Speaker 0

大家好,这期我想聊聊恐惧、亏损,以及如何接受亏损。

Hello, and in this episode I want to talk about fear, losses and the acceptance of those losses.

Speaker 0

无论你叫它投注还是交易,这事儿表面上看很简单,实际上却充满矛盾。

Bettingtrading, whatever we want to call it, is something of a paradox in that it looks and appears easy.

Speaker 0

下注本身其实并不难。

The actual process of placing bets is relatively easy.

Speaker 0

下注和交易的操作很简单,但很多人就是很难靠这个赚到钱。

It's easy to actually place bets and trades, but that activity proved so difficult for so many to be profitable.

Speaker 0

下注不需要什么技巧,谁都会。

You don't need skill to place a bet, anyone can do it.

Speaker 0

赢钱也不需要什么特别的本事。

You don't need any skill to win.

Speaker 0

有赌客周六随便在报纸上用飞镖扎四个马,结果四个全中,就这么赢了。

A punter could pick four horses on a Saturday using darts a newspaper and all four of them win and he's won.

Speaker 0

真正需要技巧的,是能持续盈利的能力。

What I'd say you do need skill is an element of skill is to be consistently profitable.

Speaker 0

而这些技巧,其实并没有明确的定义。

And then we get into a new realm of those skills are not defined.

Speaker 0

没有哪门课上完考试就能发证书,告诉你:恭喜,你已经是成功的交易者了。

There is no course you can take with exams at the end, that then they give you a certificate and go, there you are, you're a successful trader.

Speaker 0

最终,我们作为交易者的成败,取决于长期的盈亏结果。

Ultimately our success as a betterer trader is determined by a long term profit loss figure.

Speaker 0

但缺乏系统教育,往往让我们独自面对自己的想法,或者过分在意别人对‘对错’的评判。

But that lack of education tends to leave us isolated with our own thoughts, or in a lot of cases, paying too much relevance to thoughts of others on what is right or wrong.

Speaker 0

总有些人喜欢大喊大叫,说自己的方法才是唯一正确的,别人做的全都是错的——这种现象在赌博领域普遍存在,从美国体育博彩到我做的足球交易,无一例外。

Certainly there's people who love to sort of shout from the parapet that their way is the only way, that they're right, and anything else anybody does is wrong, that's right across the gambling spectrum from US sports betting right through to what I do football trading.

Speaker 0

我可以说,我们需要纪律,要理解连输的阶段,要有耐心——这些我们在之前的节目里都聊过,都是不错的交易信条。但大多数赌徒和交易者,最初都是冲着赢钱、享受赢钱的刺激来的,结果却往往陷入恐惧,带着恐惧去下注、去交易,我们必须想办法摆脱这种状态。

I can sit here and say things like, we need discipline, we need to understand losing runs, we need patience, you know, we've talked about these things in previous episodes, all good betting trading mantras, but most bettors traders, if they're honest, go into this with a view to win money, the excitement of winning money, and inevitably end up at a place of fear, and trading and betting with fear, we need to try and eliminate that.

Speaker 0

我们之前已经提到过一些应对方法,接下来还会深入讨论资金管理和账户设置。但说到底,引发这种恐惧的,通常不是钱本身,而是亏钱的体验。

We've covered some of this in our setup, and we're gonna do more on staking and bank setups, but it is usually money, or more precisely, losing money that causes this fear.

Speaker 0

上次我们聊过建立结构和流程,这能帮助我们克服恐惧。但恐惧通常源于亏钱的经历——无论是下注还是交易,对一些人来说,这就像一场没完没了的循环:做了,亏了;再做,又亏了;反复重复。

Last time we talked about having a structure and a process, and that can help us in our goal to overcome fear, but fear usually is a result of a scarring from losing money and betting, trading, it can be for some people a sort of constant journey where they've done things lost, done things lost, done things lost, and keep repeating.

Speaker 0

所以这种恐惧的触发点几乎是无穷无尽的,比如遭遇极端波动:假设你一直押平赔率,理论上可能连输八场,结果你却连输了十五场。

So it develops sort of, you know, there's almost infinite scenarios that this fear develops, a run of extreme variance where you just, you know, let's say you were betting even money and we could have an estimated losing run of whatever, eight losers, and we're on a run of 15 losers.

