好吧。

All right.

Speaker 0

我会说我们已经进入了补水时代,我绝不回头,你呢?

I would say we've been in our hydration era and I'm not looking back, are you?

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

我以前以为电解质只是马拉松跑者才需要的。

I used to think electrolytes were just marathon runners.

Speaker 0

Now I'm like, no.

Speaker 1

嘿,大家。

Hey, guys.

Speaker 1

我是安吉。

I'm Ange.

Speaker 0

我是阿里。

And I'm Ari.

Speaker 0

这是《女孩们远离圣经》,我们聊一切。

And this is Girls Gone Bible, where we talk everything.

Speaker 0

耶稣,圣经。

Jesus, the Bible.

Speaker 0

他把我们这两个从深渊中出来的女孩带到了生命中,拯救了我们,现在我们为耶稣而活。

He took us two girls from the pit and he brought us to life and he saved us, and now we live for Jesus.

Speaker 0

我们活着就是为了尽可能多地谈论他,传播福音,主的喜乐。

And we live to talk about him as much as we can and spread the good news, the joy of the Lord.

Speaker 0

所以我们说,带着本来的样子来,但别一直那样。

And so we say, come as you are, just don't stay that way.

Speaker 0

我们每天都在努力,不让自己停留在原来的样子。

We work every day not to stay that way.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

他不断救赎我们的生命脱离深渊,正如诗篇103篇所说。

And he continuously redeems our life from the pit as Psalm one zero three says.

Speaker 1

当我说到‘不断’,意思是每一天。

And when I say continuously, mean every day.

Speaker 1

真的吗?

Really though?

Speaker 1

每一天。

Every day.

Speaker 1

谢谢你,耶稣。

Thank you, Jesus.

Speaker 1

我太爱他了。

I love him so freaking much.

Speaker 1

我不知道该拿自己怎么办。

I don't know what to do with myself.

Speaker 1

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 0

昨天我发现自己忍不住流下了喜悦的泪水。

I found myself yesterday just like weeping tears of joy.

Speaker 0

谢谢你,耶稣。

Thank you, Jesus.

Speaker 0

我简直不敢相信。

I can't believe it.

Speaker 0

我只是觉得,我太被喜悦淹没了。

I'm just like, I'm just, I'm so overwhelmed with joy.

Speaker 0

我刚过完生日。

I just had my birthday.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

各位,给阿里祝生日快乐吧。

Guys, say happy birthday to Ari.

Speaker 1

我们每年都这么做。

We do this every year.

Speaker 1

我的蛋糕在哪?

Where's my cake?

Speaker 1

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 1

我们待会儿要

We're gonna on the

Speaker 0

礼物之后再吃蛋糕。

cake after the present.

Speaker 0

你难住我了。

You got me.

Speaker 1

所以我和阿里之间的传统是,我们喜欢互相送礼物。

So our thing, Ari and I sing, is we love gift, like giving each other gifts.

Speaker 1

因此,每年过生日时,我们都会用彼此送的礼物把其他人比下去。

So every year for our birthdays, we just blow everybody else out of the water with the gifts that we give to each other.

Speaker 0

她说,今年有人要超越我了。

She goes, one's one upping me this year.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

我说,绝对不行。

I said, absolutely not.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,上帝真的很清楚自己在做什么,因为你真的替代了丈夫的角色。

She's, I mean, God really knew what he was doing with you because you really do take the place of like a husband.

Speaker 0

这简直是最搞笑的事了。

It's the funniest thing ever.

Speaker 0

但这就是上帝的作为。

But that's what God does.

Speaker 0

他提供一切。

Like he provides.

Speaker 0

我没有丈夫,但我有一个最好的朋友。

Like I don't have a husband, but I have a best friend.

Speaker 0

那这岂不是更好吗?

And how much better is that?

Speaker 0

说实话,我觉得

Honestly, I'd say

Speaker 1

这是最好的。

it's the best.

Speaker 1

我觉得我真是幸运到爆了。

I'd say I'm pretty freaking lucky.

Speaker 0

我有我的朋友们。

I've got my friends.

Speaker 0

我不需要别的了。

I don't need anything else.

Speaker 0

但不,今年是我生命中最棒的生日。

But no, I it was like the the greatest birthday of my life this year.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

跟我们说说吧。

Tell us about it.

Speaker 0

我只是觉得,如果非要形容的话,我好像突然看清了。

I just if like the only way to describe it is I just felt like I I could see.

Speaker 0

就像我拥有了全新的视角。

Like I I had fresh eyes.

Speaker 0

有时候,当你长期处于破碎、疗愈和哀伤的状态中,你们知道,我花了三年时间才康复。

Like sometimes when you're in such a place of brokenness and healing and grieving for so long, because you guys know I've been it's taken me three years to heal.

Speaker 0

而今年,我突然能看清我生命中的人了。

And I just felt like this year I could see the people in my life.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

我感受到了很多。

I felt so much.

Speaker 0

我无法相信上帝在我身上所成就的一切。

I can't believe what God has done in me.

Speaker 0

不敢相信竟能体验到这种程度的喜悦与平安。

Can't believe that can experience this level of joy and peace.

Speaker 0

我不再破碎了。

I'm not broken anymore.

Speaker 0

我不再破碎了。

I'm not broken anymore.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

我只是细细反思了一切,发现自己拥有了所有可能需要或祈求的东西。

And I just I just I really reflected on everything and I just I have everything I could ever need or ask for.

Speaker 0

我只是感到内心充满了喜悦与平安。

And I'm just I just feel so filled with joy and peace.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

这真是一个令人惊叹的境地。

And it's an incredible place to be in.

Speaker 0

我只是突然感到非常为自己骄傲。

And I'm just I had a moment of just feeling so proud of myself.

Speaker 0

我没有妥协。

Like, I didn't compromise.

Speaker 0

我走了一条特别艰难的路。

I did things really the hard way.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但现在我看到了它的成果。

But I'm seeing the fruit of it now.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

我看到生活中,尤其是在我的家庭里,出现了奇迹。

I'm seeing it's like I'm seeing miracles in my life within my family.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这真是太美了。

And it's it's just so beautiful.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己生活中的一切都充满了平静。

And it's like, I just feel so much peace with everything in my life.

Speaker 0

我看到了我家人祷告的奇迹。

I'm seeing the miracles of the prayers of my family.

Speaker 0

你们知道我爸爸把生命献给了耶稣,我简直不敢相信他在我父亲生命中所成就的一切。

You guys know my dad gave his life to Jesus and I can't believe what he's doing in my father's life.

Speaker 0

有时候你想要快乐,但你知道你的家人正经历着巨大的挣扎,所以很难继续前行,真正感受到喜悦,因为你总会想:‘可是我的家人过得并不好’。

And it's you know when sometimes you want to be happy, but you know your family's struggling so much, so it's really hard to like go on and really have joy sometimes because you're like, oh, but my family's not doing

Speaker 3

好。

well.

Speaker 3

完全如此。

Totally.

Speaker 0

我背负着这份重担已经太久太久。

So I've been carried the weight of that for so long.

Speaker 0

我一直在为我的家人热切祷告,现在看到了果效。

And I've just been praying so fervently for my family and I'm seeing the fruit of it.

Speaker 0

神真是如此慈爱。

And God is just so kind.

Speaker 0

是的,爸爸现在状态非常好,各位。

And yeah, my dad is doing so well, you guys.

Speaker 0

他最近经历了巨大的悲痛,真难以置信悲痛能带来如此大的影响。

He went through so much grief recently and it's so unbelievable what grief can do.

Speaker 0

你总觉得你永远不会再好起来,这是你经历过的最糟糕的事。

Like, you you think like you're never gonna be okay and it's the worst thing you're ever going through.

Speaker 0

但神在你的悲痛中所成就的,如果我爸爸没有陷入悲痛的深渊,他永远不会如此渴望寻求耶稣,以自己的方式真正找到祂。

But what God does through your grief if my dad didn't get to the level of the pit of grief, he would have never been hungry to seek out Jesus, to really find him in his own way.

Speaker 0

因此,通过我爸爸的悲痛与祷告,他找到了耶稣,加入了一个男性团契,现在他正在一所很棒的教会中行走,并参加圣经学习。

And so through my dad's grief and prayers, he found Jesus and he found a men's group and an amazing church he's walking with now, and he's in bible studies.

Speaker 0

前几天他给我打电话,说:‘嘿,我得告诉你一件事。’

And he calls me the other day and he goes, hey, I have to tell you something.

Speaker 0

我喝醉了。

I got drunk.

Speaker 0

我当时说,爸爸,我意思是,我爸爸已经戒酒六年了。

And I was like, dad, I mean, my dad's been sober for six years.

Speaker 0

我心想,你喝醉了?

And I'm like, you got drunk?

Speaker 0

他说,

He goes,

Speaker 3

我被圣灵充满醉了。

I'm drunk off the Holy Spirit.

