10 Laws for Manifesting Your Dream Life

Speaker 0

大家好,欢迎来到星球Em。

Hello, my friends, and welcome to Planet Em.

Speaker 0

这期节目要聊的是我生活中始终坚持的十件事,以及我绝对不做的十件事。

This episode is all about the 10 things that I always do and I never do when living my life.

Speaker 0

这些是我在这段叫做人生、这场游戏的旅程中,慢慢领悟并始终坚守的准则。我发现,只要坚持这些原则,我就能过上最好的生活。

These are sort of the 10 principles that I have learned to always stay true to as I navigate this journey called life, this game, and I've found that these principles really hold true for me, and as long as I am sticking to them, I am able to live my best life.

Speaker 0

当然,人总会偶尔偏离轨道,但只要我守住这十条原则,我就一切顺利。

And of course, we we tend to stray sometimes, but as long as I am sticking to these 10 principles, I'm doing I'm doing great.

Speaker 0

我很高兴能和你们分享这些原则,因为我以前也讲过。

And I'm excited to share these principles with you because I've shared them in the past.

Speaker 0

我曾在我的社群和教练项目里办过一次语音辅导,当时分享了这十条准则,还开玩笑称它们为‘Emism十诫’。

I actually held a coaching call in my community and coaching program, Minecraft, and I shared my 10 principles, and I actually jokingly called them the 10 Laws of Emism.

Speaker 0

其实这些准则,不管你怎么称呼它们,都是源于我之前的一场哲学讨论。有人当时说:‘这可不符合某某主义的法则。’

And actually these laws or principles, whatever it is that you want to call them, they're they were born because I got into this philosophical discussion a while back and someone tried to tell me, oh, but that doesn't fall under the law of blah blah blah ism.

Speaker 0

你知道,哲学家们各有各的理论,什么决定论啊、宿命论啊,五花八门。

And you know, philosophers, they all have their different, you know, determinism and whatever.

Speaker 0

我当时就在心里想:好吧,我可不会把自己塞进你所说的那种哲学分类里,因为我就是我,我有自己的生活哲学,我就叫它‘Emism’,我要搞清楚属于我的这十条原则或十条法则,明白吗?

I just remember thinking to myself, okay, well, I don't put myself in the category or the box of whatever philosophical thing that you're talking about because I'm me, and I have my own philosophy of life, and I'm gonna call it Emism, and I'm gonna figure out what my 10 principles or my 10 laws of Emism are, alright?

Speaker 0

所以这就是它们的由来,这十条原则就这么诞生了。一开始,这纯粹是我为了自娱自乐搞出来的小玩意儿,结果帮到了我自己,后来我在社群里分享了,大家在语音通话里都特别喜欢,纷纷让我打出来发给他们,说要打印出来贴在墙上——真的是认真的。

So that's how this was born, That's how these 10 principles were born and you know, it all kind of started as a little bit of a just a fun thing for me to create that helped me and then I shared it with everyone in my community and everyone in my community loved it so much on the call that they were asking me to type it up and send it to them so they could print it out and put it on their wall, like genuinely.

Speaker 0

于是我心想,也许其他人也想听听这些。

So I was like, maybe everybody else would wanna hear them too.

Speaker 0

那咱们现在就来聊聊我始终坚持或坚决不做的这十条原则。

So let's dive into the 10 principles that I always or never do.

Speaker 0

不过在开始之前,我想稍微停一下,因为刚才我提到了Minecraft,如果你有兴趣加入我的教练项目或社群,接受我一对一的指导,随时向我提问,那我有一个特别棒的项目,已经彻底改变了很多人的生活。

Before we dive into them though, I do just wanna take a pause to say, because I was just talking about Minecraft, if you are ever interested in joining my coaching program or community, being coached personally by me, getting to ask me questions, then I have an amazing coaching program and community that has completely transformed so many lives.

Speaker 0

我亲眼看着一些人从全职工程师,变成了带着自己的事业环游世界的人。

I've watched people go from full time engineers to traveling the world with their own business.

Speaker 0

我也见过一些人加入时根本不知道自己想要什么,感觉空虚迷茫,后来找到了人生目标,不仅如此,还创办了自己梦想中的非营利组织。

I've watched people join without really knowing what their purpose is and feeling unfulfilled and finding their purpose and not only that but starting their dream non profit after finding their purpose.

Speaker 0

很多人的人生发生了翻天覆地的变化,比如干脆辞职创业——这听起来有点不可思议,因为我压根没想搞这个项目来帮人逃离不适合自己的生活。但仔细想想,当你真正认识了自己,发现了内在的力量,自然就会放下那些不属于你的东西,去追逐真正让你兴奋、让你发光的事,而这些人,正是这样做的。

It's people have just completely transformed their lives, like so many people like have quit their jobs and started businesses which is kind of crazy because I genuinely never I didn't create this program to, you know, help people leave behind things that they weren't meant for, but it makes sense that when you find yourself and you discover your true power that you leave behind the things that aren't meant for you and you go after the things that excite you and light you up, and that's what these people are doing.

Speaker 0

如果你感兴趣,可以先关注 Minecraft 的 Instagram,另外,每次我免费大师课结束时,我都会开放 Minecraft 的加入通道。

So if you are ever interested in that, you can one, follow Minecraft on Instagram, but also, I open the doors to Minecraft at the end of my free master classes.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我现在定期举办大师课,带大家一步步走完我找到自我、发现人生目标、激活内在力量,以及重塑思维以过上理想生活的十个步骤。

So I currently host master classes where I'd walk everybody on the class through my 10 step process for finding yourself, finding your purpose, finding your true power, and rewiring your brain to living your best life.

Speaker 0

这十个步骤其实就是我亲身用来彻底改变人生的那套方法,后来我把它整理成课程和教练项目,效果简直惊人。

It's actually the 10 step process that I personally use to completely transform my life, and then I put it into a course, into a coaching program, and the results have been insane.

Speaker 0

不过呢,这堂课完全是免费的。

So anyway, it's a free class though.

Speaker 0

我会亲自在线直播,把所有内容毫无保留地分享给大家,全程线上进行。

I actually have I give it all to you for free live, and it's virtual.

Speaker 0

如果你也想了解这套方法,不妨来参加我的一堂课。

So if you're ever interested in just learning that process too, come to one of my classes.

Speaker 0

真的完全免费。

It is literally free.

Speaker 0

然后别走开,最后我会做个现场问答。

And then stay till the end, I do a live q and a at the end.

Speaker 0

特别有意思。

It's super fun.

Speaker 0

我老是会跑题,说到哪儿算哪儿。

It's I always kinda just go on these tangents.

Speaker 0

别人问我一些随机的问题,我就顺着聊下去,一聊就是十几二十分钟,自己玩得开心,大家也都很开心。

People ask me random questions and then I'll go on a side tangent for ten, twenty minutes of answering people's questions and I end up having a really good time and everyone has a really good time there.

Speaker 0

如果你对课程、提问,或者想加入我的Minecraft社群,那就来参加吧。

So if you're interested in the class and asking me questions and joining Minecraft, come to the class.

Speaker 0

我也会在最后开放Minecraft的入口。

I open the doors to Minecraft at the end as well.

Speaker 0

咱们现在来讲讲过上理想生活的十大原则。

Let's get into the 10 principles for living your best life.

Speaker 0

第一条:挑对你有用的,其他的就放下。

Number one is to take what resonates and leave what doesn't.

