Speaker 4

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 4

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 4

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 4

欢迎来到LadyGang Quickie。

Welcome to LadyGang Quickie.

Speaker 4

我是Becky。

I'm Becky here

Speaker 1

还有Jack和Kelty。

with Jack and Kelty.

Speaker 1

今天,我们

And today, we're

Speaker 4

要聊一个让人既感到恐惧又觉得神奇的话题——生育能力。

talking about something that someone somehow feels both terrifying and magical, fertility.

Speaker 4

因为根据星期几的不同,你可能要么觉得我立刻想要个孩子,要么觉得如果我现在怀孕了,我就要搬去另一个国家。

Because depending on the day of the week, you're either like, I want a baby immediately, or if I get pregnant right now, I will move to another country.

Speaker 4

而我们大多数人其实并不清楚自己什么时候真正处于排卵期。

And most of us honestly don't know when we're actually fertile.

Speaker 4

这时,Natural Cycles应用就派上用场了,它通过你的生物指标数据,提供每日的生育状态和预测的排卵窗口。

This is where Natural Cycles app comes in because it uses your biomarker data to give you a daily fertility status and predicted fertile window.

Speaker 4

所以你知道自己什么时候更容易或更不容易怀孕。

So you know when you're more or less likely to get pregnant.

Speaker 4

老实说,这些信息我们应该在慌乱地给朋友发消息之前就了解。

Honestly, feels like information we should all have before we panic text our friends.

Speaker 4

凯尔蒂,今天我们还请到了一些特别嘉宾。

Kelty, we also have some special guests today.

Speaker 5

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 5

我们聊的简直是,Facebook群组里的人现在都在纠结自己的裙子是不是白得不适合参加婚礼。

So we talk about literally, Facebook group is at this point, people trying to figure out if their dress is too white to wear to a wedding.

Speaker 5

还有女性在努力弄清楚自己的生育能力。

People and then women like trying to figure out their fertility.

Speaker 5

我们回顾了今年,然后想:我们想做点什么?

And we took a look at this year and we're like, what do we want to do?

Speaker 5

我们真的决定,想要一个像这些女孩们那样的服务。

And we really said we want a service like these girls, you know?

Speaker 5

我认为LadyGang最厉害的地方在于,我们意识到自己其实很傻。

And I think what's so powerful about LadyGang is that we've learned we're dumb dumbs.

Speaker 1

对自己来说很傻。

Dumb for yourself.

Speaker 5

我们有50%的傻气,但我认为我们的社区从其他女孩身上学到的东西,远比从任何专家或嘉宾那里学到的要多。

We're we're 50% dumb but I think our community has learned more from the other girls in the community than we ever have from like an expert or someone coming on.

Speaker 5

所以我们觉得,邀请一些女性、女士、强大的女性来分享她们的生育故事,会非常棒,因为当我们分享时,我们会感觉不那么孤单。

And so we thought it would be so cool to get girls, ladies, women, powerful bitches to come on and share their fertility stories because when we share, we feel less alone.

Speaker 5

所以我们想欢迎三位LadyGang的成员。

So we wanna welcome three LadyGang members.

Speaker 5

这是我们播客历史上第一次这么做。

This is the first time we've ever done this on the podcast.

Speaker 5

蕾切尔、杰西卡和劳伦。

Rachel, Jessica, and Lauren.

Speaker 5

你们好。

Hello.

Speaker 6

欢迎。

Welcome.

Speaker 5

你们中的一些人已经在镜头外跟宝宝们说话了,所以我知道你们的生育日记之旅还行。

Now some of you have been speaking off camera to the babies, so I know that that fertility journal journey was okay.

Speaker 5

但我先想听听劳伦的故事。

But I want to start with Lauren.

Speaker 5

劳伦,跟我们说说你当时的情况,以及你经历了怎样的过程。

Lauren, talk to me about where you were and the journey that you went on.

Speaker 5

我知道这过程很长,对吧?

Can I I know it was long?

Speaker 6

好吧,我会尽量简短一点,因为这确实是个很长的故事。我和我丈夫结婚大约十年了,那时候我们没有刻意要孩子,但也没有刻意避免,后来我们觉得:好吧,我们准备好了。

Okay, I'll try to make it as brief as possible because it is really a long story, but my husband and I had been married about ten years and then we weren't trying but we weren't not trying and then we were kind of like, okay, we're ready.

Speaker 6

但随后我们意识到,可能存在问题。

But so then we'd obviously realize there's probably an issue.

Speaker 6

于是我们去看了生育医生,做了所有必要的检查。

So we went to a fertility doctor, had all the testing done.

Speaker 6

事实上,确实存在问题,医生告诉我们必须做试管婴儿。

And in fact, there was a problem and they said we would have to do IVF.

Speaker 6

于是我们 proceeded进行了试管婴儿。

So we went ahead and did IVF.

Speaker 6

我们只获得了两个胚胎,我知道有些人能获得很多。

We only got two embryos, which I know some people get a lot.

Speaker 6

我们只有两个。

We only had two.

Speaker 6

然后我们移植了第一个胚胎。

So and then we transferred the first one.

Speaker 6

没有成功。

It didn't take.

Speaker 6

我们移植了第二个胚胎。

We transferred the second one.

Speaker 6

成功了,我怀孕了。

Did take and I was pregnant.

Speaker 6

我们到了二十周。

We had our like twenty week.

Speaker 6

我们挺到了二十周。

We made it twenty weeks.

Speaker 6

我们做了超声波检查。

We had the ultrasound.

Speaker 6

是个小女孩。

It was a little girl.

Speaker 6

她很健康。

She was healthy.

Speaker 6

但在二十一周时,我的羊水破了,本来的目标是撑到二十二周,因为那时才算是有存活可能。

And then at twenty one weeks, my water broke and like the goal is was to get to twenty two weeks because that's when like viability is considered.

Speaker 6

我当时在医院里严格卧床休息。

And I was in the hospital on like strict bed dress.

Speaker 6

感谢我的丈夫,他得帮我用便盆,做所有这些事。

God bless my husband because he had to like put me under a bedpan, do all the things.

Speaker 6

然后在怀孕二十一周零五天时,距离二十二周还差两天,我开始分娩,生下了女儿。

And then at twenty one weeks and five days, so just two days short of twenty one weeks, I did go into labor and I delivered my daughter.

Speaker 6

因为她还没到二十二周,医生没有采取任何抢救措施。

And because she hadn't reached twenty two weeks, they wouldn't do any life saving like measures or whatnot.

Speaker 6

她活了一个小时后就去世了,随后我开始大出血。

And she lived for an hour and then she passed away and then I started hemorrhaging.

Speaker 6

因此,我被紧急送往手术室。

So I had to be rushed to surgery after that.

Speaker 6

那是我们的第一次失去。

So that was our first loss.

