Speaker 0

如果你使用语言,就必须在想法一出现时就告诉我们。

If you use words, you have to tell us a thought as soon as they come up to you.

Speaker 0

你不记得我了。

You don't remember me.

Speaker 0

我在这里错了吗?

Am I wrong here?

Speaker 0

问题不在于智能手机。

The problem is not the smartphone.

Speaker 0

问题在于那个愚蠢的朋友。

The problem is the dumb friend.

Speaker 0

两刀。

Two Cuts.

Speaker 0

嘿,Tableau。

Hey, Tableau.

Speaker 0

你知道有些人说这个世界不需要另一个播客吗?

You know how some people say the world doesn't need another podcast?

Speaker 0

你在评论里经常看到这种说法。

You see that in the comments a lot.

Speaker 0

不是我们的评论。

Not our comments.

Speaker 0

嘿,Tableau的粉丝可不是这么想的。

Hey, Tableau fans don't think that way.

Speaker 0

他们相信,这个播客是真正需要存在的。

They believe that this is the one podcast that needs to exist.

Speaker 0

所以不是我们,真的不是我们。

So it's not us, not us.

Speaker 0

但有很多播客,真的有很多。

But a lot of, there are a lot of podcasts.

Speaker 0

太多了,说实话。

Too many, to be honest.

Speaker 0

而且很多都特别烂。

And a lot of them are very shitty.

Speaker 0

真的有人开播客推荐在白天微量注射甲基苯丙胺来提神,这简直太疯狂了。

There's literally like podcasts with people like recommending microdosing meth as a pick me up during the day, which is fucking insane.

Speaker 0

疫情之后,你知道的,麦克风销量,特别是播客用的麦克风,销量飙升。

After the pandemic, you know, mic sales, microphone sales, these podcast mic sales went up like crazy.

Speaker 0

这意味着麦克风供过于求,而真正的思想、真正的头脑却严重不足。

That means there's an oversupply of mics, and clearly an undersupply of thoughts, like actual brains.

Speaker 0

麦克风太多了,这不好。

So too many mics, not good.

Speaker 0

这对文明来说不好。

Not good for civilization.

Speaker 0

我同意。

I agree.

Speaker 0

但我觉得奇怪的是,人们总是用某个行业最糟糕的例子来评判整个行业。

But I find it weird that people judge certain fields or certain professions by the worst that that profession has to offer.

Speaker 0

比如,这个世界上有太多播客了。

For example, the world has too many podcasts.

Speaker 0

每个人都会同意,对吧?

Everyone can agree, right?

Speaker 0

人们听到这个会笑,说:是的,确实有些糟糕的播客。

People will laugh at that and be like, yeah, there are some terrible podcasts out there.

Speaker 0

有些播客让我真想冲进屏幕里抢走他们的麦克风,求求你们,把麦克风从这个人手里拿走吧。

There are some podcasts where like I just want to jump into the screen and steal their mic because like, please, like, take that mic away from that person.

Speaker 0

显然,世界并不该被每个人的观点所淹没。

Obviously the world wasn't meant to be bombarded with everyone's opinions.

Speaker 0

我同意。

I agree.

Speaker 0

但想象一下,如果我用古典音乐中最差的表现来评判它。

But imagine if I judged classical music by the worst that they have to offer.

Speaker 0

比如,我只关注那些糟糕的古典音乐家,那些钢琴弹得一塌糊涂的人,来评判整个古典音乐行业和这门艺术。

Like imagine if I just just focused on the terrible classical musicians, like the people that are absolutely shit at the piano to to judge the whole industry of the whole art of classical music.

Speaker 0

假设有人走过来,说:‘嗨,今天我要演奏《勃兰登堡协奏曲》’,刚坐下准备演奏,就有人大喊:世界不需要另一个古典音乐家。

And I was like let's say someone comes up and is like, 'Hi, today I'm gonna be performing the Brandenburg whatever, and sits down, he's about to play and someone just yells out, the world doesn't need another classical musician.

Speaker 0

因为这正是我们正在做的事情,对吧?

Because that's sort of what we're doing, right?

Speaker 0

在这个例子中,我们并不是以播客最好的一面来评判它。

We're not judging, in this example podcasting, by the best it has to offer.

Speaker 0

我们只关注它最糟糕的部分,并说这个世界不需要另一个播客。

We are looking at the worst it has to offer and saying the world doesn't need another podcast.

Speaker 0

但你永远不会对古典音乐这么说。

But you would never hear that about classical music, for example.

Speaker 0

你也不会对爵士乐手这么说,对吧?

You would also never hear that about like a jazz musician, right?

Speaker 0

没人会看到有人拿出萨克斯风就说:我们已经不需要更多的萨克斯手了。

No one's gonna be like someone comes up with a saxophone and someone's like, not like we don't have enough saxophone players.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

因为他们听了一些糟糕的萨克斯演奏者,或者你去听歌剧时,听到有人喊:也许他们去过几次中学歌剧演出,那简直太糟糕了。

Because they heard some terrible sax musicians, or you don't go to the opera and you hear someone scream out like Maybe they went to a few op they went to like some some like middle school middle school opera production and it was it was freaking terrible.

Speaker 0

所以他们会去真正的歌剧院。

So they go to like an actual opera house.

Speaker 0

他们会去悉尼歌剧院,然后大喊:对,我们正需要这样的东西,那些人叫什么来着?

They go to like the Sydney Opera House and they scream out, yeah, that's exactly what we need, more what what do they call them?

Speaker 0

歌手。

Singers.

Speaker 0

歌手。

Singers.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

哦,没错。

Oh, yes.

Speaker 0

我们这里的格蕾丝团队就来自那个领域。

Our our team here, Grace, is from that from that world.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

你看,想象一下,有人用你整个行业最糟糕的部分来评判你整个行业。

See, but imagine imagine someone was judging your entire industry by the worst it has to offer.

Speaker 0

这完全说不通。

It just makes no sense.

Speaker 0

但我想指出的是,人们通常就是这样划分高雅和低俗的,你知道的。

But what I'm trying to point out is that it's usually done like, you know how people divide high brow and low brow?

Speaker 0

他们会随意地划分什么是高雅、什么是低俗,而一旦被归为低俗,不知为何,他们总是用最差的例子来评判它。

They make like this arbitrary like, you know, they make a distinction between what is high brow and low brow, and if it's considered low brow, they will always judge it by the worst it has to offer for some reason.

Speaker 0

比如,嘻哈音乐就经常遇到这种情况,对吧?

Like for example, hip hop gets this a lot, right?

Speaker 0

我刚开始做音乐的时候,周围很多成年人,甚至包括我亲近的人、行业里的老记者,或者亲戚,都说:这根本不算音乐,就是垃圾。

When I first started doing music, a lot of adults around me, even like close to me or people in the industry like older journalists or like or you know relatives, they'd all say, that's not even music, that's just crap.

Speaker 0

你打算把一生都献给做垃圾的职业?

You're gonna dedicate your life to having a career in crap?

Speaker 0

然后你就会问他们:你到底拿什么来评判它?

And then you would ask them like, what have you what are you judging this off of?

Speaker 0

然后他们会提到一些我确实觉得糟糕的东西,对吧?

And then they'll like mention something that I agree is terrible, right?