Speaker 3

我当时只是想,我的

And I was just like, my

Speaker 0

父亲完全变了一个人。

father is a different man.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

而且有时候我不瞒你说,我相信祷告的力量,上帝能做任何事。

And sometimes I'm not gonna lie, like, I believe the power of prayer, God can do anything.

Speaker 0

看看他为我们的人生所成就的。

Look what he did with our lives.

Speaker 0

但有时候我心底里会想,我爸爸都这个年纪了。

But sometimes in the back of my head, I was like, my dad's at this age.

Speaker 0

当你到了某个年纪,你就真的没法改变了。

Like, when you're at a certain age, you just can't change.

Speaker 0

我一直都是这么想的。

Like, that's what I was I always thought.

Speaker 0

但主啊,他能在任何年龄做任何事,不管你觉得自己已经堕落到什么地步。

But man, with the Lord, he can do anything at any age, no matter how far gone you think you are.

Speaker 0

我在我妈妈身上也看到了果实。

And I'm seeing the fruits in my mother too.

Speaker 0

我的妈妈独自一人,生活过得非常艰难。

I mean, my mother was struggling so much just because my mom's single.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以看到她独自一人,再看到我妈妈现在有了目标,对我来说真的很难受。

So it's really hard for me to like see her kind of be alone and just seeing my mom have purpose now.

Speaker 0

她充满了喜悦,这真是太美了。

And she's so full of joy and my it's just it's so beautiful.

Speaker 0

所以不要停止为你的家人祷告。

So don't stop praying for your family.

Speaker 0

不要放弃你的家人,因为如果我的家人能走过他们经历的一切,你们的家人也可以。

Don't give up on your family because if my family could come on the other side of everything they've been through, yours can too.

Speaker 0

所以我只是想分享这一点,因为正在发生的事情实在太神奇了。

And so I just, I wanted to share that because it's just, it's so miraculous what's going on.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

所以我只是,我非常,我

And so I'm just, I'm so, I'm

Speaker 1

只是非常、非常感恩。

just so, so grateful.

Speaker 1

你的一生就是一个奇迹。

Your life is a whole miracle.

Speaker 1

你本身就是个奇迹。

You are a whole miracle.

Speaker 1

我看到上帝在这么短的时间内为你所做的一切,简直难以置信。

What I have seen God do in your life in such a short amount of time is so unreal.

Speaker 1

你生命中发生的变化真是难以想象。

Like it's unimaginable what's taken place in your life.

Speaker 1

我昨天在电话里跟你说过,你的人生起点很低,因为你成长的环境以及生命中那么多的遭遇。

And I told you on the phone yesterday where I was like, you began at such a deficit in your life because of your upbringing and and just so many things in your life.

Speaker 1

你后来才遇见耶稣。

You find Jesus later.

Speaker 1

你并不是在十五岁的时候就遇见祂的。

It's not even like you find him when you're 15 years old.

Speaker 1

你让上帝,福音耶稣基督真的在你的生命中活现出来。

You let God Like, literally the gospel of Jesus Christ came to life in your life.

Speaker 1

你是一个活生生的见证,证明上帝真的能改变一个生命中完全没有信仰的人。

You are a walking testimony, a walking miracle of that God can actually take somebody who has no faith in their life whatsoever.

Speaker 1

你和芭芭拉阿姨之间并没有种下任何信仰的种子。

You had no seeds planted with auntie Barbara.

Speaker 1

但除此之外,你知道,你并没有信仰上的父母。

But like other than that, you know, you don't have parents of faith.

Speaker 1

你一无所有,却让上帝彻底改变了你的生命。

Like you have nothing to go off of and you let God radically change your life.

Speaker 1

你不是一个受害者。

You were not a victim.

Speaker 1

你说:如果上帝赐给我改变和胜过困境的能力,我一定要成为得胜者。

You said, if God gives me the ability to change and overcome, I'm gonna be an overcomer.

Speaker 1

你克服了每一个障碍,如今的你和三年前简直判若两人。

And you overcame every obstacle, and you are literally a different person than you were three years ago.

Speaker 1

一个从内到外完全不一样了的人。

A completely different person from the inside out.

Speaker 1

你所经历的医治,以及你大脑中神经通路的改变,都是实实在在的。

The healing that you've received, the difference in like literally the neural pathways in your brain are different.

Speaker 1

是的,是的。

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1

虽然并不是100%完美,但这种转变是根本性的,它向你表明,你真的可以从死亡走向生命。

And not that it's perfect a 100% of the time, but it is a radical difference that shows you, like, truly, you can go from death to life.

Speaker 0

但你看神通过你为我做了什么。

But look at what God did through you to help me.

Speaker 0

我不是随便说说,我是认真的。

And I'm not like, and I'm serious.

Speaker 0

这并不是全部,神就是这样工作的。

Like, it's it wasn't all, like, and that's how God works.

Speaker 0

我也在环顾四周,反思一切。

And I was also looking around, reflecting on everything.

Speaker 0

他带进我生命中的那些人

Like, the people that he brought into You my life

Speaker 1

有如此深爱你的了不起的人

have amazing people who love you so love

Speaker 0

我。

me.

Speaker 0

这就是他所做的。

And this is what he does.

Speaker 0

他不会让你独自一人、孤立无援,然后让你自己去摸索。

Like, he doesn't leave you alone and isolated and and just like, go figure it out.

Speaker 0

他提供帮助。

Like, he provides.

Speaker 0

他提供帮助。

He provides.

Speaker 0

他通过你来帮助我,我永远不会停止讲述这件事——你为我所做的一切,以及他如何使用你来帮助我。

And the way he worked through you to help me and to I'll never stop preaching about that, what you did for me and how he used you to help me.

Speaker 0

我非常高兴今天我们谈论服务,因为这正是重点所在。

I'm so glad that we're talking about serving today because that's that's the whole point.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

这才是重点。

That's the whole point.

Speaker 0

你允许他通过你来帮助我,你让他这么做。

And and and what you you you let him you let him you you let him let him work through you to help me.

Speaker 0

你啊,很多人却没有这样做。

You Where so many people don't take that.

Speaker 0

因为听好了,愿意牺牲自己、听同一个问题五百遍并不容易,当我——我的意思是,当我遇见她的时候,我正经历着可怕的强迫性思维。

Because listen, it's not easy to like be sacrificial and listen to the same question 500 times that I when I I mean, when I met her, I was going through horrible, obsessive compulsive thinking.

Speaker 0

我当时状态非常糟糕。

I was so unwell.

Speaker 0

很多人不会坐下来陪我,面对这些问题。

Many people would not sit with me and deal with that.

Speaker 0

这不过是事实。

That's just the truth.

Speaker 0

这并不意味着他们是坏人,但并不是每个人都能做出牺牲。

That doesn't make them bad people, but not everyone is sacrificial.

Speaker 0

你以如此牺牲的方式服侍我,谦卑地帮助我。

And you were so sacrificial in the way you served me and helped me with humility.

Speaker 0

当我这么说时,我浑身起鸡皮疙瘩,但你本可以去做自己的事,然后说,‘好吧,我真的受不了了。’

And you could have went and I have chill bumps as I say this, but you could have, you know, did your own thing and been, you know, and been like, alright, I can't deal with this anymore.

Speaker 0

我需要设定界限。

I need to set boundaries.

Speaker 0

但你没有。

You didn't.

Speaker 0

你日复一日地把我放在自己之前。

You put me before yourself day in and day out.

Speaker 0

你陪在我身边。

You sat with me.

Speaker 0

你爱我。

You loved me.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么我今天如此兴奋地谈论这个,因为这就是仆人之心的样子。

And that's why I'm so excited that we talk about this today because that is what a servant heart looks like.

Speaker 1

不过,我可以坦诚地说吗?

Can I be honest though?

Speaker 1

我其实玩得特别开心。

I was having a good freaking time.

Speaker 1

每当阿里告诉我她当时如何如何艰难时,我就说:老兄,我们当时玩得可太开心了。

Whenever Ari tells me that she was like, so this and that and struggling so bad, I'm like, dude, we had so much fun.

Speaker 1

我只记得那些快乐的时光。

Like, all I remember is the fun.

Speaker 1

我只记得和你一起笑,然后回答一些你

All I remember is laughing with you and then answering some questions that, you

Speaker 0

你知道吗,安吉,我觉得你身上最了不起的一点就是,你对耶稣的信仰深深扎根在你里面。我之所以明白这一点,是因为我过去并不总是能流露出喜乐,因为我一直深受抑郁困扰。

know, I but think, Ange, about you is that you one of the greatest things that the way you know Jesus is in you and what I've learned, because I didn't always like exude joy because I just had that depression.

Speaker 0

抑郁几乎完全吞噬了我,我从没感觉好过。

So much depression like overtook me always and I never felt good.

Speaker 0

所以对我来说,情绪起起落落非常艰难,但和你在一起时,你却始终洋溢着喜乐。

So it was really hard for me to like, I went up and down, but with you, you just you exude joy constantly.

Speaker 0

你根本没有那种抑郁的倾向。

Like, you don't have that depressive.

