I've been so busy.

So what happened?

我现在上了几门优秀生课程。

I'm in, like, a few honors classes.

我的英语荣誉班啊，天哪。

And my English honors, oh my gosh.

我真不建议你们去选英语荣誉班， workload 太重了。

I would never recommend you guys taking English honors because it is so much work.

我本来以为自己英语还不错，结果根本不是。

I thought I was good at English, but no.

我其实没那么厉害。

I am not that good.

不管怎样，我最近过了生日。

Anyways, I also had my birthday party.

有几个人忘了这事，挺让人难过的。

Some people forgot about it, which is like that that's kinda sad.

不过该来的人基本都来了。

But like a an like normal amount of people showed up.

所以还是挺开心的。

So it it was fun.

不过，我妈妈有点生我们的气。

Except, I don't know, my mom got my mom kinda got mad at us for a bit.

但我妈妈经常生气，这很正常。

So but my mom, like, she gets mad a lot.

算了，随她吧。

So whatever.

不管怎样，天哪。

Anyways, so oh my gosh.

这周我特别兴奋。

This week, I am so excited.

这周是我们学校的返校周，我人生第一次参加返校周，真想赶紧打扮起来。

This week is our school's homecoming week, my first ever homecoming week, and I cannot wait to dress up.

第一天就是普通的校服日。

The first day is pretty basic.

穿学校的代表色。

It's our school colors.

我就穿件蓝色的连帽衫吧。

I'm just gonna wear like a blue sweatshirt.

然后星期二是电视角色日。

Then Tuesday, that's TV character day.

我刚买了一条工装裤。

I just bought a pair of cargo pants.

所以我大概就扮成金姆·波瑟尔吧。

So I'm probably just gonna beat Kim Possible.

我知道我不是红发。

I know I am not a redhead.

我是金发。

I'm a blonde head.

我就说她是草莓金发，不是红发好了。

But, like, I'm just gonna say that she's a strawberry blonde instead of a redhead.

其实是不是这样我也不确定，但我们就当是吧。

I mean, I don't know if that's true, but we're just gonna pretend it is.

我还买了红丝绒香水。

I also got red velvet, perfume.

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

味道真的太好了。

It smells so good.

我觉得这香味还挺持久的。

It kinda lasts, I think.

让我想想。

Think.

我觉得它确实留香很久。

I feel like it lasts.

这可不是沐浴与身体工坊那种。

Like, you know, it's not Bath and Body Works.

沐浴与身体工坊的香水根本留不住味。

Bath and Body Works, that does not last.

别人说什么我根本不放在心上。

I don't care what anybody says.

维多利亚的秘密香水比沐浴与身体工坊持久多了。

Victoria's Secret perfume lasts way longer than Bath and Body Works.

虽然沐浴与身体工坊的香味确实很棒，也很独特，我就有一款南瓜拿铁香水。

Even though Bath and Body Works' smells are amazing and so unique, I have a pumpkin spice latte perfume.

有个朋友，说不上多熟吧，她觉得穿南瓜味的香水挺怪的，什么食物饮料都做成香水。

And, you know, this person, she's, like, kinda my friend, meh, but she said, like, it's weird to have any like pumpkin food or drink perfumes.

可我就有这款南瓜拿铁香水，闻起来特别好。

Meanwhile, I have a pumpkin spice latte perfume and it smells good.

所以她怎么说我都无所谓。

So I don't care what she says.

对了，周二我要穿金姆 Possible 的服装去参加学校着装日。

Anyways, so on Tuesday, I'm gonna be Kim Possible for TV day.

周三呢，是双人主题日。

Wednesday, I'm it's like duos.

我和朋友打算扮成牛仔版的芭比和肯。

So me and my friend, we're gonna do Barbie and Ken, like cowgirl Barbie.

我知道很多人选牛仔芭比，因为我去Spirit Halloween的时候，根本找不到牛仔芭比的服装。

I know that most people are doing cowgirl Barbie because when I went to Spirit Halloween, there was no cowgirl Barbie costumes.

亚马逊、沃尔玛还有Party City的货全卖光了。

And everything on Amazon and Walmart were sold out on Party City.

