该做个小快闪了。

It's time for a quickie.

Speaker 1

播客一带来《女士帮》,好莱坞女生团体,由女士帮快闪开启。

Podcast one presents the lady gang, the Hollywood girl posse with lady gang quickie.

Speaker 1

这里是凯尔蒂·奈特、贝卡·托宾和杰克·范尼克。

Here's Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanick.

Speaker 0

咱们快点吧。

Let's make this quick.

Speaker 0

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 2

我们回来了,有斯蒂芬·科莱蒂。

We're back with Stephen Coletti.

Speaker 2

这位是斯蒂芬·韦克,在女士帮现场。

We this is Stephen Week here at Lady Gang.

Speaker 2

我们之所以在所有节目中都邀请你,是因为我们太喜欢你了。

So we're using you for all of our episodes because we love you so much.

Speaker 2

我确实想说一下,如果你还没听过,周二我们聊了关于交易员的全部内容。

I I do wanna, you know, so obviously, if you haven't listened, on Tuesday, we talked all about traders.

Speaker 2

但现在我想聊聊在拉古纳海滩之前、成为交易员之后的生活。

But now I wanna talk about life post Laguna pre traders.

Speaker 2

那中间发生了什么?

What happened in between there?

Speaker 2

当你登上交易员节目时,很多人讨论过为什么他们选了《1号树丘》而不是《拉古纳海滩》。

There was a lot of discussion when you came on traders as to why they chironed you 1 Tree Hill and not Laguna Beach.

Speaker 2

我是个西装男。

I'm a suit.

Speaker 2

我的意思是,你在这两部剧里同样出名。

I mean, you're equally famous for both.

Speaker 2

我的意思是,我觉得《1号树丘》也同样极具标志性。

I mean, I think 1 Tree Hill is also incredibly iconic.

Speaker 2

这是不是你因为觉得自己还在演戏而做出的决定?

Was that a decision you made because you're like, I'm still acting.

Speaker 2

我演戏的时候,就好像我不想要真人秀的头衔一样?

I'm doing acting like I don't want the reality show title?

Speaker 2

因为网上的人对这件事都惊呆了。

Because people were, like, gasping online about this fact.

Speaker 3

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 3

这个反应确实出乎意料。

The reaction was unexpected, for sure.

Speaker 3

如果当时我知道就好了,因为你在申请上节目时要填写一些个人信息,上面只问:你最近最广为人知的作品是什么?

I wish I had known when we were discussing it, because you're filling out some information about yourself when you're getting on the show for them, and it just said, What's your most recent recognizable credit?

Speaker 3

我当时心想:太好了,大家都过得不错。

And I was like, Sweet, everyone is doing great.

Speaker 3

现在我知道了,很多人根本不知道‘大家都过得不错’是什么意思,但过去十年对我来说意义重大。

Now, I understand a lot of people have no idea what everyone is doing great, but the last ten years of my life, it's been pretty significant to me.

Speaker 3

所以我决定就写:大家都过得不错。

So I'm like, We're just gonna say, Everyone is doing great.

Speaker 3

这难道不是很有趣吗?

And how funny is that?

Speaker 3

它会显示我的名字,然后是‘大家都过得不错’,在一部谋杀谜案节目中,这样的标题本身就挺搞笑的。

It's gonna say my name, and then, Everyone is doing great, which is just kind of hilarious in its own right, having that name under your title in a murder mystery.

Speaker 3

然后,是的,他们把我叫到一边。

And then, yeah, they pulled me aside.

Speaker 3

他们说:‘好吧,我们需要一个更让人熟悉的头衔。’

They're like, All right, so we need something a little more recognizable.

Speaker 3

你觉得是《橘子郡男孩》还是《一树梨花压海棠》?

What do you think between Laguna Beach or One Tree Hill?

Speaker 3

所以他们把决定权交给了我。

So they put the decision on me.

Speaker 3

我当时想:好吧,那就选最近的吧。

And I was like, All right, well, let's just go with the most recent.

Speaker 3

对我来说,我觉得《一树梨花压海棠》会更让人熟悉,因为集数更多,而且播出时间也更近。我知道《橘子郡男孩》的地位,但我觉得选《一树梨花压海棠》能覆盖更广的观众群。

And to me, what I thought would have been more recognizable, just because there's more episodes and it was around I understand Laguna's place, for sure, but I thought maybe we'd be casting a wider net with 1 Tree Hill.

Speaker 3

我错了。

I was wrong.

Speaker 3

我依然支持选择《一树梨花》的决定,但确实,人们因为没选《橘子郡男孩》而感到不满,我觉得我现在去参加重聚时干脆穿件《橘子郡男孩》T恤算了。

I do stand by the decision to put One Tree Hill, but yeah, the fact that people were offended by not having Laguna, I mean, I feel like I should just wear a Laguna Beach t shirt to the reunion now or something.

Speaker 3

拜托。

Please.