Speaker 0

即使在最糟糕的时候,你依然能找到喜乐,依然会笑。

Even when you're in like the worst place, like like you'll find Angela still having joy and laughing.

Speaker 0

我真的觉得,这简直是一种恩赐。

I'm like like it truly is such a gift.

Speaker 0

这是一种恩赐。

It's a gift

Speaker 1

来自耶稣。

from Jesus.

Speaker 0

这是来自耶稣的礼物。

It's a gift from from Jesus.

Speaker 0

所以我认为,对你来说,这也是我学到的、每个人都能学到的:当你真正与主同行、花时间与祂同在时,你就是喜乐。

And so I think with you, and and it's something I've learned and what everyone can learn is like, when you truly walk with the Lord and spend time with him, like, you are joy.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

因为你有耶稣,即使在最艰难的时刻,你也能自然地流露出喜乐。

And because you had Jesus, you were able to just like exude joy even in the worst times.

Speaker 0

我认为,找到耶稣最美好的地方之一就是,你怎么可能不希望耶稣进入你的生命呢?

And I think that's one of the most beautiful things of finding Jesus and like, how can you not want Jesus in your life?

Speaker 0

她就是主的喜乐的自然流露。

Like she's a byproduct of like the joy of the Lord.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

并不是很多人都有这种特质。

And not many people really have that.

Speaker 0

对很多人来说,即使在黑暗时期也持续散发喜乐是很困难的。

Like it's it's it's hard for people to just constantly exude joy even in dark times.

Speaker 0

你就是这样,你是什么词来着?

And and you are like, you're a what's the word?

Speaker 0

你是天使吗?

You're a Angel?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你就是这种特质的绝佳榜样。

You're just such an example of that.

Speaker 0

这真的很棒。

It's it's pretty cool.

Speaker 0

我从你身上学到了很多关于喜乐的东西。

I've learned so much from from you with joy.

Speaker 1

我非常爱你。

I love you so much.

Speaker 1

好了,各位。

Alright, guys.

Speaker 1

我们总是谈论保护自己的平静、心灵和精神,但让我们也谈谈保护我们生活中那些年幼的孩子吧。

We talk all the time about protecting your peace, your mind, your spirit, but let's talk about protecting the littles in our lives too.

Speaker 1

侄女、侄子、小表亲,还有朋友的孩子,因为我们还没有孩子。

Nieces, nephews, baby cousins, our friends' kids, because we don't have kids yet.

Speaker 0

我们没有。

We don't.

Speaker 0

我们是酷酷的姑姑。

We're the cool aunts.

Speaker 1

我们是酷酷的姑姑,或者说是,挣扎中的姑姑。

We're the cool aunts or the, yeah, struggling aunts.

Speaker 1

市面上有那么多儿童维生素,本质上就是伪装成糖果,里面充斥着孩子们根本不需要的糖分和果冻状添加剂。

So many kids vitamins out there, low key candy in disguise, literally packed with sugar and gummy junk kids do not need.

Speaker 1

我们不能一边为他们的使命祷告,一边却给他们伪装成健康产品的软糖。

And we can't be out here praying for their purpose and then giving them gummy bears disguised as wellness.

Speaker 0

就像我们小时候牙齿都蛀光了那样。

With our teeth rotten out of our heads like when we were kids.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

百分之百。

100%.

Speaker 1

简直是你想放进小神庙里的一切。

Literally everything you'd want to go into a tiny temple.

Speaker 1

听好了,我们尝了一颗,只是为了知道味道如何,并不是每天吃,因为我们不是小孩,尽管很多人可能觉得我们像小孩。

And listen, we tasted one just to know what it's like, not daily because we're not babies, even even though a lot of people might think we are.

Speaker 1

就尝一点点。

Just a little taste.

Speaker 1

实际上味道很好。

And it's actually good.

Speaker 1

就连你身边挑食的孩子也会喜欢。

Even the picky kids in your lives will love them.

Speaker 1

还有那个贴纸瓶设计,太高级了。

Plus the sticker bottle moment, elite.

Can we talk hormone health for a second?

Speaker 1

因为没人提醒过你,有一天你容光焕发,第二天皮肤却突然出问题。

Because nobody warns you about how one day you're glowing and the next day your skin is acting up.

Speaker 1

你无缘无故地感到疲惫。

You're exhausted for no reason.

Speaker 1

你感觉浮肿、易怒。

You feel puffy, irritated.

Speaker 1

突然间,你不禁想:为什么我现在变成这样了?

Suddenly, you're like, why is this my personality now?

Speaker 1

嗯,阿里也经历过这些,但我们拒绝接受这成为我们的新常态。

Well, Ari goes through that, but we refuse to accept that as our new normal.

Speaker 1

但关键是,这其实不必如此。

We're gonna talk about living on mission, serving others, opening your home, a bunch of different things.

Speaker 1

但等等,Ari。

But Ari wait.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

首先,首先,我想说这也是可以的。

First first, I want to say it's also okay.

Speaker 1

阿里生日也是我们的

Ari's birthday is also our

Speaker 0

朋友,哦,抱歉。

friend Oh, sorry.

Speaker 0

这在我生日之前。

Which is before my birthday.

Speaker 0

我们来谈谈这个

Let's talk about that a

Speaker 1

一点。

little bit.

Speaker 1

这是我们友谊的纪念日。

It's our friendship anniversary.

Speaker 1

而现在这是三年前的事了,仅仅三年。

And this is three years ago now, only three years.

Speaker 1

我感觉我好像从认识你那天起就一直把你当朋友了,没错。

I feel like I've known you my whole friend Yeah.

Speaker 1

我唯一的朋友。

My only friend.

Speaker 1

三年了。

Three years

Speaker 0

前我们一直

ago We've been

Speaker 3

处于一段完整的婚姻中。

in a whole marriage.

Speaker 3

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

和你最好的朋友一起工作。

Do work with your best friend.

Speaker 3

你们会成为彼此婚姻中的训练伙伴。

You they'll be your training partner for marriage.

Speaker 3

三年

Three

Speaker 1

三年前,我走进一家公司,看到阿里坐在角落里,她在哭,正经历着巨大的痛苦。

years ago, I walk into a job, see Ari in the corner, she's crying, she's going through so much.

Speaker 1

我坐下来,握住她的手,说:我不知道你是谁,但我们会一起度过难关。

I sit down, grab her hand, say, I don't know who you are, but we're gonna get through this together.

Speaker 1

我记得那一刻,你看着我项链上的十字架。

And what I remember about that moment is you look at the on my cross that on my necklace

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

然后你问:你是基督徒吗?

And you go, are you a Christian?

Speaker 1

你当时是这么说的吗?

Is that what you said?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

然后我问:我是个该死的基督徒吗?

And I go, am I a freaking Christian?

Speaker 3

我爱耶稣。

I love Jesus.

Speaker 1

然后阿里把我存到她手机里,名字叫“安吉·耶稣”。

And then Ari put me in her phone as Angie Jesus.

Speaker 3

我希望我还能像那时候那样。

I wish I was still that.

Speaker 0

然后我,我好像在工作的地方看到你,正在向女孩们传教。

And then I and then I I saw you I think I saw you at the job, like preaching to girls.

Speaker 0

我记得看着你,心想:这人是谁?

And I just remember looking at you and I was like, who is this?

Speaker 0

我当时想:天哪。

And I was like, oh my god.

展开剩余字幕(还有 480 条)
Speaker 0

她也爱我们的妈妈。

She loves our mom too.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,这会是我的朋友。

Was like, this is gonna be my friend.

Speaker 0

那是

Was It

Speaker 1

太可爱了。

was so so cute.

Speaker 1

然后我们真的踏上了一起爱耶稣的旅程。

And then we literally go on a journey of loving Jesus together.

Speaker 1

阿里,你只是很快就开始学习,很快就爱上了耶稣。

Ari, you just like started learning so quickly and started loving Jesus so quickly.

Speaker 1

你当时就是这样,好吧,好吧,我什么都愿意做。

You were so like, okay, okay, I'll do anything.

Speaker 3

我该做什么?

What do I do?

Speaker 3

告诉我该做什么。

Tell me what to do.

Speaker 3

你当时

You were

Speaker 1

如此渴望、如此愿意、如此开放且顺服,甚至根本不知道发生了什么。

so hungry and so willing and so open and obedient and just like, you didn't even know what was going on.

Speaker 1

你只是

And you were just like

Speaker 0

我只是看着你。

I would just watch you.

Speaker 0

我只是让你们不明白。

I would just let You guys don't understand.

Speaker 0

我知道我总说这个,但这个女孩会在我房间里,不是大喊大叫,而是做悔改的祷告。

I know I tell this all the time, but this girl was in She would be in my room like screaming at the Not screaming, but be like doing repentance prayers.

Speaker 0

我不知道发生了什么。

I didn't know what was going on.

Speaker 0

这是在女子圣经会之前。

This is before Girls Bible.

Speaker 0

在《女子离去圣经》之前,你已经在制作视频了。

Before Girls Gone Bible, you were making videos.

