is per Bloomberg, an official report.

Speaker 0

而且,就像我们常说的,布莱恩在特拉华大学上过一门政治学课。

And then again, as we always say, Brian, took one political science class at the University of Delaware.

Speaker 0

所以我在这方面是专家。

So I am an expert in this.

Speaker 0

总统和最高领袖是不同的。

The president is different than the supreme leader.

Speaker 0

如果你想了解伊朗政治,那里显然有很多事情正在发生。

If you wanna get into Iran politics, there's a lot going on there clearly.

Speaker 0

但这是首次有官方报告称,这一方或伊朗方面希望设法实现这一目标。

But this is the first official report of, you know, this side or the Iranian side wanting to try to figure out how to get this done.

Speaker 0

白宫方面也有些风声,说嘿,我觉得我没有足够的政治资本继续这样下去了。

There's been some whispers as well out of the White House that like, hey, you know, I don't think I have enough political capital to keep doing this.

Speaker 0

我们也愿意结束这场冲突。

We're we're willing to wind this down as well.

Speaker 0

我听到一位助手说了一句:我们愿意离开这场战争,而不让霍尔木兹海峡开放。

Heard a heard a quote of an aide saying, we're willing to leave the straight of leave the war and the war without the straight of Homrouz being open.

Speaker 0

这件事会自行发生。

That'll happen on its own.

Speaker 0

特朗普告诉全世界:我们有自己的石油。

Trump telling the rest of the world, we have our oil.

Speaker 0

我们在海湾地区就能获得。

We get it in The Gulf.

Speaker 0

你们自己去搞你们的石油吧。

You guys go to the and get your own oil.

Speaker 0

所以显然有很多术语,但这种结束战争的说法恰恰说明了——我在这里提一下加密货币市值,我们现在就像一根被压缩到极致的弹簧。

So obviously a lot of jargon, but that jargon of ending this war kind of just shows you, and I'll bring up coin market cap here is just like we truly are a coiled spring right now.

Speaker 0

每个人都不是害怕。

Everybody's afraid of not afraid.

Speaker 0

我们希望战争结束,但从投资的角度来看,每个人都害怕如果战争结束时自己没有正确投资而站错了队。

We want it to end, but like from a from an investing standpoint, everybody's afraid of being on the wrong side if this war ends and you're not invested properly.

Speaker 0

因为在这一切开始之前,如果我们还记得的话,情况看起来还不错。

Because before this whole thing started, things looked pretty good if we remember.

Speaker 0

但感觉像是很久以前的事了,对吧,布莱恩?

But it feels like forever ago, right, Brian?

Speaker 0

但如果我们回想起去年12月和今年1月,当时各个市场都处于历史高位,2026年的前景看起来很不错。

But if we remember back to December, January, you know, markets were at all time highs across the board and and things were looking good for '26.

Speaker 0

我们当时还在期待可能有几次降息。

We were eyeing up a couple rate cuts maybe.

Speaker 0

你知道的,一切条件都已具备。

The you know the table was set.

Speaker 0

原本感觉2026年会很不错,但显然这是一场黑天鹅事件,一个突如其来的变数。

It felt like for a good '26 and then this obviously a black Swan, a curveball.

Speaker 0

那么在加密货币市场中,有什么特别引起你注意的吗?

So anything that's sticking out to you in the crypto markets?

Speaker 0

我们看到比特币在这儿,24小时内几乎上涨了2%。

We see Bitcoin up here almost up 2% in twenty four hours.

Speaker 0

以太坊上涨了3.5%。

Ethereum up three and a half.

Speaker 0

没有特别狂涨的币种。

No super high flyers.

Speaker 0

那边有什么情况?

What do we got there?

Speaker 0

Zcash。

Zcash.

Speaker 0

Zcash今年已经涨了不少。

Zcash has done a run this year.

Speaker 0

有点隐私币的动静。

A little privacy action.

Speaker 0

但其实我喜欢这样。

But I like I actually like this.

Speaker 0

我喜欢比特币和以太坊在新闻中领涨,这和标普500、罗素指数以及纳斯达克的表现也很吻合。

I like that the the Bitcoin and Ethereum are leading this on the news, and that pairs well with, again, kind of the S and P five hundred, Russell, and NASDAQ.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

很好,Tivo,你分析得很到位。

Great breakdown there, Tivo.

Speaker 1

要跟上加密货币市场、整体金融市场以及地缘政治局势的最新动态,尤其是我们当前政府通过Truth Social和Twitter来公开任何新闻或丑闻,这简直是一份全职工作。

It's a full time job keeping up with exactly what's happening in the crypto market or the overall financial markets and what's happening in the geopolitical world, especially with our current administration who, you know, we take the truth social and Twitter to just basically air out any sort of news or dirty laundry.

Speaker 1

但回到你提到的第一个消息——伊朗总统,我知道我们不会深入探讨政治问题,比如谁真正领导伊朗以及什么才重要,但有烟必有火。

But to jump back to the first, share that you had, the Iranian president, I know we're not gonna get that deep into politics and who's actually leading Iran and what matters, but where there's smoke, there's fire.

Speaker 1

看起来伊朗至少从这些早期推文来看,是希望实现和平的,而和平、减少波动对所有金融市场,尤其是加密货币市场,都是好事。

It does seem like Iran or at least from these early tweets that they wanna have peace and, you know, less volatility, more peace is gonna be good for all financial markets, specifically the crypto market.

Speaker 1

接着,白宫和政府方面也表示,他们也希望达成这项协议。

And then we have the White House, the administration saying that, you know, they wanna get this a done deal as well.

Speaker 1

市场对此做出了积极反应,而且有几种非常有趣的角度可以看待这件事。

And the market's reacting in a positive way, and there's a few really interesting ways to look at this.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,过去几天我们其实也收到了一些不太好的消息,但并没有出现像许多人预测的那样暴跌至五位数的大闪崩。

I mean, we we've had over the past couple days some some not so great news as well, and we didn't see those major flash crashes down into the fifties like a lot of people have been predicting.

Speaker 1

我们实际上一直在1%到2%的范围内交易,任何新闻事件都只带来小幅波动,市场就这样稳步前行。

We've been literally trading in like a one to 2% range with any points of news that have been happening, and we're just kind of chugging along.

Speaker 1

这让我直觉觉得,现在留在这里的人都是打算长期坚持的。

Kind of goes to me, just kind of my gut, feels like the people that are here now are here to stay.

Speaker 1

你知道,我们可能已经清理掉了很多空头,这一点我们之前也讨论过。

You know, we we probably washed out a lot of the short sellers and we've talked about that.

Speaker 1

很多散户已经离场,他们在ETF上被套牢了。

A lot of the retails moved on and they were underwater with the ETFs.

Speaker 1

他们大概已经离开了。

They probably moved on.

Speaker 1

所以现在所有人都拿着自己的仓位,等待下一次上涨。

So everybody right now, we're just kinda holding our bags and waiting for that next move up.

Speaker 1

我们经常谈到很多催化剂,但你知道,也存在一些黑天鹅事件。

And, you know, there there's a lot of catalysts we talk about, but, you know, there's some black swan events.

Speaker 1

我们正与伊朗处于战争状态。

We're in war with Iran.

Speaker 1

我们有关于《清晰法案》的新闻。

We have, news around the Clarity Act.

Speaker 1

所以总的来说,看到比特币达到67,000美元、以太坊达到2,000美元,我并不感到意外;如果今天晚些时候以太坊跌到1,900美元或涨到2,200美元,我也不会惊讶。

So just my overall takeaway, this this isn't surprising to me that we're looking at a $67,000 Bitcoin, a $2,000 Ethereum, and I wouldn't be surprised if later today we were down to $1,900 Ethereum, or we were up to 2,200.

Speaker 1

我们只是在一个非常狭窄的区间内交易,因为我们正在等待任何利多消息来打破僵局。

We're just trading in a really tight range because we're just looking for any sort of bullish news to break out.

Speaker 1

感觉波动性和急剧下跌的反应似乎已经成为过去,至少目前是这样,我们只是在稳步前行。

It does feel like the volatility and the reactionary sharp moves down feel like they're on the rearview mirror, at least as of right now, and we're just kind of chugging along.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我认为关于最后那个宏观层面的伊朗评论,我想说的是,他们正在耗尽选择。

I think the when it comes to the last, you know, macro Iran comment I'll make is, you know, the they're they're they're running out of options.

Speaker 0

你要么得派地面部队并扩大行动规模,要么就得逐步退出。

It's like you're either gonna start doing boots on the ground and ramp up this operation, or you kinda gotta scale out of it.

Speaker 0

所以从政府试图衡量的政治资本角度来看,情况似乎就是这样。

So it seems like, especially from a a sense of like political capital that the the administration's trying to to gauge here.

Speaker 0

所以感觉起来,从让世界更和平的角度出发,缩减这项行动是有道理的。

So it feels and it for, you know, the the sense of just trying to get to a spot where the world's more peaceful of scaling this operation down.

Speaker 0

就像你看到的,这有点像我这个老橄榄球爱好者、前大学运动员的想法。

And that as you can see is it's kind of like it's kinda like, you know, me, football guy, an old college athlete.

Speaker 0

这就像是进攻战术已经发出,然后我们意识到,哦,等等,我们需要叫个暂停,因为我们知道对方的防守策略。

It's like, it feels like the play has been sent out, and then, know, okay, we wanna call a time out because we know what the defense is running.

Speaker 0

所以这就是我看待这个问题的方式。

So that that's kind of how I look at it.

Speaker 0

你知道,当你看到今天发布的这份报告,标普指数在短短几分钟内飙升了2.5%,纳斯达克上涨了3%。

You know, when you see here, you know, this report comes out today and then you know, the S and P shoots up 2.5%, the NASDAQ up three in a matter of mere minutes.