Speaker 0

我觉得这个排在第一特别合适,因为我希望你们在接下来听我分享的每一个原则时,都能保持这种心态。

I think this is super appropriately numbered number one because I want you to also keep this mindset as we go throughout all of these numbers, all of these principles that I'm about to share with you.

Speaker 0

根据这条原则,我觉得最该告诉你们的一句话就是:相信你的直觉,听从你内心的声音。

I think the best piece of advice that I could give you based on this principle is to always listen to your intuition, and follow your own heart.

Speaker 0

最糟糕的事,就是别人说你该怎么做,你就照着做,完全听别人的安排来过你的人生。

The worst thing that you could do is do what they tell you you should do, and listen to what somebody else thinks you should do with your life.

Speaker 0

这真的是最糟的选择之一。

That's one of the worst things that you could do.

Speaker 0

我大学刚入学的时候,就干过这种事。

It's something that I personally did in the beginning of my academic journey when I went to college.

Speaker 0

不过我很快就改了方向,转去学神经科学——当时纯粹是因为这名字听着酷,我压根儿没听说过这专业,结果一接触就爱上了。后来的事你们都知道了,现在我成了一个知名的神经科学家、教练、创业者,各种身份都有。

Obviously I switched up very quickly, and then switched to neuroscience, which just sounded cool to me, I had never even heard of neuroscience at the time, and immediately fell in love, and obviously the rest is history, because now I'm a very well known neuroscientist, trained neuroscientist, and coach, and entrepreneur, and all the things.

Speaker 0

但我做决定的时候,听的是自己的想法,是自己的心,而不是别人说‘你这么聪明、理科这么好,就该去当医生’那种话。

But it was listening to what I wanted, listening to my own heart, rather than doing what everybody else told me I should do, like, oh, you're smart, and you're really good at science, you should just become a doctor.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

那就是我走过的路。

And that was the journey that I was on.

Speaker 0

所以,你永远应该相信自己的直觉,而不是别人给的建议。

And so you should always listen to your own intuition over the advice of anybody else.

Speaker 0

永远都是。

Always.

Speaker 0

哪怕是在科学和研究这件事上也是如此。

Even when it comes to science and research.

Speaker 0

很多人把研究论文当圣经,但事实是,每项研究都有例外和个体差异,一项研究得出的结论,并不意味着对你也适用。

You know, so many people will live and die by a research paper, but the truth is that there are outliers and individual differences in every single study, and just because a study shows something, that doesn't mean that that is actually what's true for you.

Speaker 0

每个人都不一样。

Everybody's different.

Speaker 0

每个人都不一样。

Everybody's different.

Speaker 0

我以前跟人讨论过,我曾经辅导过的一个学员特别关注健身和私人训练,他有一套自己的观点,但我跟他说,其实我不太一样,因为我发现我自己特别容易长肌肉。

I've gotten into discussions before about how someone someone that actually I used to coach was into fitness and personal training, and he had one stance on fitness, and I was like, well, actually, you know, I I I'm a little different because I've found personally that I actually build muscle really quick.

Speaker 0

我就是这种人。

I'm that type.

Speaker 0

我家里人都很爱运动。

I come from a, like, a very athletic family.

Speaker 0

我有两个兄弟,俩人都练体育,打冰球,所以我从小就很活跃,体型也偏运动型。

Both I have two brothers and both of them were athletes, played hockey, and so I just have always been athletic and have a more athletic build, will say.

Speaker 0

我不确定是不是真的这样。

I don't know if that's actually the case.

Speaker 0

也许吧。

Maybe not.

Speaker 0

我特别容易长肌肉,只要去健身房练一次,就能看到变化,我就是这样的。

But I build muscle really easily, and if I go to the gym, I do see a difference after one time, and that's just me.

Speaker 0

也可能是心理作用,或者我的想法在起作用。

Could also be in my mind, could be my mindset.

Speaker 0

我真的很相信这一点。

I really believe.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我真的相信自己能很快改变,所以我真的去做了。

I really believe that I could transform that quickly, and so I do.

Speaker 0

不过话说回来,我想表达的是,我并不认同你的观点。

But anyway, again, my point here is that I was like, I don't agree with you.

Speaker 0

我属于另一种情况,而他持那种看法,我就想,好吧,那是你的看法。

I'm in a different case, and he had this one stance, I was like, okay, well, that's your truth.

Speaker 0

但这并不意味着那就是我的看法。

That doesn't have to mean that that's my truth.

Speaker 0

所以,你应该只吸收那些让你有共鸣的东西,放下那些不认同的。

And so you should always take what resonates with you and leave what does not.

Speaker 0

这适用于所有事情,我觉得如果你强迫自己只接触那些你百分百同意的内容、只读你完全认同的书、只听你全盘接受的人,那你就把自己封闭了,错过了太多信息。

It's true for everything, and I think that if you force yourself to only consume content, or only read things, or listen to people that you agree a 100% of the things on, then you're closing your mind to so much information.

Speaker 0

你是在把自己封闭起来,错失太多东西。

You're closing your mind to so much.

Speaker 0

我 personally 研究过很多不同的灵性修行和信仰体系。

I personally have studied many different spiritual practices and spiritualities.

Speaker 0

我曾去寺庙学习,跟僧人修行,也让自己置身于各种情境中,保持开放的心态,因为我喜欢学习——但这并不意味着我学到的每一样东西都得用在自己身上,或者把它变成我的事。

I've I've spent time studying at temples and learning under monks, and I I've been able to put myself in different situations and be very open minded because I like to learn and then that doesn't mean that everything I learn I have to apply to my own life or make it about me.

Speaker 0

我只取那些让我有共鸣的,放下那些不契合的。

I can take what resonates and leave what does not.

Speaker 0

要想取舍有道,你得先知道什么真正触动你,而这就要求你了解自己。

Now in order for you to take what resonates, you need to know what resonates with you and therefore you need to know yourself.

Speaker 0

这说起来是另一回事了,得另开一集细聊,但如果你想听从直觉、做出选择,你得先明白自己的直觉到底在说什么,而这需要你向内探索。

And that is a whole other story, whole other topic for a different episode, but in order to take what resonates with you, in order to listen to your own intuition, you need to know what your intuition is even telling you, and that requires that you tap into yourself.

Speaker 0

取其精华,去其糟粕。

Take what resonates, and leave what does not.

Speaker 0

第二点,永远别为了获得别人的认可而背叛自己。

Number two, is to never betray yourself for validation.

Speaker 0

别人觉得你傻、天真、不靠谱,这些都无所谓。

I don't care who's going to think you're dumb, or silly, or stupid, it really doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

永远不要为了获得认可而背叛自己。

Never betray yourself for validation.

Speaker 0

过去,我那些曾经的自己,总是怀疑自己,质疑自己的立场、信念,或者自以为知道的东西,然后我就在那儿否定自己,因为我让别人影响了我,让我开始怀疑那些我明明知道是真实的事。

I've found myself in the past, the past past versions of me, I've found myself questioning myself, questioning my stances or my beliefs or what I know, and then I'm over here invalidating myself, and then I'm over here invalidating myself because I'm allowing this person to make me question what I know to be true.