Speaker 6

之后我们决定继续尝试第二次怀孕。

And then we decided to go forward with our second.

Speaker 6

我想那是我们的第二个胚胎,但我们决定再进行一次试管婴儿周期。

I guess that was our second embryo, but then we decided to do another IVF cycle.

Speaker 6

就在我们进行这个试管婴儿周期时,刚开始促排卵,他们就说了。

Then when we were doing that IVF cycle, had just started the stimulation and they were like.

Speaker 6

没有看到任何效果,比如我排卵之类的。

Not seeing any results like for me producing the eggs or whatnot.

Speaker 6

所以医生说:‘我不知道。’

So the doctor was like, well, I don't know.

Speaker 6

可能应该暂停,再做些检查。

Should probably stop and do some more testing.

Speaker 6

于是我们做了检查,结果发现我患有一种叫做卵巢储备功能减退的疾病。

So we did do testing and then they found out I had what's called, I guess diminished ovarian reserve.

Speaker 6

我的卵子数量很少,而且现有的那些也不太健康。

I had like not a lot of eggs and what I did have in it just they weren't super healthy.

Speaker 6

他说:‘如果你愿意,我们可以继续刺激排卵,但我们也不知道会怎样;或者你可以考虑一下捐卵。’

Said he's like, we can go ahead and do the stimulation if you want, but we don't really know what will happen or you can try looking into egg donation.

Speaker 6

于是我开始了解捐卵的事情。

So I did do look, started looking into egg donation.

Speaker 6

然后我妹妹说:‘嘿,我来捐卵吧。’

And then my sister said, hey, I'll donate eggs.

Speaker 6

所以我姐姐为我捐了卵子。

So my sister donated her eggs for me.

Speaker 6

所以我们用了她的卵子、我丈夫的精子,从那里获得了不少优质的胚胎。

So we used her eggs, my husband's sperm, and we got quite a few good embryos from that.

Speaker 6

然后我们移植了第一个胚胎,我怀上了一个小女孩。

And then we transferred the first one and I got pregnant with another little girl.

Speaker 6

到了十七周时,我做了超声检查,发现我的宫颈又在变短。

And then at seventeen weeks I was having scans done and they discovered that my cervix was shortening again.

Speaker 6

于是他们当时不得不紧急做宫颈环扎术,有点像把宫颈缝起来。

So they had to put in an emergency cerclage at that time, kind of like to sew the cervix up.

Speaker 6

所以我做了这个手术。

And so I had that done.

Speaker 6

到了二十周时,我们做了超声波检查,发现女儿也有心脏缺陷。

Then at twenty weeks we had an ultrasound and we found out our daughter had a heart defect as well.

Speaker 6

为了让她在出生后能接受手术,她必须得。

And in order for her to have the surgery post delivery, she would have to be.

Speaker 6

我觉得大概有四到五磅重。

I think it was like four to five pounds.

Speaker 6

我其实记不太清了。

I don't really remember.

Speaker 6

但那时我已经开始接受监测,并在孕22周时被送进了医院。

But then I was being monitored at this point and I was put in the hospital at twenty two weeks.

Speaker 6

到了孕26周时,我最终开始分娩。

And then at twenty six weeks I ended up, going into labor.

Speaker 6

由于我体内有缝合线,宫颈被撕裂了,最终我生下了女儿。

And because I had that stitch in, my cervix tore open, got torn, and I ended up delivering my daughter.

Speaker 6

我们发现她还有其他出生缺陷,她在三天大时就去世了。

We found out there was other birth defects and she ended up passing away when she was three days old.

Speaker 6

至于整个悲痛的过程,那是另一个故事了。

And then the whole grief stuff, that's a whole another episode.

Speaker 6

所以在她出生后,医生们无法排除遗传问题,因为除了心脏缺陷外,还有其他一些出生缺陷。

So then after we had her, the doctors, they couldn't rule out genetic issues only because there was a few other birth defects on top of the heart stuff.

Speaker 6

所以我们对所有胚胎进行了基因检测,我认为有五到六个都是健康的。

So we did genetic testing of all of our embryos and I think we had five or six that were all healthy.

Speaker 6

与此同时,我开始研究我所遇到的宫颈问题。

And in the meantime, I started researching the cervix issue I was having.

Speaker 6

我想,只有大约百分之一的女性会出现宫颈缩短或宫颈功能不全的情况。

And I guess it only happens into one percent of women have a shortened or insufficient, I guess it's called cervix.

Speaker 6

当然,

Of course,

Speaker 5

所以开始开始去去和

so started started to to And

Speaker 6

于是我开始查找命名这种状况的人。

so I started looking at the people who named it.

Speaker 6

命名这种状况的人。

The people who named it.

Speaker 6

但我听过其他不同的叫法。

But I've heard it called other things.

Speaker 6

是的,就像我总是跟别人说,那是一个百分之一的统计数据。

Yeah, it's like, and I always tell people like that was a one percent statistic.

Speaker 6

我总是那个百分之一。

Was like, I'm always on the one percent.

Speaker 6

我总是跟别人这么说,所以我开始研究可能发生的情况。

I always tell people that but so I started researching like things to happen.

Speaker 6

我发现有一种手术叫腹腔宫颈环扎术。

I found there was a surgery and an abdominal cerclage.

Speaker 6

所以我就开始了解,这种手术本质上是把宫颈缝起来。

So I started in it's where they essentially like sew your cervix up.

Speaker 6

基本上什么都不会漏出来。

Like nothing can get out essentially like.

Speaker 6

而且这种手术是在怀孕前做的。

And it's done pre pregnancy.

Speaker 6

所以我了解了这种手术,但接下来我得找到一位医生。

So I found out about the surgery, but then I had to find a doctor.

Speaker 6

第一位医生说:不行,你必须经历三次流产,我们才会做这个手术。

The first doctor was like, no, you have to have three losses before we'll do the surgery.

Speaker 6

我当时想:我再也不想经历一次了。

And I was like, I'm not doing this again.

Speaker 6

于是我继续寻找相关信息。

So I kept finding it.

Speaker 6

后来我找到了一位愿意做这个手术的医生。

And then I found a doctor that would do it.

Speaker 6

讽刺的是,他不是产科医生,也不是妇科医生。

And ironically, they're not an OB, they're not a gynecologist.

Speaker 6

他实际上是一位专攻机器人手术的肿瘤外科医生。

He's actually, a cancer surgeon that specializes in robotics.

Speaker 6

于是他为我做了手术。

And so he did my surgery.

Speaker 6

手术很成功。

It was successful.

Speaker 6

然后我怀上了我儿子,整个孕期都非常顺利。

I then went and got pregnant with my son and I had a perfect pregnancy.

Speaker 6

我在37周时安排了剖宫产。

I had a scheduled C section at thirty seven weeks.

Speaker 6

他现在六岁了。

He's now six years old.

Speaker 6

之后我有了女儿。

And then I had my daughter.