Speaker 0

这其实就是追涨,对吧?

That's that's chasing, right?

Speaker 0

而另一方面,油价在报告发布后三分钟内暴跌了5%。

And then you see on the flip side of that, the the oil trade oil falls off a cliff and you know in 5% in three minutes here, three minutes after this report came out.

Speaker 0

这份报告刚出来时甚至还没被确认。

This report wasn't even confirmed when it first came out.

Speaker 0

所以你其实是在不断调整,发出战术指令,观察对方防守,然后发现自己被卡住了,于是说好吧。

So you can kinda you're shifting through, you're sending out the play call, you're seeing the defense, you're caught and then okay.

Speaker 0

如果你看一整天的情况,我猜一切最终都会回归平衡,我的猜测是油价不会一直下跌5%。

Now if you if you're gonna look at the end of the day, I bet everything kinda comes back to an even my guess is oil's gonna go down, you know, it's not gonna stay down 5%.

Speaker 0

它会回升到大约1.52%。

It'll go to, know, 1.52%.

Speaker 0

标普和纳斯达克也是同样的情况,这些指数可能会回落一点,不会维持在之前的高点。

Same thing with the the S and P and NASDAQ, all those things might come in a little bit, not stay as high as they were.

Speaker 0

但你能从中看出,当这种情况发生时,市场倾向于哪个方向,那就是它想去的方向。

But you're getting the read of of when this does happen, where's the market leaning, that's where it wants to lean.

Speaker 0

当然,如果事情没有按这个方向发展,那还会面临更多损失。

And then obviously, if things don't go that way, then there's more pain to be had.

Speaker 0

但其实已经经历了大量损失,我们在这档节目中已经讨论过,不仅在比特币上,也在所有市场、软件领域。

But there there's been a lot of pain already, which we've covered on this show, not only in Bitcoin, but in all markets, the software markets.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,那些所谓的项目,一些公司股价已经下跌了50%。

I mean, some of those some of those, I wanna call them projects, some of those companies are are down 50%.

Speaker 0

今年开局真是疯狂至极。

It's it's it's a wild it's been a wild start of the year.

Speaker 0

但说到这个封面和标题所涉及的内容——比特币,又一个量子威胁。

But kind of going into what this thumbnail and the title was, Bitcoin, another quantum threat.

Speaker 0

比特币又一次完蛋了,布莱恩。

Bitcoin's dead once again, Brian.

Speaker 0

我不得不请你来当我们的量子专家。

I had to bring you on as our quantum expert.

Speaker 0

你能把这个解释一下吗?

So can you break this one down?

Speaker 0

我刚刚还看到一条推文,稍后我们再贴出来。

I also just saw a tweet from we'll pull up after.

Speaker 0

先给大家一个宏观的概述。

But give the people a high level overview.

Speaker 0

有一份谷歌报告发布了,迅速刷屏了,但我的想法是,我们先了解它,然后根据今天在时间线上看到的内容再深入分析。

There's a Google report that came out, and it took over the timeline, but my my thought was we'll learn about it and then we can kind of break it down from what we saw on the timeline today.

Speaker 1

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

谷歌基本上表示,加密货币领域的量子威胁是人们现在应该更加认真对待的问题。

Google's basically saying that the quantum threat in crypto is something people should take more seriously right now.

Speaker 1

我们已经很长时间都在强调这一点了。

And we've been saying this for a while now.

Speaker 1

我们曾在节目中说过,加密货币从业者需要认真对待量子风险。

We've said on the show that crypto people need to take the quantum risk serious.

Speaker 1

原因在于,比特币、以太坊以及许多其他加密网络都依赖一种名为椭圆曲线密码学的技术来保障安全和所有数字签名。

And the reason matters because Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a lot of other crypto networks rely on something called an elliptic curve cryptography for wall security and all their digital signatures.

Speaker 1

真正引起关注的是,谷歌的研究表明,未来破解这种加密所需的量子计算能力可能远低于以往的估算。

What really got the attention is that Google's research suggests that the amount of quantum computing power needed to break this encrypted in the future may be a lot lower than older estimates.

Speaker 1

所以这不仅仅是某种随意的恐慌或炒作,而是许多研究人员正在讨论并积极发布报告的问题。

So this isn't just some random fear or some hype, it's an issue that a lot of researchers are talking about and actively, you know, posting reports about.

Speaker 1

同时,这一点真的需要被特别强调。

At the same time, this is really needs to be emphasized.

Speaker 1

这并不意味着加密货币今天突然就被攻破了,或者以任何方式被攻破了。

This does not mean Crypto is suddenly broken today or by any means.

Speaker 1

目前的公共量子系统仍处于无法破解主流加密货币钱包,甚至离做到这一点还很远的阶段。

Current public quantum systems are still at the point where they are not cracking mainstream Crypto wallets right now or even really that close to doing it.

Speaker 1

更大的故事其实关乎准备。

The bigger story is really about preparation.

Speaker 1

我们一直都在讨论这个问题。

And and we've been talking about this.

Speaker 1

以太坊基金会也一直在讨论这个问题。

The Ethereum Foundation's been talking about this.

Speaker 1

迈克尔·塞拉、Coinbase 都设立了量子抗性委员会。

Michael Saylor, Coinbase has a quantum resistance committee.

Speaker 1

所以更大的故事是,我们需要这些加密公司、这些区块链真正重视起来,而谷歌已经足够重视,以至于他们自己推进后量子安全的时间表成了更大的问题——加密货币钱包、网络和托管服务商能否及时完成这一升级。

So the bigger story is that we need these crypto companies, these these chains to really take it seriously, and Google's taken it seriously enough that their own timeline for moving forward towards this post quantum security is the bigger question whether crypto wallets and networks and custody providers are going to do this in time.

Speaker 1

所以真正的要点是,是的,这个威胁是真实的,值得关注,但它看起来更像一个长期的基础设施升级故事,而不是加密货币持有者现在就需要恐慌的理由。

So really the takeaway is, yeah, the threat's legit, it's worth watching, but it still looks more like this long term infrastructure upgrade story than a reason that crypto holders really need to panic right now.

Speaker 1

我们还有一些像 CZ 这样的人出来表示,目前没有必要对量子计算感到恐慌。

And we also have individuals like CZ that have come out and said that, you know, there's no need to panic on Quantum right now.

Speaker 1

解密、加密或者破解加密,其实要容易得多。

It's a lot easier to, what was it, decrypt de encrypt and encrypt or break encryption.

Speaker 1

因此,在量子计算和密码学方面,有很多可能性可以朝着非常积极的方向发展。

So there's a lot of paths here where this could go in a very positive manner with this quantum computing and the cryptography.

Speaker 1

但人们现在就需要在这些组织内部开始行动。

But people need to start within these organizations right now.

Speaker 1

他们现在就必须引起重视。

They need to be paying attention right now.

Speaker 1

这基本上就是谷歌所表达的意思。

That's what Google was basically saying.

Speaker 1

我认为他们给出了一个时间表,指出这可能会在 2029 年到 2030 年左右开始影响某些公司和区块链,这将影响大量不同公司,而不仅仅是加密领域。

I think they gave a timeline to where this could start impacting certain companies and chains, and this is gonna affect a lot of lot of different companies, not just crypto, is closer to 2029 and 2030.

Speaker 1

所以我们肯定有足够的时间来找到一个真正的解决方案,而且目前有很多想法正在被提出。

So we certainly have more than enough time to to get a legit fix, and there's a lot of ideas being thrown around.

Speaker 1

更大的问题是,比特币没有像摩根大通或谷歌那样的中心化首席执行官,可以立即翻转开关并宣布:‘我们要进行这个升级了。’

Now the bigger question is is that Bitcoin doesn't have a centralized CEO like a JPMorgan or a Google where it can just flip the switch right now and say, hey, we're gonna do this upgrade.

Speaker 1

会有许多人需要讨论不同的解决方案,但目前这些问题正在被处理,而且这一直是一个潜在威胁。

There's gonna be a lot of people on board that need to talk about different solutions, but that's being worked on right now, and this has always been a threat.

Speaker 1

即使在比特币价格高达126,000美元时,我们也一直在讨论这个问题,当时的威胁和现在几乎一模一样。但如今价格下跌,加上标题党炒作和人们趁机看空,这才是价格下跌的原因。

We've been talking about this even when Bitcoin was a $126,000 at a high, it was pretty much a very similar threat it is now, But with the price being down, with people just with clickbait and people wanting to kind of lean in prices down, this is the reason why it's down.

Speaker 1

我们越来越多地听到关于量子威胁的讨论。

We're hearing more and more about this quantum threat.

Speaker 1

但许多区块链项目已经对此非常重视。

But a lot of these chains are already taking it very seriously.

Speaker 1

最后,我想知道,今天Zcash最近的上涨——我记得涨了大约15%——是不是因为几周前他们大力宣传自己具备抗量子能力。

And to kind of cap it off, I'm wondering if that Zcash pump recently today, I think it was up, what, 15%, you said, is because they really marketed a few weeks ago that they were quantum resistant.

Speaker 1

所以可能有些人正是因为这个标题才涌入Zcash。

So maybe some people are going into Zcash just because of that headline.

Speaker 1

但就我个人而言,我对这个问题并不太担心。

But personally, I'm I'm not really overly concerned about this.

Speaker 1

我也很想听听你的看法。

I would love to know your take as well.

Speaker 1

我知道你也不是量子领域的专家,但我们很想知道你的想法。

I know you're not a quantum expert either, but we'd love to know your take.