Speaker 0

但他们不会说,‘你这根本就不是音乐。'

But they're not they're not gonna be like, oh, you're gonna you're gonna that's not even music.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

你这是基于什么这么说的?

What are you what are you basing that off of?

Speaker 0

他们会说,‘A Tribe Called Quest。'

And they're like, a Tribe Called Quest.

Speaker 0

他们不会这么说的。

They're not gonna say that.

Speaker 0

他们不会说‘肯德里克·拉马尔。'

They're not gonna be like Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 0

他们会提到一些他们在网上听到或看到的东西,你知道的,那些我们都能同意并不怎么好的东西。

They're gonna mention some something they heard or saw online that was, you know, you know, we can agree is not that great.

Speaker 0

但他们却会用这个来代表整个事物,而不是最好的部分。

But then they'll use that as the indicator for the whole thing, as opposed to the best of it.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

因为如果每个人都只关注肯德里克·拉马尔或A Tribe Called Quest,你会觉得嘻哈是最复杂、最发人深省的音乐类型。

Because if everybody was just looking at Kendrick Lamar or A Tribe Called Quest, you would think that hip hop is the the most sophisticated, thought provoking genre.

Speaker 0

但他们对某些他们认为低俗的东西却从不这么做。

But they don't do that with certain things they deem lowbrow.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,当然每个人、每个个体都有自己的一套高雅与低俗标准,知道吗?哪些算得上艺术,哪些不算。

I mean, of course every single person, every human, has a different set of highbrow, lowbrow things that they consider, you know, worthy, art worthy and not.

Speaker 0

但我只是觉得,我们对其他事物从不这么做,这太奇怪了。

But I just find that so weird that we never do that with other things.

Speaker 0

比如,如果我们听说一个朋友刚出版了一本小说,我们第一句话不会是:‘天啊,又来一个该死的小说家。’

Like if we heard a friend was just just put out a novel, the the first thing we say is not gonna be, oh, goddamn it, a fucking another fucking novelist.

Speaker 0

这个世界到底怎么了?

What is this world coming to?

Speaker 0

现在的孩子到底怎么了?

What's wrong with kids these days?

Speaker 0

写小说啊什么的。

Writing novels and shit.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你的小说真能帮上我们忙啊,伙计。

Your novel's really gonna help us, buddy.

Speaker 0

我们不会这样做的。

We don't do that.

Speaker 0

我们只会说,真的吗?

We're like, oh, really?

Speaker 0

他写了一本小说?

He wrote a novel?

Speaker 0

他现在是作家了?

He's a novelist now?

Speaker 0

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

有多新颖?

How novel?

Speaker 0

哦,哇。

Oh, wow.

Speaker 0

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 0

但你们,你们明白我的意思吧。

But you guys, you you get what I'm saying.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

这太奇怪了。

It's just weird.

Speaker 0

医生,还有另一个领域,也许这存在争议,但我们是否应该以最差的医生来评判整个医生群体?

Doctors, Also another field where actually, maybe this is up for debate, but do we judge the entirety of doctordom by the worst doctors in existence?

Speaker 0

通常不会吧,对吧?

Usually not, right?

Speaker 0

我们不会听说隔壁邻居的孩子长大当了医生,然后就说:哦,太糟糕了。

We don't like we don't hear that the next door neighbor's kid grew up to be a doctor and we're like, oh, that's terrible.

Speaker 0

我很遗憾。

My condolences.

Speaker 0

你怎么样?现在还好吗?

How are you coping?

Speaker 0

我们不会这么做的,对吧?

We don't do that, right?

Speaker 0

因为我们读到一些关于某个恶劣的反社会医生或医疗事故的报道。

Because we read some article about some terrible sociopathic doctor or some terrible doctor, some malpractice incident.

Speaker 0

我们不会自动认为整个行业都是笑话。

We don't just automatically think the entirety of it is a joke.

Speaker 0

但不知为什么,我从未见过有人这样评判脱口秀、播客或YouTube。

But for some reason I've never seen anyone judge like stand up comedy or podcasting or YouTube.

Speaker 0

大多数情况下,我看到人们根据YouTube上最糟糕的内容来评价YouTubers,而不是那些真正存在的大量优质内容。

More often than not, I see people saying something about YouTubers based off of the worst content on YouTube, as opposed to the mountains of great content that actually exists.

Speaker 0

这可能是因为优质内容更难找到。

And it's probably because that's harder to find.

Speaker 0

找到优质内容需要付出更多努力。

It requires more work to find good content.

Speaker 0

你必须真正知道自己在找什么,才能发现高质量的内容。

You have to really like know what you're looking for to find quality content.

Speaker 0

但糟糕的内容总能主动找到你,即使你并没有在寻找它。

But terrible content has a way of getting to you even if you're not looking for it.

Speaker 0

糟糕的内容不知怎么的就会出现在你面前,哪怕你整天躺在沙发上或地板上抓痒。

Terrible content somehow finds your face and decides to put itself right in front of your face, even if you're lying on some couch or on the floor all day scratching your ass.

Speaker 0

这正是糟糕内容的工作方式。

That's precisely how terrible content works.

Speaker 0

引发愤怒的 bait 内容,你知道的,那些糟糕的垃圾内容,有一种惊人的能力,能主动找到你,无论你有多不主动去寻找它。

Rage bait, you know, just just terrible slop has this incredible ability to get to you, to find its way to you, regardless of how much effort you don't put in.

Speaker 0

但优质内容,你需要主动去寻找。

But good content, quality content, you got to look for it.

Speaker 0

所以当有人仅凭最糟糕的作品就否定整个行业、整个艺术形式、整个社群或任何事物时,他们往往更多地是在暴露自己,而不是在评论他们所谈论的对象。

So when someone decides to put down an entire industry or entire art form or entire like community or entire something based on the worst they have to offer, quite often they're speaking much louder about who they are, and not about what they're talking about.

Speaker 0

如果你对某人热爱的事物持负面看法,仅仅是因为你接触到了最差的部分,那很可能是因为你的生活环境只让你接触到最糟糕的内容。

If you're basing your opinion of something that someone else loves based on the worst of the content or worst of what it offers, is probably because you're living in a way where you're only exposed to the worst of it.

Speaker 0

如果你真正愿意花点心思去了解或寻找那项事物中最精华的部分,或许你就不会这样做了。

If you actually went out of your way to understand or find the cream of the crop of what that person loves, if you put in that a little bit of effort, then you might not do that.

Speaker 0

我的意思只是我的个人观点。

I mean that's just my opinion.

Speaker 0

说到医生,这完全无关,但我就是得把这事说出来。

Speaking of doctors, this is totally unrelated, but it's something I just need to get off my chest.

Speaker 0

这甚至跟医生没关系,只是让我想到了这一点。

It's not even related to doctors, but it just made me think of it.

Speaker 0

我知道我得这么说,因为听起来可能会显得我不知感恩。

I know this is I gotta say this right because it's gonna sound like I'm it has the risk of sounding unappreciative.

Speaker 0

当我举办演唱会时,我很感激朋友、熟人,或者朋友的朋友问我能不能给他们一张票。

When I do concerts, I totally appreciate it when friends of mine, or acquaintances, or friends of friends ask if it's possible for me to give them a ticket.

