你们有没有过这样的经历?谈恋爱的时候,老是冒出一些不想有的怀疑,比如:我真够爱他吗?

You guys, have you ever been in a relationship and you kept having unwanted doubts like, do I love them enough?

Speaker 0

我真的快乐吗?

Am I really happy?

Speaker 0

万一上帝给我安排了更好的人呢?

What if God has someone better for me?

Speaker 0

这些问题根本压不下去,怎么都挥之不去。

And those questions felt impossible to ignore.

Speaker 0

突然间,你不停地祈祷某些事发生,老拿自己的感情跟别人比,一遍遍问朋友怎么看,可怎么都找不到内心的平静。

And suddenly you repeatedly praying for certain things or sign constantly comparing your relationship to others, asking friends what they think over and over again, but you can't find peace no matter what you try.

Speaker 0

这些挥之不去的感情疑虑,感觉特别真实,特别吓人,但有件事你必须知道。

Unwanted relationship doubts can feel so real and so scary, but here's what's important to know.

Speaker 0

像这样的想法,可能是关系型强迫症的表现。

Thoughts like these can be a sign of relationship OCD.

Speaker 0

跟大家以为的‘爱整洁’不一样,真正的强迫症是一种严重状况,它会盯上你最在乎的东西。

Unlike the stereotypes about being organized, real OCD is a serious condition that can latch onto anything we care about.

Speaker 0

关系型强迫症会让人陷入无休止的怀疑和焦虑,接着又忍不住去做一些事来让自己好受点。

Relationship OCD creates this never ending loop of doubt and anxiety, followed by behaviors you do to try to feel better.

Speaker 0

但那种缓解感根本撑不了多久。

But the relief never lasts.

Speaker 0

不过别担心,强迫症不一定非得毁掉你的感情,因为它其实很容易治,尤其是通过一种叫暴露与反应预防的疗法,简称ERP。

But OCD doesn't have to take over your relationships because it's highly treatable with a type of specialized therapy called exposure and responsive prevention or ERP.

Speaker 0

所以我想跟你们聊聊NOCD这个平台。

And that's why I want to tell you about NOCD.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh, Lord.

Speaker 0

你今天这发型太棒了。

I love your blowout today.

Speaker 0

你得给我们做个教程,教教怎么弄的。

You should give us a tutorial on how to do that.

Speaker 1

我自己弄的。

I did it myself.

Speaker 1

看起来真漂亮。

It looks beautiful.

Speaker 1

就只是……

Just

Speaker 0

你头发总是这么好看。

Your hair always looks good.

Speaker 0

我妈妈也这么说。

My mom says that.

Speaker 0

不是的。

No.

Speaker 0

Angela的头发看起来蓬松饱满,你的却显得扁塌。

Angela's hair looks so full and yours looks flat.

Speaker 1

不是这样的。

No.

Speaker 1

我其实也有这种感觉,谢谢你这么说,最近我总觉得自己的头发有问题,好像得了头发焦虑症。

That's how I feel about Thank you for saying that because I think I've been having really bad hair dysmorphia recently.

Speaker 1

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 0

你这头发最近可真够蓬松的。

You know your hair's been hairin'.

Speaker 1

我这头发最近是挺蓬松的。

My hair's been hairin'.

Speaker 2

装得像Z世代一样。

Trying to sound like a Gen Z.

Speaker 1

对,咱们得更Z世代一点。

Yeah, we need to be more Gen Z like.

Speaker 0

他们平时都怎么说的?

What they do they say?

Speaker 0

怎么说?

Say?

Speaker 0

比钟表还准,我真是

Than the clock, I can't

Speaker 1

打卡?

Clock it?

Speaker 1

打卡,我上瘾了。

Clock it, I'm addicted to.

Speaker 1

但他们老说‘太扯了’。

But they say like whack.

Speaker 1

这也太离谱了吧。

Like that's so whack.

Speaker 2

我小时候也老这么说。

I used to say that when I was little.

Speaker 0

哦,明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

可能这是千禧一代的说法。

Maybe that's millennial.

Speaker 0

离谱?

Whack?

Speaker 0

我感觉

I feel

Speaker 1

我们就是Z世代啊。

like we are Gen Z.

Speaker 1

这真的太离谱了。

That's so whack.

Speaker 1

这也太离谱了吧。

That's so whack.

Speaker 1

简直像魔鬼一样离谱。

Like that's like the devil is whack.

Speaker 1

真是个烂人。

What a dirt ball.

Speaker 1

要是的话

What if

Speaker 0

你们管他们叫牛人?

What are calling them awesome?

Speaker 0

废物。

Bum.

Speaker 0

我想丰富一下我的词汇量。

I'm trying to expand my vocabulary.

Speaker 1

我们要不要直接翻字典?

Should we start reading the dictionary?

Speaker 0

是啊,我要是当年在学校多听点课就好了。

Yeah, I wish I listened a little more in school.

Speaker 1

谢谢你这么说。

Thank you for saying that.

Speaker 1

我唯一后悔的就是历史课没认真听。

It's my one thing I wish I listened during history class.

Speaker 0

高中那会儿,认真听课的人根本不会逃课。

In high school that are listening do not bypass classes.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

还逃课跑去街角小店。

And skip school to go to the corner store.

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我要是你,肯定跑去街角小店买汽水和糖果。

Were I you was going to the corner store to get, like, sodas and candies.

Speaker 1

啊,我还以为你说的是毒品呢。

Oh, I thought you meant, like, drugs.

Speaker 0

我真不是那种沾毒品的人。

I really I wasn't like a drugs?

Speaker 2

我不清楚。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

我们学校好多孩子都那样。

A lot of kids were in my school.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

不是的。

No.

Speaker 1

我可是认真听你讲课的。

I listen in your classes.

Speaker 1

说实话,总有一天你们会开始对别的东西感兴趣。

Honestly, one day you guys are gonna get to the age where you're like interested in different topics.

Speaker 1

到时候你就该后悔了,哎呀,这些我早该懂的。

And then you're gonna say, oh, I should actually already know all this.

Speaker 1

我其实学过,但那时候根本没听进去,觉得没意思。

I learned it, but I wasn't listening because I didn't care then.

Speaker 1

我们现在跟你们说,认真听,因为总有一天你们会真正在意——不是因为代数。

We're telling you right now, listen, because one day you're gonna care, not about algebra.

Speaker 1

不,是真的在意代数。

No, really about algebra.

Speaker 2

好吧,我那时候是……

Okay, I was

Speaker 0

你别说,让我想想。

sound Tell and me

Speaker 1

你上一次做这个,我都记不得叫啥了。

the last time you had to do I don't even remember what it's called.

Speaker 1

你知道吧,就是那些数字啥的。

You know how it's like numbers?

Speaker 1

就像一个小房子,里面是这么个样子,外面还有一个数字。

It's like in a little house and it goes like this and then there's a number on the outside.

Speaker 1

不是。

No.

Speaker 1

哦,对了。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

这叫什么来着?

What is it called?

Speaker 0

托马斯,数字写在上面的时候,这叫什么?

Thomas, what is it called when you put the number on top?

Speaker 2

长除法。

Long division.

Speaker 2

长除法是什么?

What is long division?

Speaker 2

你怎么会知道这个?

And why do you know that?

Speaker 0

因为他太聪明了。

Because he's wicked smart.

Speaker 1

什么叫长除法?

What is long division?

Speaker 1

我这辈子什么时候非得用长除法不可?

And when in my life has that have I ever had to not only divide, but long divide?

Speaker 0

你最喜欢哪门课?

What was your favorite subject?

Speaker 1

戏剧、舞蹈,还有……

Drama, dance and Well,

Speaker 0

那不算一门课。

that's not a subject.

Speaker 0

哦,抱歉。

Okay, sorry.

Speaker 1

我们上节课吧。

We'll go class.

Speaker 1

我最喜欢的科目其实是数学。

My favorite subject was probably, it was math actually.

Speaker 2

真的是数学。

It was math actually.

Speaker 2

我超爱数学。

Love math.

Speaker 2

你挺喜欢的吧。

You enjoyed I it.

Speaker 2

其实还挺不错的。

Actually was good.

Speaker 2

我代数特别好,但长除法我都记不清了。

I was actually really good at algebra, and I don't remember long division.

Speaker 2

有一次我

One time I

Speaker 1

上学那会儿可真够迷糊的。

was so delusional in school.

Speaker 1

我记得老师可能心里想:这姑娘真是个傻子。

I remember my teacher was probably like, this girl is an idiot.

Speaker 1

我当时还在上学。

I was in school.

Speaker 1

我根本就没去上学。

I didn't even go to school.

Speaker 1

我其实成绩还不错,真的。

I like literally I got like, okay, I got good grades.

Speaker 1

成绩还行吧,但离哈佛那种水平差远了。

They were fine, but I certainly wasn't like Harvard level grades.

Speaker 1

有一次,当着全班的面,我查了下进哈佛得要多少GPA。

And one time in front of my whole class, I looked up like what GPA you had to have to get into Harvard.

Speaker 1

我跟大家说我要上哈佛,真不是吹牛,我当时就是这么想的。

I told everyone I was going to Harvard because I genuinely that's how do

Speaker 0

其实我最近刚跟人说过这事。

I told someone that recently actually

Speaker 1

你去哈佛了?

that you went to Harvard?

Speaker 2

是啊,怎么了?

Yeah, why?

Speaker 2

说不上来。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

我说那话的时候,觉得自己特酷。

I felt really cool when I did it.

Speaker 2

我当时穿着

I had

Speaker 0

一件哈佛的连帽衫。

a Harvard sweatshirt on.

Speaker 2

但他们都不信我。

They didn't believe me though.

Speaker 1

他们确实不信。

They didn't

Speaker 0

说的。

said.

Speaker 0

是发型的问题吗?

Is it the hair?

Speaker 1

对啊,你是说很难吗?

Yeah, What, like it's hard?

Speaker 0

进哈佛?

Getting into Harvard?

Speaker 0

《律政俏佳人》。

Legally blonde.

Speaker 0

《律政俏佳人》。

Legally blonde.

Speaker 0

我上学时可吃了不少苦,这事儿我以前说过好多次了。

Well, I struggled a lot in school as I've shared many times.