Speaker 6

一年半后,我通过试管婴儿再次怀上了女儿。

Got A year and a half later, got pregnant with my daughter through IVF as well.

Speaker 6

然后我们又经历了一次完美的孕期。

And then we had the same thing, a perfect pregnancy.

Speaker 6

我安排了剖宫产。

I scheduled a C section.

Speaker 6

但她有自己的时间表,因为与我的宫颈无关,我在34周时突发了严重的子痫前期。

She decided she was on her own timeline because unrelated to my cervix, I ended up getting severe, severe preeclampsia at thirty four weeks.

Speaker 6

所以我不得不为她紧急剖腹产,但现在她四岁了,过得非常好。

And so I ended up having an emergency C section with her, but now she's thriving at four.

Speaker 6

我们终于走完了这段旅程。

So we're finally at the end of that whole journey.

Speaker 6

大概这就是整个故事的简要概括。

That's it in a nutshell, I guess.

Speaker 4

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 4

劳伦,首先非常感谢你分享这个故事,我真的很抱歉。

Lauren, well first of all, you so much for sharing that story and I'm so sorry.

Speaker 4

这真是一场活生生的噩梦。

That is truly a living nightmare.

Speaker 4

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

我很高兴你有了一个圆满的结局。

I'm so happy that you have your happy ending.

Speaker 4

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 4

但我真的很难过。

But this is I'm so sorry.

Speaker 4

这真是一个非常动人的故事。

That is really quite the story.

Speaker 6

有些事情你根本不会想到。

It's kinda just the things you don't think about.

Speaker 6

你以为只要怀孕就够了,但其实远不止怀孕这么简单。

You think it's just the matter of getting pregnant, but it's not just the getting pregnant.

Speaker 6

而是整个过程——保持怀孕,挺过所有的并发症。

It's like the whole, like, staying pregnant and, like, making it through the complications of it.

Speaker 6

所以

So

Speaker 4

更让人沮丧的是,你不得不自己去研究需要什么,还要去找人提供给你。

And how frustrating that you had to be the one to research what you needed and find the person to give it to you.

Speaker 4

这确实也让人非常沮丧。

It's just really, that's also quite frustrating.

Speaker 6

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 5

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 5

你的丈夫是什么样的人?

What was your husband like?

Speaker 7

好问题。

Good question.

Speaker 6

他很刻薄,但在这整个过程中一直非常支持我。

Mean, he's been all supportive through all of it, obviously.

Speaker 6

我们是高中恋人,基本上是一起长大的,但这真是一段不平凡的旅程。

We were high school sweethearts, so it's been a long we grew up together essentially, but it's been quite the journey.

Speaker 6

我想说的是,如果你能挺过失去孩子或婴儿的痛苦,大概就能挺过任何事情。

That's what I would say losing babies or children or whatever, if you could make it through that, can probably make it through anything.

Speaker 4

这是实话。

That is the truth.

Speaker 4

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 4

太棒了。

Amazing.

Speaker 4

你

You

Speaker 5

分享如此坚强的经历。

for sharing so strong.

Speaker 5

天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 5

太棒了。

Amazing.

Speaker 5

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 5

我想回头再聊这些,但拉切尔,我真的很想听听你的故事。

I wanna come back to all this, but, Rachel, I would love to hear your story.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你好。

Hi.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以我和我丈夫2020年结婚了,那时我们已经在一起十五年了。

So my husband and I got married in 2020, and since and we've been together for fifteen years at that point.

Speaker 1

所以由于世界当时处于封闭状态,我们决定开始尝试要孩子,但其实也没太当回事,你知道我的意思吧?

So leading up to the wedding since, like, the world was closed, we decided to start trying and just, like, not not try and, you know you know what I mean?

Speaker 1

我对这些一无所知。

And I didn't know anything about it.

Speaker 1

我根本不知道什么试纸之类的东西。

I didn't know about, like, the test strips.

Speaker 1

我根本不知道什么周期 timing,那些所有的事情。

I didn't know about, like, any of the, you know, the timing of the cycles, all the things.

Speaker 1

所以我们一直在尝试,但一年半后,我因为什么都没发生而感到精疲力尽。

So we were doing that, and then I got so overwhelmed after a year and a half of trying and nothing happening.

Speaker 1

我当时想,算了,不来了。

I was like, we're done.

Speaker 1

我真的没法再继续下去了。

Like, this is I can't do this right now.

Speaker 1

我当时31岁,决定停止尝试,但我们还是继续不采取任何避孕措施,只是说:嘿。

And I was 31 at the time when I stopped when we stopped, but we, like, continue to not use protection, but be like, hey.

Speaker 1

如果宇宙真想让这件事发生,它自然会发生的。

If the universe wants this to happen, it's gonna happen.

Speaker 1

然后,大约一年半后,我们经历了一次流产。

So then, like, a year and a half later, we had a miscarriage.

Speaker 1

大约一个月后,我再次验出怀孕,但很快就流产了,这让我们意识到:好吧。

I had a positive pregnancy test in about a month later, a loss, so very early on, which prompted us to be like, okay.

Speaker 1

我们准备好了。

We're ready for this.

Speaker 1

走吧。

Let's go.

Speaker 1

然后我们尝试了一年,却什么都没发生。

And after a year of trying, nothing clicked.

Speaker 1

所以我的丈夫先去做了检查。

And so my husband actually went and got checked first.

Speaker 4

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 4

哪个

Which

Speaker 1

我觉得这还挺少见的。

I think is, like, kinda rare.

Speaker 1

对。

Yes.

Speaker 1

但我们俩,你根本看不出来他有什么问题,因为他就是个普通的男人,你知道的?

But we and like, you would never know by looking at him because he's like a guy, you know?

Speaker 1

但他睾酮水平偏低。

But he had low testosterone.

Speaker 1

所以他们给他开了克罗米芬,这种药通常给女性用以促排卵,但他们也给他用了克罗米芬,然后我们得等至少三个月,因为精子的更新周期是三个月左右,大概是九十天。

So they actually put him on Clomid, which is what they give women to ovulate, but they put him on Clomid, and so then we had to wait at least three months because semen sperm recirculated, like, every three months, ninety days or whatever is the lifespan.

Speaker 1

所以你现在做的事,会影响九十天后的结果。

So what's what you do now affects ninety days in the future

Speaker 3

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 7

对于这一点,

For that,

Speaker 1

真是知道得越多越好,我想。

which the more you know, I guess.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

但还是没成功,我做了所有的追踪和所有这些事情。

And then it still wasn't taking did all the tracking, all the things.

Speaker 1

于是我去看了一位专家,我的所有指标都正常。

And so then I went into a specialist and all my levels were normal.

Speaker 1

一切看起来都完全正常。

Everything seemed totally fine.