Speaker 1

这感觉更像是点击诱饵和煽动情绪,而不是当前正在发生的真正问题。

It feels like more, clickbait and rage bait more than a real problem happening right now.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我刚看了下你提到的Zcash图表。

I mean, I just pulled up the Zcash, chart where you're talking about it.

Speaker 0

24小时涨了12%,一周涨了10%。

Twenty four hours, twelve, one week, 10%.

Speaker 0

但一年来看,还是涨了562%,只是相比去年11月的高点回落了50%。

But the one year still up, I mean, shit, 562%, but way off the high by 50% back in November.

Speaker 0

我想那并不是一年内的最高点,去年11月的高点接近700美元。

I guess that's not the yearly high or the one year to date high back in November was 700 almost.

Speaker 0

所以如果你在买入这个,我想我们确实在播客里说过,这简直是前所未见的陡峭增长。

So that's if you're buying that and I think we definitely said on the podcast like that's a hockey stick if we've ever seen one.

Speaker 0

大家要小心。

Be careful folks.

Speaker 0

但无风不起浪,对吧?

But where there's smoke, there's fire, right?

Speaker 0

然后,你知道,Zcash 也采用了这种量子叙事,这在加密领域一直很流行。

And then, you know, Zcash taking that, yeah, that quantum type of narrative that's been so popular across the crypto sphere.

Speaker 0

而且再说一遍,我认为你也可以把量子和人工智能的故事联系起来。

And just again, it's not, I think you can tie kind of quantum in just to the AI story as well.

Speaker 0

在我看来,这就像说,这是科技的未来。

In my opinion, it's like, hey, this is the future of tech.

Speaker 0

它会带来什么变化?

What's gonna happen with it?

Speaker 0

是的,我不是量子专家,绝对不敢在这里装作懂行。

Yeah, I'm not a quantum expert, so I can't sit here and pretend to be by any means.

Speaker 0

但我要说,我在这档节目和一些对话中提到过,如果比特币被量子计算攻破,那就意味着任何金融服务平台都会被攻破。

But I I will say, I've said on this show and in conversations, okay, well, if Bitcoin's gonna get hacked by quantum, then that means that any financial service platform is gonna get hacked.

Speaker 0

所以,正如你所指出的,区别在于像高盛、摩根大通这样的金融服务平台可以做出决策,并去升级、学习这一过程。

So the only difference is to your point is like, okay, well the financial service platform of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, they can make their decisions and go and upgrade learn this process.

Speaker 0

我认为,从我观察这个领域的角度来看,我完全能理解这将造成巨大的波动——它已经造成了。

And I think in the way I'm trying to see the field here is I could totally see how this will create a ton of volatility it already has.

Speaker 0

而且它还会继续制造更多波动。

And it will continue to do more.

Speaker 0

我同意,是时候让这些前辈们行动起来了,这正是我看到的查马斯团队在直播中所展现的。

I agree that it's time that kind of the elders, this is what the Chamath Suite was that I saw that we're going live on air.

Speaker 0

就在一小时前刚播完。

It just went out an hour ago.

Speaker 0

给自己点个赞吧。

Pat himself on the back.

Speaker 0

他去年在播客里就已经谈过这个问题了,但现在是时候让这些前辈们投入更多精力,从时间尺度上推动加密货币实现抗量子化了。

He's already talked about this in the podcast last year, but it's time that the elders start spending more effort organizing on a timescale to make crypto quantum resistant.

Speaker 0

那么,这些长辈是谁呢?

And so who are those elders?

Speaker 0

对于比特币来说,显然是迈克尔·塞拉,但我觉得在过去两年里,随着这些ETF的兴起,出现了新的角色,比如贝莱德,对吧?

Obviously for Bitcoin, it's Michael Saylor, but then I think with all the change in the last two years almost with these ETFs is there's new, BlackRock, right?

Speaker 0

贝莱德现在已经是了,我并不一定想称他们为长辈,但他们确实是重要的利益相关者。

BlackRock is now, I don't necessarily wanna call them an elder, but they're a huge stakeholder.

Speaker 0

然后你还有所有的矿工,以及最初的核心开发者。

And then you have all the different miners and then you have all the original core developers.

Speaker 0

我们在节目中已经讨论过,你知道,有些人正在研究这个问题,我觉得Coinbase已经成立了一个基金,不是为了调查,而是为了捐赠和投入资金来推动这件事。

So we've covered on the show how you know, some of you know, people are working on this stuff and I think it's, I think Coinbase started a fund to you know, not investigate, but also donate and spend money towards it.

Speaker 0

所以他们是长辈,Vlad Robin Hood,我认为他们也是长辈。

So they're an elder, Vlad Robin Hood, I think they're elders.

Speaker 0

我认为,所有那些在华盛顿为加密货币监管奔走的人,都真的应该少花点时间去争取能提升自己股价的政策,而多想想什么对整个行业最有利。

So I think it's kind of all the people that you've seen in Washington parading around for crypto regulation that need to really you know, maybe spend less time trying to get what they want that's gonna help their stock price and try to figure out what's best for the space.

Speaker 0

你不能责怪CEO和公司追求对自己最有利的事,这本就是上市公司的基因。

You can't blame CEOs and companies trying to go for what's best for them, that's in the DNA of a publicly traded company.

Speaker 0

但确实,我有点同意这个说法,这个叙事几乎变得有点失控了,我不知道用这个词是否准确,它已经跑在了现实前面,缺乏另一方面的辩论,对吧?

But yeah, I kind of do agree that you know, this narrative is almost getting, I don't know if out of control is the right word, it's getting ahead of its skis without you know, kind of another side of a debate, right?

Speaker 0

没有任何其他观点的路线图或论点,这种趋势会像雪球一样越滚越大。

There's no other side of a road map of an argument which can snowball.

Speaker 0

但这就是任何新技术的发展历程,对吧?

So it's but that's kind of the journey of any new technology, right?

Speaker 0

有起有落,比特币已经‘死’过多少次了?

There's ups and downs, how many times has Bitcoin died?

Speaker 0

我们可以调出那张图表。

We could bring up that chart.

Speaker 0

所以目前它正处于这一轮下跌趋势的前沿,但这也可以和IGV作比较。

So it's definitely the lead of this cycle right now of the downtrend, but that compares with IGV too.

Speaker 0

因此,很难坐在这里说你有答案,因为目前没人知道答案,但这不仅是比特币需要应对的,整个金融体系乃至全世界都必须面对的问题。

So it's kind of hard to sit here and say that you have an answer because nobody does at the moment, but it's something that not just Bitcoin has to navigate, the whole financial system and the world as a whole has to navigate.

Speaker 0

那么,这将把我们引向何方?

So where does that lead us?

Speaker 1

是的,这里确实存在一些可行的解决方案。

Yeah, there's certainly paths for a solution here.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,许多顶尖领袖已经非常清晰地规划出了这些路径,只是还没有完全付诸实施。

I mean, they've been mapped out pretty clearly from a lot of top leaders, but they just haven't fully been implemented yet.

Speaker 1

所以,只要每个人都认真对待这个问题,如果我们只是置之不理,说嘿。

So I I do believe that that's as long as everyone's just taking it seriously, if we were just brushing this under the rug saying, like, hey.

Speaker 1

这确实是个威胁,但我们不会采取任何行动。

This is a threat, but we're not gonna do anything about it.

Speaker 1

但显然有很多人有切身利益,希望确保一切都会好起来。

But there's clearly a lot of people that have a vested interest to to make sure everything's going to be okay and right.

Speaker 1

这绝不是迫在眉睫的威胁。

And this isn't an immediate threat by any means.

Speaker 1

谷歌的论文也不是这么说的。

That's not what the Google paper is saying either.

Speaker 1

而且有很多聪明人,比如你屏幕上的郑泽,都在说根本没必要为此恐慌。

And there's a lot of smart people coming out like like CZ you have on the screen, basically saying that there's really no reason to panic about it.

Speaker 1

但我确实看到了恐慌的另一面。

But I do see the other side of panic.

Speaker 1

比如,如果你刚接触加密货币,正在学习区块链是什么,或者想了解比特币和以太坊的区别,突然看到谷歌说你的币可能会被拿走。

Like, if you were just new into crypto and you were just learning what blockchain is or you're trying to understand the difference between Bitcoin and Ethereum, you see Google say something about your coins could be or, taken.

Speaker 1

我甚至不想深入讨论这其实并不是所有比特币都在链上,而是比特币存放在旧地址里,且数字签名也未更新。

And I don't even wanna get into depth how it's not even all the Bitcoin on chain or it's it's Bitcoin held on older addresses and and never and digital signatures held.

Speaker 1

这里还有另一层因素,所以并不是所有加密货币或所有比特币都受影响。

There's a whole other layer here, so it's not even all crypto and all the Bitcoin.

Speaker 1

但我理解。

But I get it.

Speaker 1

这确实让情况变得模糊不清。

It it makes the water a little bit murky.

Speaker 1

我们都想不明白,为什么价格会从历史高点跌这么多,然后你又开始听到谷歌关于量子计算的消息。

We're all trying to scratch our heads figuring out why we drop so much from, you know, our all time highs, and then you start hearing about quantum coming from Google.

Speaker 1

但总而言之,这里是有解决方案的。

But just to really put a bow on it, there's a solution here.

Speaker 1

背后有大量聪明人在推动这件事,他们都表示,比特币、以太坊和其他链之间已经在进行大量升级,以实现抗量子计算的能力。

There's a lot of smart people behind this, and they're all saying that there's a lot of upgrades already going on between Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other chains to make it quantum resistant.

