GLP肽,GLP-1。

GLP peptides, GLP-1s.

Speaker 1

从来没有一种医疗干预能像现在这样有效地帮助人们减肥。

Never has a medical intervention been as powerful for helping people lose weight as now.

Speaker 1

但问题来了。

But here's the problem.

Speaker 1

它们也可能在害死人。

They're also potentially killing people.

Speaker 1

我这不是在危言耸听。

I'm not being extreme here.

Speaker 1

现在确实有一些不好的事情在发生,而且我们得往长远看。

There are some bad things that are happening, and we're looking down the road.

Speaker 1

各位,GLP类药物并不是你们以为的那种万能灵药。

And you guys, GLPs are not the panacea that you think.

Speaker 1

今天我们就来聊聊这个话题。

We're gonna talk about that today.

Speaker 1

GLP类药物,好的一面、坏的一面,还有丑陋的一面。

GLPs, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Speaker 3

天哪。

My god.

Speaker 3

最近有人去世了吗?

Did somebody die recently?

Speaker 2

没有。

No.

Speaker 2

但我就是觉得,这又绕回来了。

But I I just Full circle.

Speaker 1

我就是想用这个开场来吸引大家的注意力。

I just thought I'd open with that to get everybody's attention.

Speaker 1

那确实有点夸张了。

That was a little extreme.

Speaker 2

你确实让我们都

Got us all

Speaker 1

现在都集中注意力了。

paying attention now.

Speaker 1

所以,是的。

So yeah.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,就像我说的,在治疗肥胖的医疗干预手段中,从来没有像GLP类药物这么强大的。

I mean, like like I said, like, when it comes to medical interventions for obesity, there's never been anything even close to as powerful as as GLPs.

Speaker 1

GLP类药物就是,你知道的,司美格鲁肽、替尔泊肽,还有那些品牌名,像诺和泰、维格威,另外还有瑞他鲁肽,虽然还没得到FDA批准,但也快上市了。

So GLPs are, you know, semaglutide, tirzepatide, you know, brand names Ozempic, Wegovy, and then, you know, retrutide, which is still not FDA approved, but it's kind of, you know, on the horizon.

Speaker 1

其他药根本没法比。

Nothing comes close.

Speaker 1

以前有过芬芬之类的减肥药,那些是兴奋剂类的,确实有点效果,但副作用特别多。

I mean, in the past, they had, you know, Phen Phen and other weight loss type drugs that were stimulant based, and they had some effects, lots of negative side effects.

Speaker 1

但效果远不如这些药。

But they were not nearly as effective as these.

Speaker 1

研究里,人们用GLP类药物能稳定减掉15%的体重,基本上人人都这样。

You know, people in the studies will go on a GLP and lose, you know, 15% of the body weight, like, consistently, like, across the board.

Speaker 1

有些人减得更多。

Some people even more.

Speaker 1

所以这些药效果非常非常强。

So they're super, super powerful.

Speaker 1

但任何对这么多人困扰的问题有这么大影响的药物,随之而来的就是可能被滥用,而且人们忽视了,或者说至少没有正视使用GLP类药物可能带来的一些负面影响。

But like anything that has that much of an effect on something that so many people seem to struggle with, what that what comes along with that is potential abuse and people are ignoring or at least they're not addressing some of the potential negative effects that can come from GLP use.

Speaker 1

我觉得这正是我们需要讨论的,因为我不知道你们怎么想,但确实。

And that's what I think we need to talk about because I don't know about you guys, but Yeah.

Speaker 1

我开始看到我朋友圈子里、我的圈子里有更多人在用GLP,我就想,你们为什么要用这个?

I'm starting to see more people in my friend groups, in my circles that are using GLPs that I'm like, why are you using this?

Speaker 2

我觉得我现在最大的问题就是,确实,有些人服用这些药物,我觉得他们并不适合。

I think that's the biggest issue I have right now is really just, you know, there's there's people taking them that I just don't feel like it's appropriate for them to take it.

Speaker 2

而且我觉得这个信息并没有被广泛宣传。

And then I don't feel like like that message is really being promoted much.

Speaker 2

看起来好像

It's it seems like There's

Speaker 1

没有警告。

no caution.

Speaker 2

确实没有警告。

There's no caution.

Speaker 2

而且,你知道,普通人如果跟他们聊这个,他们会觉得这就像,你只是减点重、减点体脂,那为什么不把它加进我的训练和饮食里呢?

And and, you know, your average person, if you talk to them about it, they think that it's just, you know, you're just gonna lose some weight, some body fat, and, you know, why not just add that into my training and and diet?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

百分之百。

100%.

Speaker 1

你知道吗,最近我看到一个特别火的梗,是关于好莱坞女演员的。

And you know what what, there was this recent meme that I saw that's really going viral, and it was, Hollywood actresses.

Speaker 1

她们很多人都在里面。

There was a lot of them.

Speaker 1

有一整个名单,大概十个人,对比她们以前和现在的样子。

There was like a whole list, like 10 of them on how they used to look and how they look now.

Speaker 1

而且她们以前没有一个是特别超重的。

And and none of them were like super overweight before.

Speaker 1

她们都在健康的体重和体脂率范围内。

They were all within a healthy body weight, you know, body fat percentage.

Speaker 1

但现在大家都在猜测是GLP类药物导致的。

But now and the speculation is on GLPs.

Speaker 1

现在她们看起来瘦得皮包骨。

Now they look emaciated.

