It's it's basically the point of the book.

但书的主要观点是：你越不在乎，当你不在意别人的看法时，实际上你会变得更强大，获得更多成功，别人会更尊重你，你也更有说服力。
But the the the main point of the book is that the less you care, when you don't care what other people think, you actually become stronger, you get more success, other people respect you more and you are more persuasive.

They can feel that you don't care and so it actually makes you like they see that you they see you as being stronger.

There is truth in this.