Speaker 0

因为我们的演出经常售罄,如果他们问有没有票可以买,我会很感激。

Or because our shows quite often get sold out, if they ask, Is there a is there like a ticket that they can buy?

Speaker 0

有没有什么办法能弄到票?

Is there some way to do it?

Speaker 0

我非常感激这种举动。

Totally appreciate that.

Speaker 0

但有些熟人一整年都不会联系我,直到我演唱会前三四天才突然出现。

But there are certain acquaintances that will never contact me throughout the year until right before my concert, like three, four days before my concert.

Speaker 0

然后这将是他们一整年里第一次给我发消息或联系我。

And then this will be the first time they contact me or text me that whole year.

Speaker 0

他们会说:‘嘿,你能帮我弄张票吗?’或者‘你能给我一张后台通行证之类的吗?’如果只是到此为止,我还不至于这么生气。

And they'll say, 'Hey, can you hook me up with like a ticket?' or 'Can you give me like a, you know, like a backstage pass or something?' And if it just ended there, wouldn't be this annoyed.

Speaker 0

但他们说话的方式和整体态度,却让人感觉这好像是为我好,而不是为了他们自己。

But they also make it seem the way they say it and their whole vibe, they make it sound like it's for me and not for them.

Speaker 0

你给我一张票,好让我去那里亮相,让你因为我到场而感到被认可。

Like, will you give me a ticket so that I can grace that place with my presence, and you can feel validated by me being there for you.

Speaker 0

所以这是为了你。

So this is for you.

Speaker 0

我向你索要东西,但却说这是为了你。

I'm I'm asking for something from you, but I'm it's for you.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

That you know what I mean?

Speaker 0

他们有一种微妙的暗示,仿佛这一切其实是为了我。

They they there's this nuance of somehow it's it's there it's for me.

Speaker 0

我刚才谈到医生时想到这一点,是因为每当这种事发生,我第一反应就是:如果我是个医生,而不是说唱歌手呢?

And the reason why I thought of this when I was talking about doctors is because the first thing I always think of when that happens is, what if I was a doctor and not a rapper?

Speaker 0

这个人会不会一年才联系我一次,问我能不能给他一个位置,去看我年底那场大手术?

Would this person call me like once a year and ask if they can get a spot to see my surgery, like my big surgery coming up at the end of the year.

Speaker 0

老兄。

Bro.

Speaker 0

老兄,是我啊。

Bro, it's me.

Speaker 0

嘿,你还好吗?

Yo, you good?

Speaker 0

嘿,我听说你下周要做一场大脑手术。

Yo, so I heard you have like this huge brain surgery next week.

Speaker 0

我能要个位置吗?我和我女朋友,还有两个朋友一起。

Can I get a spot for me and my me and my girl and and two of our friends?

Speaker 0

我们去那里给你加油。

We're going there to root for you.

Speaker 0

我们想为你呐喊助威,老兄。

We're we want to cheer for you bro.

Speaker 0

你不能?哦,你不能?我不能去?

You can't oh you can't I can't go?

Speaker 0

我不能,嘿,我连窗户外面看看都不行?

I can't yo I can't even like look through the through the window?

Speaker 0

搞什么啊,兄弟?

What the fuck, bro?

Speaker 0

我们是来为你加油的。

We're going for you.

Speaker 0

嘿。

Yo.

Speaker 0

我女朋友的朋友都是超级粉丝。

My girl's friends are, like, huge fans.

Speaker 0

她们追你已经二十年了,正因如此,她们从来没去过你的演出。

They've been fans with you for twenty years, which which is why they've never gone to your thing.

Speaker 0

但她们从来不像其他人那样,觉得要花钱去看你的演出。

But they've never, like, thought about paying to go to your thing like everyone else does.

Speaker 0

但你知道的,她们是铁杆粉丝。

But, you know, they're huge fans.

Speaker 0

她们从很久以前就是粉丝了,一辈子都是。

They've they're, like, been fans for life.

Speaker 0

我不能去看你的脑部手术吗?

I can't go see your brain surgery?

Speaker 0

我之所以想到这个比喻,是因为这场手术并不是为我做的。

The reason why I think of this analogy is because the surgery, the brain surgery, is not for me.

Speaker 0

手术是为接受手术的那个人做的,对吧?

The surgery is for the person that I'm doing the surgery on, right?

Speaker 0

这跟我自己无关。

And it's not about me.

Speaker 0

所以,当然,有人想来看脑部手术是毫无道理的,这根本说不通。

So it of course doesn't make sense, Well, of course, it just doesn't make sense for somebody to come and wanna see a brain surgery.

Speaker 0

但我想说的是,我的演唱会从一开始就不是为我自己的。

But what I'm saying is, my concert is not for me to begin with.

Speaker 0

它是为我的观众准备的。

It's for my audience.

Speaker 0

它是为那些抽出时间、花时间、花钱、排队、前来观看我们的观众准备的。

It's for these people that take time out of their year, pay time out of their month to come and and to pay and come see us, wait in line, and come in.

Speaker 0

这纯粹是为了他们。

It's purely for them.

Speaker 0

这不是为了我的享受。

It's not for my enjoyment.

Speaker 0

所以,每年只在演唱会前三天联系我,还这么无礼地问:‘嘿,我能去吗?’

So to ask to contact me once a year, three days before the concert, and be so rudely asking, Yo, can I like go?

Speaker 0

我想给你加油,兄弟。

I want to cheer for you bro.

Speaker 0

你连一张票都不肯给我?

Like, Oh, you can't even give me a ticket?

Speaker 0

这太疯狂了。

Is crazy.

Speaker 0

如果我是医生或古典音乐家,你也不会这样做的,对吧?

And you would not do that if I was a doctor or a classical musician, would you?

Speaker 0

这就是我的意思。

Is what I'm saying.

Speaker 0

我确实拉黑了一些人。

I have I literally have a blacklist of certain people.

Speaker 0

如果事情就此结束,那也没关系。

If it just ends there, that's fine.

Speaker 0

还有一小群精英人士,比这还要过分。

There's a small elite group of people that are even worse than this.

Speaker 0

他们更进一步。

They go one step further.

Speaker 0

最近,因为我们的票卖得很好,我不想抢走粉丝的座位,所以我很少把票给别人。

So recently, because our tickets have been selling well and I don't want to take seats away from fans, I rarely will give tickets to someone.

Speaker 0

所以票只留给家人。

So it's strictly for family.

Speaker 0

但几年前,有个人一直苦苦哀求,不停地求我。

But a couple years ago, someone was like begging, begging, begging.

Speaker 0

那时候都快让我觉得,我和这个人真的算得上是好朋友吗?

And it was getting to the point where like and it was kind of so like it was kind of, you know, am I friends really good friends with this person?

Speaker 0

我不是吗?

Am I not?

Speaker 0

很难说。

It's hard to tell.

Speaker 0

而且他们之前帮过我,所以他们来要票,我就想好吧,我从家人名额里挤出一些票给你。

So and they kind of helped me before so they were asking for some tickets and so I was like okay, I'll take tickets out of my family spots and give you some tickets.

Speaker 0

你需要几张?

How many do you need?

Speaker 0

他们说九张。

And they're like nine.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

所以这一点已经记下了吧?

So this one mark already right?

Speaker 0

我说九张简直疯了。

I'm like nine is fucking crazy.