Speaker 1

看起来状态不太好。

They look like they're not doing so well.

Speaker 1

大家猜测她们是靠GLP类药物严格控制饮食。

And the speculation is that they're using GLPs to really restrict their food intake.

Speaker 1

所以这现在成了大家讨论的话题。

So this is kind of becoming a conversation now.

Speaker 1

我想说的是,如果使用得当,它们其实是非常有用的工具。

I I do wanna say, I think used properly, they can be very valuable tools.

Speaker 3

嗯,这真的很有意思,想想这东西已经存在二十多年了。

Well, it's it's it's super interesting when you think about this has been around for twenty something years.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

GLP的玩笑。

GLP joke.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

确实。

They have.

Speaker 3

所以这真的很疯狂,有东西已经存在了那么久,而且用了那么长时间。

And so it's so wild how there's something that is that is literally that old and been been used, for that long.

Speaker 3

现在它变得多火,多能主导所有健身页面的讨论,而且现在它甚至影响到——我已经说了一段时间了。

How crazy popular and how much it could dominate the conversation now, on all fitness pages, and now it's reaching, like and I've saying this for a while now.

Speaker 3

听起来你也开始注意到了,在我的朋友圈和家庭圈里,他们以前从不谈论健身之类的事情。

It sounds like you're starting to notice it too in my circle of friends and family that, we just don't they never talked about fitness or anything like that before.

Speaker 3

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 3

但现在他们却在谈论GLP-1,这太疯狂了,因为这正好说明它传播得多快,而它其实已经存在很久了。

And so but yet now they're talking about GLP ones, which is crazy because it just shows you how fast it is spreading, yet it's been around for so long.

Speaker 3

而且它真的是最近才开始向所有人推广的。

And it's really just been recently marketed to everybody.

Speaker 3

你知道,它作为治疗糖尿病的方案已经很久了,主要针对那些病态肥胖的患者。

And, you know, it's been a it's been a diabetic, strategy for a very long time with clients that are, you know, and morbidly obese.

Speaker 3

他们就是用这类工具的。

Like, they've used tools like this.

Speaker 3

正因为如此,我觉得它是个非常强大、了不起的工具。

And for that reason, I think it's a very incredible powerful tool.

Speaker 3

但现在的情况是,我觉得远远不是那么回事。

And, you know, what's happening though right now is I it's not even, close.

Speaker 3

我认为不该用的人,比该用的人多得多。

Way more people who I think shouldn't use it are using it than the other way around.

Speaker 3

对。

Yep.

Speaker 3

所以我发现,我很少需要主动向别人推荐它,因为他们早就听说过,甚至已经用上了。

So I I I find myself rarely ever having to suggest it to somebody because they've already heard about it or taken it.

Speaker 3

很多时候,我会质疑别人,比如你只需要减掉10到15磅。

More often than not, questioning somebody like, you only really need to shred down, you say, 10 or 15 pounds.

Speaker 3

为什么要用这种东西呢?

Like, why would you use something like this?

Speaker 3

或者有些人,最让我担心的是,我们接到这样的电话,我也见过很多,就是那些身材走样的人,比如他们减掉了或者增加了20到30磅的体脂,但过去一两年或两三年都没有锻炼,他们想开始服用这种GLP-1,因为他们有个朋友减掉了40磅脂肪,所以他们把这当成一种捷径,这对那种情况的人来说是个糟糕的策略,因为如果你在使用之前已经建立了大量肌肉,你还有一些缓冲。

Or somebody and and what worries me the most that I that we get callers like this and that I've seen a lot of is somebody who's fallen out of shape, say they've lost or they've gained 20 or 30 pounds of body fat, but and but they haven't been working out for the last year or two years or three years, and they wanna start off by taking this GLP-one because they had some friend who lost 40 pounds of fat, and they and and so they think of this as like and so it's a terrible strategy, especially for somebody in that case who because if you if you've built a lot of muscle prior to using it, you have some you have a buffer.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

你可以承受失去10到15磅肌肉,但大多数人,普通美国人承受不起失去10到15磅肌肉。

You can afford to lose 10 or 15 pounds of muscle, but most people, the average American cannot afford to lose 10 to 15 pounds of muscle.

Speaker 3

他们中的大多数肌肉量不足。

Most of them are under muscled.

Speaker 1

即使他们肥胖。

Even if they're obese.

Speaker 3

没错。

Right.

Speaker 3

所以这就是为什么这事儿真的有点吓人。

So that's the part that makes this really kinda scary.

Speaker 2

这确实很让人担忧。

It's very alarming.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

那最后会变成什么样呢?

Where where do we end up?

Speaker 3

我的意思是,感觉我们真的只是在用一个问题换另一个问题。

I I mean, it really does feel like we're just trading one problem for another.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 1

说得好。

Great way to put it.

Speaker 1

我觉得我们先聊聊这些药是给谁用的。

I think let's talk first about who they're for.

Speaker 1

因为从正确的角度来看,这些是医学奇迹。

Because for the right reasons, these are, medical miracles.

Speaker 1

这已经是药物能做到的最接近的了,对吧,对合适的人来说,它们非常有效。

This is as close as you can get with, with a pharmaceutical, right, is that they're very effective for the right kind of people.

Speaker 1

那什么样的人算合适呢?

Who are the right kind of people?

Speaker 1

嗯,糖尿病患者,这本来就是给他们的。

Well, diabetics, that's what it was originally, prescribed for.

