欢迎来到Ladygang。

你再说一遍。

Say that again.

Speaker 0

这儿马上就要有大变化了。

Things are about to change around here.

Speaker 1

每周我们都会跟好莱坞最火的女生团体——凯尔蒂·奈特、贝卡·托宾和杰克·范尼克——聊聊近况。

Each week, we catch up with Hollywood's hottest girl posse, Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanick.

Speaker 2

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 2

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 2

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 2

欢迎来到Ladygang。

Welcome to Ladygang.

Speaker 2

我是贝卡·托宾,旁边是杰克·范尼克和凯尔西·奈特。

Am Becca Tobin here with Jack Vanic and Kelsey Knight.

Speaker 2

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 2

嗨,各位女生。

Hi, ladies.

Speaker 0

早上好。

Good morning.

Speaker 0

杰奎琳,你穿的是印花运动服吗?

Jacqueline, are you wearing a floral sweatsuit?

Speaker 3

是我穿的。

I am.

Speaker 3

配了一条同款裤子。

Little matching pant.

Speaker 3

Abercrombie的。

Abercrombie.

Speaker 3

他们家的运动服简直绝了。

They have the best sweats ever.

Speaker 3

我超爱穿居家服的。

Do love lounge clothes.

Speaker 3

就是Abercrombie的运动服。

Abercrombie sweats.

Speaker 3

特别搞笑,年纪大了,我发现我买的还是高中那会儿的老店。

It's so funny, like, getting older, I'm like, I shop at all the same stores I did in high school.

Speaker 3

Abercrombie、Hollister、PacSun、Urban,全都是老地方。

Abercrombie, Hollister, PacSun, Urban.

Speaker 3

他们在购物

They are shopping

Speaker 0

去Urban Outfitters。

at Urban Outfitters.

Speaker 0

我一进Urban Outfitters,就觉得那衣服碰水准得烂,我真的受不了。

When I go into Urban Outfitters, the material feels like it's gonna fall apart once it hits water, and I can't.

Speaker 0

我简直不敢相信,以前居然在Urban Outfitters花过那么多钱。

And I was like, I can't believe how much money I spent at Urban Outfitters back in

Speaker 3

那时候。

the day.

Speaker 3

其实你别真跑去店里买,但他们偶尔真有好东西——全是居家服,可我实在不知道去哪儿买别的居家服了,Aerie的居家服才是全世界最好的。

Well, don't actually go shopping there in person, but every once in a while they have a good It's all lounge clothes, but I don't know where else to shop for lounge clothes that aren't Aerie has the best lounge clothes in the world.

Speaker 2

给她做个代言吧。

Get her a sponsorship.

Speaker 2

别闹了。

Come on.

Speaker 3

真希望如此。

I wish.

Speaker 3

我在那儿花了不少钱。

I spent so

Speaker 2

真的花了很多钱。

much money there.

Speaker 2

还有睡衣。

And pajamas.

Speaker 2

我正试着慢慢戒掉穿运动裤的习惯。

I'm like kind of phasing the sweats out of my life or trying.

Speaker 2

那你现在穿什么?

Are wearing instead?

Speaker 2

我说实话,我现在就穿着一件连帽衫。

I mean, as I wear, I'm wearing a hoodie right now.

Speaker 2

但就算特别想买,我也一直没买新的运动裤,因为每次想去买,都觉得:‘这回肯定适合坐飞机穿。’

But I haven't bought any new sweats as tempted as I have been because I think every time I go to buy them that it's gonna be like, oh, this is gonna be great for the airport.

Speaker 2

我就是要搞个机场时尚风。

I'm gonna look airport chic.

Speaker 2

但结果看起来特别

But then it ends up looking so

Speaker 0

别动。

Don't stir.

Speaker 2

毛毛糙糙的。

Slubby.

Speaker 2

因为你穿一次,还没洗呢,一洗就跟睡衣似的。

And it's because you can wear it one time and then before you wash it, but then you wash it, and then it looks like pajamas.

Speaker 0

我曾经因为紧身裤彻底崩溃过,虽然我现在下半身也穿着紧身裤,但那是在机场的时候。

I had a real mental breakdown about leggings, which I am also wearing leggings right now as my lower half, but I was in the airport.

Speaker 0

真有这回事。

This really happened.

Speaker 0

我在机场忙着干活,一抬头,看见个跟我一模一样的人,是叫Doppel还是Chopple来着?

I'm in the airport and I'm working away and I look up and I see like my doppelganger and it's Doppel or chopple?

Speaker 0

那就是我的分身。

It was my doppel.

Speaker 0

太感谢了。

Thank you so much.

Speaker 0

她身上穿的,简直就是我的全套行头。

My doppelganger of like everything I had.

Speaker 0

她穿着新百伦的运动鞋。

She had the New Balance sneakers.

Speaker 0

她穿着黑色紧身裤。

She had the black legging.

Speaker 0

她套着一件超大号卫衣,外面还搭了件超大号牛仔夹克。

She had the oversized sweatshirt with a jean oversized jean jacket on top.

Speaker 0

就像她完全就是另一个我,你懂吧?

Like like she was me, you know?

Speaker 0

我看着她,心想:天啊,这就是老一代千禧一代想装酷的样子啊。

And I looked at her and I was like, god, what a old millennial trying to be cool looks like.

Speaker 0

就是个女孩儿。

Like, it's this girl.

Speaker 0

然后我低头一看,天啊,我穿的跟她一模一样。

And then I looked down and I was like, oh my god, I'm wearing the same thing.

Speaker 0

我突然想,运动裤是不是过时了?

And then I realized like, are are leggings chugey?

Speaker 0

我觉得是吧,现在没人穿紧身裤了,但我就是爱穿它旅行。

Like, I think they are because nobody's wearing a tight pant anymore, but I love to travel in a legging.

Speaker 0

所以从墨西哥回来的路上,我就换上了牛仔裤。

And so then on the way back from Mexico, I wore a jean.

Speaker 0

我到底是谁啊?

Like, who am I?

Speaker 0

但我自己觉得挺舒服的。

I felt fine.

Speaker 0

我穿了条宽松的直筒牛仔裤。

I was wearing a big barrel jean.

Speaker 0

特别舒服。

Very comfortable.

Speaker 0

有口袋真好。

Nice to have a pocket.

Speaker 0

我得说实话,上飞机前能把零食全塞口袋里,但我就纠结穿啥好。

I'm not gonna lie because you can put all your snacks in your pockets as you're getting on the plane, but are are I don't know what to wear.

Speaker 2

如果你是从洛杉矶飞坎昆、卡波或者别的地方,就几个小时的短途,穿牛仔裤完全没问题。

Well, I think that if you're going from LA to Cancun or Cabo or wherever you're going, like a five second flight, jeans are absolutely fine.

Speaker 2

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

要是白天飞行,不到三小时的航程,穿睡衣或者像睡衣一样的衣服,那真说不过去,反正我不这么干。

You know, if you're if you're flying in the middle of the day and it's an under three hour flight, I think that it is criminal to be in pajamas or anything that resembles pajamas because Not me.

Speaker 2

我可不这么穿。

Not me.

Speaker 2

我觉得吧,兄弟们,咱们其实都能穿得体面点。

Well, that's just I feel like, guys, we can do it.

Speaker 2

我们可以穿条硬挺的裤子。

We could put on a hard pant.

Speaker 3

别了。

No.

Speaker 3

但我说一半原因在这儿。

But here's half the reason why.

Speaker 3

不,不是那样。

Well, no.

Speaker 3

我穿运动裤坐飞机,有一部分原因就是旅行时我就想穿运动裤。

Just a part of the reason why I fly in sweats is because I want a pair of sweats when I'm traveling.

Speaker 3

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

而且它们太占地方了,我懒得往行李里塞。

And they're so bulky that I don't wanna pack them.

Speaker 3

所以我就直接穿着最占地方的这身。

So I'm wearing the most bulky thing.

Speaker 2

所以,这其实是个双重问题,我想问一下。

So it's But like a double here's my question.

Speaker 0

我来当个反方辩手。

Devil's advocate.

Speaker 2

不是,这真是我自己的疑问,因为我脑子里也老在想这个。

No, this is a question that I have because I have the same thing going through my head.

Speaker 2

但我旅行的时候就穿这种运动裤。

But then I travel in those sweats.

Speaker 2

到了目的地,除非洗过,不然我真不想再穿它。

I get to my destination and I don't want to put them on again unless they're washed.

Speaker 3

我只会在早上洗澡前出去买咖啡的时候穿。

I only wear them, like, if I'm going to get coffee in the morning before I shower.

Speaker 3

就是我身上脏的时候才穿它。

Like, I wear them when I am dirty.

Speaker 2

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 3

你懂的吧。

You know?