Speaker 0

为什么你不干脆把整个学校都带来呢,你知道的?

Like why why don't you just bring like why don't you just bring a whole school, you know?

Speaker 0

干脆带整个无伴奏合唱团来吧,所以我心想,好吧。

Bring a whole acapella band, like so I'm like okay.

Speaker 0

我不能给你九张。

I can't give you nine.

Speaker 0

我最多只能给你三到四张。

I can give you maybe like three or four.

Speaker 0

这会占用我的家庭名额。

And is like eating into my family spots.

Speaker 0

但也是。

But yeah.

Speaker 0

所以我给了他们票。

So I gave them ticket.

Speaker 0

演出前一天,他们发消息说来不了了。

One day before the show, they texted me that they can't come.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我当时就想,好吧,你们来不来我其实无所谓,但你们至少可以做两件事。

And I'm like, okay, I don't actually care if you come or not, but there's two things you can do here.

Speaker 0

你们要么干脆别告诉我,自己找四个想看演出的人来填满这些票,要么就根本别问。

You can either just not tell me that and find four people that want to see the show and fill those tickets, or you should've just never asked.

Speaker 0

但你们偏偏提前一天才告诉我,好像这问题得我来解决一样,这就逼得我要么赶紧找人顶上,要么就得亲自把票退给主办方,赶紧卖给真正想看的人,还得祈祷能在当天搞定。

But what happens if you tell me this a day before, as if I have to solve this issue for you, is that either I have to find someone or I have to take those tickets physically back to the concert planners, the the the the promoters, and quickly sell the tickets to somebody who really wants it and and pray that it gets delivered within the day.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

这纯粹是给第二天要做脑部手术的人添麻烦。

So it's just just a lot of headache for the person who has to go into brain surgery the next day.

Speaker 0

兄弟,我得准备做脑部手术呢。

I have to prepare for a brain surgery, bro.

Speaker 0

我没法在这儿处理票务问题。

I can't be here handling the ticket situation.

Speaker 0

我不是票务主管。

I'm not ticketmaster.

Speaker 0

我是个脑外科手术专家。

I'm a brain surgery master.

Speaker 0

真正需要做脑外科手术的是这些混蛋。

The person that actually needs brain surgery is these motherfuckers.

Speaker 0

我就是搞不懂。

I just don't get it.

Speaker 0

当我们在这里谈论让我烦心的人时,我敢肯定你们每个人现在心里都有一个名字。

While we're here talking about people that annoy me, I'm sure you you all have someone in mind right now as I'm talking.

Speaker 0

弗兰克就是这样的。

Frank is just like that.

Speaker 0

对不起,对不起,我本不该提到弗兰克这个群体的。

I'm sorry I'm sorry to oh, I'm sorry to the entire Frank community out there.

Speaker 0

我不该脱口说出这个名字的。

I am that's just I should not have blurted out a name.

Speaker 0

我只是举个例子。

I that was an example.

Speaker 0

我认识很多弗兰克,我对他们都很有好感。

I have I know a lot of I a lot of Franks that I'm I think very fondly of.

Speaker 0

我想向所有弗兰克们道歉。

I just want to apologize to all the Franks out there.

Speaker 0

但我相信每个人脑子里现在都冒出一个人。

But I'm sure everyone has someone popping up in their head.

Speaker 0

你知道那种在社交媒体上发问题的人吗?

You know those people who post on their socials, like post a question on their socials?

Speaker 0

让我解释一下。

Let me explain.

Speaker 0

比如说,有人去便利店买东西,排队等着的时候,就会想:'

Let's say someone has, you know, they're at the bodega and they order something, and as they're waiting, they're like, '.

Speaker 0

我有个怀疑的想法。

I have a skeptical thought.

Speaker 0

我对这件事不太确定。

I don't know about this thing.

Speaker 0

我不确定是否相信这件事。

I don't know if I believe this thing.

Speaker 0

我就发一下吧。

Let me just post it.

Speaker 0

然后他们把这发在X平台或者其他地方,对吧?

And then they post it on X or wherever, right?

Speaker 0

比如他们产生了一个怀疑的想法,然后就发出来了。

Like they have a skeptical like thought and they post it.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

我不确定我们是否真的登上了月球。

I'm not sure if we went to the moon.

Speaker 0

好吧,实际上这个例子不太好,因为对于这件事持怀疑态度是可以的。

Okay, actually that that example is not great because that's okay, you can be skeptical about that.

Speaker 0

但比如,我不确定这位名人是不是个好人。

But like, I'm not sure if this celebrity is a good person.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

或者我不确定这种巧克力能不能吃。

Or I'm not sure if this chocolate is safe to eat.

Speaker 0

比如说,他们只是有了这样一个想法。

Like let's say they just have this thought.

Speaker 0

我只是随便举几个糟糕的例子。

I'm just throwing out like some random bad examples.

Speaker 0

与其发帖提问,花时间先发布你最初的怀疑想法,为什么不花点时间去寻找答案呢?

Instead of posting the question, taking the time to post that first skeptical thought you had, why not just spend that time trying to find the answer?

Speaker 0

但我看到太多这样的帖子,结尾都带着问号。

But I see so many posts like this that end in a question mark.

Speaker 0

我不确定这个人说的是否真实。

I don't know if what this person's saying even true.

Speaker 0

我不觉得我经常看到这种情况。

I'm not sure I see this a lot.

Speaker 0

我不太相信这一点。

I'm not sure I believe this.

Speaker 0

那就去查一查。

Then research it.

Speaker 0

然后一定要确定,你到底信还是不信。

And then be sure, be sure if you believe it or do not.

Speaker 0

只是,花的时间其实是一样的。

Just, it takes the same amount of time.

Speaker 0

直接发帖说:我不相信这个人,或者:我查过了,我相信这个人。

Just post, I do not believe this person, or, Hey, I looked into it and I do believe this person.

Speaker 0

或者干脆别说。

Or don't say it at all.

Speaker 0

你没必要把每一个想法都发出来。

Like you don't have to post every single thought you have.

Speaker 0

我们不需要知道你在点咖啡和拿到咖啡之间脑子里想了什么。

We don't need to know what thought you had between ordering the coffee and getting it.

Speaker 0

就像你在Blue Bottle点完拿铁到拿到手之间,根本不需要有任何想法。

Like we don't need no there's no thought that you're gonna have between asking for your latte at Blue Bottle and getting it, and getting it in your hand.

Speaker 0

在这段时间里,没有任何想法能拯救人类。

There's no thought in that time that is going to save humanity.

Speaker 0

如果你真有一个认为能拯救人类的想法,别告诉我们,直接去你该去的地方执行它,因为我们需要它。

And if you do have a thought that you believe will save humanity, instead of telling us, run to wherever you need to go to execute it because we need it.

Speaker 0

但别只是把你每一个怀疑的想法都发出来。

But don't just don't just post every skeptical thought you have.

Speaker 0

我就觉得,我不确定这是否正确。

I'm like, I don't don't know if that's right.

Speaker 0

那就不该只是说,你得去弄清楚它是对是错。

Then no, then go and know if it's right or wrong.

Speaker 0

否则你就会一直说:我不知道。

Or you will just be like, I don't know.

Speaker 0

那就别发了。

Then don't post it.