Speaker 1

还有那些长期受严重肥胖困扰的人。

But also for people who struggle with severe obesity and who have for a long time.

Speaker 1

这些人,你知道的,他们试过减肥。

These are people who have, you know, they've tried losing it.

Speaker 1

减了又反弹。

They've gained it back.

Speaker 1

他们和食物的关系很难摆脱,这引发了很多问题,比如肥胖以及相关的血压、糖尿病等问题。

It's, they have a relationship with food that's very difficult to get around, that has caused a lot of issues, obese with their obesity and related issues like blood pressure and diabetes and so on.

Speaker 1

所以这些人有大量体重需要减,他们试过但一直很挣扎,而这种药真的能帮上大忙。

And so these are people who have a substantial amount of weight to lose who've tried and just have struggled, and this can really help make the difference.

Speaker 1

确实能。

It really can.

Speaker 1

而且如果使用得当,还能帮他们长期维持效果。

And it can help them it can help set them up long term if done properly as well.

Speaker 1

所以,这就是这类药适用的人群。

So let that's those are the people that this is kind of for.

Speaker 1

那接下来看看哪些人不适合。

Now here's who they're not for.

Speaker 1

哪些人不适合用GLP类药物呢?

Here's who GLPs are not for.

Speaker 1

它们不是给那些想减个十磅、十五磅的人用的。

They're not for people who are loo looking to lose, you know, ten, fifteen pounds.

Speaker 1

它们也不是给那些想用这些药来获得更多控制感,或者助长不健康的饮食习惯的人用的。

They are not for people who are trying to use these as a way to gain more control or to fuel or feed a dysfunctional eating pattern.

Speaker 1

而且确实有人这么干。

And and and there's people that are doing this.

Speaker 1

我认识一些有进食障碍的人,比如厌食症倾向的,他们特别喜欢GLP,因为这能让他们更长时间地限制进食,继续往那个方向发展。

Are people that I know who have struggled with eating disorders, in the direction of anorexia who love GLPs because it allows them to restrict for longer periods of time and allows them to continue to move in that direction.

Speaker 3

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 3

我们接到过听众来电。

We've had live callers.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

就有这样的来电者,他们其实一点都不胖。

We've live callers like this that are by no means overweight, really.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,他们真的,这就是我说的例子,你知道,他们可能想减掉五磅或十磅,然后他们想用这样的工具。

I mean, they literally I mean, this this is the example that I'm talking about that, you know, they they they might wanna lose five or 10 pounds, like, and and they're wanting to use a tool like that.

Speaker 3

而且这是因为他们习惯了少吃,现在他们发明了这种药,能帮助那些喜欢少吃的人。

And it's because they're they are used to undereating, and now they've created this drug that helps somebody who likes to undereat like that.

Speaker 1

这是我对好莱坞那些人的猜测,突然注意到很多女演员从本来就很瘦变成了骨瘦如柴。

This is my speculation on the people in Hollywood that were suddenly noticing all these actresses went from, you know, like thin anyway to emaciated.

Speaker 1

这是我的猜测,因为我不知道。

My speculation because I don't know.

Speaker 1

所以我百分百是在猜测。

So I'm a 100 speculating.

Speaker 1

但我是这么想的。

But here's what I think.

Speaker 1

首先,作为演员,生活在聚光灯下,外表压力很大,这很明显。

First off, being in the limelight like being an actress puts a lot of pressure on your appearance, obviously.

Speaker 1

对。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以在某些行业,饮食失调的比例要高得多,比如时装模特,对。

So eating disorders in certain fields are much higher, like fashion model Mhmm.

Speaker 1

你知道,在媒体行业,或者像舞者那样,因为外表被人嘲笑。

You know, being in media, you know, being like a a dancer where you're getting ridiculed for how you look.

Speaker 1

这些行业里,饮食失调的发生率总是更高。

Those there's always a higher rate of of eating disorders.

Speaker 1

所以我觉得这些女演员用GLP类药物,是为了满足那种通过限制饮食来获得控制感的需求。

And so I think that these actresses are using GLPs as a way to fuel that sense of control that they get over restricting themselves.

Speaker 1

她们本来就在限制饮食,是的。

So they were already restricting themselves, Yeah.

Speaker 1

但之前还得跟那些自然的饥饿信号作斗争。

But you've got those natural hunger signals that you gotta kinda battle.

Speaker 1

现在她们可以完全消除这些信号了。

Now they can eliminate it completely.

Speaker 1

她们会觉得,天哪。

They're like, oh my god.

Speaker 1

我一天只吃500卡路里。

I can eat 500 calories a day.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

而且没什么问题。

And it's not an issue.

Speaker 1

这是我的猜测。

That's my speculation.

Speaker 1

我觉得这就是正在发生的事情。

I think that's what's happening.

Speaker 1

我觉得他们是在原有的问题上火上浇油,心想:太好了,现在我真的可以严格控制饮食了。

I think they're taking their issue and they're adding fuel to it and saying, yes, I can now really restrict Yeah.

Speaker 1

不用再跟那些饥饿感作斗争了。

Without having to fight these, you know, hunger pangs.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以我们还得记住另一件事。

So here's the other thing that we gotta keep in mind of.

Speaker 1

这不是给那些从灰色市场拿到药的人准备的。

It's not for people who are gonna get this on the gray market.