Speaker 1

就连CZ这样的人都在公开表示,其实根本没必要为此恐慌——虽然我不确定他是不是世界上最值得信赖的人,但他完全没必要说这些,除非他真心这么认为。

And you even have a guy like CZ who he he he doesn't need to, like I mean, I don't know if he's the most trustworthy guy in the world, but he he doesn't really need to say anything if he doesn't want to, and he's openly saying that there's really no reason to panic about it either.

Speaker 0

值得注意的是,萨托西指出,如果量子计算机破解了旧地址,这些币可能会被黑客转移,除非社区先采取行动锁定它们。

Basically notably raises that Satoshi if quantum computer crack old addresses those coins could move to hackers unless the community acts to lock them first.

Speaker 0

从长远来看,更强的计算能力总是有益的,加密货币将保持抗量子特性。

In the long run, more computing power is always good and crypto will stay post quantum.

Speaker 0

所以,正如你所说,CZ表示没必要恐慌。

So CZ like you said, says no need to panic.

Speaker 0

我认为以太坊基金会绝对是最早公开谈论他们所做工作的机构之一,希望正如特雷莫特所说,比特币的元老们也能聚在一起,推动进展,启动沟通进程——我觉得这已经在发生了。

I think the Ethereum Foundation was definitely one of the first to be very vocal about the work that they're doing and hopefully, know, kind of the Bitcoin elders as Tremoth said need to get together and push forward and and just start the communication process, which I think we see is going on.

Speaker 0

这值得探讨,值得讨论,而我认为,这正是这个领域吸引我们的部分原因,至少对我而言,最初进入这个领域就是因为对科技未来的向往,想要学习,想要相信。

So something to cover, something to talk about and that's I think, you know, part of this space why we why you got into this space in the beginning, at least for me, was just kind of the future of tech and wanting to learn and wanting to believe.

Speaker 0

而我认为,这正是下一代的延续。

And I think this is just the next generation of that.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得你来对地方了,尤其是对于我们做节目和做教育的人来说,有太多东西要学了,这会很有趣。

So I think you're in the right place and especially for us doing the show and doing the education, it's you know, there's so much to learn, so it'll be fun.

Speaker 0

但回到价格走势吧,虽然没人喜欢看到绿色变红色,但嘿,你得聊聊正在发生的事,布莱恩。

But going back to the price action, which nobody you know, loves to see when you're red, but hey, you gotta talk about what's going on, Brian.

Speaker 0

比特币正朝着连续第六个月收跌的方向发展。

And Bitcoin's on track to finish its sixth straight month in negative territory.

Speaker 0

这种情况以前只发生过一次,上一次连续下跌是2018到2019年,那段时间比特币下跌了约60%。

Something that has only occurred once before the previous stretch was 2018 to 2019, Bitcoin declined by roughly 60% over that six month period.

Speaker 0

我当时在IBM工作,2017年才刚发现比特币。

I was at IBM at the time, I just discovered Bitcoin back in '17.

Speaker 0

所以我赶上了那波上涨。

So I got to ride the run up.

Speaker 0

我当时想,这是什么神奇的钱?

I was like, what is this magical money?

Speaker 0

我不断往里加钱,然后看着它像冲上高峰一样迅速上涨,又慢慢回落,这才开始明白什么是‘钻石手’,以及比特币故事中的波动性。

And I kept putting more and more into it, and then I watched it as fast as it rode up, it slowly decayed and you start to learn, you know, diamond hands and you know, the the volatility of Bitcoin's story.

Speaker 0

自2018到2019年以来,我还没见过这种情况,但现在我们又遇到了。

So haven't seen this since 2018 to '19, but we are in another one.

Speaker 0

问题是,在2019年的低点,那是买入的好时机吗?

Question, at that 2019 bottom, was that a good time to buy?

Speaker 1

如果问我,那看起来确实是买入的好时机。

That seemed like that was a pretty good time to buy if you ask me.

Speaker 1

通常每当出现重大回调时,往往都是大举买入的好时机。

That was, you know, usually whenever there's a pretty major correction, it's usually a big time to buy.

Speaker 1

新冠疫情是什么时候发生的?

When when did COVID happen?

Speaker 1

那是2019年。

That was 2019.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

那可真吓人。

That was scary.

Speaker 1

2020年。

Twenty twenty twenty.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那时候确实是买入的好时机,而且感觉我们现在也正朝着那个四年周期靠近。

It was a pretty good time to buy, and, you know, you could and we're it does feel like we're kinda moving towards that four year cycle as well.

Speaker 1

这次的情况有点不同,但似乎我们仍然在遵循那个四年周期。

Little different, setup this time around, but it it does seem like we're, you know, we're still flowing in that four year four year cycle.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那是美好的时光。

Those were the days.

Speaker 0

那是美好的时光。

Those were the days.

Speaker 0

所以是2018年12月12日、11月18日,然后逐渐下滑。

So 12/1218, 11/18, and then it trickled down.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那段时间对比特币持有者来说真是一段艰难的历程。

That was a tough it was a tough run there for the Bitcoiners.

Speaker 0

但如果你在那个时间段入场并抄了底,天啊,那波下跌之后的上涨简直太惊人了。

But if you were if you were in that timeframe and bought that dip, man, hell of a buy down to, you know, that run went all the way down.

Speaker 0

2018年到2019年,比特币跌到了大约3400美元,伙计。

So 2018, 2019 brought Bitcoin down to about $3,400 Dude.

Speaker 0

那是美好的时光。

Those are the days.

Speaker 0

那是美好的时光。

Those are the days.

Speaker 1

珍妮,那里就有一个财富机会。

Jenny Jenny wealth opportunity right there.

Speaker 1

我记得当时价格跌到4美元左右,我当时想,哦,还有新闻说人们用漂白湿巾擦拭杂货,诸如此类的事情。

I remember when that when it came down to like $4 and I was like, oh, and just the news, people were cleaning their groceries with bleach wipes and things like that.

Speaker 1

他们说,你碰了这个东西,那真是个可怕的时代,但同样,当时加密货币的基本面并没有任何问题。

They're like, you touch this and it was a scary time but again, fundamentally, nothing was broken with Crypto then.

Speaker 1

当时只是整体的地缘政治、宏观因素、新冠疫情,所有这些都在崩溃,结果却成了一个巨大的珍妮财富机会。

It was just overall geopolitical, macro, COVID, everything along those lines were crashing and turned out to being a huge Jenny wealth opportunity.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

所以在这些时候,你会四处看看,尤其是在这个领域,你会想,好吧。

And so it's during these times, like, you kinda look around, especially in the space, you're like, okay.

Speaker 0

那么,谁在建设呢?

Well, you know, who's building?

Speaker 0

这一直是我过去六周来坚持的信条:谁在这一领域里真正建设?

That's kind of been the mantra that I've been sticking with here over the last, you know, six weeks of who's building in the space.

Speaker 0

我们想和他们聊聊。

We wanna talk to them.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么我们邀请了Robinhood。

And that's why we've had on, you know, Robinhood.

Speaker 0

我们昨天刚采访了Coinbase。

We had we just interviewed Coinbase yesterday.

Speaker 0

我们今天刚采访了Solana基金会。

We just interviewed Solana Foundation today.

Speaker 0

所有这些采访,Robinhood的已经发布了。

All those interviews, the Robinhood's already out.

Speaker 0

富兰克林邓普顿的也已经发布了。

Franklin Templeton's already out.

Speaker 0

但下周将是Coinbase,再下周是Solana。

But next week will be Coinbase and we'll have Solana the week after that.

Speaker 0

所以我们正在持续建设,与那些持续投入的巨头对话,这让我对这个领域保持乐观,尤其是当你看到——我们之前提到过——摩根士丹利正准备推出他们的现货比特币ETF。

So it's like we're building, we're talking to the big players that continue to build and that's what makes me bullish in the space and especially when you see, we've covered this, but Morgan Stanley is getting ready to launch their spot Bitcoin ETF.

Speaker 0

我提到这一点是因为他们的定价刚刚公布了。

And I bring that up because their their their pricing just came out.

Speaker 0

他们将收取14个基点,使其成为市场上最便宜的现货比特币ETF。

So they're gonna charge 14 bips making it the cheapest spot Bitcoin at Bitcoin ETF on the market.

Speaker 0

比他们在华尔街的主要竞争对手贝莱德便宜11个基点。

And 11 bps cheaper than their big competitor, BlackRock, there on Wall Street.

Speaker 0

我觉得这非常有趣。

I thought this was really interesting.

Speaker 0

埃里克在这里说得最好。

Eric kind of says it here best.

Speaker 0

他们的任何顾问都不会感到利益冲突。

None of their advisors will feel conflicted.

Speaker 0

他们会说,如果我们推荐比特币,我们会选择摩根士丹利的,因为它是 cheapest 的,我觉得这真的非常有趣。

They're gonna say, hey, if we're recommending Bitcoin, we're going with the Morgan Stanley one because it is the cheapest, which I thought was really, really interesting.

Speaker 0

然后我可以调出下一条推文,展示未来一两周内将上线的数据。

And then I can pull up this next tweet with the stats of what is gonna go live here in the next week or two.

Speaker 0

你怎么看?

What do you think?

Speaker 0

你会入手吗?

Are you are you a buyer?

Speaker 0

你会入手摩根士丹利的比特币信托产品吗?

Are you a buyer of the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust?

Speaker 1

我啊,你懂的,我现在手头可用的闲置资金有点不太够用了。

I I mean, you know, I'm I'm running a little bit low on dry powder.

Speaker 1

说真的。

Not gonna lie.

Speaker 1

我一直在尽可能地抄底接盘下跌的筹码。

I've been goggling I've been gobbling up as many dips as I possibly can.

Speaker 1

所以,简单来说,是的。

So, the short answer is yes.