Speaker 0

我当时想,哦,这个

I was like, oh, this

Speaker 1

是她的呼召。

is her calling.

Speaker 1

然后阿里大概安全了三十分钟,之后就开始门训他人,带人归向耶稣。

And then Ari was probably safe for about thirty minutes before she started then discipling people and bringing people to Jesus.

Speaker 1

你总是这样,一旦真正认识了耶稣,你就立刻被膏抹,忍不住要分享这一切。

You were always like, the second you were like really knew who Jesus was, you just had that anointing where you were like, I can't shut up about this.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

你的生活立刻变成了投身使命。

Like immediately your life became being on mission.

Speaker 1

甚至在认识耶稣之前,你的生活就已经在致力于帮助他人、陪伴他人、帮助儿童和慈善机构,所有这些事情。

Even before Jesus, your life was on mission to help people, to be there for people, to help children, foundations, like all that stuff.

Speaker 1

而当你遇见耶稣的那一刻,你的呼召仿佛自然而然地落定了,你甚至都没有意识到:哦,原来这就是我一直以来想要帮助他人的原因。

And then the second you met Jesus, it's like your calling just fell place You without you even were like, oh, this is why I've always had the heart to help people.

Speaker 1

这就是为什么我总是无法想象,对你来说,这多么有趣——你一直敞开家门、欢迎他人、始终无私奉献,然后读到圣经时恍然大悟:这整段人生,原来都是神对我的呼召。

This is why I've always I can't imagine for you, which is interesting being someone who's always opened your home, who's always welcomed people, who's always been self sacrificial to then read the Bible and be like, this has been the call of God on my life my whole life.

Speaker 1

我以前根本不知道,但这一切早已深植于我心中。

I didn't even know, but it was always in me.

Speaker 1

这难道不疯狂吗?

Isn't that crazy?

Speaker 0

因为这一直是我真正想做的事。

Because it's what I always wanted to do.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但总是没能实现。

But it always fell through.

Speaker 0

我翻看我的日记,当时正想着去中学、高中做些事情。

I was reading my journal and I was like trying to go to schools, middle schools, high schools.

Speaker 0

我想帮助孩子们应对心理健康问题之类的。

I wanted to like help kids with mental health and stuff.

Speaker 0

我曾经在经营服装品牌时尝试创办一个组织,帮助有自杀倾向的孩子,我只是想提供帮助。

I tried to do an organization when I had a clothing line and help like suicidal Like I just wanted to help.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但每次都失败了。

But it always felt through.

Speaker 0

我回过头来看,意识到上帝必须先预备我,让我认识真理,我才能真正进入帮助他人的呼召。

And I look back and I'm like, God had to prepare me for truth, to know truth before I could really step into my calling to help others.

Speaker 0

所以我很有趣地看到他是如何工作的,因为我不知道如果没有真理,我是否真的能——我的意思是,我们都可以说要帮助人、爱别人,但要真正帮助人,我们必须认识真理。

And so it's just funny how he worked because I don't know if I would I mean, yes, we're all like, we can help people and love people, but to really help people, we need to know truth.

Speaker 0

我不知道当时我会对他们说些什么。

And I don't know what I would have been telling them.

Speaker 1

埃利亚·查克拉。

Elijah Chakras.

Speaker 0

我本来想说,我听到很多人说他们想进入自己的呼召去帮助别人,但他们只是浅尝辄止,比如去关注太阳、地球这些东西——我不是在评判你,我以前也这么做。

Well, I was going to say that because I hear many people say, I want to step into my calling and help people, but they're dabbling in like And the sun and the earth and all these if I'm not judging you, I was doing that as well.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我也是。

I was.

Speaker 1

去找灵媒吗?

Going to psychics?

Speaker 0

我做过雷伊基。

I was doing I was doing Reiki.

Speaker 0

你做过雷伊基?

Was You did Reiki?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我让一个女孩给我做过两次雷基。

I had a girl do Reiki on me two times.

Speaker 0

天哪。

Shoot.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我当时把那些门都关上了。

I was We closed them doors.

Speaker 0

真的走投无路了。

Was literally desperate.

Speaker 0

就像那个患血漏的妇人,竭尽全力想得到医治。

Like the woman with the blood issue doing everything I can to try to be healed.

Speaker 1

我小时候去过算命先生那里。

I went to psychics growing up.

Speaker 0

我也去过。

I did too.

Speaker 0

他们告诉你什么了?

What did they tell you?

Speaker 1

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

但有时候我会回顾我的人生,想到所有的混乱,就会想,哦,对了,很明显。

But imagine sometimes I look back on my life and all the chaos and I'm like, oh yeah, obviously.

Speaker 1

我真是疯狂地去找通灵者,她拿着水晶球告诉我我的脚啊,快走开。

I'm freaking going to the psychics and she's doing a little crystal ball telling me what my feet Oh, get out of here.

Speaker 0

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 0

我告诉安吉拉,我们能不能开始去那些通灵的地方,告诉他回到你父亲那里,那个魔鬼?

Told Angela, can we start going into psychic places and telling him to go back to your father, the devil?

Speaker 3

我当时在读它。

I was I was reading it.

Speaker 3

不知道。

Don't know.

Speaker 3

回到你父亲,魔鬼那里。

Go back to your father, the devil.

Speaker 3

我不知道是不是斧头,但那就是他们做的。

I don't know if it was an axe, but that's what they did.

Speaker 3

我当时想,如果我们开始这么做,人们会怎么反应?

I was like, what would people do if we started doing that?

Speaker 3

那会非常大胆。

That would be so bold.

Speaker 3

那会

That would

Speaker 1

非常大胆。

be so bold.

Speaker 1

我不知道这是否是正确的方法。

I don't know if it'd be the right approach.

Speaker 1

也许你

Maybe You

Speaker 0

属于你的父亲,魔鬼。

belong to your father, the devil.

Speaker 1

今天我们要谈论的是投身使命、开放你的家、为他人提供支持,以及通过服务他人来引领他们认识耶稣所带来的医治与自由。

Today we're gonna talk about being on mission, opening your home, being there for people, the healing and the freedom that comes from serving others in a way that leads people to Jesus.

Speaker 1

我认为显然有很多人,传道固然重要,传扬福音至关重要,但这并不是全部。

And I think just obviously so many people, preaching is important, communicating the gospel is everything, but it's not everything.

Speaker 1

还有许多方式可以展现爱。

And there are ways to demonstrate love.

Speaker 1

圣经提到,没有人见过神,但他们通过我们彼此相爱的方式看到了神的证据。

Scripture talks about how, like, nobody has ever seen God, but they see the evidence of him in the way that we love one another.

Speaker 1

因此,我们实实在在地在彼此相爱中看见了神的面容,爱他人当然包括向他们传讲福音,但也包括以他们需要的任何方式去服事他们。

And so literally we see the face of God in the way that we love people and loving people is for sure preaching them the gospel, but it's also serving them in whatever way they need.

Speaker 1

我最喜欢说的一句话是,作为信徒、作为基督徒,我们应当看到需要,然后去满足它。

One of my favorite things to say is that as believers, as Christians, we're meant to see a need and then meet it.

Speaker 1

要真正活出使命的人生,就要走出家门,时刻意识到我们有一位不断说话的神。

And to like live life truly on mission that you go out in public and you are aware that we have a God who's constantly speaking.

Speaker 1

我认为我们总是在等待上帝说出那些巨大、巨大、巨大的话语,做出那些巨大的举动。

And I think we're always waiting for God to say these big, big, big things and do these big moves.

Speaker 1

但圣经提到以利亚时说,上帝在低语中。

But scripture talks about with Elijah that God was in the whisper.

Speaker 1

上帝就在那低语中。

Like God is in the whisper.

Speaker 1

他在那些安静的时刻里,轻轻推你一下,说:看那个人。

He's in the quiet moments where he literally just nudges you and say, hey, look at that person.

Speaker 1

他让你注意到某个人,告诉你:那个人需要祷告。

He highlights somebody to you and he's like, that person needs prayer.

Speaker 1

那个人需要认识我。

That person needs to know me.

Speaker 1

也许上帝会赐给你一句关于他们的预言。

Maybe God gives you a prophetic word for them.

Speaker 1

也许你得不到什么知识的言语,但你只需走过去说:嘿,耶稣爱你。

Maybe you don't get a word of knowledge, but you simply get to go up and say, hey, Jesus loves you.

Speaker 0

我觉得过去一年你可以对自己说的一件事是,你并不总是容易鼓起勇气去主动接近别人,比如在机场,我就坐在那里。

And I think one of the things you can say for yourself this past year is that it wasn't easy always for you to step into the boldness to go up to people because it's sometimes a We little nerve were at the airport and I'm like sitting there.

Speaker 0

过了三十分钟,我在想,她去哪儿了?

I'm like, it's like thirty minutes goes by and I'm like, where is she?

Speaker 0

我给她打电话。

I'm calling her.

Speaker 0

她没接。

She's not answering.