Speaker 1

我就直说了。

And I'm gonna say this straight up.

Speaker 1

大多数人,甚至所有人,我现在想想看。

The peep most of the people, if not all of the people, in fact, I'm trying to think right now.

Speaker 1

我觉得我认识的所有那些我认为不适合用GLP的人,他们用的GLP都是从灰色市场搞来的。

I think all the people that I know who are not what I would consider a candidate for GLPs, who are using GLPs, got it on the gray market.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

他们没有走正规渠道,也就是通过医生。

They did not go through the way that you're supposed to, which is through a doctor.

Speaker 1

他们也不是通过FDA监管的复合药房拿的药。

They're not going through a compound pharmacy that's FDA regulated.

Speaker 1

他们是以研究化学品的名义买的这些东西。

They're buying their stuff under the category of research chemical.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

实际上,当有听众打电话进来,告诉我们他们开始用GLP,而且你知道,他们想减掉15磅,我几乎总是会问他们这个问题。

In fact, when we have callers call in and they're telling us that they started using a GLP and, you know, they wanna lose 15 pounds, it's almost always what I ask them.

Speaker 1

你从哪儿弄来的?

Where'd you get it?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

然后你能看到他们那种反应,就像,哦,你知道,我拿到了。

And you can see them be like, oh, you know, I got it.

Speaker 3

哦,我是说,任何已经在谈论瑞特鲁肽的人肯定是在那么做。

Oh, I mean, anybody who's already talking about retreutide is for sure doing that.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

因为它没有经过FDA批准。

Because it's not FDA approved.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

但这也是我听到的大多数已经在用的人的情况。

But and that's actually what I hear most of people that are already on.

Speaker 3

所以你已经在用一些甚至还没得到FDA批准的东西。

So you're you're already using something that has has has not even been approved by the FDA yet.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

而且你是通过研究化学品得到的,我记得我们请菲尔上节目时,我忘了他说有多少比例的那些东西是假的,但我知道他们的团队测试过。

And you're getting it through research chemicals, which, mean, I remember when we had Phil on the show, I forgot what he said, what percentage of those were were off, but I know their team tested.

Speaker 3

而且数量相当大。

And it's like the amount is is a lot.

Speaker 3

这足以说明你简直就是在赌你能不能得到你所说的那种东西。

It's enough to be like you were literally rolling the dice on are you getting what you you say you're getting.

Speaker 1

这叫灰色市场,因为它是作为研究化学品合法销售的,但实际上对人类食用来说就是黑市。

It's called gray market because it's sold legally as a research chemical, but it's really a black market for human consumption.

Speaker 1

事实上,他们的网站和瓶子上都写着“不供人类食用”,这样他们就能免责。

In fact, it says it on their websites and bottles, not for human consumption so they cover themselves.

Speaker 1

你这是在玩一个非常危险的游戏。

And you're playing a really risky game.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

首先,也许里面确实有GLP,但剂量不对。

First off, maybe there is a right a GLP in there, but the dosing is off.

Speaker 1

我确实读到过一些案例,人们以为自己服用的剂量是对的,但因为缺乏质量控制,瓶子里的实际剂量超标了。

I've actually read about cases where people thought they were taking the right dose, but the bottle was overdosed because there was no quality control.

Speaker 1

然后,当然,也可能剂量不足,或者里面有什么奇怪的杂质,或者被细菌污染,这会导致很多问题。

And then, of course, underdosed or some random weird thing in there or contaminated with bacteria, which can cause lots of issues.

Speaker 1

另外,不适合用这个的人群还包括那些身体已经很虚弱的人。

The other people this is not for are people who are already frail.

Speaker 1

所以如果你超重,但同时也比较虚弱,你知道自己没力气,行动也不方便,那我就不会建议你吃这种会大幅降低食欲的东西。

So if you're you're if you're overweight, but you're also weak and you know you're weak, like, know you have weakness, you know you have mobility issues, I would not take something that dramatically lowers my appetite.

Speaker 2

这会让所有问题变得更严重。

It's gonna exacerbate all of

Speaker 1

对,会让问题更严重。

this It's going to exacerbate problems.

Speaker 1

数据是这么说的。

Here's what the data shows.

Speaker 1

这些都是研究结果。

These are all the studies.

Speaker 1

他们确实做过这方面的研究。

They they have studies on this.

Speaker 1

所以这不仅仅是凭经验说的。

So this is not just off of experience.

Speaker 1

你知道吗,你减掉的体重里有30%会来自肌肉。

You know, 30% of the weight you're gonna lose is gonna come from muscle.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

30%。

30%.

Speaker 1

所以,你自己算算看。

So, you know, do the math.

Speaker 1

你减掉10磅,其中3磅是肌肉。

You lose 10 pounds, three pounds comes from muscle.

Speaker 1

你减掉30磅,其中9磅是肌肉。

You lose 30 pounds, nine pounds comes from muscle.

Speaker 1

所以,你减掉的体重中,会有相当一部分是肌肉。

So you're you're gonna lose a significant percentage of your weight is gonna come from muscle.

Speaker 1

不过我要说清楚,GLP类药物本身并不会直接导致肌肉流失。

Now I do wanna be clear, GLPs don't have a muscle loss mechanism.

Speaker 1

也就是说,GLP类药物并不会告诉你的身体去消耗肌肉。

So the jet GLPs are not telling your body to lose muscle.

Speaker 1

它并不是直接告诉你的身体去减肌肉。

It's not a direct way that it's saying lose muscle.

