Mindfulness speaks to being present, staying in the moment. Right? We are too scared of a future that is yet to come and that's not a real fear.
我们更应该害怕的,是那些已经到来并成为过去的未来,因为它们无法改变。未来只是一个概念,一种想法,而真正的现实存在于当下,存在于今天。因此,未来就藏在你今天的行动中,因为昨天曾经是明天,而今天则是不断延续的明天。所以,去跟那个人谈谈,去学习那个技能,立刻做你该做的事,保持友善,别因为过度沉溺于未来而失去身边的人。提升。
We should be more afraid of a future that comes and becomes past but cannot be changed because the future it's only a concept it's an idea and the reality is actually in the present the reality is today hence the future is in the picture the image is first about what you do today because yesterday was once tomorrow and today is a continuous tomorrow. So talk to that person, learn that skill, just do whatever you have to do in the present, be friendly and ensure you don't lose people because you're so ghosted in the future. Elevate.
