天啊,我他妈突然顿悟了。

Oh my god, I've had a fucking epiphany.

Speaker 0

你本有自己的色彩,却被生活消磨殆尽。

You have your color and then life mutes it.

Speaker 0

在你某个回答里,它说了些不中听的话,

On one of your answers, it said something no,

Speaker 1

不,我说的是你。

no, I said you are.

Speaker 1

它说你缺乏同理心之类的。

It said something like lacking empathy.

Speaker 0

怎么了,婊子们?

What up bitches?

Speaker 0

刚从TED演讲舞台下来的她,将告诉我们为什么色彩不仅仅是表面的,它更是一种频率。

And fresh off the TED Talk stage, she's here to tell us why color is not just superficial, it is frequency.

Speaker 0

它具有治愈力,是我们拥有的最被低估的显化工具之一。

It's healing, and it's one of the most underrated manifestation tools we have.

Speaker 0

凯特,欢迎来到《吸引力法则改变了我的人生》。

Kate, welcome to Law of Attraction changed my life.

Speaker 1

这真是太棒了,我喜欢。

That is, I love that.

Speaker 1

非常感谢。

Thank you for that.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

这是我自己编的。

I made it up myself.

Speaker 1

非常专业,你是个行家,宝贝,我太喜欢了。

It's very pro, you're a pro, babes, I love it.

Speaker 0

我太兴奋了,因为色彩让我着迷。

I'm so excited because color me intrigued.

Speaker 0

你指的是什么,好吧,让我先说明一下,我们这里有一组问题,但我们说去他的问题。

What do you mean when, right, let me just actually, we've got a set of questions here and we said fuck the questions.

Speaker 0

我们确实这么做了。

We did.

Speaker 0

我们就随便聊聊吧,因为有太多内容需要探讨。

Let's just have a chat because there's so many things that we need to cover.

Speaker 0

你和许多人一样通过私信联系我,但你关于色彩如何影响我生活的见解真的让我惊叹不已。

You came into my DMs like so many others, but your insights into how color was affecting my life literally took my breath away.

Speaker 0

我想这还让我哭过一次,是不是?

And I think made me cry once, didn't it?

Speaker 0

我肯定给你发过语音留言哭诉。

I'm sure I sent you a voice note cry.

Speaker 1

你确实发过,是的。

You did, yeah.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 1

我们不会...好吧,可能会...算了,我什么都不说了,好吧。

We're not getting any, well, we might, well, I'm not saying anything, okay.

Speaker 1

它能打动你。

It can move you.

Speaker 1

是的,我

Yes, I

Speaker 0

最后哭了,还给你发了条带着哭腔的语音留言。

ended up crying, sending you a voice note crying about that.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你说的一切都非常——我都找不到词形容——就像完全说得通。

And everything you said was very, I can't even think of the word, like it totally made sense.

Speaker 0

所以你能告诉我们,这他妈到底是怎么回事吗?

So can you tell us, what the fuck is this all about?

Speaker 0

每种颜色都有各自的频率,并且影响着我们的生活。

That colors each have their own frequency and it affects our life.

Speaker 1

快他妈多讲点。

Fucking tell us more.

Speaker 1

这会让你大开眼界,因为首先,我看到你做了色彩分析。

So it's gonna rock your world this, Because I, so first of all, I saw you, you had your color analysis done.

Speaker 1

这就是颜色在你身上的呈现效果。

So this was how colors look on you.

Speaker 1

那些适合你肤色的颜色,简直太棒了,我超爱。

So the colors that suit your skin tone, brilliant, love that.

Speaker 1

而我二十五年前就开始做这个了,对吧?

And I started off twenty five years ago doing that, right?

Speaker 1

我发现它给人们带来了巨大改变,因为当你穿上适合的颜色,他们会说‘哦,我感觉好多了’。

And I saw it made a massive difference to people cause you wear color, they're like, Oh, I feel better.

Speaker 1

还有‘哦,人们开始注意到我了’之类的。

And, Oh, people are noticing and all that.

Speaker 1

这很棒。

And that was great.

Speaker 1

但后来我越来越频繁地遇到这种情况:给某人穿上非常衬他们的颜色,效果特别好。

But increasingly I'd put someone in a color that looked awesome on them, really good.

Speaker 1

我曾主持过一个叫《时尚对决》的电视节目,记得吗?

I had a TV series called Fashion Face Off, right?

Speaker 1

我总会在节目最后来个惊艳亮相。

I used do a big reveal at the end of it.

Speaker 1

我总爱给这些女士们穿上鲜亮的红色连衣裙。

And I was forever putting these women in this red, bright, like a bright red dress.

Speaker 1

她们平时习惯穿黑色运动服,突然就会惊呼:天啊我看起来美极了。

And they're used to wearing a black tracksuit and they'd go, Oh, I look amazing.

Speaker 1

她们的朋友们也会连连称赞:她看起来太惊艳了。

And all their mates would be like, She looks amazing.

Speaker 1

她简直光彩照人。

She looks amazing.

Speaker 1

但三周后,我就能在超市看到她们又穿回了黑色运动服。

And three weeks later, I'd see them down the supermarket in their black tracksuit.

Speaker 1

唉。

Oh.

Speaker 1

然后我就会想,发生什么了?

And I'd be like, what happened?

Speaker 1

从来不是因为不好看,因为确实一直都很好看。

And it was never that it didn't look good, because it always looked good.

Speaker 1

只是感觉不对。

It was, it just didn't feel right.

Speaker 1

感觉不像我自己。

It didn't feel like me.

Speaker 1

感觉太过头了。

It felt too much.

Speaker 1

所以我一直在想,我觉得这些人是在感受色彩。

So all along I've been like, I feel like people, these people are feeling color.

Speaker 1

他们真的在感受色彩吗?

Are they feeling color?

Speaker 1

是我的问题吗?

Is it me?

Speaker 1

我疯了吗?

Am I mad?

Speaker 1

真的不想告诉任何人。

Didn't really want to say it to anybody.

Speaker 1

然后我开始回顾过去,因为我正在写一本关于衣橱色彩这类主题的书。

And then I started looking back because I started writing a book about, oh, color in your wardrobe and all this sort of stuff.

Speaker 1

我意识到这不仅仅是衣服的问题。

And I'm like, this is not just your clothing.

Speaker 1

这里面还有更深层的东西。

There's something more here.

Speaker 1

我注意到每当我精力不济时——比如生第一个孩子后胖了六英石,还患有严重的产后抑郁。

And I noticed that whenever I had an energy dip or with my first baby, I put on sixth stone, I had really bad postnatal depression.

Speaker 1

我回看那时的照片,包括青春期自我探索、迷茫时期的照片,发现我的衣橱总是如实反映着心理状态。

And I look back at photos from that time and every time when I was a teenager, like when I was just finding myself, didn't know who I was, I'd mirror it in my wardrobe.

Speaker 1

我会把自己裹在黑色的茧里,食物也变得单调,仿佛把色彩从生活中彻底抽离了。

I'd go into a little cocoon of black and my food would go beige and I'd literally just lose, it's like I drained color out of my life.

Speaker 1

我当时就觉得,是的,这感觉就像生活有时充满活力、五彩斑斓,而有时又显得黯淡无光。

And I was like, yeah, that feels to me like sometimes life feels vibrant and colorful and sometimes it feels dark.

Speaker 1

于是我想我需要深入研究一下这个现象。

And I thought I need to look into this.

Speaker 1

所以我就这么做了。

So I just did.

Speaker 1

你知道的,我们都爱钻牛角尖,对吧?

And you know, we love a rabbit hole, don't we?

Speaker 1

你可是个钻牛角尖的狂热爱好者呢

You're a fan of a rabbit hole going

Speaker 0

穿过那些小小的兔子洞。

through Little those of getting rabbit hole.

Speaker 0

You

Speaker 1

就爱干这种事。

love one of them.

Speaker 1

于是我发现了这门色彩疗法课程,之前从未听说过。

So I found this course in chromotherapy, Never heard of it before.

Speaker 1

从未听说过。

Never heard of it.

Speaker 1

老实说,这门课程——我对色彩很着迷,但它考验了我,因为内容非常玄乎。

Honestly, this course, I mean, I'm obsessed with color and it tested me because it was very woo.

Speaker 1

虽然我喜欢玄学的东西,但我在想这对一个有三个孩子的母亲来说不实用,就像我一样,像你一样,很忙,手头一堆破事。

Now I love woo, but I'm thinking this is not practical for mother of three, same as me, same as you, busy, lots of shit on our plates.

Speaker 1

我该如何将这一点实际应用到生活中?

How can I practically bring this into my life?

Speaker 1

于是我想出了Chromie这个点子。

And that's where I came up with Chromie.

Speaker 1

本质上说,没错,颜色就是你能看见的能量

So essentially, yes, color is energy that you can see

Speaker 0

而且你能感受到它,这是不同频率的光,这就是我们看到特定颜色的原因。

and And you can feel it, it's different frequencies of light and that's why we're seeing the particular color.

Speaker 0

所以这当然会与提升你的振动频率有关,在不同层面上显化事物。

So of course that would be related to raising your vibration, manifesting things on different levels.

Speaker 0

你曾对我说过的一件事让我哭了,你说你看到我女儿们都穿着彩虹外套之类的,而我可能穿得像要去太平间似的,然后你说,哦,这下全明白了,你把所有色彩都给了女儿们。

One of the things you said to me that did make me cry is you said you saw a picture of my daughters all wearing like rainbow coats and stuff, and then I was probably like dressed like I was going to the morgue, and you were like, Oh, it all makes sense, you've given all your color to your daughters.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,就像火烈鸟一样,你知道火烈鸟失去所有颜色时的样子。

And I was like, Like the flamingos, you know the flamingos when they lose all their color.

Speaker 0

我觉得当你...我已经度过了五年,现在她们上学了所以情况有点不同,但那五年我完全处于生存模式。

And I feel like that when you are, I've spent five years, it feels like they're at school now, so it's a bit different, but for five years I was in survival mode.

Speaker 0

想到要醒来考虑穿什么颜色,或者整个房子都变成了米色,一切都变成了米色。

And the idea of waking up and thinking what color to wear, or my whole house turned beige, everything turned beige.

Speaker 0

现在回想起来,在生双胞胎前,我的房子不是米色的,我在伦敦的公寓里有绿色靠垫,养了很多植物,充满色彩,只是过去五年才变成这样。

And now I think about it, before I had the twins, my house wasn't beige, my flat in London, I had like, you know, green cushions and I'd loads of plants and I had color, it's only been in the last five years.

Speaker 0

所以我的衣柜变成了黑色,房子变成了米色。

So my wardrobe turned black and my house turned beige.

Speaker 0

而且你并不孤单,

And that you're not on your own,

Speaker 1

这其实再正常不过了。

this is like so normal.