Speaker 1

但是当你大幅减少食物摄入时——这在服用GLP药物时很常见,因为它确实能控制或消除你的食欲——你的身体为了适应这种热量减少,会降低代谢输出,而肌肉的代谢非常活跃。

But what happens when you dramatically reduce your food intake, which is what happens on a GLP because it really does control or take away your appetite, is that your body one of the ways it tries to adapt with this reduced caloric intake is by reducing its metabolic output, and muscle is very metabolically active.

Speaker 1

所以这只是身体的一种适应反应。

So it's just an adaptation that happens.

Speaker 1

顺便说一句,如果你没有服用GLP-1药物,突然大幅减少热量摄入,同样的事情也会发生。

Which, by the if you were not on a GLP-one and you suddenly dropped your calories significantly, this would happen to you as well.

Speaker 1

你也会掉很多肌肉。

You just lose a bunch of muscle.

Speaker 1

所以如果你本来身体就比较虚弱,又不打算采取任何措施来对抗这种情况,然后去用GLP药物,是的,你会瘦下来,但你会变得比以前虚弱得多。

And so if you're already frail and you're not gonna do anything to combat that and you're going to GLP, yeah, you're gonna lose weight, but you're gonna get a lot weaker than you already are.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

这真的很让人沮丧,因为就连我很多身材还不错的好朋友,也开始用GLP-1药物了。

It's just it's so frustrating because, like, even a lot of good friends that I have that are in decent shape and are getting on GLP ones.

Speaker 2

他们都在用这个药。

They're using it.

Speaker 2

这简直就是节食减肥。

It's literally a crash diet.

Speaker 2

他们根本没有设置任何限制条件。

They're not, like, putting any of these parameters around it.

Speaker 2

比如训练方面,确保摄入足够的蛋白质和必需的营养素。

The training wise, you know, making sure you're getting adequate protein and, you know, essential nutrients for one.

Speaker 2

所以,你等于把自己置于一个非常不健康的状态。

So, you know, you're you're you're just putting yourself down in a category that's very unhealthy.

Speaker 2

而且反弹的后果也很严重。

And then the rebound to that is is substantial.

Speaker 2

所以我觉得,这些方面宣传得还不够。

So it's I just don't feel like, you know, that's being promoted enough.

Speaker 2

讨论得也不够。

That's being talked about enough.

Speaker 2

这点说得还不够多。

That's communicated enough.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 2

这是一种应对极端体重和肥胖问题的强有力的新方法。

It's a powerful new way to to approach, you know, extreme weight and obesity.

Speaker 2

不过,对于普通人来说,如果问题在于自律,在于控制自己的食欲,其实有办法可以长期坚持,比依赖药物更可持续。

However, I just for your average person that that if we're if the issue is discipline, if the issue is, like, controlling yourself from having cravings and, you know, there's a way to work on that, that's gonna last and be more sustainable than depending on a substance.

Speaker 3

现在,显然,那些只看片段或者偶尔看节目的人,可能会觉得我们的观点在变,或者我们在这件事上摇摆不定。

Now, obviously, somebody who only tunes into clips or occasionally to the show might seem or feel like, our opinion's changing or we're swinging left or right on this.

Speaker 3

但不是这样的。

But No.

Speaker 3

它们对合适的人来说仍然非常有效。

They're still they still are amazing for the right people.

Speaker 1

对。

Yep.

Speaker 1

对。

Yep.

Speaker 3

我是说,我见过一些非常棒的例子,有些人一辈子都在和体重问题作斗争,他们明智地使用它,还通过力量训练来保证蛋白质摄入,同时改善自己的行为习惯,结果生活彻底改变了。

I mean, I've I've seen some really cool cases of people that have just struggled their whole life with with weight gain and have used it judiciously and actually strength trained to hit their protein intake and worked on their behaviors, and it's just been life changing.

Speaker 4

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 3

所以绝对有一部分人,我觉得这对他们来说会非常有效。

So there is absolutely a a a percentage of the population that I think this can be amazing for.

Speaker 3

但看起来也有很多不适合的人也在

But it does seem like there's a lot of the wrong people that are are also

Speaker 1

用。你现在看到的,有几件事。

using What you're seeing right now, there's a couple things.

Speaker 1

贾斯汀说得一针见血,人们把它当作速成节食法来用。

Justin hit the nail on the head with how people are using it as a crash diet.

Speaker 1

所以他们从原来的饮食方式,变成现在吃同样食物但量少很多,其他什么都不改。

So they're going from eating their diet to now eating a lot less of the same diet and changing nothing else.

Speaker 1

顺便说一下,我要把话说得很清楚。

So by the way, I'm gonna say this very clearly.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 1

如果你只是大幅减少卡路里摄入,先别提那些GLP药物。

If you just dramatically cut your calories, forget GLPs.

Speaker 1

如果你在听这个,这是一个事实,但人们讨厌这个事实,因为过去要做到这一点太难了,以至于他们甚至认为这里面没有真理。

If you're listening to this, this is a fact, and people hate this fact because in the past, it was so hard to do that they actually thought that this that there was no truth in this.

Speaker 1

确实有人会说,卡路里不重要。

You actually have people who say, calories don't matter.

Speaker 1

摄入卡路里和消耗卡路里的对比是错误的。

Calories in versus calories out is wrong.