Speaker 0

我还以为有人把你拐走了。

I thought somebody stole you.

Speaker 0

我回头一看,她正和一个女孩在一起。

And I look back and she's with this.

Speaker 0

你为什么不给他们讲讲这个故事呢?

Why don't you tell them the story?

Speaker 0

我回头一看,她正抱着那个女孩,为她祷告。

But I look back and she's she's holding this girl and she's she's praying on her.

Speaker 0

这发生在机场。

This was in the airport.

Speaker 0

你来讲讲这个故事吧?

Why don't you tell the story?

Speaker 3

因为

Because

Speaker 0

人们需要知道这一点,因为我们必须保持警醒。

it's good for people to know that because we have to have our eyes open.

Speaker 0

我们坐在那里打电话时,如果总是想着自己和自己的思绪,就无法正确地看见、听见神。

We're sitting there on the phone, if we're constantly thinking about ourselves and our own thoughts and our minds, we can't see, we can't hear God correctly.

Speaker 0

完全正确。

Totally.

Speaker 0

每天为别人做一件好事,再也没有比这更有回报的了。

And there's nothing more rewarding than every day doing something nice for someone.

Speaker 0

我要说,每一天都如此。

I'm gonna say every single day.

Speaker 0

每一天。

Every day.

Speaker 0

我和你之前聊过,夸别人哪怕只需要两秒钟。

Me and you were talking about it takes two seconds to even give someone a compliment.

Speaker 0

我觉得这就是在帮助别人。

I would say that's serving someone.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

你不知道,每次我都会抽出一点时间,想想‘我喜欢你的穿搭’或者‘你真美’之类的,然后去说出口。

You don't know what somebody I every time I'm like, I take a moment out of my day and be like, I love your outfit or you're so beautiful or whatever it is.

Speaker 0

看到他们因此而感激地回应,真的特别有成就感。

It's like, it's so rewarding to see them go like this to thank you.

Speaker 0

这简直就是我们的使命,对吧?

It's it's This is this is like our mission, right?

Speaker 0

就是要让别人感受到爱,彼此关爱。

To like make people feel loved and and just love on one another.

Speaker 0

而帮助陌生人、给予他们赞美、服务他们,就是一种服务的方式。

And that's one of the ways to serve is to to help strangers, to to give them compliments, to serve them.

Speaker 3

你不知道

You don't

Speaker 0

别人正在经历什么。

know what someone's going through.

Speaker 1

只是给予赞美,我的意思是,这简直是圣经里的教导。

Just giving I mean, it's literally scriptural.

Speaker 1

经上说:要彼此鼓励,也要受鼓励。

It says, encourage others and be encouraged.

Speaker 1

这根本不是可选项。

It's not even an option.

Speaker 1

我们被造就是要被鼓励,也被呼召去鼓励他人

We're meant to be encouraged ourselves and we are called to encourage

Speaker 0

人们。

people.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

跟他们说说这件事。

Tell them about that.

Speaker 1

我刚去的时候,我们在机场。

I just went to we were at the airport.

Speaker 1

我们当时要去巡演,大概是去某个地方。

We were going on tour probably somewhere.

Speaker 1

我去了一趟洗手间,然后走回来。

And I went to the bathroom, and I'm walking back.

Speaker 1

我看到一个女孩在哭,我记得我当时正在用FaceTime通话。

And I saw this girl crying, and I remember I was on FaceTime.

Speaker 1

我正处在一场对话中,走过去的时候,我想,很明显,主在说:喂?

And I was in the middle of a conversation and I'm walking past and I'm like, obviously, the Lord's like, hello?

Speaker 1

你停下来?

You're stop?

Speaker 1

我当时想,我在打电话呢。

And I'm like, I'm on the phone.

Speaker 1

你知道的吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

我感觉到那一丝挣扎。

And I like and I felt that little bit of wrestle.

Speaker 1

我想让你知道,如果你有时觉得你应该停下来,然后感受到一丝挣扎和抗拒,你就必须坚持去做你当时感受到上帝让你去做的事。

And I just want you to know if you ever feel like you're supposed to stop and then you feel this little wrestle and resistance, you have to press into whatever you feel God is calling you to do in that moment.

Speaker 1

这种挣扎恰恰说明地狱不希望你为那个人停下脚步,而上帝却在让你停下来。

That wrestle is literally an indication that hell doesn't want you to stop for that person and God is asking you to stop.

Speaker 1

无论任何事情出现抗拒时,你都应该迎向它,问问自己:那里有什么?

Whenever there's resistance in anything, you should lean into that and be like, what is there?

Speaker 1

你知道的吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

或者那里有什么?

Or what's there?

Speaker 1

我走过这个女孩身边时,她哭得稀里哗啦。

So I walked past this girl and she's bawling her eyes out.

Speaker 1

我当时想,我该对她说什么?

And I was like, what am I gonna say to her?

Speaker 1

我无意中听到她在电话里说,她被骗了,需要……她被诈骗了。

Like, I don't I overhear on the phone and she's saying that she got scammed and needs like, she got scammed.

Speaker 1

有人骗了她,拿走了她的钱之类的。

Like, somebody scammed her and like took money from her or something.

Speaker 1

我当时想,好吧。

And I am like, okay.

Speaker 1

我该怎么办?

What do I do?

Speaker 1

于是我走过去,坐在她旁边,她还在哭个不停,然后挂断了电话。

So I go over to her and I like sit next to her and she's bawling her eyes out and she gets off the phone.

Speaker 1

我对她说:‘嗨。’

And I'm like, hi.

Speaker 1

我的Venmo已经打开了。

I have my Venmo open.

Speaker 1

我跟她说:‘不好意思,我刚刚在电话里听到你了。’

And I'm like, can I please I just heard you over the phone?

Speaker 1

我真的很抱歉发生这种事。

I'm so sorry this happened.

Speaker 1

我可以给你转点钱吗?

Can I please send you some money?

Speaker 1

她回答:‘不,绝对不行。’

And she goes, no, absolutely not.

Speaker 1

她人特别好。

She was so sweet.

Speaker 1

她来自迈阿密。

She was from Miami.

Speaker 1

她说:‘不,绝对不行。’

She was like, no, absolutely not.

Speaker 1

你根本不给我钱。

You're not giving me any money.

Speaker 1

不,不行。

No, no.

Speaker 1

我当时说,求你了,就让我……她到底花了多少?让我现在好好谢谢你。

And I was like, please just let me like, how much did she like, just let me bless you right now.

Speaker 1

她却说,不,我不要。

And she's like, no, I don't want it.

Speaker 1

我很好。

I'm fine.

Speaker 1

我发誓。

I swear.

Speaker 1

我很好。

I'm fine.

Speaker 1

我说,好吧。

I'm like, okay.

Speaker 1

我说:那你介意我为你祷告吗?

I'm like, well, do you mind if I pray for you?

Speaker 1

她说:不,你不能为我付钱。

And she goes, no, you can't pay for me.

Speaker 1

我说:不,不,我可以为你祷告吗?

I'm like, no, no, can I pray for you?

Speaker 1

她就说:哦,好的。

And she was like, oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

然后她拿出她的项链,项链上有个十字架和一位圣徒。

And then she like takes out her necklace and she has like a cross and a saint on her necklace.

Speaker 1

我能看出来,她可能知道耶稣。

And I can tell like, she probably knows of Jesus.

Speaker 1

我不认为她认识耶稣。

I don't think she knows Jesus.

Speaker 1

我不认为她已经重生并真正跟随主。

And I don't think she's probably born again and really following the Lord.

Speaker 1

所以我正在为她祷告。

So I'm praying for her.

Speaker 1

她哭得稀里哗啦。

She's balling her eyes out.

Speaker 1

我们只是在一起祷告。

We're just praying together.

Speaker 1

然后我就开始跟她说话。

And then I just start talking to her.

Speaker 1

我心想,你知道的,问问她是否愿意接受耶稣。

And I'm like, I feel this tension where I'm like, you know, ask her if she wants to accept Jesus.

Speaker 1

然后我觉得,这太奇怪了。

And then I'm like, that's so weird.

Speaker 1

让这女孩安静点吧,她都快哭疯了。

Like, let the girl, she's freaking crying.

Speaker 1

现在她需要的不是这个。

That's not what she needs right now.

Speaker 1

然后我想,此刻她需要的难道不是把生命交给耶稣吗?

And then I'm like, what what else does she need than to give her life to Jesus in this moment?

Speaker 1

每当我问别人:你愿意把生命交给耶稣,和我一起祷告吗?

And anytime I've ever asked somebody, do you wanna give your life to Jesus and pray this with me?

Speaker 1

他们从来没有拒绝过。

They've never said no.

Speaker 1

所以我正在跟她谈论耶稣。

And so I'm like talking to her about Jesus.

Speaker 1

我告诉她,她正身处极大的困境中。

I'm telling her she's like in a lot of whatever.

Speaker 1

所以我努力帮她摆脱当前的情绪和经历的混乱,引导她专注于耶稣。

So I'm trying to get her just like out of her mess of what she's feeling and experiencing and like trying to get her to focus on Jesus.

