I read about a review on Google, and it was basically because I wanted to do some shopping so I had to input the name of the company on Google to see what people have to say about the company.

And on getting there, I discovered that they have a very bad review.

For example, customers were not satisfied with their products.

And based on that, I had to tell the person that I wanted to buy the stuff for that I won't be able to shop on that website because of the bad review that I got about the company.

So the moment I saw that it wasn't an Australian website, I was a bit skeptical about shopping with them.

So it's better they take it seriously and they address it so that customer will also go back online and let everybody that have heard about the negative complaint to know that they've really made it, corrected their mistake with her or him and now she's happy with their service because whoever sees a negative complaint about a company are likely not going to shop with that company because there is no company that has a monopoly power.

每家公司都有竞争对手，与其去一家被很多人写了很多负面评价的公司，我宁愿选择其他替代选项，因为市场上所有的公司都有替代品。

Every company has a rival somewhere So instead of going to a company that people have written a lot of negative stuffs about, I'll try to go to the alternative that I have and all companies out there has alternative.

People have other places where they can get the same product and even better products.