Speaker 1

因为颜色就是这样存在的,要成为颜色,你必须处于可见光光谱中,明白吗?

This is what happens because yeah, color is, so to be a color, you are on the visible spectrum of light, okay?

Speaker 1

所以这不是哲学问题,本质上这是物理学。

So it's not philosophy, it's physics, essentially this.

Speaker 1

如果你需要证据,我刚做完这个TED演讲,我说的每句话都必须有科学研究和数据支撑。

So if you need proof, I've just done this TED talk and everything I did and said had to be qualified and show scientific studies and stuff.

Speaker 1

可见光光谱是从红色开始的。

But the visible spectrum of light, it starts at red.

Speaker 1

这是可见光谱中频率最低的。

That's the lowest frequency on the visible spectrum.

Speaker 1

比这更低的就是红外线了,对吧?

Anything lower than that is infrared, right?

Speaker 1

我们经常使用红外线。

And we use it all the time, infrared.

Speaker 0

哦,所以低频并不糟糕。

Oh, so low frequency isn't bad.

Speaker 0

不不不,好吧,明白了。

No, no, no, no, Okay, right.

Speaker 1

它们只是在你身体的不同部位振动,带来不同的效果。

They just vibrate at different points in your body and they give you different things.

Speaker 1

接下来我们会看看这些不同颜色能为你做些什么。

So we're gonna look at these different colors and what they can do for you.

Speaker 1

但你要知道可见光谱是从红色到白色的所有颜色,明白吗?

But if you think the visible spectrum is anything from red up to white, okay?

Speaker 1

顺序是红、橙、黄、绿、蓝、靛、紫、白。

So it goes red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, white.

Speaker 1

明白了吗?

Okay?

Speaker 1

比这频率低的都属于红外线。

Anything below that is infrared.

Speaker 1

我们对所有看不见的东西都着迷,比如红外线。

And we're obsessed with anything we can't see, infrared light.

Speaker 1

我是说,现在市面上有数十亿美元价值的红外线桑拿设备,我们都爱不释手。

I mean, there's billion dollars worth of infrared saunas going off at the moment and we love it.

Speaker 1

我们甚至看不见它,却对它痴迷不已。

We can't even see it, but we're obsessed with it.

Speaker 1

同时我们还痴迷于可见光谱之外的东西。

And then we're also obsessed with above the visible spectrum.

Speaker 1

比如紫外线,对吧?

So ultraviolet, right?

Speaker 1

我们都在买那些紫外线面膜、UV防护面罩之类的产品。

We're all buying these face masks, ultraviolet, UV face masks and all the rest of it.

Speaker 1

这就好像我们完全走向了光谱的两端,彻底忘记了中间我们真正能看见的部分。

So it's like we have gone either side of the spectrum, totally forgotten about the stuff we can actually see.

Speaker 1

真有意思。

Interesting.

Speaker 1

这就是我们每天都能看见并选择的能量,不仅体现在穿着上,还存在于我们的家居、食物等所有你声称失去色彩的领域——这些都是潜意识的。

And this is the energy we can see and we get to choose it every day, not just in what we're wearing, but in our homes, in our food, in all those areas that you say you lost color in and that's subconscious.

Speaker 1

所以色彩并不会在意识层面影响我们。

So color doesn't affect us consciously.

Speaker 1

我们不会想‘哦,那是红色,我们要停下’。

We don't think, Oh, that's red, we'll stop.

Speaker 1

它是一种潜意识的反射。

Or it's a subconscious reflex.

Speaker 1

因此它实际上绕过了你的意识思维,直接进入爬行动物脑,直达你的潜意识。

So it actually bypasses your conscious mind, goes straight into the reptilian brain, straight into your subconscious.

Speaker 1

它正在影响你。

It's affecting you.

Speaker 1

这就是品牌运用色彩的原因。

And that's why brands use it.

Speaker 1

看看你面前那个紫色罐子,它会让你产生某种特定感受。

You look at that can in front of you, it's a violet can, it makes you feel a certain way.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

如果是红色感觉就会不同。

It would feel different if it was red.

Speaker 0

或者看看绿色洗白,有多少公司在做绿色洗白的把戏。

Mean Or look at green washing, how many companies do green washing as There

Speaker 1

对,就是这样。

go, there you go.

Speaker 0

那我们该如何运用色彩来显化或改变我们的振动频率呢?

How can we use color to manifest then or to change our vibration?

Speaker 0

我们如何

How can

Speaker 1

以那种方式运用它?

we use it in that way?

Speaker 1

这真是太棒了。

So it's so good.

Speaker 1

所以实际上我会帮助人们,我会针对不同事物推荐颜色,我还做了一个关于色彩显化的小指南,因为它超级简单,却是我们很少思考的事情。

So literally I help people, I kind of prescribe colors for things and I've done a little guide to manifesting in color because it's super simple, but it's something we don't often think about.

Speaker 1

我们通常会想象自己的愿望并写下来,诸如此类。

We think, we visualize our manifestations and we write them down and all the rest of it.

Speaker 1

但当我们用颜色填充它们时,我们就在赋予它能量。

But when we color them in, we're giving it an energy.

Speaker 1

所以我们可以从理解不同颜色的含义和它们带来的不同能量开始。

So we can start by understanding what the different colors mean and what the different energies give.

Speaker 1

如果从红色开始,红色非常...我能猜猜看吗?

So if we start with red, so red is very Can I guess?

Speaker 1

是的,如果你...

Yeah, if you

Speaker 0

想和某人发生关系。

wanna have sex with someone.

Speaker 0

如果你想享受亲密时光的话。

If you wanna like have like sexy time.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

Do you

Speaker 1

知道吗,它代表着行动,更多的是行动。

know what, it's action, it's more action.

Speaker 0

是的,在某些方面

Yeah, in some ways quite

Speaker 1

红色中有很多行动在进行。

a lot of action going on in the red.

Speaker 1

有道理。

Fair enough.

Speaker 1

所以是的,有一点那个。

So yeah, a little bit of that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

事实上,当我们——我稍后也会告诉你关于你的灵魂阴影的事,那将是你能量的颜色。

In fact, when we, and I'm gonna tell you about your soul shade in a little bit as well, which will be the color of your energy.

Speaker 1

但当我们谈论显化时,这取决于你想显化什么。

But when we're looking at manifesting, it depends what you wanna manifest.

Speaker 1

比如如果我们考虑金钱,很多人关注的是金钱,我知道你即将举办目标设定派对,那肯定会与一些人的频率相契合。

So if we're looking at money, so a lot of people it's money, and I know you've got your goal setting party coming up and it'll be, that'll definitely be on some people's wavelength.

Speaker 1

那么这实际上是在绿色频率上振动。

Then that's really vibrating at a green frequency.

Speaker 1

所以它是关于平衡与感恩。

So it's balance and it's gratitude.

Speaker 1

我们都知道绿色本质上是金钱的颜色。

And we know that green, green is essentially the color of money.

Speaker 1

这是一种中等频率的振动,将会对人们有所帮助。

So that's a mid frequency vibration, which is gonna help people.

Speaker 1

所以关键在于设定这些事情。

So it's about setting these things.

Speaker 1

低频是能量积累的过程,明白吗?

So low frequency is energy building, okay?

Speaker 1

频率越低,积累的能量就越多。

So the lower the frequency, the more energy it's building.

Speaker 1

我知道这听起来有违直觉,当你说'我只想一直保持高频振动'时。

So I know it's counterintuitive when you go, I just wanna be vibing high all the time.

Speaker 1

我明白了。

I see.

Speaker 1

但如果你一直处于高频振动状态,紫色,就是

But if you're vibing high all the time, violet, which is

Speaker 0

我今天穿的颜色。

what I'm wearing today.

Speaker 0

会累吗?

Exhausting?

Speaker 0

这对你来说会累吗?

Is that exhausting for you?

Speaker 1

令人精疲力尽,同时也让人不堪重负。

Exhausting, but also quite overwhelming.

Speaker 1

这样你就会错过低频能量,而它正是行动力的源泉。

So then you miss out on the low frequency, which is your action.

Speaker 1

没错。

Right.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我们要做的就是把每种颜色进行配对。

So what we're gonna do with each of these colors is pair them up.

Speaker 1

每种颜色都会有一个对应的互补色。

They're each gonna have an opposite pair.

Speaker 1

比如说你想显化金钱,它是绿色的,明白吗?

So you've got, say you wanna, manifest money, it's green, okay?

Speaker 1

这是它的磁性配对色。

It's magnetic pair.

Speaker 1

所以你需要将绿色与红色或粉色配对,因为仅有平衡是不够的,你还必须设定界限并采取行动。

So the pair you need to put that green with is actually red or pink, Because there's no point in having this balance, you've gotta have your boundaries and your action with it as well.

Speaker 1

每种颜色都会在你的能量场中按下一个小按钮,使它们相互平衡。

So each of these colors are gonna push a little button within your energy to balance each other out.

Speaker 1

这有点像阴阳的概念,对吧。

It's a bit like your yin and yang type Right.

Speaker 1

这就像只有宏大的画面和愿景是不够的,我们都知道,如果不采取行动去实现它们,这些愿景就永远不会成真。

It's about a bit like having, if you've got only big pictures and big visions, but as we know, if you then don't take the action to get to those things, then they're never gonna come into fruition.

Speaker 0

在实际操作层面这会如何实现?

So how would that work on a practical level?

Speaker 0

如果你有一个财富碗,里面放绿色水晶吗?

If you had like a wealth bowl, is it with like green crystals in it?

Speaker 0

你还需要放些红色或粉色的东西来象征行动吗?

Would you also have something pink or red in there to symbolize the action?

Speaker 1

是的,绝对需要。

Yeah, definitely.

Speaker 1

顺便说,我超爱这本书,这个月的推荐读物。

So I'm loving the book by the way, the book this month.

Speaker 0

那本风水书,简直让人着迷。

The Feng Shui one, obsessed.

Speaker 1

对那本书着迷,完全着迷了。

Obsessed with that book, obsessed with it.

Speaker 1

我们还没讲到财位之类的,但已经非常令人兴奋了。

I'm So not, we're not into wealth corners or anything yet, but it's very exciting.

Speaker 1

不过没错,基本上你可以在家里这样布置。

But yeah, so what essentially you would do is you can create this in your home.

Speaker 1

你可以通过艺术品来运用它。

You can use it in artwork.

Speaker 1

我看到你布置了读书角,对吧?

And I saw, you did your book Nook, didn't you?

Speaker 1

用上了你所有的颜色。

With all your colors.

Speaker 1

我会让你,你不会,好吧,你会喜欢的。

I'm gonna get you to, you're not, well, you will like it.

Speaker 1

我会让你摆放

I'm gonna get you to put

Speaker 0

你的星座新

your sign new

Speaker 1

颜色。

colors.

