这期我想聊聊计划和流程。

In this episode, I want to talk about planning and process.

之前我们讲过期望值。

We have gone through looking at expectancy.

也谈过为什么要这么做。

We've talked about getting the why.

我们到底为什么要做这件事？

Why are we doing this?

找到正确的方向。

Getting on that right path.

我们讨论过设定目标，要现实、可达成，还得有耐心和自律。

We've looked at goals and setting realistic and achievable goals, and the fact we need patience and discipline.

我们一直在慢慢接近实际交易和下注的阶段，这当然是大家最想做的，但光是讲心态、帮人调整到正确的思维状态，我们还能再做四五十期。

So all the time we're sort of edging closer to placing some trades, which and bets, which is obviously what people wanna do, but we could do another forty, fifty episodes on mindset, getting people in that right frame of mind to do that.

你得把这两者结合起来。

And you sort of gotta merge the two.

我觉得很多人犯的最大错误，就是一上来就直接冲进去。

I I think one of the big mistakes that people make is just that diving in.

他们太想快点赚钱了，结果一头扎进去。

They just I wanna earn money so quickly, and they dive in.

那些总亏钱的交易者，行为模式往往非常相似。

So losing bettors traders tend to follow very similar patterns.

他们走的路其实特别有规律。

It's it's quite a predictable path they go on.

总是不停地换方法，因为刚做了几笔交易，一亏钱就开始怀疑自己。

Switching methods all the time, because obviously they have a few bets, then something loses, start to doubt themselves.

所以我就想，我得换种方式试试。

So I'll I'll I'll do something different.

这就会变得很简单。

It becomes easy.

所以老是换策略，换信息来源，一会儿去这个数据网站，一会儿换从赛马到足球，换不同的服务、不同的推荐人，换不同的市场。

So switching methods, switching the source of the methods they use, so moving around different data sites, switching from horses to football, different services, different tipsters, switching markets.

你可能试过让平局输球，结果连输几场，或者改去赌进球数超过两个半球。

So you may have had a go at, I don't know, laying the drawer, had a couple of losers, or I'll try over two and a half goals now.

把这些都放在一起看，其实模式一再重复——加上我们之前说的错失恐惧症之类的问题，一遍又一遍地循环，根本不可能成功。

And all that really, when you put it all together, and it does repeat, you know, along with the things we've talked about, FOMO and stuff like that, it just repeats and repeats and repeats, and simply has no chance of working.

如果我们从市场角度来想，如果你连一个市场都搞不定，没法在某个市场里稳定盈利，那你脑子里到底是什么想法，让你觉得换个市场就能行？

If we look at the markets, sort of angle, if you cannot make one market work, if you can't become profitable trading one market, what is it that in your head that tells you, well, I'll go and do that and I can make another market work?

我们得停下来好好问问自己：我到底是不是真想成为赢家？

You know, we get to the stage where we've got to sit and look at ourselves and go, actually, I do wanna become a winner.

我真的想吗？

Am I?

我有没有全力以赴，认真对待自己在市场或投注中的行为？

Have I given it an all on how I operated in the market or in my betting activity?

归根结底，大多数人对待这件事的态度，其实只是为了消遣，而不是为了赚钱。

And invariably, it boils down to most people's approach to it, you know, sort of summarizes one being for entertainment as opposed to profit.

那些真正能赚钱的投注者和交易员，至少我认识的这些人，都深入理解并掌握了他们所参与的市场。

The profitable bettors and traders, certainly the ones I know, understand and learn the market they're in.

如果你完全不知道一个价格应该是什么水平，也不清楚它会对事件做出什么反应，那你凭什么觉得自己能赢过它？

You know if you have absolutely no idea what a price should be or how it will react to events What is it in you that tells you you think you can beat it?

你明白什么是正期望值吗？

Do you understand positive expectancy?

虽然我们操作的数字都基于主观判断，但市场价格的形成，其实是所有经验丰富的投注者共同意见的体现，这个价格就是合理的定价。

So while we work in numbers that are always based on opinion and they are, there is, you know, a pinnacle put a price up, it is the opinion of all their good bettors, so that's what that price should be.

Betfair 是一个交易所，本质上是无数人意见的集合，大家一致认为这匹马或这支队伍应该以这个价格开盘。

Betfair is an exchange, a collective of opinions, basically, that say that horse should go off at that price or that team should go off at that price.