Speaker 0

以前我常这么做,但随着时间推移、不断练习和建立对自己的信任,我现在已经不像过去那样轻易怀疑自己了。这和为了取悦别人而背叛自己不完全一样,但后者往往表现为讨好他人、做别人希望你做的事,或者改变自己的行为,只为让别人认同你、觉得和你相处更舒服。

And so that's something that I used to do, and through time and practice and self trust, I have come to this point now where I don't question myself the way that I used to, and that might be slightly different from betraying yourself for validation, but betraying yourself for validation looks like people pleasing, and doing what other people want you to do or changing your behavior so that other people agree with you or feel more comfortable to be around you.

Speaker 0

这其实挺可笑的。

It's actually kind of hilarious.

Speaker 0

我现在正好有个特别有趣的例子想分享,因为我还在用 Snapchat,就是喜欢翻看自己的旧记忆,看着自己一路走来的变化,真的特别有感触。

I have a super funny example to share right now because I still go on Snapchat because I like to watch my memories and it's just really cool to see my own transformation and to see how far I've come.

Speaker 0

几天前,我看到一段四年前还在读博士时的视频。

I this memory came up a couple days ago of like four years ago when I was in the PhD.

Speaker 0

视频里我在讲一个故事,说的是课堂上学到关于精神分裂症和动物模型的事,讲的是研究精神分裂症、开发治疗方法有多难,因为你在动物身上做药物试验时,总不能问它:‘你有没有幻觉?’

It was a video of me telling this story about how I was in this classroom learning about schizophrenia and animal models for schizophrenia and how it's really hard to study schizophrenia and develop treatments for it because if you're testing drugs in an animal model, you can't just ask an animal if it's hallucinating.

Speaker 0

我们在课堂上就是这么学的:你没法问动物它有没有幻觉。

And we were learning about this in class, like you can't ask an animal if it's hallucinating.

Speaker 0

在这段视频里,我接着说,我第一反应就是:为啥不请些灵媒来,直接问动物有没有幻觉呢?

And in this video, I go on to explain that, you know, my immediate thought is, well, why don't we just bring in some psychics and have them ask the animals if they're hallucinating or not?

Speaker 0

然后我又说,全班人都笑了,但我根本不在乎,因为这些人根本看不到可能性,也不愿意接受,而我要证明什么是可能的。

And then I go on to say, and everybody in the class laughed, but I don't care because none of these people recognize or are open to what is possible, and I'm going to show what's possible.

Speaker 0

这段视频是我四年前录的。

That's a video that I recorded four years ago.

Speaker 0

我看完这段视频笑得不行,简直不敢相信自己当年居然敢在一群攻读博士的科学家面前说出这种话,我真的在想:天啊,我以前胆子这么大。

I bust out laughing watching that video because I could not believe that I said that out loud in a room full of scientists getting their PhDs, I genuinely was like, damn, I used to be so bold.

Speaker 0

我敢在那种场合说这种话,简直胆大包天。

Like, I was bold as hell for saying that.

Speaker 0

真是不可思议。

It's crazy.

Speaker 0

不过说来好笑,这话其实一点都没错。

And and it's funny though because it's so true.

Speaker 0

那些科学家当初说我不可能做到的事,现在看来,好多都成真了。

So many things that those those same scientists, those same people told me I couldn't do.

Speaker 0

他们不让我去追求另一条职业道路。

They told me not to go off and pursue this other career.

Speaker 0

他们确实对在社交媒体上做内容指手画脚,但我很庆幸自己从未为了别人的认可而背叛自己的信念和内心所知。

They definitely judged creating content on social media and I'm so glad that I never betrayed myself and my beliefs and what I know for validation from others.

Speaker 0

把认可留给自己。

Give that validation to yourself.

Speaker 0

别让任何人质疑你的真实感受和你内心的想法。

Don't let anybody question your truth and how you feel.

Speaker 0

你值得被肯定,更应该自己肯定自己。

You deserve to be validated, and you should validate yourself.

Speaker 0

把认可留给自己。

Give that validation to yourself.

Speaker 0

你有权利感受你正在感受的一切。

You're allowed to feel how you feel.

Speaker 0

你有权利思考你正在思考的一切。

You're allowed to think what you think.

Speaker 0

当然了,如果有人说了什么让你产生疑问,那就自己去查一查。

Now, of course, if somebody says something that makes you wonder or question, like, yeah, do your own research.

Speaker 0

看看有没有可能,你想要调整一下自己的感受或想法。

See if maybe you want to change what you feel or think.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

但这终究得你自己决定。

But that's up to you.

Speaker 0

别让别人逼你去做这种改变。

Don't let anybody else force you into doing that.

Speaker 0

第三点,就是现在就活出最好的自己。

Number three is to live as the highest version of yourself right now.

Speaker 0

这其实是一种身份转变的思路,说白了就是‘假装你已经是那样’。

This is sort of an identity shifting principle, but it really is the concept of act as if.

Speaker 0

把自己活成那个最优秀的你。

Embody the highest version of you.

Speaker 0

那个拥有全部的你,是什么样子?

Who is the version of you who has it all?

Speaker 0

他们会怎么思考?

What do they think like?

Speaker 0

他们会怎么说话?

What do they talk like?

Speaker 0

他们会怎么行动?

What do they move like?

Speaker 0

他们的习惯是什么?

What are their habits?

Speaker 0

他们的日常安排是怎样的?

What are their routines?

Speaker 0

他们身边都围着什么样的人?

Who are the type of people they surround themselves with?

Speaker 0

那个你,到底是谁?

Who is that version of you?

Speaker 0

找到那个什么都有了的你,然后照着那样去行动。

Who is the version of you who has it all, and then act like them.

Speaker 0

这是第三个原则。

That's principle number three.

Speaker 0

现在就活出你最优秀的版本。

Live as the highest version of you right now.

Speaker 0

你越常这么做,就越能看到生活发生改变。

The more often that you can do that, the more you will see your life change.

Speaker 0

我亲眼见证了自己生活的转变。

I have watched my life change.

Speaker 0

我下定决心,要像那个什么都有了的自己那样行事,从此生活发生了巨大转变。

I've made dramatic shifts from deciding that I'm gonna act like the version of me who has it all.

Speaker 0

认定结果是必然的。

Decide that the outcome is inevitable.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

无论你现在正面对什么挑战,无论你正在经历什么困难。

Whatever challenge you're facing, whatever problem that you're going through right now.

Speaker 0

如果我告诉你,在未来两年、五年、十年内——具体多久不重要,由你来定——你一定会达成目标,你会怎么想?

What if I were to tell you that sometime in the next two years, five years, ten years, it doesn't matter, whatever you decide.

Speaker 0

在未来十年里,你注定能实现你的目标,那你会怎么行动?

That sometime in the next ten years, you were guaranteed to achieve your goal.

Speaker 0

那你今天会怎么做事?

How would you move today?

Speaker 0

大概会少很多压力,少很多担忧,少焦虑,少胡思乱想,也会轻松很多。

Probably with a lot less stress, a lot less worry, less anxiety, less overthinking, probably with a lot more ease.

Speaker 0

所以,就认定这件事已经板上钉钉了。

So decide that that's it.

Speaker 0

你也会更有信心地去行动。

You'd probably move with a lot more confidence too.

Speaker 0

所以,认定你的梦想终将实现,然后就照那样去行动。

So decide that the dream outcome is inevitable, so move like that.

Speaker 0

就这样去做。

Move like that.

Speaker 0

如果这件事注定会发生呢?

What if it were inevitable?

Speaker 0

如果它一定会实现呢?

What if it was guaranteed to happen?