Speaker 1

我会让你按能量排列它们。

I'm gonna get you to arrange them energetically.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

从你的红色到橙色,到黄色,到绿色,到蓝色,到靛蓝,到紫色。

So from your reds to your oranges, to your yellows, to your greens, to your blues, to your indigos, to your violets.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

因为接下来你将看到能量在积聚。

Because what you will see then is energy building.

Speaker 1

你可以,而且我痴迷于按颜色挑选书籍,你的书是粉色的,是的。

And you can, and I'm obsessed with going for books by their color and yours was pink, Yes.

Speaker 1

那不全与女性能量有关。

Wasn't All about feminine energy.

Speaker 1

所以作为一份用不同颜色对应不同显化效果的速查表,我已经把它整理在这本小指南里了。

So in terms of a cheat sheet to use in different colors for different manifestations, so I've got it in this little guide that I've put together.

Speaker 1

红色代表驱动力。

So red is all about drive.

Speaker 1

它关乎行动力。

It's about action.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

如果你想显化更自信的状态,比如在某个角色中保持自信,拥有自信,因为这本质上是显化一种感觉,对吧?

So if you want to manifest something that's more confident, you being confident in a role, you having the confident, because it's about manifesting a feeling, isn't it?

Speaker 1

这是关于显化你希望成为的状态。

It's about manifesting something that you want to be.

Speaker 1

因此红色更多与自信相关。

So red's more about confidence.

Speaker 1

橙色则更关乎创造力。

Orange is more about creativity.

Speaker 1

那么这是个创造性目标吗?

So is it a creative goal?

Speaker 1

是否是你渴望成为的样子,需要激发那种直觉,信任自己的本能?

Is it something that you want to be, that you really need to stimulate that gut feeling, trusting your own gut instinct?

Speaker 1

这对橙色来说是非常合适的颜色。

That That can be a really good color for oranges.

Speaker 1

若你追求更多赋能,黄色代表独立思考。

If you want more kind of empowerment, then yellow is that independent thinking.

Speaker 1

这是可见光谱中第三高频(或低频)的颜色。

So that's the third highest, the third lowest visible spectrum.

Speaker 1

为了让这个更实用,本质上就是根据你的需求自由搭配。

To make this really practical, it's essentially, yeah, pick and mix of what you need.

Speaker 1

较低频率的色彩能激发行动力并积蓄能量。

So lower frequency will build action and build energy.

Speaker 1

所以即使在住宅中,你也不会想被安排——之前你问过我关于女孩卧室的颜色,红、橙、黄都是真正能提升能量的色彩。那粉色呢?

So probably even in a house, you don't wanna be put in, you were asking me before about the girls bedrooms, red, orange and yellow are real energy boosting colors, What about pink?

Speaker 1

粉色也属于这个范畴。

Pink is in there as well.

Speaker 1

任何时候我们在颜色中加入白色,都会柔化它的强度,对吧?

Anytime we add white to a color, it just softens the intensity, right?

Speaker 1

所以粉色和红色振动频率类似,只是更柔和,没那么强烈。

So pink vibrates at the same sort of frequency as red, it's just softer, so it's not as intense.

Speaker 1

红色带有相当阳刚的能量。

So red's quite a masculine energy.

Speaker 1

粉色使其柔和,加入一点白色就降低了强度,创造出更偏阴柔的能量。

Pink softens it, put a bit of white in it, softens the intensity, creates more of a feminine energy.

Speaker 1

因此依然非常沉稳,依然非常自信,依然非常强大,但更偏向

So still really grounding, still really confident, still really strong, but more of

Speaker 0

女性化的特质。

a feminine.

Speaker 0

而你穿这个看起来美极了。

And you look gorgeous in it.

Speaker 0

所以我之前很担心这个,因为我的小女儿们说得委婉点有点疯,睡前特别难哄。我通过这次谈话,也通过那本风水书意识到,她们房间是粉色的——字面意义上的粉色天花板、粉色墙壁,所有东西都是粉的,但有一面墙贴着非常大胆的黑白壁纸。

So I was worried about that because my youngest daughters are a little bit crazy to say the least and like very difficult at bedtime and I realized, well, partially through this, but also through the Feng Shui book as well, that I have a pink, like literally pink ceiling, pink walls, everything, but then they have one wall that is just very, very bold black and white wallpaper.

Speaker 0

我该重新装修那个房间吗?

Should I redecorate that room?

Speaker 1

我会柔化它并提升其频率。

I'd soften it and take it to a higher frequency.

Speaker 0

把它柔化成软包牢房那样。

Soften it a padded cell.

Speaker 0

所以没错,务必确保没有任何

So yeah, absolutely make sure there's no

Speaker 1

尖锐物品。

sharp objects.

Speaker 1

但不必如此,我肯定会选择可见光谱中更高频段的颜色。

But no, I would definitely go the higher end of the visible spectrum.

Speaker 1

所以我会选择绿色、蓝色、靛蓝或紫色。

So I'd go either green, blue, indigo, violet.

Speaker 1

有意思。

Interesting.

Speaker 0

她们其实会喜欢紫色的。

They would love violet actually.

Speaker 1

这些是高频色彩,具有镇静效果。

They're higher frequency colors, so they are calming.

Speaker 1

想想大自然多么奇妙,它确实赋予了万物所需的色彩。

And if you think about nature's amazing and it literally gives these things the colors that they need.

Speaker 1

当我们考虑餐盘中的色彩时,比如食物,想想薰衣草的颜色对吧?

So when we're looking at coloring in your plate, so like your food, if you think of lavender, right?

Speaker 1

薰衣草是最具镇静效果的草本植物,它呈紫色,确切地说是紫罗兰色。

Lavender is the most calming kind of herb out there and it's purple, it is violet literally.

Speaker 1

这仍然讲得通。

It still makes sense.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It does.

Speaker 1

如果你想想绿色果汁,它确实能平衡酸碱度,让人平静并调节身体系统。

If you think about like a green juice, it's really balancing and alkalize, so it really, calms and it balances your system.

Speaker 1

而绿色在人体内对应着这种能量。

And the green color is that within the body.

Speaker 1

在脉轮系统中也是如此。

Within the chakra systems.

Speaker 1

非常充满活力且炽热,

Really energizing and fiery and

Speaker 0

你觉得红辣椒也是类似的效果吧。

you think like a red chili, similar thing.

Speaker 0

好的,有意思。

Okay, interesting.

Speaker 1

所以它会发热,提供热量,带来温暖,是的,本质上它是充满活力的。

So it'll be a, it'll heat, it gives heat, it's warmth, it's yeah, it's vital essentially.

Speaker 0

好的,那我需要彻底重新装修,没问题,我会做的。

Okay, so I need to completely redecorate, that's fine, I'll do that.

Speaker 0

Do you

Speaker 1

你知道吗,你可以从一个靠垫、一本书或一幅装裱画开始,你很喜欢HomeSense的东西,我也超爱HomeSense的。

know what, you can start with a cushion, a book, a framed print, you love a bit of HomeSense, I love a bit of HomeSense.

Speaker 0

我太喜欢它了。

I love it so much.

Speaker 1

我走进去的时候真的就是觉得,我需要给这个家添置点什么。

I literally went in there and was like, I just need to shift something in this house.

Speaker 1

我丈夫四年前病得很重,还经历了精神崩溃。

My husband was really ill about four years ago and he had a nervous breakdown.

Speaker 1

当他住进这家疗养院后,出院时我把家里色调全换成了绿色,因为一方面他需要疗愈,但我和孩子们也同样需要这种氛围。

When he went into like this residential care home, when he came out, I had changed the color scheme in the house to green because I just needed, A, he needed nurturing, but also me and the kids needed it.

Speaker 1

我们只是需要一种能让我们保持平衡的环境,不需要能量四处冲撞,这就是我们需要的。

We just needed something that was gonna hold us in that balanced, we didn't need our energy bouncing off all over the place, we just needed that.

Speaker 0

医院里从来不会用红色粉刷墙面,对吧?

Well, at hospitals, they're never ever painted red, are they?

Speaker 0

从不会。

Never.

Speaker 0

绝对不会。

Ever.

Speaker 0

永远都是淡绿色或淡蓝色。

It's always a pale green, a pale blue.

Speaker 1

而且很多蓝色。

And a lot of blue.

Speaker 1

蓝色与你的喉咙部位相关联。

And blue's linked to your throat.

Speaker 1

所以蓝色代表一切,这对你来说很有趣,因为我们做了个小测试,对吧?

So blue is all, which is really interesting with you because we did a little test, didn't we?

Speaker 1

我们做了些问卷调查,稍后会讨论,但蓝色是你曾说不太喜欢的颜色之一,而NHS使用蓝色因为它传递信任。

We did a little, we did some questionnaires before this and we'll get into that, but blue is one of the colors that you were saying I wasn't that keen on, like the NHS use blue because it communicates trust.

Speaker 1

所以它与你的喉轮紧密相关。

So it's a very, it's very linked to your throat chakra.

Speaker 1

这一切都与沟通和清晰有关——这里声音有点下降——清晰诚实的沟通。

It's all linked to communication and clear, bit of a drop there, clear honest communication.

Speaker 1

所以当你看到那些更企业化的品牌,比如会计师事务所之类的,那些让我觉得...

And so when you look at brands like more corporate brands, accountants, things like that, the stuff that makes me go,

Speaker 0

哦,它们全都

Oh, they're They're all

Speaker 1

采用蓝色就是因为他们想让你信任他们。

all blue because they want you to trust them.

Speaker 0

有意思。

Interesting.

Speaker 0

我的新logo里的粉色和橙色代表什么?

What does my pink and orange of my new logo mean?

Speaker 1

实际上它代表行动力。

So it's action actually.

Speaker 1

粉色象征你的女性力量,橙色则代表信任直觉与创造力。

Your pink is your feminine energy and your orange is trusting your gut instincts and your creativity.

Speaker 1

老实说这个组合非常完美。

So it's perfect to be perfectly honest with you.

Speaker 1

知道吗?

And you know what?

Speaker 1

这些恰恰是目前缺失的能量频率。

It's actually the frequencies that are missing at the moment.

Speaker 1

我给你做过色彩处方——这是我提供的一项服务。

When I did your, so I did you a color prescription, which is like a service that I do.

Speaker 0

我太期待听到这个了!

I'm so excited to hear this.

Speaker 1

所以当我这么做时,我是说,当你拿到那份问卷时,你肯定在想:这到底是什么?

So when I do that, I mean, when you got that questionnaire, you must've been like, what the hell is this?

Speaker 1

因为她问我为什么她要问我是否有腿疼?

Because she's asking me about why is she asking me if I've got any leg pain?

Speaker 0

我在那东西上勾选了很多选项。

I ticked a lot of boxes on that thing.

Speaker 1

确实有很多。

There were a lot.

Speaker 0

我当时心情不好。

I was having a bad day.