虽然我们依赖的是主观判断形成的数字，但只要我们能合理评估自己的正期望值和优势所在，就能获得一个衡量标准——这也能帮助我们应对漫长的亏损期和低谷阶段。

So while we work in those numbers based on opinion, we can set a reasonable perceived positive expectancy and knowledge of our edge, giving us a measure, and again, going back to the longest losing streaks and our expectations, it gives you another measure to help you ride the quiet times and downturn downturns.

没有任何策略能永远赢下去。

Nothing will ever win permanently.

也不会永远输下去。

Nothing will ever lose permanently.

这一点特别关键。

And that last one's really important.

我遇到太多人，一遇到连输几场或者停滞不前就放弃了。

I get so many people who have a short losing run or stand still.

我这周自己就经历了一次。

I've I've I've had one just this week.

你看看这个，怎么回事？

Oh, can you look at this?

好几个月都没动静了。

It hasn't done anything for a couple of months.

就是这时候，怀疑才会冒出来。

And it's when that doubt comes in then.

于是干脆就放弃了。

So they just bin it.

如果你总是把亏损的项目直接扔掉，那就永远不可能看到那条图线上升的高峰——你知道的，那种上下波动但整体呈上升趋势的曲线，虽然中间有很多起伏，但最终是向上的。

And, obviously, if you keep binning everything that loses, you're not gonna ever get to the winning sort of peaks in that in that graph, you know, that graph that will go up and down, but has a has an upward trend over all, but with lots of peaks and troughs at the end.

我们应对我刚才说的这些问题的一种方法，就是做测试。

And one of the ways that we start to counter all this sort of stuff that I've just talked about is testing.

所以我们要做前瞻性测试，而不是一头扎进去就干。

So we test forward rather than just dive in.

做前瞻性测试。

Test forward.

这样说不定还能帮你省下不少钱。

You may well save yourself money.

当然，有些人做了测试后会说：‘要是我真投了，早就赚了X Y Z了，可我根本没投。’

Of course, there's people who test and go, if I had to bet I would have made x y zed, and I haven't.

但这样反而让你更确信：你的方法是能行的，可以往前推，你做的事确实有效。所以我特别看重测试，不管是前瞻性测试还是回溯测试，更重要的是建立起一套围绕你操作的结构和流程。

But you're just further cementing that information in your head that you can move it forward and that what you're doing does work, so I do think testing's really important, forward testing, back testing, but then getting that structure and process around what you do.

上次我稍微聊了聊我的时间管理。

So I talked last time a little bit about my time management.

我每天做的事情都是一样的。

I do the same things every day.

我每天都会制定一个交易计划。

I have a trading plan every day.

我会为当天安排好结构，这样就有了明确的执行方案。

I have a structure for that day, and that gives me a plan to execute.

当我专注于执行这个计划时，就能避免被其他事情干扰，比如别人过来问：‘你看到那个了吗？’或者‘要不要试试这个？’

And then when my focus is on executing that plan, it helps me then not get distracted by what else is going on and people sort of saying to me, oh, have you seen this or do you wanna do that?

我觉得，关键就在于别让自己分心。

And I and I think, again, that's something where people just don't want to become distracted.

比如在足球淡季、暑假期间，比赛少的时候，人很容易想找点事儿做，冲动下注。但你越能掌控这个过程，成功的可能性就越大。

You know, quiet football periods, summer breaks when there's not much football on, it's easy to go and try and find some football to make you wanna have that bet, and the more you can get control of that process, the more chance you've got of being successful.

所以每个人都该想想，怎么为自己建立一套系统，要以过程为导向。

So everybody should be now looking at building a structure for themselves, is a process orientated.

在我看来，只要你能以过程为导向，成功的几率就会大大提高。

And in my opinion, if you become process orientated, you've got a greater chance of success.

凭一时兴起随便下注，或者跟着聊天室跟风，对我根本行不通。

Randomly selecting bets on a whim, following a chat room for me just doesn't work.

你想想，有多少人曾在赛马或足球聊天室里错失了下注机会？

You know, how many times have people been in racing football chat rooms and miss bets?

就像我之前说的，你会不知不觉把那个人当成神一样，全靠他给你推荐投注。

You kind of become, as I've said before, tied to this tied to this person that you're putting in a sort of godlike status to give you bets.

你的成败就取决于是不是经常看到他的帖子。

And your life then the success of that is I've gotta be around many posts.

要是我没看到多少帖子怎么办？

What if I'm not around many posts?

你明白吧？

You know?