Speaker 1

于是他们说,嗯,我从未有过任何关于月经异常或其他类似问题的病史。

And so they're like, well, we could I've never had any history with anything crazy with my periods or anything like that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但他们说,我们可以做我们诊所的一种叫做FemView的检查。

But they're like, well, we can do what my my clinic has a fem view is what it's called.

Speaker 1

这和HSG检查一样,主要是通过注入气体来疏通你的输卵管,检查是否堵塞,或者是否有子宫内膜异位症之类的问题。

It's the same as like an HSG and where they basically blow out your tubes, check to see if your tubes are clogged or whatever to see if you have endometriosis or whatever it may be.

Speaker 1

我的一条输卵管有反应,另一条没有,这可能意味着很多种情况。

And one of my tubes was responding, the other was not, which could mean a lot of things.

Speaker 1

我医生的说法是,你可能有子宫内膜异位症,也可能只是压力太大了,唯一能确定的方法就是做手术。

My doctor phrased it, you could have endometriosis or you could have been stressed, intense, and the only way to know is surgery.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

这让我觉得,好吧。

Which, like, I was like, cool.

Speaker 1

好吧。

Cool.

Speaker 1

好吧。

Cool.

Speaker 1

这太棒了。

This is great.

Speaker 1

你本可以在当时告诉我放松一下,深呼吸什么的,但算了。

You couldn't have told me, like, in the moment to relax, like, connect to your breath or something, but whatever.

Speaker 4

你也没办法控制。

You couldn't have helped it.

Speaker 4

还有,说这是压力造成的。

Also, that for saying it's stress.

Speaker 4

就像,我知道。

Like, I know.

Speaker 1

而且确实很紧张。

Well, and it is tense.

Speaker 1

它里面有个探头可以观察,你知道的,就像这样,好吧。

It's got like a probe up viewing, you know, and it's like, okay.

Speaker 1

不错。

Cool.

Speaker 1

但如果你当时告诉我,比如我是健身教练,在手术过程中可以教我怎么做。

Like, but if you told me, like, I'm fitness instructor, like, my during the time During the procedure.

Speaker 1

在那个过程中。

The time.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

我明白了。

I see.

Speaker 4

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 4

我以为他们意思是说你生活中压力很大,所以它

I thought they meant like you were stressed in your life, and so it

Speaker 1

可能是真的有两个。

was really Probably like two.

Speaker 1

但我感觉只要深呼吸几次就好。

But I feel like just just take a few deep breaths.

Speaker 1

放松一下。

Just chill out.

Speaker 1

那挺好,但他们要是早点告诉我,比如,嘿。

That's well, but had they told me, like, hey.

Speaker 1

我们这边并没有做出回应。

We're not, like, having a response on this side.

Speaker 1

比如,我知道说起来容易做起来难,要放松,大多数人听到让你放松都会生气。

Like, maybe if you, like, I know it's easier said than done to relax, and most people would be pissed if you said relax.

Speaker 1

但要是他们能暂停一下,

But, like, if they'd freeze it,

Speaker 4

你知道,我会

you know, I would

Speaker 1

也许不管怎样,我开车回家时都哭了起来,因为他们说,好吧,要做手术了。

maybe like anyway, my drive home from that sobbing because they're like, okay, surgery.

Speaker 1

所以我的整个右侧身体都僵住了,就是那个没有反应的管子。

And so I had to, like, my whole right side of my body seized up, which was the tube that wasn't responding.

Speaker 1

我不得不在高速公路上靠边停车。

I had to pull over on the freeway

Speaker 7

天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 1

然后等十五分钟才能继续开车。

And, like, wait fifteen minutes to be able to drive again.

Speaker 1

所以如果有人要做这个手术,一定要让伴侣陪你去,以防万一。

So if anyone has this procedure, make sure your partner takes you just in case.

Speaker 3

天啊。

Oh gosh.

Speaker 1

于是我和我丈夫制定了一个计划。

And so then my husband and I had a game plan.

Speaker 1

他打算做手术,因为有人给他提供了针对睾酮的手术方案,而他有精索静脉曲张,就是那种像静脉曲张一样的血管问题,所有东西都从那里来。

He was gonna have the surgery because there was a surgery that was offered to him for testosterone, and he has a varicocele, which is like a varicose vein where the everything comes from.

Speaker 1

而我要做我的手术。

And I was gonna have my surgery.

Speaker 1

所以我们的计划是在夏天做手术,秋天开始备孕,先尝试人工授精,因为我的医生说这是我的选择。

So our game plan was to have surgery over the summer and start trying in the fall and start with IUI because that was what my doctor said was my option.

Speaker 1

所以我们付了小狗的定金,并安排了手术。

And so we put a deposit on a puppy, planned a surgery.

Speaker 1

在付了小狗定金五天后,我验出怀孕了。

Five days after we put the deposit on the puppy, I had a positive pregnancy test.

Speaker 1

我女儿现在15岁了。

My daughter's now 15 old.

Speaker 1

从我怀孕开始,一切都很顺利。

Everything as far as when I got pregnant went, like, swimmingly.

Speaker 1

她健康快乐,因为我生的是个大宝宝,所以我做了剖腹产。

She's healthy and happy, and I had a c section because she was a little big.

Speaker 1

但除此之外,最终这反而成了件好事。

But other than that, like, ultimately, it ended up a positive thing.

Speaker 1

但哇哦。

But Woah.

Speaker 1

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

我只是觉得,你需要为自己发声,而不一定非要听男人的。

I just think you need to be your own advocate for things and not necessarily listening to the man.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 1

所以你们做手术了吗?还是手术之前就发生了?

So did you you guys have the surgeries or did it happen before the surgery?

Speaker 1

没有。

Nope.

Speaker 1

这太疯狂了。

That is crazy.

Speaker 1

所以这个程序如果能疏通你的输卵管,就可能让事情变得顺利一些。

So this procedure can potentially flush out your tubes if you do have which allows things to work a little bit better.

Speaker 1

所以我不知道,我们也不知道哪个才是答案。

So I don't know if I and we don't know which is the answer.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

这是他的问题吗?

Is it his issue?

Speaker 1

这是我的问题吗?

Is it my issue?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们希望今年秋天开始要第二个孩子,但我不知道那会是什么样子。

We're gonna start trying hopefully for baby number two in the fall, and I don't know what that's gonna look like.

Speaker 1

如果我们给自己一年时间,而事情没有发生,我们也会为我们的女儿感到满足。

And if we're gonna give ourselves a year and if it doesn't happen, we're happy with our daughter.

Speaker 1

但这只是一个未知数,或者可能是小狗干的。

But it's just it's kind of an unknown and or maybe the puppy did it.

Speaker 1

我不确定,我真的不知道。

I don't I don't know.

Speaker 3

我觉得是的。

I think so.

Speaker 7

你知道吗?

You know what?

Speaker 4

小狗的魔法。

Puppy magic.