Speaker 3

我跟制片人聊了聊,说:‘在展示我的时候,能不能把名字加在下面?'

Was talking to the producer, was like, Can we put it underneath when they show me

Speaker 2

像一个交叉符号那样?

like the a cross note?

Speaker 3

是的,是的。

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 2

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 2

那你和杰克是怎么认识的?

So how do you and Jack know each other?

Speaker 3

杰克,你以前跟我前任是朋友。

Jack, so you were friends with an ex of mine.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,那是2010年或者2011年左右的事了。

I mean, this is back in, like, 2010 or '11.

Speaker 3

切尔西·凯恩,我以前约会过的那个女生。

Chelsea Cain, who I dated.

Speaker 0

天啊。

Oh my God.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

但后来我们在Box 8见过面,对吧?

But then we did meet at Box 8, right?

Speaker 3

等等,Box 8?

Wait, wait, Box 8.

Speaker 3

我现在不记得了。

Now I don't remember this.

Speaker 0

Box 8 就是市中心那个地方。

Box 8 was that place downtown.

Speaker 0

它有点像安迪·沃霍尔风格的仓库空间。

It was kind of like an Andy Warhol sort of like warehouse space.

Speaker 3

有意思。

Interesting.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,这听起来像是我2008到2012年那段时期,但我记不起那个具体的地方了,不过确实是,确实是,

I mean, this, this sounds like my 2008 to 2012, but I can't remember that particular place, but it's, yeah, it's,

Speaker 0

我发誓你一定去过那里。

I swear it's, you had to have been there.

Speaker 0

但没错,切尔西·凯恩,这说得通。

But yes, Chelsea Cain, that makes sense.

Speaker 0

她就是我们认识的那个人。

That would be our connecting person.

Speaker 3

是的

Yep.

Speaker 3

是的

Yep.

Speaker 3

我想我们曾经去过你家一次。

I think we were at your house one time.

Speaker 3

我想你可能办过一场派对,也许是万圣节派对之类的。

I think you might've had a house party, maybe a Halloween party or something.

Speaker 3

那真是段美好的时光。

It was a great time.

Speaker 3

我记得那件事。

I remember that.

Speaker 0

这不是很疯狂吗?

Isn't it so crazy?

Speaker 0

我几乎记不起二十岁出头的时候了,因为那时我总是醉得不省人事,但这么说就合理了。

Like I can barely remember my early twenties because I was always literally so blacked out drunk, but that would make sense.

Speaker 3

一样,一样。

Same, same.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

所以,史蒂文,我们回到《一树梨花》。

So Steven, back to One Tree Hill.

Speaker 2

史蒂文,《一树梨花》。

Steven, One Tree Hill.

Speaker 2

从真人秀转向剧本剧的感觉是怎样的?

What was it like the lore of going from reality to scripted?

Speaker 2

那时候几乎没人这么做过。

Like, no one at that point had really done that.

Speaker 2

但现在,人们从真人秀转向剧本剧,或者从真人秀转到其他剧集,甚至转到百老汇,都很常见。

And now people go reality to scripted all the time or reality to a different show or reality to Broadway.

Speaker 2

但当时,如果你上过真人秀,好莱坞根本不会对你感兴趣。

But at the time it was like Hollywood was not interested in you if you had been on a reality show.

Speaker 3

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我永远忘不了第一次走进表演课的情景,他们让你坐在全班面前,要求你详细介绍自己的一切。

I'll never forget that first acting class that I walked into and and they sit you down in front of the class and they want you to explain everything about yourself.

Speaker 3

大家会不断提问。

And people are asking questions.

Speaker 3

他们可以问任何问题,而且一个问题接一个问题,没完没了。

And they can ask anything and they just keep going and going.

Speaker 3

在这个环境中,我本来就不愿提起自己参加过MTV真人秀的事,但当然,话题很快就转向了那里。

And I'm already reluctant to share the MTV reality show of it all in this environment, but of course it went there very fast.

Speaker 3

当时我非常清楚现实类电视节目的污名化,也明白它被轻视的程度。

I was hyper aware of the stigma to reality TV at that time, and of course looked down upon.

Speaker 3

人们觉得这会葬送戏剧表演艺术。

It was gonna be the deathbed of the art for scripted.

Speaker 3

我理解这一点。

I understood it.

Speaker 3

很明显,这个行业本来就不容易找到工作机会,机会本就有限,而现在媒体正被一股不可阻挡的真人秀浪潮席卷。

Obviously, you've got something that's already hard to get gigs in the industry and there's only so many opportunities, and now media is being There's this overwhelming wave of just unscripted coming in.

Speaker 3

人们会对这件事感到不满。

People are going to be upset about it.

Speaker 3

我理解。

I get it.

Speaker 3

所以,我知道这会很难,但对我而言,我大概有点受虐倾向吧。

And so, knew it was going to be tough, but for me, again, I'm kind of a masochist, I guess, in that way.

Speaker 3

我知道这个挑战会让我多年受苦,人们也不会认真对待我。

The challenge I knew was something that would hurt for many years, and people would not take me seriously.