Speaker 0

这种极端波动一来,你就会开始害怕自己在做的事。

You know, extreme variance, you start to fear what you're doing.

Speaker 0

更常见的是,账户资金遭到重创,让你发现原来所谓的策略并没有想象中那么稳健。

More likely financial hits to our bank, so perhaps it's not as bomb proof as we thought.

Speaker 0

就算策略本身没问题,一旦遭遇重大亏损,心理上也难免受挫,进而引发恐惧。

And even if it is, if it's a significant hit, it always psychologically hurts, leads to fear.

Speaker 0

你测试过一个方法,觉得靠谱就真金白银去实盘,结果一上手就开始亏钱。

You test something and you decide to then take it live and it starts losing.

Speaker 0

恐惧就来了。

Fear.

Speaker 0

你之前一路顺风,赢到停不下来。

You've had an amazing run, you can't stop winning.

Speaker 0

你加大注码,然后不可避免的低潮就来了。

You up the stakes and then the inevitable downturn comes.

Speaker 0

害怕。

Fear.

Speaker 0

这其实是我所说的‘为什么总轮到我’效应。

And you kind of get the what is now known as the ballatelle effect by me.

Speaker 0

为什么总是我?

It's the why always me?

Speaker 0

为什么倒霉的事总发生在我身上?

Why has this always happened to me?

Speaker 0

真正应对恐惧的关键在于,这个游戏永远不会按你期待的方式、在你期待的时间内发生。

And the bottom line really to dealing with fear is this game will never play out as we want it to on a timescale we want it to.

Speaker 0

我们总在谈一夜暴富,但更进一步说,很多人赌博就是冲着这个目标去的。可他们还给自己设了时间表——周盈利、月盈利,不管是什么。一旦结果没赶上这些自我设定的时间节点,哪怕只是路上一个小波折,都会在心里留下一道伤疤。要往前走,就得跨过这道疤。我觉得,克服恐惧才是成功的根本。

You know, we talk a lot about get rich quick, but even beyond that, you know, lot of people do go into gambling as a way of seeing it as get rich quick, but even beyond that, people set themselves these timescales, and then when things don't play out to that timescale, be it weekly profits, monthly profits, whatever it may be, every single bump along the road they get that doesn't meet these sort of self assessment timescales they've set up, it leaves a psychological scar that needs to be overcome for you then to move forward, and I think that removing the fear is a key to success.

Speaker 0

真正无畏的交易者,是那些愿意接受风险、并培养出理解稳定盈利过程能力的人,他们才会成功。

Fearless traders who accept risk and develop the skills to understand the process of winning consistently are the ones that will succeed.

Speaker 0

我们人类,这么说可能有点争议,但事实就是,我们本质上就是非理性的。

We as humans, probably gonna be a little bit controversial here, but we are humans, We are just irrational.

Speaker 0

我们就是一群非理性的生物。

We're irrational beings.

Speaker 0

有人害怕坐飞机,却心安理得地开车,殊不知统计数据表明,开车其实危险得多。

We have people scared of flying, but will happily get in a car when the statistics show car travel is far more dangerous.

Speaker 0

在美国,每十万人口中,有0.44人死于交通事故,而空难致死人数只有0.02人。

The US loses point four four people per 100,000 to road deaths and zero point zero two people per 100,000 to airline deaths.

Speaker 0

在英国,每十万人口中,有5.66人死于道路事故,空难致死人数则是0.03人。

In The UK, it's five point six six per 100,000 road deaths, zero point zero three to airline deaths.

Speaker 0

从概率来看,美国车祸死亡是空难的82倍,英国则是240倍;而美国空难死亡的概率是55078比1,英国则是44135比1。我当然不会阻止你开车,但我至今还没遇到谁说害怕开车或不敢上车的——可能这辈子就见过一个。

Odds wise it is eighty two to one in The US and two forty to one in The UK for a road death against fifty five thousand seventy eight to one in The US for airline death, and forty four thousand one hundred and thirty five to one in The UK for airline deaths Don't let me stop you getting in the car, but I've yet to meet anybody, I think maybe one person in my life who said they're scared of driving or scared of getting in the car.