Speaker 0

所以希望你能觉得没那么孤单,这真的挺不容易的。

So I hope you feel less alone because it's a real struggle.

Speaker 2

这确实

It is a

Speaker 0

看看班上其他人,好像他们天生就特别聪明,轻轻松松就能拿高分,而有些人就是怎么都学不明白。

real Watch everyone around you in class like just ace in it because some people are just naturally really smart and then some people really struggle.

Speaker 0

到现在,我得读七八遍才能搞懂的东西,像你这样的人看一遍就懂了,你说是不是?

For me even now, I have to read something seven or eight times to get it where where someone like you can read it and then you go right on and you know what I mean?

Speaker 0

我们每个人的大脑运作方式都不一样,但这完全没关系。

So like we all have different brain chemistry and either way it's okay.

Speaker 0

这反而让我更努力学习。

Helps me study harder.

Speaker 0

但我以前总责怪自己,上课都觉得自己很丢脸。

But I remember I used to condemn myself so I used to be embarrassed to be in class.

Speaker 0

一想到要考试,我就紧张得不行,因为我知道班上那些孩子都会考得很好。

Like I would get severe anxiety when I would know I have a test because I know all the kids would like.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

然后我就坐在那儿,感觉自己的脑子转得特别慢。

And then and then I would be sitting there like my brain didn't work as fast.

Speaker 0

东西根本理解不了。

I couldn't comprehend things.

Speaker 0

上学对我来说真的特别吃力。

It was a struggle for me in school.

Speaker 1

最近我一直在想这个问题。

I have been thinking about this so much recently.

Speaker 1

我们居然还得写什么该死的信,就因为教育系统用同一套标准去衡量所有孩子,可每个孩子都不一样啊。

Like the fact we need to write a frigging letter or something because the fact that the education system grades every child on the same way and type of learning when every child is so different.

Speaker 1

有些人脑子确实适合学校那种考试方式,但太多孩子的脑子根本不是这样运作的。

And like some people's brains do work for the type of tests that are in school and so many kids' brains aren't like that.

Speaker 1

他们学习的方式完全不一样。

They learn in completely different ways.

Speaker 1

那我们怎么能用一种考试来衡量孩子的智力呢?

So how can we measure the intelligence of children with one test?

Speaker 1

这完全说不通。

It makes no sense.

Speaker 0

很多人都能体会到那种羞耻感。

And people understand how it's humiliating sometimes.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我以前常拿薯片贿赂那个女生,好抄她的试卷。

I used to pay this girl some chips so I could cheat off her tests.

Speaker 2

这太经典了。

That is iconic.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Isn't it?

Speaker 2

是啊,我上学时也经常作弊。

Yeah, cheated a lot in school too.

Speaker 0

我那时候真把一袋袋薯片当钱使了。

I used to literally pawn bags of chips.

Speaker 0

我以前总带着它们,然后跟人家说:‘给你,要不要?’

I used to bring them, and I used be like, here, you want these?

Speaker 0

我能拿走吗?

Can I lock?

Speaker 0

她就说:‘好啊。’

She's like, yeah.

Speaker 0

拿来吧。

Give me it.

Speaker 1

那真是疯了。

It was crazy.

Speaker 1

我上高中的时候就想赚钱。

I was trying to make money when I was in high school.

Speaker 1

我在泛乐面包店打工。

I was working at Panera Bread.

Speaker 1

我想多挣点钱,就开始帮别人写作业、替考,可我自己连作业都不写。

I I was trying to make extra money, so I started doing people's homeworks and tests for money, but I wasn't even doing my own.

Speaker 1

我当时根本不在乎自己的成绩。

Like I was like, I didn't care about like my own grades.

Speaker 1

对我来说,这只不过……

Like it just meant

Speaker 0

啥也不是,就有点儿叛逆罢了。

nothing were just like to a little rebel.

Speaker 0

我正好相反。

I was the opposite.

Speaker 0

我特别怕老师。

I was so scared of teachers.

Speaker 0

我就是那种……

I was like a

Speaker 1

老师眼里的好学生。

teacher's

Speaker 0

乖宝宝。

pet.

Speaker 1

你简直就是老师的心头宝。

You would so be a teacher's pet.

Speaker 1

你简直就是老师的心头宝。

You would so be a teacher's pet.

Speaker 1

大人们都特别喜欢你。

Well adults love you.

Speaker 0

我知道,这是为啥啊?

I know, what is that?

Speaker 0

因为你太可爱了。

Because you're freaking cute.

Speaker 2

大家都喜欢你。

Everybody loves you.

Speaker 0

有一次有个女孩来找我,我都不好意思说。

This one time this girl came I don't

Speaker 2

说吧说吧,别憋着。

wanna Say it, say it.

Speaker 2

我喜欢这个。

I like it.

Speaker 0

有一次,每到午饭时间我就特别焦虑,因为老在想:我该坐哪儿啊?

This one time I was in, I also used to get severe anxiety when lunchtime would come, because I was like, where do I sit?

Speaker 0

后来呢,我正吃着饭,有个女孩走过来坐我旁边,说:‘嗨,Ari,最近咋样?’

Then I, you know, But I was sitting at lunch and this girl came and sat next to me and she's like, what's up, Ari?

Speaker 0

她问我:‘放学后要不要一起出去?’

You wanna meet after school?

Speaker 0

我当时还以为她是想约我打架?

I was To fight?

Speaker 0

对啊,我一听就懵了:打架?

Yeah, and I was like To fight?

Speaker 0

我就说:‘不不不,我不想跟你出去。’

I go, no, I don't wanna meet you.

Speaker 0

我一边说不想见她,一边突然想起来:你们还记得那个水果糖吗?

And as I'm saying no, I don't wanna meet you, do you guys remember the Fruit Topias?

Speaker 0

她拿起她的水果顶亚,直接倒在我头上。

She took her Fruit Topia and she started pouring it down my head.

Speaker 0

从那以后,我就下定决心,这种事再也不会发生在我身上了。

And that was the last, I was like, I'm, that this, no one will ever do this to me ever again.

Speaker 0

我彻底受够了。

I was done.

Speaker 0

然后我就变得像那种——你知道的,就是当你真的

And then I became like, you know, when you just like

Speaker 1

我也是这么经历的。

the same thing happened to me.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

有件事搞砸了

Something get messed

Speaker 1

有一次被人这么欺负,你就发誓再也不忍了。

with one time and you're like, never again.

Speaker 1

这也太离谱了。

That's crazy.

Speaker 0

小时候被人这样欺负,心里就会变得特别硬,一有人惹你,立马就想干架。

But that that also when you're a kid and someone screws with you like that, like some you you you have like this hardened heart where you just like the minute somebody does something you want to fight.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

所以我后来真的靠着耶稣,慢慢在改这个毛病。

And so that's something I've really had to work on with Jesus.

Speaker 0

哇哦。

Wow.

Speaker 0

就是别总想着被冒犯,别动不动就护着自己、反击别人。

Of offense and like not, you know, Defending yourself and protecting yourself.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

就是饶恕啊,这类事情,你知道的吧?

With the forgiveness and stuff like that, you know?

Speaker 1

你想想看,有多少孩子在学校被别的孩子害得心理受创?

Can you imagine how many like how many kids get traumatized by other kids in school?

Speaker 1

我真的不想让我的孩子去上学。

Like I don't want my kids to go to school.

Speaker 0

你真不想让孩子去上学?

You don't want your kids to go to school.

Speaker 0

我好害怕当妈妈。

I am scared to be a mother.

Speaker 0

要是有孩子敢欺负我孩子,我真会动手揍他们。

I will literally beat these kids up if they

Speaker 2

我肯定一脚踢回去。

I would kick a kid.

Speaker 2

那些电影或喜剧里,妈妈一脚踹孩子的桥段,你见过吧?

Would kill those movies or comedies where like the moms like kick the kids?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我确实会,嗯,真的。

I will like, yeah.

Speaker 0

我妈妈老跟我说,你们得做个关于校园霸凌的节目。

My mom tells me all the time she's like, you guys have to do an episode on bullying.

Speaker 0

不过说真的,这事儿确实存在。

No, but it's true.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,肯定特别多。

I mean, I'm sure so many.

Speaker 0

你们会做一期关于校园霸凌的节目吗?

Would you guys episode on bullying?

Speaker 1

我觉得这主意太棒了。

I think that'd be so good.

Speaker 0

我觉得这事儿特别有意义。

I think it would be so good.

Speaker 0

我觉得大家真的需要这个。

I think people need it.

Speaker 0

现在霸凌这么严重,最后会导致什么?

There's so much bullying, which then leads to?

Speaker 0

自杀。

Suicide.

Speaker 0

尤其是我老家,自杀的情况太常见了。

Suicide, especially where I'm from.

Speaker 1

太离谱了。

It's insane.

Speaker 1

这简直是

It is the

Speaker 0

我见过最心酸的事了。

saddest thing I've ever seen.

Speaker 1

还有严重的心理健康问题。

And severe mental health struggles.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

没错,小时候被欺负,真的会让人自我价值感崩塌。唉,咱们真该专门做一期聊聊这个。

Yes, bullying can When you're a kid, you get bullied like that, it leads to like self worth issues and just Yeah, we should do a whole episode on it.

Speaker 1

前几天我在Instagram上看到一个东西,虽然有点跑题,但确实,咱们得做个关于霸凌的专题。

I saw something on Instagram the other day that I felt like was so, this is a little bit off topic, but yes, let's do an episode on bullying.

Speaker 1

我看到有人说,孩子长大后,内心那个声音,通常就是小时候听父母怎么评价别人时学来的。

I saw something that said, typically for children, like when they grow up, the way that they heard their parents speak about other people is usually the voice that they have in their own head in how they speak to themselves.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Wow.

Speaker 1

所以我说这个是想说,孩子嘛,就是孩子,他们欺负人,其实是在摸索力量和自我认同。

So that's why just like, and I say that to say like, kids, kids are kids, kids bully, like they do that.

Speaker 1

他们在建立自己的力量和身份。

They're gaining strength and identity.

Speaker 1

但说到底,他们也就是孩子啊。

And you know, like at some point they're just kids.