Speaker 3

但其实呢,

But it's

Speaker 2

这倒是个挺管用的习惯。

good routine where this actually does work for you.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

那你一点问题都没有。

So you have no issues.

Speaker 0

我倒是发现个秘诀。

Say I found a secret.

Speaker 0

你还记得那种真空压缩袋吗?

So you remember space bags?

Speaker 0

就是那种老在电视上播的广告,大家都说好。

Do you remember, like, the infomercial that people like Yeah.

Speaker 0

就是那种真空收纳袋

The space bag.

Speaker 0

它像个特大号密封袋,上面留了个孔,你把袋子卷起来就能把空气挤出去,然后就能封得严严实实的,你们还有印象不?

And you it was like a giant ziplock that had a hole in it, you rolled it up, and you released there, and then it stuck?

Speaker 0

现在真空收纳袋都升级了,我之前一直在给克里斯·奈特找合适的收纳方案——他的衣服都超大件,还经常出差,只想带个登机箱出行

Well, space bags have got a facelift because I have been looking for an answer for Chris Knight because his clothes are so big and he travels and he's wanting to just have a carry on.

Speaker 0

我那时候还想,这哪塞得下他那么多东西啊

I'm like, you can't fit this man.

Speaker 0

比如一条裤子,还有

Like a pant and

Speaker 2

一双鞋

one pair

Speaker 0

就够了。

of shoes.

Speaker 0

他穿13码的鞋呢。

His shoe is a 13.

Speaker 0

占满了一整边的空间。

It takes up the whole side.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以我最近在亚马逊上找到了这种超棒的,看起来像收纳压缩袋的东西。

So I found on Amazon these great like, they look like a packing cube.

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

它是黑色的。

And it has it's black.

Speaker 0

上面有个小口子,还配了个小抽气泵。

It has a little opening on it, and it comes with a little air sucker filter.

Speaker 0

你见过这种东西吗?

Have you seen these?

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

哦,这事儿不是什么新消息。

Oh, this is not new information.

Speaker 0

对。

No.

Speaker 0

杰克才是。

Jack is.

Speaker 0

但还没上新闻。

But not in press.

Speaker 2

我这儿的情况是这样的,当我

Here's what happens when I

Speaker 3

你不能把它们用在托运行李上,不然行李重量得超一百磅了。

You just can't use them on on checked bags because then your bag is gonna weigh a 100 pounds.

Speaker 2

没错。

Right.

Speaker 2

因为那样的话

Because then

Speaker 3

你这么一弄,行李重得要命。

you can do so you're much more shit.

Speaker 3

但是

But

Speaker 0

坐商务舱的话,他们允许你带70磅。

flying in business class, they'll give you up to 70 pounds.

Speaker 2

不过我觉得那种真空压缩袋理论上是挺好的。

But here, those space bags I think are good in theory.

Speaker 2

但每次我回家把东西拿出来,发现其实用不用压缩袋,装的量都差不多——因为压缩袋一抽真空,衣服全硬邦邦的,跟本精装画册似的。

But then when I go and like store stuff in my house, I have found that I can fit the same amount of things that I can't with both without with and without the space bag because the space bag makes clothes in this like hard it's like a it becomes a book, like a coffee table book.

Speaker 2

可要是普通衣服,你还能随便塞、随便挤,往角落里一塞就完了,所以这玩意儿真不见得能省多少空间。

Whereas when it's just clothes, it's like you can smush them around and maneuver them and get them in little nooks and So I don't know if this is so much a space save.

Speaker 2

对。

No.

Speaker 2

我也说不准。

I don't know.

Speaker 3

而且还会把你的衣服全都压出褶子。

Not like a and then it makes all of your clothes so wrinkled.

Speaker 3

全是褶子。

So wrinkled.

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

听我说。

Well, listen.

Speaker 3

但我真心觉得这对你来说太棒了。

But I love that for you.

Speaker 0

不过真的太感谢你了。

But I Thank you so much.

Speaker 0

克里斯·奈特就特别喜欢这个。

Chris Knight is happy with it.

Speaker 0

他高兴得不得了。

He was very thrilled.

Speaker 2

哦,太好了。

Oh, good.

Speaker 2

挺好。

Good.

Speaker 2

不错。

Good.

Speaker 2

行吧。

Alright.

Speaker 2

那咱们开始吧,该到

Well, let's into it's time for

Speaker 1

这一周了。

week.

Speaker 1

是啊,没错。

Yes, it is.

Speaker 1

真是倒霉的一周。

Bad week.

Speaker 1

天哪,不会吧。

Oh, no.

Speaker 2

我先来。

I'll go first.

Speaker 2

好。

Okay.

Speaker 2

每次我们出去度假或者玩得正开心的时候,只要有人停下来拍照,或者想拍合影,我就被朋友吐槽得不行,照片拍了一堆又一堆。

So I get so much shit with from my friends when we're on vacation or we're doing something fun and somebody stops to take a picture or wants to take pictures and all the pictures and all the pictures.

Speaker 2

我一直都说,我也搞不懂为啥。

And I've always said, I don't know what it is.

Speaker 2

就是觉得,拍照这事儿一来,现场的气氛就全没了。

I just feel like it it stops the energy in the moment.

Speaker 2

我们本来玩得好好的,结果非得跑到沙滩上排成一排。

Like, we're having a great time, and then we have to, like, go and, like, stand in a row on the beach.

Speaker 2

你知道的,这种时候,那种开心的感觉一下子就断了。

And, you know, it just kinda like it it cuts off that fun vibe.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

这真的挺烦人的。

And it just is annoying.

Speaker 2

最近坦森来过我们的播客,我就去看了她的脸书或Instagram,想看看她平时都干些什么。

And Tamsen was on our podcast recently, and I went to her Facebook or her Instagram page just to see, like, all the things she's doing.

Speaker 2

她跟一个家伙聊天,那人是哈佛的教授。

And she was talking to this guy and he he's a Harvard professor.

Speaker 2

他讲了为什么度假时拍照不好,他可是研究幸福的专家。

And he talks about why taking pictures on vacation, he's a happiness expert.

Speaker 2

他说,你一拍照,当下的快乐感就会下降16%。

Why you lower the meaning that you that you feel in the moment by 16% when you take a picture.

Speaker 2

什么?

What?

Speaker 2

所以他的建议是,每天指定一个人负责拍照,然后把照片发给同行的人,大家可以试试看。

And so the solution is you assign one person per day to take a photo, and you send this to the people you're going on vacation with to see and to try it out.

Speaker 2

所以每天就指定一个人负责拍照。

So there's one designated person.

Speaker 2

每天就那么一个拍照的时刻。

There's one moment for the picture.

Speaker 2

我们不互相传手机,乱拍一通。

We're not passing around phones, blah blah blah.

Speaker 2

我来念念他是怎么解释这个做法的。

But I'll play his justification for this.

Speaker 2

我觉得这本来就是我的直觉。

And I I feel like this was my instinct.

Speaker 4

你是指你觉得?

That you feel

Speaker 2

等一下。

Hold on.

Speaker 4

拍照会让你在度假时的幸福感降低16%。

Lower the meaning that you feel on your vacation by 16% by taking pictures.

Speaker 1

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

完全同意。

Totally.

Speaker 3

所以你是觉得度假的时候不该拍照,还是不该带着手机拍照?

So do you not do you take you don't think you should take pictures on vacation or with them?

Speaker 4

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

我建议每天指定一个人专门负责拍照。

I recommend that one person be assigned to take pictures on your vacation each day.

Speaker 3

每人负责一次

One person per

Speaker 4

每天就一个人拍。

One person per day.

Speaker 4

那天其他人都不许碰相机。

And that nobody else gets to take any pictures the whole day.

Speaker 3

这差别可大了。

And it makes a big difference.

Speaker 4

差别特别大。

Big difference.

Speaker 4

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

因为你老盯着屏幕,拍眼前的东西,给别的人看—— maybe 两年后你自己再看,你猜你干了啥?

Because if you're looking through the screen to take a picture of the thing that's right in front of you so that somebody else can enjoy it, maybe you in two years, Guess what you've done?

Speaker 4

你把亲身经历变成了一场模拟体验。

You've turned your experience into a simulation of the experience.

Speaker 0

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 4

你把原本右脑感受的美,变成了左脑里对那种美的模拟,其实你根本没真正经历过。

You turned a right brain experience of beauty into a left brain simulation of the beauty that you thought you once were experiencing, but not.

Speaker 4

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

可惜啊,我们整个世界现在就是这样。

Unfortunately, this is just how our whole world is.

Speaker 3

你这话什么意思?

What do you mean?

Speaker 2

我们的模拟?

Our simulation?