Speaker 0

别告诉我们你不知道的事。

Don't tell us what you don't know.

Speaker 0

我在这里错了吗?

Am I wrong here?

Speaker 0

告诉我们你知道的事,让那些不知道的人能学到东西。

Tell us something you know so that the people that don't know can learn something.

Speaker 0

或者干脆别发任何东西。

Or just don't post anything.

Speaker 0

但别发什么‘我不知道’这样的内容。

But but do not post, hey I don't know.

Speaker 0

你到底想告诉我们什么?

What are you telling us?

Speaker 0

你只是在告诉我们一些事情。

You're just telling us something.

Speaker 0

你只是在告诉我们你缺乏思考。

You're telling us the absence of thought.

Speaker 0

比如那是什么意思?

Like what is that?

Speaker 0

如果你用了这些词,就必须告诉我们一个想法或是什么内容。

If you use words you have to tell us a thought or something.

Speaker 0

你必须,它得有点意义才行,你不能只是发一些毫无意义的内容,比如‘我不知道’这种。

You have to, it has to have some kind of meaning, but you can't just be posting the absence of meaning like I don't know.

Speaker 0

就像你总是看到那些回复的人,你知道,就是那些回复的人,对吧?

Like you always see the reply, you know, the reply people, right?

Speaker 0

你看到有人发那种发自内心的帖子,你知道,就是那种‘我意识到,你知道,我一直以来的生活方式,我一直在努力做这个做那个’,然后他们,有人发了一段非常真挚的、关于对生活有所感悟的段落。

You see somebody post like a heartfelt like, you know, I came to the realization that, you know, the way I've been living my life, I, so I've been working hard to do this and do that and they, somebody posts like a very heartfelt like paragraph about something they realized about life.

Speaker 0

然后你总能在评论区看到有人说,我不知道。

And then you see someone in the comments always like, I don't know.

Speaker 0

你到底在说什么鬼话?

What the fuck are you saying?

Speaker 0

什么?

What?

Speaker 0

你实际上什么都没说。

You are literally saying nothing.

Speaker 0

你不知道什么?

What don't you know?

Speaker 0

如果你不知道,那就别说了。

If you don't know, then don't say it.

Speaker 0

你在这里不知道什么?

What don't you know here?

Speaker 0

太长了。

Too long.

Speaker 0

哦不。

Oh no.

Speaker 0

这完全跑题了,但还有另一件事。

This totally off topic but another thing.

Speaker 0

你正在参加一个社交聚会。

You're at a social gathering.

Speaker 0

也许这是公司活动,或者年终聚会,又或者是同学重聚之类的。

Maybe it's like a company thing or it's like a year end thing or it's like a reunion or something.

Speaker 0

你身处其中,有个人走过来,他可以选择直接自我介绍,或者如果你们之前见过,就轻轻提醒你:嘿,你还记得去年在水牛城鸡翅店见过吗?

You're at this place and someone comes up to you and they have the option of just introducing themselves or if you've run into each other before, just softly reminding the person, hey, we met at the, remember the Buffalo Wing place last year?

Speaker 0

哦,是的是的是的。

Oh yeah yeah yeah.

Speaker 0

但偏偏总有人不选这些选项,而是直接说:你不记得我了,我发誓,这种人在任何超过20人的社交场合都存在。

But instead of choosing any of those options, there's always this person that chooses the you don't remember me I swear to God, they exist at every social gathering where there's more than like 20 people.

Speaker 0

他们一走近你,第一句话就是:你不记得我了,而我只能回答:不,我不记得。

The first thing they will say as soon as they come up to you, you don't remember me, And I'm like, no.

Speaker 0

你为什么不直接告诉我呢?

Why not just tell me?

Speaker 0

天啊,你真的不记得了吗?

But oh my god, you don't remember?

Speaker 0

我就想,这到底是什么情况?是在玩《危险边缘》吗?

And I'm like, what what what is this like, is this Jeopardy?

Speaker 0

到底是哪个问答节目?

Like what what what quiz show?

Speaker 0

我到底该怎么做才对?

Like what am I supposed to do here?

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

但总有人这么做,我真的完全无法理解。

But there's always someone that does that and I I really truly don't get it.

Speaker 0

很多时候,我反而处于相反的情况:我会主动走向某人,我知道以前见过他们,或者以前一起工作过什么的。

Quite often, I'm in the opposite situation where like, I will go up to somebody and I've, you know, I've run into them before or, you know, I worked with them before or something.

Speaker 0

我能感觉到他们不记得我了。

And I get the feeling that they don't remember me.

Speaker 0

我可不会直接说‘你不记得我了’,对吧?

I'm not gonna just say, you don't remember me, right?

Speaker 0

即使我不出名,我也会直接提醒他们,或者重新介绍自己,这没什么大不了的,对吧?

Even if I wasn't, like, known, I would just be like, I would either remind them or just reintroduce myself, it's not a big deal, right?

Speaker 0

他们记不记得我,其实根本不会影响我的生活。

Like it really doesn't affect my life whether they remember me or not.

Speaker 0

重要的是当下,但我也不知道为什么,这真的让我很烦。

What matters is right now, but I really I it really annoys me for some reason.

Speaker 0

我们没必要把这搞成一个游戏节目,直接自我介绍、重新介绍,或者提醒对方一下就行了。

I'm like, we don't need to turn this into like a a like a game show, like, just either introduce yourself or reintroduce yourself, or just remind the person.

Speaker 0

当这种事情发生在我身上时,我其实并不介意,因为我可以直接说出来。

I actually don't mind it when it happens to me because I can just say it.

Speaker 0

你能好心提醒我一下吗?

Can you kindly remind me?

Speaker 0

这是个大问题吗?

Or is this a big issue?

Speaker 0

最糟糕的是,当我处于三方情境中,正和某人在一起时,另一个人走过来对那个人这么做。

The worst is when it's happening when I'm in a like a triangle situation where I'm with somebody and this other person comes up and does it to that person.

Speaker 0

我就这样被困在那里,看着这尴尬的一幕发生。

And I'm sort of stuck there watching this awkward moment happen.

Speaker 0

嘿,哦,你不记得了吗?

Like, hey, oh you don't remember?

Speaker 0

你真的不记得我了吗?

Like you don't remember me?

Speaker 0

天啊,我打赌你肯定不记得了。

Oh my god, don't I bet you don't remember.

Speaker 0

你叫什么名字?

What's your name?

Speaker 0

我就站在那儿看着这一切发生,心想:天啊,求求谁来救救我吧,我得去动脑外科手术了。

I'm just standing there watching this whole thing happen and I'm like god somebody somebody please just get me out of here I gotta go do a brain surgery.

Speaker 0

我就想,明天再说吧。

I'm like it's it's tomorrow.

Speaker 0

我到底在这儿干嘛啊?

What the fuck am I doing here even?

Speaker 0

就表现得正常一点。

Just be just be normal.

Speaker 0

就直接自我介绍或者重新介绍一下自己。

Just just introduce yourself or reintroduce yourself.

Speaker 0

或者如果你觉得这个人不记得你了,就别提这件事。

Or if you feel like this person doesn't remember you, just don't go there.

Speaker 0

别走过去找那个人。

Don't walk up to that person.

Speaker 0

因为你很快就会遇到记得你的人。

Or because you will soon find somebody who does remember you.