Speaker 1

然后我问她:你愿意把生命交给耶稣吗?

And then I'm like, do you wanna give your life to Jesus?

Speaker 1

我想,因为你正经历很多苦难,而你摆脱这些困境的唯一方式,就是把生命交给祂,并真正地跟随祂。

I'm like, because you're going through a lot and the only way that you're gonna get out of these situations is by giving your life to him and, like, actually following him.

Speaker 1

你的生活充满了混乱,而他是秩序的神,他会把一切都理顺。

Like, there's so much chaos in your life, and he's he's the God of order, and he will bring things into order.

Speaker 1

你必须把生命交给耶稣。

You've gotta give your life to Jesus.

Speaker 1

你必须远离过去的一切。

You've got to turn away from what was.

Speaker 1

我对她说,你这些朋友、你去过的那些地方,看看它们把你带到了哪里,我心中充满爱,语气也非常温柔。

I was like, these friends that you have, these places you've been going, it's look where you look where it's brought you, you know, with so much love in my heart and like in my tone.

Speaker 1

我又问她,你愿意把生命交给耶稣吗?

And I'm like, do you wanna give your life to Jesus?

Speaker 1

她回答说,你知道的,我从小是天主教徒,之类的。

And she goes, you know, like, grew up Catholic, like, whatever.

Speaker 1

我当时说,当然理解。

And I was like, for sure.

Speaker 1

我完全明白。

I totally get that.

Speaker 1

我尊重这一点。

And I honor that.

Speaker 1

我敬重这一点。

I respect that.

Speaker 1

我觉得,但我们被呼召要重生,要悔改,离弃旧生活,口里承认,心里相信耶稣是主,并彻底走上一条与以往完全不同的路。

I'm like, but like, we're called to be born again, to repent, turn away from our old life, to confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus is Lord and completely go a different way than we've been going.

Speaker 1

这正是你重新奉献生命的时刻,可以说:是的,我认识耶稣,但我并没有跟随他。

And this is a moment for you to rededicate your life, to say like, sure, I knew Jesus, but like, I wasn't following him.

Speaker 1

她回答:嗯。

And she was like, yeah.

Speaker 1

她非常渴望。

And she was so hungry.

Speaker 1

她说:对,对,我想。

She was like, yeah, yeah, I want to.

Speaker 1

于是在机场中央,她泪如雨下,我们手牵着手。

So in the middle of the airport, she's bawling her eyes out, we're holding hands.

Speaker 1

我领她归向主。

I lead her to the Lord.

Speaker 1

她将生命献给耶稣。

She gives her life to Jesus.

Speaker 1

她悔改了,在那一刻做出了决定,这美好而荣耀,我本不该再问她:我可以给你钱吗?

She repents and she makes a decision in that moment, and it's beautiful and glorious, and she wouldn't I'd ask her again, can I please give you money?

Speaker 1

她说:不。

And she said, no.

Speaker 1

我不知道那个时刻去了哪里。

And I don't know where that moment went.

Speaker 1

我不知道那个女孩现在在哪里。

I don't know where that girl is.

Speaker 1

之后我为她祷告。

I pray for her after.

Speaker 1

我求圣灵做只有祂才能做的事。

I ask the Holy Spirit to do what only he can do.

Speaker 1

但这是一个你看到需求并去满足的时刻,你会为那一个人停下脚步。

But that's a moment where you see a need and you meet it, and like, you stop for the one.

Speaker 1

为那一个人停下脚步。

Stop for the one person.

Speaker 1

每个人都很重要。

Every person matters.

Speaker 1

对于阿里和我来说,我们会走上舞台,参加播客,做那些大规模的大事。

And for Ari and I, we go out on stages and we go on a podcast and we do massive big things.

Speaker 1

这些是我最重要的时刻,你知道吗?

Those are the most important moments that I have, you know?

Speaker 0

然后跟他们讲讲那个男人的故事。

And then tell them about the story with the guy.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,分享这些事很重要,因为这些都是上帝正在通过我们行的神迹,别把它藏起来。

Mean, it's just, it's important to share this stuff because these are miracles that God is doing through, like, don't hide it.

Speaker 0

要分享这些事。

Like share this stuff.

Speaker 0

这些是主正在成就的了不起的事情。

Like, these are amazing things that are happening that the Lord is doing.

Speaker 0

我们需要分享这些。

We need to like share it.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不要对神通过你为人们所行的事有所保留。

Don't hold back from what God is doing through you with people.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

昨天生病的那个男人。

The man that was sick yesterday.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我正在

I was

Speaker 1

在银行时,我看到一个男人,他坐在轮椅上,还带着氧气罐。

at the bank and I saw this guy, he was in a wheelchair and had an oxygen tank.

Speaker 1

我想那是他的妻子或护士陪着他。

And I think it was maybe his wife with him or his nurse.

Speaker 1

我看到的这一切真的令人心碎。

And it was just really devastating what I was seeing.

Speaker 1

我当时正在银行处理自己的事情,突然他开始推着轮椅离开,我感受到一种紧张和抗拒——我正忙着呢。

And I was in the middle of doing my thing that I was doing at the bank and I feel myself, he starts to like wheel his chair away and I feel myself like that tension and that resistance of like, I am in the middle of something right now.

Speaker 1

我 literally 正在银行处理事情。

Like, I'm literally in the middle of doing something at the bank.

Speaker 1

后面还有很多人等着。

There are people behind me.

Speaker 1

在那样的时刻,我曾选择继续做自己的事,那真的令人痛心。

And there have been times in a moment like that where I choose to continue doing what I'm And it's devastating.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

我心想,你能给我一秒钟吗?

And I'm like, can you just give me one second?

Speaker 1

我转向那个男人,蹲在他旁边。

And I turned to the guy and I like kneel by his thing.

Speaker 1

他几乎不会说英语,但我还是说:嗨,对不起,你不认识我。

He barely speaks English, but I'm like, hi, I'm so sorry you don't know who I am.

Speaker 1

我叫安吉拉。

My name is Angela.

Speaker 1

我信耶稣。

I believe in Jesus.

Speaker 1

我信一位能医治的上帝。

I believe in a God who heals.

Speaker 1

我还没说完,他就说:我也是。

And before I even finish saying what I'm saying, he goes, me too.

Speaker 1

我也是。

Me too.

Speaker 1

他是一个叫卡洛斯的老人,不太会说英语,几乎说不出话。

And he's like this older man named Carlos, and he doesn't really speak English, and he can barely talk.

Speaker 1

他身上插着管子,戴着氧气,体重可能只有一百磅,甚至更少。

He has tubes and oxygen, and he's like probably a hundred pounds, maybe less.

Speaker 1

我问他:你能告诉我身体哪里不舒服吗?

And I'm like, can you tell me what's wrong in your body?

Speaker 1

他回答说:我有纤维化。

And he's like, I have fibrosis.

Speaker 1

他们记下了我的名字。

They had my name.

Speaker 1

我需要移植。

I need a transplant.

Speaker 1

医院的名单上有我的名字。

They had my name on the list at the hospital.

Speaker 1

然后我打电话,结果发现我的名字不在名单上,他没能做上移植手术。

And then I call and somehow my name wasn't on the list and he couldn't get his transplant.

Speaker 1

我就看着他开始哭,她也开始哭,我也哭了,我们全都一起哭了起来。

And I just like, he starts crying, she starts crying, I start crying, we're all crying together.

Speaker 1

这是一个神圣而珍贵的时刻。

It's such a holy precious moment.

Speaker 1

我就问:我可以把手放在你身上为你祷告吗?

And I'm like, can I put my hands on you and pray?

Speaker 1

我刚把手放上去,他就给我指了地方,我把手放在他背上,开始祷告。

And I just put my And he shows me where it is, and I put my hand on his back and I pray.

Speaker 1

我只是说:主啊,求你借着耶稣基督的权柄,将医治的恩赐透过我、透过我的双手流露出来。

And I just said, Lord, may the gift of healing given to me by the authority of Jesus Christ flow through me, flow through my hands right now.

Speaker 1

我祷告,愿他身体的每一部分都顺服基督,完全对齐,愿医治完全临到他的身体,临到他的纤维化。

And I pray, you know, that every part of his body would be obedient to Christ, that would come into perfect alignment, that there would be complete healing over his body, over the fibrosis.

Speaker 1

我甚至不知道纤维化是什么,所以根本不知道该怎么为它具体祷告。

I don't even know what fibrosis is, so I don't even know how to pray for it exactly.

Speaker 1

但我祷告,愿耶稣那奇妙的医治临到这个人的身体,然后我们祷告,愿他的名字能奇迹般地出现在那份名单上。

But like, I pray that the healing, miraculous healing of Jesus comes over this man's body, And then we pray that his name would miraculously be on that list.

Speaker 1

而且 again,我看不到这个——

And again, I don't see this-

Speaker 0

去做手术吗?

To get the surgery?