Speaker 0

我觉得我从来没遇见过谁说害怕坐车。

I don't think I've met anyone who said they're scared of getting in a car.

Speaker 0

我印象里大概只遇到过一个人,说他害怕开车。

I think I've met one person who said they're scared of driving.

Speaker 0

你这么一说,对航空的恐惧就完全说不通了。

When you speak like that, the airline fear becomes completely irrational.

Speaker 0

有大量数据证明,坐飞机比开车安全得多。

There's to back up that it is significantly safer, you know, hugely safer than getting in a car.

Speaker 0

新冠之后,我最近刚和一个人辩论过,其实很多人都是这样,疫情让不少人开始讨论疫苗的安全性。

We've seen with COVID, I had a debate with somebody recently, many people since COVID, you know, it's opened many debates, debated the safety of vaccines.

Speaker 0

他们可能是对的,也可能是错的。

They may be right, they may be wrong.

Speaker 0

时间会给出答案,但不幸的是,这话题和如今很多其他话题一样,充满了胡言乱语。

You know, time will bear out, and unfortunately, it's a topic that a load of nonsense, like a lot of topics are talked about these days.

Speaker 0

除了那些总说政府控制、追踪监控之类的人——这些我就不多说了——真正让反对疫苗的人担心的,是觉得疫苗是实验品,还没经过充分验证。

The big fear, aside from those sort of espousing the government control and the tracking and all that sort of stuff, which, you know, I won't go into, But the big fear for those of you against FTSE is they're an experiment and they are untested.

Speaker 0

就在十天前,我和一位好朋友聊了这事,他坚决不打疫苗,也不让老婆孩子打,而他老婆一向听他的。

And I had a conversation with one such person literally about ten days ago, a good friend of mine, and he feared that he wouldn't have the vaccine, wouldn't let his kids have the vaccine, wouldn't let his wife have the vaccine, and she is very much a wife like that who does what he says.

Speaker 0

这又是另一个话题了。

That's another story altogether.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

我认识他差不多三十年了。

I've known him thirty years, I reckon.

Speaker 0

他担心打的针是实验性的,还没经过验证。

And he his fear was that the injection was an experiment, was untested.

Speaker 0

我非常确定,因为我们多次讨论过,他至少十年来一直定期吸可卡因。

I know for an absolute fact, because we've discussed it many times, that for at least ten years, he's been a regular cocaine user.

Speaker 0

2020年,英国有770人死于可卡因滥用。

In 2020 in The UK, seven hundred and seventy people died of cocaine misuse.

Speaker 0

2020年,英国有4561人死于药物滥用。

Four thousand five hundred and sixty one people died in 2020 of drug misuse.

Speaker 0

你可以拿任何关于疫苗的数据来比。

You can take whatever stats you've got about the vaccine.

Speaker 0

但这些数字完全没法跟疫苗的死亡率相提并论。

It doesn't compare anywhere close to these numbers.

Speaker 0

所以我跟他说,你害怕的是那些大药厂生产的、背后有数百万资金支持的药物,可那个在公共厕所里给你一包白色粉末的家伙,你却立马掏钱买,二十镑也好,多少钱都行。

So I sort of said, you're scared of a drug manufactured by drug companies with millions behind it, but the bloke in a public toilet giving you a bag of white powder you like, give it to me now for your £20 or whatever you pay for it.

Speaker 0

对我来说,这完全没道理。

To me, it's just irrational.

Speaker 0

但恐惧会让人偏离正轨,咱们还是回到正题吧。

But betting fear let's get back onto the track.

Speaker 0

被恐惧牵着走,只会让你产生不理智的想法。

Betting fear will lead you to irrational thoughts.

Speaker 0

我们偶尔状态不好。

We we have a bad day.

Speaker 0

于是就告诉自己,反正赢不了。

We tell ourselves we can't win.

Speaker 0

也许还有别人跟你说,你根本赢不了。

We perhaps have other people telling you you can't win.

Speaker 0

最近我刚通过FTS跟一个人聊过这个话题。

I've had a conversation with somebody through FTS about that just recently.

Speaker 0

我们会对自己的账户感到恐慌。

We panic about our bank.

Speaker 0

有些人会因为害怕输钱而降低投注金额。

Some will then reduce stakes through fear of losing.