Speaker 0

就花点时间和那个人在一起。

Just spend your time with that person.

Speaker 0

就花点时间和那个人聊天。

Just spend your time talking to that person.

Speaker 0

你不需要整个房间的人都记得你,认识你,这场社交聚会并不非得围绕你转。

You don't need the whole room to remember you, recognize you know, this whole social gathering doesn't have to be about you.

Speaker 0

好吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

不是每件事都得围绕你。

Not everything needs to be about you.

Speaker 0

别只是坐在那儿想着怎么把话题扯到自己身上?

Don't just don't sit there thinking like how can I make this about me?

Speaker 0

怎么才能让这件事围绕我呢?

How can I make this about me?

Speaker 0

我本打算今天的节目就讲一堆随机的话题。

I intended today's episode to be just bunch of random topics.

Speaker 0

感觉整件事好像有一条共同的线索,对吧?

It feels like there's like a common thread running through the whole thing, right?

Speaker 0

就是我有点烦。

Where like I'm kind of annoyed.

Speaker 0

说实话,能让我烦的事也没多少。

Mean there's not that much that annoys me, to be honest.

Speaker 0

我真的是在对你坦诚相待。

I am really being honest with you.

Speaker 0

我不太容易生气了,因为你知道,生气对我来说纯粹是浪费时间。

I don't get annoyed too much anymore because it's just, you know, it's just a waste of time for me.

Speaker 0

为一些事情生气是在浪费我的时间。

It's a waste of my time to be annoyed at things.

Speaker 0

但另一件事我其实一直都在做,我不太想说,因为一说出来,我就觉得自己肯定做不好。

But another thing I've actually been I don't want to say it because the moment I say it, I feel like I'm gonna fail at doing it.

Speaker 0

但我其实一直在部分地进行数字排毒。

But I've sort of semi been digital detoxing.

Speaker 0

我是说,部分地。

Semi, I mean.

Speaker 0

我意思是,我有一部旧手机,现在已经不怎么用了,但你知道,Wi-Fi 依然能用,对吧?

But what I mean by that is, so I have this one like old phone that I don't use anymore, but obviously you know how the Wi Fi still works, right?

Speaker 0

所以我把所有社交应用都装在这部手机上,然后就把它留在家里。

So I put all the social apps onto that phone and just I just leave it at home.

展开剩余字幕(还有 145 条)
Speaker 0

而我平时用的手机没有Instagram或任何社交应用。

And the phone that I use doesn't have Instagram or any of the social apps.

Speaker 0

它有YouTube,但没有X,也没有我工作需要发布内容的那些应用。

It has YouTube, but like doesn't have X, doesn't have all the things that I need to post for my work.

Speaker 0

所以我把那部手机留在家里,需要发布内容时才用它,用完就放回去。

So I just leave it on the phone at home, and when I need to post something I'll use it and then just leave it.

Speaker 0

但这挺有挑战性的,因为有时候我会无意识地打开App Store,又开始下载这些应用,你知道的。

But it's been challenging because sometimes I'll just like brainlessly go into App Store and like I'm downloading it again, you know.

Speaker 0

然后我得提醒自己:不行不行不行,我和自己有过约定。

And then I have to stop myself, I'm like no no no no, I made a deal with myself.

Speaker 0

我尽量少用手机有两个原因。

The reason why I'm trying to stay off phone as much as I can, there are two reasons.

Speaker 0

第一,我的睡眠一直很差。

One, my sleep has been terrible.

Speaker 0

第二,我不想知道每个人时时刻刻都在想些什么。

And two, because I do not want to know everything everyone thinks all the time.

Speaker 0

哦,等等,这不是一部电影的名字吗?

Oh, wait, isn't that the name of a movie?

Speaker 0

一下子全部?

All at once?

Speaker 0

所有人随时随地的所有想法。

Everything everyone thinks all the time, everywhere.

Speaker 0

一下子全部。

All at once.

Speaker 0

八点二十四,叫我,名为续集。

Eight twenty four Call Me, entitled the sequel.

Speaker 0

但是,是的,我不喜欢那样,我想了解那些我确实想听其想法和观点的人,但我不想被迫浏览数十亿条我不愿听的信息才能找到它们。

But, yeah, I I I don't like, I want to know the thoughts and opinions of people that I I really want to hear them from, but I don't want to have to go through like a billion thoughts that I don't want to hear to get to it.

Speaker 0

让我告诉你进展如何。

So let me tell you how it's going.

Speaker 0

睡眠状况确实改善了,以至于我已经基本掌握了如何改善睡眠的方法。

The sleep thing definitely improves, to the point where I've become a semi master of how to improve sleep.

Speaker 0

因为我一直有睡眠卫生方面的问题,比如睡不好觉。

Because I have always had a problem with like sleep hygiene, like sleeping well.

Speaker 0

我不得不认真研究和实践,去年在Epic Eye演唱会期间,因为需要良好的睡眠,我提前一个月努力调整作息,结果算是部分成功,也算不上完全成功。

And I really had to like research and practice and last year during the Epic Eye concerts because it requires me to get good sleep, I really locked in for like a month before that to try to fix my sleep schedule, and I sort of, sort of was successful, sort of.

Speaker 0

最后一晚我失败了,但前三晚我睡得非常好。

I failed the last night, but for three nights I did really well.

Speaker 0

我以后会专门做一期节目,彻底聊聊睡眠这个话题。

And I'll do like a separate episode at some point about like the whole like an entire episode about sleep.

Speaker 0

我们可以探讨如何改善睡眠,我尝试了哪些方法,哪些无效,因为睡眠实在太重要了。

How we can improve sleep and like what I learned, what I tried, what doesn't seem to work, and then we can just because sleep is so important.

Speaker 0

所以这个话题我们先放一放,留到将来再说。

So let's leave that aside for the future.

Speaker 0

让我跟你说说关于‘不知道一切’这件事,我不想知道所有正在发生的事。

Let me tell you about like the not knowing everything, and I don't want to know about everything that's happening.

Speaker 0

我想知道重要的事,没错,但我不想了解那些不必要的负面信息,因为即使今天我不知道,明天也会有更多这样的信息等着我,对吧?

I want to know the important things, yes, but I don't want to know like all the unnecessary negative things, because even if I don't know it today, there will be more of it tomorrow that I can know, right?

Speaker 0

如果其中有些事情确实需要我知道,如果对我的工作、保护家人、保护我爱的人或共事的人至关重要,也就是说,如果是我需要的信息,它总会以某种方式传到我这里的,对吧?

And if some of it is really if it's really important for me to know, if it's pivotal for me for my work or to protect my family or to protect my loved ones or people that work with me, like, if it's information I need, it'll somehow find its way to me, right?

Speaker 0

但我不需要知道TikTok上发生的每一个挑战。

But I don't need to know every single challenge that's happening on TikTok.

Speaker 0

我不需要时刻知道人们在生谁的气。

I don't need to know who people are mad at all the time.

Speaker 0

我不需要了解每一个具体情况或事件。

I don't need to know every single situation or incident.

Speaker 0

我删除了那些应用,当时做得很好,但问题其实不在设备本身。

I deleted the apps, and I was doing so well, but the problem is not the device.

Speaker 0

问题不在于智能手机。

It is not the smartphone.