这样一来，整个体系就崩了。

And all of a sudden, there's no structure to that.

你等于被绑在手机上，等着别人在别处发投注建议给你。

You are literally becoming tied to a mobile phone or whatever, and someone else somewhere else posting some bets for you.

说到底，我觉得这一切就是为了图个乐子。

Again, I I I think it just all boils down then to being entertained.

对我来说，很多时候不交易才是真正的过程。

Process for me sees me a lot of the time not trade.

不交易反而是好事。

Not trading is good.

这意味着我没亏钱。

It means I'm not losing.

只要我不进场，就不会在那个市场里亏钱。

If I'm not in a market, I can't lose in that market.

大多数人其实都会亏，相信我，这真的挺好的。

And given most people do lose, trust me, that is a good thing.

你当然不是那赢钱的10%，但你也避开了输钱的90%，更不会随随便便把钱送人。

You may not obviously, if you're not trading, you're not in the winning 10%, but you're not in the losing 90%, and you're not just giving your money to others on a whim.

所以因为我的方法和节奏，我只在自己想交易的时候才出手，而且完全由我掌控。

So because of my process and structure, I'm only entering the trades I want to trade when I want to do them, and I'm in full control of that.

你知道的，我们之前聊过，要想实现盈利，

You know, we've talked before to be profitable.

就必须设定符合实际的目标，理清这些目标和预期——不管是职业规划还是具体指标，都得目标清晰、预期合理。之后我们制定好计划再去执行，还得明白一个道理：你不可能永远做出完美的交易决策，追求这种绝对的确定性毫无意义，纯粹是浪费精力。

We've gotta have the realistic goals, understand those objectives expectations, professional goals, clear objectives, modest expectations, and then when we come to execute it, so we build this plan and we execute, and we've got to understand there is no certainty trying to achieve this perfect bets all the time, and this certainty is pointless and a complete waste of energy.

你得给自己列一份交易的行为准则，把注意事项都写下来，然后强迫自己记住并且严格遵守这些规则。很多人就是栽在做不到这一点上，但如果你能坚持下来，那你就已经走上了盈利的道路，至少在我看来是这样。

Know, you build yourself a sort of list of do's and don'ts of betting, and write them out, and then you train yourself to understand and stick to the do's, you know, that's where problems come in, but if people do, then you will be on a path to success for me.

这才是我们应该走的方向。

That is where we that's where we go.

所以我们得先想清楚该怎么建立这套体系，我们最终要达成什么目标，而所有这些问题，其实都和你要选择哪个市场有关——你要在这个市场里怎么赚钱？当我们投入仓位的时候，我们的盈利逻辑是什么？需要满足哪些条件才会赚钱？你的入场点位是什么？离场点位又是什么？很多交易频繁的交易者都会提醒：在确定好离场策略之前，绝对不要贸然进场。

So we need to look about how do we build this process, what is it that we are trying to get out, and and all that sort of comes down with what market you're gonna go work in, how are you gonna profit in that market, so how when we go into a bet, what is it we're looking to do to profit from that market, what needs to happen, what is your entry gonna be, what is your exit gonna be, and other traders who do a lot of trading talk about you shouldn't be entering a market unless you know what your exit is gonna be.

这点我是认同的。

And I, you know, I agree with that.

在足球赛事的交易里，我们的收益很多时候确实是由进球等行情变动决定的，但如果你是在赛马开跑前做交易，那除非你已经完全想清楚怎么离场，否则绝不能随便在市场里买入或卖出。

In football, we're obviously determined a lot of the time by goals going in and things happening to price, but if you were pre race horse trading, you shouldn't be putting a back or a lay into that market unless you know exactly what you're gonna do to exit that market.

我觉得这正是你最先要搞懂的、关于交易流程和规划的核心要点之一。

And I think that's, you know, that's one of the first parts of process and structure that you need to understand.

一旦你掌握了这个流程和结构，剩下的就是不断执行和重复，那时候就会觉得枯燥。

Because once you get that process and structure, it just becomes executing and repeating it, and that's when it gets boring.

你会慢慢学会接受，一场比赛、一场足球赛、一周甚至一个月的结果，其实都不重要。

You sort of learn to accept that the result in one race, one football match, one week, one month becomes irrelevant.

你会走上成功的道路，我经常跟人说，这得花三到五年的时间。

You'll get yourself on a path to success, and I've sort of I I say to people quite often that it's a three to five year process.