Speaker 2

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,没错,我们确实活在模拟里,但跟所有事一样,你根本没法真正感受到事物本身的美,因为每件事最后都变成拍下来发网上了。

I mean, well, yes, we are in a simulation, but just like with everything, it's like, you can't experience anything with the beauty that it is because everything is always going back to like capturing it the internet and

Speaker 2

但他想说的是,其实没必要这样的。

right but it doesn't have to is what he's saying.

Speaker 3

是啊,但还是有个人在这么做。

Yeah, but then one person's still doing it.

Speaker 3

那这个人就没办法真正享受快乐了吗?

So that person doesn't get to live in the happiness?

Speaker 2

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

我觉得这问题不太妥当。

I'm not sure that's a great question.

Speaker 2

肯定有那么一个人,根本管不住自己,你懂吧?

I'm sure there's just one person that can't help themselves, you know?

Speaker 2

我认识的朋友们都这样,我要是跟他们说这番话,准有一个人非得要她拍照,然后就变成‘你负责拍照’了。

Because of all my friends, I know if I give this message to all of my friends, one of them is gonna still demand that she take pictures and then that's gonna be, hey, you do the picture person.

Speaker 3

你知道吗?

You know what?

Speaker 3

这不一样。

It's different.

Speaker 3

就是说,如果一个人整天不停地拍照片,连自拍都要拍一整天,那就不一样了。

Like, it's different if it's like one person that like takes pictures all of the time of everything and like wants to take selfies of like the whole entire day.

Speaker 3

我觉得一天拍一张就够了。

I think you can take one picture in the day.

Speaker 0

我有个K型解决方案。

I have a K type solution.

Speaker 0

我刚想出来的。

I have just devised.

Speaker 0

行吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

就像中间夹了块肉。

It's like a meat in the middle.

Speaker 0

但关键是。

But here's the thing.

Speaker 0

我更喜欢拍穿搭照,因为我想记住为了看起来好看花了多少功夫——其实大部分时候都像在演杂耍。

I prefer I like an outfit picture because I like to remember how much work went in to looking hot because so much of it is fraggle rock.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,在我们出发去那之前,克里斯·奈特会拍张照。

So like I think before we leave for the thing, Chris Knight takes a photo.

Speaker 0

这招挺聪明的。

That is smart.

Speaker 0

但我同意。

But then I agree.

Speaker 0

不过到了我这个年纪,真不太喜欢那种——大家要去吃饭了,全都站成一排。

And I actually in my later stage of life, I'm not enjoying a everyone's we're going to a dinner, everyone stand.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

然后一群人挤一块儿拍照。

And like take the picture.

Speaker 0

那种照片,我真不觉得有多开心。

Those pictures are not the ones that I'm really joyful about.

Speaker 0

让我觉得开心的照片,是前几天我在比佛利山庄酒店拍的,我现在可讲究了,各位。

The pictures I'm joyful are of like the other day I was at I'm so bougie now, guys.

Speaker 0

我当时在比佛利山庄酒店,我女朋友来城里了,她现在当上祖母了,真是让人想不到,是她丈夫前妻的孩子的孙女。

I was at the Beverly Hills Hotel and my girlfriend was in town and her she's a granddaughter now, which is crazy from her husband's step kids.

Speaker 0

他们好一阵子没见到这个孙女了,她抱着孩子,我立马咔咔狂拍,因为这根本不是属于我的时刻。

And they saw the granddaughter for the first time in like a while and she was holding and I just started snapping pictures because this is not a moment for me.

Speaker 0

这是属于她的时刻。

This is a moment for her.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我走的时候发了二十张照片给她,不是那种硬要宝宝看镜头、摆姿势的照法。

And then when I left, I sent her like the 20 photos and it wasn't her posing like trying to get the baby to look over here.

Speaker 0

就是她自己安安静静享受着、爱着这个孩子。

It was just her Enjoying.

Speaker 0

那些照片才最可爱。

Loving this child and they were the cutest pictures.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,如果你身边有个人专门帮你拍下这些真实瞬间,那最后最打动我的,往往就是这些照片。

So I think if you have someone like that, it's like someone to take the pictures of it actually happening, then those end up being my favorite photos anyway.

Speaker 0

但我不同意你的看法,贝卡。当年我在墨西哥做水中健身的时候,我要的不是视频,就是想拍张照片。

But I I disagree with you, Becca, because when I was in Mexico doing water aerobics, if I wanted a video of it, I wanted a photo.

Speaker 0

后来翻看克里斯·奈特那胳膊乱晃的照片,反而让我特别开心。

It gave me more joy to look at Chris Knight's arms flopping around later.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我这人记性特别差,所以特别爱拍照。每次出门玩,沉浸在现场的时候,我老是忘了干点啥——这其实挺好,说明我真的在享受当下,喝酒、放松,结果一转眼全忘了。

I will say as somebody with a really bad memory, I love taking photos because I also if I'm in the moment and I'm out like, you know, doing stuff I actually forget to do anything which is good because I'm like living in the moment I'm like drinking and I'm like, I forgot.

Speaker 3

但我就是喜欢这种感觉。

But like, I like the idea.

Speaker 3

尤其是我跟朋友本来就见得少,能拍下来就特别珍贵,毕竟我们真的不常聚。

Especially cause I don't see my friends that often, like at least capturing that because we don't get together that often.

Speaker 3

我有个朋友特别爱干这事儿,每次出门前都会说:‘来,先拍张照。’

Have one friend that's been doing this that does the thing where it's like, okay, before we go out, let's take a picture.

Speaker 3

没错。

Right.

Speaker 3

就为了留一张咱们的合照。

Just so we have like one picture together.

Speaker 3

因为我们都忘了。

Cause we have forgotten.

Speaker 3

我真的有很多和我最好的朋友们的合影。

Like, I It's like, I really have pictures with my best friends.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

就是赶紧拍一张完事。

It's just like, get it done.

Speaker 3

然后那天我再没拍过别的照片或视频。

And then I didn't take another picture or video the entire day.

Speaker 0

但这难道不奇怪吗?

But isn't it crazy?

Speaker 0

因为还有一件事。

Because there also is this thing.

Speaker 0

抱歉,贝卡。

Sorry, Becca.

Speaker 0

我们不是在拒绝你。

We're not trying to tell you no.

Speaker 2

我不在乎。

I don't care.

Speaker 3

不是这样的。

No.

Speaker 3

你听我说。

Listen.

Speaker 3

这纯粹是个人喜好。

It's preference.

Speaker 2

就是一张不一样的照片而已。

It's just a different picture.

Speaker 2

我就是想说,这正好说明了你讲的那番话。

All I'm saying is this is supporting why What you say?

Speaker 2

我朋友都觉得我没事找事,特讨人嫌。

My friends thought I was just being a pain in the ass and an asshole.

Speaker 2

不是这样的。

No.

Speaker 2

你那时候说,我就想要运动员。

And you were like, I want athletes.

Speaker 3

要灵活点。

Flexible.

Speaker 3

我说,别闹了。

I'm like, no.

Speaker 3

我才比你开心那么一丁点儿。

I'm only 16% happier than you.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我让你说下去,凯尔西,但这就是个绝佳的例子,原因就在这儿。

Because it's I'll let you go on, Kelsey, but it's here's a perfect example, and this is why.

Speaker 2

我们一群人去卡波度假,就我们女生。

We go to Cabo on a girls trip.

Speaker 2

大家都回房间准备去吃晚饭。

We all go back to our rooms to get ready for the dinner.

Speaker 2

我特别兴奋,想好好打扮一番,然后走出去,看着这么美的景色,跟朋友们坐一块儿,喝杯鸡尾酒,再进餐厅。

And so I'm so excited to get ready and then finally walk outside in this beautiful view and sit with my friends and have, like, a cocktail before we go to dinner.

Speaker 2

结果呢,那儿摆了个三脚架,正有人教人跳TikTok舞蹈呢。

But instead, there's a tripod set up and there's a TikTok talk dance being taught.

Speaker 2

我就坐在那儿,干看着。

So I'm sitting there.

Speaker 2

这就不对劲了。

That's different.

Speaker 2

就算吧,咱们拍张集体照也行啊。

But like the but even if it's like, hey, let's get a group picture of all this.

Speaker 2

我心想:别了。

I'm like, no.

Speaker 2

我宁可多坐十分钟,喝杯玛格丽特,跟你们聊聊天,好好看看这风景。

I'd rather have ten extra minutes to sit here and drink a margarita and talk to you guys and enjoy the view in my with my eyes.

Speaker 2

真的别了。

No.

Speaker 2

我知道这打断了我的节奏。

I know It breaks up my flow.

Speaker 2

你的节奏也乱了。

Your flow is off.

Speaker 2

对啊。

Yes.