Speaker 1

有很多选项被勾选了,我问了人们关于免疫力、焦虑、不安全感等各种问题,因为这些构成了我们的人性。

There were a lot of boxes ticked, I asked people stuff like immunity about their anxiety, insecurity, all these different things, because this is what makes us human.

Speaker 1

这些是我们身体的组成部分。

These are the elements of our body.

Speaker 1

这就是构成我们的元素。

This is what makes us up.

Speaker 1

如果你想想,我不知道你是否在这里了解过气场或知道关于气场的事,我当时在那个心灵、身体和精神节上,又错过见你了。

And if you think of, I don't know if you've done about auras on here or know about auras, I was at that mind, body and spirit festival, which I missed you again.

Speaker 1

在一个快乐的地方错过了你,我在那里也错过了你,但我确实在场。

Missed you at a happy place and I missed you there, but I was there.

Speaker 1

我的气场被拍出来是红色的,但整体都是蓝色的。

I had my aura red and it was all blue.

Speaker 0

是用那个摄像头拍的吗?

What with the camera thing?

Speaker 1

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你觉得那玩意儿靠谱吗?

Do you think that's a load of shit?

Speaker 1

你有好好试过那个吗?

Have you ever had that done well?

Speaker 0

我做过两次,但还是不知道那玩意儿靠不靠谱。

I've it done twice and I don't know if it's a load of shit.

Speaker 0

是什么颜色的?

What color was it?

Speaker 0

别说了,我记得是橙色和蓝色。

Don't even, I think it was orange and blue.

Speaker 0

所以那就是

So that's

Speaker 1

有意思,因为那本来就是一对有磁性的颜色。

interesting because that's a magnetic pair anyway.

Speaker 1

不过那可能是骗人的。

That could be a lie though.

Speaker 1

我不记得了。

I don't remember.

Speaker 1

这对我有效。

It's working for me.

Speaker 1

好吧,我对气场解读了解不多,但气场解读是根据能量来的,它会给你的能量赋予一个颜色,本质上就是这样,明白吗?

Well that, I don't know enough about aura reading, but aura reading goes off energy and it gives your energy a color, which is essentially what this is, okay?

Speaker 1

那天我和我的朋友丹妮尔一起去的,她是个催眠治疗师。

That day I'd gone with my mate Danielle, who's a hypnotherapist.

Speaker 1

她非常了不起。

She's incredible.

Speaker 1

我们刚进行了一场最深入的女性心理疗愈,一路开车去伯明翰的路上都在聊。

And we had just had like the biggest girl therapy session, just driving all the way down to Birmingham.

Speaker 1

我一直说个不停,对吧?

And I'd been talking nonstop, right?

Speaker 1

然后我做了这个气场解读,全是蓝色,这基本上与我的喉轮相关,象征着开放的沟通。

And then I had this aura reading and it was all blue, which is essentially linked to my throat chakra, which is like open communication.

Speaker 1

所以从颜色角度来说,这对我来说完全合理。

So it made total sense to me in terms of color.

Speaker 1

因此在那方面确实让我觉得完全合理。

So it did make total sense to me with that.

Speaker 1

不过没错,当我做色彩处方时,本质上我是在寻找你能量中的阻塞点。

But yeah, when I do a color prescription, essentially what I'm doing is I'm looking for blockages in your energy.

Speaker 1

这就是我在寻找的。

That's what I'm looking for.

Speaker 1

所以,如果你正遭受过度思考或焦虑的困扰,这可能表明某些区域存在能量阻塞。

So, if you if you're suffering with overthinking or or anxiety, that can show that there's certain blockages in certain areas.

Speaker 1

然后我会收集你所有的答案,并把它们汇总起来。

And then I get all your answers and I collect them all together.

Speaker 1

接着我会为每个问题匹配一种能帮助解决它的颜色,这与频率有关

And then I give each of them a color that could help with it to do with Should the frequency of the

Speaker 0

我们来看看我的能量处方?

we get into my prescription?

Speaker 1

你想知道我们在讨论什么吗?

You wanna know what we're talking about?

Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

所以别担心。

So don't be worried.

展开剩余字幕(还有 430 条)
Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

首先,我们从你的灵魂色调开始,好吗?

So there were, first of all, I'll start with your soul shade, right?

Speaker 0

哦,我能猜猜看吗?

Oh, can I guess?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

是薄荷绿吗?

Is it mint green?

Speaker 0

是吗?

Is it?

Speaker 0

是绿色。

It's green.

Speaker 0

绿色是我最喜欢的颜色。

Green's my favorite color.

Speaker 0

天啊。

Oh my God.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

是绿色的。

It's green.

Speaker 1

我记录下你的颜色描述是绿色。

I've got your It's color description green.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以,本质上当灵魂阴影是你的颜色时,这个颜色就是你内心的核心色彩。

So you, so essentially when a soul shade is the color of you, the color that is at the center of you.

Speaker 1

有时候这个颜色并不总是我们喜欢的颜色。

And sometimes this is not always a color that we like.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 1

在你身上是这样,在我身上也曾如此。

It is in your case and it was in my case.

Speaker 1

我的灵魂色彩也是绿色的。

My soul shade is green as well.

Speaker 1

你知道当你走进一个房间时,会有那种感觉——‘啊,她和我气场相合’。

And you know when you come into a room and you're like, oh, she's my kind of vibe.

Speaker 1

我常有这种感觉。

I get that feeling.

Speaker 0

你知道灵魂色彩是什么吗?

Do you know what the soul shade is?

Speaker 1

因为我有一套自创的评估体系,本质上与性格相关,但也关联着你的能量状态。你填写的所有问题,让我能大致勾勒出你面临的困境。

Because I have a system that I put things through which I've devised, which is essentially linked to personality, but it's also linked to your energy and how you So all these questions that you filled out in here, I've been able to build up a bit of a picture of you with the things that you struggle with.

Speaker 1

我对你稍有了解。

I know a little bit about you.

Speaker 1

其实你在播客上相当坦诚。

Well, you're quite open on this actually on this podcast.

Speaker 1

对你有些了解。

A little bit about you.

Speaker 1

所以我在犹豫是否该先分享这个。

So that's why I was like, do I share this first?

Speaker 1

通常我会先和人聊聊再分享。

Or normally I would speak to someone before I'd share it.

Speaker 1

我现在真的非常担心。

I've got a really I'm getting really worried.

Speaker 1

我已经开发了一个简单的在线方式——你回答这些问题后系统会自动生成你的灵魂色彩,因为我已经能精准把握这个标准了。

I've got a really easy way to do it online because I've now put this into something where you can go, you answer all these questions and it will generate your soul shade because I've managed to get it down to that much of a T.

Speaker 1

本质上这是你向世界释放的能量。

So essentially it's the energy that you put out into the world.

Speaker 1

每个人都有自己独特的灵魂色彩。

And everyone has their own soul shade.

Speaker 1

它会改变吗?

Does it change?

Speaker 1

不,基本不会。

No, not really.

Speaker 1

通常我会说,不要对小孩做这个,因为他们还不真正了解自己。

Usually I say, don't be doing this to kids because kids don't really know who they are.

Speaker 1

他们还在塑造自己的性格、兴趣以及所有这类特质。

They're still working out their personality and what they're into and all that sort of stuff.

Speaker 1

所以通常从25、26岁左右开始思考‘我究竟是谁’是个不错的时机。

So usually from about the age of 25, 26 is a pretty good time to start going actually, well, who am I?

Speaker 1

如果某人正从零开始思考‘我的生活缺乏色彩’,这会非常有效。

And this is super powerful if someone's starting from the ground going actually, I'm just, my life is lacking color.

Speaker 1

我感觉身处黑暗,四周毫无色彩——因为它能帮你重新连接真实的自我。

I feel in a dark place and there's no color anywhere because it'll reconnect you with who you are.

Speaker 1

这真的很有趣。

This is really interesting.

Speaker 1

所以你的颜色是绿色,对吧?

So yours is green, okay?

Speaker 1

这与你的心轮紧密相连。

So it's very much linked to your heart chakra.

Speaker 1

你非常关心他人,是个共情者。

You're very caring, you're an empath.

Speaker 1

但这里实际上说你并不是。

So on here it said actually that you weren't.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

在你的一条回答中,提到类似这样的话,

On one of your answers, it said something like,

Speaker 1

不,我说的是你。

no, I said you were.

Speaker 0

上面写着类似缺乏同理心的话。

It said something like lacking empathy.

Speaker 0

我有件特别奇怪的事,你知道吗?

So I have this really weird thing, right?

Speaker 0

我根本看不了TikTok,因为总会刷到家长管教孩子的视频。我共情能力太强了,完全看不下去,最后总会哭着打电话给朋友,那些画面会在脑子里萦绕好几天。哪怕只是看到小宝宝被妈妈训斥,我都受不了。

So I can't look at TikTok, I can't watch it because I seem to have videos come up that are like parents disciplining their children, and I am such an empath, I literally can't watch it, I'll end up phoning a friend in tears and it will haunt my brain for days, Literally just a little baby that's like being told off by their mom can't cope with it.

Speaker 0

但有时候认识的人会说'我爷爷刚去世'这种话,我却完全无动于衷。

But then sometimes someone I know will say like, oh, my granddad just died and I've got zero empathy.

Speaker 0

我也不知道为什么会这样。

And I don't know why.

Speaker 1

你确实是个共情者。

Well, are an empath.

Speaker 1

你确实是个共情者

You are an empath in

Speaker 0

这让我,这让我很震惊,因为我会想,我真的很努力去关心,我只是说,哦,那是个遗憾,不是吗?

the right It shocks me because I'm like, and I'm really struggling to like care, I'm just like, oh, that's a shame, isn't it?

Speaker 0

就像,这是否让我联想到我不知道的坏事?

Like, does that make me associate bad that I don't know?

Speaker 1

不,但在你的内心深处,你确实是个共情能力极强的人。

No, but in your core, you are such an empath.

Speaker 1

真的就是如此,你在乎,有时甚至在乎得过了头。

Literally are and you care and you you can care too much.

Speaker 1

你可能会过度宽容,过度给予他人信任,这种性格可能已经让你吃过不少苦头。

You can literally be over forgiving and over, you can give people the benefit of the doubt way too many times and it's probably burnt you on the ass before now.

Speaker 1

你付出太多,最终把自己搞得精疲力竭。

And you give so much you end up on the floor.

Speaker 1

这就是曾经的我,完全把自己耗尽了。

And that was me, completely ended up on the floor.

Speaker 1

所以接下来我们要关注的是你的磁性配对。

And so then what we're gonna look at is actually your magnetic pair.

Speaker 1

你的治愈配对是红色和粉色。

So your healing pair is your red and pink.

Speaker 1

你今天正好穿着这个配色呢,Vavs。

You're wearing it today, Vavs.

Speaker 1

我太喜欢这个了。

I love this.

Speaker 0

真是个惊喜。

What a surprise.