Speaker 0

那你今天会怎么生活?

How would you live your life today?

Speaker 0

你可能会更有动力去真正朝着它努力。

Maybe you might be more motivated to actually go work toward it.

Speaker 0

第四点,要从直觉出发塑造你的身份,而不是模仿别人。

Number four is to build your identity from intuition, not imitation.

Speaker 0

别去照搬别人的做法。

Don't copy other people.

Speaker 0

别因为看到别人这么做,你就跟着做。这一点在我做内容创作时特别重要。

Don't do what other people do because you see them doing it, you know, this is something for me in the content creation world.

Speaker 0

我一向觉得,对我而言最好的方式就是别乱刷,如果我要上社交媒体找灵感或内容点子,我就只看我自己的主页。

I have always found that it's best for me to just stay off and not like, if I'm gonna go on social media and get inspired for an idea or content, I'm scrolling my own page.

Speaker 0

当然,也有其他创作者能激励我、启发我,让我想到些新东西,但当你在塑造自己的身份,决定想做什么、想去哪里、想从事什么工作、想养成哪些习惯时,一定要靠直觉来决定。

Now, yes, there are other creators that motivate me or inspire me or make me think about different things, but when you are trying to build your identity and trying to decide what you wanna do, where you wanna go, what you want your job to be, what habits you wanna pick up, Build that through intuition.

Speaker 0

靠直觉,而不是模仿别人。

Do that through intuition and not through imitation.

Speaker 0

只要你是因为看到别人在做才去追,就可能潜意识觉得:他们做了,过得开心满足,那我也该做,这样我也会开心满足。

Because as long as you're chasing something because you saw somebody else doing it, you might unconsciously think because they're doing it and they're happy and they're fulfilled, then I should do it too because then I'll be happy and fulfilled too.

Speaker 0

这过程可能根本不是有意识的,但不妨停一下,问问自己:我现在真正想要的是什么?

Might not even be a conscious process, but take a moment and think, what are my goals right now?

Speaker 0

我正在朝什么方向走?

What am I moving toward?

Speaker 0

我这么做,是因为我真的想要这些,还是因为它们真的契合了最好的自己?

And am I moving toward these things because I actually want them, because they're actually aligned with the highest version of me?

Speaker 0

当我想象那个最好的自己时,他到底是什么样子?

Like when I think of my best self, who that is?

Speaker 0

这种行为、这个行动、这个目标、这个新习惯,真的符合那个方向吗?

Does this behavior, does this action, does this goal, does this new routine align with that?

Speaker 0

这真能帮我去到自己想去的地方吗?

Is that gonna help me get to where I really wanna go?

Speaker 0

还是我只是因为看到别人这么做,才跟着做的?

Or am I doing it because I saw somebody else doing it?

Speaker 0

用直觉塑造自己,别靠模仿。

Build your identity through intuition and not through imitation.

Speaker 0

第五点,把每一个信念都当成可以升级的软件。

Number five, treat every belief as upgradable software.

Speaker 0

信念是可以选择的。

Beliefs can be chosen.

Speaker 0

你完全可以换一套新的信念。

You can just choose new beliefs.

Speaker 0

今天你相信一件事,不代表明天你还得信它。

Just because you believe something today doesn't mean you have to believe it tomorrow.

Speaker 0

信念就是你的大脑认为是真的那些想法。

Beliefs are thoughts that your brain thinks is true.

Speaker 0

我有过内容创作陷入瓶颈的时候,就在那儿瞎哼哼,然后突然就卡住了,完全没状态。

I have had situations where I am in content creation ruts, I'm over here just like, la la la la, and then I don't know, I'm just not there.

Speaker 0

我的视频表现得不好。

My videos aren't going well.

Speaker 0

点击量上不去,我也觉得自己没达到内心对我的期待。

They're not performing, and I'm not living up to what I think that I can live up to for myself.

Speaker 0

有一天,我干脆决定:好吧,我就选个不一样的信念来相信。

And one day, I just decided, okay, I'm just gonna choose to believe in something different.

Speaker 0

我就相信算法终会眷顾我,也相信自己会更常有灵感。

I'm just gonna choose to believe the algorithm is just gonna work for me, and I'm gonna choose to believe that I'm inspired more often.

Speaker 0

我相信自己正在往上走。

I'm gonna choose to believe that I am on I'm on an uphill.

Speaker 0

我正走在上坡路上。

I'm I'm going uphill.

Speaker 0

从这一刻起,我选择相信一切都在变好。

From this moment forward, I'm choosing that things are going up.

Speaker 0

就在那之后,情况真的开始好转了。

And right after that, things went up.

Speaker 0

我觉得那个月我涨了几十万粉丝,很多人都来问我。

I think that month I gained couple 100,000 followers and I had people asking me.

Speaker 0

我跟编辑和经纪人去参加了一个读书会,他们问我:你怎么做到的?

I went to a book meeting with my editor and my agent and they were like, what's going on?

Speaker 0

你到底是怎么做到的?

How are you doing it?

Speaker 0

我就说,我只是决定换一种信念去看待事情。

And I said I just chose to believe something different.

Speaker 0

你的大脑会根据你相信的东西来过滤现实。

Your brain filters your reality based on what you believe.

Speaker 0

你的大脑会构建你所看到的一切,对吧?

Your brain builds what you see, right?

Speaker 0

因为你不是用眼睛看世界,而是用大脑去感知世界。

Because you don't see the world with your eyes, you see the world with your brain.

Speaker 0

你看到的画面,其实是大脑构建出来的。

Your brain constructs the image that you see.

Speaker 0

只要你改变自己的信念,你看到的现实也会跟着改变。

You change what you believe, then you change what you see in the physical world.

Speaker 0

你所经历的一切,也会随之改变。

You change what you experience.

Speaker 0

我见过有人在《我的世界》里相信自己一定能找到停车位,结果开车进城时,真的就找到了空位。

I've had people in Minecraft choose to believe that parking spots are gonna be available for them, and then they're driving to the city and parking spots are available for them.

Speaker 0

我有个学生,特别想跟你们分享她的故事。

I've had one specific I have one student in Minecraft specifically that I'm thinking of.

Speaker 0

她决定相信,每次坐飞机时,旁边的中间座位都会是空的。

She has a really cool story of she decided to believe that the middle seat on an airplane was always empty next to her.

Speaker 0

当然,当你想建立新信念的时候,有时得先放下那些和它冲突的旧想法,对吧?

Now, of course, when you want to choose new beliefs, sometimes you need to do the work to to throw out the old beliefs that contradict them, right?

Speaker 0

或者给你的大脑提供相反的证据。

Or give your brain evidence of the opposite.

Speaker 0

但这位学生决定相信,飞机上邻座的中间座位总是空着的。

But this one student, she decided to believe that the middle seat on an airplane was always empty next to her.

Speaker 0

那个月她频繁出行,连续坐了三趟航班,每次旁边中间的座位都是空的。

She was traveling a lot that month and she went on three flights in a row and the middle seat was next to her empty next to her every single time.

Speaker 0

到了第四趟航班,中间座位有人坐了,但她依然坚持自己的信念。

And then her fourth flight, there was somebody sitting in the middle seat, but she decided to keep her belief strong.

Speaker 0

她决定牢牢守住这个信念。

She decided to hold it strong.

Speaker 0

她心想:我永远都有空位。

She's like, I always have space.