Speaker 1

我会这么做的,而且其实我早就已经持有相当多的比特币ETF了,从这类产品刚上线的时候我就开始配置了。

I would if I was going to get I I already have a a pretty substantial, you know, Bitcoin ETF holdings from, you know, when it was first initially released.

展开剩余字幕(还有 258 条)
Speaker 1

我等不及了。

I couldn't wait.

Speaker 1

我立刻就入手了。

I I dove right in.

Speaker 1

但如果我要加仓或入场,我肯定会关注14个基点的费率。

But if I was going to add to it or get into it, I would certainly look at a 14 bps.

Speaker 1

如果它是最低费率,那它就是最低费率,就这么简单。

If it's the lowest fee, it's the lowest fee, it's exactly what it is.

Speaker 1

这必将吸引更多理财顾问和更多关注比特币,肯定会令人兴奋。

And this is just gonna bring more financial advisers and more eyeballs to Bitcoin, and it it's gonna be exciting for sure.

Speaker 1

这确实是金融市场上真正的竞争。

And and and this is this is real competition in these financial markets.

Speaker 1

你知道的?

You know?

Speaker 1

他们正在打压贝莱德,而贝莱德很可能在接下来几周或几个月内做出回应,甚至进一步压低费率。

They're undercutting BlackRock, and BlackRock's gonna probably respond in the next few weeks or months and possibly undercut this.

Speaker 1

最终受益的人是那些想要购买比特币、希望获得ETF敞口的人。

And the person who benefits at the end of the day are the people that wanna buy Bitcoin, who wanna get exposure to the ETF.

Speaker 1

他们可以享受到更低的费用和更好的利率。

They could get better fees, better rate.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 0

而且它即将来临。

And it's coming.

Speaker 0

它将在四月初推出。

It's coming early April.

Speaker 0

这不是愚人节玩笑。

Not an April fool's joke.

Speaker 0

这不是愚人节玩笑。

Not an April fool's joke.

Speaker 0

最低费率的比特币ETF即将通过摩根士丹利来到您的经纪商平台。

The lowest Bitcoin ETF is coming to a brokerage near you via Morgan Stanley.

Speaker 0

所以,我非常高兴看到摩根士丹利在不断拓展。

So again, I love seeing Morgan Stanley building.

Speaker 0

我看到盈透证券仍在持续扩张。

I'm seeing Interactive Brokers continues to bill.

Speaker 0

这周我注意到了这一点。

I saw this this week.

Speaker 0

让我们看看,盈透证券在欧洲推出了比特币和加密货币交易。

Let's see, Interactive Brokers launches Bitcoin and Crypto Trading in Europe.

Speaker 0

这为盈透证券打开了四亿五千万用户的市场。

That's an access that opens up to four fifty million users for Interactive Brokers.

Speaker 0

他们仍在持续建设中。

They're continuing to build.

Speaker 0

我们提到了贝莱德,它并不是摩根士丹利的竞争对手。

We mentioned BlackRock, know, not a competitor of Morgan Stanley.

Speaker 0

它们各自做不同的事情,但这些都是华尔街的巨头。

They all do different things, but these are the giants of Wall Street.

Speaker 0

你们的摩根大通、摩根士丹利,还有显然上面的贝莱德。

Your JP Morgan's, your Morgan Stanley's, and obviously BlackRock up there as well.

Speaker 0

贝莱德正在招聘数字资产的董事总经理。

BlackRock's hiring a managing director of digital assets.

Speaker 0

布莱恩,你下周还会来参加播客吗?

Brian, are you still gonna be on the podcast next week?

Speaker 0

我听说你可能会成为量子计算领域的头号竞争者。

I heard you might be a front running contender after all your quantum.

Speaker 0

专业知识。

Expertise.

Speaker 1

我哪儿也不去。

I'm not going anywhere.

Speaker 1

你们得把我拖出去才行,伙计们。

You're gonna have to you're gonna have to drag me out of here, guys.

Speaker 1

即使出了什么事,我依然会作为嘉宾出现在嘉宾名单上。

It's, even if even if something happened, I'm still showing up on the rundown as a guest.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

我不会申请这份工作,但看到这一点很棒。

I will not be applying for this job, but it's great to see.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,贝莱德显然不认为比特币和数字资产会归零,而他们是全球最具影响力的声音之一。

I mean, BlackRock obviously doesn't think Bitcoin and digital assets are going to zero, and they're some of the most powerful voices in the entire world.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们再次需要稍微放宽视野,虽然老生常谈,但要意识到有一些大型机构对数字资产成为未来抱有巨大兴趣和重大利益。

We we again need to we again need to zoom out a little bit, and it's cliche to say and take a step back and realize that there's some big players involved that have huge interest and huge stakes in digital assets becoming the future.

Speaker 1

看到这一点很好。

And this is good to see.

Speaker 1

看到贝莱德持续扩充他们的专家团队,这很好。

It it's good to see that BlackRock's, you know, continuing to grow their experts.

Speaker 1

我相信我们很可能会邀请这位新聘人士来参加我们的播客。

And, I'm sure we'll probably have this guy on the podcast whoever gets hired.

Speaker 1

超级制作人肯定会把他请来。

Super producer will definitely get him.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们会找到他的。

We'll find him.

Speaker 0

我敢肯定,在我的圈子里,七度空间分离总能找到某种方式联系上。

I'm sure there's, you know, seven degrees of separation in my world somehow, some way.

Speaker 0

我们一定能追踪到他们并请他们上节目,毫无疑问。

So we'll, we'll be able to track we'll be able to track them down and get them on, no doubt.

Speaker 0

一位新朋友将担任黑石公司数字资产的董事总经理。

A new friend of the show, to be the managing director of digital assets over at BlackRock.

Speaker 0

我们几周前提到过,Square正在推出比特币支付功能。

And then we we mentioned this a couple weeks ago, but Square was launching a their payments for Bitcoin.

Speaker 0

当时好像有个活动,我不知道是不是赠送,但如果你用比特币支付,就能从Square产品中获得一笔比特币回馈。

There were some like, I don't know if it was a giveaway, but if you went and used and paid something with Bitcoin, you were getting a Bitcoin back for the Square product.

Speaker 0

所以这一功能上线后,接受比特币的企业数量激增。

So that launched, which means that the businesses that accept Bitcoin skyrocketed.

Speaker 0

今年之前,接受比特币的企业不到一百万家,但现在由于新的Square系统,许多小型企业都使用Square进行信用卡处理。

Before this year it was under 1,000,000 and now with the new Square implementation because a lot of different small businesses use Square to do their credit card processing.

Speaker 0

因此,通过新的软件或其他方式,它们现在会自动接受比特币支付。

So now they automatically will with the new software or whatever will automatically accept Bitcoin.

Speaker 0

这样一来,现在接受比特币作为支付方式的企业数量接近五百万家。

So it brings it to just under 5,000,000 businesses that now accept Bitcoin as payment.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得看到这一点总是非常令人兴奋。

So I think that's always super exciting to see.

Speaker 0

它一直是一种小众现象,你可能在网上看过相关视频,但现在有了Square平台,而且我不确定你是否参与了。

It's always kind of been a niche thing like you've seen videos of it online, but now with the Square platform and then I don't know, don't think you were on.

Speaker 0

我觉得布伦丹当时和我一起上了节目,我们聊到了万事达卡推出的那张信用卡。

I think Brendan was on with me, but we were talking about how Mastercard launched that credit card.

Speaker 0

你看到MetaMask的那件事了吗?

Did you see that with MetaMask?

Speaker 0

所以他们在讨论使用稳定币或某种加密货币支付渠道。

So they're talking about using whether it's stablecoins, some type of crypto rails.

Speaker 0

关于这张信用卡,目前还没有太多具体信息,只知道他们与MetaMask合作了。

Still not a ton of specifics out of that credit card yet other than that they're partnering with MetaMask.

Speaker 0

但这就是未来的发展方向。

But this is this is where the puck's going.

Speaker 0

它正在缓慢推进。

It's it's slowly moving.

Speaker 0

我认为,如果你结合监管来看,比如什么是资产,什么是商品?

And I think if you pair the regulation of like, okay, what is property versus what is a commodity?

Speaker 0

什么是应税事件?

What's a taxable event?

Speaker 0

现在市场行情低迷,信息混乱,我们接下来要面对的似乎是《清晰法案》。

It seems so hectic right now with the negative price action, the fog of war, and kind of what we'll roll to next is the Clarity Act.

Speaker 0

你不一定知道最终结果会怎样,但至少现在它正朝着这个方向前进。

It's like, you don't necessarily know where the puck's gonna end up, but this is where it's going or at least trying to go.

Speaker 0

而且再次强调,这让我们回到了谁在这一领域进行建设的问题上,因为一旦监管明确,可能性将是无限的,真正的全球增长也将是无限的。

And and again, that kind of brings us back to who's building in the space because once it ends up there with regulation, you know, the possibilities are endless and the growth is endless truly worldwide.

Speaker 0

美国无疑正努力成为这一领域的领导者,这本就该如此。

And The US is definitely trying to be leaders in this, which they should.

Speaker 0

在我们转向《清晰法案》之前,你对支付有什么看法吗?

So any thoughts on payments before we jump into the Clarity Act?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我的想法是,这太棒了。

The only thoughts are this is great.

Speaker 1

这将为人们接受支付以及零售用户探索比特币作为支付方式提供更多机会。

Know, it's just gonna give more opportunity for people to accept payments and retail users to, you know, explore Bitcoin as a payment mechanism.

Speaker 1

还有很多其他优秀的加密货币也可以成为出色的支付方式。

And there's a lot of other great cryptos that could be great payment mechanisms.

Speaker 1

但这进一步表明,整个生态系统正在成长、正在扩大,而且不会停止。

But this just goes to further show you that the ecosystem's growing, it's getting broader, and it's not stopping.