Speaker 0

问题出在那个愚蠢的朋友身上。

The problem is the dumb friend.

Speaker 0

Fucking Two Cuts 经常自言自语,经常打电话,还经常坐在我面前或旁边。

Fucking Two Cuts talks to himself a lot, and is on the phone a lot, and is sitting in front of me or next to me a lot.

Speaker 0

这哥们就坐在那儿,一边念叨着他在网上看到的那些破事。

And this guy just sits there narrating the shit he's seeing on socials.

Speaker 0

他有时还会当着我的面念出别人对我帖子的评论。

He sometimes narrates comments under my post in front of me.

Speaker 0

一开始我还以为他是在演段子,以为他只是在开玩笑。

And I don't know if at first I thought it was like a bit that he was doing, thought it was like a joke.

Speaker 0

所以我一开始还笑着看,但这件事持续了数月乃至数年,我才意识到这根本就是他的常态。

So I was like laughing at first, but as it happened for like months and years, I realized this is like a thing that he does.

Speaker 0

这就像是有个活生生、会呼吸的社交应用当朋友。

So it's like having a living, breathing social app as a friend.

Speaker 0

现在我得从数字戒断,升级到人际戒断——跟朋友断联。

And now I have to go from digital detox to to like human, like friend detox.

Speaker 0

我得删掉一个朋友。

I have have to delete a friend.

Speaker 0

或者我得让这个朋友消失在某个我联系不到的地方。

Or I have to I have to leave the friend somewhere that can't be reached.

Speaker 0

因为这家伙一直告诉我一些我根本不想知道的事情。

Because this guy keeps on telling me things I don't really care to know.

Speaker 0

有时候他会打电话给我,告诉我一些他知道我不感兴趣的事情。

Sometimes he will call me to tell me about something he knows I'm not interested in.

Speaker 0

他知道我正竭尽全力不去了解这些事。

He knows that I'm doing my utmost to not know.

Speaker 0

他会告诉我,有时甚至会先说:‘你 probably不想知道这个,但……’

He will tell me, He'll sometimes he'll even preface it with, you probably don't wanna know this butt.

Speaker 0

我不确定这是否是他学会的一种新型折磨方式。

And I don't know if it's some some new form of torture that he's learned.

Speaker 0

我不清楚他是不是读了某些奇怪的书,也许那些书教了他:这就是如何掌控你的职场关系,如何领先他人——我不知道到底是什么。

I don't know if it's like he's he reads certain weird books, maybe like it taught him, like this is how you you you dominate your your working relationship, like how you how to get a how to get ahead of I don't know what it is.

Speaker 0

是的,这就像一种权力游戏,你知道吗?

Yeah, it's like it's like a it's like a power thing, you know?

Speaker 0

这简直是一种权力展示。

It's like a power move.

Speaker 0

我不知道这是什么,但他已经这样很久了,米特拉也不喜欢这样。

I don't know what it is, but he's been doing it for so long and Mithra doesn't like it either.

Speaker 0

所以,我们俩其实都不想了解所有事情,但他还是不停地讲。

So like both of us don't really we don't really want to know everything, but he keeps on saying it.

Speaker 0

我最近刚跟他提过,我说:你知道吗?我删掉了手机上那些应用,正是因为我并不想了解你所说的90%的内容。

And I actually pointed it out to him recently, was like, do you know that I deleted these apps on my, on the phone that I carry around precisely because I don't want to know 90% of the things you say?

Speaker 0

拜托,别再给我解说这个世界了。

Like, please don't narrate the world to me.

Speaker 0

别总是不停地给我解说这个世界。

Like, don't narrate that world to me all the time.

Speaker 0

你们有没有这样的朋友?

You guys, you have friends like this?

Speaker 0

如果你们在听,你们有没有这样的朋友?

If you're listening, do you have friends like this?

Speaker 0

如果仔细想想,我相信你们肯定有。

I'm sure you do if you think about it.

Speaker 0

如果你没有,那你就是那个朋友。

If you don't, you're the friend.

Speaker 0

你可能就是那个朋友。

You might be the friend.

Speaker 0

如果你正在认真思考这个问题,好吧。

If you're thinking hard about this okay.

Speaker 0

因为我们的团队就坐在我面前。

Because our team right here, they're sitting in front of me.

Speaker 0

他们刚才在认真思考,我想他们刚刚意识到,自己就是那个朋友。

They were thinking hard, and I think they just realized that they are that friend.

Speaker 0

我真的需要他停下来。

I I really need him to stop.

Speaker 0

我知道我偶尔也会这么做,比如我会发一个短视频或者一个简短的内容,挺有趣的,然后分享给他们。

Like, I know I do it once in a while, like I'll send a reel or I'll send a short, like it'll be funny and then I'll share it with them.

Speaker 0

另外,既然说到两个剪辑,我的朋友、我的同事、我的商业伙伴,当你发出去的时候,让我问问在场的人。

Also, while we're on the topic of two cuts, my friend, my coworker, my my business partner, when you send out okay, let me ask the room here.

Speaker 0

你现在在听,也请好好想一想。

You listening right now, please, you think about it too.

Speaker 0

假设一个朋友或者你认识的人给你发了一个短视频。

Let's say a friend or someone you know sends you a reel.

Speaker 0

你以前看过这个。

You've seen it before.

Speaker 0

你以前看过这个短视频。

You've seen this reel before.

Speaker 0

你会指出来吗,还是只是发个表情反应一下?

Do you point it out to the person, or do you just, you know, emoji react?

Speaker 0

发个表情反应一下,对吧?

Emoji react, right?

Speaker 0

还是你会告诉对方:我以前看过这个,我见过这个?

Or do you you tell them, I've seen this before, I've seen this?

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

每个人都不一样。

Everyone's different.

Speaker 0

我不是说对这种情况有正确的反应方式,但我认为这样也没关系。

I'm not saying there's a proper way to react to that situation, but I I think that's fine.

Speaker 0

我觉得即使你之前看过,就像你第一次看到一样做出反应,也没问题。

I think even if you've seen it, like if you just react as if you're seeing it for the first time, that's fine.

Speaker 0

还有告诉他们,哦,我看过这个。

And also telling them, oh, saw this.

Speaker 0

挺搞笑的。

It was funny.

Speaker 0

这样也可以。

That's fine too.

Speaker 0

当然,前者可能更好,因为后者,我不知道为什么,有些人会不开心。

Of course, the the former is probably better because the latter, I don't know, for some reason some people get sad.

Speaker 0

我们暂时中断一下Hey Tableau播客,来播报一条突发新闻。

We are briefly pausing the Hey Tableau podcast for some breaking news here.

Speaker 0

所以,根据我们这里一位年轻员工的说法,这位年轻人,也就是Hey Tableau的一位孩子。

So according to our our the one of the young people working here, one of the young'uns, one of the one of the children at Hey!

Speaker 0

根据她所说,她这一代人——也就是年轻一代,不是我这一代,任何比我年轻的世代——不回应彼此的短视频和梗图,只是互相转发,这完全正常。

Tableau, according to her, her generation, so the young generation, so not my generation basically, so any generation under me, it's totally normal to not react to each other's reels and memes and just send it back and forth to each other.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 0

所以,根本不需要期待回复。

So there is no expectation of a response.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

因为对于我们这一代人来说,如果有人发给你一个有趣的短视频或搞笑短片,让你笑了,你就必须回个‘wine’。

Because my generation, it's like if somebody sends you a fun reel, like a funny reel or a funny short, and it made you laugh, you have to send wine.

