One night I had fallen into ditch with my bike and broken my bone.

When I was in hospital to cure the fracture, I got very hairy because of the side effect of the medicine.

It was funny to see me like a monkey in the mirror.

I believe good food and exercise instead.

I think that the first thing we learn when are studying English are syllables.

Well, I don't know why, but but in all the language we know, there are a lot of syllables.

English is not an exception.

We use those swear words or prohibited words to maybe calm down when we are on a stressful situations, like when something went wrong and when we hit with hammer on our fingers, that kind that kind of situations.

我们可以和朋友、非常亲密的朋友使用这些词，但不能对所有人使用，当然也不能对老板或任何有权威的人使用。

We can use these words with friends, with very close friends, not with, well, all the persons, and obviously not with with your boss or some person of authority.

I can recommend to all of the people that are hearing me that remember that the use of swear words in English is not appropriate In spite of the fact that we are open minded, we must we mustn't use it because we are learning learning the language and we are not natives.

Well, it's not appropriate to use English in a bad way.