Speaker 0

我完全同意。

Couldn't agree more.

Speaker 0

那我们继续吧。

So let's move on.

Speaker 0

我觉得可能是X出了点问题,或者可能是Riverside的问题,这次没有共享音频。

I think I'm having something wrong with X or maybe it's Riverside, but it's not sharing audio on this one.

Speaker 0

我快速测试了一下,没什么问题,

I gave it a quick test, so no bad Oh,

Speaker 1

所以链接是好的,看起来没问题。

so the link the link was good, it looks like.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

一直在提醒。

Just kept calling out.

Speaker 0

嗯,也许不是。

Well, maybe not.

Speaker 0

可能是X出了问题,但我确实遇到过,不过没人关心这个。

Maybe x is having a problem, but I did have I did this nobody cares about this.

Speaker 0

但之前我在使用Riverside做播客时确实遇到过问题。

But I did have problems with the podcast earlier with Riverside.

Speaker 0

所以可能是Riverside的问题。

So it could be Riverside.

Speaker 0

但我们刚收到Ripple的首席执行官加林豪斯先生在福克斯商业频道的表态,他说《清晰法案》正变得越来越糟糕。

But we have something coming out from the Ripple CEO, mister Garlinghouse, saying on Fox Business that he's saying that the Clarity Act is getting ugly.

Speaker 0

看着这个法案被一步步制定出来确实不太好看,但他们让我对最终能达成共识更有信心了。

It's watching the sausage get made has not been pretty, but they gave me more optimism that we'll get there.

Speaker 0

你从中学到了什么?

What do you take away from that?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这很有趣,因为我们之前已经看到关于《清晰法案》的大量反复争论,但要真正看清发生了什么真的很难。

It's it's interesting because we've seen some a lot of back and forth about this Clarity Act, and it it's really tough to see exactly what's going on.

Speaker 1

他们显然在更多地讨论,关于这件事也更清晰了。

They're obviously talking more, and there's some more clarity around it.

Speaker 1

无意双关,但确实发生了这种情况。

No pun intended, but that happened there.

Speaker 1

而且瑞波的首席执行官表示,你知道,这件事正在慢慢推进,虽然不算完美,但确实在前进,他还说他比以往任何时候都更乐观。

And we have the Ripple CEO saying that, you know, it's it's kinda it's kinda moving along, and and it's, you know, not great, but it's moving along, and he's saying he's more optimistic than ever.

Speaker 1

所以我认为这里最重要的收获是,上周白宫与参议员们就稳定币余额的被动收益禁令达成了妥协,但他们允许了基于活动的有限奖励。

So I I think I think the big takeaway here is I think last week, senators of the White House struck a compromise senators and the White House, I should say, suck a struck a compromise on the banned passive yield on stablecoin balances, but they allowed limited activity based rewards.

Speaker 1

业内人士几乎都说这件事99%已经解决了。

Insider ins so insiders are pretty much saying this is 99% resolved.

Speaker 1

所以看到业内99%的人都认为稳定币收益这个重大问题已经解决,这很好,听起来确实是禁止了被动收益,而这基本上就是把稳定币存放在你的Coinbase账户里。

So that's great to see that 99% of people inside this are saying that this this big point around stablecoins and getting yield is resolved, and it does sound like that it's banning passive yield, and that's basically just holding the stablecoins in, you know, your Coinbase account.

Speaker 1

如果你只是持有,那就需要做一些事情,比如某种活动,而这可能只是像质押这样简单的事情。

You're gonna need to do something if that's some sort of activity, and that could just be something as easy as staking.

Speaker 1

你知道,你想质押你的余额,然后点一下一个小按钮。

You know, you you wanna stake your balance, and you click a little button.

Speaker 1

所以我不太清楚具体细节,但我想说的是,一个月前人们还在讨论的时候,情况是怎样的?

So I'm not exactly sure the details of this, but where I will go with this, Tivo, is what was it a month ago when people were talking?

Speaker 1

我们当时报道说,《清晰法案》前所未有的接近了,我开始提到一个叫桑德斯的人。

We were reporting, like, oh, the Clarity Act is close as ever, and I started talking about I I think the guy's name was Saunders.

Speaker 1

那时吉米·戴蒙直接攻击了记者,说根本不存在双赢的局面,而第二天周一,布莱恩·阿姆斯特朗就去了白宫。

And that's when Jamie Dimon, like, attacked the reporter saying that, like, there's no win win situation, and Brian Armstrong was at the White House that next Monday.

Speaker 1

我当时就觉得,这事儿比我想象的还要遥遥无期。

And I basically knew I believe basically, I was like, this feels farther off than I really think.

Speaker 1

你知道,我们看到特朗普登上社交媒体,把矛头指向了银行。

You know, we had Trump getting on the timeline and pointing the finger at the banks.

Speaker 1

那时候感觉这事还没那么近。

It didn't feel like it was that close.

Speaker 1

但现在我觉得,这件事似乎越来越近了。

It does now to me feel like it's getting pretty close.

Speaker 1

现在有很多报道称,这件事已经99%完成了。

We have a lot of reports out there saying that it's 99% done.

Speaker 1

听起来他们即将禁止稳定币余额的被动收益。

It does sound like they are gonna be banning the the passive yield on stablecoin balances.

Speaker 1

再说一遍,我并不确定任何事,但我听说并读到很多关于这一点的信息。

Again, I don't know anything for sure, but I've heard I've read a lot about that.

Speaker 1

但他们将允许基于活动的奖励。

But they're going to allow these activity based rewards.

Speaker 1

因此,这可以被视为一种可能的双赢局面,但随后我看到有报道称,Ripple的首席执行官并不支持,或者Coinbase也不支持。

So that that is a way to look at it as maybe win win, and then I see a report coming out where, you know, the Ripple CEO is not supporting it or Coinbase isn't supporting it.

Speaker 1

我非常相信加密货币领域的顶尖人才会朝着正确方向推进,但我们不想签署一份糟糕的协议,同时我们又希望促成这项协议。

I'm really gonna trust that the the strong minds of crypto are gonna lean into where this needs to go, but we don't wanna sign a bad deal here, but we wanna get this deal done.

Speaker 1

就我目前的直观看法,如果他们要禁止被动收益,意味着如果你有5万美元的稳定币,你就必须做点什么才能获得收益,而如果这仅仅是把资金在他们的平台上质押一下就能获得不错的收益,那也无妨。

Just off the top of my head, how this looks right now, if they are going to ban a passive yield, meaning you have $50,000 of stablecoins, you need to do something to get the yield, And if that's as simple as just, you know, staking it on one of their platforms, you get a nice yield.

Speaker 1

我觉得这对加密货币公司来说并不是巨大的损失。

I don't find like that's a huge loss for the crypto companies.

Speaker 1

这会增加一个步骤,但可能是一个不错的折中方案:银行方面会觉得,只要禁止被动收益,他们就不会失去大量流动性。

It's gonna add another layer of a step, but it could be a nice compromise where the banks feel like, you know, they're not gonna lose a ton of liquidity if they just open it up for a ban of passive yield.

Speaker 1

我真正理解双方的立场,但看起来,就连布拉德都在和瑞波的首席执行官讨论,尽管事情没有完全按照他设想的方向发展,他却比以往更加乐观。

I truly see both sides here, but it it seems like I mean, we even have the Brad, talking with the Ripple CEO talking about how even though it's not working out perfectly the way he imagined, he's saying he's more optimistic than ever.

Speaker 1

我认为这笔交易今年一定会达成。

And I do think the deal is gonna get done this year.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我觉得这是一个值得探讨的有趣问题:显然,做决策的是那些立法者和加密领域的核心人物,但结合当前的情况——这仅仅是我大学时上的一门政治科学课中学到的常识——通常在中期选举期间,会出现某种转变。

I think it's a interesting question to pose of like, obviously, you know, there's the people making the decisions, lawmakers and the, you know, the minds that be in crypto, but with what's going on, and this isn't, this is just kind of the expertise from that one political science class I took in college is like traditionally, during midterms, there's some type of switch.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

在任者会失去一些东西。

The incumbents lose something.

Speaker 0

他们会失去席位。

They lose seats.

Speaker 0

他们会失去参议院。

They lose the senate.

Speaker 0

他们还会失去国会。

They lose congress.

Speaker 0

由于上一次选举是压倒性胜利,而目前形势如此,我会在博彩应用上下注,认为一定会有人翻盘。

And because it's it was a sweep from the last election, and the way things are going now, I would be betting on my my betting apps that somebody's gonna flip.

Speaker 0

国会肯定会被翻转,参议院也可能被翻转。

Definitely congress, possibly the senate.

Speaker 0

所以,总的来说,你最终可能会陷入僵局,但这并不坏。

So then, you know, for the most part, you're probably what's gonna you're gonna end up with like a stalemate, which isn't bad.

Speaker 0

从传统角度来看,我们可能要到秋天才能看到更清晰的数据,那时情况会更明朗。

Think traditionally, and we'll probably get more of these stats in the fall when once you see a clear thing.

Speaker 0

但传统上,当国会和参议院陷入僵局时,市场反而会表现良好,因为不会通过任何监管法案。

But I think traditionally, when it's a stalemate in the Congress and Senate, the market's like that because there's no regulation that's gonna pass.

Speaker 0

这纯粹就是僵局。

It's just a stalemate.

Speaker 0

所以未来两年多的规则框架已经明确,你可以放手去干了。

So what the rules of the road are the rules of the road for the next two plus years, and and you can kind of take off running with it.