Speaker 3

但我感觉这就像我的使命,因为我早已知道MTV呈现给人们的只是我的一面,而我渴望向大家展示真实的自己,展示我真正代表的是什么。

But I felt just like it was going to be my mission because I already knew that I was being presented one way by MTV, and I look forward to showing people who I really am or what I was really about.

Speaker 3

我想我只是想迎难而上。

I think I just wanted to take it on.

Speaker 3

人生中有些事就是这样,你不断向前迈步,如果感觉对了,也不断得到认可——当然,我这里不是在引用马修·麦康纳的小说,但我一直享受这个过程,并渴望继续做下去。

It's one of those things in life where you kind of keep taking steps, and if it's feeling right and you're getting those green lights, if you will, not to quote a Matthew McConaughey novel here, but I kept enjoying the process and wanting to do more.

Speaker 3

去《一树梨花》片场的次数,远多于我走进第一堂表演课的次数。

Going onto One Tree Hill, of course, 100 a more times than walking into that first acting class was stepping onto the set of One Tree Hill.

Speaker 3

我非常清楚这部剧的成功,仰慕剧中的每个人,只希望他们能给我一个机会,让我证明自己真正的价值。

I was very aware of the success of the show, looked up to everyone on it, and just hoped that they were going give me a shot to prove what I was about.

Speaker 3

幸运的是,那里每个人都非常友善。

Thankfully, everyone there was very kind.

Speaker 3

我之前和希拉里·伯顿拍过一部电影,那也是一次巨大的经历。

I had done a movie with Hilary Burton, and that was massive as well.

Speaker 3

第一天,我们一开始并没有一起拍戏,但她请我吃晚饭,拿出拍摄表翻到背面,说:‘你得把所有人的名字都记下来,整个剧组,背面的每个人都要记住’,还教了我一些至今仍受用的技巧。

First day, we didn't actually work together in the beginning, but she took me out to dinner and she brought the call sheet and flipped it over and was like, You memorize all these people's names, the whole crew, everyone on the back, taught me a few things that I still take to this day.

Speaker 3

还有像李·诺里斯这样的人,一见面就特别亲切,从房车里出来,伸出手来跟我打招呼,确保我感到自在。

And then people like Lee Norris, who was so sweet right away, just popping out of his trailer and opening his hand to me, just wanting to say hello and make sure I felt comfortable.

Speaker 3

索菲亚·布什立刻收我为徒,确保我感到舒适。

Sophia Bush took me under her wing right away and made sure I was comfortable.

Speaker 3

我和她拍了很多场戏,每天至少要请她和我对一百遍台词,但她总是那么宽容和耐心,每次都愿意陪我练习。

I was doing a lot of scenes with her and I must have asked her to run lines with me 100 times every day, but she was so gracious and patient with me and did that.

Speaker 3

所以,你知道,说实话,我非常感激这次机会。

So, know, look, I am so grateful for that opportunity.

Speaker 3

我非常渴望得到这个机会。

It was something I wanted so bad.

Speaker 3

我只拍了几集,然后就告诉他们,我希望能经常回来。

I just did a couple episodes, and then I told them, I'd love to keep coming back.

Speaker 3

这是一档我非常想参与的剧集。

This is a show that I would love to be on.

Speaker 3

这对我来说是一个关键的时刻,因为你可以参加所有表演课程、学习和独自练习,但没有任何事能比真正站在片场上、必须精准走位、不挡住灯光的同时还要表现出彩更让人成长了,正是在那里我学到了很多。

And it was a pivotal moment for me because you can take all these acting classes and study and do stuff on your own, but there's nothing like being on a set when you gotta hit those marks don't block someone's light and still deliver something interesting, that was where I learned a lot.

Speaker 3

我在这里学到了最多的东西。

That's where I learned the most.

Speaker 3

所以,是的,我非常怀念那段人生时光。

So, yeah, I really look back fondly on that time in my life.

Speaker 0

那真的太棒了。

It was so good.

Speaker 0

我很怀念那段时光。

I miss it.

Speaker 2

当时《一树梨花》正在播出,我肯定收到了很多其他邀约,因为在好莱坞,除非你已经有工作,否则人们不会给你机会。

What was one thing, like, One Tree Hill was airing, I'm sure that you were getting so many other offers, because people don't want to give you a job unless you already have a job in Hollywood.

Speaker 2

那时候有没有什么你拒绝了、现在特别后悔的邀约?

Was there anything that you turned down that you absolutely regret that you were getting offered at that time?

Speaker 3

拍完《交易者》之后,我想了想,我不觉得后悔。

After doing Traders, I think and I wouldn't say I regret it.

Speaker 3

实际上,我现在回想起来,确实有一些遗憾。

I actually look back and Well, there's some.

Speaker 3

我对自己的工作选择变得非常严格。

I got very strict on what I was doing.

