In Luke 22, this is just something I've been thinking about recently, and, God's been showing me it.

So, Luke 22 and verse 31 says, and the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have you that he may sift you as wheat.

But I have prayed for you that thy faith fail not.

And when you are converted, strengthen the brethren.

In the beginning, Simon, Simon, behold, like, listen.

And I think about that and I've been thinking about listening and we struggle.

I've been watching, reading a Watchman Knee book, The Character of God Work Work Workman.

It's a great book.

He has a bullet point of many different things that the workman of God should be like.

The first thing he says is a good listener.

Learning how to listen.

And that hit me like a ton of bricks.

I was like, wow.

Listening to people.

You know?

He says there's three things that people are saying.

One is what they're saying to you upfront.

第二是他们根本没对你说出来的东西。

Two is something that they're not even saying unto you.

You know?

There's so many other things, but they're just giving you the short, oh, yeah.

I'm doing good, and and and that's it.

And then there's three.

There's this the soul of the person speaks out too as well.

你有没有跟某人交谈过，却知道他们正经历着痛苦和悲剧？

You ever talk to somebody and you know that they're going through something painful and tragic?

那就是他们的灵魂在哭泣。

That's their soul like crying now.

看好了，它说你可以学会如何倾听他们。

And watch me, it says that you can learn how to listen to them.

学会倾听。

Learn how to listen.

看哪，西门，看哪，撒旦想要筛你们像筛麦子一样。

Behold, Simon, behold, Satan desires you to sift you.

这是一个筛选的过程。

There's a sifting process.

筛选是一种分离，把麦子从麦子中分离出来？从什么中分离？

The sifting is a separation, from the wheat from the the wheat from the what?

稗子。

Tares.

是的。

Yes.

果实与坏果实的分离，活人与死人的区分，这就是撒旦想在我们生命中进行的筛选过程，但如果你读《阿摩司书》9章9节，就会知道神也允许这样的过程。

The fruit, from maybe the bad fruit, the living from the dead, the sifting process that happens in our life that Satan wants to do, But also God allows it if you read Amos nine nine.

He says, I will sift the house of Israel.

This is a shaking process.

《希伯来书》也提到，你们也会被震动。

Hebrews talks about you'll be shaken too as well.

This is a very important process in our lives and it's going to happen.

You'll be sifted, you'll be shaken, and God will allow it for a reason.

He allows it for a reason.

Satan desired to sift you like wheat.

But what does Jesus say?

三十二节。

So good.

But I have prayed for you.

What did he pray for?

不是为了让他不被筛，不是为了让他不失败，而是他祷告说：你的信心不要失效。

Not for him to not be sifted, not for him to, you know, not fail, but he he prayed what that thy faith fail you not.

But I've prayed for you.

Thank you, Lord.

And he says, when you are converted, strengthen the brethren.

And I was just thinking and meditating on the many times Peter failed.

You know?

Peter denies Jesus three times.

Denied the Messiah.

Jesus asked Peter three times, do you love me?

并恢复了他。

And restored him.

When Peter denied him, we see him later being converted.

This conversion process is amazing.

He was converted, and then in Acts two, he's preaching the gospel and pointing people to Christ.

在使徒行传第二章，有三千人得救。

And in Acts two, three thousand people got saved.

这是一个转化的过程。

There's a conversion process.

这与得救是不同的。

And this is different, from being saved.

明白吗？

Okay?

所以，悔改是一个贯穿我们一生的过程，我们会不断经历这样的转变。

So conversion is something that's gonna happen throughout our whole lives, and we're gonna go through this.

But it's not that he wasn't saved.

Right?

In Titus three five, it says, according to his mercy, he has saved us with the washing of the word and the regeneration through the Holy Spirit.

Regeneration, this is your salvation happens one time, a free gave gift by faith.

但悔改的过程在信徒的生命中会多次发生。

But the conversion process happens many times in a believer's life.

The sifting, the shaking of your life, things are being turned upside down.

但你看彼得后来的生命，在彼得前书五章十节，他说：你们经历短暂的苦难之后，难道看不到转化吗？

But you see later in Peter's life, first Peter five ten, he says, after you have suffered a while, see the conversion?

它并不是立刻发生的。

It didn't happen right away.

It took time.

He says, God will restore you and make you strong.

And there's this I'll just write and I'll close with this.

Conversion, like we said, we just talked about it, happens many times in my life.

Communication.

Well, let's go to crucifixion.

I I kind of forget that part sometimes.

The noise gets loud, and I forget about the cross life.

Man, I need that cross life, that crucifixion, that he bore my sins, and I am a new creation.

And then through that comes communication.

Lord, teach me how to communicate.

To first communicate with you.

团契。

Communion.

沟通就是团契。

That's what communication is, communion.

I wanna feed on the lamb.

我想向你学习。

I want to learn from you.

我想昼夜默想你的话。

I want to meditate day and night on your word.

这个沟通的过程。

This communication process.

然后，对于我的配偶、我的爱人、我的朋友和家人，我该如何沟通？

And then with maybe my spouse, my significant other, my friends, and my family, how do I communicate?

这就是路加福音22章那节经文的意思。

And that's what that verse saying in Luke 22.

你回头之后，我已经为你祷告了。

After you are converted, I've prayed for you.

当你回转之后，要坚固你的弟兄们。

And when you are converted, strengthen the brethren.

你所经历的，你所经历的转变，你生命中所经历的熬炼。

What you go through, the conversions you have, the sifting that goes on in your life.

要紧紧抓住耶稣基督，知道他首先为你祷告了。

Oh, just hold on to Jesus Christ and know that he prayed for you first and foremost.

Like, that is amazing.

But know what you're going through, that God is gonna use it as he did in Peter's life to do something to communicate and give to other people.

So your suffering today, your failures today, God prayed for you, and he's gonna redeem it.

He's gonna convert you, and then you're gonna communicate it to somebody else who's gonna be going through the same exact thing in life.

Here's the story.

Elijah number one, Elijah number one goes up in the sky with a fiery chariot and it was told to Elijah number two, if you see me go up then you will get twice my spirit.

Because Elijah number two said, I want to have twice the spirit you have.

So the deal was if you see me go up that will happen to you.

Elijah number two saw him and he's gone.

Now, the other men, the prophets in the school of Elijah, the other men that were also believers but they were not really discipled as Elijah number two, like he went with him wherever he went.

You have a spiritual mind in Christ.

一定要培养这种心志。

Be sure to cultivate that mind.

Be sure to stay fresh with that mind.

你正在被塑造成基督的形象。

You are being conformed to the image of Christ.

我知道你们的难处，作为人，我确实了解你们在生活中的一些困境。

Now, I know your troubles, I do know something about your troubles in life as people.

我知道你们中有些人正在与健康问题、家庭问题、关系问题、工作问题作斗争。

I know some of you are battling health problems, family problems, relationship problems, job problems.