Speaker 1

好的,这能帮你建立一些边界感——我觉得你现在这方面已经在进步了,因为随着个人成长,你会越来越意识到自己是个共情者。

Okay, so what that does is that's gonna give you some boundaries, which I feel like you're gonna be getting better at now anyway, because the more personal development you do, the more you realize you are an empath.

Speaker 1

这并非坏事。

And that's not a bad thing.

Speaker 1

反而是件好事。

That's a good thing.

Speaker 1

但我们同时也需要这些边界,这样共情能力才不会演变成讨好型人格。

But what we need is we need those boundaries as well so that our empath doesn't get tipped into people pleaser.

Speaker 1

因为那可能是它的另一面。

Because that can be another side of it.

Speaker 1

而这种绿色灵魂阴影——你总是把自己的色彩奉献给别人——就是典型表现,因为你总想拯救每个人、帮助每个人。

And this green soul shade that giving your color away is so typical of that because you wanna fix everyone and you wanna help everyone.

Speaker 1

甚至连读书会那些讨厌的家伙,你也想为她们做尽一切。

And even with your book club bitches, you wanna do everything for them.

Speaker 1

你听不得她们处境艰难,总想帮忙解决,想给她们这个,想给她们全世界,结果只会让自己精疲力竭。

You don't wanna hear they're having a hard time, you wanna try and fix it, you wanna give them this, you wanna give them the world and you will end up feeling really depleted.

Speaker 1

所以我们需要给你的生活增添更多绿色,因为这才是能让你恢复元气、重新充电的能量。

So we need to bring more green into your life because that is what is going to restore you and that's what's gonna recharge you.

Speaker 1

你之前提到旧公寓的事很有意思,我知道你一直对伦敦有种特殊情结,被这座城市吸引,怀念在那间公寓的时光。

Now, it's so interesting what you were saying about your old flat because I know you've been having this thing where London, you feel so drawn to it and drawn to London and your time in that flat.

Speaker 1

你当时说那间公寓里摆满了植物,还有绿色靠垫。

And you were saying then there were loads of plants in that flat and you had green cushions.

Speaker 1

简直像个温室。

It was like a greenhouse.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以它很符合你的气场。

So it fitted your vibe.

Speaker 1

我明白了。

I see.

Speaker 1

它补充了你的能量。

It replenished your energy.

Speaker 0

我现在住的房子里,每株植物都会死,这意味着什么?

The house I live in now, every plant dies, what does

Speaker 1

你根本不会照顾植物。

that You're shit at looking after plants.

Speaker 0

我以前很擅长照料植物,但在这房子里,它们都奄奄一息,我就在想——这是不是煤矿里的金丝雀?

I used to be able to look after plants so well and in this house, like they just all struggle and I'm like, is this the canary?

Speaker 0

这是不是我们都他妈要完蛋的征兆?

Is this the sign that we're all gonna fucking die?

Speaker 0

不,你知道真正原因吗?

No, do you know what it is?

Speaker 1

我觉得还有——你现在搬到乡下了对吧?

I think as well that when you, so you've moved to the country, right?

Speaker 1

同样地,实际上当你身处户外时,你喜欢那种感觉吗?

As well, which actually, when you're out there, do you enjoy that?

Speaker 1

你喜欢置身于绿色大自然中的感觉吗?

Do you enjoy being outside in the green?

Speaker 1

因为我知道你是个城市女孩。

Because I know you're a city girl.

Speaker 0

讨厌死了。

Hate it.

Speaker 0

我喜欢沿着街道散步,就像Lily Allen那首老歌里唱的,看着街头的瘾君子,我就爱这种调调。

I love to walk along the street a little bit like that old Lily Allen song, like seeing the crackhead on the street, I love it.

Speaker 0

我会说'哇,快看那涂鸦'。

I'm like, oh, look at that graffiti.

Speaker 0

我对此乐此不疲。

I thrive on that.

Speaker 0

前几天我和姐姐去了肖尔迪奇区,我感觉自己像变了个人似的。

My sister and I went to Shoreditch the other day and I'm like, I'm like a different person.

Speaker 0

事实上,前几天我和某人聊天时她说,在迪拜的棕榈岛上时,她展现出了自己最完美的状态。

And in fact, I was speaking to someone the other day and she said that when she's on The Palm in Dubai, she's the very best version of herself.

Speaker 0

我当时就说,对啊,太真实了。

And I'm like, yeah, it's so true.

Speaker 0

在乡下时我就不是最佳状态,不过那种生活确实很轻松,对我来说像是个缓冲垫。

I'm not the best version of myself in the countryside, but it is a very easy life, it's a cushion for me.

Speaker 1

你觉得是不是因为那一面的你——那种绿色能量让你显得更柔和些?

Do you think it's because that side of, so the green energy in you is a bit softer.

Speaker 1

对吧。

Right.

Speaker 1

而当你进入城市时,你展现的更多是红色特质而非粉色特质。

And actually when you come into the city, you're probably coming more into your reds than your pinks.

Speaker 1

就像你的磁性配对,你的疗愈配对,这能给你能量。

So your magnetic pair, your healing pair, and it's giving you energy.

Speaker 1

这几乎就像在给你行动力,让你更能扮演好这个角色,你觉得呢?

It's almost like giving you action and you can play the role a bit more, do you think?

Speaker 1

你是否觉得在那种状态下可以更直接地表达自己,而当你回归到那种绿色能量时反而会有些脆弱?

That actually you can be more, that it can be more direct, where I guess when you retreat back into that green, it's a bit vulnerable?

Speaker 1

因为周围不再有那些人围绕,也没有了伦敦的安全网,但你是回到家人身边了,对吧?

Because you haven't got all those people around you anymore and your London kind of safety net, but you're going back to family, aren't you?

Speaker 1

他们住在乡下吗?

They're in the countryside, are they?

Speaker 0

是的,我搬去那里就是因为我的家人都住在那里。

Yes, so I moved there because all my family live there.

Speaker 1

这真有意思。

So interesting this.

Speaker 1

而且很美好。

And it's lovely.

Speaker 1

这几乎像是你内在自我的某种并置,因为我记得你之前说过,你曾经很喜欢骑马,后来你尝试了

It's almost like there's a bit of a juxtaposition between your inner self, because then I was listening, did you say about, you used to love horse riding and then you tried it

Speaker 0

然后你就觉得,什么?

and you were like, what?

Speaker 0

我以前养过马,整个青春期我都是个爱马如命的女孩。

I used to have horses, like I was a horsey bitch my whole teenage years.

Speaker 0

后来我们在读书俱乐部读了本叫《乐趣的力量》的书,我就想,我要去上马术课。

And then we did a book in the book club called The Power of Fun and I was like, I'm gonna go on a horse riding lesson.

Speaker 0

结果他妈的讨厌死了。

Fucking hated it.

Speaker 0

我讨厌每一分钟汗流浃背的体验。

I hated every sweaty minute of it.

Speaker 0

我对此深恶痛绝。

I loathed it.

Speaker 0

我甚至为那匹马感到难过。

I felt sorry for the horse.

Speaker 0

我对那匹马产生了强烈的共情。

I had such empathy for the horse.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,这匹马根本不想干这个。

I was like, this horse don't wanna do this.

Speaker 0

这太糟糕了。

This is horrible.

Speaker 0

我只想给你自由意志。

I just wanna give you free will.

Speaker 0

就是,嗯,这个

Like, yeah, it's

Speaker 1

你觉得是因为在绿色环境里才喜欢的吗?

Was it, do you reckon it was being in the green that you liked?

Speaker 1

是环境因素还是单纯喜欢骑马本身?

Was it the environment or was it just the riding that you liked?

Speaker 1

这很有趣,因为有时候颜色会关联到具体的时间或地点之类的。

Was it, it's so interesting because sometimes the color can be associated to an actual time or a place or whatever.

Speaker 1

上周有位女士,她唯一的色调就是蓝色。

I had a lady the other week whose sole shade was blue.

Speaker 1

她来咨询时我们单独聊过,她说只要主色调不是蓝色,她就能接受。

And when she came in and we did a one to one, she was like, as long as my sole shade isn't blue, I'll be fine.

Speaker 1

哦,真要命,结果就是蓝色。

And oh, fuck me, it was blue.

Speaker 1

我当时就说,好吧,蓝色有什么问题?

And I was like, right, what's the problem with blue?

Speaker 1

她问,你觉得这是蓝色吗?

She said, do you think it's blue?

Speaker 1

我说是的,因为她从事市场营销,热爱唱歌,年轻时还当过歌手。

I said, yeah, because she was in marketing, she loved singing and she was a singer when she was younger.

Speaker 1

当我向她解释蓝色与她的喉咙、沟通能力以及清晰表达密切相关时,她痛哭了一场。

And when I explained to her that blue was very much linked to her throat and her communication and her ability to communicate really clearly, she had a really good cry.

Speaker 1

我们经常因为颜色而哭泣。

We do a lot of crying to do with color.

Speaker 1

她说,是的,我完全失声了,因为我曾处于一段无法发声的恋爱关系中。

And she said, yeah, I've just completely lost my voice because I was actually in a relationship where I couldn't use my voice.

Speaker 1

那是我当时无法做到的事。

It wasn't something that I was able to do.

Speaker 1

所以她几乎与自我失去了联系。

So she'd almost become disconnected from herself.

Speaker 1

有时候我们的灵魂色彩能提醒我们真正的自我,让我们重新与自己连接。

And sometimes our soul shade can remind us who we actually are and connect us back into who we are.

Speaker 1

于是她重新与蓝色建立了联系。

So she reconnected back in with the blue.

Speaker 1

所以我希望你也尝试重新与你的绿色建立连接。

So I want you to try and reconnect in with your green.

Speaker 0

你是说(如果我理解错了请纠正),我青少年时期有马,整天在户外,我超爱那种生活。

So are you saying, correct me if I'm wrong, that when I was a teenager, I had horses, I was outside all the time, I loved that shit.

Speaker 0

然后二十多岁时我变成了浪荡女,搬到伦敦,经历了那个阶段。

And then when I was in my twenties, I turned into a hoe, moved to London, did that phase.

Speaker 0

现在我又回到乡村,却发现自己讨厌田野。

And now I'm back in the countryside and I'm like, I hate fields.

Speaker 0

我家窗外的景色是别人梦寐以求的,就是一望无际的起伏田野,人们总问'这难道不美吗?'

Like my house has got views people would kill for, just literally open rolling fields, people are like, Isn't it amazing?

Speaker 0

我是觉得,我喜欢来伦敦的时候,能看见别人家的窗户里面。

I'm like, I like it when I come to London, can see in people's windows.

Speaker 0

不过,你是这个意思吗?

But yeah, is that what you're saying?

Speaker 0

我是在拒绝自己的根吗?

Am I rejecting my roots?