Speaker 3

我没有放松一点,去承担更多风险。

I didn't loosen up a little bit and take some more risks.

Speaker 3

那时的决策范围非常狭窄。

It was very narrow, the decision making at that time.

Speaker 3

我觉得,如果我想被认真对待,被理解为一个尊重表演艺术、希望保持非剧本化的人,但还在到处参加各种真人秀,那就不妙了。

I felt like to be taken seriously and understood as somebody who respects the craft and wants to be unscripted, if I'm still running around doing a bunch of reality shows, that would not be good.

Speaker 3

还有一些事情,你回头看时,比如有一次莫名其妙地出现在《这里》——这简直是台词的混乱混合。

And there were stuff like, you look back and there was a random appearance on Here's a funny blending of lines.

Speaker 3

我收到了一个去担任《瑞典超模》评委的邀约。

I got an offer to judge Sweden's Next Top Model.

Speaker 3

当你告诉我朋友们这件事时,他们都说:‘你是不是疯了?’

And when you tell my friends this, they're like, What is wrong with you?

Speaker 3

你居然收到了去瑞典待几个月、当一个选美比赛评委的邀约?

You had an offer to go to Sweden for a couple months and judge a modeling contest?

Speaker 3

我当时说:‘你们不懂。’

I was like, Guys, you don't understand.

Speaker 3

他们问:‘他们想让你做什么?’

And they're like, What would they want you to do?

Speaker 3

他们想让我当表演教练。

Well, they wanted me to be an acting coach.

Speaker 3

他们想让我教他们一些表演技巧。

They wanted me to teach some of them how to act.

Speaker 3

我认为,如果你真的想转型,那就去吧。

And I think the idea of, Okay, make the transition if you wanted to.

Speaker 3

对我来说,刚从《拉古纳》出来,又接了几个演戏的活儿,虽然才刚开始,但觉得凭这点资历就去干那事,还自以为是,简直是愚蠢的决定。

And again, for me, coming off of Laguna and then getting a couple acting gigs, still just getting started, but proving nothing for me to go and do that and think that I was something was a terrible call in my mind at that time.

Speaker 3

但现在回头看,我觉得那其实也没什么大不了的。

But I look back on that now, I was like, it would have been harmless.

Speaker 3

那可能会很有趣。

It could have been fun.

Speaker 3

那时候《与星共舞》也快要开播了。

Dancing with the Stars was coming around that time as well.

Speaker 3

实际上,我们之前聊到切丽·凯恩,她最后去参加了。

Actually, we were talking about Chelsea Cain, she eventually did it.

Speaker 3

我非常佩服她,因为我几年前拒绝了这个机会,还跟她说:你不是已经有挺稳固的演戏事业了吗?

And I give her a lot of credit because I had turned it down years prior and told her, was like, I mean, you've got a pretty established acting career going.

Speaker 3

你确定吗?你知道,这是你真正想做的事吗?

Is it sure, you know, it's something that you wanna do?

Speaker 3

她当时说:我要去做。

And she was like, I'm gonna I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 3

这对她的事业来说结果非常好。

And it worked out great for her career.

Speaker 3

所以我非常佩服她做出这个决定。

So I I give her a lot of credit for making that decision.

Speaker 3

我回过头来看,心想:你知道吗?

I look back and I was like, you know what?

Speaker 3

做这个节目肯定会把我吓个半死,我可能根本搞砸了,但也许这会让我们变得更强。

It would have scared me shitless to do that show, I probably would have fallen on my face, but maybe we would have been stronger for it.

Speaker 3

我不确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 3

绝对不应该再回头看了

Definitely don't look Would back so

Speaker 2

你现在做吗?

you do it now?

Speaker 2

因为是同一个选角导演。

Because it's the same casting director.

Speaker 2

既然你在《交易员》里玩得很开心,我们能参加《与星共舞》吗?

Now that you had fun on Traders, can we do Dancing with the Stars?

Speaker 3

是的,我觉得这个节目很棒,最近我看了几期。

Yeah, I think dancing, the show is amazing, and I've been watching a little bit of late.

Speaker 3

我不会排除这个可能。

I wouldn't rule it out.

Speaker 3

永远别说永远。

Never say never.

Speaker 3

这是另一个挑战,尤其是看到切尔西当时在节目里的经历后,这可能会比《叛徒》更让我吓破胆。

It's another one of those challenges, especially after seeing Chelsea's experience on it at that time, this would be something maybe even more than traitors that would scare the living shit out of me.

Speaker 3

我觉得我不是个好舞者,所以我们得从零开始。

I don't think I'm a great dancer, so we'd be starting from zero here.

Speaker 3

而且,我不确定。

And yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 3

再玩一次《玩火》。

Playing with Fire again.

Speaker 3

我们回到《玩火》的起点。

We go back to the beginning of Playing with Fire.

Speaker 3

就像我们侥幸躲过了一次《洛杉矶海岸》,而《交易者》的经历非常棒,也许我们就到此为止吧。

It's like we got away with one with Laguna Beach, and Traders has been an awesome experience, so maybe we just leave it at that.