Speaker 0

结果坐在中间的人抱怨了,后来被调换了座位。

And the person in the middle seat complained and they got moved.

Speaker 0

你无权决定什么是可能的,什么是不可能的。

It's not up to you to decide what is possible and what is not possible.

Speaker 0

你唯一能决定的,就是你真正想要什么,然后去相信它。

All that is up to you is to decide what it is that you want and then believe in it.

Speaker 0

你不必沿袭从小就被灌输的那些想法,完全可以换新的。

You don't have to keep the same beliefs that you grew up with, you can change them.

Speaker 0

关于信念,还有一点:所有的信念其实都是限制性的。

And one more thing about beliefs, all beliefs are limiting beliefs.

Speaker 0

你持有的每一个信念都在限制你,把你框在某个范围里。

Every single belief that you have is a limiting belief, because it limits you to something, it puts you in a box.

Speaker 0

所以,真正该做的,是想清楚你希望被框在哪个范围里。

And so, really the work is deciding what box do you want to be in?

Speaker 0

你希望被什么样的限制所束缚?

Which box do you want to be limited to?

Speaker 0

然后在脑子里建立那些让你困在那个范围里的信念。

And then wire beliefs into your brain that limit you to that box.

Speaker 0

我就是通过重塑自己的信念,彻底改变了人生。

I've completely changed my life rewiring my beliefs.

Speaker 0

我从以前充满匮乏感的生活,慢慢调整心态,做内在疗愈,摆脱了所有限制性信念,换上了新的信念,让我更靠近理想的财务状态。

I went from having such a scarcity mindset and living that way to rewiring and doing shadow work on and removing all the limiting beliefs and putting in new limiting beliefs that limit me to better financial status.

Speaker 0

通过重塑大脑里的信念,我的生活方方面面都彻底改变了。

Completely changed my life in so many areas through wiring new beliefs into my brain.

Speaker 0

第六点是,你要把自己的经历浪漫化。

Number six is that you should romanticize your own experience.

Speaker 0

把每件事都变成一种氛围。

Make everything a vibe.

Speaker 0

把每件事都当成电影里的场景。

Make everything a movie scene.

Speaker 0

让每件事都充满乐趣。

Make everything feel fun.

Speaker 0

别只是闷头看书。

Don't just sit down and read your book.

Speaker 0

坐下来,点支蜡烛,放一首和你读的书氛围相符的音乐。

Sit down, light a candle, play music that matches the vibe of the book you're reading.

Speaker 0

或许再点一盏氛围灯。

Maybe put even on a little aura lamp.

Speaker 0

我有个灯,能投射出绚丽的彩色光晕在墙上。

I have this lamp that projects a cool like colorful aura onto the wall.

Speaker 0

全都安排上。

Do it all.

Speaker 0

把每件事都变成一种体验,因为本来就是如此。

Make everything an experience because that is exactly what it is.

Speaker 0

你来到这个世界,就是为了去体验生活。

That's what you're here to do, to experience life.

Speaker 0

那你怎么才能让生活变得尽可能精彩呢?

So how can you make living your life the best experience that you possibly can?

Speaker 0

我就在这儿。

I'm over here.

Speaker 0

我坐下时,总会准备三种不同的饮品。

I like to have three different drinks when I sit down.

Speaker 0

三杯不同的饮料,再配上一个老旧舒适的靠垫。

Three different drinks, nice old comfy pillow.

Speaker 0

你说,我到底需要什么?

You know, what what do I need?

Speaker 0

好好美化自己的生活吧。

What what romanticize your own existence.

Speaker 0

我喜欢开车上路时,想象自己正出演一部电影。

I like to drive in the car, drive down the road, and I'm just imagining I'm in a I'm in a movie.

Speaker 0

不管是什么情况都行。

Whatever it is.

Speaker 0

这 personally 是我特别喜欢做的事。

This is something that personally I like to do.

Speaker 0

把一切都浪漫化。

Romanticize everything.

Speaker 0

当然啦,你不可能每次都记得这么做,当然也有可能你做得到。

Obviously, like, you're you're not gonna remember to do it all the time or maybe you are.

Speaker 0

我不会限制你。

I'm not gonna limit you.

Speaker 0

但只要有可能,就给自己的生活添点浪漫色彩。

But whenever you can, romanticize your own existence.

Speaker 0

把这段经历也浪漫化一下。

Romanticize the experience.

Speaker 0

你怎么才能把它变成一段特别的体验呢?

Like, how can you make it an experience?

Speaker 0

你怎么才能让它像一部电影一样?

How can you make it like a movie?

Speaker 0

你怎么才能让你正在做的事充满氛围感?

How can you make what you're doing an absolute vibe?

Speaker 0

你怎么才能让它变得有趣?

How can you make it fun?

Speaker 0

就连工作,你怎么才能让它变得有趣?

Even with work, how can you make it fun?

Speaker 0

你怎么做才能让生活更有趣,让它变成值得体验的经历?

What can you do to make life more fun and make it feel like an experience worth experiencing?

Speaker 0

你怎么才能让做家务也变成一件值得体验的事?

How can you make doing your chores feel like an experience worth experiencing?

Speaker 0

你怎么给它增添浪漫的色彩?

How can you romanticize it?

Speaker 0

乐趣是一种频率。

Fun is a frequency.

Speaker 0

乐趣有吸引力。

Fun is magnetic.

Speaker 0

我这一生中,好多事都是在我玩得开心的时候发生的。

So many things have come to me in my life when I'm having fun.

Speaker 0

乐趣是打开你想要的一切的关键。

Fun is a major key to unlocking what you want.

Speaker 0

我好多收获,都是在纯粹享受乐趣的时候来的。

I've had so many things come to me when I'm just having fun.

Speaker 0

我先把该做的事做了,调整好心态,建立好习惯和日常安排,把该完成的任务搞定,然后才允许自己去放松玩乐,同时也享受做事的过程。

I I do the work, I set my mind right, get my habits and routines in place, and I get what I need to get done, and then I allow myself to go have fun, and also to to have fun with the work.

Speaker 0

让你做的每一件事都变成最棒的体验。

Make everything that you do the best experience possible.

Speaker 0

试着让事情变得更有趣一点。

Try to make it more fun.

Speaker 0

你怎么才能更经常地把乐趣融入你正在做的事情里?

How can you incorporate fun into what you're doing more often?

Speaker 0

再补充一点,关于如何为自己的生活增添浪漫色彩:你要明白,你根本不知道接下来会发生什么。

And one more thing on this note of romanticizing your own existence, Recognize that you have no idea what's gonna happen.

Speaker 0

你完全猜不到下一刻会发生什么。

You have no idea what's gonna happen next.

Speaker 0

早上醒来的时候,别一副什么都懂的样子。

You wake up in the morning, stop acting like you know.

Speaker 0

别觉得今天就是个普通日子,理所当然地过完就完事了。

Stop acting like you just own a South today, it's gonna go, it's just another day.

Speaker 0

你根本想不到。

You had no idea.

Speaker 0

别一醒来就一副漫不经心、随随便便开车的样子。

Stop getting up and stop acting like, oh, just driving down.

Speaker 0

不是这样的。

No.

Speaker 0

你真的完全预料不到。

You have no idea.

Speaker 0

你活在一部电影里,谁知道今天会不会来个惊天大反转呢?

You're in a movie and for all you know, there could be a huge plot twist today.