Speaker 1

可后来呢,他们就开始模仿在家看到的东西。

And then at some point they're replicating what they saw, see at home.

Speaker 1

模仿父母平时是怎么说话的。

And they're replicating the way that they hear their parents speak.

Speaker 1

我们在孩子面前说话的方式,真的太重要了。

And like how we speak in front of children is so unbelievably important.

Speaker 1

这不觉得挺吓人的吗?

But like, isn't that crazy?

Speaker 0

还有你怎么带孩子。

And how you raise your kid.

Speaker 2

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

比如你从小就把女儿当‘女孩中的女孩’来养。

Like you raise your kid to be a girl's girl.

Speaker 0

比如你有个女儿,就教她多鼓励其他女孩,多夸夸别人,在学校里主动帮人。

Like if you have a girl, raise them to hype other girls up, to give girls compliments, to help people at school.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那些一个人吃饭的孩子,你就教孩子主动过去陪他们,拉他们一起玩。

The kids that are sitting by themselves at lunch, you teach them to go sit with that kid, help them like help them help other Teach

Speaker 1

让你的孩子总是第一个注意到孤单的小朋友,然后主动去邀请他们加入。

your kids to always be the one who sees another kid that's alone and then go and include them.

Speaker 1

善良。

Kindness.

Speaker 1

我特别期待看到我孩子这么做。

I can't wait to see my kids do

Speaker 0

对。

that.

Speaker 0

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 1

我跟你说件我牧师昨天说的事吧。

Can I tell you something that my pastor said yesterday?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得这话特别重要,因为我一直没这么做。

And I thought this was really important because I haven't been doing this.

Speaker 1

他说,不管你读哪段圣经,每天都要翻一翻福音书。

He says that no matter what you're reading in the Bible, you should open a gospel every day.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1

我特别认同,因为我现在正在读旧约。

So I really liked that because I'm in the Old Testament right now.

Speaker 1

我这才意识到,好长时间没看过路加、约翰、马可或者马太福音了。

And I was like, yeah, I haven't read like Luke or John or Mark or Matthew in a while.

Speaker 1

所以我想把他说的分享一下,真的挺有启发的。

And so I just wanna say what he told me, which I think was really profound.

Speaker 1

每天都能从耶稣的生命里汲取一点点养分。

It's like you get like a little bit of the life of Jesus in you every single day.

Speaker 1

我觉得这太棒了。

I think that's I love that.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哪怕只读一章,内容不重要,但要读——

Even just a chapter of passage doesn't matter, but And read

Speaker 0

多读几遍。

it more than once.

Speaker 0

我从我们的播客里学到的是,你得反复读,让经文深入骨髓,然后在故事里看到自己的影子。

I've learned about even our podcasts is you gotta keep reading it and getting it into your bones and then seeing yourself in the story.

Speaker 0

对我来说,就是读上五遍。

And for me, that looks like reading it like five times.

Speaker 0

第二天早上,我又回来重读一遍。

The next morning I come back and read it again.

Speaker 0

每次都能有新的领悟。

I get new revelations every single time.

Speaker 1

而且我觉得,我们确实会时不时地重读一些故事。

And I would say too, we probably will like reread stories sometimes.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

也会重新讲一些故事。

And reteach some stories.

Speaker 1

比如我们又想聊聊罗得妻子的事了,因为现在有了新的视角、新的切入点,能聊的东西更多了。

Like we wanna talk about Lot's Wife again because we have new perspective, a new angle, like more to talk about.

Speaker 2

没错,就是这样。

Yes we do.

Speaker 1

你懂的吧?

You know?

Speaker 1

还有那些我们以前读过的其他故事,一想起来就觉得:哎,这不早就读过了吗?

And so and like other stories that we've already read before that we're like, oh, we've already read that.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Okay.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢听别人讲同一个经文的讲道,你知道吧?

I love listening to a sermon about the same passage, you know?

Speaker 0

嗯。

Okay.

Speaker 0

Speaker 1

好了,各位。

Alright, guys.

Speaker 1

我们得跟你们聊聊这个,哪怕你不是家长,但像 Ari 和我一样有侄子侄女,或者身边有孩子,你肯定懂。

We need to talk to you about this because even if you're not a parent, but you have nieces or nephews like Ari and I do, or you just have kids in your life, you already know.

Speaker 1

想让他们吃该吃的东西,简直是一场大战。

Trying to get them to eat what they're supposed to eat, it's a whole situation.

Speaker 1

今天还爱吃这个,明天就死活不碰了。

Like one day they love something and the next day it's I don't want that.

Speaker 1

结果一转眼全变成零食和鸡块了。

And suddenly it's snacks and chicken nuggets.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我超爱鸡块。

I love chicken nuggets.

Speaker 2

我也是,说实话。

Me too, honestly.

Speaker 0

我们最近才意识到,很多孩子其实都在经历一种叫‘隐性饥饿’的问题。

And we didn't realize this until recently, but a lot of kids deal with something called hidden hunger.

Speaker 0

我觉得你也这样。

I think you do that too.

Speaker 2

我能说句实话吗?

Can I be honest?

Speaker 2

我觉得我也有这问题。

I think I have that too.

Speaker 0

就是他们没稳定地摄取到所需的营养。

Where they're just not consistently getting the nutrients they need.

Speaker 0

这正是我们这么喜欢First Day儿童复合维生素的原因。

That's honestly why we love First Day Daily Multivitamins.

Speaker 1

因为对我们来说,关键是安心,尤其是对我们的侄子侄女们。

Because for us, it's about peace of mind, especially with our nephews and our nieces.

Speaker 1

我们知道,每天确保他们吃够所有营养有多难。

We know how hard it can be to make sure that they're getting everything they need every single day.

Speaker 1

只要两颗软糖,就能减轻非得每顿饭都完美无缺的压力。

And it's just two gummies and it takes the pressure off of trying to make every meal perfect.

Speaker 0

我们对推荐或给孩子吃的东西,特别讲究。

We're really intentional about what we recommend or give to the kids in our lives.

Speaker 0

我们希望能放心使用。

We want to trust it.

Speaker 0

我们特别喜欢First Day这种透明的做法。

We love that First Day is super transparent.

Speaker 0

没有人工添加剂,没有假色素,只有经过科学验证的纯净营养素。

No artificial ingredients, no fake dyes, just clean science backed vitamins.

Speaker 1

我们确实也看到了变化。

And we see the difference too.

Speaker 1

孩子们状态更好了,能量更稳定了,说实话,只要能有一点点帮助,就是成功。

The kids have better days, more balanced energy, and honestly, anything that helps even just a little bit is a win.

Speaker 1

我们也喜欢它不是一刀切的设计。

We also love that it's not one size fits all.

Speaker 1

它为孩子、青少年和成人都提供了不同选项,这太合理了。

They have options for kids, teens and adults, which just makes sense.

Speaker 1

临床验证可吸收,全家都能安心用,效果真实,限时供应。

Clinically absorbable, family safe, actually effective for a limited time only.

我们经常聊到有意识地生活,重视生活里的小事。

We talk a lot about living with intention and being faithful in the small things.

Speaker 0

最近我一直在想,这其实也适用于我们怎么照顾自己的身体。

And something I've been thinking about lately is how that also applies to how we take care of our bodies.

Speaker 0

我们总说身体是圣殿,但现实生活中,真要做到挺难的。

Like our bodies are temples, but real life makes that hard.

Speaker 0

压力、吃的东西、还有各种要平衡的事,全都累积在一起了。

Stress, what we eat, everything we're balancing, it all adds up.

Speaker 0

所以我才开始用Dose。

That's actually why I started using Dose.

Speaker 0

就是每天喝两盎司的小瓶装,帮肝脏减负,我喜欢它是因为太省事了。

It's a simple daily two ounce shot that supports your liver, and I love it because it's easy.

Speaker 0

不是那种胶囊,也不是粉剂。

It's not another capsule, not a powder.

Speaker 0

喝起来简直像刚榨的橙汁,这可是我的最爱。

It literally tastes like fresh squeezed orange juice, which is my favorite.

Speaker 0

我甚至都没意识到肝脏干了这么多活。

And I don't even realize how much the liver does.

Speaker 0

它在你身体里负责五百多种功能,能量、消化,全靠它。

It's responsible for over 500 functions in your body, like energy, digestion, all of it.

Speaker 0

Speaker 0

这是一种简单的方式,让我能更有活力、更清醒地面对生活。

A simple way to support my body so I can show up with more energy and clarity in my life.

Speaker 0

Speaker 0

那今天我们要

So today we're going

Speaker 1

聊一聊,一起读路加福音第19章1到10节。

to talk, we're going to read from Luke nineteen:one-ten.

Speaker 1

讲的是耶稣去撒该家,带来救恩。

It's Jesus brings salvation to Zacchaeus' home.

Speaker 1

不是,是撒该。

No, to Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

撒该?

Zacchaeus?

Speaker 1

撒该。

Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

撒该。

Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

我有点懵。

I'm confused.

Speaker 0

我懂了。

I got you.

Speaker 0

我

I'm

Speaker 1

作为一个圣经学者,我特别喜欢这个故事,因为它藏着太多动人的细节,每个角度都值得深挖。

a I Bible scholar love this story so much because there's so many different beautiful nuggets in it and so many different angles we can take.

Speaker 1

但我想跟大家聊聊一个特别重要的点:你有没有过被彻底否定的感觉?有没有觉得,因为你的过去、你的家庭背景、你做过的事,或者你一直以来的样子,别人早就给你贴了标签?很多人信主难,就是因为背负着太多羞耻——羞于提起自己曾经是谁、去过哪里。

But something I just wanna talk to people, we wanna talk to people about specifically is if you've ever felt written off, if you've ever felt like you have a past and you're from a specific family or you've done all these things or you've looked a certain way your whole life and you feel like people have already decided who you are and that so many people struggle in coming into faith is there's so much shame about where you've been or who you've been.

Speaker 1

Ari 和我亲身经历过被质疑、被贬低,就因为我们带着不完美的过去加入《Girls Gone Bible》。

Ari and I know firsthand what it's like to be questioned for our past, discredited because of our past, coming into Girls Gone Bible when we weren't fully sanctified.