Speaker 0

另一些人则会加大注码,只想把钱赢回来,因为他们害怕睡不着觉——毕竟没拿回最初那笔钱,局面就彻底乱了。

Others will increase stakes to get their money back because they're scared they can't go to bed because they haven't got, you know, the money they started with and and carnage ensues.

Speaker 0

所以,我认为成功的关键之一,就是开始摆脱这种恐惧,接受我们所做之事中固有的不确定性。

So one of the big elements, I think, to success is starting to move past this fear and accept the uncertainty of what we do.

Speaker 0

这种能力来自流程、来自结构、来自坚持规则,也来自清楚自己的预期以及事情会如何发展。

And it comes from process, it comes from structure, it comes from sticking to the rules, comes from understanding our expectations and how things play out.

Speaker 0

我们之前聊过的所有这些,都需要被学习并落实成一套体系,让我们能在这个领域里无惧前行。

All the things that we've talked about, we need to learn and put in place a structure that enables us to operate in this field without fear.

Speaker 0

我经常对自己说一句话:我已经免疫了。我也会告诉那些我指导的人:你会看到一切,真的,你会看到一切。

And I use the phrase a lot for myself, I'm immune, one of the things I say to people I mentor is you will see everything, you will see everything.

Speaker 0

不管你关注什么运动,总会发生一些事让你忍不住想:这怎么可能发生?

Whatever think of sports or whatever sport you're in, you will something will happen that you will think, how on earth did that happen?

Speaker 0

我的运气怎么样?

How was my luck?

Speaker 0

不管怎样吧。

Whatever it may be.

Speaker 0

2023年4月。

April 2023.

Speaker 0

所以,我当时在一场马特斯队的比赛里,压了超过3.5个进球。

So, you know, I I was laying over 3.5 goals in a game involving mates.

Speaker 0

比赛进行到86分钟,还是0比0。

It was nil nil on eighty six minutes.

Speaker 0

0比0。

Nil nil.

Speaker 0

结果球进了。

The bit lost.

Speaker 0

你会看到各种意外,而唯一能让你冷静应对、不慌不乱的方式,就是明白这种事随时可能发生,接受它迟早会来,然后坚持自己的流程和习惯——这样你才不会冲动行事,才能真正坦然地参与这场博弈。

You see everything, and and the only way that you can rationalize it and play without fear is to understand that this can happen, understand it will happen, and stick to your routines and processes, and that leads you to then that you won't get reckless, and you can accept you are playing the market.

Speaker 0

市场根本不认识你,也不讨厌你,也不喜欢你。

The market doesn't know you, it doesn't like you, it doesn't dislike you.

Speaker 0

市场只会做它该做的事。

The market will do what it does.

Speaker 0

比赛会按它自己的方式进行。

The match will do what it's going to do.

Speaker 0

赛马会跑出它本来的样子。

The horse race will run as it is run.

Speaker 0

当你明白这一点,就会更信任自己,恐惧也会慢慢消退,而这正是建立信任的过程。

And as you learn that, you learn to trust yourself more and the fear starts to subside, and it is that building that trust.

Speaker 0

恐惧源于不了解,源于把结果当个人攻击。如果你发现自己总在往个人层面想,那该怎么应对?

Fear comes from a lack of understanding, the irrationality of taking it personally, if you recognize in you that you take it personally, one process, how do we deal with that?

Speaker 0

别太纠结于结果,别老盯着每一场输赢。

Is not to involve ourselves so much in the outcome, not to watch so many results.

Speaker 0

这是一项可以学会的技能。

So that's a skill you can learn.

Speaker 0

你可以学会跟它保持距离。

You can learn to distance yourself from that.

Speaker 0

你可以建立一套机制,比如周五固定下注,然后直到周一都不再碰它。

You can learn to put a system in place, for example, perhaps just betting fixed odds that you put on on a Friday and you don't do anything until Monday.

Speaker 0

一开始可能会很难,但这种能力是可以练出来的。

Whilst you'll find it hard originally, that is a skill that you can learn.

Speaker 0

这是一种可以通过练习养成的习惯。

That is a learned habit.

Speaker 0

说到底,就是一种习得的行为。

It's nothing other than learned behavior.