Speaker 3

你知道的,第三次会怎样,谁知道呢?

And you know, with the third time, who knows what could happen?

Speaker 3

在舞池里把裤子撕裂了。

Split my pants on the dance floor.

Speaker 0

观众们想要你。

The people want you.

Speaker 0

所以,是的。

So Yeah.

Speaker 0

人们

The people

Speaker 2

想要你。

want you.

Speaker 2

人们,我们,女士们。

The people, us, the lady gang.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 4

你结婚了。

You got married.

Speaker 2

你即将有宝宝了。

You got a baby on the way.

Speaker 2

在三十多岁、四十多岁的时候约会是什么感觉?你年轻时的恋爱生活已经被公众反复讨论过了。

What is it like to date in your, like, thirties, forties after you are, like, publicly dissected by humanity for your dating life in your twenties?

Speaker 2

很疯狂吧?

That wild?

Speaker 3

我并没有那样看待,好像一切都被剖析得那么彻底。

I'm not looking at it like that where everything was so dissected.

Speaker 3

我选择尽可能地对别人是否看过《拉古纳海滩》或《真实的橙县》这件事一无所知,完全否认这一切。

I'm choosing to live as ignorant as possible about anybody seeing Laguna Beach, the real Orange So, denial, denial about it all.

Speaker 3

我努力只是像平常人一样生活下去。

I try to just go forth living as normal as possible.

Speaker 3

当然,我不会主动提起这件事,但有时候人们会假装不知道《拉古纳海滩》这档节目,我能看出来他们在装,这反而让我觉得不舒服。

It's not something that, of course, I would talk about or bring up, but it was funny when people sometimes they'd pretend that they didn't know about the show Laguna or anything like that, and I could tell that they were pretending that was a turn off.

Speaker 3

但我只是尽量保持脚踏实地。

But, yeah, I just tried to stay as grounded as possible.

Speaker 3

我觉得自己的约会经历相比大多数人来说还算正常。

I felt like I still had a pretty regular dating experience than most.

Speaker 3

很多事都一团糟,但幸运的是,我们终于熬过来了,找到了一位可爱的妻子,现在比以往任何时候都更幸福。

A lot of it's a mess, but thankfully, we've been spit out the other side and we've found a lovely wife and we're more happy than we've ever been.

Speaker 3

虽然我和亚历克斯交往前也经历过一段单身时期,但那和我们所有人经历过的约会坎坷没什么不同。

Not without as trials and tribulations of dating as we've all been through, I did go single for a while before Alex and I started dating.

Speaker 3

那几年我偶尔约会,但都没认真,只专注于工作。

Was dating around a little bit, but nothing serious for years just focusing on work.

Speaker 3

这对我来说很好。

That was great for me.

Speaker 3

我只是等到有个人真正颠覆了我的生活。

I just waited until it was something that really was shaking up my world.

Speaker 3

亚历克斯走进了我的生活,然后就这样发生了。

Alex stepped into my life and that happened.

Speaker 3

幸运的是,这是个正确的决定,现在我们幸福地结婚了。

Thankfully, was the right decision and now we're happily married.

Speaker 4

你们是怎么认识的?

How did you guys meet?

Speaker 3

我给她发了私信。

I slid into her DMs.

Speaker 3

天哪。

Oh, shit.

Speaker 3

我说,我单身了一段时间,没用过任何约会应用,但感觉是时候了。

I said, I was single for a while, and I hadn't been on any dating apps, but it was getting about that time.

Speaker 3

挺惨的。

Is Bleak.

Speaker 3

惨街。

Bleak Street.

Speaker 3

是的,我想着,好吧,我们得稍微主动一点。

Yeah, I was like, all right, we gotta put ourself out there a little bit more.

Speaker 3

所以,也许可以试着联系一下你一直在Instagram上默默关注的人,看看他们是否单身、有无恋爱意向,然后看看会发生什么。

So either maybe try to reach out to somebody that you've been casually stalking on Instagram and see if they're single and looking to date, and we'll see what happens from there.

Speaker 3

所以,我确实联系了她,之后的故事就顺其自然了。

So yeah, I reached out to her, and the rest is history.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

你给自己创造了一个约会应用。

You created your own dating app.

Speaker 0

很可爱。

Cute.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

叫Instagram。

Called Instagram.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

天啊,我不知道那些约会应用对我来说会是什么样子。

Man, I don't know what the dating apps would've been like for me.

Speaker 3

主动发消息已经是我很大的一步了,当然,我反复修改了我要发送的消息。

It was already a big step to roll out the message that, of course, I scrutinized the message I was sending over and over again.

Speaker 3

我们该给这个人写点什么?

What do we write to this person?

Speaker 3

这人到底是谁啊?

It's gonna Do have know who the it was?

Speaker 3

是的,当然,她会提醒我。

Yeah, oh yeah, and she'll remind me.