所以我上了亚马逊找。

So what I did is I got on Amazon.

发现有件服装，评分不高，主要是说尺码偏小。

I found out that there's costume, and it was, like, rated bad only because it runs a size small.

我平时穿XS，但所有小号都卖完了，只好买了中号。

And I'm normally an extra small, and, all the smalls were, like, sold out, so I had to get a medium.

我们得想办法把衣服改一改。

So we're gonna try to pin that.

反正里面也得穿点东西，因为不能露皮肤。

I mean, I have to wear something underneath the vest anyway because we can't show skin.

所以我得在里面穿件白衬衫，我觉得。

So I have to wear, like, a white shirt underneath it, I think.

应该是这样。

I think so.

到时候就知道了。

We'll see.

然后星期二，哦不对，是星期四。

And then Tuesday I mean, Thursday.

星期四的主题是各年代，我和朋友们打算扮七十年代。

Thursday's gonna be decades and my me and my friends, we're gonna do seventies.

我们得找个人来扮八十年代。

We gotta get someone to do eighties.

我朋友要扮九十年代，我也想扮九十年代，不过我觉得我穿出来更像两千年初的样子，因为我打算穿《贱女孩》那种造型。

My friend's gonna be nineties and I wanna be nineties, but I mean, I think I do give off 2,000 vibes because I'm gonna wear like kind of a mean girls outfit.

就是粉红色的运动裤，白色背心，再搭一件短款丝绒毛衣。

You know, the pink sweatpants, the white tank top, and like a cropped velvet sweater.

这看起来会挺可爱的。

It's gonna be pretty cute.

说到电视日，我其实想过扮《亢奋》里的卡西。

You know, for TV day, I was actually thinking of doing Cassie from Euphoria.

我是想扮，但说实话，要让人一眼认出是她，还真不容易。

I mean, I would've, but, like, it's kinda hard to, I don't know, guess that it is her.

我本来只打算这么穿，因为很多人都说我长得像西德尼·斯威尼。

But I only was gonna do it because most people say I look like Sydney Sweeney.

我自己倒没觉得像，可人人都这么说。

Like, I don't really see it, but everybody says it.

还有人说我留金发的样子像杰西卡·阿尔芭。

I also got that I look like Jessica Alba with blonde hair.

我不觉得像，因为我看起来不像拉丁裔，而杰西卡·阿尔芭是墨西哥人。

I don't think so because I don't think I look Hispanic because Jessica Alba, she's Mexican.

而且，我真的看不出自己有拉丁裔的长相。

And, like, I don't think I look Hispanic.

她长得更像坦纳。

So she's way Tanner.

我不确定。

I don't know.

到了星期五，我们要穿返校节T恤。

And then Friday, it's gonna be our homecoming shirt.

今年返校节的主题是漫威，所以我们的T恤会印上漫威或者斯坦·李之类的图案。

And our homecoming theme is Marvel, so our shirt's gonna be like a Marvel, Stan Lee, whatever.

星期六就是返校舞会的日子。

And then Saturday, that is the day of our homecoming.

晚上举行。

It's at night.

所以整个星期六，我都会忙着准备晚上七点的舞会。

So like the whole of Saturday, I'm just gonna be preparing for the dance that's at 7PM.

肯定还是会很有趣。

It's still gonna be fun.

我的裙子真的很好看。

I mean, my dress is so pretty.

就是吧，穿起来特别痒。

The thing is, it's, like, really itchy.

就是那种很普通的返校舞会款式。

It's it's kinda like that basic homecoming design.

上面全是亮片。

So it's sequiny.

颜色是深红带点覆盆子的色调。

It's, like, a burgundy raspberry color.

又紧又短。

It's it's tight and it's short.

返校舞会的裙子本来就是这样的。

And that's usually like a homecoming dress anyway.

我不太喜欢那种长长的返校舞会裙。

I don't really like homecoming dresses that are long.

我的意思是，只要够紧就行。

I mean, as long as they're tight.

我觉得就得穿得紧一点才好看。

Like, I feel like they should be tight.

那样才够可爱。

Then it'd be cute.