Speaker 2

Kelsey,不好意思。

Kelsey, sorry.

Speaker 2

你继续说。

Go on.

Speaker 0

状态不对劲。

The flow is off.

Speaker 0

状态有点脱节。

A flow is off.

Speaker 0

我记不得刚才想说什么了。

I can't remember what I was

Speaker 2

啊。

oh.

Speaker 2

不好意思。

Sorry.

Speaker 2

但你有没有

But did you

Speaker 0

我跟我世界上最好的朋友凯蒂,这辈子就合过四张照片,你懂那种感觉吗?

ever read the thing where people like so my very best friend in the world, Katie and I, we have like four pictures together our whole life.

Speaker 3

对啊。

Like Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们俩在一起的时候,就是那种感觉。

When we're together, we're it's exactly that.

Speaker 0

我们太投入了,根本忘了拍照。

We're so zoned in that I forget to take pictures.

Speaker 0

比如和我妈待一块儿,我就光顾着聊天了,拍照片这事儿早抛到脑后了。

Like, I forget to take pictures when I'm hanging with my mom because I'm just like visiting with my mom, and then I'll go back.

Speaker 0

我真的一张和爸妈的合照都没有,不是不想拍,是压根儿没想起来拍,太专心聊天了。

I'm like, I don't have I literally don't have any pictures of me and my parents, like, because I never take a picture with them because I'm just zoned in.

Speaker 0

但我有上百张我们俩的照片。

But then I have a 100 pictures of like us.

Speaker 0

我们俩的照片比其他任何东西都多。

I have more pictures of us than I do of it.

Speaker 0

总之,我爱你们。

Anyway, love you guys.

Speaker 0

好了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

你那可不太好。

What's your that's bad.

Speaker 0

你这周挺好的啊。

That's good week.

Speaker 2

那才是我这周的高光时刻。

What's That was that was my good week.

Speaker 2

我最近一直在搞大整理。

So I have I've been in a big organization mode.

Speaker 2

我这人吧,整天就是整理抽屉啊、收纳啊这些事儿。

I mean, my whole life is organizing things in drawers and whatever.

Speaker 2

我后来爬到浴室柜子最上头那层,把药箱给拿下来了。

And I went to go on this very top shelf of my bathroom kinda closet cabinet situation, and I pulled down the pharmaceuticals.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

什么降压药、旅行用的阿普唑仑啊,乱七八糟的全搬出来了。

So anything, whatever, beta blockers, Xanax for travel, blah blah blah, whatever.

Speaker 2

还多备了点阿莫西林,以防世界末日来临

And some extra amoxicillin in case the world ends

Speaker 3

谁知道呢。

up.

Speaker 3

你永远说不准。

You never know.

Speaker 3

大家把所有处方药都留着吧。

Keep all of your prescriptions, people.

Speaker 3

所以

So

Speaker 2

我有个专门旅行用的小药瓶,出门必带,里面装着β受体阻滞剂。

I had this one travel bottle that I always take with me when I travel because it has beta blockers in it.

Speaker 2

这事儿是几年前的事了。

Because if I this is more for a couple years ago.

Speaker 2

现在基本不会再发生了。

It doesn't really happen anymore.

Speaker 2

但要是我在度假或者出差,突然有一天要参加试镜,或者要跟制片人视频通话啥的,我通常得靠β受体阻滞剂来让自己别那么紧张。

But if I was on vacation or if I was traveling and I had to do an audition or put something or Zoom with a producer or whatever that pops up within like a day's notice, so I need beta blockers to a lot of the time like make me less nervous.

Speaker 2

所以我正在整理这些药,里面有布洛芬、β受体阻滞剂,还有一颗是掰成两半的——有时候我会吃半颗。

So I'm organizing this pill thing and there's like some Advil, my beta blockers, and like one is cut in half because sometimes I have them.

Speaker 2

我想了想,干脆这样吧。

I was like, you know what?

Speaker 2

我还是把这些药分开来,贴上标签吧。

I need to just separate these and label them.

Speaker 2

于是我就开始拍药片的照片,好确认每颗药到底是什么。

And so I started taking pictures of the pills to like confirm what everything was.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

我一直以为自己吃的是β受体阻滞剂,结果根本是氯硝西泮。

I have been taking what I thought was a beta blocker has been a Klonopin.

Speaker 3

天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 3

氯硝西泮可是强效药啊

Klonopin like heavy duty

Speaker 0

焦虑用的。

anxiety.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我也不晓得。

Like, I don't know.

Speaker 2

我根本不知道这药怎么跑到我手里的。

I don't even know how I have this in my possession.

Speaker 2

我真的完全没概念。

I have I have no idea.

Speaker 2

我唯一能想到的就是,我以前确实问过一个朋友,有没有多的β受体阻滞剂,她可能直接给了我她的氯硝西泮。

The only thing I can think of is that I I did at one point ask a friend if she had extra beta blockers, and I think she actually gave me her Klonopin.

Speaker 2

我当时是

And I was

把你提起来了。

you up.

Speaker 3

我刚才在想,

I was thinking back on

Speaker 0

面试前你嗨得不行。

Before the audition, you're getting high

Speaker 2

飘得跟飞一样。

as a kite.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我记得,嗯,现在想想,

And I remember Well, now

Speaker 0

我们终于知道问题出在哪了。

we know the problem.

Speaker 2

现在明白了,我记得上次面试,有个Zoom上的制作人会议,我吃了半片。

Now we know I remember the last time I did an audition, I had like a producer session on Zoom and I took half.

Speaker 2

我记得演完就直接睡了三个小时。

And I remember I finished and I fell asleep for like three hours.

Speaker 2

我以为是因为肾上腺素太高,紧张得不行。

And I thought it was because my adrenaline was so high and my nerves were so high

Speaker 3

然后整个人就彻底垮了。

and then I was just so tired.

Speaker 2

天哪。

Oh my God.

Speaker 2

直接躺平了。

Dropped myself.

Speaker 2

那场试镜里,我的眼神肯定空洞得像死人一样。

Oh my eyes had to have been soulless and dead in that audition.

Speaker 2

不可能有别的解释了,真是疯了。

There's no other I mean, it's so crazy.

Speaker 2

而你呢

And you're

Speaker 0

太小了。

so tiny.

Speaker 0

哪怕半片克洛诺平都算多了。

Like even a half Klonopin is one half too many Klonopin.

Speaker 2

我真没想到居然拖了这么久才意识到,更吓人的是,我吃了还完全没觉得这是个大问题。

I, it was wild that it took me this long and then I, it's also scary that I took it and didn't realize like a major problem.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不过也是。

But Yeah.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

事情就是这样了。

So there we go.

Speaker 3

这太棒了。

That's awesome.

Speaker 3

睡得真香啊。

Such a good nap.

Speaker 2

这是我睡得最沉的一次。

It was the hardest I've ever slept.

Speaker 2

真是太奇怪了。

It was so strange.

Speaker 2

现在它跑到我这边来了。

And now it's on my side.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

天哪。

So Oh my god.

Speaker 3

我这周特别顺,终于达成目标了,邮件订阅人数突破了一千人。

My good week is I have finally hit my goal of having a thousand fall or a thousand subscribers on my mail club.

Speaker 3

太棒了!

Yay.

Speaker 3

其实我现在都一千一百多了。

It's I actually am up to like 1,100.

Speaker 3

你猜谁终于加入了?

And guess who finally joined?

Speaker 3

Kelty 夜姐。

Miss Kelty night.

Speaker 3

昨晚我正打印信封的时候,

I saw I was printing my envelopes last night and

Speaker 0

我当时就想,她真做到了。

I was like, Oh, she did it.

Speaker 0

太棒了。

Yay.

Speaker 0

我跟你说过,我那阵子用不了信用卡。

I told you I had my I couldn't use my credit card.

Speaker 2

哦,对啊。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

但确实花了我两个月时间。

But it did take me two months.

Speaker 0

说实话,一开始吧。

Well, at first, I have to be honest.

Speaker 0

一开始我还觉得这玩意儿不适合我,邮件简直让我焦虑到爆。

At first, I was like, this isn't for me because the mail really stresses me out.

Speaker 0

我完全不是那种人。

Like, I am the opposite.

Speaker 0

但这就是

But that's

Speaker 3

邮件俱乐部的精髓啊。

the point of how of of the mail club.

Speaker 0

不过呢,这个

Well, this

Speaker 2

才是让你头疼的地方。

is the stress you out.

Speaker 0

但你后来发那么多可爱的小物件照片,彻底打动我了,因为我真的超讨厌拆信,感觉又多了一件烦人的事。

But you won me over when you're posting all the cutie nudies about it because I was like, I I really hate opening the mail and I it's like another to do thing.