Speaker 0

但我觉得对于加密货币来说,这很有趣,因为也许这是个个人观点,但在我看来,加密货币圈全面支持特朗普,共和党方面尤其积极倡导,而之前这本是一个两党共同支持的问题。

But I think for crypto specifically, it's interesting because, you know, maybe this is an opinion, but in my opinion, the crypto base went all in on on Trump and definitely kind of more the Republican side was trying to champion it more while it was kind of a bipartisan issue.

Speaker 0

我觉得,毫无疑问,特朗普是加密货币总统。

You know, I think definitely for the White House, it was Trump's the crypto president.

Speaker 0

而且,从价格走势来看,直接看涨就行。

And, you know, I mean, price action wise, just pull it up.

Speaker 0

自从他上任以来,没有任何时候比现在更高了。

Like nothing's higher than when he took office.

Speaker 0

所以这看起来并不太好。

So that's not necessarily a good look.

Speaker 0

至于模因币这一块,我觉得我们的团队在交易特朗普币时表现得很出色,尤其是在动量赚钱者小组里。

And then when it comes to the Memecoin game, you know, I think our team did a great job trading the Trump coin positively, especially in the Momentum Moneymakers group.

Speaker 0

但你知道,有很多人可能进场太晚,结果被狠狠套住了。

But you know, there's a lot of people that probably came in late and might have gotten wrecked by that.

Speaker 0

我认为,如果你抛开个人看法或投资立场不谈,这件事本质上成了另一方的口号——我现在觉得,对方手里有了大量弹药来反加密货币,而这并不是我们希望看到的,对吧?

And I think if you take personal thoughts aside or investments aside, what it is is it's a rallying cry for the other side to it's basically I feel like there's a lot of ammo now for the other side to go anti crypto, which is not what we wanted, right?

Speaker 0

我们一直希望加密货币能成为一个两党共识的问题,是科技的未来。

We always wanted crypto to be a bipartisan issue, the future of technology.

Speaker 0

我认为在专业领域,尤其是在华尔街,人们确实正在采纳它。

Think it is that way in the professional space, especially in Wall Street, you know, adopting it.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得这一点不会改变,但我确实认为你为下一周期反加密人士的集结口号打开了大门。

So I don't think that's going anywhere, but I do think you left the door open for a rallying cry for some anti crypto people coming this next cycle.

Speaker 0

所以小心你许的愿望。

So be careful what you wish for.

Speaker 0

我们所有人诚实地在周一早晨的战术室里得到了想要的结果,但你知道,现在你得想清楚,你到底有多希望这项立法通过?因为《清晰法案》里有些内容是你希望包含的,还是你根本不想它通过?

We all got what we wanted for being honest in the Monday morning quarterback room, but you know, now you gotta know, how bad do you want this legislation to pass because then the Clarity Act and there's things you do want in it or do you not want it to pass?

Speaker 0

因为如果它没通过,而你输了,你知道,你失去了众议院,然后众议院里又多了几个反加密的人,那你几乎就回到了四年前的状态,也许,我想说的是,这种情况不会发生,因为华尔街正在发生的一切,而那是美国经济的命脉。

Because if it doesn't pass and then you lose, you know, you lose the house and then the house gets packed with a couple more anti crypto people, like you're kind of back where you were almost four years ago and maybe, you know, I I guess that's almost to say like that won't happen because of what's going on on Wall Street and that's like the lifeblood of of the American economy.

Speaker 0

但你对这一点有什么看法?

But what what's your thoughts there?

Speaker 0

这算是我最近在脑海中反复思考的一番牢骚,尤其是考虑到即将到来的中期选举。

That was kind of a rant I've been thinking about in my mind recently with with the upcoming midterms.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这个想法很有意思。

It's it's an interesting thought.

Speaker 1

我是说,咱们当初可不就赶上了特朗普上任带来的行情上涨嘛,不然还能有啥?

I mean, we we man, did we get a Trump pump or what?

Speaker 1

你懂的,当初特朗普刚上任的时候,所有人都欢天喜地的,都觉得自己手里的加密货币要涨了。

Like, you know, we were all so euphoric whenever Trump took office and everything for our crypto bags.

Speaker 1

而且他们确实推动通过了一些不错的法案。

And they have they have pushed some good legislation through.

Speaker 1

你知道吗,上周还发生了一件事,就是大卫·萨克斯的事,你有关注吗?

You know, we even had what was it last week where David Sachs did you see that?

Speaker 1

说不定你报道过这件事——大卫·萨克斯的一百三十天人工智能与加密货币沙皇任期结束了,所以他卸任了,但随后他被调任到那个新的顾问职位,也就是联合主席的岗位上。

Maybe you covered that that David Sachs he he completed his hundred and thirty day window as the AI and Crypto Czar, So he stepped down and, but then he was moved into that new advisory or co chairman role.

Speaker 1

所以他依然会深度参与人工智能和加密货币领域的相关决策,不过也有人会说,本届政府和大卫·萨克斯其实做了很多出色的工作。

So he's still going to be heavily involved in AI and crypto decisions, but one could argue, like, this administration and David Sachs, they they did a lot of great things.

Speaker 1

你知道的。

You know?

Speaker 1

我们正在谈论加密货币和区块链在更多应用中的更多曝光,这比以往任何时候都多,这确实是事实。

We're we're we're talking more about crypto and blockchain rails in more apps and more more exposure than we've ever seen before, and that's absolutely true.

Speaker 1

但还有很多事情需要明确,我老是用‘明确’这个词,因为它总在我脑子里,但我们需要一个结构。

But there's also a lot of things that need I keep using the word clarity because it's on my mind, but they we need structure.

Speaker 1

我们需要明确性。

We need clarity.

Speaker 1

而且,是的。

And, yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以他完成了他的130天任期,而且只是因为克雷格,因为我们确实

He so he he completed his hundred and thirty day year tenure, and he And just Just to Craig, because we did we

Speaker 0

实际上我们没报道过这个,但为了澄清一下,这130天是指特别任命职位,对吧?

actually didn't cover this, but to clarify the hundred and thirty days, it's like a special appointee role, right?

Speaker 0

所以当你注册后,一旦开始,你就有一百三十天的时间,之后就结束了。

So it's when you sign up, once you start, you have a hundred and thirty days and then it's over.

Speaker 0

否则,你就得成为内阁的正式成员之类的。

If not, you have to become an efficient official member of the cabinet or or something.

Speaker 0

因为大卫·萨克斯在自己的领域有太多业务要处理,他不想承担这个角色,也不想升级为正式成员,因为那样你就得彻底放弃你的生意。

And because David Sachs has so much, you know, business acumen and things to do in his own world, he didn't wanna do that role or upgrade that role to an official member because then you gotta get rid of your your businesses basically.

Speaker 0

你得把自己从这些业务中抽身出来。

You gotta, you know, off board yourself.

Speaker 0

所以这才有了这一百三十天的任期,但你仍然会以某种身份参与其中,就像你所说的那样。

So that's why it was the hundred thirty day tenure, but still gonna be on in some capacity like you said.

Speaker 0

抱歉,我还要再补充一下。

Sorry to continue though.

Speaker 1

不用。

No.

Speaker 1

你说得对。

You nailed it.

Speaker 1

我想,每当这种事发生时,说实话,这事儿真的很吸引眼球。

I I guess I I whenever this happened, I I you know, again, it's very clickbaity.

Speaker 1

一开始,你会想,天哪。

At first, you're like, oh, man.

Speaker 1

大卫·萨克斯辞职了。

David Sacks stepped down.

Speaker 1

但当你继续读下去,发现他其实是这个新AI委员会的联席主席,和扎克伯格以及这些顶尖人才一起。

But then when you read further that he was like co he's like co chairman of this new AI board, that's with, like, Zuckerberg and all these really bright minds.

Speaker 1

他们依然会深度参与加密货币和人工智能领域,但作为私营部门的一员,这很平常。

They're still gonna be heavily involved with crypto and AI, but being part of the private sector, this is standard.

Speaker 1

你只有130天的任期,事情确实就是这样,但他依然会扮演非常重要的角色。

You only get a hundred and thirty day tenure, and that's exactly what happened, but he's still gonna have a a very large role role.

Speaker 1

话虽如此,我回头想了想。

With that all being said, I I kind of looked back.

Speaker 1

他是否完成了自己该做的事?

Like, did he do what he was supposed to do?

Speaker 1

我会给他打个B。

What what I would grade him as, like, a a b.

Speaker 1

就是B-。

Like, he b b minus.

Speaker 1

就是B。

Like, a b.

Speaker 1

一个扎实的B。

Like, a solid b.

Speaker 1

可能是B-,因为咱们没能把《清晰法案》全面推行下去,但他们推动了很多有利的立法和结构,并且成功落地了。

B minus maybe just because maybe we didn't get this Clarity Act across the ground, but they pushed a lot of favorable legislation and structure and got got it in.

Speaker 1

即使价格回来了,你知道,我们现在的比特币交易价还是大约657万美元,这并不算太差。

And even though the price came back, you know, not we're still trading at, like, a $6,570,000 dollar Bitcoin, which is not a terrible price.

Speaker 1

但当你回看我们当初的位置,自然会让人感觉反应过度。

But from when you look at where we were, of course, it's makes everyone feel very reactionary.

Speaker 1

但我认为他很好地教育了大众,并把许多重要的法案提上了议程。

But I feel like he did a a pretty good job educating people and bringing a lot of important bills to the to the table.

Speaker 1

而且他和我都认为,如果我们能全面推动这项清晰法案,可能会给他打更高的分数,是的。

And he and I do think I would probably grade him a little higher if we got this Clarity Act across the board Yep.

Speaker 1

再快一点。

A little bit faster.

Speaker 1

不过话虽如此,我认为清晰法案前景良好,我相当乐观。

Now with that all being said, I think the Clarity Act's gonna I I'm pretty positive.