Speaker 0

今天可能突然就有一份惊喜或机会掉到你头上。

There could be some random unexpected blessing or opportunity landing in your lap today.

Speaker 0

所以,别再若无其事了。

So start acting like it.

Speaker 0

你要做好准备,迎接那些意想不到的幸运和机会,只有这样,你才能真正敞开自己,让它们进来。

Start getting prepared to be surprised by the unexpected blessings and opportunities coming your way, and when you do that, you open yourself up to them.

Speaker 0

把你自己的生活浪漫化。

Romanticize your own existence.

Speaker 0

第七条,保护好你的精力,因为它真的很重要。

Number seven, protect your energy like it matters because it does.

Speaker 0

别让自己身边都是消耗你的人。

Do not surround yourself with people who drain you.

Speaker 0

和朋友出去吃饭,或者任何时候,只要你和别人相处,都要问问自己。

When you go out to eat with friends, when you anytime, honestly, you spend time with anyone, check-in with yourself.

Speaker 0

我现在感觉怎么样?

How do I feel?

Speaker 0

和这个人相处完,我的精力是变强了还是被掏空了?

How does my energy feel right now after this interaction?

Speaker 0

我是不是觉得特别累?

Do I feel drained?

Speaker 0

我还是觉得充满能量?

Do I feel energized?

Speaker 0

当然啦,不是每次和朋友聊天,他们都能让你充满能量。

And of course, not every single time you talk to your friend they're going be able to energize you.

Speaker 0

有时候他们自己也在经历困难。

Sometimes they're going through something.

Speaker 0

但总的来说,这些人让你感觉怎么样?

But I mean on average, how do these people make you feel?

Speaker 0

你的能量就是你的货币。

Your energy is your currency.

Speaker 0

这是最重要的东西。

It is the most important thing.

Speaker 0

如果你发现某个地方、某个人或某件事总在消耗你的精力,那就赶紧远离。

And so if there is a certain place or a certain person or a certain thing that you've noticed is draining your energy, you better cut it out.

Speaker 0

赶紧把它删掉。

You better remove it.

Speaker 0

你的能量,是你生命中最重要的一样东西。

Your energy is one of the most important things in your life.

Speaker 0

你就是这样的一个人。

That's who you are.

Speaker 0

你本质上是附着在人身上的神圣生命力,所以你得好好保护它。

You are divine life force energy in a human body, so you better protect it.

Speaker 0

我以前在读博士的时候,有个朋友跟我聊他的感情问题,向我讨主意,我就跟他说过,界限感其实也很有魅力。

Boundaries, I I said this whenever I was back in the PhD to one of my friends when he was talking to me about his relationship and asking for advice, something I said to him was boundaries are sexy too.

Speaker 0

要学会保护自己。

Protect yourself.

Speaker 0

不一定非得把人拉黑,但得设界限。

You don't have to cut people out, but have boundaries.

Speaker 0

得设定时间限制。

Have time limits.

Speaker 0

以前别人一打电话,我立马就接。

I used to pick up the phone whenever people called.

Speaker 0

别人发消息说‘紧急事’,我就立刻回应。

I used to let people text me and be like, hey, it's urgent.

Speaker 0

我以前总是任由这种情况发生。

I used to allow that to slide.

Speaker 0

如果我正在忙,或者还没准备好——

If I'm in the middle of something, if I'm no.

Speaker 0

我会等自己状态好了,再处理它。

Like, I'll get to it when I when I am in the energetic place to get to it.

Speaker 0

我不想接电话,就不接。

If I don't wanna answer the phone, I don't answer the phone.

Speaker 0

我不想说话,就不说。

If I don't wanna talk, I don't wanna talk.

Speaker 0

保护好你的能量,同时放下那些对你无益的东西。

Protect your energy, and also let go of what does not serve you.

Speaker 0

只要你还留着那些对你无益、或与你最佳未来不匹配的人、事、行为,你就无法前进。想象一下最理想的自己,如果那个版本的你,根本不会做你现在做的事,也不会保留现在身边的人,那就该放手了。

Because as long as you keep people, places, behaviors that do not serve you, or that don't align with your highest timeline, if you visualize the highest version of you, and that version of you is not doing the thing that you're doing now or doesn't have the person in your life that you have now, then it's time to let it go.

Speaker 0

放下那些拖累你的东西,因为只要你还抱着它们,就会挡住属于你的福气。

Let go of what does not serve you because as long as you keep those things around, you block your blessings.

Speaker 0

只要你还紧抓着第二级的人和行为,你就不可能从第二级升到第三级。

You cannot level up from level two to level three as long as you are holding on to the characters and the behaviors of level two.

Speaker 0

真的不行。

You can't.

Speaker 0

你必须放手。

You have to let go.

Speaker 0

你得放下那些属于第二级的人、事、地方和行为,才能迈向第三级。

You have to let go of the level two people, places, things, behaviors, that way you can move on to level three.

Speaker 0

这不意味着你再也不会见到他们,也不代表你们不能做朋友,但你确实得设立界限,做任何你需要做的事来向前走。

That doesn't mean that you're never gonna see these people again, it doesn't mean that you can't be friends with them anymore, but it does mean that you should put up boundaries and you should do whatever it is that you need to do to move forward.

Speaker 0

我非常支持把那些不支持你的人从生活中彻底清理掉。

I'm a huge supporter of cutting people off or out of your life that don't serve you.

Speaker 0

我早就这么做过好多次了。

I've done this many times.

Speaker 0

我还有一种做法,就是不直接断绝来往,但远远地祝福他们,对吧?

And then I have another thing where I don't cut them out, but I love them from afar, right?

Speaker 0

这就是设立界限。

That's having boundaries.

Speaker 0

你可以远远地爱着一个人。

You can love people from afar.

Speaker 0

不需要每天联系,照样能爱他们。

You don't need to talk to them every day to love them.

Speaker 0

保持一点距离,才能保护自己的能量。

You can still have that distance so that you're protecting your energy.

Speaker 0

而在你远远爱着他们的同时,也许他们也在自我成长,慢慢提升,总有一天你们能重新站在同样的高度,幸福地走下去。

And then while you're loving them from afar, maybe they're doing their own work and leveling up on their own, and then you can be on the same level again and happily ever after.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我也遇到过这样的事。

That's happened to me too.

Speaker 0

我可不敢说这不可能发生。

I don't wanna act like that's not possible.

Speaker 0

我也有过类似的经历。

That has happened to me as well.

Speaker 0

我有个朋友,那时候我们完全不在一个频道上,我只好稍微保持距离,因为真的消耗我太多精力。后来她自己慢慢成长了,现在我们又回到同一个节奏了。

I've had a friend that she was on a completely different page and I had to distance myself a bit because it was draining my energy and then, you know, in her own time, she grew, and now we're back on the same page again.

Speaker 0

一定要好好保护你的精力,这真的很重要,当你这么做时,生活会迎来巨大的转变。

Protect your energy like it matters, because it does, and you will experience huge shifts in your life when you do this.

Speaker 0

因为这不只是关于精力,还关乎你的大脑。

Because of course it's not just about your energy, it's also about your brain.

Speaker 0

你的大脑会被周围的环境重塑,会被身边的人重塑。

Because your brain is rewired by your environment, it's rewired by the people around you.

Speaker 0

这可不只是精力的问题,对吧?

It's not just about your energy, right?

Speaker 0

人会通过空气释放出类似化疗信号的化学物质。

Like chemo signals are released into the air by people.