Speaker 4

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

小狗的魔法。

Puppy magic.

Speaker 1

那是什么?

What is that?

Speaker 5

我选小狗,我投票给小狗。

Wonder, I vote for the I I vote puppy.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得如果你……而且它也让我转移了注意力。

I think if you're and it also took my mind off of it.

Speaker 1

就像,是的。

Like Yeah.

Speaker 1

你懂的?

You know?

Speaker 1

我不再想了。

I stopped thinking.

Speaker 1

我不再为此焦虑了。

I stopped stressing about it.

Speaker 1

就在拿到阳性孕检结果之前,我跟几个闺蜜在纽约度过了一个周末,

Like, right before I had my positive pregnancy test, I, like, had a weekend with the girls in New York City and

Speaker 4

哦,真好。

Oh, good.

Speaker 1

吃了牡蛎、寿司和马提尼,然后回家了。

Had oysters and sushi and martinis and came home.

Speaker 1

这就能解释了。

That'll do it.

Speaker 0

那就是

That's the

Speaker 1

最后的狂欢。

last hurrah.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Oh my god.

Speaker 1

哦,这太棒了。

Oh, that's so awesome.

Speaker 5

本集《LadyGang Quickie》由Natural Cycles赞助播出,该公司开发了首款获美国FDA批准的避孕应用。

This episode of LadyGang Quickie is brought to you by Natural Cycles, the company behind the first FDA cleared birth control app.

Speaker 5

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 5

我们来聊聊一个影响着半数人口、但大多数人在学校里却几乎从未学过的话题好吗?

Can we talk about something that affects half the population and yet most of us basically never learned anything about it in school?

Speaker 5

那就是我们的生理周期。

It's our cycle.

Speaker 5

因为长期以来,我们都以为记录周期就是简单地在应用里记下月经日期,然后听天由命。

Because for the longest time, we all thought tracking our cycle meant, you know, logging your period in an app and then hoping for the best.

Speaker 5

但Natural Cycles的技术远比这先进得多。

But Natural Cycles is actually way more advanced than that.

Speaker 5

Natural Cycles应用通过监测你的基础体温和其他生育指标,为你提供每日的生育状态,帮助你规划或避免怀孕。

The Natural Cycles app uses your body temperature and other fertility indicators to give you your daily fertility status so you can either plan or prevent pregnancy.

Speaker 5

而我们最近才意识到的这一点是:

And here's the thing that we definitely did not consider until recently.

Speaker 5

我根本不知道我们的排卵每个月都可能变化。

I had no idea that our ovulation could actually shift month to month.

Speaker 5

我以为我们以为,哦,28天,中间第14天,砰。

Like I think we thought, oh, twenty eight days and fourteen year in the middle boom.

Speaker 5

但Natural Cycles应用每天都会评估你的生育能力,因此能适应你周期的变化,这是其他应用做不到的。

But the Natural Cycles app actually assesses your fertility every single day, so it adapts to changes in your cycle, which is something that other apps just can't do.

Speaker 5

感谢Natural Cycles赞助本集节目,帮助我们所有LadyGang成员更好地了解自己的身体。

So thank you to Natural Cycles for sponsoring this episode and helping all of our LadyGang members understand their bodies a little bit better.

它叫《第一度》,和LadyGang有点不同,但我认为是更好的那种不同。

It's called the first degree, and it's a little bit different from LadyGang, but I think in the best way.

Speaker 3

每期节目,我们都会从真正与案件有关的人的视角来讲述真实犯罪故事。

So every episode, we tell true crime stories through the lens of somebody who is actually connected to the case.

Speaker 3

我指的是朋友、邻居、同学,那些在全世界知道之前就察觉到发生了什么的人。

I'm talking friends, neighbors, classmates, somebody who knew what was happening before the rest of the world did.

Speaker 3

这很感人。

It's emotional.

Speaker 3

这太疯狂了。

It's wild.

Speaker 3

这非常有人性。

It's deeply human.

Speaker 3

我们为此投入了大量精力。

We put so much work into it.

Speaker 3

有时它会让你彻夜难眠。

And sometimes it will keep you up at night.

Speaker 3

我不打算隐瞒。

I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 2

LadyGang。

The LadyGang.

Speaker 4

有个问题想问Rachel。

One question for Rachel.

Speaker 4

这个程序,因为我真的很好奇,是通过阴道进行的吗?

The procedure, just because I'm, like, so fascinated, is it do they go in vaginally?

Speaker 4

你当时是清醒的吗?

Are you awake?

Speaker 1

通过阴道?

Vaginally?

Speaker 1

是的,就是这样。

Is it So it's like yeah.

Speaker 1

他们会把一个探头放进去,而我的情况具体是。

They put a probe up and mine specifically.

Speaker 1

所以我的诊所提供的宫腔超声检查使用的是墨水和空气,但另一种常见的HSG检查则使用辐射。

So the fem view that my clinic offers does ink and air, but in HSG, which is another common is radiation.

Speaker 1

这是一次放射科的预约。

It's a radiology appointment.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

但它们可以看清你的输卵管,看看它们是否有反应,而且你当时是清醒的吗?

But it just and they can, like, see your tubes and if they're reacting or not to And are you awake?

Speaker 1

这可以预测,我当时是清醒的。

That that can predict a I was awake.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,是的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

这就是为什么我让你告诉我深呼吸,我的朋友。

That's why I was saying tell me to breathe, my guy.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,是的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4

等等,劳伦。

Wait, Lauren.

Speaker 4

劳伦,你做缝合手术时是用麻醉的吗?

Lauren, was your procedure under anesthesia for the stitching up of?

Speaker 6

嗯,做了那一次。

Well, had the one.

Speaker 6

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 6

是的,他们用了。

Yes, they were.

Speaker 4

两次你都是清醒的吗?

Were awake for both?

Speaker 5

不是。

No.

Speaker 5

完全处于麻醉状态。

Completely under.

Speaker 5

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 6

因为它们就像打开了我怀孕时做的第一个切口,就是我怀孕时缝合的那个,我记不清了。

Because they were like they opened up my well, the first one I had when I was pregnant, the one I had the stitch I had when I was pregnant, I can't remember.

Speaker 6

我想我当时是,我不记得了。

I think I was I don't remember.

Speaker 6

我想我记起来很多,我把很多都放下了,是的。

I think a lot of I've put a lot of it Yeah.

Speaker 6

比如,我想我当时可能处于半清醒状态,那种迷迷糊糊的状态。

Like, I think I might have been like partially awake in like a twilight with that one.

Speaker 6

但当我做腹部手术时,他们就像切开你的身体,切口很大。

But then when I had the abdominal one, like they like cut your like it's they're cutting into your So incisions.

Speaker 6

那次我是完全昏迷的。

And I was out for that.