Speaker 1

我们确实有过放纵的生活。

We did come from a provocative life.

Speaker 1

我们确实来自那个世界。

We did come from the world.

Speaker 1

那段时间太吓人了,羞耻感几乎压得人喘不过气。

We It was so intimidating, so shame provoking.

Speaker 1

真的,太难了。

Like, there was so It was hard.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

从那以后,我们幸运地赢得了一些尊重,对吧?

And since then, we have, you know, luckily gained some respect, right?

Speaker 1

我们在某些方面证明了自己,但那种感觉依然还在。

We've proved ourselves in some ways, but that still is there.

Speaker 1

比如,我上台的时候,虽然不是每次都这样,但有时候还是会想:我配吗?我们俩都谈过,要慢慢放下这种羞耻感,因为这里是个神圣的地方。

Like, I still all the time have the thought of like, when I'm walking onto a stage, not all the time, but there are times, like, I was We're at Jesus' image and we both talked about working through a little bit of shame because it's such a holy place.

Speaker 1

我们理智上很清楚,我们已经被耶稣的宝血洗净了。

And we know intellectually that we have been washed by the blood of Jesus.

Speaker 1

我们已经焕然一新。

We've been made new.

Speaker 1

我们俩都不活在持续的罪里。

Neither of us live in habitual sin.

Speaker 1

我们绝不纵容罪。

We don't tolerate sin.

Speaker 1

这不意味着我们完美,但我们绝不会主动容忍任何罪。

Doesn't mean we're perfect, but we don't actively tolerate any sin.

Speaker 1

我们俩都意识到,自己曾经走过怎样的路,做过怎样的人。

And we were both like, you become aware of where you've been or who you've been.

Speaker 1

我们只想说,这个故事是说给那些人听的——不管你过去怎样,现在在哪,没人有资格放弃你。

And we just wanna say that this story talks to that person of being like, I don't care where you've been, what your past looks like, where you even currently are, nobody can write you off.

Speaker 1

你总会遇到一些人,看着你,一脸不信地说:‘真的吗?’

And you're gonna have people look at you and say, Oh, really?

Speaker 1

他们发圣经经文?真的假的?

Like they're posting Bible verses, really?

Speaker 1

他们整天聊耶稣?

They're talking about Jesus.

Speaker 1

你知道他们以前是什么样子吗?

Do you know where they've been?

Speaker 1

让我告诉你我过去什么样,让你看看上帝有多奇妙,让你明白,跟耶稣一起生活有多颠覆,就在那一瞬间,真的能彻底改变一个人。

Actually, let me tell you where I've been to show you how amazing God is, to show you how insane a life with Jesus is and how it can truly transform you in a moment like that.

Speaker 1

如果你觉得自己被抛弃了,这个故事就是说给你听的。

And so if you felt written off, this is for you.

Speaker 1

我知道我们确实有过,所以我特别激动。

I know we have, and so I'm really excited.

Speaker 0

你刚说那番话的时候,我就忍不住想到自己身上。

And even as you were saying that, mean, I always relate it to my own life.

Speaker 0

你甚至可能因为单身而觉得自己被抛弃了。

Like you could even feel written off in your singleness.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

都这么久了,你就是觉得没人要你了。

Because it's been so long and you just feel like you're written off.

Speaker 0

被遗忘了。

Forgotten.

Speaker 0

你觉得自己被遗忘了。

You feel like you're forgotten.

Speaker 0

我想让你知道,你从来没有被遗忘。

I just wanna let you know that you're not forgotten.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

就连生病的时候,你也会觉得被遗忘了,因为迟迟没好起来,对吧。

Even like a sickness, you feel like you're forgotten because you haven't had healing Yeah.

Speaker 0

其实有很多这样的情况,比如我也有过那样的时刻。

There's so many things like even I had a moment.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

不是昨天。

Not yesterday.

Speaker 0

前天我就突然有种被遗忘的感觉。

I had a moment the day before yesterday where I had a moment of feeling forgotten.

Speaker 0

就算你再次跌倒,走路时又摔了一跤,你也会觉得上帝离你而去,你被遗忘了——但其实并没有。

Even if you fall again, even when you're on your walk and you fall again, you feel like all of a sudden God has departed from you and you're forgotten and you're not.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

刚才你说到这儿的时候,我一下就想到了这件事。

So I just wanted to when you were saying that, I just thought about that.

Speaker 0

说句掏心窝子的话,我和阿里

And even to be really vulnerable, like Ari and

Speaker 1

我俩都特别容易自我谴责,这情况出现太多次了。

I both struggle with self condemnation times a million.

Speaker 1

咱们俩其实都会揪着自己犯的错不放,为这些错事、这些失败羞愧难当。

And you and I both struggle with harping on mistakes that we make and having shame about them and having shame in failures.

Speaker 1

我太懂这种感受了,你肯定也懂:就因为自己犯了错,没能活出上帝期许的最好模样,或是对别人不够好,或是这件事没做好,或是 whatever 别的什么状况。

And like, I know what it's like, and you do too, to feel like because you've made mistakes or you didn't live up to your full godly potential or you didn't treat this person right or you didn't do this thing well or you didn't whatever.

Speaker 1

太容易不自觉地觉得,完了,我彻底没救了。

Like, I know how easy it is to feel like, okay, I'm fully written off.

Speaker 1

就好像那是我仅有的一次机会,就这么搞砸了。

Like, was my one shot.

Speaker 1

我觉得自己被放弃了。

I'm written off.

Speaker 1

你这一辈子犯的任何错,都没资格让你被彻底放弃。

Like, no mistake that you can make in your life will be has the power to write you off.

Speaker 1

有耶稣的人生,从来都不是这样。

Not with a life with Jesus.

Speaker 1

总有机会学习、重新站起来、再试一次、继续前行、下次做得更好。

There is always the opportunity to learn, get up again, try again, keep going, do better next time.

Speaker 1

要是你又失败了呢?猜怎么着?

And if you fail again, guess what?

Speaker 1

道理还是一样。

The same thing applies.

Speaker 1

那你再学,再

Then you, again, you learn by

Speaker 0

靠着神的恩典,继续往前,再试一次。

the grace of God and you keep going and you try again.

Speaker 0

没有什么能把你彻底放弃。

Nothing has the power to write you off.

Speaker 0

我们得不断提醒自己这一点,因为基督徒的生活里,那种被遗忘、被定罪的感觉,正在把人逼跑。

And we need to keep reminding ourselves of that because this Christian life, the condemnation of feeling so forgotten and so condemned is making people run.

Speaker 0

我们忘了十字架,忘了耶稣的血,它早已遮盖了我们。

And we forget about the cross and the blood of Jesus, how it covers us.

Speaker 1

我喜欢你这么说。

I love that you say that.

Speaker 1

我觉得我经历过的,可能你也懂,就是我们身边有太多朋友,和我们一样来自相似的背景。

I think something I've experienced, which I think you have too, is we have so many friends who come from similar lifestyles and lives that we do.

Speaker 1

但也有不少朋友是牧师的孩子,是世代信主的,家里祖祖辈辈都是敬虔的基督徒。

And then we have a lot of friends who are pastor's kids, who are generational Christians, who have, like, a long line of Christian great godly Christian parents and grandparents.

Speaker 1

我不是说他们没自己的挣扎,每个人都有,这没法比。

And they not saying that they don't fight their own battles because everybody does, and it's not comparable.

Speaker 1

但我现在还是会忍不住感到羞愧,真的,就是觉得他们好像天生就占了先机。

But I can find myself feeling so ashamed even today, like, even now, all the time of looking at people who simply it feels like I I'm just gonna be honest, it feels like they almost have a head start.

Speaker 1

他们不用面对我们这些创伤和罪的后果。

Like they don't have to deal with some of the traumas and the sin issues or the sin fallout that we do.

Speaker 1

所以我有时候会看那些属神的基督徒朋友,他们好像总能做得比我好。

And so sometimes I look at godly Christian friends who just like get it right more than I do.

Speaker 1

我又搞砸了,唉。

And I'm like, oh, I like got it wrong again.

Speaker 1

哎,这创伤又冒出来了。

Oh, this trauma is coming up.

Speaker 1

这种有毒的、不健康的行为模式又来了。

Oh, like this toxic or like unhealthy behavioral pattern is coming up again.

Speaker 1

我看那些基督徒,他们压根没经历过这些。

And I look at other Christians who like were never exposed to that.

Speaker 1

而我们呢,每天都在跟一辈子养成的思维模式对抗,努力活出属神的样子,不想再被创伤、恐惧和不安牵着走。

Whereas we're like actively every single day coming against a wiring that's taken place our whole lives, trying to be godly in all our ways, trying to not operate out of trauma and fear and insecurity and all that stuff.

Speaker 1

可每当我拿自己跟别人比,就觉得自己一塌糊涂。

And when I compare myself, I find myself in a really bad state.

Speaker 1

最近我特别多次意识到,人家根本不会犯我这样的错。

And it's happened so much recently for me where I'm like, okay, but they don't make the mistakes that I do.

Speaker 1

他们知道该怎么处理那种情况。

They know how to handle that situation.

Speaker 1

他们处理冲突比我强多了。

They know they handle conflict better than I do.

Speaker 1

你懂我意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 1

所以我也想跟那些没信主背景的人说说这事。

And so I just also, we want to speak to the people who like don't come from a Christian background.

Speaker 1

我觉得这事儿大家说得太少了。

And I feel like people don't talk about that enough.

Speaker 1

没错,耶稣确实能拯救你,让你立刻获得新生命。

Yes, Jesus saves your life and gives you a new life in the moment.

Speaker 1

但之后你得用一辈子去重塑你从小到大形成的那套思维模式,真的太难了。

And then you spend forever trying to rewire what you've known your whole And it's so hard.

Speaker 1

跟随耶稣的一部分,就是不再被创伤驱动。

And it's like a part of following Jesus is also no longer operating out of trauma.

Speaker 1

这需要很多疗愈。

And that takes a lot of healing.

Speaker 1

我真的特别受触动,因为你可以对耶稣、对圣经、对神的事知道得很多很多。

Like, I've just been incredibly humbled because I feel like you can know so much about Jesus and you know so much about the Bible and the things of God.