Speaker 0

因为我现在讨厌马了,其实也不是讨厌。

Because I hate horses now, I don't hate them.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,我不会踢它们,但是

I mean, I won't kick one, but

Speaker 1

你知道吗,你会骑一匹马吗?

like Do know what, would ride one?

Speaker 1

有可能。

Could be.

Speaker 1

我认为这对你来说会是一段旅程,这个关于颜色的事情,因为我知道我们聊过很多次关于无色和米色的话题,而且当我们退缩到黑色时,有种叫色彩恐惧症的东西,本质上就是对颜色的恐惧。

And I think this is gonna be a journey for you, this color thing, because I know we've had lots of chats about no color and beige and often when we retreat into black, there's a thing called chromophobia, which is basically a fear of color.

Speaker 1

并不是说,我害怕色彩。

And it's not like, I'm scared of color.

Speaker 1

更多的是,当你撞上南墙,经历创伤性事件时,生活中的一切会变得如此难以承受——我们都有创伤,大的小的,生活扔给你的种种糟心事。

It's more that you can become so overwhelmed in your life when you've hit a brick wall, when you've gone through traumatic things, we all have traumas, big traumas, little traumas, shit life throws at you.

Speaker 1

这种压力如此之大,以至于你会把自己裹进茧里。

And it's so overwhelming that you go into a cocoon.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

而这个茧往往就是黑色、米色或灰色,很难从中挣脱出来,直到...

And that cocoon is very often black or beige or grays and it's difficult to get out of there and until

Speaker 0

有人说这是少做一个决定。

someone It's one less says decision.

Speaker 0

完全正确。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

我就像个蹩脚的史蒂夫·乔布斯,每天穿着黑色高领毛衣和牛仔裤——不过对我来说是打底裤配黑色或灰色卫衣,这样就少做一个决定。

I'm like a shit Steve Jobs, where every day I get out my black turtleneck and my jeans, but it's for me, it's like leggings and a black sweatshirt or a gray sweatshirt and it's like, it's one less decision that I have to make.

Speaker 0

但当你环顾四周时,你会突然意识到:天啊,我整天穿着黑色,住的房子也是忧郁的米色。

But then when you do look around, you're like, oh, I'm wearing black all the time and I've got a sad beige house.

Speaker 0

对了,你前几天看到社交媒体上疯传的那个视频了吗?

Like, did you see that video the other day that's been going around on social media?

Speaker 0

那倒不是什么阴谋论,

That's like, not a conspiracy theory,

Speaker 1

I

Speaker 0

我觉得它讲的是过去事物都充满色彩——你看以前的建筑风格,人们的汽车都是蓝色、绿色、黄色、橙色的,就连麦当劳以前也是红黄相间,现在一切都变成灰色了。

think it's about like how things used to be full of color and you look at like how buildings were built and everyone's cars were like blue, green, yellow, orange, and like even McDonald's, McDonald's used to be red and yellow and now everything is gray.

Speaker 0

看完那个视频后,我觉得他们这样做是为了降低人们的能量频率,让人抑郁和悲伤。

And when I saw that video and they think they're doing it to make everybody low vibrational, to make people depressed and make people sad.

Speaker 0

自从看了那个视频,我开始观察周围,发现街上每家店铺都刷成灰色,简直难以置信。

And since looking at that, I've been looking around and I'm like, oh my God, on the street, every shop is painted gray.

Speaker 0

每辆车不是黑色、白色就是灰色。

Every car is black, white or gray.

Speaker 0

到处都是单调的黑白色调。

Like there's so much monochrome.

Speaker 1

确实如此,而且这样也很安全。

It's true because it's safe as well.

Speaker 1

而且我觉得,我们也变得害怕冒犯别人。

And I think as well, we become worried about offending people.

Speaker 1

万一有人不喜欢怎么办?那又怎样?

Well, what if someone doesn't like it, so what?

Speaker 1

这对你来说意味着什么?

What does it mean to you?

Speaker 1

颜色对我们每个人来说都不同,对每个人都有不同的意义。

And color's different for all of us and it means different things for all of us.

Speaker 1

它给我们每个人的感受也不同。

And it feels different to all of us.

Speaker 1

我认识的一些人会说:'我对那个黄色不太确定'或者'我不能穿那个颜色'。

Some people I know be like, Oh, I'm not too sure about that yellow or I can't wear that.

Speaker 1

但我就是经常穿那件黄色外套,感觉棒极了。

But I rock out in that yellow coat constantly and it feels great to me.

Speaker 1

然后这样做的人,那种氛围会吸引你的同类。

And then the people that do that, that vibe attracts your tribe type thing.

Speaker 1

你开始吸引其他人。

You start attracting other people.

Speaker 1

当你开始穿绿色时,你会感觉吸引其他喜欢绿色的人。

You'll feel attracts other green people when you start wearing green.

Speaker 0

你知道吗,我前几周穿着这件开衫去健身房,有位女士说,我喜欢你的开衫。

Do you know, I wore this cardigan to the gym the other week and this lady was like, I love your cardigan.

Speaker 0

我说,非常感谢。

I was like, thank you very much.

Speaker 0

从来没人会说,哦,我喜欢你的什么什么,但仅仅因为它很亮眼。

No one ever says like, oh, I love your whatever, but it's just because it was bright.

Speaker 0

她被吸引住了。

She attracted to it.

Speaker 1

还有一点,你会变得更显眼。

And that's another thing, you will become more visible.

Speaker 1

所以你会更引人注目。

So you'll be more visible.

Speaker 1

这再次说明,这是在走出舒适区。

So that is again, that's stepping out of a comfort zone.

Speaker 1

当我们谈论颜色时,我们其实在讨论茧房、舒适区,实际上是在探讨能量——那种自信的能量可能与你现在的状态相距甚远。

So when we're looking at color, we're looking at cocoons, we're looking at comfort zones and actually we're looking at energy and that confident energy might be a world away from where you are right now.

Speaker 1

如果确实如此,那也没关系。

So if it is, then that's alright.

Speaker 1

我们现在暂时不选那种亮红色。

We just don't go for that bright red right now.

Speaker 1

但或许我们可以把它柔化成粉色,或者如果你的灵魂色调是绿色,我们就从绿色开始。

But what maybe we do is we soften it into a pink or actually, if your soul shade is green, we start with a green.

Speaker 1

让我们从真实的你开始,然后逐步发展。

Let's start with who you are and we build from there.

Speaker 1

这样我们可以从两侧逐步构建。

So we can build either side of it.

Speaker 1

我们可以从绿色开始,它正好位于可见光谱的中间。

So we can go from green, which is right in the middle of the visible spectrum.

Speaker 1

我们可以向下选择黄色,就像你今天穿的颜色。

We can go to one below, which is yellow, which you're wearing today.

Speaker 1

也可以向上选择蓝色。

We can go to one above, which is blue.

Speaker 1

我们只是开始调整光的频率。

And we just start shift in frequencies, frequencies of light.

Speaker 1

因为是光频率,我们知道会吸引与我们释放的相同频率,对吧?

And because it's frequencies of light, we know that we attract what we put out, right?

Speaker 1

而且颜色是完全相同的。

And it's exactly the same color.

Speaker 1

所以如果你开始用颜色吸引不同事物——比如更有目的性地,我今天特意穿了紫色。

So if you start using color to attract different things, so more purpose driven, I'm wearing purple today, intentionally.

Speaker 1

因此,如果我们开始有意识地吸引事物进入生活,我们也就开始有意识地调整自身频率。

So if we start attracting, we start attracting things intentionally into our lives and we start vibrating intentionally.

Speaker 1

我今天所做的一切都与目标相连。

I'm doing it today linked to purpose.

Speaker 1

这完全关乎顶轮。

It's all crown chakra.

Speaker 1

能量振动非常高,因为我们正在做这件事,因为我正在谈论我真正热衷的话题。

It's really high vibrant because we're doing this, because I'm talking about something I'm really passionate about.

Speaker 1

如果我要参加一个需要做出强硬决策的会议,需要展现自信且不容干扰,我会选择红色。

If I was going into a meeting where I had to make strong decisions and I needed my confidence and I didn't want to be messed with that, Red.

Speaker 1

我可能会选择

I'd probably go the

Speaker 0

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

她是一位色彩学家。

You She's a chromatologist.

Speaker 1

她是一位色彩学家。

She's a chromatologist.

Speaker 0

是的,没错。

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 0

而且这非常强大。

And it's so powerful.

Speaker 0

所以如果有人想立即采取行动,如果他们正在听这个并且心想'天啊,他们说的就是我',我有一个单调的米色房子或者更糟,灰色的房子。

So if people wanted to action this straight away, if they're listening to this and they're like, Oh my God, they're talking about me, I've got a sad beige house or worse, a gray house.

Speaker 0

哦,他们被卷入了

Oh, they got sucked into the Mrs.

Speaker 0

Hinch时代。

Hinch era.

Speaker 0

我们都经历过,我们都做过,我们都有过自己的天鹅绒压碎沙发。

We've all been there, we've all done it, we've all had our crushed velvet sofa.

Speaker 0

事实上,我说我从未这样做过,但你知道,如果你环顾你的房子,发现全是该死的灰色。

In fact, I say that I never did, but you know, if you are looking around at your house and you're like, it's all fucking grey.

Speaker 0

如果你看着你的衣橱,心想,哦,我只穿黑色。

If you are looking at your wardrobe and you're like, oh, I just wear black.

Speaker 0

他们如何在不了解自己颜色的情况下开始?

How can they start without knowing their colors?

Speaker 0

他们能开始有意识地穿更多颜色吗?

Can they just start to intentionally wear more?

Speaker 1

当然可以,当然可以,绝对可以。

Of course they can, of course they can, absolutely.

Speaker 1

首先,只要注意到并意识到缺乏色彩就是一个巨大的开始。

And do that, first of all, just noticing it and noticing a lack of color is a massive start.

Speaker 1

你已经注意到了,太棒了。

You've noticed it, brilliant.

Speaker 1

那么你打算怎么做呢?

So what are going to do about it?

Speaker 1

那么,我们就从一种颜色开始吧。

Well, let's go with a colour.

Speaker 1

从你喜欢的颜色或你认为可能会喜欢的颜色开始。

Start with a colour that you like or you think you might like.

Speaker 1

如果记不起来,最简单的方法是看看你的衣柜。

And if you can't remember, the easiest way to do it is to look in your ward.

Speaker 1

看看有没有什么,哪怕是张照片,翻翻你的相册。

Is there some, even a picture, look at your photos.

Speaker 1

我以前总喜欢玩'怀旧星期四'这种活动。

I always used to do like a throwback Thursday thing.

Speaker 1

我的童年是在八十年代度过的。

In my childhood, was in, I mean, was an eighties kid.

Speaker 1

所以我穿着鲜艳的运动套装。

So I was in the bright shell suit.

Speaker 1

我就是那样,我就是那样穿的。

I was in that, I was in that.