Speaker 3

这肯定会变成那种老生常谈:我从不这么做。

It's gonna have the obligatory, I never do this.

Speaker 3

当然,如果这是真的就好了,但写的时候我觉得特别搞笑,心想:她肯定不会相信这个。

And of course, if it was actually real, but it's so funny as I'm writing it, I'm like, She's not gonna believe this.

Speaker 3

你满嘴胡扯。

You're so full of shit.

Speaker 3

我只是不想显得太自以为是。

And I just didn't wanna come off, well, too presumptuous.

Speaker 3

所以我的核心措辞是,整个谈话内容都围绕着喝一杯,但也许我们可以见上一分钟。

So that was my big word, the whole spiel was something about grabbing drinks, but maybe we can meet for a minute.

Speaker 3

我不想直接说吃饭,因为我不想太冒昧。

Don't wanna necessarily say dinner because I don't wanna be too presumptuous.

Speaker 3

类似这样的话。

Something like that.

Speaker 3

我们在那条消息末尾加了一个倒过来的笑脸表情。

And we threw on an upside down smiley face at the end of that.

Speaker 3

然后她说她当时在洛杉矶和朋友吃午饭。

And then she said she was on the other end at lunch with her friends in LA.

Speaker 3

她只是来这边待几周。

She was just visiting for a couple weeks.

Speaker 3

她把这件事讲给朋友们听,大家都笑得不行,说:你一定要去。

And she read it to them and they were laughing and they were like, You gotta do it.

Speaker 3

你一定要去,就为了这个故事。

You gotta go, just for the story.

Speaker 3

幸运的是,她接受了我这个提议。

So thankfully she took me up on it.

Speaker 4

你当时不知什么时候找到了她的照片,这件事的发展太有趣了。

You just had found her picture at some point in time and This started following is so fascinating.

Speaker 4

我的

My

Speaker 3

关于那个‘是的’,我曾经说过,我们是在元宇宙里相遇的,算法把她推到了我这边。

theory on the Yeah, used to say for a while we met in the metaverse, the algorithms, she was being pushed my way.

Speaker 3

她来自北卡罗来纳州。

She's from North Carolina.

Speaker 3

我当然在那里花了大量时间拍摄《一树梨花》,现在也经常回去。

I obviously spent a lot of time there working on 1 Tree Hill and still travel back often.

Speaker 3

她从事体育行业,而我是个体育迷。

She's in the sports world and I'm a big sports fan.

Speaker 3

所以我觉得她是通过这种方式被推荐给我的。

And so I think that she was being pushed to me in that way.

Speaker 3

然后,我只是偶然看到她,就开始随意关注她了——谁会随意关注一个人呢?

Then, I just saw her and was casually following her for, who casually follows somebody?

Speaker 3

那两个词

Those two words

Speaker 2

她记得你关注她的时候吗?

I Does she remember don't when you followed her?

Speaker 2

她有没有说过,哦,我记得我看到过那件事,比如斯蒂芬·科莱蒂关注了你,还是她根本不知道你在关注她?

Was she like, Oh, I remember when I saw the thing, like, Stephen Coletti follows you, or did she even know you were following her?

Speaker 3

是的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 3

我没有。

I wasn't.

Speaker 3

我不是那个意思,这才是关键。

I wasn't see, that's the thing.

Speaker 3

我其实并没有关注她。

I wasn't actually following her.

Speaker 3

随意关注就是跟踪。

The casual following is stalking.

Speaker 4

哦,跟踪。

Oh, stalking.

Speaker 4

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

让我先说这一点,然后再提出那个观点。

And and let me say this before I put that out there.

Speaker 3

我并没有以任何疯狂的方式,比如跟踪她。

I wasn't, like, crazy, in any sort of way, like, stalking this.

Speaker 3

我只是她一出现,我就会知道,然后看一些她的照片。

I just she would pop up, and then I would know, I'd look at some of her photos

Speaker 2

然后浏览。

and Peruse.

Speaker 3

每次她发帖,都会出现在我的推荐页面上。

Anytime she she, posted something, it would pop up on my for you page.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

但我确实,是的,我本来没打算关注她。

But I was, yeah, I wasn't gonna follow her.

Speaker 2

你从来没评论过吗?

You never commented?

Speaker 2

你从来没给过一个爱心表情吗?

You never left, like, a heart emoji on there?

Speaker 2

你就是完全沉默?

No, you were just silent?

Speaker 2

没错。

Nope.

Speaker 3

只是静静地坐在那里

Just sitting in the Just

Speaker 0

所以那条私信是突然发给她的。

so the DM, the DM was literally out of nowhere to her.

Speaker 3

确实是。

It was.

Speaker 3

当时他在洛杉矶,而她正在北卡罗来纳州旅行。

Was in LA, so she was in North Carolina traveling around.

Speaker 3

她为纳斯卡工作,所以经常在全国各地奔波。

She works for NASCAR, so she's traveling around the country all the time.