Speaker 1

去做这个移植。

To get this transplant.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

他离开的时候,非常感激。

And don't And he left and he was so grateful.

Speaker 1

然后我只是祷告,或者说告诉他:不要把目光从耶稣身上移开。

Then I just prayed like, or I told him like, do not take your eyes off of Jesus.

Speaker 1

他与你同在。

He's with you in this.

Speaker 1

他回答:永远不会,我从不把目光从耶稣身上移开。

And he goes, never, I never, I never take my eyes off Jesus.

Speaker 1

我当时说,继续祷告吧。

And I was like, keep praying.

Speaker 1

你会得到移植的。

You are gonna get the transplant.

Speaker 1

你的身体会康复的。

Your body will be healed.

Speaker 1

你会好起来的。

You're gonna be okay.

Speaker 1

我说,你不需要这个氧气罐了。

I said, you're not gonna need this oxygen tank.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

他非常感激,那位女士哭了,所有人都哭了。

And he was so grateful and the lady's crying and everyone's crying.

Speaker 1

收银员都在哭,而且那个女孩说,

The cashiers are crying and it's so and the girl's like,

Speaker 3

你来自少女圣经班吗?

are you from Girls' Grand Bible?

Speaker 3

而且

And

Speaker 1

那真是最美好的时刻。

it was just the most beautiful moment.

Speaker 1

昨天我过得特别糟糕。

And I was having a really bad day yesterday.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我当时完全沉浸在自己的世界里,满脑子都是自己的事。

And I was really in my own head and really in my own stuff.

Speaker 1

如果因为我太专注于自己而错过了那个时刻,谁知道呢?

And had I missed that moment because I was so consumed with myself, like, who knows?

Speaker 1

上帝本可以让别人为他祷告。

And God would have had someone else pray for him.

Speaker 1

这跟我无关。

It's not about me.

Speaker 1

但我不想错过我在神国度中的参与,以及神正在做的事。

But like, I don't want to miss my participation in the kingdom and what God is doing.

Speaker 1

这是神对我的呼召。

It's the call of God on my life.

Speaker 1

我生命的使命就是走出去,看到人们需要什么,然后勇敢地祷告,甘愿为自己所爱的人停下脚步,哪怕会给自己带来不便。

It's the mission of my life to go out in public and see what people need and then be bold and pray and inconvenience myself to stop for the person who needs it.

Speaker 0

让我问你一个问题。

And let me ask you this.

Speaker 0

当你在软弱中为那个男人做那件事时,那一刻发生了什么?

What did it do in that moment when you did that for that man in your brokenness?

Speaker 1

哦,我的意思是,完全彻底地。

Oh, I mean, literally, completely.

Speaker 1

我 literally 会想,我到底在说什么?

I literally go, what am I even talking about?

Speaker 1

我到底在想什么?

What am I even thinking about?

Speaker 1

我真的会开车去,然后抱怨说:看看人们都在经历什么。

Like, I literally go to my car and I'm like, and I'm freaking complaining about Like, look what people go through.

Speaker 1

看看这个世界正在发生什么。

Look at what's going on in the world.

Speaker 1

我的生活就这么点大,我的问题就这么点大,我根本还没到要靠氧气罐活着的地步。

My life that's this big, my issues that are this big, like I'm not on an oxygen tank right

Speaker 3

现在。

now.

Speaker 1

这真的让人看清了事情的本质。

It really puts things

Speaker 0

你的软弱让这一切变得清晰。

It into was your brokenness.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但你能想象如果我们所有人都这样做吗?

But can you imagine if we all did this?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

如果我们所有人都在完成使命呢?

If we all were on mission?

Speaker 0

我的意思是,不是因为我和你有个播客,我们就可以说:你知道吗?其实我们每个人都可以做到这一点?

I mean, it's not because me and you like have a podcast that we can go like, do you know that we can all do this?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我们每个人都可以为耶稣完成使命,无论是在银行、杂货店,我们都可以帮助、祷告、服侍和鼓励他人。

We can all be on mission for Jesus and we can all be helping and praying and serving and encouraging when we're out at the bank, we're at grocery stores.

Speaker 0

你能想象这个世界会变得多么不同吗?

Like, can you imagine how how how different the world would be?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

当我们沉浸在自己的情绪和破碎中时,如果我们不断帮助他人,就不会整天郁郁寡欢。

How we're sitting in our emotions and our brokenness, how we're not gonna be walking around all depressed if we're constantly helping others.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

这会治愈我们的破碎。

That is gonna lift our brokenness.

Speaker 0

这就是我们想对你们传达的信息。

Like, this is the message that we're trying to say to you guys.

Speaker 0

服事主而不是总想着自己,这已经彻底改变了我们的生活,

Like, it's transformed our lives serving the Lord instead of thinking about ourselves so

Speaker 1

很多。

much.

Speaker 1

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这是最重要的信息。

It is the most crucial message.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这个信息非常重要,我们经常谈论服侍,但这就是主呼召我们去做的。

Like this message is so important and we talk about serving a lot, but it's, this is what the Lord has called us to do.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不要为自己而活。

Not live for ourselves.

Speaker 0

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

而是要去服侍。

But to serve.

Speaker 0

耶稣来不是为了被服侍。

Jesus didn't come to to to get served.

Speaker 0

他来是为了服侍。

He came to serve.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

好了,各位。

Alright, guys.

Speaker 1

我们来聊聊猫是如何真正掌控家庭的吧?

Can we talk about how cats truly run homes?

Speaker 1

每次我们去拜访朋友卡罗琳娜时,一切都围绕着我们的猫,而我们只是来提供零食和加热毯的。

Like, every time we go visit our friend Carolina, it's all about our cat, and we are just here to provide snacks and heated blankets.

Speaker 1

就在前天晚上,我说真的,我们去拜访卡罗琳娜和她的猫,她明明十分钟前刚吃完饭,却戏剧性地用爪子扒拉着食碗,好像好几年没吃东西了一样。

And the other night, I kid you not, we went to go visit Carolina and her cat, and she was dramatically pawing at her bowl like she hadn't eaten in years after literally finishing her food ten minutes before.

Speaker 1

这演技,简直是奥斯卡级别。

The theatrics, Oscar level.

Speaker 1

但说实话,她知道现在自己能吃到好东西了,因为他们给她喂的是小份量。

But honestly, she knows she's getting the good stuff now because they feed her smalls.

Speaker 0

而且听好了,宠物就像家人,他们值得最好的。

And listen, pets are like family and they deserve the best.

Speaker 0

And truly, I get why smalls has been voted the number one cat food.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

说真的。

Real talk.

Speaker 0

我们可是忙人。

We're busy girls.

Speaker 0

在生活、信仰、努力做个称职的成年人——勉强算吧。

Between life, faith, trying to be a functioning adult Barely.

Speaker 0

保持创造力,真正陪伴我们所爱的人。

Staying creative and actually showing up for the people we love.

Speaker 0

这条街上有点乱。

It's a little chaotic in these streets.

Speaker 0

而且你看,我爱我的晨间例行程序。

And look, I love my morning routine.

Speaker 0

我爱我的咖啡。

I love my coffee.

Speaker 0

这感觉像是一种神圣的仪式。

It feels sacred.

Speaker 0

但有一段时间,我的早晨变成了煮咖啡、补充能量、混合胶原蛋白、努力记住适应原,试图保持健康。

But at one point, my mornings became brewing coffee, adding power, mixing collagen, trying to remember adaptogens, trying to be healthy.

Speaker 0

突然间,这就像变成了一整个DIY健康实验室。

And suddenly it was like, this is becoming a whole DIY wellness lab.

Speaker 1

而且朋友们,我们没时间在早上8点前当咖啡师、科学家和营养师。

And guys, we don't have time to be a barista, scientist, and nutrition before 8AM.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 1

我们需要简单点。

We need simple.

Speaker 1

我们需要一个能支持我们、而不是让我们压力山大的晨间仪式。

We need a morning ritual that supports us, not stresses us out.

Speaker 1

所以当我们发现 Everyday Dose 时,一切改变了。

So when we found Everyday Dose, things change.

Speaker 1

它尝起来像咖啡,但含有胶原蛋白、神经营养素和功能性蘑菇。

It tastes like coffee, but it has collagen protein, nootropics, and functional mushrooms.

Speaker 1

而且制作它只需要三十秒。

And it takes like thirty seconds to make.

Speaker 1

我喜欢它是一种有附加益处的咖啡,而不是替代咖啡的东西。

And I love that it's coffee with benefits, not an instead of coffee situation.

Speaker 1

它是咖啡加狮子鬃毛菇、灵芝和胶原蛋白。

It's coffee plus lion's mane, chaga, and collagen.

Speaker 1

There's no crash, no jitters, just clean sustained energy.

Speaker 1

我们的早晨终于又能回归平静与安定,就像我们喜欢的那样。

And our mornings can finally feel grounded again and peaceful just how we like them.

Speaker 1

说实话,如果

And let's be honest, if there

Speaker 0

有一种方式能在我们变老时更有意识地照顾自己,我每次都选择这种方式。

is a way take care of ourselves more intentionally as we get older, I'm choosing that every time.