Speaker 0

他们的情绪会以化学信号的形式扩散到空气中,悄悄影响着你。

Their emotions through chemical signals are released into the air, and they impact you unconsciously.

Speaker 0

你的大脑会无意识地捕捉到这些信号。

Your brain picks up on them.

Speaker 0

所以这不只是能量的问题。

So it's not just about your energy.

Speaker 0

这还关乎生理机制。

It's biological as well.

Speaker 0

你的大脑会被周围的人和环境重塑。

Your brain is rewired by the people around you, by your environment.

Speaker 0

只要你还继续旧的习惯、活动,身边还是那些老朋友,你的大脑就会被锁定在过去的自我里。

As long as you're continuing to do the old habits, and activities, and surrounding yourself with the same old people, you're anchoring your brain to an old identity.

Speaker 0

如果你的大脑被锁定在过去的自我里,那你所处的现实也会停留在过去。

If you're anchoring your brain to an old identity, then you're anchoring your brain to an old reality.

Speaker 0

如果你想迈向新的现实,就必须把大脑锚定在新的事物上。

If you want to move and level up to a new reality, you've got to anchor your brain to something new.

Speaker 0

第八点,相信宇宙的时机,但也要采取对齐的行动。

Number eight, trust in divine timing, but still take aligned action.

Speaker 0

我从信任和放下中找到了深深的平静。

I find so much peace in trust and surrender.

Speaker 0

我刚开始读博士的时候,墙上、门上到处都贴满了便利贴,写的就是‘信任与放下,信任与放下’。

When I first went off into my PhD program, I had trust and surrender written on sticky notes all over the walls, all over the doors, trust and surrender, trust and surrender.

Speaker 0

那段时间变化太大,不确定性也太多,但我相信生活的自然展开,相信自己正走在最高时间线上,走在对自己和所有人最有利的道路上,相信一切都会如其所是地顺利发展,就这样放手,这种平静真的特别深。

It was a time of so much change, so much uncertainty, and trusting in the unfolding of my life, trusting that I was on my highest timeline, that I was on the path toward my highest good and the highest good of all, trusting that everything works out the way that it is supposed to and surrendering to that, there is so much peace in that.

Speaker 0

但与此同时,当你感受到这种平静,对生活展开充满信任,跟着这份信任前行,体验着这份安宁——抱歉我又重复了,但真的太真实了,感觉也太好了。

But at the same time, while you feel this peace and this trust in the unfolding of your life, and you move with this trust, right, and experience this peace, sorry to repeat myself, but it's so real and it feels so good.

Speaker 0

几天前我在健身房锻炼时,突然间,一种强烈的放下感完全笼罩了我。

I was at the gym a few days ago when I was working out, and I'd all of a sudden, this feeling, this overwhelming feeling of surrender just overcame me.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,天啊,真正放手、不再紧抓着生活和各种事情不放,这种感觉实在太好了。

I was like, damn, it feels so good to surrender and to release the grip and the control that you try to keep on your life and on things.

Speaker 0

就这样松开手,真的特别舒服。

It feels so good to just let go.

Speaker 0

但与此同时,采取与内心一致的行动也同样重要。

And, at the same time though, it is important to take aligned action.

展开剩余字幕(还有 82 条)
Speaker 0

重要的是,你要让自己走上通往最高福祉的道路,不仅是为你自己,也为所有人。

It is important to put yourself on the path toward your highest good and the highest good of all.

Speaker 0

所以,是的,相信宇宙的时机。

And so, yes, trust in divine timing.

Speaker 0

属于你的东西,终会属于你,你不会错过它。

Trust that everything that is for you will be for you and you won't miss it.

Speaker 0

相信一切都会按该有的方式发生,而且始终在为你着想。

Trust that everything happens the way that it's supposed to and it's always working out in your favor.

Speaker 0

就相信这一点。

Trust that.

Speaker 0

要清楚这一点。

Know that.

Speaker 0

顺其自然,但也要采取有灵感的行动。

Surrender to the flow, but also take inspired action.

Speaker 0

去行动吧。

Take action.

Speaker 0

我不是那种会强求的人。

I don't I'm not one to force.

Speaker 0

我也不喜欢逼迫别人。

I'm not one to push.

Speaker 0

我知道有些人就是喜欢那样,那是他们的风格,如果你也喜欢强求和推动,那就去做吧。

I know there are people that are that do that, and that's their thing, and if that's your thing, and you like to force and push things, then do that.

Speaker 0

但我从来不会强求。

But I'm not one to force.

Speaker 0

我只会在有灵感的时候行动,只有当我感到兴奋、被召唤、内心燃起热情时,我才真正行动。

I am one to act on inspiration, and really move when I feel excited and when I feel called and lit up to do something.

Speaker 0

那时候我就知道,这件事非我莫属。

That's when I know that I'm meant to do it.

Speaker 0

所以,相信宇宙的安排,同时也要采取对齐内心的行动。

And so, trust in divine timing, but also take aligned action.

Speaker 0

第九点,别害怕被人误解。

Number nine, do not fear being misunderstood.

Speaker 0

别害怕别人不理解你。

Do not fear being misunderstood.

Speaker 0

被人误解是你为真实付出的代价,你应该自豪地接受它。

Being misunderstood is the tax that you pay for authenticity and you should pay it proudly.

Speaker 0

你应该把目标定为让别人看不懂你。

You should make it a goal that people don't understand you.

Speaker 0

你应该活到极致,让别人完全无法理解你。

You should be so yourself that people do not understand you.

Speaker 0

因为只有这样,你才能知道,属于你的、与你同频的、对你最有利的东西,才会找到你。

Because that's how you know that you are moving in a way where what is meant for you and what is going to be aligned with you and for your highest good will find you.

Speaker 0

如果你不是百分之百做自己,没有忠于真实的你,没有尽情表达自己,没有活出独一无二的生命本色,那真正属于你的东西又怎么找得到你呢?

If you are not being a 100% you, if you're not being true to who you really are, if you're not expressing yourself to the absolute fullest and being the unique expression of life that you are, then how are things that are really a true match for you going to find you?

Speaker 0

所以,你应该以最好的方式,成为最极致的自己。

And so you should be the most extreme version of yourself in the best way possible.

Speaker 0

说实话,我的目标是变得更古怪一点,真的想变得更怪一点。

Like, I have a goal of being weirder, like, wanna be weirder.

Speaker 0

我想比昨天还要更古怪一点。

I wanna be even weirder than I was yesterday.

Speaker 0

我想比以往任何时候都更像个外星人。

I wanna be even more alien than I've ever been.

Speaker 0

因为这才是我最真实的模样。

Because that's me being the truest version of myself.

Speaker 0

会不会有人误解我?

And are there going to be people that misunderstand me?

Speaker 0

当然会。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

会不会有人评判我、不喜欢我?

Are there going to be people that judge me, that don't like me?

Speaker 0

当然会。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

这就是做真实自己的代价,你应该自豪地支付它,因为只有这样,才能吸引真正属于你、与你同频的人来到你生命里。

That's the tax that you pay for being authentic and you should pay it proudly because that's how you actually attract the people into your life that are meant for you and that are aligned with you.

Speaker 0

这不仅适用于人,也适用于机会。

That's not not only even the people but the opportunities as well.