Speaker 3

然后我看到她在洛杉矶。

And then I saw that she was in LA.

Speaker 3

所以那时我想,好吧,干脆直接拒绝吧,这样我们就不用再盯着这个个人主页了。

And so that's when I was like, Okay, let's just get denied right away so we can just not you know, be stalking this profile anymore.

Speaker 3

我老是说‘盯着’。

I keep saying stalking.

Speaker 3

我应该换一个词。

I should use another word.

Speaker 3

那该用什么词呢?

You what's the word?

Speaker 3

盯着。

Watching.

Speaker 2

盯着。

Watching.

Speaker 2

没有一个合适的词。

There's no good word.

Speaker 2

史蒂文,我问你个问题。

Steven, let me ask you this.

Speaker 2

很多女生都会想,哦,当分手发生时,当心碎发生时,我们会想,要是我不一样,要是我表现不同,要是我做了别的事,要是我更酷一点,要是我不回应,要是我回应得更冷静一点,也许他就会想娶我了。

You it know, a lot of girly pops, we are like, oh, you know, when a breakup happens, when a heartbreak happens, we're like, well, if I was different, if I acted different, if I did something different, if I was cooler, if I didn't respond, if I responded cooler, I could have made him wanna marry me.

Speaker 2

你相信这个吗?

Do you believe that?

Speaker 2

还是你只是相信,当你遇到对的人时,你就是遇到了对的人?

Or do you just believe that, like, when you meet your person, you meet your person?

Speaker 2

比如,你和你妻子在一起的时候,就是那种感觉吗?

Like, did you just know with your wife, you know?

Speaker 2

还是说,你能操控一个人,让他娶你?

Or was there like, can you manipulate someone into marrying you?

Speaker 2

邪教式的。

Culty.

Speaker 3

你知道,有些人确实可以。

Know, Are you some people definitely can.

Speaker 3

我不确定长远来看对你来说会怎样。

I don't know how it's gonna work out in the long run for you, necessarily.

Speaker 3

我祝他们好运,但我更倾向于认为,你知道,你马上就能知道。

I wish them the best, but I'm more of a, like, you know, you know, You know right away.

Speaker 3

这就像第一印象一样,他们向你展示的一切,甚至可以用体育来打比方:你一看就能知道一个人有没有那个潜质。

It's almost like when someone's, the first impression, they're showing you, there's even a sports analogy here where it's like, you can see somebody, you know if they have it or not right away.

Speaker 3

会成为超级巨星。

Gonna be a superstar.

Speaker 3

如果这个人注定会在你的小世界里成为超级巨星,你就该感受到那种胃里翻腾的感觉,无论怎样都要为他们腾出时间。

If so, if this person's gonna be a superstar in your little world, get that feeling where it's, you know, that feeling in the pit of your stomach and you make time for them no matter what.

Speaker 3

任何对话都是精彩的对话,不管多荒谬或多愚蠢,你都会觉得无比兴奋,

Any conversation is great conversation, no matter how ridiculous or stupid and how So exciting you knew,

Speaker 2

就像你们出去喝酒的时候,你们当时就想,哇哦。

like when you guys went on your drinks, you were like, oh wow.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 3

所以第一次约会,我的意思是,从我再次亲眼见到她之后,就没再在Instagram上看到她了。

So first date, I mean, from the minute I saw her in person after not seeing her on Instagram anymore.

Speaker 3

所以第一次,嗯,第一次交谈,你知道,对话飞快地进行,你就会觉得,哦,这里有些不一样。

So that first, yeah, first conversation, you know, the conversation's just flying and you're like, Oh no, something's different here.

Speaker 3

但这正是我们一直在寻找的。

But it's what we were looking for.

Speaker 3

这是我之前一直在寻找的旅程。

It's the search that I was on for a while.

Speaker 3

我和她一见面就感觉对了,之后每一步都越来越确认。

It happened right away with her, and then with each step, just got confirmed more and more.

Speaker 3

她当时只在城里待几天。

She was only in town for a couple more days.

Speaker 3

我当时住在圣地亚哥,所以我想,好吧,我必须在她离开前再见她一次。

I was actually living in San Diego at the time, and so I was like, All right, I need to see her one more time before she leaves.

展开剩余字幕(还有 64 条)
Speaker 3

于是我进行了有史以来最积极、最长途的一次约会,当天从圣地亚哥开车到洛杉矶接她,然后我们一起去了一趟尔湾。

So I went on the most aggressive, longest date as far as miles traveled in one day, as I drove from San Diego up to LA, picked her up, and then we went down to Orange County.

Speaker 3

我们一整天都待在一起。

We hung out for the day.

Speaker 3

我送她回洛杉矶,放下她后,又开车返回圣地亚哥。

I drove her back to LA, dropped her off, and then drove back to San Diego.

Speaker 3

为了确保在她回北卡罗来纳之前能完成第二次约会,我当天一共开了六个小时的车。

So I drove like six hours in one day just to make sure we got that second date in before she went back to North Carolina.