Speaker 0

如果普通咖啡是座机,那Everyday Dose就是智能手机的升级版。

If normal coffee is a lip phone, Everyday Dose is a smartphone upgrade.

Speaker 0

这感觉就像是成熟女性对神经系统的平衡之选。

It just feels like the grown woman balanced nervous system choice.

告诉我们吧,因为你比我认识的任何人都更真实地活出了这个信息,甚至在耶稣之前和之后都是如此。

Tell us about because you live this message out better than anyone I've ever met ever before Jesus and especially after Jesus.

Speaker 0

我人生这个阶段,有太多事情可以更新告诉你,发生了太多奇迹。

This season of my life, there is so much I could update you on, so many miracles that are happening.

Speaker 0

我真的不敢相信正在发生的一切。

I I like I can't believe what's happening.

Speaker 0

我都不知道该从哪里说起。

I don't even know where to begin.

Speaker 0

但基本上,我觉得我们每个人都有天赋,我只是热爱服务他人。

But basically, I mean, we all have gifts and I just believe like, I just love to serve.

Speaker 0

我喜欢和人们在一起,深入他们的生活。

Like, I love to be in the dirt with people.

Speaker 0

我最喜欢节目中的时刻,就是把我怀里的你们紧紧抱在怀里。

My favorite part of the shows is when I'm like holding these holding you guys in my arms.

Speaker 0

这是我生命中的喜悦。

It's the joy of my life.

Speaker 0

这真的填满了我的内心。

It literally fills my heart.

Speaker 0

即使我其他什么都没有了,我这一生也已竭尽全力。

If I have nothing else, the rest of my life I have done it all.

Speaker 0

当我能够服务、爱和拥抱他人时,我的内心就无比充实。

I I've I my heart is so full when I get to serve and love and and hold people.

Speaker 0

这真是我生命中的喜悦。

Like, it's the joy of my life.

Speaker 0

当我没有做这些的时候,我就觉得上帝真的呼召了我来做这件事。

And so I when I'm not doing that, I I feel I just believe that God has truly called me to this.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

祂确实如此。

He has.

Speaker 0

我相信祂呼召我,是因为这正是我命中注定要做的事。

I believe he called me to it because this is just what what I'm meant to do.

Speaker 0

上个月我经历了一段时期,那时我更多地追随情绪而非圣经。

And so I went through a thing last month where I was following my emotions more than the scriptures.

Speaker 0

我当时完全被自己的头脑、想法和情绪所主导。

I was I was just being so led by by my mind and my thoughts and my emotions.

Speaker 0

我陷入了一点低谷。

And I was in a little bit of a rut.

Speaker 0

我抱怨得比感谢耶稣还要多。

And I was complaining more than I was thanking Jesus.

Speaker 0

这没关系。

And that's okay.

Speaker 0

我认为我们都有需求和欲望。

I think we all have needs and wants.

Speaker 0

我只是陷在情绪里,无法自拔。

I think I was just really in my feelings and and I couldn't get out of it.

Speaker 0

所以我陷入了非常糟糕的低谷。

So I was just in a really bad rut.

Speaker 0

我几乎打不开圣经。

I could barely open my Bible.

Speaker 0

我几乎无法祷告。

I could barely pray.

Speaker 0

于是有一天早上,我坐下来,变得非常坦诚。

And so I sat down one morning and I was just like, I got really vulnerable.

Speaker 0

不隐藏、诚实地把一切带出来,这真是太好了。

That's what's so good about like not hiding and bringing everything in honesty.

Speaker 0

我开始在祷告时变得真正坦诚。

And I just started to get real honest in my prayer time.

Speaker 0

我对主说:听我说,我连去杂货店都做不到。

And I was like, listen, I don't know what I can't even go to the grocery store.

Speaker 0

我感觉不好。

I don't feel good.

Speaker 0

我感到被困住了。

I feel stuck.

Speaker 0

我的内心充满焦虑,求你帮助我。

Like I'm so anxious in my mind, help me.

Speaker 0

我 literally 开始把手放在自己的头上。

I literally started putting my hands on my mind.

Speaker 0

我说:求你帮助我。

I was like, help me.

Speaker 0

我清楚地听见神说:拿起你的褥子,去帮助我的子民。

And I heard God so clearly say, pick up your mat and go help my people.

Speaker 0

这是我与耶稣亲密相处时最深刻的一刻之一。

And it was one of the most profound moments in my intimacy time with Jesus that I've ever had.

Speaker 0

我听得非常清楚。

I heard it so clearly.

Speaker 0

我心想,天哪。

And I was like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 0

是的,你说得对。

Yes, you're right.

Speaker 0

我确实没有在服侍。

Like, I haven't been serving.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

我太专注于播客、工作和我的情绪了,以至于不知不觉停止了在幕后服侍他人。

I got so wrapped up in just like the podcast and this and work and my feelings that I just kind of stopped serving people behind the scenes.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 0

我抱怨太多了。

I I was complaining too much.

Speaker 0

我通常通过一个朋友去洛杉矶的这家收容所,其实他一直在给我发短信,但我一直没回。

And I I I usually go to this shelter in LA through a friend that I that actually had texting me and I wasn't getting back to.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

我当时想,自由了。

And I was like, Freed.

Speaker 0

他叫弗里德。

His name was Freed.

Speaker 0

我想,我得给他打个电话。

I was like, I need to reach out to him.

Speaker 0

我为什么没给他打电话呢?

Like, why haven't I called him?

Speaker 0

于是我看了看我的手机。

And so I look at my phone.

Speaker 0

这就是耶稣的工作方式。

This is this is this is how Jesus works.

Speaker 0

我看了看我的手机。

I look at my phone.

Speaker 0

我收到了Freed的一条短信。

I have a text from Freed.

Speaker 0

他给我发了一段经文。

He sends me a scripture.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

我真的非常想和你聊聊。

Really, really would love to talk to you.

Speaker 0

我说,你开玩笑吧。

I said, you're kidding me.

Speaker 0

我立刻给他打了电话。

I call him right away.

Speaker 0

我对他说:你根本不知道刚才发生了什么。

I'm like, you have no idea what just happened.

Speaker 0

我跟他分享了,你知道的,上帝如何告诉我去帮助他的子民。

I shared to him about, you know, how God had told me to go help his people.

Speaker 0

他说:这真是太巧了,我真的很需要你的帮助。

And he said, well, that is so crazy because I could sure use your help.

Speaker 0

我正在帮助一个家伙,他是我的朋友之一,他把整个人生都奉献给了服务和帮助他人。

I am helping this guy that I'm one of my friends, he dedicates his whole life to just serving and helping others.

Speaker 0

看到这一切,真是太美了。

And it's just, it's so beautiful to see.

Speaker 0

我祷告,希望有朝一日我能成为他的一半。

I pray that I can be half of what he is someday.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

但他却说,我正在帮助这两户家庭。

But he was like, I'm helping these two families.

Speaker 0

我完全是自己一个人在做这一切。

I'm doing everything on my own.

Speaker 0

那天他最终来接我了。

He ends up picking me up that day.

Speaker 0

我去了那户人家,那里有一位独自抚养三个可爱孩子的残疾祖母。

And I go to this family's house, this single grandmother with three beautiful little kids that she's taken care of by herself and she's disabled.

Speaker 0

我走进这户人家,发现他们一无所有。

And I go into this home and they have nothing.

Speaker 0

这三个孩子立刻扑上来抱住我的腿,仰头看着我。

And these three kids start hugging on my legs and they're looking up at me.

Speaker 0

他们就像看到了三个美丽的天使。

They was like seeing three beautiful angels.

Speaker 0

我得以坐在这位祖母身边,握住她的手,只是倾听她,倾听她的悲伤,帮助她。而大峡谷大学是一所位于亚利桑那州凤凰城的实惠私立基督教大学,提供超过

然后我去了另一户人家,那里有个我从收容所认识的小女孩,她看着我说:‘艾莉尔,我好想你。’

And then I got to go to this other home with this other little girl that I had known from the shelter, and she just looked at me and she goes, Ariel, I have missed you.

Speaker 0

我和她坐了四个小时,我之前一直抱怨的那些破碎和问题全都消失了。

And I sat with her for like four hours and I just all of that brokenness and those things that I was complaining about completely lifted.

Speaker 0

我抬头望着上帝,泪流满面,说:‘对不起,我竟然坐在那里抱怨自己的生活。’

And I just looked up to God with tears and I was like, I am so sorry that I was sitting there complaining about my life.

Speaker 0

这才是重点。

This is the whole point.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 0

我坐在那里。

I'm sitting there.

Speaker 0

我想:‘天哪。’

I'm like, oh, man.

Speaker 0

我真希望我能有孩子,我想要孩子,我会拥有孩子吗?

I I I wish I had like, I want like, am I gonna have kids?

Speaker 0

然后,三个小孩子紧紧抱着我的腿。

And then I have these three little kids hugging on my legs.