Speaker 0

把注下好。

Put my bets on.

Speaker 0

周一之前别去看结果。

Don't look at results till Monday.

Speaker 0

盯着结果看,本身也是一种行为。

The looking at results is a behavior.

Speaker 0

这就会变成一种行为习惯,你一直这么做,遇到不顺的日子,市场跟你作对时,你就不停地责怪自己。

It just becomes a behavioral habit, and you keep doing it, and on a bad day when they're going against you, you're beating yourself up all the time.

Speaker 0

你不断给自己制造心理障碍,恐惧感一点一点渗入你的思维,因为你总害怕下一个结果。

You're constantly building and those psychological barriers constantly putting fear into your into your sort of makeup because you fear the next result.

Speaker 0

你害怕这种感觉。

You fear that.

Speaker 0

对有些人来说,我觉得交易可能真的不适合你。毕竟交易就是坐在那儿盯着市场,如果你受不了这种压力,承受不了亏损,把每一次输钱都当成末日,不断积累心理创伤,那你完全可以退出——这本质上是个行为问题,我们是可以主动抽身的。

You know, so for some people I say trading may not be for you because obviously trading, we're sitting there watching markets, we're doing it, and if you can't cope with that, if you can't cope with losses coming or whatever, and you're living everyone as if that's the end, and building up these psychological scars, you can take yourself out of it, that's a behavioral thing, we can take ourselves out of it.

Speaker 0

关键是要专注在真正决定你成功的事情上。

The key is to focus on what you need to be successful.

Speaker 0

每个人的情况都不一样,但有一件事是我们所有人都必须学会的:别把注意力放在钱上,这就是你的底线。

It will vary as we are all different, but the one thing we do not focus on, the sort of global thing we've all got to learn, is not to focus on the money, that's your line in the sand.

Speaker 0

一旦你盯着钱看,几乎注定会失败,因为钱会不断激发恐惧,真正的恐惧根源始终是钱。

If you focus on the money, you are almost certainly doomed because it will just drive this fear, it will be the money underneath that always drives the fear.

Speaker 0

如果你能认清自己的弱点并加以改进,比如你总忍不住查看每笔交易的结果,对每个波动都反应过度,那就可以改掉这个习惯——这只是其中一个例子。

If you identify your weaknesses and focus on improving them, so for example, if your weaknesses, you check every result, you get overreact to all these results, we can move away from that, it's just one example.

Speaker 0

如果你不记记录,就没什么可回头查看的,也无法证明自己到底哪里做对了、哪里做错了。我听过太多借口,但这些其实都是后天养成的习惯。

If you don't keep records, so you've got nothing to look back and prove to yourself how things work or how they work, you know, I hear so many excuses, but all these things are learned behaviors.

Speaker 0

所以你要先认清自己的弱点,想办法改进,同时也要发现自己的优势,看看怎么把这些长处发挥得更好。

So identifying your weakness and focus on improving them and identifying your strengths equally and focus on what can you do to make those better.

Speaker 0

关键在于,你得学会接受并处理亏损,一旦你能做到这一点,你的交易水平自然会提升。

The key element of it come down somewhere along the line to accepting and dealing with losses, and once we can do that, it'll improve you as a trader.

Speaker 0

这本身就是一种需要你慢慢培养的技能。

It is in itself a skill that you need to develop.

Speaker 0

每个人都会亏钱,这是难免的。

Everyone has losses, everyone you know.

Speaker 0

就像世界上很多事一样,社交媒体让赌博的性质变得更扭曲了。

Like a lot of things in the world, social media has distorted the gambling game further.

Speaker 0

人们聊得最多的,总是赢钱的事。

People talk mostly about winning.

Speaker 0

那些爱面子的人总爱吹嘘自己多厉害,把交易说得轻而易举,结果别人就很容易被带进去了。

Ego driven people boast how good they are and make it sound easy, and then it gets all too easy for people to get drawn into.

Speaker 0

别误会,我觉得要想成功,确实得有点自信,甚至得有点自信心。

Don't get me wrong, I do think you've gotta have some form of sort of self assurance and some form of ego to succeed.