我也会去参加返校舞会。

And I'm going to the homecoming game too.

还不知道这次舞会的主题是什么。

I don't know what theme that's gonna be.

希望会挺有意思的。

I hope it's, like, fun.

说到返校舞会，我见过太多求婚场面了，都是和我同龄的人。学校都开学六周了，按理说早该找到对象了。

But the thing is with the homecoming dance, I've seen so many homecoming proposals, and I was like, and they're people my age and I'm like, I mean it's been six weeks of school so I guess you could have found a girlfriend or boyfriend by now.

但我真羡慕啊。有个人跟我朋友说，他可能想邀我参加舞会，但他要是得做海报，他就不干了。

But I'm so jealous and this man, like, this boy that kinda like, he told he told my friend that he might ask me to homecoming, but he's not gonna do it if he has to make a poster.

我觉得这样有点过分了。

I'm like, that's kinda mean.

就是说，我也不太确定。

Like, that's I don't know.

不过我也能理解。

I mean, I get that, though.

我不希望搞得太尴尬，毕竟我知道肯定会很尴尬。

I don't want it to be awkward or anything because I know that it would be awkward.

我和那个男生之间发生的事，每次都特别尴尬。

Everything that's happened between me and, like, one guy, it's always been awkward.

但我觉得，我得先把这些尴尬都经历一遍。

But, I mean, I just have to get all the awkwardness out of the system.

我想是吧。

I I guess.

Yeah.

所以现在是周六，接下来好一阵子都没什么空闲周末了，因为之后的几个周末都得去佛罗里达大学看看校园。

So then this is, like right now is Saturday, and it's my last free weekend for, like, a while because the following weekends, have to go to UF, University of Florida, to kinda check out the campus.

再之后的周末，我还得到处跑。

And then I have to the following weekends are, like, I'm gonna have to do travel across.

到处跑？

Like, travel across?

这也太贵了吧。

That's so expensive.

要花一千美元。

It's a thousand dollars.

加起来总共得花一千美元左右。

It's, like, a thousand dollars added up altogether.

这还没算上酒店费用呢。

I think including the cost of hotels.

但就算这样，也才六场比赛或者六个赛事而已。

But still, it's only, like, six games or six tournaments.

我不太清楚一场赛事有多少场比赛，不过无所谓了。

I don't know how many games are in a tournament, but whatever.

我来聊聊我生日时收到的那些东西。

So I'm gonna talk about how like the birthday stuff that I got.

我收到了一些亚马逊礼品卡之类的礼物。

So I got like Amazon gift cards and stuff.

我平时不太用亚马逊，但还是买了一个手机壳。

I don't really use Amazon, but I did buy a phone case.

我现在的手机壳是粉色的，但它是给iPhone 12用的。

My phone case right now is pink, but it's it's a iPhone, like, 12 phone case.

我用的是iPhone XR，所以手机壳 around 摄像头那边特别宽松。

I have the iPhone XR, so it's really spacious around the camera.

我不太喜欢这个。

I don't really like it.

所以我想换一个白色的普通手机壳。

So, I'm gonna get a white regular phone case.

白色算挺普通的吧，但我就是特别喜欢白色。

I mean, white is kinda basic, I guess, but, I mean, I really like white.

它不是我最爱的颜色，但我确实觉得白色算一种颜色。

It's not my favorite color, but I do consider a color.

我不明白怎么有人不把白色当颜色看。

I don't understand how people don't consider white a color.

另外，万圣节我打算去参加别人的派对。

And, anyway, for Halloween, like, I think I'm gonna go to someone's party.

我本来就没打算去要糖，就是想参加个派对。

I mean, I was planning on going to a party anyway for Halloween, not trick or treating.

上期播客里我就提过这事，没错。

I said this in the last podcast, but yeah.

至于电视日，我本来想扮《超级坏》里的角色，那部电影我最爱了，但我不会穿成男生的样子。

And for TV day, I was thinking about doing super bad because super bad's my favorite movie, but I like, I'm not gonna dress as a boy.

我有件McLovin的T恤，但那件衣服太大了。

I have a McLovin shirt, but the McLovin shirt is, like, huge.