Speaker 1

但真到关键时刻,那些老东西还是全在那儿,非得挖出来不可。

But then when push comes to shove, it's like all of that stuff is still in there and needs to come out.

Speaker 1

是啊,我想说的是,如果你没在基督徒家庭长大——当然,不是说别的家庭就没问题,谁都有一堆事,但你能看到,那些正在努力摆脱一生积弊的人。

It Yeah, what I'm trying to say is when you don't come from a Christian background, family life, again, not that they don't have their own issues, everybody does, but like, we see you if you're actively working, you know, against a lifetime of issues.

Speaker 1

我觉得大家太不谈这个了。

And I feel like people don't talk about that enough.

Speaker 1

因为总会冒出一些事,让你忍不住想:这不对,这跟信仰不合。

Because there are things that are gonna come up that are like, oh, that was ungodly, that was not right.

Speaker 1

我和阿里每天都在处理这样的事。

And me and Ari are working through stuff like that every day.

Speaker 0

我想跟你聊聊别总拿自己跟基督徒比,这点我最近才真正看明白,因为对我自己来说,这全是新的体验。其实他们也有问题,只是你在外头看着,觉得他们好像啥都不缺。

And I just wanna speak to you comparing yourself to the Christian people, and it's something that I've gotten to really see, because this is all new for me personally, but I just wanna speak to you that maybe they have issues that, maybe that you have issues that you're looking on the outside and you feel like they don't have.

Speaker 0

但我想告诉你,正因为你经历的这一切,你心里那份渴望、那份坚韧,还有你对耶稣的亲近,这些都是他们没有的。

But let me tell you about the heart that you have because of everything that you went through and the hunger and the tenacity and the way you say so closely to Jesus, and they have issues that you don't have.

Speaker 0

所以比较真的会偷走你的心,Ang,因为外头看到的,根本不是全部。

That's why comparison is a thief, because it's not all what you see on the outside, Ang.

Speaker 0

谢谢你,Ari。

Thanks, Ari.

Speaker 0

我爱你。

I love you.

Speaker 0

你以为自己有那些问题,其实我们都一样。

And the problems that you think you have, it's we all

Speaker 2

一塌糊涂。

screwed up.

Speaker 2

但特别讽刺的是,我以前觉得

But it's so crazy because I was

Speaker 0

我只是觉得,能成为一个有缺点的人,我已经特别幸运了。

just saying, was like, I couldn't be more blessed to be a mess up.

Speaker 2

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

因为我觉得,咱们都能感同身受。

Because I'm like, it's like we can relate.

Speaker 0

咱们怎么去理解别人呢?

How would we relate to people?

Speaker 1

我懂。

I know.

Speaker 1

真的太对了。

It's so true.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

有时候就为了一块小饼干。

Even for a little cookie sometimes.

Speaker 2

就是为了块小饼干。

Even for a little cookie.

Speaker 0

是什么让你哭了?

What made you cry?

Speaker 1

因为你懂得怎么触动我的心。

Because you know how to minister to my heart

Speaker 2

特别容易。

really easily.

Speaker 1

这可是我们的天赋。

It's our gift.

Speaker 1

我最近才意识到,以前我们总说,我讲道,你传道。

I realized recently, because we used to say like, I teach and you preach.

Speaker 1

但其实我们另一个搭配是,我讲道,你开导人。

And I think another thing that we do is like, I teach and you counsel.

Speaker 1

这就像那种‘哦’的互动模式

That's like the dynamic of Oh

Speaker 2

天啊,我可是情绪炸弹专家。

our my gosh, I have chill bombs.

Speaker 1

没错,你就是个咨询师。

Yes, you're a counselor.

Speaker 1

你总能帮人渡过难关——比如有人老觉得自己不够好,想学得更快、懂的更多?管他呢!

Like you counsel people through like, so if you ever are like, Oh, I wish I like, whatever, the insecurities that you have, I wish I knew more, learn faster, who freaking cares?

Speaker 1

你的使命就是把人带到耶稣的心意里。

You are called to counsel people into the heart of Jesus.

Speaker 0

这太暖心了。

That is so sweet.

Speaker 0

我俩在一起的时候,好多次我看着她,心里就想:感谢上帝,把我们安排在了一起。

I had so many times when we were at Jesus' image and I kept looking at her and I said, Thank God you put us together.

Speaker 2

这一切都说得通了

It all makes

Speaker 1

这关系真棒。

It's such a good dynamic.

Speaker 0

有个女孩问我们该怎么穿,比如去海滩该穿什么,你知道的。

This girl asked us what we should, asked us about modesty and what to wear to the beach, you know?

Speaker 0

就是泳装。

Bathing suits specifically.

Speaker 0

泳装。

Bathing suits.

Speaker 0

我那一刻居然一句话都说不出来。

And I had a moment where I actually had nothing to say.

Speaker 0

我直接哑口无言了。

And I went completely silent.

Speaker 0

我低头想想,因为这事儿我自己还在琢磨呢。

And I looked down and I was like, because it's something that I'm still working through.

Speaker 0

说实话,我也不知道去海滩该穿啥。

I honestly don't know what to wear to the beach.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以我当时就傻了,完全不知道该怎么回答。

And so I was just like, I didn't know what to say.

Speaker 0

然后脑子一片空白。

And I, like, blacked out.

Speaker 0

我看着安吉拉,心想:她想知道穿什么泳衣合适。

And I looked at Angela and I was like, she wants to know what to wear for bathing suits.

Speaker 2

大家都笑疯了,因为他们知道我平时可会说了。

And everybody started dying laughing because they knew that I know what to say.

Speaker 2

所有人都笑得前仰后合。

Everyone was laughing so hard.

Speaker 1

当我讲到端庄、不能让弟兄跌倒,还有我们信仰里那些事——比如穿衣要得体,不能太暴露,要荣耀神、也要保护别人的时候。

Well, because like when and I talked about like modesty and how important it is not to make a brother stumble and like truly all the things that we believe, like how important it is, like to dress in a way that is not provocative and blah, blah, blah, to honor God, but also to protect other people.

Speaker 1

本来可以接着问下一个问题的,但阿里却说:对啊。

And then we could have just went to the next question, but Ari was like, yeah.

Speaker 1

然后她就说,她想知道泳装该怎么选。

And I think like, and then she goes, and she wants to know about bathing suits.

Speaker 2

我运气真好,我也懂。

I'm lucky I do too.

Speaker 0

我真想脱口而出一句话。

I wanna come out with a line so bad.

Speaker 0

又可爱又时髦。

Cute, stylish.

Speaker 0

你要是不搞个端庄又时尚的泳装品牌,那你可真睡大觉了。

If you don't start a modest fashionable clothing line, you're sleeping.

Speaker 1

我正努力跟上Z世代的节奏呢。

I'm trying to be Gen Z.

Speaker 2

你这可真是睡过头了,兄弟。

You're freaking sleeping Dude,

Speaker 0

我们需要的是既端庄又好看、看起来不像裹着尿布的泳衣。

we need modest bathing suits that are actually cute that don't look like we're wearing a freaking diaper.

Speaker 0

用来上厕所的。

To poop in.

Speaker 1

说实话,你完全对。

Honestly, you're absolutely right.

Speaker 1

我得说,我有些超爱的品牌,比如Frank,我都不太确定是哪个。

And I will say like there some of my favorite brands like Frank I don't even know.

Speaker 1

Frankie的比基尼?

Frankie bikinis?

Speaker 1

Frankie的比基尼,我最爱的。

Frankie bikinis, my favorite.

Speaker 2

Frankie x GGB。

Frankie x GGB.

Speaker 2

但我不确定比基尼系列是不是我们下一步该做的。

But I don't know if a bikini line is our next step.

Speaker 2

我不确定会上会不会聊到这个。

I don't know if we'll talk about that in the meeting.

Speaker 2

为什么不呢?

Why not?

Speaker 2

我也不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

关键是谁来穿啊?

I just who's gonna model them?

Speaker 2

你不是超爱去海滩吗,Ari?

You love going to the beach, Ari.

Speaker 2

别闹了。

No.

Speaker 2

天哪。

Oh my.

Speaker 2

让那些赫尔希女孩来穿?简直噩梦。

Have some nice Hershey girls What a nightmare.

Speaker 2

连瑜伽裤都穿不了。

Couldn't even wear yoga pants.

Speaker 2

从那以后,我再也不当模特了,啥都不拍了。

Not modeling everything anything ever again after that.

Speaker 1

对,我也不去了。

No, me neither.

Speaker 1

不过我最爱的泳衣品牌Frankie的下装都是全遮盖的。

But Frankie's, my favorite bathing suit brand has full coverage bottoms.

Speaker 1

就是全覆盖的那种。

Has full coverage.

Speaker 1

你想知道我是怎么遮的吗?

Do you want to know what I do to cover?

Speaker 1

我是买大一号的泳衣,穿起来更遮得住。

Yeah, I get an extra I get a the size up bathing suit.

Speaker 1

买大一号,再拿去改一改,刚好合身。

I get modest cover the size up, and then I get it tailored.

Speaker 1

我知道不是每个人都能这么搞。

I know not everybody is able to do that.

Speaker 1

然后我再改一改侧边,让它更贴身。

And then I get it tailored to like bring it in on the side.

Speaker 1

这样就遮得住啦。

It covers.

Speaker 1

完全遮得住。

It covers.

Speaker 0

这样挺好的,安。

Well, that's good, Ang.

Speaker 0

我真高兴。

I'm so glad.

Speaker 0

我还会一直陪着你们这群姑娘散步呢。

I'm still on this walk with you girls.

Speaker 0

我不会——

I'm not gonna

Speaker 1

说到得体穿衣,我跟耶稣形象的学生们说过,姑娘们,咱们得根据自己的身材来穿衣服。

And you know what to say about modesty, what I said to the Jesus Image students is girls, we actually have to dress for our bodies.

Speaker 1

咱们每个人的身材都不一样。

We all have different bodies.

Speaker 1

有些衣服Ari能穿,我穿不了。

There are things Ari can wear that I can't.

Speaker 1

有些衣服我能穿,Ari却穿不了。

There's things I can wear that Ari can't.

Speaker 1

别光看别人穿啥就跟着学。

And you can't base it off what other people are wearing.