Speaker 0

每个人多多少少都有点自负,只是程度不同,但现在社交媒体让那些极端的声音把半截故事当成了完整真相。

I think everybody's got a degree of ego in them at different levels, but in all walks now, social media allows the extremes of people to present half a story that gets taken as a complete picture.

Speaker 0

这行当的真相是,不管你用什么方式,除非你清楚知道赢家具体怎么做、怎么下单、怎么执行交易,否则你手上只有半截信息、一点信息,或者四分之一信息,那跟拿个陶瓷茶壶泡茶一样——根本没用。

The truth in this game is whatever way it goes about, unless you are privy to exactly what that winner does, the exact mechanisms, the exact way they executed their trades, unless you have that, it's about as much use to you as a chocolate teapot having just half the info or no info or a quarter of the info.

Speaker 0

这根本不重要,我们正努力分享更多我实际怎么做、怎么操作的细节。

It doesn't matter, and we're trying to get to a stage to share more of what I do and exactly how I do it.

Speaker 0

现在很多人只发点零碎片段,别人一看就容易被带偏,结果越搞越沮丧,老觉得‘这招对我没用,别人用就有效,可我怎么就不行’。

Well, I think a lot of what goes on now is people give little snippets, and then other people, and you get drawn into that, and the frustration, it's that scarring, oh, it doesn't work for me, it works for this guy, but it doesn't work for me.

Speaker 0

所以你真得建立起一套清晰的流程,知道自己在做什么、为什么这么做,这样你才能毫无恐惧地交易。

So I think it's really important that you develop these processes so you know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it, and then you can trade without fear.

Speaker 0

每个人都会亏钱,你在网上看到的那些人,包括我,谁没经历过亏损、连败、低谷?但真正的赢家明白,这些本就是过程的一部分,接着往前走就是了。

Everybody has losses, so all these people you see on social media, me, everybody you will see will have losses, losing runs, losing periods, but winners accept they are part of the process and move on.

Speaker 0

在足球领域,我跟人交流、指导时经常发现一个问题,我相信在赛马市场也一样,就是总想证明自己‘对’。

In football, one of the issues I find again when sort of talking and mentoring people is, and I'm sure it's the same in the racing markets, is that of being right.

Speaker 0

我很少因为担心自己对不对而进场交易,这对我来说根本不重要。

I rarely enter a trade concerned with if I'm right or not, it doesn't matter to me.

Speaker 0

我进场是因为我相信,在这九十分钟里,它会给我带来盈利的机会。

I enter a trade as I believe it will offer me a chance to profit at some stage through ninety minutes.

Speaker 0

我清楚自己最多能亏多少,如果走势不如预期;比如,我可能在半场时交易两球领先,这我之前说过,但实际上只要进一球我就盈利了。

I know exactly what my loss will be, if it doesn't go my way, but for example, I may trade, let's say, two goals ahead at half time, a trade I've talked about, but I only actually need one goal to go into profit.

Speaker 0

如果什么都没发生,我知道自己最多就亏一分。

And I know that my downside will be one point if it if nothing happens.

Speaker 0

我可能从比赛一开始就会交易两球以上的盘口,但我知道,进一球或两球我就能赚钱,根本不需要进三球。

I may trade over two point goals from the start of the match, but knowing I can profit all one goal or two goals, I don't need three goals.

Speaker 0

我不需要是对的。

I don't need to be right.

Speaker 0

我不需要比分一定要超过2.5球。

I don't need it to be over 2.5.

Speaker 0

那些非得证明自己是对的人,往往会留在不该留的交易里,进场做不该做的单子,结果就是亏钱。他们还把这当个人失败,其实根本不是这么回事——重点不是你对不对,而是你赚不赚钱。

People who cling to that need to be right stay in trades they should not, they enter trades they should not, and as such end up losing, and they take it, you know, one thing I think they take it personally, and I think, you know, it's not about being right, it's about being profitable.

Speaker 0

一旦你开始把事情当个人恩怨,不管是什么——比如判了你点球不利,或者很多交易者总想着‘这事儿100%都会发生’‘90%都会发生’,可偏偏你进场的那一次就没发生。

The minute you start taking things personally, whatever it may be, penalty going against you or whatever, or, you know, a lot of trading people focus around, you know, oh, this happened 100% of the time, or 90% of the time, and it didn't happen the one game you enter.