Speaker 1

你经常听到人们这样争论,这当然是一种过度简化。

You hear people argue that all the time, and it is an oversimplification for sure.

Speaker 1

但要说它完全不重要,那完全是胡说八道。

But to say it doesn't matter is complete.

Speaker 1

这是不对的。

That's false.

Speaker 1

如果你把现在吃的东西大幅减少,并且能一直坚持下去,你肯定会瘦。

If you take what you're eating now, dramatically cut it, and you could somehow do that consistently, you're gonna lose weight.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

K?

Speaker 1

你一定会瘦的。

You will lose weight.

Speaker 1

但与此同时,你的身体会减少肌肉量,以适应更低的热量摄入。

One of the things that's also gonna happen is your body's going to reduce muscle mass to try to meet the new lower energy intake.

Speaker 1

这也是为什么很多人觉得减肥这么难,因为他们就是这么做的。

And this is one of the reasons why it's so difficult for people is because they do this.

Speaker 1

他们硬撑着。

They white knuckle it.

Speaker 1

新陈代谢也跟着变慢,然后体重又反弹回去了。

Metabolism slows down along with it, then they bounce back up.

Speaker 1

而且每一轮循环都会增加更多的体脂,肌肉却越来越少,事情就变得越来越难。

And each cycle adds more body fat and they result in less muscle, and it becomes a more difficult thing.

Speaker 1

但还有另一件事也在被报道出来。

But here's the other thing too that is getting reported.

Speaker 1

有些年轻女性本来不应该服用GLP类药物,或者只是用它们来帮助节食,结果医生告诉她们现在得了骨量减少。

You're getting young women who are should not be taking GLPs or simply using them to help them restrict, who are getting reports from their doctors that they're now in osteopenia.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

好。

Okay.

Speaker 1

肌肉流失,这样就会导致身体虚弱,还会失去骨密度。

Muscle loss, so you push that, you push frailty, you also lose bone mass.

Speaker 1

所以我们说的不只是‘哎呀,我身体动起来不太方便了’。

So we're not just talking about like, oh, I can't move my body as well.

Speaker 1

而是你的骨骼开始退化。

It's like your bones start to tear deteriorate.

Speaker 1

还有一件事我们很少提,我们总听到肥胖流行病的说法。

And one thing we don't talk about, we hear all about the obesity epidemic.

Speaker 1

这个我们经常听到。

We hear that all the time.

Speaker 1

而且这个很明显,一眼就能看出来。

And that's a very clear obvious one.

Speaker 1

你往外看看就知道了。

You can look outside.

Speaker 1

如果你活了超过三十年,你就能看出来,天哪。

If you've been along alive longer than thirty years, you could tell you see, like, oh my god.

Speaker 1

人们越来越胖了。

People are getting bigger and bigger.

Speaker 1

所以肥胖问题非常明显。

So obesity is very clear.

Speaker 1

但虚弱就没那么容易看出来了。

Frailty is not as easy to see.

Speaker 1

这个没那么明显。

It's not as it's not as clear.

Speaker 1

但如果你看看关于衰弱的数据,那真是惊人。

But if you look at the data on frailty, it's wild.

Speaker 1

现在一个大学年龄的男性,握力相当于1986年65岁老人的水平。

A college aged male today has the grip strength of a 65 year old in 1986.

Speaker 1

你可以去查查这些数据。

You can you should look this data up.

Speaker 1

真的挺惊人的。

It's pretty wild.

Speaker 1

我们正在变弱。

We're getting weak.

Speaker 1

而且我们很少讨论衰弱这个问题,但它确实是个大问题。

And so and we don't talk about this frailty issue enough, but it's a real issue.

Speaker 1

所以,亚当,就像你之前提到的,我们可能正在解决一个超重问题。

And so what we're doing, know, you mentioned this earlier, Adam, is we're potentially solving a overweight problem.

Speaker 1

现在我们可能会加重虚弱问题。

Now we're gonna contribute more to a frailty issue.

Speaker 1

所以在我看来,如果我们不处理好这件事,结果就是这边好一点,那边差一点,健康问题依然存在,各种问题还是很多。

So in my opinion, if we don't do this right, we're gonna end up with better here, worse over here, still poor health, Still lots of different issues.

Speaker 1

其实这些药物是有正确使用方法的。

Now there is a right way to use these.

Speaker 1

确实有正确的方法。

There definitely is a right way.

Speaker 1

其中第一点就是,你得是适合用这些药的人。

And part of that is number one, being the right person for it.

Speaker 1

所以你得问问自己,我真的适合吗?

So you gotta ask yourself, am I really the right person?

Speaker 1

要对自己诚实。

And be honest about that.

Speaker 1

要去看医生。

Go through a doctor.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

K?

Speaker 1

别这么做。

Don't do this.

Speaker 1

别上网找那些研究化学品,自己瞎琢磨。

Don't go on the Internet and find research chemicals and try to figure this out yourself.

Speaker 1

那是在玩危险的游戏。

That's, playing a dangerous game.

Speaker 1

所以,你得是合适的人选。

So be the right person.

Speaker 1

但第二点,你知道,如果你只是减少热量摄入,其他什么都不做,你减掉的体重里,至少30%会来自肌肉。

But number two, you know if you just cut your calories and do nothing else, 30% of the weight or more that you lose is gonna come from muscle.

Speaker 1

你需要有个策略来防止这种情况发生。

You need to have a strategy to prevent that from happening.