Speaker 1

我们像孩子一样,我看着你那些穿着彩虹装的漂亮女孩们

And we do as kids, I looked at your gorgeous girls, they're in rainbows.

Speaker 1

你拥有自己的色彩,然后生活让它变得暗淡

You have your color and then life mutes it.

Speaker 1

然后当

And then when

Speaker 0

你说得太对了

You're so right.

Speaker 1

生活中发生的各种事情会把你击垮

Life, different things happen that knock it out of you.

Speaker 1

青少年时期,太多青少年把自己裹在黑色里

Teenagers, so many teenagers cocoon themselves in black.

Speaker 1

我现在就有三个这样的孩子

I've got three at the moment.

Speaker 1

他们想要消失不见

They want to disappear.

Speaker 1

他们不知道自己是谁,所以选择茧居。

They don't know who they are, so they're cocooning.

Speaker 1

但只要你茧居是为了最终蜕变成真正的自己,问题在于当我们因舒适而停滞不前时——困在舒适区里,突然间我们就在自己的生活中变得隐形了。

But as long as you're cocooning to then evolve into who you are, the problem is when we get stuck there because it's comfortable, getting stuck in comfort zones, then all of a sudden we just become invisible in our own lives.

Speaker 1

我们他妈才是主角,对吧?

We're the main fucking characters, right?

Speaker 1

我们是

We are

Speaker 0

主角。

the main characters.

Speaker 0

你说得太对了。

You're so right.

Speaker 0

我常想到童装多么鲜艳欢快,总有人说‘要是这有成人尺码我就穿’,

I always think about children's clothes and how bright and joyful they are and how many times people say, Oh, if they made this in an adult size, I'd wear this.

Speaker 0

而我觉得他们不做成人尺码的原因,就是你其实根本不会穿它。

And I think there's a reason they don't make it in an adult size is because you actually wouldn't fucking wear it.

Speaker 0

就像我们被社会驯化得太严重了,我最看不惯的就是把孩子打扮得像成年人一样。

Like we are so conditioned and my pet peeve is children that are dressed like adults.

Speaker 0

我讨厌这样。

I hate it.

Speaker 0

看到小孩穿着酷酷的牛仔裤配黑色上衣,我就想说:贱人,你他妈这辈子有的是时间穿牛仔裤配黑T恤。

Like children in like cool jeans and like a black top, I'm like, bitch, you got the rest of your fucking life to wear jeans and a black top.

Speaker 0

我女儿九岁了,她的小伙伴们都开始穿潮流单品,清一色的耐克运动内衣什么的。

My daughter's nine and she, her friends are all starting to wear like trendy things and they all wear like Nike pro black, whatever.

Speaker 0

但这孩子现在还穿着绣着荷兰猪图案的连衣裙,你懂我意思吗?

And this kid is still rocking a dress with like a guinea pig stitched on it, do you know what I mean?

Speaker 0

配着红色裤袜,她就爱穿这些——我不想说幼稚——但就是小孩子该穿的童趣服饰。作为九岁孩子本该如此。我真心希望他们别丢失这份童真,毕竟我们人生大部分时间不都在...

And like red tights and she loves to wear like, I don't wanna say childish, but like children's things as she should as a nine year old And I really don't want them to lose that because yeah, we spend a lot of our lives, don't we?

Speaker 0

特别是如果我们坐办公室的话,如果...

Especially if we work in offices, if

Speaker 1

在 corporate 环境里工作的话,就会逐渐失去自我。

we work in a corporate environment, just fading in.

Speaker 1

我们确实如此,而且我们能感受到,就像她能感受到,她知道那种感觉很好。

We do, and we feel it, like she feels, she knows that feels good.

Speaker 1

她与这种感觉很合拍。

Like she's in tune with this.

Speaker 1

她知道那种感觉很好。

She knows that that feels good.

Speaker 1

但后来我们开始在意别人的看法,就这样一点一点地失去了部分自我。

But then we start caring what people think and we just, bit by bit, lose a little bit of ourselves.

Speaker 1

这很正常,因为所有这些变化...所以我女儿11岁了,她现在完全沉迷于黑色耐克运动装,就这样。

And that's alright because all these different and so my daughter is 11 and she's is fully in Black Knight pros, know, that's it.

Speaker 1

衣服上绝对没有其他颜色。

There's absolutely no colour.

Speaker 1

我觉得一方面这让我很恼火,但另一方面又觉得这就是青少年会做的事。

Think partly it's pissing me off and then partly just because that's what teenagers do.

Speaker 1

但她正在经历蜕变期,这很正常,因为她正在探索自我。

But she is cocooning and that's alright because she's working out who she is.

Speaker 1

然后她也会再次从中走出来。

And then she'll come out of it again as well.

Speaker 1

然后你确实会经历这样的阶段,你知道,人们因为各种原因来找我。

And then you do, you go in, you know, I have people come to me for so many different reasons.

Speaker 1

他们经历了离婚、产后抑郁、失业、丧亲之痛,有太多原因会让我们失去色彩。

They've gone through a divorce, they've had postnatal depression, they've lost their job, they're grieving and there's so many reasons we can lose our color.

Speaker 1

而我们也有许多方式能重新找回它。

And there's so many ways we can get it back again.

Speaker 1

我认为最重要的是我们能够

And I think that's the most important thing is We that we

Speaker 0

可以转变这种能量。

can shift that energy.

Speaker 0

我们不会一辈子都做单调无趣的人。

We're not gonna be monochrome bitches for life.

Speaker 1

我们可以勇敢面对。

We can step into it.

Speaker 1

我认为正是如此。

And I think that's what it is.

Speaker 1

首先是要真正注意到它,然后留意它具体出现在哪里。

It's about actually noticing it first of all, and then noticing where it actually shows up.

Speaker 1

它上次出现是什么时候?

And when did it last show up?

Speaker 1

那感觉如何?

And how did that feel?

Speaker 1

这同样非常有力。

That's really powerful as well.

Speaker 1

可能有些地方,比如你最喜欢的咖啡店,走进去。

There might be some places, it might be like your favourite coffee shop, go in there.

Speaker 1

如果你真的很喜欢那里的氛围,稍微观察一下周围有哪些颜色。

If you really love the vibe in there, have a little look at what colours are surrounding you.

Speaker 1

然后就从那里开始着手。

And then just work from there.

Speaker 1

从你被吸引的事物、你喜欢的事物出发,特别是在显化过程中,你可以通过运用色彩来极大增强效果。

Work from what you're attracted to, what you like and then, yeah, well, especially within manifesting, you can super boost that using your colors.

Speaker 1

哪怕只是用那支彩色笔书写,当你设定意图时就可以用那支彩色笔来写。

Even just writing in that colored pen, you can write in that colored pen when you're setting your intentions.

Speaker 1

你今天想要什么?

What do you want today?

Speaker 1

你需要能量吗?

Do you need energy?

Speaker 1

你需要勇气吗?

Do you need courage?

Speaker 1

如果需要谈论金钱,就选择绿色。

Do you need, if you're talking about money, go with the green.

Speaker 1

如果是关于人生目标,或是想要显化目标或魔法、一些神奇的事物,就选择更高振频的色彩或选择紫色。

If you're talking about purpose, if you're looking to try and manifest purpose or magic, something magical, go for your higher vibration or go for your purples.

Speaker 1

这是一个色彩的世界。

It's a world in color.

Speaker 0

人们今天可以通过哪三种主要方式将色彩带入生活?

What are the top three ways that people could bring color into their life today?

Speaker 0

所以,最简单的方法就是改变你的思维,而不需要实际改变任何东西。等等,关于这个我有个奇怪的想法想告诉你,其实也不算太奇怪。你知道网状激活系统吗?你会专注于你寻找的东西。自从我看到那个视频说色彩正被有意从世界中抽离,目的是降低你的振动频率让你抑郁后...抱歉,现在有多少人抑郁、不堪重负、苦苦挣扎?即使他们拥有优质生活,我们也从未享受过如此高质量的生活。

So, really easy way without actually changing anything other than what you're thinking is your thoughts, Hang on, I've got a weird thing about this that I wanted to say to you, it's not that weird actually, so you know like the whole reticular activating system, what you're looking for, you will sit fine, so after I saw that video saying like, the color has been drained from the world and it's being done intentionally to lower your vibration and make you depressed and I'm sorry, how many people now are depressed, are overwhelmed, are struggling, even when they've got a good quality of life, we've never had such a good quality of life.

Speaker 0

于是我开始深入研究,然后发现:天啊,这个世界真的没有色彩了。

So I started to get really deep into it and I was like, oh my God, there's no color in the world.

Speaker 0

然后我注意到一个黄色的东西,我想那是个车牌。

And I noticed something yellow, it was a number plate, I think.

Speaker 0

当我看到那个车牌后,突然发现到处都是黄色。

As soon as I saw that number plate, I saw yellow everywhere.

Speaker 0

我开车沿路行驶时,目之所及全是黄色。

I was just driving down the road, everything was yellow.

Speaker 0

这太疯狂了。

It was wild.

Speaker 0

抱歉,我的疯狂故事其实没那么夸张。

Sorry, was my wild story, wasn't that crazy.

Speaker 0

是的

It's

Speaker 1

有点像积极思考的感觉

true bit like the positive thinking.

Speaker 1

如果你开始注意到它,然后有意识地保持这种意图——我们都知道意图的力量,对吧?

If you start to notice it, and then if you intentionally, it's having that intention, we know about the power of intention, right?

Speaker 1

这真的是非常强大的东西

That's really, really powerful stuff.

Speaker 1

有意识地让色彩融入你的生活,你的能量就会随之转变。

Intentionally welcoming color into your life, then your energy is going to shift and it is going to change.

Speaker 1

当你的能量改变时,你的产出也会改变,明白吗?

And when your energy changes, your output changes, you know?

Speaker 1

这一切都会自然发生。

It all just comes in.

Speaker 1

所以首先,从你的思想开始。

So first of all, your thoughts.

Speaker 1

所以我无法冥想。

So I couldn't meditate.

Speaker 1

我在封城期间尝试过,好像试过,现在连具体是什么都记不清了。

I tried it in lockdown, think I did, I can't even remember what it was.

Speaker 1

但我有个朋友住在迪拜,她对此非常热衷。

But my mate lives in Dubai, she's all over it.

Speaker 1

她就说,来吧,我们要做这个21天冥想挑战。

She's like, come on, we're doing this like twenty one day meditation.

Speaker 1

就是做不到。

Just couldn't do it.

Speaker 1

就是有个小人儿在我脑子里说话。

Just this little man talking to me.

Speaker 1

他说,试试冥想吧。

Was like, try meditate.

Speaker 1

我要发给你,实际上,我要发给你一个专属冥想课程,因为它是根据你的色彩处方定制的,你需要观想色彩。

I'm gonna send you, actually, I'm gonna send you your own personal meditation because it comes with your color prescription for you and you visualize color.