Speaker 4

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 4

天啊。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 4

我们经历的这些,而我们的丈夫要做的只是吃点药、随便搞一下,好吧。

The things we go through, and all our husbands really have to do is like take pills and jerk Okay.

Speaker 4

杰西卡,你来说吧。

Jessica, take it away.

Speaker 7

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 7

我怀孕时没那么讨厌男人,因为我觉得你们根本什么都不用做,而我们不仅要生孩子,还得喂养他们。

I didn't hate men as much as, you know, I did when I was pregnant because I'm like, you have not you don't have to do anything because then we give birth, and then we have to feed them.

Speaker 7

什么?

Like What?

Speaker 7

太无礼了。

Rude.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

太无礼了。

Rude.

Speaker 7

这并不酷,但你知道,我们能怎么办呢?

It's not cool, but, you know, what can we do?

Speaker 7

但你好。

But hi.

Speaker 7

我就是我。

I'm me.

Speaker 7

你好。

Hi.

Speaker 7

我有点紧张。

I'm a little jittery.

Speaker 7

我真的很兴奋能来这里。

I'm, like, so excited to be here.

Speaker 7

非常感谢你,也感谢劳伦和蕾切尔分享你们的故事。

Thank you so much, and thank you to Lauren and Rachel for sharing your story.

Speaker 7

这需要很大的勇气,尤其是当你经历过失去后,还要再次谈论它。

It it takes a lot, especially when you go through a loss to kind of talk about it again.

Speaker 7

所以我觉得你们邀请我们来这里分享这些,真的很美好。

So I think that's a beautiful thing that you guys are having us here to do that.

Speaker 4

谢谢你们的到来。

Well, thanks for being here.

Speaker 7

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 7

我和我丈夫其实是在三十多岁时开始约会的。

So my husband and I actually started dating in our thirties.

Speaker 7

我们在Tinder上认识,在一起八年了,后来我发现自己怀孕了。

We met on Tinder, and we were together for eight years, and I found out I was pregnant.

Speaker 7

有趣的是,我去妇产科是因为感觉不太对劲,像是有腹痛,结果发现是卵巢囊肿破裂了,跟怀孕一点关系都没有。

And it was funny because I went into the OB just because I had a weird feeling, like I wasn't like I had cramping, and it ended up being an ovarian cyst that ruptured, so it had nothing to do with being pregnant.

Speaker 7

她问我:‘你是不是疼得很厉害?’

And she was like, weren't you in a lot of pain?

Speaker 7

我说:‘其实没怎么疼。’

And I was like, not really.

Speaker 7

她就说:‘姑娘,你的痛觉阈值也太高了吧。’我就说:是的。

And she's like, girl, your pain like, pain threshold is I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 7

经期疼痛,你知道的?

Cramps, you know?

Speaker 7

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 7

结果到了接下来的一周,我。

I ended up like the following week.

Speaker 7

我想:我还没来月经呢。

I'm like, I haven't had a period yet.

Speaker 7

于是我做了个测试。

So, I took a test.

Speaker 7

结果是阳性。

It was positive.

Speaker 7

然后他们给我安排了抽血检查。

And then they scheduled me for blood work.

Speaker 7

这是检测HCG水平的检查,看数值是否正常,需要每72小时去一次,理论上数值应该每次翻倍,但它们并没有。

It's the HCG test to see if your levels are good, and you have to go every seventy two hours, and they're supposed to double each time, and they weren't.

Speaker 7

结果确诊为宫外孕,我不得不打了一针甲氨蝶呤(MTX),来溶解妊娠,确保细胞停止生长。

So it ended up being an ectopic pregnancy, And I had to take the, it's an MTX shot to dissolve the pregnancy to make sure the cells stop growing.

Speaker 7

这本质上是一种化疗方式。

So it's a it's a form of chemo essentially.

Speaker 7

所以我问护士:‘我会不会严重生病?’

So I even asked the nurse, I'm like, is there a chance I'm gonna get really sick?

Speaker 7

因为我知道化疗会削弱免疫系统。

Because my understanding is with chemo, you, your immune system isn't as strong.

Speaker 7

所以她回答:‘是的。’

So she's like, yeah.

Speaker 7

你很可能会出现一些不适,但一定要记得补充维生素。

You're definitely probably gonna get something, but just make sure you take your vitamins.

Speaker 7

说真的,我们最终失去了那个孩子,这让人无比心碎。

I mean, it was we ended up losing that baby, which was devastating.

Speaker 7

但第二天早上,我的猫突然去世了。

But and then my cat just randomly died the next morning.

Speaker 7

所以我当时根本不在状态。

So I was just like not mentally there.

Speaker 7

他当时才四岁啊。

So I mean, he was only four.

Speaker 7

但我姑姑的朋友说,它去天堂陪宝宝了。

But my aunt's friend was like, went to heaven to be with a baby.

Speaker 7

所以我心想,天哪。

So I'm like, goodness.

Speaker 7

他们实际上让我感觉好了一些。

They actually kind of made me feel better.

Speaker 7

但当时我38岁,所以我想,好吧。

But I was 38 at the time, so I was like, okay.

Speaker 7

如果我们要这么做,我必须确保我们做对了。

I need to make sure that if we're gonna do this, we need to make sure we're doing it right.

Speaker 7

你知道吧?

You know?

Speaker 7

所以流产后,你的身体需要时间来恢复平衡,大约三个月。

So it takes time too after you miscarry before your body regulates itself, like about three months.

Speaker 7

之后,我预约了一位生育专家,那时我39岁。

So after that, I scheduled an appointment with a fertility specialist and she said, I was 39 at this time.

Speaker 7

她说,以你的年龄,加上你们已经在一起八年了,而且第一次怀孕没有成功,你们必须接受医学干预。

She's like, with your age and the fact that you guys have been together for eight years and your first pregnancy was not successful, you're gonna have to have intervention.

Speaker 7

而且她说,即使进行干预,也不能保证成功。

So, and she's like, even with intervention, it's not a guarantee.

Speaker 7

而且这很贵。

So and it's expensive.

Speaker 7

你明白我的意思吗?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 7

试管婴儿费用大约是两万美元,而且不被保险覆盖。

Where IVF is, like, $20, and it's not covered.

Speaker 7

我的天,真是荒谬至极。

I mean Such bullshit.

Speaker 7

这太荒谬了,因为如果这是男性的问题,不仅会得到保险覆盖,你可能还能请假六个月,你知道吧?

It is bullshit because it's like, well, if this was a guy issue, not only would it be covered, but you would probably be able to get out of work for, six months, you know?

Speaker 7

我真的觉得,上帝告诉我:我一直在你身边。

So I literally just I had this I I felt like God told me, I've got you.

Speaker 7

继续做你正在做的事。

Like, keep doing what you're doing.

Speaker 7

所以我继续锻炼。

So I continued working out.

Speaker 7

我继续运动,我的朋友杰斯说:咱们开始跑五公里、十公里吧。

I continued, like, my friend Jess, she was like, let's start doing five ten k's.