Speaker 0

如果你拿内容创作来打比方,大家总说你得有独特性,得有个明确的定位,别人喜欢就接受,不喜欢就拉倒,但有个清晰的定位能帮你建立品牌,让你脱颖而出,也让别人更容易理解你、产生共鸣,知道你能提供什么,还能让和你兴趣相投的人更容易找到你。

You know, if you wanna use the analogy of content creation, they always say like, you need to be very unique and have a niche and, you know, what take that or don't take it, but, you know, having a niche helps you be brandable, helps you to create your brand, it helps you to stand out, it helps other people to resonate with you, it helps other people to know what they're getting from you, and it helps people that also like your niche to find you.

Speaker 0

你可以把这个道理用到生活中——找准自己的定位,做真实的自己。

And so you can take that and extrapolate it and apply it to your life like be niche, be you, be yourself.

Speaker 0

这才是最该走的路。

That's the best way to be.

Speaker 0

所以,别害怕被人误解。

So do not fear being misunderstood.

Speaker 0

相反,这反而是好事。

If anything, that's a good thing.

Speaker 0

你本来就不是为所有人准备的。

I mean, you're not meant for everyone.

Speaker 0

你来到这个世界,也不是为了取悦每一个人。

You didn't come here to this planet to be for everyone.

Speaker 0

你本来就不是喜欢所有人,那干嘛非得让所有人都喜欢你呢?

You don't like everyone anyway, so why do you want everybody else to like you?

Speaker 0

这根本说不通。

It just doesn't make sense.

Speaker 0

第十点,记住,你就是那道闪电。

And number 10, remember that you are the lightning bolt.

Speaker 0

我要告诉你这代表什么,但很多人一生都在等外界给点什么,才敢行动。

So many people I'm gonna tell you what that means in a second, but so many people move through life waiting on something outside of them to give them permission.

Speaker 0

他们等着运气、机会、征兆、数字,或者等人来告诉他们该怎么做,等着别人认可才敢去做自己想做的事。

They wait for luck or an opportunity, or a sign, or numbers, or you know, a person to tell them something, or validation to do whatever it is that they want to do.

Speaker 0

你不需要等别人点头,不需要等别人认可,也不需要什么征兆,你只需要相信自己的内心,然后确认它。

You don't need to wait for permission, you don't need to wait for validation, you don't need a sign, you all you need is your own inner knowing and to validate that.

Speaker 0

确认你自己的直觉。

To validate your own intuition.

Speaker 0

记住,你就是那道闪电,我现在就告诉你我的意思。

Remember that you are the lightning bolt and I'm going to tell you what I mean now.

Speaker 0

在我旅程的早期,我有过一次DMT体验,我可能会在另一集里详细讲,就是那些改变我人生的灵性经历,但简而言之,一道炽白的闪电贯穿了我,让我充满能量,明白自己被神圣引导和保护着,我就是一股神圣的生命能量,寄居在人体之中。

So, way back in the early days of my journey I had a DMT experience, and I'll probably share the details of that in another episode when I talk about different spiritual experiences that changed my life, but I had a DMT experience and long story short, I had a white hot lightning bolt strike through me, charge me up, know that I am divinely guided and protected, and that I am a divine life force energy in a human body.

Speaker 0

从那以后,那道闪电真的让我被彻底击中,浑身充满电流。

And ever since then, and it charged me up, it literally electrocuted me.

Speaker 0

从那以后,每次冥想时,我都能激活这道闪电,让它从宇宙中心贯穿我的身体,一直通向地心。

And ever since then, when I'm in meditation, I've been able to activate this lightning bolt and strike it through my body down from the center of the universe, down through my body into the center of the earth.

Speaker 0

这让我感觉特别踏实、特别有连接感,也特别被神圣引导和保护着,整个人都充满能量。

And it makes me feel very grounded, it makes me feel very connected, and it makes me feel very divinely guided and protected and charged up.

Speaker 0

我一直都能做到这一点,但有一段时间我却做不到了。

And I've always been able to do that and there was a period of time where I really wasn't.

Speaker 0

我想大概是去年吧,那时候我感觉和那道闪电断了联系,冥想时怎么也激活不了它,而我其实特别喜欢激活这道闪电,因为它能让我充满能量。

I think it was about a year ago when I was feeling disconnected from the lightning bolt and I would meditate and I would struggle to activate that lightning bolt and I like activating the lightning bolt because it charges me up.

Speaker 0

每次在冥想中激活它,我的全身都会开始震动,感觉特别舒服。

My whole body starts vibrating when I do it in meditation and it feels good.

Speaker 0

这特别提神,可那时候我就是做不到,于是我心想:我得重新跟这道闪电连上才行。

It's very energizing and I couldn't do it And I was like, well, I need to reconnect to the lightning bolt.

Speaker 0

经过一些内省和时间的沉淀,我终于明白,我一直在试图从外部召唤一道闪电,让它从宇宙穿过我的身体直达地心,但我没意识到——或者说,我忘了——我本身就是那道闪电。

And after some introspection and time, I came to the realization that I was trying to activate some lightning bolt or call it from above down through my body into the center of the earth and what I didn't realize and or maybe what I forgot was that I am the lightning bolt.

Speaker 0

我就是那道闪电。

I am the lightning bolt.

Speaker 0

闪电就是我。

The lightning bolt is me.

Speaker 0

我就是以人身呈现的神圣生命能量。

I am divine life force energy in a human body.

Speaker 0

我不需要从外面召唤什么闪电。

I don't need to call in a lightning bolt from outside of me.

Speaker 0

我本身就是它。

I am that.

Speaker 0

它源自我的内在。

It comes from within me.

Speaker 0

我就是力量本身。

I am the power.

Speaker 0

我就是魔法。

I am the magic.

Speaker 0

我是神圣的。

I am divine.

Speaker 0

当我意识到这一点后,下一次冥想时,我立刻又能激活我的闪电了。

And when I realized that, immediately, my next meditation, I was able to activate my lightning bolt again.

Speaker 0

我觉得这比第一次更进了一步。

And I think that was the next level of evolution after the first time.

Speaker 0

第二次失去又重新找到它,会让你获得以前没有的新领悟。

The second time losing it, right, and finding it again, it gives you a new level of knowledge that you didn't have before.

Speaker 0

生活中很多事都是这样,但这条排第十。

And that's true for many things in life, but that is number 10.

Speaker 0

你就是那道闪电。

You are the lightning bolt.

Speaker 0

你就是力量。

You are the power.

Speaker 0

你就是那个信号。

You are the sign.

Speaker 0

你就是那份确证。

You are the validation.

Speaker 0

你就是天使数字本身。

You are the angel numbers.

Speaker 0

你不需要等完美的时机才开始。

You don't need to wait on the perfect time to start.

Speaker 0

你不需要依赖外界的任何东西来改变,因为唯一你需要的,就是你自己。

You don't need to wait on anything outside of you to change because you are the only thing that you need.

Speaker 0

这十项原则是我一直不断更新和调整的。

Those are my 10 principles and they're ever evolving and changing as one does.

Speaker 0

希望这些能对你有所帮助。

And so, I hope these help you.

Speaker 0

希望你留下了有共鸣的,放下了没共鸣的——就像第一条说的那样。

I hope you took what resonated and left what did not, to quote number one.

Speaker 0

希望你接下来的一天、这一周都过得特别好,我们下一期再见。

I hope you have a great rest of your day, a great rest of your week, and I will see you in the next episode.

Speaker 0

再见。

Bye.