Speaker 0

我们以前也聊过,根本不存在100%稳赢的事,这种想法太荒谬了。

And that's, you know, we've talked about this before, nothing runs 100%, it's ridiculous to think that it will.

Speaker 0

同样,下半场进球数也不可能在任何联赛里稳定保持在50%的水平。

Just similarly, as nothing will ever run at, you know, whatever, second half goals will never consistently run at 50% in any league.

Speaker 0

它们最终还是会回升到70%左右。

You know, they will work their way back up to 70 odd.

所以如果某个数据现在是50%,我反而会押它,因为很快就会反弹;而如果已经到100%了,它根本不可能一直维持,迟早要回落,这时候你反而可以反着操作。

So if something's at 50%, I'd wanna be on those because they're gonna catch up soon, whereas something's on a 100%, it can't possibly stay there, so they're gonna have losers, so you kinda can flip it on its head.

但从今天开始,做投注交易要无所畏惧,现在就该静下心来,好好审视自己的交易系统,尤其是心理层面——诚实地问自己:你擅长什么?你有哪些心理优势?又有哪些心理弱点?

But starting today on betting trading without fear, know, getting down into things now that we can do ourselves, start looking at your setup, look at your mental setup, really be honest with yourself, what do you think you do well, what are your good mental traits, what are your bad mental traits?

Speaker 0

财务上,也检查你的交易设置和筛选标准,然后把这两方面结合起来,列出你的优势和劣势,再思考:怎么消除劣势,或者让它们变强?怎么进一步提升你的优势?

Financially, look at your setup and your vetting activity, and then across both those, write down your strengths, weaknesses, and then look at how can you remove the weaknesses or make them stronger, and look at your strengths and go, What can I do to improve them?

Speaker 0

别躺在功劳簿上睡大觉,我始终在追求全方位的进步。接下来我们会聊到如何应对亏损、管理下注和资金配置,一步步走向无畏交易者的状态。但别以为只要资金做到300点就万事大吉了——如果它一跌40点,你还是照样慌得不行。

Don't rest on your laurels, I'm always striving to be better in all areas, and through other stuff that we talk about then, we'll learn how to cope with losses, with our staking and bank setups and things, and you'll be on your way to build your life as a fearless trader, but it doesn't matter if you build a 300 bank, you know, and you think that's enough, but you're still gonna start to panic if it loses 40 points.

Speaker 0

这根本不重要。

It doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

其余的都不重要,因为只要你从现在开始带着恐惧去下注,就会影响你的操作,你也就没法发挥出最佳水平,而这正是我们最需要避免的。

The rest doesn't matter, because if you're bet with fear from that point onwards, it's gonna affect how you operate, and then you're not gonna perform at your best, and that's what we need to do.

Speaker 0

所以你真的得开始关注这一点,接下来我唯一能给你的建议是:这套方法必须适合你。

So really important that you sort of start to look at that, and the only advice I'll give from here as we move forward is, it's got to suit you.

Speaker 0

别人怎么做,虽然都是在做投注、交易这类事,但人们总喜欢加入群体,热衷于讨论,爱往聊天室里扎堆,等等。

What any other individual does, whilst it's an activity, betting, trading, that people love to be part of groups, love to talk about it, love to go in chat rooms, whatever it may be.

Speaker 0

归根结底,这是你的钱,是你和市场之间的事,其他一切都无关紧要。

Ultimately, it is you, your money, and the markets, and nothing else really matters.

Speaker 0

如果你依赖一个荐股人,明天你突然没了,那你还剩下什么?

If you've got a tipster and you drop dead tomorrow, where does that leave you?

Speaker 0

你得学会独立,搞清楚什么能激发你,找到真正适合你的交易系统,看清哪些心理因素在影响你,然后去调整它们。

You know, you've got to learn to stand on your own two feet, identify what makes you tick, identify your setup that suits you, look at the things that affect you mentally, and then work on them.

Speaker 0

我们可以通过这一系列内容来帮你改进这些方面,让你成为一个更优秀的交易者,不再恐惧交易,学会把亏损当作过程的一部分,最终走向盈利。

We can work on them through this, you know, series to make you a better trader and trade without fear and start to accept the losses as part of the process and move you into profitability.