Speaker 7

我说:好吧。

I'm like, okay.

Speaker 7

你知道吧?

You know?

Speaker 7

下一秒,我就和她还有另一个朋友出去吃午饭,我当时就觉得有点不对劲。

So next thing you know, I was out to lunch with her and another friend, and I was like, I feel weird.

Speaker 7

我有那个App,于是我就去查了一下。

And I have the app, and I was like, I checked it.

Speaker 7

我以为上面写的是‘预计来月经’。

I thought it said expect your period.

Speaker 7

我想,哦,这说得通。

And I was like, okay, well, makes sense.

Speaker 7

后来我回到家,又查了一次。

Well, then I got home and I checked it again.

Speaker 7

上面写的是‘做一次怀孕测试’。

It said take a pregnancy test.

Speaker 7

我想,我怎么会看错呢?

I'm like, how did I read that wrong?

Speaker 7

于是我做了测试,结果怀孕了。

And I did, and I was pregnant.

Speaker 7

所以我又得去做血液检查,我当时就想,天哪。

So I had to go through the blood work again, and I was like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 7

快到感恩节了。

It's almost Thanksgiving.

Speaker 7

上次我们失去第一个孩子的时候是圣诞节,现在又是感恩节了,我想,如果这次不顺利,我大概注定无法享受节日了。

So the last time when we lost our first baby, it was Christmas time, so now it's Thanksgiving, and I'm like, I'm just not meant to enjoy the holidays if this doesn't go well.

Speaker 7

那个星期一,我们拿到了检查结果,数值是3000。

Well, that Monday, we got the numbers back, and it was, like, 3,000.

Speaker 7

我之前的数据从来没超过1000。

And my numbers before never got over a thousand.

Speaker 7

现在我女儿两岁半了。

And now my daughter's two and a half.

Speaker 7

哎。

So Aw.

Speaker 7

太好了。

Yay.

Speaker 7

我当时就想,我们还想再要一个。

I was like, we wanna try for another.

Speaker 7

我对此感到紧张,因为我和索菲亚怀孕时得了子痫前期。

I get nervous about it because I have preeclampsia with Sofia.

Speaker 7

我至今仍有高血压。

I still have high blood pressure.

Speaker 6

我的产科医生已经同意了。

My OB gave me the go ahead.

Speaker 7

我现在43岁了,这确实让人紧张,但我也一直听说,你不会后悔拥有孩子,但可能会后悔没有要孩子。

It's just with I'm I'm 43 now, and I'm just like, it's nerve racking, but it's also I've always been told, you it's you regret the kids that you don't have, but you'll never regret the kids that you do.

Speaker 7

我觉得我们真的想再试一次。

It's something that I'm like, you know, we really wanna try.

Speaker 7

所以我希望如此,他们管这叫高龄妊娠,显然,为什么不换个名字呢?

And so I'm hoping that and the best thing about they call it a geriatric pregnancy, obviously, because why not call it something different?

Speaker 1

但是的。

But Yeah.

Speaker 7

他们会更加关注你。

They pay more attention to you.

Speaker 7

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 7

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 7

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 7

嗯哼。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

但我的医生说,这相当于正常年龄。

But they Advance to a normal age is what my doctor says.

Speaker 3

那更糟了。

That's even worse.

Speaker 3

知道。

Know.

Speaker 1

这真的

It's truly

Speaker 7

更糟了。

worse.

Speaker 7

这简直像奇迹,奇迹妈妈?

Much is like miracle, miracle mama?

Speaker 7

我的意思是,你好。

I mean, hello.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 3

我们需要积极的表述。

We need a positive spin.

Speaker 7

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 7

呃,显而易见。

Like, duh.

Speaker 7

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 5

我想请你们几位总结一下这些故事。

I wanna ask you guys just to sum up, you know, these stories.

Speaker 5

我觉得,首先你们非常勇敢。

I think, first of all, you're so brave.

Speaker 5

谢谢你们与我们分享。

Thank you for sharing with us.

Speaker 5

但如果你们能对LadyGang中正在经历这段旅程、或正处于某个阶段的女性说一句话,也许她正像Jack一样,正在实际进行家庭规划。

But if there was one thing you could say to a LadyGang or that is in our group that is struggling right now, that is at some various point in this journey, or maybe she's a Jack where she's, like, literally doing her family planning right now.

Speaker 5

你们每个人会对那个女孩说什么?

What would each of you say to that girl?

Speaker 5

Rachel,我先从你开始。

Rachel, I'll start with you.

Speaker 1

我有两点想说。

I have two things.

Speaker 1

因为我在三十多岁时才了解到,在我最易受孕的日子里,怀孕的几率也只有大约百分之三十。

Because I didn't learn that, like, in my thirties, my like, on my most fertile days, my highest chance was, like, thirty percent of getting pregnant.

Speaker 1

我认为人们并没有意识到,随着年龄增长,你的生育能力总体上是会下降的。

And I don't think people realize that that's, like, part of the deal is, like, as you age, your your fertility goes down just in general.

Speaker 1

所以,即使是在你最好的日子,也仅有百分之三十的几率成功。

And so, like, even though it's, like, your best day, it's still only 30 out of a 100 shots.

Speaker 1

所以请记住这一点,但也要为自己争取权益。

So just keep that in mind, but also advocate for yourself.

Speaker 1

我喜欢说,你是在雇佣你的医生。

I I like to say, like, you're hiring your doctors.

Speaker 1

如果他们没有告诉你你想知道的信息,那就换一位医生;如果他们说,先尝试一年再来找我们。

So if they're not telling you what you want, find another doctor or they're not letting if they say, try for a year, come to us.

Speaker 1

不行。

No.

Speaker 1

不行。

No.

Speaker 1

不行。

No.

Speaker 1

我会找一个愿意让我接受教育的人。

I'll find someone who will allow me to do an education.

Speaker 5

这真是非常好的建议。

That's such good That's such good advice.

Speaker 6

我的意思是,显然,在多个关键时刻,为自己发声救了我的命。

I mean, obviously advocating is has saved my life in more ways than one at more times.

Speaker 6

但我也想说,对于处于生育旅程初期的人来说,这一阶段在漫长的过程中只是短暂的一瞬,因为从生育初期开始,通往为人父母的道路就已开启,无论最终以何种方式实现,这都只是很小的一部分。

But I would also say that someone in the early stages of their fertility journey, it's this part of the journey is such a small little blip in the long way Because it's all about like, even from the early stages of the fertility, it's all the road of parenthood, whether no matter how you get there in the end, but like it's all such a small thing.