Speaker 1

你必须得有。

You have to.

Speaker 2

必须的。

You have to.

Speaker 1

绝对必须的。

You absolutely have to.

Speaker 1

不然的话,你的新陈代谢本来就会变慢,这样下去你会陷入一个很糟糕的境地。

You're gonna put yourself in a bad position with e with just a slower metabolism to begin with.

Speaker 1

而且,流失肌肉会让你感觉非常糟糕。

And also, let losing muscle feels like crap.

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

还会降低你的健康和活力。

And it reduces your your health and vitality.

Speaker 1

所以你需要举铁。

So you need to lift weights.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yep.

展开剩余字幕(还有 480 条)
Speaker 1

你必须举铁。

You have to lift weights.

Speaker 1

如果你不举铁,又在用GLP,那肯定要掉很多肌肉。

If you don't lift weights and you're on a GLP, guaranteed you're gonna lose a lot of muscle.

Speaker 1

肯定掉,因为你把饭量减下来了。

Guaranteed because you just cut your your food intake.

Speaker 1

第二,你得摄入足够的蛋白质。

Number two, you gotta get enough protein.

Speaker 1

我说的不是最低标准。

And I don't mean the minimum.

Speaker 1

我说的是比最低标准更多。

I mean more than the minimum.

Speaker 1

用GLP期间做到这两点,你就能保住肌肉。

Do both those things while on a GLP, and you will not you will protect muscle.

Speaker 1

实际上,我见过有人用GLP期间开始力量训练,结果一斤肌肉都没掉。

In fact, I've seen people that'll lose a single pound of muscle through going on a GLP, starting strength training.

Speaker 1

所以他们以前不练,但开始力量训练后,蛋白质目标也达到了。

So they weren't doing it before, but they started strength training, hitting protein targets.

Speaker 1

他们唯一的变化就是变得更精瘦,而且实际上保住了肌肉,这真的很棒。

And all that happened to them is it got leaner, and they actually kept, muscle on their body, which is a great show.

Speaker 1

然后还有最后一点。

And then here's the last thing.

Speaker 1

要培养那些在停用GLP之后还能持续的习惯。

Work on the behaviors that will last beyond the GLP.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 1

所以如果我问一个用GLP的人,嘿。

So if I were to ask somebody on a GLP, hey.

Speaker 1

理想情况下,你想一辈子都用这个,还是停掉它?

Ideally speaking, would you wanna stay on this for the rest of your life or come off of it?

Speaker 1

百分之百的人会说,什么?

A 100% of people are gonna say, what?

Speaker 1

我想停药。

I wanna come off.

Speaker 1

理想情况下,在完美的世界里,我希望我能用它,达到目标,然后停药,而且我会做得很好。

Ideally speaking, in a perfect world, I wish I could use it, get to my goal, come off, and I'm gonna do great.

Speaker 1

但如果你在用药期间没有养成正确的行为和习惯,然后慢慢停药,那是不行的。

It's it's not gonna work unless you develop the right behaviors and habits while on the GLP and then take yourself off slowly.

Speaker 1

否则,唯一起作用的就是GLP带来的食欲大幅下降。

Otherwise, the only thing that's working is the dramatically reduced appetite from the GLP.

Speaker 1

一旦食欲恢复,你就会回到原来的状态。

Once that comes back, you go right back to where you were before.

Speaker 1

而且我们已经看到这种情况了。

And we're already seeing this.

Speaker 1

我们看到有人停药后又重新开始用药,因为他们用药期间没有在那些能持续到停药后的方面下功夫。

We're seeing people come off, come back on because they weren't working on the right things while they were on that could last beyond the GLP.

Speaker 3

我想补充一点,这可能有点争议,但我坚持这个观点。

So I'm gonna add to that, and it might come off a little controversial, but I'd stand by it.

Speaker 3

我也觉得正确的方式是你必须有一个教练。

That I also think that the right way is you have to have a coach.

Speaker 1

完全同意。

100%.

Speaker 3

我觉得,学习宏量营养素、了解适合自己的平衡、以及保持纪律和一致性,这些本身就已经够难了,更别说还要懂得正确的训练和力量训练,对普通人来说这已经是一个很复杂的公式了。

I think you I I don't think you it's already difficult enough to learn about macros and understand the proper balance for you and the discipline and consistency around doing that to know proper training and strength, that those are that is already a complex formula for the average person.

Speaker 3

然后你再加入一种专门用来打乱身体自然饥饿信号的药物。

Then you throw in a a drug that is designed to throw off your body's natural hunger signals.

Speaker 3

那些本来能提醒你,嘿,

So those signals that would help you with, hey.

Speaker 3

该吃饭了。

It's time to feed.

Speaker 3

我举了举铁。

I lifted some weights.

Speaker 3

就像你吃了那种东西一样。

It's like you're taking something like that.

Speaker 3

因为我们还看到,即使是在做力量训练、吃蛋白质的人,

Because what we've seen too is even people that are strength training and eating some protein

Speaker 1

他们也很难吃够。

They have a tough time eating enough.

Speaker 3

很难吃够,而且我们在年轻人身上看到的是骨密度问题。

Have a tough time eating enough, and there's and what we're watching in young people is bone density issues.

Speaker 3

这仅仅是因为减得太极端了。

And it's not it's it's simply because it is still too extreme of a cut.

Speaker 3

而且,举重并不意味着你就能防止肌肉流失和骨质流失。

And just because you lift weights does not mean you're going to prevent that muscle loss and bone loss.