Speaker 1

得靠自己心里那杆秤。

Have to

Speaker 0

你得根据自己的信念来,对吧?

base it off And it's your your conviction, right?

Speaker 0

我有时候真会对着镜子说:天哪。

Like I'll be like literally look in the mirror and be like God.

Speaker 2

我会这么做。

I will do this.

Speaker 0

我会想,这样穿是对得起自己吗?

I'll like, does this honor you?

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我马上就能知道。

And I'll know right away.

Speaker 0

那件上衣估计不行。

Probably not with that top.

Speaker 0

估计不行。

Probably not.

Speaker 0

领口太低了。

That's low cut.

Speaker 0

反正呢。

Anyways.

Speaker 0

他说:‘撒该,撒该之王。’

He's like, Zacchaeus, king of Zacchaeus.

Speaker 2

我的万王之王?

My king of kings?

Speaker 2

我的万王之王。

My king of kings.

Speaker 1

好,我们来看路加福音第19章第1到10节。

All right, so Luke 19 verse one to 10.

Speaker 1

耶稣来到了撒该的家里,带来了救恩。

Jesus brings salvation to Zacchaeus' home.

Speaker 1

耶稣进了耶利哥城,穿城而过。

Jesus entered Jericho and made his way through the town.

Speaker 1

城里有个叫撒该的人。

There was a man there named Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

他是当地税吏长,特别有钱。

He was the chief tax collector in the region and he had become very rich.

Speaker 1

不好意思打断一下,我想跟你们说件事。

Sorry to interrupt, I just wanna let you guys know.

Speaker 1

所以他才是那个最高税务官。

So he was the chief tax collector.

Speaker 1

这个人在整个以色列都被人讨厌。

So this man was hated throughout Israel.

Speaker 1

其实税吏为啥这么遭人恨呢?我以前也不懂——罗马政府收税根本不是按规矩来,是逼着以色列人交钱,而且压根儿不公道。

Basically why tax collectors are so bad, like when you hear, I didn't even know this for a long time, the reason tax collectors are sinners is because the Roman government, the way that they got so much money was that they forced the people of Israel to pay taxes to the Roman government, but it was not fair taxes.

Speaker 1

简直就是被抢了。

Like they were getting robbed.

Speaker 1

还多收钱。

And over charging people.

Speaker 1

乱收重税,把人钱都榨干了。

Over charging people, taking so much money from them.

Speaker 1

所以这事儿才这么恶劣。

So that's why this was a bad thing.

Speaker 0

说白了就跟华尔街差不多。

It was basically like Wall Street.

Speaker 0

说实话,关键是

Honestly, point

Speaker 1

就像加文·纽森一样。

it was like Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 2

我就是这么说的。

I say that.

Speaker 2

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2

有点像

It kind of

Speaker 1

就像加利福尼亚州那样。

like the state of California.

Speaker 1

我们只是开玩笑的。

We're just kidding.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Oh really?

Speaker 1

就是加州在抢老百姓的钱。

It was the state of California robbing people.

Speaker 1

真的,不是开玩笑。

No, really.

Speaker 1

罗马人对所有被他们统治的国家都征重税。

The Romans put heavy taxes on all nations under their controls.

Speaker 1

就是他们统治的那些地方。

Their control.

Speaker 1

犹太人反对这些税,因为税款支持的是一个世俗政府和他们的异教神明,但还是被迫得交。

The Jews opposed these taxes because the taxes supported a secular government and its pagan gods, but they were still forced to pay.

Speaker 1

在以色列,收税的人是最不招人待见的一群人。

Tax collectors were among the most unpopular people in Israel.

Speaker 1

所以大家这么讨厌收税的,原因就在这儿。

So this is why people hate tax collectors so much.

Speaker 1

他们生来是犹太人,却跑去给罗马人做事,被当成叛徒。

It says that they're Jews by birth, but they chose to work for Rome and were considered traitors.

Speaker 1

大伙儿都知道,收税的靠压榨同胞自己发了大财。

Besides everyone knew that tax collectors are making themselves rich by gouging their fellow Jews.

Speaker 1

这个叫撒该的人,是头号税吏,早就赚得盆满钵满。

So this guy Zacchaeus, he's a chief tax collector and he had become very rich.

Speaker 1

他靠坑害犹太人发了财,人人都讨厌他。

So he was so wealthy at the expense of all the Jews and people did not like him.

Speaker 1

他想看看耶稣长什么样,可个子太矮,根本挤不进去。

He tried to get a look at Jesus, but he was too short to see over the crowd.

Speaker 1

这就是咱们的矮个子国王撒该。

This is our short King Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

他抢先跑过去,爬上了无花果树——哎呀,这字我认不得。

He ran ahead and climbed a sycamore fig tree, I can't read.

Speaker 1

于是他跑在前头,爬上路边的无花果树,因为耶稣会从那儿经过。

So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore fig tree beside the road, for Jesus was going to pass that way.

Speaker 0

耶稣路过时,抬头看见撒该,直接叫出了他的名字。

When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name.

Speaker 0

撒该,耶稣说,快从树上下来。

Zacchaeus, he said, quick, come down.

Speaker 0

今天我必须住在你家。

I must be a guest in your home today.

Speaker 0

撒该赶紧爬下树,兴高采烈地把耶稣请回了自己家。

Zacchaeus quickly climbed down and took Jesus to his house in great excitement and joy.

Speaker 0

但群众都不高兴了。

But the people were displeased.

Speaker 0

他居然去罪人家里做客,

He has gone to be the guest of

Speaker 1

他们嘀咕道。

a notorious sinner, they grumbled.

Speaker 1

这时,撒该站在主面前。

Meanwhile, Zacchaeus stood before the Lord.

Speaker 1

站在主面前。

To stand before the Lord.

Speaker 1

与此同时,撒该站在主面前说:‘主啊,我把一半的财产分给穷人;给穷人,给穷人。’

Meanwhile, Zacchaeus stood before the Lord and said, I will give half my wealth to the poor, Lord.

Speaker 1

如果我骗过谁的税款,我就四倍赔还。

And if I have cheated people on their taxes, I will give them back four times as much.

Speaker 1

耶稣回应说:‘今天救恩临到这家了,因为这个人也是亚伯拉罕的真子孙。’

Jesus responded, Salvation has come to this home today, for this man has shown himself to be a true son of Abraham.

Speaker 1

因为人子来,就是要寻找并拯救失丧的人。

For the son of man came to seek and save those who are lost.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢耶稣总是在有人有钱的时候插话。

I love that Jesus always adds in when somebody is rich.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

因为这不就是我们今天的世界吗?

Because it just, no matter, it's just like our world today.

Speaker 0

社会总跟你说,只要你赚够了钱,爬到顶端,幸福就来了。

You think like society tells you that if you make it, if you have this amount of money, once you get to the top, that will be your happiness.

Speaker 0

整本圣经都在说,他们总是缺了点什么,缺了点重要的东西。

And all through the Bible it just tells they were lacking something, they were lacking something.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这一点,他钱多到花不完,可心里还是空了一块。

I love this because he had all the money, yet there was a hole in his heart.

Speaker 0

你永远都不会真正满足。

You will never be satisfied.

Speaker 0

我们住在洛杉矶,亲眼见过那些最富有的人。

We have lived in LA and we have seen the wealthiest of the wealthiest.

Speaker 0

你们大概也见过那些明星吧,爬到顶峰后,好多人居然想不开。

And you guys have probably seen with celebrities and they get to the top and so many of them are suicidal.

Speaker 0

这是为什么呢?

Why?

Speaker 0

因为他们终于明白,这一切都没意义。

Because they recognize that it means nothing.

Speaker 1

真的毫无意义。

It means nothing.

Speaker 0

这什么都不是。

It means nothing.

Speaker 0

就算生活过得好、拼命工作,如果没有耶稣,心里还是空落落的。

Well, having a good living and But working hard is if you do not have Jesus, you will be empty.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢他们总强调他虽然有钱,却依然匮乏。

So I love that they always add that he was rich, but lacking.

Speaker 1

说得太好了,R。

That's so good, R.

Speaker 1

上帝从没说过有钱是罪。

And God never says that being wealthy is a sin.

Speaker 1

祂从没说你不可以富有、不可以有钱,但你怎么赚钱、怎么用钱,真的特别重要。

Like God never says that you can't be rich or you can't have money, but the way you make your money and how you use your money is incredibly important.

Speaker 1

十一奉献特别重要。

And tithing is so important.

Speaker 1

真的、真的特别重要。

It's so, so important.

Speaker 1

你所有收入的百分之十。

10% of all of your income.

Speaker 1

就像阿里说的,不管你有多少钱,都永远填不满你。

And then like Ari said, no matter how much money you have, it will never fulfill you.

Speaker 1

但说实话,我们其实很清楚,因为这种情况我们见过无数次了。

But yeah, actually, we know because we've seen it a million times over.

Speaker 1

它永远填不满你。

It will never fulfill you.

Speaker 1

耶稣进入耶利哥时的前四节经文,讲的是祂遇见撒该。

The first four verses where Jesus enters Jericho, he meets Zacchaeus.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢这个场景,因为撒该是个有钱又有权的人。

And I love this moment so much because we see Zacchaeus, he's a wealthy, powerful man.

Speaker 1

就像我们说的,你看到那些有钱人,总觉得他们什么都有,稳得很,可你想想,一个可能是你见过最富有的人,居然像小孩一样爬到树上,就为了见耶稣一面——因为他心里明白,自己有个地方空着,特别想见耶稣。

He has no, like, again, like we said, like you see wealthy people and they just seem like they got it all, they're solid, So they're imagine like one of the wealthiest people you've ever seen is now climbing a tree like a child to get to Jesus because he's aware that there's something in him that longs to see Jesus.

Speaker 1

这态度,其实正是我们每个人都该有的。

And that is the posture that all of us should take.

Speaker 1

我们应当愿意付出极致的努力。

We should be willing to go to the extreme measures.

Speaker 1

一个成年男人爬到树上,你想一想。

This is a grown man climbing a tree.

Speaker 1

想象一下,这太不简单了,因为他实在太想见耶稣了,他知道自己的内心充满罪恶,也空虚得厉害。

Picture that, that's a big deal because he's that desperate to see Jesus because he knows that he's full of sin and he's also completely empty.