Speaker 0

以前一想到收信、决定怎么处理、留下想要的、扔掉其他的,这一连串步骤就让我头大。

And the the thought process of like getting something in the mail, deciding what to do with it, and then throw like keeping what I want that like all of it was just too many things.

Speaker 0

然后我老是看到那些超可爱的邮件小物。

And then I kept seeing all the cutie patootie things.

Speaker 0

我就想,行吧,我被圈粉了。

And I was like, oh, I'm sold.

Speaker 0

所以你知道,我其实不想取消。

So you know, you can I'm try to not gonna cancel.

Speaker 2

如果她第一个月就取消,那还挺伤人的。

Also Offensive after her first month if she cancels.

Speaker 0

我心想,其实吧,

I'm like, well, actually,

Speaker 3

这事儿特别搞笑,因为我所有朋友都订了,我还能清楚看到谁取消了,心里就想:这可有意思了。

it is so funny because, like, all of my friends are subscribed to it, and I'm like and I can obviously see when people cancel, and I'm like, this will be interesting.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我还不如直接给你转一百块一年,省得你还要给我寄东西。

I'd rather just Venmo you a $100 a year so you don't have to worry about sending me anything in the mail.

Speaker 2

说真的,我们支持你。

Mean, let's support you.

Speaker 3

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 3

发过来吧。

Send it on over.

Speaker 3

我这就办。

I'll do that.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

好。

Okay.

Speaker 0

恭喜啊。

Well, congratulations.

Speaker 0

另外,你接定制画作吗?

Also, Thank you doing commission work?

Speaker 0

我想跟你说一下,我这儿有面墙,想挂上那个小牛仔图案。

Because I'm just gonna let you know that I'm having a wall here that I would like that little cowboy on.

Speaker 0

哪个?

Which one?

Speaker 0

我也不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

你发了这么多漂亮的作品,却从来不告诉我们怎么买。

You you post all these beautiful pieces of art and then like, you you don't tell us how we can buy

Speaker 3

作品啊。

the art.

Speaker 3

说实话,我正头疼怎么搞这个呢。

Well, is my problem is I'm trying to figure out how to do that.

Speaker 3

比如,怎么把一幅四英尺的画运过

Like, how do I ship a four foot painting across

Speaker 0

全美国?

the country?

Speaker 0

用泡沫箱包好,直接寄出去就行。

You put it in Styrofoam and you go for it.

Speaker 3

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,我得搞定一大堆物流问题。

I mean, I have so many logistics I have to figure out.

Speaker 3

这事儿已经彻底占满了我的生活。

This has really taken over my life.

Speaker 3

我的邮件俱乐部简直把我所有时间都吞了,别的事根本没空做。

My mail club has taken over my life that I have like no time to do anything else.

Speaker 3

我下一个大目标就是得想办法搞定包装、发货和卖原作,现在作品都堆成山了。

But that's like my next big goal is to be able to like figure out how to pack and ship and sell my original art because it is stacking up.

Speaker 0

但你知道吗?

But you know what?

Speaker 0

我之前发你一个网站链接,那家公司能帮你代卖,你把画寄给他们就行。

I sent you a link of an online company that does it and you send all your art to them and then they'll sell it for you.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 2

但你还是得把画寄给他们啊。

But you still have to send the art to them.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

嗯,我们是原创的。

Well, were original.

Speaker 0

我想那些都是印刷品。

I guess those were prints.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 2

有没有那种方式,你可以直接在画布上作画,然后把画布从画框上取下来,卷起来寄出去?

Is it a thing where you can like paint on the canvas and then take the canvas off the frame, roll it and send it like that?

Speaker 3

他们有没装框的画布,我觉得我以后想试试,这样就能卷起来寄,运费便宜多了,也不容易坏。

They have like unstretched canvases that I think I wanna start doing because then you yeah, you can roll it and it's like way cheaper and less fragile to ship.

Speaker 0

你要真画一幅给我,我就开车去橙县取货。

But if you make me an art, I'll drive to the OC and pick it up.

Speaker 0

顺道去你家看看。

I'll see your house.

Speaker 0

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

那我就去拿我的画了。

And then I'll get my art.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这主意不错。

Great idea.

Speaker 0

我顺道去奥特莱斯逛逛。

And I'll stop at the outlets.

Speaker 3

等等。

Oh, wait.

Speaker 3

圣克莱门特那家?

The Saint Clemente ones?

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

哦,太棒了!

Oh, hell yeah.

Speaker 3

这样挺好?

That's good?

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

我给你做个定制的。

I'll make a commission for you.

Speaker 4

你告诉我想要啥就行。

You just let me know what you want.

Speaker 3

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 2

要是我就是想成为我自己呢?

What if I'm like, I want me?

Speaker 2

我刚才也在想这个。

I was thinking that.

Speaker 3

就拍一张我的肖像吧。

Just a portrait of me.

Speaker 3

行。

Okay.

Speaker 3

我这周倒霉透了,得发个TikTok,还得演一出。

My bad week is a TikTok and I have to play

Speaker 4

因为我想试着改写一下,但怎么改都不对劲。

it because I was gonna try to paraphrase it and it's just not working.

Speaker 4

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 6

你直接告诉我,她不是那种会刮干净的人。

Just tell me that she is not a scooper.

Speaker 6

咱们得聊聊,我本来以为所有女的都是这样。

And we need to discuss because I thought every single woman was a scooper.

Speaker 6

她居然不是,我有点震惊,我想知道别人是不是也这样。

And I'm a little shocked that she is not and I need to know if everyone else's.

Speaker 6

这正是我从TikTok退隐出来,就是为了这种对话。

And this is exactly the type of conversation I came out of TikTok retirement to have.

Speaker 6

她给我发了个视频,说有个女的去做宫颈检查,正好那几天来月经。

She sent me a video about a woman that was getting her pap, and she happened to be on her period at the same time.

Speaker 6

结果医生直接全给刮了。

And the gynecologist scooped everything out.

Speaker 6

我就跟我朋友说:你不会这么干吧?

And I said to my friend, I'm like, you don't scoop?

Speaker 6

她就说:‘等等,啥?’

And she was like, wait, what?

Speaker 6

我就说,真的,每个月那几天,我一进浴室就赶紧用手把能清的都清掉,实在不想麻烦。

I was like, literally, when it is that time of the month, I get into the shower and I scoop as much out as I can as possible because I don't wanna deal with it.

Speaker 6

我觉得直接伸手进去把能弄出来的都弄干净最省事,每个月那几天早上我都这么干。

And to me, it's just easier to reach up in there and scoop out as much as I can, and I do it every morning during that time of the month.

Speaker 6

这样白天基本就没什么残留的困扰了。

And then I barely have any sort of residual action throughout the day.

Speaker 6

我真心推荐这个做法。

And I highly recommend this.

Speaker 6

好吧,

Okay,

Speaker 3

然后她就开始解释她为啥这么干。

so then she just goes on to explain why she does this.

Speaker 3

我真是彻底懵了。

I am so confused here.

Speaker 0

我们到底该怎么操作啊?

How with what are we doing this?

Speaker 2

我完全想象不出来这画面,而且她还非得用‘挖’这个词,真受不了。

Can't get this visual and I wish she didn't call it scooping.

Speaker 2

你懂我意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

用‘挖’这词儿根本不对。

Scooping is the wrong.

Speaker 2

这词儿太恶心了。

That's the grossest word.

Speaker 2

一听就让我想到指甲刮来刮去,简直毛骨悚然。

It makes me think of like fingernails and it really grosses me out.

Speaker 3

对啊,评论区简直笑死人了。

Well, yeah, the comments are so funny.

Speaker 3

好像就你一个人这么干,人家还问:‘你从哪儿挖啊?’

It's like you're in fact the only one that does this and they're like scoop from where?

Speaker 3

从哪儿舀啊?

Scoop from where?

Speaker 0

但她错了吗?

But is she wrong?

Speaker 0

我的意思是,

Like,

Speaker 2

我懂你的意思。

I get it.

Speaker 2

如果她宫颈短,那也不是这个意思。

If she It's has a short cervix not.

Speaker 2

根本不是这么回事。

It's not.

Speaker 2

这其实是

This is the

Speaker 0

我做子宫切除术时学到的一点。

thing I learned during my histo.

Speaker 0

没你想象的那么严重。

It's not as big as you think it is.

Speaker 3

我知道宫颈也就三英寸长,所以跟男人做爱的时候,根本不可能深入到那么里面。

No, I know the cervix is only like three inches long, which is why when people are like, when you're having sex with a guy, it's like not actually going that far up there.

Speaker 2

你根本进不到宫颈里。

But you're not going into your cervix.

Speaker 2

那只是在子宫里。

This is just in your uterus.