Speaker 6

你必须真正享受并珍惜所有经历,因为我知道,像贝卡一样,你现在也有一个四岁的孩子,我也有一个四岁的孩子,那确实是一个阶段,不过三岁的孩子也特别关键,但是,

You have to really enjoy and kind of like take in all the experiences because I know like, like Becca, you have a four year old now too, which I have a four year old and that's an age, but well, three year olds are really an age, but,

Speaker 5

确实如此。

it's so true.

Speaker 6

确实如此。

It's so true.

Speaker 6

但你会忘记那些糟糕的事,因为你活在当下;即使在困难发生时,你也得保持乐观,因为隧道尽头总有光,要活在当下。

But you forget about the bad things because it's you're in the moment, but you have to even when the bad things are happening, you have to like kind of be optimistic and like, because it there is light at the end of the tunnel and like be present.

Speaker 6

不要去想过去发生的糟糕事,要专注于当下,明白这正是通往为人父母的旅程。

Don't think about the bad things that happened in the past, like be present with where you are and know that it's the journey to parenthood.

Speaker 6

你终会到达的。

You're going to get there.

Speaker 6

有些人这条路走得容易些,但养孩子时却会更艰难。

It's just some people have it easier, but then they have it harder with the kids.

Speaker 6

这整个都是为人父母的旅程。

It's like it's all the parenthood journey.

Speaker 6

生育只是开始,在更大的图景中,它只是小小的一段。

The fertility is just the beginning and it's such a small little piece in the bigger picture.

Speaker 6

所以我认为,牢记大局才最重要,因为你终会到达终点,无论是通过收养还是其他方式,只要你坚持自己的路,就一定能实现。

And so I think keeping in mind the big picture is what's important because you will get there, whether it's through adoption or whatever in the end, you will get there just as long as you stay on your path.

Speaker 4

我非常喜欢这一点。

I love that.

Speaker 4

你说得太对了。

You're so it's so true.

Speaker 4

像在育儿过程中,真正活在当下就很难经常回头去看。

Like, being present in parenting, it really doesn't allow you to look back so often.

Speaker 4

是的,确实如此。

Like, it's Yeah.

Speaker 4

你不会完全忘记,但我也深深感恩拥有这个小奇迹——当然不是说别人没有这种感受。

You kind of not forget, but you and also, like, the gratitude that I have for having this little miracle is so not to say people don't feel this way.

Speaker 4

他们自然怀孕,走的路更顺利。

They get pregnant naturally and have an easier road.

Speaker 4

但我每天看着他们,都会想:感谢上帝,让我做出了这样的选择,感谢之前发生的一切,因为你们现在在这里。

But, like, I look at them every day and I think, thank God I made the choices I made and thank God for the things that happened before you because you're here.

Speaker 6

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 6

绝对如此。

Absolutely.

Speaker 6

当他们做错事时,看起来也没那么严重,因为你心里会想,至少

When they do bad things, it doesn't seem so big either because you're like, well,

Speaker 1

至少他们还在。

at least

Speaker 6

至少他们在这里,即使他们爬到台面上跳下来

at least they're here even if they're climbing on the counters and jumping off

Speaker 1

从上面跳下来。

of them.

Speaker 1

至少他们还在做这些事。

Like, at least they're here to do it.

Speaker 4

你会想,天啊,我宫颈都缝过了。

You're like, bitch, I had my cervix sewn up.

Speaker 4

你来试试看。

Try me.

Speaker 4

杰西卡,我

Jessica, what's I

Speaker 7

我的意思是,要相信你的团队并获得支持,因为我不得不进行紧急剖腹产,但我从未感到害怕。

mean, I think to trust your team and have support because I had to have an emergency C section, but I was never scared ever.

Speaker 7

我非常喜欢我的医生。

I loved my doctor.

Speaker 7

我非常爱她。

I loved her so much.

Speaker 7

她太棒了。

She was amazing.

Speaker 7

我从来没有感到害怕。

I felt I never felt scared.

Speaker 7

我丈夫非常出色,至今仍然是一个了不起的支持者。

And my husband was an amazing and still is an amazing support system.

Speaker 7

我认为这一点至关重要,无论是你的丈夫、伴侣、家人还是朋友,一定要确保你有这种支持,因为你一定会需要它。

And I think that's crucial, whether it be your husband, your partner, your family, your friends, make sure you have that support because you're gonna need it.

Speaker 7

很难说‘别害怕’,尤其是当你是个新手妈妈时,因为当你经历这一切时,你肯定会害怕。

And don't it's hard to say, like, don't be afraid, especially when you're a first time mom, because when you're going through all of it, you are gonna be afraid.

Speaker 7

但女性真是了不起,因为经历了这一切之后,一旦看到孩子,你就全忘了。

But women are incredible beings because all that you go through, once you see that child, you don't remember any of it.

Speaker 7

我都记不起来了。

I don't remember.

Speaker 7

我就觉得,我度过了最完美的孕期。

I just was like, I had the most perfect pregnancy.

Speaker 7

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 7

那真是太棒了。

It was amazing.

Speaker 6

我心想:等等。

I'm like, wait.

Speaker 7

我孕早期瘦了很多,因为什么都吃不下,但你根本记不起来,你知道吗?

I lost a lot of weight my first trimester because I couldn't keep anything in, but you don't remember it, you know?

Speaker 7

所以一定要有个好的支持系统,是的。

So just have a good support system yeah.

Speaker 7

而且你要明白,没错,就是这样。

And know that, you know Exact right?

Speaker 7

但确实,要有良好的支持系统,要相信你一定能挺过去,并加入这个群体。

But, yeah, it's just have a good support system and just know that you'll get through it and jump in the group.

Speaker 7

LadyGang群组,就是那个Facebook群组,帮我度过了很多难关,我真的很喜欢那里。

The LadyGang group, like the Facebook group has helped me through so many things that I I just love it in there.

Speaker 7

所以。

So

Speaker 4

她们太棒了。

They're awesome.

Speaker 5

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 5

女士们,听好了。

Ladies, listen.

Speaker 5

你们很棒。

You're amazing.

Speaker 5

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 5

我觉得这一直是

This is I think this has been

Speaker 7

一个非常棒的小实验,我们叫它什么来着。

a really good little what do we experiment.

Speaker 5

能认识你们并真正和你们交谈真的很有趣,我心想,哦,原来外面真的有这样的人。

It's been really fun to meet you guys and actually talk to you real I'm like, oh, there's, like, people out there.

Speaker 5

我欣赏你们的勇气。

I love your bravery.

Speaker 5

我们爱你们的家人。

We love your families.

Speaker 5

恭喜你们。

Congratulations.

Speaker 5

我知道你们做了很棒的工作,并激励了今天许多女孩。

And I I know that you've done good work and inspired a lot of girls today.

Speaker 5

所以,是的。

So Yeah.

Speaker 5

说到这里,我们没待太久。

On that note, we will We weren't here for a long time.

Speaker 5

我们现在是来谈育儿的。

We're here for baby time.

Speaker 5

A

A

Speaker 7

生育期。