另外，我刚做了美甲。

Also, I got my nails done.

说个有趣的事，我去做美甲的时候，那个技师连我的脚趾甲一起做了。

So funny story, when I went to get my nails done, this guy who was doing my nails, he was doing my toes too.

他盯着我的脚说，我的脚指甲太难看了。

And then he was looking at my feet, and he was saying that my toenails were gross.

他说难看是因为指甲太长了。

That they were gross because, like, they were long.

我当时就说：不好意思。

And I was like, I'm sorry.

我心里想：你让我怎么回应这种话？

Because I'm like, how do you expect me to react to that?

我该怎么回答呢？

What do I say?

不是这样的。

Like, no.

才不难看呢。

They're not.

我不想跟你争，怕你把我的指甲油弄花了。

Like, I'm not gonna argue with you because I don't want you to mess up my paint.

我选的是芭比粉，亮晶晶的浅粉色。

But I got a Barbie color, like, light pink sparkly nails.

我没做甲片，因为真的会伤指甲。

I didn't get acrylics because they really do ruin your nails.

会让指甲变得特别脆。

They make them, like, all brittle.

所以我现在的指甲都很短。

So my nails are really short right now.

我不太习惯短指甲。

I'm not used to short nails.

明白吗？

Okay?

我的指甲本来长得特别长。

My nails grow really long.

我的指甲大概两周后就能长回正常长度了。

I mean, I'll just like, they're gonna grow in two weeks probably and be normal size.

到时候我得把甲油胶卸掉，不然会很难看——指甲长出来后，胶水就只盖住一半了。

So then I'm gonna have to take the gel off because the gel will look weird because it's gonna be, like, halfway through my nail because my nails grow back so long.

还有，我真不推荐那个睫毛增长液。

Also, I do not recommend telescopic serum.

我的意思是，不是那个睫毛增长液。

I mean, not telescopic serum.

我推荐的是那个睫毛增长型的睫毛膏。

I recommend telescopic, like, mascara.

我不推荐Grande Lash精华液，虽然它确实能让睫毛变长，但我真因为用它长了麦粒肿。

I do not recommend the Grande Lash Serum because my eyelashes like, they make my eyelashes long, but I literally got a sty from the serum.

这东西太糟糕了。

It well, it's horrible.

现在简直糟透了。

Like, it's so bad right now.

麦粒肿会持续一阵子，得天天热敷，我每天都要敷十五分钟。

Styles last for a while, but you have to put warm compresses on there and I keep doing it for fifteen minutes a day.

太费时间了。

It's so long.

真的花好久。

It takes so long.

但我没办法，再难受也得坚持，实在受不了了。

But, I mean, I'm gonna do what I have to do because I cannot stand this right now.

我不明白，这跟每个人的皮肤类型不一样有关。

I don't understand how because it's it's the different types of stain of skin that people have.

我的皮肤特别敏感。

Like, my skin is really sensitive.

所以这东西堵住了我的毛孔，把油都锁在里面了。

So this really, like, blocked my pores or clogged it with oil.

这就是为什么会长出来。

So that's why it forms.

简直太恶心了。

And it's so gross.

我真的受不了这个。

So I cannot stand that.

我还从抖音商城买了些东西。

Also, I got stuff from TikTok shop.

我买了个卷发棒。

I got the beach waver.

这个卷发棒挺奇怪的，TikTok上特别火，但我的发质跟别人不一样。

The beach waver so weird thing with that is the beach waver's, like, trending on TikTok, but my hair is a different type of texture.

我本来的头发就自带波浪感，但看起来乱糟糟的，所以还得特意打理。

My natural hair is, like, really beach wavy already, but it doesn't look, like, clean, so I have to style it.

可这个卷发棒根本没法让我的头发卷起来，平时用热工具是没用的。

But this beach waver, my hair doesn't normally curl with with heat.

我得靠 overnight 的卷发筒才能卷，用热工具根本没用。

It curls with overnight rollers, but it doesn't curl with heat.