Speaker 0

或者至少得回个‘wine’,或者至少得买点年糕,你知道的,那种韩国米糕?

Or at least you have to send wine or you at least have to buy some dduk, you know like some Korean rice, what is that?

Speaker 0

年糕?

Rice cakes?

是的,还要送到他们家门口,或者拿些瓜果,得切一些詹梅,一些水果,切好后送到他们家门口。

Yeah and take it to their door or like some kwae, you have to like cut some jjamwei, some like fruit, you have to cut some fruit and like and you know take it to their door.

Speaker 0

这就是我们这一代人的做法。

So that's our generation.

Speaker 0

我真的很惊讶,年轻一代对转发短视频完全无动于衷,好像那根本不算什么。

I am shocked that the younger generations are totally fine with just passing around reels like you know, like they're nothing.

Speaker 0

在我们看来,每一条都有意义。

To us, it all means something.

Speaker 0

所以你的意思是,哈鲁会回应我,因为每次我发短视频,我们都有一个群聊,是我、我妻子和哈鲁。

So basically you're saying Haru reacts to my because every time I send a reel, we have a group chat where it's me, my wife, and Haru.

Speaker 0

这其实不算真正的群聊,但就像我们的群聊一样。

It's not really a group chat, but it's like our group chat.

Speaker 0

我偶尔会在里面发短视频,哈鲁和惠贞总是会点赞,对吧?

And I post reels on there sometimes, and Haru will always, like Haru and Hyejong will always react, right?

Speaker 0

哈鲁的反应快到几乎瞬间,以至于我现在知道她根本没看就点了赞。

And Haru reacts like almost instantly to the point where now I know she's not really reacting because she hasn't seen it.

Speaker 0

我一发出去,不到一毫秒,她就发了个爱心。

Like, she like, as soon as I send it, a millisecond later, there's a heart.

Speaker 0

好吧,我知道她至少会点爱心,但你知道那个哭着笑的表情符号吗?

Okay, so I know she's and she what's funny, she does a the heart at least is okay, but you know the crying emo like crying laughing emoji?

Speaker 0

我一发出去,她就在一毫秒后发出了哭着笑的表情。

She does the crying laughing emoji a millisecond after I send it.

Speaker 0

所以她根本没看,但发哭着笑的表情,其实就是说:‘去你的,老爸。’

So she hasn't seen it, but to do the crying laughing emoji is just basically, F you dad.

Speaker 0

去你的,老爸。

F you dad.

Speaker 0

这是你的表情符号,这是你的反应。

Here's your emoji, here's your reaction.

Speaker 0

有意思,所以这真是代际差异。

Interesting, so it's a generational thing.

Speaker 0

总之回到这个真实的情况,最糟糕的事情就是完全不回应,听我说,完全不回应是可以理解的,因为你可能忙。

Anyways back to this this real situation, the worst thing, the absolute worst thing is to not react at all, hear me out, not reacting at all is fine because you might be busy.

Speaker 0

但两天后,你却把同样的Reel发到了另一个我和你在的聊天群,或者直接发给我,而你却根本没有对当时我发给你的内容做出任何回应。

But two days later, you send the same Reel to another chat that I'm in with you, or you send it to me, and you haven't even reacted to the time when I sent you the thing.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

请告诉我,是我太敏感了,还是我想得太多了?

And please let me know if I'm being overly sensitive or if I'm thinking about this too much.

Speaker 0

当这种情况发生,像回旋镖一样反弹回来,像回声一样再次出现时,我就感到很矛盾。

When that happens and it comes back to me like a boomerang, it just flies back to me like an echo, I'm conflicted.

Speaker 0

这会不会是一种挑战?

Is this like some kind of challenge?

Speaker 0

这会不会是一种……他是不是在发出某种战斗宣言?

Like is this some kind of is he like is this like a war cry?

Speaker 0

我就不回应你发给我的那个烂Reel。

I'm not gonna react to your shit reel you sent me.

Speaker 0

我不会对你发的视频做出回应,因为你的品味太差了。

I'm not gonna react to the reel you sent me because your taste sucks.

Speaker 0

所以我连个表情都不会给你,但现在我把这玩意儿扔回给你。

So I'm not even gonna emoji this shit, but here it is back at you.

Speaker 0

混蛋。

Fucker.

Speaker 0

这对我来说就像一场宣战,好像我们要开战了。

It feels like a war cry to me, like, let's go to war here.

Speaker 0

如果我现在回应,我就输了。

And if I react to this now, I lose.

Speaker 0

还是我想太多了,其实他只是忘了?

So or am I overthinking it and it's just like he doesn't remember?

Speaker 0

你觉得这是怎么回事?

What do you think it is?

Speaker 0

他根本没看到,对吧?

He just didn't see it, right?

Speaker 0

好吧,但假设这种情况经常发生。

Okay, but let's say this happens all the time.

Speaker 0

如果这种情况重复出现三到五次以上,这到底意味着什么?

If it happens more than three to five times, this exact same situation, what is it?

Speaker 0

不,这是一种动员令。

No, it's it's a call to arms.

Speaker 0

这是一种战斗号角。

It's it's a it's a war cry.

Speaker 0

这就像在说:去你的。

It's like fuck you.

Speaker 0

你对任何东西的品味——表情包、短视频、可爱动物、舞蹈——都烂透了。

Your taste in anything, in memes, reels, cute animals, dances, fucking sucks.

Speaker 0

你根本没什么品味。

You have no your taste.

Speaker 0

我完全不尊重你的品味。

I have no respect for your taste whatsoever.

Speaker 0

你真差劲。

You suck.

Speaker 0

但同样的内容,我会原封不动地发回给你,只是因为我发了,它就变得更好了。

But this exact same content, I'm gonna send it back to you as it is, but because I sent it, it's better.

Speaker 0

你现在应该做出反应。

And you should react now.

Speaker 0

不,不,你得做出反应。

You no, no, you react.

Speaker 0

这对我来说就是这种感觉。

That's what it feels like to me.

Speaker 0

Tucuts 经常这么做。

And Tucuts does this a lot.

Speaker 0

我能看出来,他不是自己偶然发现的这个视频,他是在复制粘贴我发给他的视频。

And I can tell he didn't just discover the same reel on his own, he is copy pasting the reel I sent him.

Speaker 0

我觉得他就是在这么做。

That's what I feel like he's doing.

Speaker 0

因为他不可能看到我看到的内容,明白吗?

Because there's no way he's looking at what I look at, okay?

Speaker 0

我对特定的兴趣领域非常专注。

I have a very specific niche of interests.

Speaker 0

特别是,我喜欢脑外科相关的教程。

Specifically, I like brain surgery related tutorials.

Speaker 0

所以他不可能是自己在动态里偶然发现这个内容的。

So there's no way that he just discovered this on his own feed.

Speaker 0

正如你们现在都知道的,我非常热衷于脑外科。

As you all know now, I'm really into brain surgery.

Speaker 0

希望我的倾诉能缓解你们的一些压力。

I hope my venting relieved some of your stress.