Speaker 1

我认为到2026年通过的可能性仍有大约60%,但相比一个月前Jamie Dimon对着记者大喊‘如果Coinbase想做银行,那就该去做银行’的时候,我现在感觉更乐观了。

I think the odds are pretty much still probably a 60% chance in 2026, but I'm feeling more positive about it now than I was a month ago whenever Jamie Dimon screaming at a reporter going, if Coinbase wants to be a bank, they should be a bank.

Speaker 1

因为我理解银行的立场。

Because I understand the bank's point of view.

Speaker 1

他们不希望流动性因为你们只是被动持有就获得巨额奖励而被轻易抹去。

They don't want liquidity to just get wiped out if, you know, you're getting all these massive rewards by just holding it passively.

Speaker 1

但我也能理解加密货币一方的观点。

But I understand the crypto side as well.

Speaker 1

他们会觉得,既然我们能提供这种收益,为什么不提供呢?

They're like, well, we can offer this yield, so why not offer it?

Speaker 1

归根结底,这对散户是有好处的。

It's good for retail at the end of the day.

Speaker 1

总之,我刚刚一股脑儿说了这么多,但我确实认为《清晰法案》是关键信息,而且我们现在似乎非常接近了。

So with that all, where I just kind of verbally vomited on everyone that I I do think the Clarity Act is a key piece of information, and it seems like we're really close right now.

Speaker 1

这似乎会禁止被动持有稳定币,但会以一些细微的方式保留基于活动的奖励,比如点击质押按钮,这样我们就能提供非常可观的收益,吸引更多目光和新用户进入加密货币和稳定币的世界。

And it it it feels like it's gonna ban this passive holding of the stable coin, but there's gonna be a way in just small ways to activity based rewards that they're cutting out, which could be as simple as clicking a staking button where we're gonna be able to offer some really great yield, which is gonna bring even more eyeballs in new entrants to the world of crypto and stablecoins.

Speaker 0

除了我也给他打个B+,前提是《清晰法案》能通过之外,我实在没什么可补充的了。

Couldn't really add anything more other than I would give him a b plus as well with a good Clarity Act.

Speaker 0

至于比特币战略储备,感觉更像是一个面子工程。

And I don't know, the the Bitcoin strategic reserve, it feels like kind of was a vanity act.

Speaker 0

我本想说得严厉一点,但有些听众留言说我们政治立场偏颇,我只是说:嘿,我们只是在报道新闻。

And I I I try to be mean, we got comments from the some of the listeners of thought we were being kind of one-sided politically where I was just saying, hey, we're just covering the news.

Speaker 0

事情就是这样在发生的。

This is what's going on.

Speaker 0

尤其是当你看到的正是你希望看到的结果时,但我想我们上这个节目时,本质上是金融记者。

And and especially when when when kind of, you know, you're getting kind of what it looks like what you wanted, but if we're, you know, we're we're I I think we're financial journalists when we come on this show.

Speaker 0

我们也是交易员。

We're traders as well.

Speaker 0

我们虽然会聊一些交易策略,但至少从我的角度来看,我们也在努力做财经记者,每周把我们讨论的内容整合起来。

We talk book a little bit, but we're also try to be financial journalists, at least from my perspective of trying to, know, every week bring together what we're talking about.

Speaker 0

我得说实话,我当初对比特币战略储备非常兴奋,但感觉它更像是一个面子工程。

And I gotta be honest, like I was super excited about the Bitcoin strategic reserve, but I feel like there was like, it was a vanity project.

Speaker 0

我们甚至都没看到任何审计报告,对吧?

We never even kind of got like an audit, right?

Speaker 0

比如官方审计一下具体的情况。

Like an official audit of what's going on.

Speaker 0

也许背后有某种原因,但我认为至少应该做一次审计,公布美国持有的比特币情况,他们虽然提过‘我们持有这些’,但没具体说明数量。

And you know, maybe there's clap back of a reason why, but I thought that would have been at least a good thing to do is kind of audit the holdings for The US, which they kind of mentioned like here's what we hold, but like not specifically the amount.

Speaker 0

几个月前还有传言说,美国在抛售,有人在抛售,但他们自己都不知道。

And then there was that rumor months ago of like, oh, The US is selling, somebody's selling, they don't know about it.

Speaker 0

后来又有人讨论通过不增加纳税人负担的方式增加比特币战略储备。

And then there was the talks of adding to the Bitcoin strategic reserve through a non cost to the taxpayer.

Speaker 0

先生

Mr.

Speaker 0

卢特尼克本应负责这件事。

Lutnick was supposed to be in charge of that.

Speaker 0

感觉当时仓促启动,现在都快到第二年末了,却什么进展都没有。

It just felt like was a rush to start and then now we're into it, approaching maybe the end of year two and nothing's on the runway.

Speaker 0

时间还很多,也许我会被证明是错的,但作为一名金融记者,我一直在关注那些我期待看到实现的事情,而我认为我们根本没看到。

Still plenty of time, maybe I'll be proven wrong, but you know, as a financial journalist, it's I'm trying to circle back on things that I wanted to see done and we, and I don't think we've really seen it.

Speaker 0

所以你知道,生活就是这样,而《清晰法案》将成为这个故事结局的关键部分,我们会继续为您跟进报道。

So you know, hey, that's the way life goes and you know, the Clarity Act will be a huge part of how this story ends and we'll be here to cover it for you.

Speaker 0

我们先到这里。

We'll wrap up.

Speaker 0

不,抱歉。

No, sorry.

Speaker 0

你先说完,我们再继续。

Finish your thought and we'll move on.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

我只是说,说得真好。

I was just saying, really well said.

Speaker 1

我认为这个政府带来的另一个重要变化是,之前的政府实际上在阻止加密公司在美国开展业务。

And I think another big takeaway that's happened with this administration is that, you know, the past administration that we were like literally like shutting Crypto companies out of like starting businesses in The United States.

Speaker 1

你知道,这些公司正在迁往海外,而我们则明显更加友好,努力让这些加密公司、建设者和Web3生态更集中在美国本土,从而获得所有相关优势。

You know, they're moving overseas and going to elsewhere and we've we've definitely been way more favorable trying to keep these crypto companies of these builders and web three more localized in The United States and building and getting all the advantages of that.

Speaker 1

所以这一点常常被忽视。

So that that is something that goes under noticed.

Speaker 1

但天啊,我真的很想聊聊比特币战略储备。

But man, I I loved to talk about the, Bitcoin strategic reserve.

Speaker 1

我当时对这个想法特别兴奋。

Like, I was so hyped on that.

Speaker 1

那件事当时受到了大量媒体关注。

That was getting so much press.

Speaker 1

我认为一旦市场开始稍微强劲反弹,就会有更多人涌入。

And I do think once the market starts to come back a little bit stronger, we start to see more people flock in.

Speaker 1

我们可能会越来越多地听到相关讨论,或者会听到更多人呼吁美国投资比特币。

We're gonna probably start hearing more and more about it, or we're gonna hear more people clamoring that they want The United States to invest in Bitcoin.

Speaker 1

所以,你知道,我们现在正处于熊市。

So, I mean, you know, we're in a bear market right now.

Speaker 1

所以,你知道,现在是熊市的氛围。

So, you know, it's bear market vibes.

Speaker 1

我们现在在谈论量子计算,而不是战略储备,我记得。

We're talking about quantum computing instead of strategic I remember

Speaker 0

我曾经报道过这个话题。

covering it.

Speaker 0

我记得在年初的一月份就报道过。

I remember covering in the early, like, January.

Speaker 0

那时候,你知道,我们说现在正处于熊市。

It was, you know, oh, we're in a bear market now.

Speaker 0

我们现在处于熊市。

We're in a bear market.

Speaker 0

我就觉得,这是熊市。

I'm like, bear market.

Speaker 0

那时候根本没人谈论熊市。

Was like, nobody's talking about a bear market.

Speaker 0

但最近毫无疑问地感觉这就是个熊市,尤其是加上战争阴云的影响。

And then most certainly most certainly feels like a bear market these days, especially with the fog of war.

Speaker 0

但是啊,当你回想起那些低迷的日子,再看到上涨时,那种感觉会更加甜美。

But, yeah, just it makes it makes the run up that much more sweeter when you remember the down days.

Speaker 0

我记得在FTX时期做播客的时候,一直不停地建设、建设,而在上涨过程中,这真的很有成就感。

Like, I remember when we were doing the pods during, the FTX time and just, you know, kept building, kept building, and it was it's quite rewarding on the way up.

Speaker 0

你得规划好你的交易,执行你的计划,确保自己能抓住上涨机会,懂得止盈,并分清什么是长期投资,什么只是趋势投机。

And you gotta, you know, plan your trades and trade your plans to make sure you're, you know, catching the upside and and profit taking and understanding, you know, what's a long term investment versus what is a momentum moneymaker.

Speaker 0

我们就以这个结束本期节目吧,因为周五我们会邀请Brian和Joe,做一次常规回顾,然后当然还会聊聊后半段的趋势投机机会。

And that's how we're gonna end the show because Friday, we're gonna have Brian, we're gonna have Joe, we're gonna do a normal rundown, and then, of course, talk about a little momentum moneymaker action on the back end.

Speaker 0

meme币市场现在怎么样?

What's going on in the Memecoin streets?

Speaker 0

我知道周五要发布一个重磅更新。

I know we got a wrecked update coming Friday.

Speaker 0

大家都知道,如果你有兴趣在Brian上线时参与动量赚钱项目,我设置了1美元的试用。

And as everybody knows, if you're interested in joining the momentum moneymaker whenever Brian's on, I put a dollar trial.

Speaker 0

1美元。