Speaker 0

我是在想象绿色吗?

Am I visualizing green?

Speaker 0

刚开始时。

To start with.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

我会带你体验整个光谱,因为这样能重新充能。

I'm going to take you through the whole spectrum because what that does then is recharge.

Speaker 1

对你而言,你的灵魂色调是绿色。

So for you, your soul shade's green.

Speaker 1

所以我们要观想绿色,这样能为你的独特能量重新充电。

So we want to visualize green because that's going to recharge your energy, your unique energy.

Speaker 1

但市面上其实有大量色彩冥想课程。

But then there's loads of color meditations all over the place.

Speaker 1

观想颜色及其在体内的位置,然后你才算真正开始。

Visualize the color and where it sits in your body, then you actually start.

Speaker 1

这是我唯一能够冥想的方式。

And that is the only way I've ever been able to meditate.

Speaker 1

每次五分钟,我无法进入那种长达一小时的深度冥想状态。

Five minutes at a time, I don't go into some sort of transfer off an hour.

Speaker 1

就是做不到。

It's just not happening.

Speaker 1

我没有那么多时间。

I've not got time.

Speaker 1

运用色彩是因为我属于视觉型学习者,而色彩既是视觉的,也是你能感受到的能量。

Using the color because actually I'm a visual learner and color is visual, but it's energy you can feel as well.

Speaker 1

所以这是个非常有效的方法。

So that's a really good way of doing it.

Speaker 1

如果你不想穿绿色毛衣出门,那就先从想象它开始。

So if you don't wanna go out green jumper, visualize it to start off with.

Speaker 1

接下来要做的是吃掉它。

The next thing is eat it.

Speaker 1

我也很喜欢七色挑战。

And I do like seven color challenge.

Speaker 1

和孩子们一起做这个也非常棒。

And it's a brilliant one to do with the kids as well.

Speaker 1

玩游戏时你能集齐彩虹的所有颜色吗?

Can you get all the colors of the rainbow when you play?

Speaker 1

你每天会吃多少种颜色的食物呢?

And how many colors are you eating every day?

Speaker 1

这对孩子们特别有益,因为我家孩子只爱吃米色食物,说实话我们很多人也都习惯吃米色食物。

It's brilliant for the kids because obviously my kids just love beige and to be fair, a lot of us default beige.

Speaker 1

太美味了。

So tasty.

Speaker 1

美味的米色食物,让我们尝试加入些天然食材,把各种颜色都堆满你的盘子吧。

Tasty beige, let's try and get some of that natural stuff in, all those different colors, pack it on your plate.

Speaker 1

这是另一个绝妙的方法。

That's another brilliant way of doing it.

Speaker 1

另外还有件事,给自己准备个靠垫,再备条毯子。

And then the other thing is get yourself a cushion, get yourself a blanket.

Speaker 1

要知道毯子的魔力,那种提升幸福感的毯子力量,我特别喜欢非米色的彩色毯子。

You know, the power of a blanket, the well-being power of flipping blanket, I love a blanket in a color that isn't beige.

Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

选个你喜欢的颜色,去我网站上看看,我肯定准备了小贴士,还有这份用共鸣色彩制作的显化指南。

And a color that you, so look it up, have a look on my website, I'm sure I've got a little cheat sheet there and I've certainly got this manifesting guide in a color that resonates with you.

Speaker 1

所以你需要一条绿色的毯子。

So you, green, a green blanket is something you need to get.

Speaker 0

好吧,我只有米色毯子,这就去买条绿色的。

Okay, I've just got beige blankets, I'm gonna get a green one.

Speaker 1

给自己挑条漂亮的绿色毯子吧。

Get yourself a nice green one.

Speaker 1

知道还需要什么吗?

And do know what else?

Speaker 1

圣诞节是这么做的绝佳时机,因为这是一年中唯一真正主动为家里增添色彩的时节。

Christmas is the perfect time to be doing this because it's the first time, it's the only time of year really you actively bring color into your home.

Speaker 1

你会主动引入各种红色和绿色的装饰。

So you're actively bringing in all your reds and your greens.

Speaker 0

哦对,圣诞树啊,没错。

Oh shit, yeah, the Christmas tree, yeah.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

通过装饰我们正在添加色彩,这个时节做这件事简直太棒了。

With decoration and we are adding color, it's such a brilliant time of year to do it.

Speaker 1

所以加入一种你认为对你有益的颜色吧。

So add in a color that you think will be beneficial to you.

Speaker 1

红色就是个绝妙的选择。

Red's an amazing one.

Speaker 1

它让人感觉特别踏实。

It's so grounding.

Speaker 1

它能极大地提升能量。

It's so energy building.

Speaker 1

特别是在圣诞节期间,把它引入家中是个绝佳选择。

It's a really good one to bring into your home, especially at Christmas.

Speaker 1

所以行动起来吧。

So do it.

Speaker 1

对,可以是一个马克杯。

Yeah, it could be a mug.

Speaker 1

也可以是一条毛巾。

It could be a towel.

Speaker 1

这是我给客户的常用建议:准备一条低频颜色的毛巾,红色、橙色或黄色,因为这能立即为你带来一天所需的能量,让你瞬间清醒。

That's always one of my hacks with my clients is get yourself a towel in a low frequency color, red, orange, or yellow, because that's gonna be the energy that you'll be bringing on to the day straight away, wakes you up.

Speaker 0

如果让你向听众揭示一个关于颜色与自身能量的真理,

So if you could leave the listeners with just one truth about color and their own energy,

Speaker 1

那会是什么呢?

what would it be?

Speaker 1

大概就是你们每个人身上都有色彩,对吧?

It probably would be that there's color in all of you, right?

Speaker 1

确实是这样的。

There really is.

Speaker 1

有时它可能隐藏得很深,因为我们与真实的自己严重脱节。

And sometimes it can be so well hidden because we've got so disconnected from who we are.

Speaker 1

这听起来非常非常深刻,而色彩本该是件有趣的事。

And that sounds really, really deep when color should be a fun thing.

Speaker 1

它确实很有趣,但也真的非常强大。

And it is a fun thing, but it's really, really powerful.

Speaker 1

所以我认为不要低估它的力量,去使用它,利用它。

So I think don't underestimate the power of it, use it, utilize it.

Speaker 1

在当今这个我们实际上无法掌控太多事情的世界里,这是你真正能控制的一件事。

It's one thing you can actually control in a world where actually we can't control a lot at the moment.

Speaker 1

如果别人正在用色彩影响你和你的能量,那就反过来,你也这样做。

And if other people are using it to influence you and your energy, just flip it and you do the same.

Speaker 1

我本月早些时候在TED演讲中提到的一个小观点是:我们正过着日益灰度的生活。

A little thing that I just was talking about when I did my TED Talk earlier this month was we are living increasingly grayscale lives.

Speaker 1

我记得梅尔·罗宾斯也说过类似的话。

And I think Mel Robbins said this as well.

Speaker 1

而我们却通过色彩鲜艳的屏幕来获取生活的刺激感。

And we're looking to brightly colored screens to get our hit of aliveness.

Speaker 0

天啊,这话太对了。

Oh shit, that's true.

Speaker 0

所以我们需要什么呢?

So what we need, yeah?

Speaker 0

你知道吗?如果想减少手机使用,可以把手机调成灰度模式。

Do you know if you wanna reduce your phone use, you turn your phone To grayscale.

Speaker 0

调成灰度后你就完全提不起兴趣了。

To grayscale and you just are not interested.

Speaker 1

而我们却把自己的生活变成了灰度模式。

And what we've done is we've turned our life into grayscale.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Oh my God.

Speaker 0

我他妈突然顿悟了。

I've had a fucking epiphany.

Speaker 0

所以他们把世界变成灰色,就是为了让我们沉迷于盯着手机,真是见鬼。

So they've turned the world gray so that we are addicted to looking at our phones and every, fucking hell.

Speaker 0

作为立即解药,我不知道对不对,你告诉我,我打算逐步把色彩带回生活——先做个亮色美甲,再买条彩色毯子,不再总是选择...

So as an immediate antidote to this, I don't know if this is right, you tell me, I'm just gonna reintroduce color into my life, one thing at a time, get my nails done, bright color, get something else, blanket, a color, not always just going for.

Speaker 0

是真的,确实如此。

It's true, it's true.

Speaker 0

而这正是唯一的解药

And it is the only You antidote to

Speaker 1

要知道,如果我们把生活调成灰阶而手机设成全彩,我们只需要反过来操作,宝贝。

know, if we've put our lives in grayscale and our phones in full spectrum color, we just need to flip it, babe.

Speaker 1

我们要做的就是在生活中增添色彩。

That's all we do, color in your life.

Speaker 0

我顿悟了。

I've had an epiphany.

Speaker 0

仔细想想我们都经历过,归根结底是这样的,听着,就算你不知道自己的灵魂色调,这也不会阻止你去做这件事。

When think we've all had an it all comes down to it, okay, if you don't know your soul shade, it's not gonna stop you from doing this.

Speaker 0

绝对如此。

Absolutely.

Speaker 0

你不需要专门去做色彩咨询——虽然我确实做过那种把各种布往身上披的测试,我确实挺享受的,知道什么颜色适合自己也很好——但最根本的是,我们想说的是:你他妈的生活太灰暗了,姐妹。

You don't need to go and have a color consult, I did have that where they draped all the shit on me, I did enjoy it and it's good to know what colors suit you, but at a real basic level, what we're saying here is your life is fucking gray, bitch.

Speaker 0

我们已经告别了黑白电视,现在需要转向——那部全片都是黑白的电影叫什么来着?

We've got away from black and white TV, we need to turn, what film was that where it was all black and white?

Speaker 0

是《欢乐满人间》吗?

Was it Mary Poppins?

Speaker 0

那部电影讲的是什么来着?

What was that film like?

Speaker 0

嗯,还有

Well, there's

Speaker 1

《绿野仙踪》。

The Wizard of Oz.

Speaker 0

《绿野仙踪》?

The Wizard of Oz?

Speaker 1

当她走进我们时,画面变成了全彩的。

When she steps into us, she's full color.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 1

而我们必须活在多彩的世界里。

And we've just got to live in full color.

Speaker 1

我的天啊。

Oh my God.

Speaker 1

在我网站上有个免费工具,你回答几个问题就能获得一个

On my website, right, there's a free tool where you can answer a couple of questions and it'll give you a

Speaker 0

当天的推荐色。

color for that day.

Speaker 0

哦!

Oh!

Speaker 0

如有疑问,就用那个颜色。

If in doubt, just use that.

Speaker 0

好的,你的网站是什么?

Okay, and what's your website?

Speaker 1

是Chromie,网址是chrome.co.uk。

It's Chromie, so it's a chrome.co.uk.

Speaker 1

You can put it in the show notes, is that what

How can we find you on Instagram?