Speaker 3

对,就是这个。

That's what

Speaker 2

你真进不了宫颈。

you can't go into your cervix.

Speaker 2

我的意思是, technically 能进。

I mean, you can.

Speaker 2

但会很疼。

It hurts.

Speaker 2

这就跟放宫内节育器一样,他们其实是撑开宫颈,把东西放进去。

It's like when they put an IUD up there, that's what they're doing is they're opening and putting in your cervix.

Speaker 2

但现在问题是,

And now But how

Speaker 0

她怎么舀啊?

is she scooping?

Speaker 0

她连子宫都伸不进去吗?

Like, she she can't reach into your uterus?

Speaker 3

阴道里当然可以。

Vaginal Yeah.

Speaker 3

能。

Can.

Speaker 3

但没阴茎能伸那么深。

Can't as

Speaker 2

就阴茎能进去的那点儿深度。

far as a penis can go in there.

Speaker 2

对,阴茎是不会进入阴道那部分的。

Yes, that's where a penis doesn't go in your vagina.

Speaker 2

但你的阴道通道啊。

But like your vagina canal canal.

Speaker 2

对,阴道通道,不过等等,不对,子宫是在宫颈上面的。

Yeah, vaginal canal, but like, wait, no, your uterus is a before is above your cervix.

Speaker 2

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 2

所以是子宫、宫颈。

So it's uterus cervix.

Speaker 2

我说的是阴道。

Vagina is what I'm saying.

Speaker 0

对。

Correct.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 2

所以你是说

So you're

Speaker 0

要往上进去。

gonna get up there.

Speaker 0

但我觉得没问题。

But I get okay.

Speaker 0

又不是要把你子宫里的东西掏出来。

It's not like you're scooping the melon of your uterus out.

Speaker 0

你只是顺着阴道的通道进去,把里面清理干净,减少残留物。

You're just going in the causeway of your vagina and making cleaning that out so that you get less resid.

Speaker 0

我觉得这没什么不好。

I'm not mad at that.

Speaker 0

说真的,等等,我们之前没推出过这个产品?

Honestly, wait, is our product that we'd never developed?

Speaker 2

她的?没有。

Hers, no.

Speaker 2

子宫刮勺?

Uterus scoop?

Speaker 2

不是。

No.

Speaker 2

根本不是。

No.

Speaker 2

就是说,你知道的,你家里会用那种小东西

It's like, you know, you get that little

Speaker 3

那个小工具。

thing at home.

Speaker 0

哦,像个小勺子?

Oh, like a little spoon?

Speaker 0

就是那个吸管,清洁用的吸管。

You know, the straw, the cleaner cleaner the straw.

Speaker 0

就像个小刷子,装在柄上那种。

It's like a little spoolie on a thing.

Speaker 0

要是你给私处弄个这东西,然后直接——

What if you get that for your vagina and you just

Speaker 3

我的意思是,真希望你能这么干。

I mean, listen, I wish that you could do that.

Speaker 3

我肯定干。

I would.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我觉得这主意不错。

I'm not mad at that idea.

Speaker 2

我的月经除非上厕所,否则根本不会流出来。

My period doesn't actually come out of my body unless I am peeing.

Speaker 3

啊?

What?

Speaker 3

我上厕所的时候经常会排出血块。

Well, I get like blood clots when I'm peeing.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

但我不会漏。

But I don't leak.

Speaker 2

我不用。

I don't wear.

Speaker 2

我不用卫生棉条之类的。

I don't wear tampons or anything.

Speaker 3

我恨死你了。

I hate you.

Speaker 0

我也恨你,但是一直都这样,还是只在围绝经期才这样?

I hate you with fucking every has it always been that way or just during perimenopause?

Speaker 2

首先,我还没到围绝经期呢。

I'm well first of all, I'm not in perimenopause yet.

Speaker 2

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 2

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 2

等等,这事儿怕是已经持续十多年了。

Wait a It's been like for probably more than ten years.

Speaker 0

但你——

But you

Speaker 2

是放了宫内节育器吗?

have the IUD?

Speaker 2

没有,我以前用过。

No, I used to.

Speaker 2

我最近没戴宫内节育器。

I haven't had my IUD.

Speaker 2

取出来之后?

After it was out?

Speaker 2

我从不对外说这个。

I don't say that out

Speaker 0

别让别人听见了。

loud to anyone else.

Speaker 0

实际上,我们得把它取出来。

Actually, we're gonna have to take that out.

Speaker 2

我花了十万美金请人帮我生孩子。

I had to pay someone $100,000 to carry my baby.

Speaker 2

我觉得我还能再要一个。

I think I can have this.

Speaker 2

你知道吗?你说得对。

You know what I'm You're right.

Speaker 0

你知道吗?

You know what?

Speaker 0

这话说得对。

That's true.

Speaker 3

所以你以后都不用再打扫了。

So you'll never have to scoop.

Speaker 3

但我确实会舀。

I however, scoop.

Speaker 0

你可以说用双手一起舀。

Could say you can scoop with a double hand.

Speaker 0

我们可以把两只手都举起来。

We can put both hands up.

Speaker 3

我其实可以舀出一

I could scoop a

Speaker 4

从我身体里舀出整整一杯超大杯星巴克咖啡那么多的血。

whole entire venti Starbucks coffee worth of blood out of my body.

Speaker 3

但问题是,我到底从哪儿、用什么方式舀,这才是关键。

But yes, I under I don't know from where and with what is really the question.

Speaker 2

我觉得这听起来挺危险的。

I think it sounds dangerous.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

你这么搞,会伤到阴道的。

Like, you're gonna like damage your vagina.

Speaker 3

我……

I

Speaker 2

我以前有一阵子跟一个男的谈恋爱,每次跟他做爱,都会出血,跟来月经似的,可我又不是在经期。

used to I had a period of time where I was having sex with this guy where every time I had with him, I would bleed like I was on my period, but I was not.

Speaker 2

后来才知道,有时候做爱会把阴道里面弄出点小伤口,那些伤口特别难止血。

And it turns out because sometimes if you're having sex, it can create like little lesions inside your vagina and those are very hard to stop from bleeding.

Speaker 2

既然阴茎都能造成这种伤害,咱们这玩意儿肯定更糟。

So our scooper would probably cause a lot of injury to that area if a penis can.

Speaker 3

说得对。

That's true.

Speaker 3

而且阴茎一般来说是光滑的。

And a penis is smooth for the most part.

Speaker 3

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

又是女团出的馊主意。

Just another bad idea from the lady gang.

Speaker 0

行吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

想来个

Want a

Speaker 2

馊主意。

bad idea.

Speaker 2

女团,你们说说,谁在

Ladygang, please tell us who's

Speaker 3

挖坑。

scooping.

Speaker 3

我真觉得就只有那个姑娘会干这事儿。

I truly think it's literally only that girl.

Speaker 3

但愿如此吧。

I hope so.

Speaker 3

走着瞧吧。

We'll see.

Speaker 0

你知道吗,我永远做不好TikTok,因为我老是聊些生活里的真事。

You know, this is why I'll never have a good TikTok because I'm just like talking about real life.

Speaker 7

嘿,Ladygang。

Hey, Ladygang.

Speaker 7

我是Jack。

It's Jack.

Speaker 7

万一你最近跟世隔绝了,我跟你们说,ladygang.com上刚上新了一批周边,都是我亲自设计的,不用说。

And just in case you've been living under a rock, we have got some brand new merch for you on the ladygang.com designed by yours truly, obviously.

Speaker 7

如果你今年或明年要结婚,我特意做了些新娘周边,全是我自己结婚时特别想要却没买到的东西。

If you are a bride this year or next year, I made some new bridal merch, and it's all the bridal merch that I wish I had for my wedding.

Speaker 7

连新娘派对上也能穿的单品都有。

And there's even something that you can wear with your bachelorettes on your bachelorette party.

Speaker 7

太可爱了。

It's so cute.

Speaker 7

我懂。

I know.

Speaker 7

而且,我把Ladygang给带回来了。

Also, I brought Ladygang back.

Speaker 7

你认识那个元老版的。

You know the OG.

Speaker 7

这次是重磅回归。

It's back in a big way.

Speaker 7

有点运动风的感觉。

It's kinda like sporty themed.

Speaker 7

我简直爱死了。

I'm obsessed with it.

Speaker 7

我还给你们这些当运动妈妈的准备了东西。

And then I have something for you sports moms.

Speaker 7

如果你不想穿那种土土的球衣,这个绝对会成为你去看孩子比赛时的最爱。

If you don't wanna wear like a lame jersey, this is gonna be your favorite thing to wear to your kids games.

Speaker 7

然后给我那些emo风的姐妹们,我设计了这款‘Ladygang是为爱人而生’的T恤。

And then for my emos, I have a lady gang is for lovers tee.