Speaker 0

是的,我特别喜欢这一点。

Yeah, I love that.

Speaker 0

对,就像你说的,这么有钱有势的人,居然能冲破羞耻感。

Yeah, like you said, this wealthy man and he gets like pushes through that shame.

Speaker 0

我敢说,这位富人爬到树上时,心里一定很挣扎,但他还是爬上去,就为了看耶稣一眼,因为他内心渴望,他真的在寻找。

I'm sure like what he felt like this wealthy man climbs up on a tree, but he goes up on the tree and he to get a look at Jesus because he's hungry and he's seeking.

Speaker 1

太谦卑了。

So humble.

Speaker 0

对,他真的放下了自己。

And yeah, he humbles himself.

Speaker 0

然后耶稣抬头看着他,叫了他什么?

And then Jesus looks up at him and calls him by what?

Speaker 0

叫了他的名字。

By his name.

Speaker 0

他没叫他‘罪人’。

He doesn't call him sinner.

Speaker 0

也没叫他‘税吏’。

He doesn't call him a tax collector.

Speaker 0

我们心里是不是也有这样的声音,让魔鬼不断提醒你:你不配。

How much of us have those voices in our head where the enemy wants to be like, you're not worthy.

Speaker 0

你又搞砸了。

You just fell short again.

Speaker 0

既然这样,还干嘛回去祷告呢?

Why would you go back and try to pray?

Speaker 0

干脆别管这事儿了。

Just leave this thing.

Speaker 0

就觉得你不配?

Like you're unworthy?

Speaker 0

你来自这世界。

You come from the world.

Speaker 0

你又犯错了。

You you just sinned again.

Speaker 0

说实话,这正是我自己的体会。

You know, that's what I know for me.

Speaker 0

那些觉得自己不配的念头,一直折磨着我。

Like my mind of unworthy thoughts tormented me.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?Fast Growing Trees 其实是美国最大的线上苗圃。

Did you know Fast Growing Trees is actually the largest online nursery in The US?

Speaker 0

他们有成千上万的植物,还有两百多万满意客户,简直不可思议。

They have thousands of plants and over 2,000,000 happy customers, which is kind of crazy.

Speaker 0

但说实话,我才不想每个周末都开车到处跑苗圃,弄得满车是土,还琢磨哪棵植物能活下来。

But I'll be honest, I'm not someone who's trying to spend my entire weekend driving around to different nurseries, getting dirt everywhere in my car, trying to figure out what plant will actually survive.

Speaker 0

所以我才这么喜欢Fast Growing Trees。

That's why I love fast growing trees.

Speaker 0

所有东西都在线上搞定,他们真的能帮你选到最适合你家空间、气候和生活方式的植物,全都能照顾到。

Everything is online and they literally help you figure out what works for your space, your climate, your lifestyle, all of it.

Speaker 0

我收到的那棵植物一来就健健康康、长势喜人,而且说实话,种起来比我想的简单多了。

And when mine showed up, was already healthy, thriving, and honestly way easier to plant than I expected.

Speaker 0

另外,搞园艺花起钱来可真快。

Also, landscaping can get expensive fast.

Speaker 0

能下单买自己信得过的东西,直接送货上门,还有他们那个‘成活茁壮保证’兜着底,整个过程就没那么让人头疼了。

So being able to order something I trust, have it delivered, and know it's backed by their Alive and Thrive Guarantee just made the whole process feel less overwhelming.

Speaker 0

他们家啥都有。

And they have everything.

Speaker 0

果树、遮隐私的树、室内绿植,你甚至都不需要大院子。

Fruit trees, privacy trees, house plants, and you don't even need a big yard.

Speaker 0

你真能在屋里种出东西来。

You can literally grow things inside.

Speaker 0

我真等不及要送一棵给我妹妹了。

I honestly can't wait to gift one to my sister.

Speaker 0

现在他们春季种植用品大促销,部分植物直接打五折。

Right now, they have great deals on spring planting essentials, up to half off on select plants.

Speaker 0

现在正是规划的好时候。

Let's grow together.

Speaker 0

赶紧用 GGB 抢优惠吧。

Use GGB to save today.

Speaker 0

这个优惠限时有效。

Offer is valid for a limited time.

Speaker 0

具体条款可能适用。

Terms and conditions may apply.

Speaker 0

说实话。

I'll be honest.

Speaker 0

以前去不去健身房,我心里总得纠结半天。

Before this, going to the gym or not going to the gym felt like a whole internal debate.

Speaker 0

去吧?

Like, do I go?

Speaker 0

不去吧?

Do I not go?

Speaker 0

后来一去,先溜达一圈,然后想:今天练点啥?

And then when I do go, I'd walk and then I'd like, okay, what are we doing today?

Speaker 0

随便做点啥,碰碰运气算了。

And just start doing the random things and hoping for the best.

Speaker 0

没计划的时候,真的会让人不知所措。

And it's actually overwhelming when you don't have a plan.

Speaker 0

你就这么干杵在那儿。

You're just in there.

Speaker 0

瞎搬几下器械,就指望能有点效果。

You're moving weights around and praying it does something.

Speaker 0

所以我才开始用Ladder这个App。

That's why I started using the Ladder App.

Speaker 0

我最喜欢的是,它不是随便练练。

What I love is not just random workouts.

Speaker 0

而是教练给你设计好的系统计划。

It's a plan from a coach.

Speaker 0

每周都是循序渐进的。

And every week builds on the last.

Speaker 0

真能感觉到自己在进步,而不是每次都从零开始。

So actually feel like I'm progressing instead of starting over every time.

Speaker 0

真的就像有个私人教练在你耳边盯着你一样。

And it really does feel like having a personal trainer in your ear.

Speaker 0

它会一步步带你完成每一组动作,告诉你该做什么,我根本不用动脑子——说实话,这正是我最爱的一点。

It walks you through every set, tells you what to do, and I don't even have to think about it, which is honestly, personally my favorite part.

Speaker 0

它还会记录我的重量、次数,让我清清楚楚看到自己越来越强。

It also tracks everything, my weights, my reps, so I can actually see myself getting stronger.

Speaker 0

而且还有个群聊,能和教练还有其他一起练的人交流,感觉一点都不孤单。

And there's a group chat with your coach and other people doing the same program, which makes it feel so less lonely.

Speaker 0

最疯狂的是,伙计们,每天还不到一美元。

And the craziest part, you guys, it's less than a dollar a day.

Speaker 0

别再瞎猜了,用Ladder,让专业教练在你耳边告诉你每次训练该怎么做。

Remove the guesswork with Ladder and get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do every workout.

Speaker 0

不用动脑,所有安排都给你准备好了。

No thinking, everything planned for you.

Speaker 0

如果你用iPhone,去ladder.fit/ggb做个简短测试,找到最适合你的Ladder计划吧。

If you have an iPhone, head to ladder.fit/ggb to take a quick quiz to find your perfect ladder plan.

Speaker 0

用我的链接注册,免费试用七天,不用信用卡,首月还能再减十美元。

Use my link and get a free seven day trial with no credit card and $10 off your first month if you join.

Speaker 0

但他会叫他的名字。

But he calls him by his name.

Speaker 0

然后他说:快,下来。

And then he says, Quick, come down.

Speaker 0

我一定是你家的客人。

I must be a guest in your home.

Speaker 0

那时候,你请人进家门,就意味着接纳。

So back then, when you welcome someone in your home, that means acceptance.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这就是恩典的真意。

So, and that's what grace is.

Speaker 0

在撒迦利亚还没来得及收拾自己之前,他就得到了这份恩典吗?

Before he was even, did Zacharias have to clean himself up?

Speaker 0

不用,他早就被接纳了。

No, he was already accepted.

Speaker 0

恩典就是这样的。

That's what grace is.

Speaker 0

你不用把自己收拾干净了才去见耶稣。

You don't have to clean yourself up to come to Jesus.

Speaker 0

祂主动来找你,叫你的名字,连你的同意都不用问。

He comes and gets you and he calls you by name and he doesn't even ask for your permission.

Speaker 0

祂直接就登门造访了。

He just invites himself in.

Speaker 0

祂一直在敲门,一直追着你不放。

He's always knocking, always after you.

Speaker 0

这才是关键。

That's the thing.

Speaker 0

但撒迦利亚那一点点信心,不过是敞开心门,挣脱羞耻,主动去寻求祂罢了。

But that little bit of faith as Zachariah is just opening himself up, pushing through the shame, seeking him.

Speaker 0

耶稣根本什么都没做。

Jesus, he didn't have to do anything.

Speaker 0

他就直接喊了他的名字。

He came and called him by name.

Speaker 1

是啊,太棒了。

Yeah, so good.

Speaker 1

我也特别喜欢这一幕,群众都气疯了,心里嘀咕:耶稣干嘛去搭理他?

I love this moment, too, where the crowds are furious and they're basically like, why would Jesus go to him?

Speaker 1

凭什么?

Why?

Speaker 1

想象一下,这人被所有人抛弃得一塌糊涂。

Imagine this man is so rejected by everyone.

Speaker 1

我们只想对所有在听的人说一句。

And we just wanna speak to anybody who's listening.

Speaker 1

如果你心里还有怀疑,哪怕你是基督徒,最要命的就是那种爱评判人的态度,这简直是最大的恶。

If there's anybody who doubts you, there are even Christians, a judgmental spirit is just the worst thing you can ever The worst.

Speaker 1

最糟糕的,真的最糟糕。

The worst, worst, the worst.

Speaker 1

我以前也这样,刚信主的时候,说实话,我身上也带着点自以为义和爱评判人的态度。

And I haven't been, I'm not completely innocent from having a, when I became a Christian, I'll tell you there's a little self righteousness and a little judgment spirit that came over me

Speaker 0

哦,我跟家人相处时也干过这种事。

Oh, was over doing that with my family.

Speaker 1

真的,一点不假。

No, literally.

Speaker 1

其实这很正常,你刚信主时特别激动,但这不代表你就是坏人。

And there's a part of it that's just like, you're so excited and it's not like you're a bad person because you're like that.