第一步是先别再亏钱，然后围绕这个目标，建立所有能帮你赢的体系，再开始实施和执行。

First part is you gotta stop losing, then you need to build everything around it that's gonna help you win, then you start implementing and executing that.

一开始从小注码做起，边学边提升注码，可能会调整一些细节，熬过三到五年，你才真正明白自己在做什么，才能稳定地加大投入并持续执行。

You're gonna start small stakes, then you learn and you grow stakes, you may tweak things, and you get up to three to five years where you actually know what you're doing, and you can get to decent stakes and execute execute it.

我敢说，要是看五到十年的长期表现，能超过我的人没几个。

And I sort of stand on my own pedestal that taking people on over five to ten years, I don't think there's many that would beat me.

要是只看一周、一个月，当然谁都可能赢我，毕竟谁都会有走运或倒霉的时候。

Taking people over one week, one month, of course, anybody could beat me because we can all have a good month or a bad month.

但对我来说，关键在于清晰、简单、有方向，我也分享了更多我用的工具和方法，这些全都是这个流程的一部分。

But it's cementing that sort of for me, it's the the clarity, simplicity, orientated, and I've shared a lot more of the tools and things that I use, which all are part of that process.

我已经有这个方法了。

I've got that game.

这就是我要做的。

That's what I'm gonna do.

这才是我能赚钱的关键。

That's what I'm looking to do to make profit.

我必须让这些事情发生。

That's what I need to happen.

我需要的是这样的价格。

That's the prices I need.

然后我就按这个流程一步步走，做完一个再接着下一个。

And then I just walk through that process, and then I move on to the next one.

我觉得大多数人做事都毫无准备，也没有系统，而你现在该去想清楚：我的系统是什么？我想达成什么？我的日常流程和交易流程是怎样的？搞清楚这些，我们再来谈怎么制定交易计划。

And I think most people do it without any preparation, any structure, and that's what you need to then go now go away and look at what is my structure, what is it I'm looking to do, what is my day to day process, and then my trading process, and then we can talk about building a trading plan.

我觉得在投注这件事上，人们往往不愿意面对一个事实——我再说一遍‘确定性’，没人喜欢承认自己错了。

I think one of the things in betting that people don't, you know, I'll go back to that word certainty, people don't like to think they're wrong.

一旦你建立了流程，重点就不再是你的想法对不对了。

Once you get a process in place, it becomes less about what you think and whether you are right or wrong.

我对足球和球队都有自己的看法。

I have opinions on football and football teams.

比如我现在录这段话时，我觉得阿森纳上个赛季在英超拿了第二名。

So as I'm recording this, for instance, I think that Arsenal finished second in the Premier League last season.

我觉得他们这个赛季不太可能表现得那么好。

I don't think they'll have as good a season this season.

我觉得他们可能连前四都难保。

I think they may struggle to get top four.

我举这个例子，并不是说他们一定做不到。

As an example, I'm not saying they won't.

这只是一个个人观点。

It's just an opinion.

但我可能对，也可能错，这些话题在酒吧里大家自然会讨论。

But I I may be right, I may be wrong, and they'll obviously that's your points of discussion down the pub.

肯定有人持相反看法，我们会讨论，我会说明我的理由。

There'll be people who've got a contra view to that, and we'll talk about it, I'll explain my case.

他们也会说明他们的理由。

They would explain their case.

我们可能各自坚持自己的观点。

We may agree to disagree.

他们也许会让我改变想法。

They may win me over.

可能性不大。

Probably not.

我也可能让他们改变想法。

I may win them over.

几乎不可能。

Almost certainly not.

但这些都只是我的个人看法和推测，赛季结束时，我愿意坦然承认：我错了。

But that is just all opinion and conjecture on my part, and I'm happy to hold my hands up at the end of the season and go, no.

我可能错了。

I'm wrong.

在赌博这件事上，我不纠结对错。

In betting, I take try and take the right or wrong out of it.

我根本不在乎自己是对是错。

I'm not trying to be right or wrong.

我不是说，‘我押阿森纳进前四’，然后非得押对了才觉得有面子。

I'm not trying to say, oh, I'm betting Arsenal in the top four, and I wanna bet them in the top four because I wanna be right.

我看的是赔率。

I look at a price.

我会看这个赔率符不符合我的策略，什么时候进场，什么时候出场，我该站在市场的哪一边，需要什么条件才成立。

I look at does it fit into what I wanna do, I look at when would I exit, when would I enter, when would I exit, what would I what side of that market do I want to be on, what do I need to happen.