Speaker 7

这风格特别有2000年初那会儿的味道。

It's very reminiscent of the early two thousand.

Speaker 7

赶紧去ladygang.com买点周边吧,咱们回头见。

So go on to the ladygang.com, grab some merch, and we'll see you later.

Speaker 1

你正在收听的是Ladygang。

You're listening to the ladygang.

Speaker 0

我这周过得特别顺,昨天突然收到出版社的邮件,说塔吉特已经预定了15000本。

My good week is that yesterday, out of the blue, I got an email from my publisher Mhmm.

Speaker 0

塔吉特已经预定了15000本。

That Target has pre ordered 15,000 copies.

Speaker 3

天哪。

Oh my God.

Speaker 3

我的书。

My book.

Speaker 3

等等,这算进预售数据里吗?

Wait, does that count towards your pre sales?

Speaker 0

后来有点混乱,因为我的经纪人和出版顾问说不算,毕竟封面得改。

Well, then there was confusion because my agent and my book guru said no because they actually had to change the cover.

Speaker 0

你知道吧,就像我们之前做《Lady Act Like a Lady》那会儿,去巴诺书店搞过独家版那样。

So they are doing a like, you know how remember when we did Barnes and Noble Mhmm.

Speaker 0

对,《Lady Act Like a Lady》那本书,我们当时在巴诺做了个独家版本。

For Lady Act Like a Lady, did like an exclusive.

Speaker 0

所以Target想要独家版,还要求把封面的‘fuck’改成‘f***’。

So Target wants an exclusive and they wanna change the cover so that it's f star star star instead of fuck on the cover.

Speaker 0

他们还想把内页做成闪粉效果,或者让封面颜色跟普通版不一样。

And then they want to do the pages like either glitter or like the color of the outside.

Speaker 0

所以这其实是个限量特别版。

So it's like an exclusive edition.

Speaker 0

我团队说,这不算,因为ISBN都不一样,反正就是这么个说法。

And I my team was like, well, doesn't count because it's a different ISBN or whatever.

Speaker 0

但出版社那边坚持说,这绝对算数。

But then the publisher was like, it absolutely counts.

Speaker 0

我们会通过BookScan来统计销量,没问题的。

And we'll order them through BookScan, like, it'll be fine.

Speaker 0

说真的,我这一路走来,我们做的所有事,你们都清楚,就是一直在求人合作。

Anyway, here's the thing I will say is that my whole life and everything we've done, and you guys can attest to this, is like begging people to work with us.

Speaker 0

对。

Like Mhmm.

Speaker 0

这十年来,我们干的每一件事,真的没法说得够清楚——就是求求你、求求你、求求你,做一下吧,做一下吧,就这个,就那个。

Everything we have done in ten years, like, cannot explain enough was like, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, do this, do this, this, this.

Speaker 0

像下午四点突然收到一封邮件,说这事成了,这感觉跟我以前的生活完全反了。

Like, to get a random email at 4PM that's like a success point is just so unlike the vibe of my life.

Speaker 0

以前都是求着人家:求你了,行不行?

It's like, please let me you know?

Speaker 0

所以这次真的太爽了。

So that was like so delicious.

Speaker 0

我这周的糟心事呢,你们也知道,我总得有个敌人盯着。

My bad week is that as you guys know, I like to have an enemy at all times.

Speaker 0

就一个敌人就够了。

Like one enemy.

Speaker 0

这事除了你们,没人知道。

Nobody knows about it except you.

Speaker 0

有敌人其实挺健康的。

It's healthy to have.

Speaker 0

我活着就是为了有个敌人。

I like I I live for an enemy.

Speaker 0

可惜啊,我选的敌人是《比佛利娇妻》里的阿曼达·弗朗西斯。

Unfortunately, I have made my enemy Amanda Francis from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Speaker 0

我压根儿没见过这人。

I have never what I've never met this woman.

Speaker 0

我对她一无所知。

I know nothing about her.

Speaker 0

但不知道为啥,我刷到了她在TikTok或者Instagram上的一段视频。

But like, for some reason, I watched one thing of her on TikTok or Instagram.

Speaker 0

结果我居然看完了。

And now I'm and I completed it.

Speaker 0

现在平台觉得我对这类内容感兴趣,老给我推。

So the video now they they think I want this content.

Speaker 0

这女人发了个Instagram视频,说《纽约时报》全是骗人的。

This bitch put out a Instagram video about why the New York Times is a lie.

Speaker 0

就是那个

Like the

Speaker 3

《纽约时报》的图书排行榜。

New York Times book list.

Speaker 3

因为她没上榜。

And Because she didn't make it.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Well, yeah.

Speaker 0

她说,纽约时报啊,天哪,她到底怎么说的来着?

And she was like, basically, the New York Times is oh god, what did she say?

Speaker 0

大概就是说,想上纽约时报榜单,你得花钱买,巴拉巴拉的。

It was something like the New York Times, you have to like buy your way on and gah gah gah gah gah.

Speaker 0

她还长篇大论讲了一通,说这榜单根本不是靠销量,纯属扯淡。

And she like says this whole thing of like why it's not real and why it's not actually doesn't actually have anything to do with like the book sales.

Speaker 0

然后她说,所以这根本无所谓。

And then she's like, so it doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

可我可是亚马逊畅销榜第一啊。

And I was an Amazon bestseller.

Speaker 0

我心想,首先,她也不是全错。

And I was like, first of all, she's not a 100% wrong.

Speaker 0

纽约时报的榜单本来就是个编辑推荐榜,这事儿我以前说过。

The New York Times list is an editorial list, which is I've talked about this before.

Speaker 0

它是销量加上文化影响力、媒体报道、大家热议综合起来的。

It is book sales with cultural impact, with press, with our people talking about it.

Speaker 0

没错,有些书只卖了四千本,却能登上《纽约时报》榜首,因为那本书确实有分量。

And yes, there are books that sell 4,000 copies that make it to the top of the New York Times because it's a big book.

Speaker 0

而像丹妮丝·斯蒂尔的第575本言情小说,根本进不了榜,因为他们觉得这玩意儿没文化影响力。

Whereas like the Danielle Steele romance number 575 is not making the list because they just feel like this is not culturally relevant.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

你懂的,就是这么回事。

This is you know?

Speaker 0

所以啊,这榜单确实带点主观判断。

So, yes, it's an editorialist.

Speaker 0

真够傻的。

Stupid.

Speaker 0

但我就是这么个泼妇,各位。

But I am such a cunt, you guys.

Speaker 0

我就是爱找个对立面。

I love having an enemy.

Speaker 0

我评论道:我现在到底在忙些什么啊?

I commented, now what am I doing with my life?

Speaker 3

在她发的帖子里。

On her post.

Speaker 2

你说了啥?

What did you say?

Speaker 0

我去她帖子底下回了:阿曼达,这根本不对。

I went on her post and I said, Amanda, this is not true.

Speaker 0

你这是在故意操控你的粉丝。

This is a great way to manipulate your audience.

Speaker 2

我这就去Instagram看看。

I'm going to the Instagram.

Speaker 2

等一下。

Hold on.

Speaker 0

我跟你说啊。

I'll tell you.

Speaker 0

我念给你听我原话怎么说的。

I'll read exactly what I said.

Speaker 0

我气得不行。

I'm so mad about it.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,

I was like,

Speaker 3

她刚发了这个?

Did she just post this?

Speaker 0

她说什么纽约的真相。

She goes the truth about the New York.

Speaker 3

哦,我看到你的评论了。

Oh, here I see your comment.

Speaker 3

我念给你听。

I'll read it.

Speaker 3

好。

Okay.

Speaker 3

不对。

Wrong.

Speaker 3

亚马逊是个靠算法运作的平台,你一天卖五百本书就能冲上榜单,截个图就装成是全网总排名。

Amazon is an algorithm based site, so you can sell 500 books in a day and make it to the top of the list there and screenshot and act like it was an overall ranking.

Speaker 3

这明显是你在歪曲事实,往自己脸上贴金。

This is a great example of you manipulating the story in your favor.

Speaker 3

如果你真卖了那么多书,早就上《今日美国》畅销榜了——那可是实打实按销量算的,连自出版书都算在内。

If you truly sold that many books, you would have hit the USA Today bestseller list because that is in fact based on real book sales and includes self published books.

Speaker 3

XO,《纽约时报》和《今日美国》的畅销书作者。

XO, a New York Times and USA bestselling author.

Speaker 2

她给你回信了。

She wrote you back.

Speaker 2

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 3

她就是这么说的。

This is what she said.

Speaker 3

亚马逊、《今日美国》和《纽约时报》衡量的完全是不一样的东西,奖励的策略也各不相同。

Amazon USA Today and New York Times all measure different things and reward different strategies.