Speaker 1

这几乎是人之常情。

It's just naturally what happens.

Speaker 1

你得让主来让你谦卑下来,想想看:有那么多观众在问,耶稣为什么要去找一个被所有人抛弃的人?

You have to let the Lord humble you in that to be like, it's just like, if any There are so many people watching who are like, why would Jesus go to someone who is rejected by so many people?

Speaker 1

上帝怎么能爱一个被所有人拒绝的人,还接纳他呢?

How can God loves love and accept the person that everybody else rejected?

Speaker 1

因为这就是他的本性。

Because that's who he is.

Speaker 1

他本来就是这样。

It's who he is.

Speaker 1

我特别爱耶稣,因为他是个反叛的君王,总是反其道而行之。

And I just love Jesus so much because he's our rebellious king who constantly goes against the grain.

Speaker 1

他总为弱者站队。

He roots for the underdog.

Speaker 1

他就是个君王,就这么简单。

He's just like, he's just a king.

Speaker 1

他真的太了不起了。

Like, he's amazing.

Speaker 1

他太温柔了。

He's so kind.

Speaker 1

他总是向着那些被抛弃的人。

And he always goes for the rejected.

Speaker 1

世界嫌弃什么,耶稣就偏偏去找什么。

Like he is at, like what the world rejects, Jesus goes after.

Speaker 1

所以如果你觉得自己被抛弃了,觉得自己不够好,你要知道,神特别在乎你,他就是要你。

And so if you're in a situation where you feel rejected or you feel not good enough, like God is after you specifically, he wants you.

Speaker 1

而且他根本没等那人把自己收拾干净。

And again, he didn't wait for him to clean himself up.

Speaker 1

他直接说:‘嘿,我这就上你家去,不管你同不同意!’——我觉得这简直太暖心了。

He said, hi, I'm coming into your house, whether you like it or not, which I just think is so cute.

Speaker 0

说真的,你刚才讲到宗教时,提到耶稣的为人,他根本不会等你把生活整顿好了才来。

I don't know, when you were just talking about religious, you see the character of Jesus, how he doesn't wait for you to fix your life.

Speaker 0

他直接走进来,就把一切翻新了。

He literally comes in and transforms it.

Speaker 0

他就在你当下所在的地方遇见你。

He meets him at the place that we're at.

Speaker 0

既然这样,我们对那些不信的人,难道不更该多点包容吗?

How much more is that that we have to be accepting to others, to unbelievers?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

对那些还没找到信仰、还在摸索的人呢?

To people that just aren't spiritually right yet, that are trying to figure it out?

Speaker 0

我们对他们不是更该多一点恩典吗?

That how much more grace do we have to have for those people?

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这一点,咱们接着听下去,对,对。

I love this because, can we go to the next Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这一点,因为下一句,撒该站起来对主说:‘主啊,我把一半的财产捐给穷人。给穷人。’

I love this because in the next line, Zacchaeus stood up before the Lord and he says, I will give half of my wealth to the poor, Lord.

Speaker 0

我若讹诈了谁,就还他四倍。

And if I have cheated people on their taxes, I will give them back four times as much.

Speaker 0

耶稣什么都没做,就只是爱他、接纳他——这正是我一直讲这个故事的原因,正是耶稣的爱和接纳,让撒该说:‘我不想再这样过了。’

Jesus, all Jesus had to do, and this is why I always talk about it, it was the love and the acceptance of Jesus that made Zakia say, I don't want to do this anymore.

Speaker 0

我

I

Speaker 1

不想

don't want

Speaker 0

当个罪人。

to be a sinner.

Speaker 0

我不想当骗子。

I don't want to be a cheater.

Speaker 0

但正是撒该感受到耶稣对他的接纳。

But it was because Zacchaeus felt so accepted by Jesus.

Speaker 0

这就是人们需要的,也是我们需要的。

That is what people that is what we need.

Speaker 0

我记得,当我深陷罪中、觉得自己无可救药时,那间教会里我最需要的就是这个。

I remember that's what I needed in that church when I felt so far gone drowning in my sin.

Speaker 0

那天在教会里,神呼唤我的名字,我感受到被接纳、被爱,这才让我愿意为祂而活。

When God called me, called me by name that day in the church and I felt so accepted and loved and made me want to live for him.

Speaker 0

我并不是完美的。

I wasn't perfect.

Speaker 0

我跌倒了,但那一刻我问自己:这个耶稣是谁?他居然知道我的名字,爱我、接纳我?

I fell, but it made me say, Who is this Jesus that called me by name, that loved me and accepted me?

Speaker 0

正是耶稣的爱,才真正改变我们的心。

It's the love of Jesus that transforms our heart.

Speaker 0

然后他呼召我们也要这样对待别人:接纳人、爱人,去他们最狼狈的地方与他们相遇。

And then he calls us to do that for others, to accept people, to love people, to meet them in the dirt where they're at.

Speaker 0

所以我读这个故事的时候,忍不住哭了,心里想着:对,我们就该这样对待别人。

And so when I read the story, I just I started to cry because I was like, yes, this is how we have to be with other people.

Speaker 0

去他们所在的地方,与他们相遇,去爱他们。

Meet them where they're at and love them.

Speaker 0

但这样的爱,未必能直接领人得救。

And that's doesn't maybe not bring them to salvation.

Speaker 0

那可是耶稣的工作。

That's Jesus.

Speaker 0

我们只管浇灌种子——当你希望别人看着你,是想让他们看见耶稣,然后说:我想拥有她那样的生命。

But it's we water the seed because when you want people to look at you, you want people to see Jesus and say, I want what she has.

Speaker 0

我也想要她身上那种光。

I want the light of what she has.

Speaker 0

这正是我们唯一该做的事。

And that's our only job.

Speaker 0

然后就把剩下的交托给神。

And then you let God take care

Speaker 1

了。

of the rest.

Speaker 1

所有在听的人,我们每个人都该求主除去一切挑剔的心、一切论断的灵。

Anybody listening, truly, we need to, every single one of us, let the Lord destroy any critical spirit, destroy any judgmental spirit.

Speaker 1

我真不敢想,有多少人神明明呼召我们去帮助,我们却因为挑剔、论断,反而没帮上忙。

I can't imagine how many people that God has called us to help that we end up not helping because we're being critical or judgmental towards them.

Speaker 1

我们有什么资格去审判别人的罪呢?

Who are we to judge anybody for their sin?

Speaker 1

虚伪是另一回事——自己做一套,嘴上说另一套。

You know, it's one thing to be hypocritical, do one thing and say another.

Speaker 1

就连这一点,也是人天然的软弱和有限。

And even in that, it's human weakness and frailty.

Speaker 1

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 1

你有权对一件事发表看法,判断它是对是错,这没问题。

You're allowed to have an opinion on something and judge it in the way of like, this is right and this is wrong.

Speaker 1

但要是你对一个人抱着挑剔、定罪的心态,而他明明需要你为他祷告,用真理和生命去鼓励他,你却在背后议论他,或者到处说‘你看见那人又犯错了吗?’——这就不对了。

But to have a critical condemning spirit towards somebody, when they need you to pray for them, speak truth and life over them, instead of go behind their back and gossip about it or be like, hey, did you see this person sinning like this?

Speaker 1

甚至说‘我可不想让这种人进我的生活,他们总这样那样’——这种想法完全不对。

Or even be like, I don't want a person like that in my life because they make these sort of Like that is no, no.

Speaker 1

我们有什么资格去审判别人呢?

Who are we to literally judge anybody?

Speaker 1

你看,那个曾经被众人憎恶的人,就在遇见耶稣的那一瞬间,他的心彻底改变了。

Because in one moment, this hated man, in one moment of encountering Jesus, his heart changed completely.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢迈克尔·库利阿诺说过的一句话。

I love what Michael Cooliano said.

Speaker 1

他是在一场讲道中说的这句话。

He said this in a sermon.

Speaker 1

他说:‘我有什么资格去指出别人的罪呢?’

He said, Who am I to point out other people's sin when

Speaker 0

我自己身上的问题还少吗?

I have so much of my own?

Speaker 0

这话简直给了我一记响亮的耳光,因为我真想摇醒我家里那些人,结果我自己却成了那种属灵的法利赛人。

And that was such a slap in the face for me because I wanna shake some of my family members so and I can be that religious spirit.

Speaker 0

你干嘛非得这样?

Why are you doing?

Speaker 0

然后我就回想起那些时刻。

And then I go back to those moments.

Speaker 0

等等。

Wait a minute.

Speaker 0

我以前不也是这样吗?

I was once there.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我特别赞同你说的关于祷告的事,你知道吗?我亲眼见过,只要在背后为别人祷告,甚至在他们睡着的时候为他们代求,生命就能发生翻天覆地的改变。

And I love what you say about praying because do you know how powerful do you know the the radical change I have seen in the lives of others by just praying behind their back, praying over them while they're sleeping?

Speaker 0

真的,你没法想象这能带来多大的转变。

Like, you have no idea how how much that can transform a life.

Speaker 0

所以,如果有人对你说的耶稣不感兴趣,别灰心,就为他们祷告吧。

So if somebody isn't responding to, you know, what you're saying about Jesus and when you're just pray for them.

Speaker 2

就祷告。

Just pray.

Speaker 0

为他们祷告。

Pray for them.

Speaker 0

诚心诚意地为他们祈求。

Praying for them fervently.

Speaker 1

然后继续爱他们,别放弃。

And keep loving Loving them.

Speaker 1

爱,没错。

Loving Yeah.

Speaker 1

就在这一刻,他主动提出要把一半的财产分给穷人。

And this is genuinely in this moment when he offers his money and says, I'm gonna give half of my wealth to the poor.

Speaker 1

当一个人真正遇见耶稣时,就会发生这样的变化。

This is what happens when someone truly encounters Jesus.

Speaker 1

他们会自然而然地改变。

They naturally change.

Speaker 1

内心也会自然而然地受感动。

They naturally get convicted.

Speaker 1

这一切都不是强迫出来的。

None of it is forced.

Speaker 1

耶稣根本没叫他这么做,但他看见了耶稣。

Jesus didn't even tell him to do that, But he saw Jesus.

Speaker 1

他触摸到了耶稣。

He touched Jesus.