所以我把‘我是不是错了’这种想法彻底放下了。

So I take that sort of admitting admitting I I am am wrong wrong out of it.

如果你死守两球半的策略，我大部分下注其实都集中在一到两球之间。

If you sort of tie yourself to a two and a half goal strategy, most of mine is bet around one or two goals.

我不是说这场比赛的进球数会超过2.5个。

I'm not saying there'll be over two and a half goals in the game.

我不需要靠比赛总进球超过2.5个来证明我没错，但很多人参与博彩的时候都觉得，我选总进球超2.5个是因为我认定比赛会打出这个结果，最后没打出的话，他们就会觉得跟自己过不去一样。

I don't need to be right for there to be two and a half goals in the game, but a lot of people go into betting and think, I'm gonna back over two and a half goals because I think there's gonna be over two and a half goals, and they almost take it personally then when there isn't.

如果你非要揪着对错不放，那你只会一直内耗。尤其是当你把赢钱当成唯一的动力时，你的所有期待就只剩‘赌对’、赶紧把钱赚到手。这时候要是有人像我一样跳出来说，兄弟，你这法子行不通的。

And when you do that, you're all the time, you're beating yourself up, and I think you just you know, particularly when you're doing it with money as a motivating factor, you know, your your your only expectations become being right, getting the money in as quickly as possible, and then someone comes along like me and says, well, actually, mate, that ain't gonna work.

你得先搭建一套流程，把它当成正经生意来做，要把眼光放长远到三到五年的周期里。

You need to build a process, build it like a business, look at it three to five years.

但可惜的是，这套玩法会变得有点枯燥，赌球的乐趣也就没了，到最后我都会觉得，或许我不想这么玩下去。

Unfortunately, it's all a little bit boring, and the excitement goes out of it, and then it it oh, well, I'm not sure I wanna do it like that.

你知道吗，我很幸运，过去十五六年里接触过成千上万的赌客，经常是同时听两百个人分享——不管是线上交流，还是以前线下参加研讨会——大家都说自己真想好好做这件事，但等我和他们单独沟通，翻看他们的实际操作记录，分析他们的玩法逻辑后，百分之九十七的情况下，我都会得出同一个结论。

You know, and I've I'm I'm fortunate that I've dealt with, you know, thousands of of gamblers over the last fifteen, sixteen years, and often I listen to 200 people, you know, whether it be online or, you know, in the past in seminars, that they say they really want to do it, and then when I end up in a one on one with that person and look through their actions, how they've gone about it, I, you know, I would say 97 out of a 100 times, I come to the same conclusion.

说白了，那些人完全就是在瞎扯。

Basically, they talked rubbish.

他们嘴上说想做，但实际上根本没有任何实际行动能证明他们真的在全力以赴。其实不止这件事，各行各业都是这个道理：我觉得既然决定做一件事，就要全心投入、拼尽全力，剩下的休闲时光才能安心享受。不管是照顾家人、做交易，还是我最喜欢的高尔夫，我做任何事都会先搭建一套流程，尽全力把它做好。我也接受不可能次次都成功：打高尔夫会有状态差的日子，也可能会因为自己的某些做法惹家人生气，但哪怕遇到这些情况，我晚上睡觉都能问心无愧，因为我真的为这件事拼尽了全力。

Yes, they did wanna do it, but they've got nothing in what they've done to show me that they were really committed to it, and I think that that's what you've you know, in all walks of life, I think you should commit yourself to something and do your best at it, and then the fun parts you build around that, but, you know, being it being it family, trading, you know, gold for me, I always wanted to try and do it as best as I could with a process around it, and I accept that I'm not gonna succeed every single time, I accept I'm gonna have bad days playing golf, I'm gonna accept I'm gonna have days when I piss off my family with certain things that I may do, but I can then put my head on the pillow going, I've actually given this my actually best shot.

对我来说，最让人失望的就是看到有些人嘴上说想成功，可一深入看他们的做法，根本就是敷衍了事，根本没有系统，也不真在乎过程，就想着能不能快点捞一笔，这真的挺让人泄气的。

I think one of the biggest disappointments for me is watching people say they want this, and then when you look at them and break into it, it is a really sort of mediocre attempt, and again, there is no process, they're not really interested in the process, it is just can I do this and try and grab some money, and it gets quite disheartening?