Speaker 2

这真是个很好的提醒:如果男人真的想见你,他们一定会想办法见到你。

This is a great reminder that if men wanna see you, they'll see you.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

你知道的

You know

Speaker 3

我的意思你明白吗?

what I mean?

Speaker 3

他们会的。

They will.

Speaker 2

比如,如果史蒂文能开车九小时去和这个女生约会,那他完全可以开车二十分钟来接你,即使他有那个什么‘流感’标签。

Like, if Steven can drive nine hours to take this woman on a date, that guy can drive twenty minutes to pick you up even though he has that hashtag flu.

Speaker 2

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 2

让我们都记住这一点。

Let's just all remember that.

Speaker 2

它应该

It should

Speaker 3

很简单,对吧?

be easy, right?

Speaker 3

我知道这并不总是如此,但至少应该是这样,你知道吗?约会的时候,你就该把时间清出来。

It's not, I know it's not always the case, but it should like the, like, right, let's, the hanging out, it's like you clear your schedule for it, you know?

Speaker 3

我知道有些人可能有点难搞,或者有各种情况,但我一直觉得,找到相处的时间应该是件简单的事。

And I know some people are maybe a little bit more difficult or whatever it may be is, but I've always found that it should be easy to find that time.

Speaker 2

我太喜欢了。

I love it.

Speaker 2

在你走之前,最后一件事,我想问问你关于《每个人都过得很好》。

Last thing before you go, I do want to ask you about Everyone is Doing Great.

Speaker 2

你制作了这部剧,写了剧本,还出演了,而且还会继续推出更多内容吗?

So you produced this, you wrote this, you starred in it, and there's more to come?

Speaker 2

你现在完成了吗?

Are you done now?

Speaker 2

你正在忙别的项目吗?

Are you working on something else?

Speaker 2

我们这部剧有很多特别经典的地方,他们管这叫什么来着?

We've It's got more to very iconic, what do they call it?

Speaker 2

哦,就像有一群忠实粉丝。

Oh, like a cult following.

Speaker 3

是的,我们有一个很棒的社群,从一开始就在帮助我们打造这部剧。

Yeah, we've got a great community that have helped even build the show from the beginning.

Speaker 3

我们在制作完一集后,通过众筹完成了第一季。

We crowdfunded the first season after we did an episode.

Speaker 3

我们带着它参加了几个电视节,然后询问大家是否愿意提供帮助。

We were taking it around to some TV festivals and then asked folks if they wanted to help out.

Speaker 3

我们通过众筹获得了一部分预算,而这足以引起其他人的兴趣。

We received a portion of our budget from the crowdfunding, and then that was enough to get other people interested.

Speaker 3

这个社群对于吸引投资者至关重要,他们愿意出资支持我们制作八集内容。

Having that community was so vital to getting investors involved that wanted to put forth their money to see eight episodes.

Speaker 3

所以,是的,我们做到了。

So, yeah, we did that.

Speaker 3

幸运的是,我们登上了Hulu。

Thankfully, we got to Hulu.

Speaker 3

他们与我们签订了几年的授权协议,这非常好。

They licensed us for a couple of years, which was great.

Speaker 3

Paramount+负责了国际发行。

Paramount plus did internationally.

Speaker 3

我们对那里发生的一切感到非常兴奋。

We were so pumped on what happened there.

Speaker 3

然后我们得到了消息,心想:是的,如果你们能独立制作下一季,我们会去看看,到时候再决定如何行动。

And then we kind of got the word, we're like, Yeah, maybe if you guys make another season independently, we'll check it out and we'll see where we're at at that time.

Speaker 3

所以我们回去后,再次向朋友们求助,开始制作第二季。

So we went back and we're calling in all the favors again with friends and we're making the second season.

Speaker 3

我们完成了制作,然后就一直在等待后续的发展。

We've done that and then we've just been waiting for the ride home.

Speaker 3

我们觉得这部剧至今还没有得到应有的认可。

We felt like it hasn't gotten its due quite yet.

Speaker 3

我们确实收到过一些提议,但没有一个我们认为符合这部剧的最佳利益,也不利于继续制作下去。

And we've had some offers, but nothing that we felt was in the best interest of the show and continuing to make the show.

Speaker 3

所以我们一直紧紧守护着它。

So, we've been holding it close.

Speaker 3

我们还经历了一次,我称之为,小小的分手。

We've also had, I call it, a little bit of a divorce.

Speaker 3

你可以称之为与我们之前的销售代理机构的理性分手。

You can call it a conscious uncoupling, if you will, from our sales agency where we were at before.

Speaker 3

我们不久前才开始与索尼合作,他们一直是很好的合作伙伴。

And we just started working with Sony not too long ago, and they've been great partners.

Speaker 3

所以,我们正重新回到市场上。

And so, yeah, we're just getting back out there.

Speaker 3

是的,我们一定会把它带到

Yeah, we're gonna bring it I