Speaker 3

《今日美国》靠的是在 blah、blah、blah、blah 里的实际销量数据。

USA Today is based on tracked sales within blah, blah, blah, blah.

Speaker 3

随便吧。

Whatever.

Speaker 3

我刚出了一本书,因为是自出版,我拿了六成的版税。

I just published a book, a book I received 60% of royalties on because it's self published.

Speaker 3

我的意思没变,这些榜单反映的都是销量,管它呢。

My point stands, these lists reflect sales, whatever.

Speaker 3

这回答也太蠢了吧。

That was a stupid reply.

Speaker 3

天哪,凯尔西,你太逗了。

Oh my god, Kelsey, you're so funny.

Speaker 2

然后你还跑去说,有个人支持你的观点。

And then you went and you said this about somebody that corroborated with you.

Speaker 2

这简直太离谱了。

This is incredible.

Speaker 3

她没有,我本来还以为你会多讲点‘Do’……

She doesn't, I was expecting more of the Do

Speaker 2

你关注她吗?

you follow her?

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

但她就说,我没搞预售。

But she's like, I didn't do pre orders.

Speaker 0

我就直接出书了。

I just published a book.

Speaker 0

我想说的是,这么回事儿……

I'm like, here's the thing.

Speaker 0

我懂为什么比佛利山庄那些女人这么讨厌她了。

I get why all these bitches in Beverly Hills are so upset with this woman.

Speaker 0

她真的气人,明明自己一塌糊涂,还觉得自己特别了不起。

She is infuriating because she believes her ridiculous her she's me, but so much worse.

Speaker 0

她把自己那套吹牛话当真了,还当成圣旨一样奉行。

She believes her hype and her own rules to such a tea and like their gospel to her.

Speaker 3

我也不太清楚。

I don't even know.

Speaker 3

我就觉得她是个骗子。

I just think she's like a scammer.

Speaker 3

她就是个江湖骗子。

She's a grifter.

Speaker 3

她就是个江湖骗子。

She's a grifter.

Speaker 3

她是个骗子。

She's grifter.

Speaker 3

她就是个多层次营销的骗子。

She's like an MLM grifter.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

但她自己真信这套,你根本没法跟她说她是个骗子。

But like she believes it so much that you can't tell her she's a grifter.

Speaker 0

她还觉得自己出了一本书,就怎么怎么了。

Like she's like, I just published a book like I

Speaker 2

其实骗子和那种特别能折腾的人,界限挺模糊的。

Well it's a fine line between grifter and just somebody who hustles.

Speaker 2

你懂我意思吧?

You know what I mean?

Speaker 0

我就是这个意思。

That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 0

我在想,我到底是在生她的拼劲儿的气吗?

I'm like am I mad at her hustle?

Speaker 0

就是说

Like

Speaker 2

她两小时前发了这些产品的销售截图。

She posted two hours ago pictures of sales on these things.

Speaker 2

什么产品?

On what?

Speaker 2

不是在她的Instagram故事里,卖的是电子书、平装本、精装本,都在亚马逊上。

Don't on her Instagram stories, ebooks and paperback, hardcover Amazon.

Speaker 2

你算一下就知道了,她就是这个意思。

You can do the math is what it says.

Speaker 3

她真的在努力

Well, she's really trying to

Speaker 2

卖到一万八千本。

sell it to 18,000 books.

Speaker 3

她说她卖了八万五千本。

She said she sold 85,000.

Speaker 2

还有 audible 有声书平台的销量,七万五?不对,是八万五千本。

Audible, 75,000 or no, 85,000.

Speaker 2

说白了她卖的书可多了去了。

Mean, she sold a shit ton of books.

Speaker 3

精装实体书卖了十万五千本,有声书卖了八万五千本,其他渠道还卖了一万九千本。

A 105,000 hardcover or actual physical, 85,000 audio, and 19,000 other retailers.

Speaker 3

这不就是说...

Mean, that's the

Speaker 2

问题是这也太扯了,到底谁会……

thing is that you're so Who's

Speaker 3

买这书啊?

buying this?

Speaker 3

这书到底讲啥的?

What's the book about?

Speaker 3

讲怎么做传销吗?

Being an MLM?

Speaker 2

吸引财富。

Manifesting money.

Speaker 2

咱们真不需要再有这种东西了。

We don't need any more of these.

Speaker 2

不过话说回来,这个……

Anyway, but this

Speaker 0

最烦的就是,我明明觉得她特别烦人,可她又跟我挺像的,我就觉得她其实特聪明。

is the annoying thing because I find her so annoying and like, but then she's like me and I'm like, she's really smart.

Speaker 0

人家是真的在做啊。

Like she is doing it.

Speaker 0

可我就是看她不顺眼。

And then I'm just so annoyed by it.

Speaker 0

这到底算怎么回事啊?

Like what is that anyway?

Speaker 4

买她的那些忽悠玩意儿。

Buying her bullshit.

Speaker 4

她的目标受众是谁?

Who is her target audience?

Speaker 0

傻子呗。

Dumb dumbs.

Speaker 2

不是。

No.

Speaker 2

我觉得吧,我其实会听。

I think that like I I listen.

Speaker 2

她在《主妇》里真的特别烦人。

I she's so annoying on on Housewives.

Speaker 2

每次她一出现,我都想砸屏幕。

I wanna punch the screen every time she's on it.

Speaker 2

我觉得她其实有点像托尼·罗宾斯那种类型,

I think what it is is that she is almost like a Tony Robbins type where

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 2

他们让你深信自己也能行,因为他们自己白手起家,成了帝国,用亲身经历证明了这种生活方式真的能带来所有回报,这可不是骗人的。

They make you believe in yourself so much because they themselves have created an empire and they're living proof that this quote way of living reaps all of these rewards and that's not there's no lie there.

Speaker 3

那她老公很有钱吗?

So it's But like, does she have a rich husband?

Speaker 3

她自己很有钱吗?

Is she rich?

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

她完全是靠自己打拼出来的。

She's totally self made.

Speaker 2

没错。

Totally.

Speaker 2

她真的太厉害了。

She's like amazing.

Speaker 0

你看看她,心里就琢磨着:要不我也卖个数字课程吧?

And you look at her and you're like, well, maybe I should sell a digital course.

Speaker 0

我也想拥有一只柏金包。

I would like to have a Birkin.

Speaker 2

这简直就是多层次营销。

Like That's an MLM.

Speaker 2

但其实不是,她没让别人替她打工、再卖课程、然后继续替她干活。

But no, it's not an MLM because she's not she's not getting girls to then work for her to then sell courses to then work for her.

Speaker 2

卖课程。

Sell courses.

Speaker 0

但确实挺奇怪的,买这些课程的人,很多自己也想做课程。

But it is weird because a lot of the people that buy the courses are people that want to then make courses.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

不是。

No.

Speaker 3

所以这其实是

So it that's

Speaker 2

这确实发生了,但这不是目的。

that's that does it, but that's not the goal.

Speaker 2

我的意思是,这就像我们当初做播客时,如果说我们教人做播客就是在搞传销,那也太扯了。

I mean, that's that would be like our saying that our podcast teaching people how to do a podcast when we did that, that that was an MLM.

Speaker 2

不是的。

No.

Speaker 2

我们当时是,如果你想学做播客,我们有个手册给你。

Ours was if you wanna learn to do a podcast, we have a handbook for you.

Speaker 2

但如果你学了之后想自己做播客,再教别人怎么做,这我们管不了。

But if you wanna then take that and make your own and then teach other people how to do podcasts, like, can't control that.

Speaker 2

我们并没有

We're not

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 2

而且我们从别人做课程里一分钱也没拿

And we're not getting a kickback from to

Speaker 3

去开课

make a course.

Speaker 2

那些自己去卖课的女孩,她一分钱都没从她们那儿抽成

She's not getting any money back from those girls that are then going and selling courses on their own.

Speaker 2

这才是关键区别

That's the difference.

Speaker 2

我觉得,要是她在这节目里别那么招人烦,大家可能会更愿意去理解她做的事,也更愿意给点尊重

And I think that if she weren't so obnoxious and annoying on this show, then there would be a little bit more, there would be an ability to accept what it is that she's doing a little bit more with a little bit more respect.

Speaker 2

但事实是,她在节目里太烦人了,满嘴都是自己多有钱

But the fact is that she's so annoying on the show and all she talks about is how rich she is.

Speaker 2

所以不管你是做什么生意的,我都知道有这么个人,在这儿搞了个品牌

And so that no matter what your business is, I know somebody like that who created a brand here.

Speaker 2

这跟赚钱根本没关系

It has nothing to do with building wealth.