所以我觉得你现在该做的，就像我当初那样，全心投入你正在搭建的东西。

So, you know, I think what you need to do now is sort of the way I went about it is I embraced what I was building.

我有自己的目标，然后一点一点地，像砌砖一样，慢慢把我想做的事建起来。

I sort of I had my goals, and I kind of went about it, you know, brick by brick, building what I wanted to do.

而你现在要做的第一步，就是明确目标，接受会有连败，接受耐心和纪律是必不可少的。

And I think the starting point for that now is, you know, you've set your goals, you accept you're losing runs, you accept that there's gotta be patience and discipline.

这些其实都是心理层面的认知，你得明白，路上肯定会有各种问题。

They're all sort of just mental cognitive things we've gotta accept, they're gonna be problems along the way.

当然会有，你肯定会遇到连败，光说‘我知道会有连败’没用，你得学会怎么应对，但最好能积累足够的数据和证据来支撑你的判断。

Of course they are, you know, you are gonna have a losing run and just saying, oh, I know there's gonna be losing runs, we've gotta learn how to deal with that, but hopefully we get enough data and numbers around us to understand that.

但你每天具体是怎么操作的？

But then what is your process on a daily basis?

你瞄准的是哪个市场？

What market are you trying to beat?

你为什么要跟它较劲？

Why are you trying to beat it?

你打算怎么做？

What are you gonna do?

你打算怎么退出？

How are you gonna exit?

你是怎么选比赛的？

How did you select the games?

把这些都纳入你的流程，做好记录，我以后会专门讲一讲交易计划，还会拍个YouTube视频，配合着看，比如当我们有一整天的足球比赛时。

And you put all that into a process and you make notes, and I'll talk about a trading plan in a future episode and do a YouTube video to go alongside it that we can look, you know, when we've got a full day's football.

这些就是市场。

This is the markets.

我会做个示范，就当是我自己在操作。

I'll do one as if it's me.

这些才是我打算参与的市场。

This is the markets that I'm gonna operate in.

这些是我的明确指引，这就是我想做的，也是我这么做的原因。

And I think once you start to get that down on paper, then, you know, you'll you'll get this can do as opposed to can't do, and if you look at all this and what I'm saying to them, well, I can't do that sounds a bit poor, and you are, there's that saying, if you say you can't, you're probably right.

What process and structure do I have around my betting?

Do I end up with a trading plan now at the end of it?

还是说我会定好固定赔率的投注，清楚知道自己在做什么、为什么这么做，然后重复这个过程，把它固定下来，每天坚持，这个流程到底长什么样？

Or my fixed odds bet so I know exactly what I'm doing, and this is why I'm doing it, and now I've got to repeat that, and I've got that in place, and I'm gonna repeat it every day, and what does that process look like?

是不是太复杂了？

Is it over complicated?

Is it too simple?

围绕它，有哪些具体的安排？

What structure is there around it?

比如，我每天固定时间做同样的事，这对我坚持计划特别有帮助。我会制定一个交易计划，列一张清单——其实就是一张Excel表格，上面写清楚今天该做什么，这样我就不会被其他事情干扰。

For me, doing things the same time every day, as an example, really helps me stick to my plans and creating a trading plan, creating a list that basically for me, it's an Excel sheet that goes, that is what you're doing today, and then I don't get distracted by anything else or what's going on.

如果有人跟我说，那边有个人在推荐赛马，我也不排除过去看看。

It doesn't mean I might not go and have a look if somebody says to me, oh, there's a guy tipping up horses over there.

你见过他吗？

Have you seen him?

我可能会去看看，但我的计划在这儿。

I might go and have a look, but my plan is over here.

我对掺和进去一点兴趣都没有。

It doesn't interest me to get involved.

但如果你只是跟着瞎赌，盯着两分半以上的赔率，结果全被那些推荐坑了。

Whereas if you've just been betting off looking a couple of over two and a half, so I've lost all his blood tipping all.

哦，他赢了。

Oh, he's winning.

我就想追回去，结果他连输几场，你反而越陷越深。

I'll try and win back there, then he has a couple of losers, and you just dig yourself into a bigger hole.

说到底，不幸的是，一切都得靠自己。

You know, everything becomes, unfortunately, about reliance on yourself.

这行当确实挺孤单的，但事实就是如此。

It can be a lonely game, but that is the facts of it.

是你自己、你的钱、还有市场，你得有一套清晰的流程和方法来应对。

It is you, your money, and the markets, and you need to have a process and structure in place around that.