我想不通，我的头发用热工具能拉直，就是留不住卷度。

I don't understand why because my hair straightens with heat, but it doesn't stay curled.

所以我现在也不知道这卷发棒该怎么用了。

So I don't know what I'm gonna do with the beach waver.

我打算继续试试看。

I'm gonna keep testing it out.

本来想在家coming前把头发卷起来，但现在不确定了，因为卷发棒根本卷不动我的头发。

For homecoming, was supposed to curl my hair, but now I don't know because my hair is not like curling with the beach waver.

就是正常状态而已。

It's just being normal.

它展现的是我本来的发质。

Like, it's saying my normal hair.

所以我干脆就直接拉直吧。

So I might just strain it.

我真的不知道。

I do not know.

我买了一个计划本，因为高中第一年最后这六周，我压根儿没用过任何计划本。

And I got a planner because I haven't had a planner at all for this last six weeks of my high school, like, freshman year.

过去这六周，我装得好像有安排似的，其实根本没有。

For the last six weeks, I've been acting like I have an agenda, but I don't.

所以我买了一个这样的。

So I got one of those.

我还顺手买了一个非品牌的斯坦利杯子，因为我的Hydro Flask弄丢了。

And then I got an off brand Stanley Cup too because I lost my Hydro Flask.

所以那个还没到呢。

So that's not coming in yet.

另外，有人知道Kendra Scott那边怎么回事吗？

Also, can someone tell me what's happening with Kendra Scott?

我两周前在网上买了条蛋白石项链，但没收到任何发货信息。

I ordered a opal necklace from Kendra Scott online, and it didn't give me like, I ordered this, like, two weeks ago.

到现在连运单号或者追踪信息都没给。

It didn't give me the shipping number or like a tracking system yet.

页面上显示的是‘N/A’。

It says NA.

我真搞不懂他们是骗人了，还是咋回事，得赶紧弄清楚。

So I'm like, I don't understand if they scammed me or what, but I have to figure this out.

我过几天再更新这个播客吧，现在实在没啥可说的。

So I'll probably update this podcast in a few days because right now, I don't have much to say.

这一周我光顾着忙下周的返校周了。

I'm just I've just been focusing this whole week on next week, on my homecoming week.

But it would just be, like, cute to go with, like, a boy.

但我不会刻意去争取。

But I'm not gonna try hard.

如果他没邀请我，我也不会难过或介意。

I'm not gonna, like, be upset or anything if he doesn't ask me.

因为我知道他一开始退缩了。

Because I know he chickened out at first.

他本来朝我这边走过来，结果又转身走了。

He was coming to my table, and then he decided to not, like, to turn around.

你猜怎么着？

And guess what?

这人故意让我们Snap连续打卡断了。

This man is letting our snap streak end.

现在好了，因为压根没点开我的消息，连续打卡就这么没了。

Like, now, our snap streak ended because he never opened my snap.

他让我消息一直显示未读，整整二十四个小时。

He leaves me undelivered for, like, twenty four hours.

所以我怀疑自己是不是想太多了，一个连消息都搁置二十四小时的人，怎么可能真的喜欢那个女孩呢？

So I think I'm just delusional because there's no way that a man who leaves his crush undelivered for twenty four hours likes the actual girl.

这根本说不通。

Like, that is not true.

现在这情况，纯粹就是个高二男生的幼稚把戏。

This is just like a sophomore player right now.

所以我还是得专心做好自己。

This is why I need to focus on myself.

我真受不了男人，一半时间都忍不了。

I cannot stand men half the time.

其实好多陌生人通过快捷添加加我，但我都不通过。

Like, there there's so many random guys adding me on quick ad, but I do not accept them.

顺便说一句，我不会通过你的好友申请。

I don't accept you on Snapchat, by the way.

除非我跟你聊过天，或者给你发过消息，或者你是我学校里认识的人。

Unless if I talk to you at some point or, like, texted you or you're I'm, like, at my community in my school.

你懂的。

You know?

反正我平时在 Snapchat 上也不会主动跟你聊，除非我们当面见过。

Either way, I mean, I don't really talk to you on Snapchat that much unless if we talk in person.

不过呢，就是这样。