Speaker 3

所以,如果你要投入这个,服用这类药物,那我认为你绝对应该让专业人士带你走这个过程,帮你盯着点,作为另一双眼睛,说:嘿,

And so, you know, if you're going to invest in this and take something like this, then I also think that you should absolutely have a professional take you through that process to keep an eye on that to be another pair of eyes that says, hey.

Speaker 3

这太低了。

This is too low.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

说实话,我看这个就跟看心理治疗师差不多。

I'd honestly, I I look at it so similarly to a therapist.

Speaker 2

我的意思是,这几乎就是行为层面的东西了。

I mean, this is about as close as you get to, like this is behavior.

Speaker 2

所以,如果我真的要认真对待这件事,我想把它看作一个机会,让我能跳出自己不太能控制的行为。

So, if I'm gonna really get into this, I wanna look at this as a way an opportunity for me to kind of step outside of a behavior I don't really have that great control over.

Speaker 2

现在我要暂时控制住它。

Now I'm gonna get this, you know, temporary control over it.

Speaker 2

我得慢慢来,一步步解决。

I need to work my way through that.

Speaker 2

教练会引导你完成这个过程。

A coach is gonna guide you through that process.

Speaker 1

我现在要给正在听的人描述一下,当然,每个人的情况都不一样。

I'm I'm gonna paint for somebody listening right now, I'm gonna give you and, of course, it's different from person to person.

Speaker 1

但一般来说,我会给你一个最理想的做法,一个完美的方案,不仅能让你达到最好的效果,纯粹减脂不流失肌肉,甚至可能还能增一点肌肉,这个我待会儿解释,而且还能让你在某个时候停下来,之后也不用再重新开始。

But generally speaking, I'm gonna give you the perfect way to do this, the perfect scenario that not only is gonna get you the best possible results, pure fat loss without muscle loss, maybe even a little muscle gain, and I'll explain that in just a second, but also will set you up in the most likely way to be able to come off at some point and never have to really go on again.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Okay?

Speaker 1

而且还能帮你省钱。

And also will save you money.

Speaker 1

我知道听起来好得不像真的,但让我给你描绘一下这个画面。

I know it sounds like it's too good to be true, but let me just paint paint the picture for you.

Speaker 1

所以,你就是那个合适的人。

So you're the right person.

Speaker 1

你在听,心里想,好吧。

You're listening like, okay.

Speaker 1

我是那个正在用GLP的人。

I'm the right person on a GLP.

Speaker 1

我想用正确的方式来做这件事。

I wanna do this the right way.

Speaker 1

我想减掉身体脂肪。

I wanna lose body fat.

Speaker 1

我想减掉很多肌肉。

I wanna lose a bunch of muscle.

Speaker 1

我不想变得更虚弱。

I don't wanna become more frail.

Speaker 1

我想要一个路线图,让我能在某个时候慢慢停药,并且不会增加体重反弹的风险,不用再经历一遍这个过程。

I want a road map to be able to come off at some point slowly and to not to really reduce the risks of me gaining the weight back and having to go through this all over again.

Speaker 1

我想一次搞定,就这样。

I wanna do it once and that's it.

Speaker 1

我不想做五次。

I don't wanna have to do this five times.

Speaker 1

我不想再像以前那样反复折腾,只不过这次是带着GLP的反复折腾。

I don't wanna do the yo yo thing that I've always done, except this time it's a yo yo with a GLP.

Speaker 1

我想用正确的方式来做。

I wanna do this right way.

Speaker 1

这就是它的样子。

Here's what it would look like.

Speaker 1

这就是你可能会经历的过程。

This is what it would look like for you.

Speaker 1

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 1

你可能会想,好吧。

You're like, okay.

Speaker 1

我要减掉80磅或者60磅。

I got 80 pounds to lose or 60 pounds to lose.

Speaker 1

我打算这么做。

Here's what I'm gonna do.

Speaker 1

我会请一个好教练,暂时不开始用GLP。

I'm gonna hire a good coach, and I'm not gonna get on a GLP yet.

Speaker 1

头两个月,我唯一的目标就是努力增强力量。

And for the first two months, all I'm gonna do is try and get stronger.

Speaker 1

教练会做的是所谓的反向饮食,同时帮你达到蛋白质摄入目标。

And what the coach is gonna do is do what's called a reverse diet and also help you hit protein targets.

Speaker 1

他们还会给你安排好的训练计划。

They're also gonna do good exercise programming.

Speaker 1

所以,针对你身体的力量训练计划,能让你在接下来的六十天里持续变强,尤其是如果你刚开始锻炼的话。

So appropriate programming for your body with strength training will get you stronger consistently over the next sixty days, especially for if you're just getting started.

Speaker 1

如果你刚开始,接下来六十天你会看到非常稳定、相当明显的力量增长。

If you're just getting started, you can expect to see very consistent, pretty dramatic strength gains over the next sixty days.

Speaker 1

这样做是为了让你为下一阶段做好准备。

Now what this is doing is setting you up for the next phase.

Speaker 1

现在你和你的教练在一起,一起工作。

Now you're with your coach, and you're working with coach.

Speaker 1

你已经完成了六十天的反向饮食,六十天达到蛋白质目标,还有力量训练。

You've done the sixty days of the reverse diet, sixty days of hitting protein, strength training.

Speaker 1

现在你开始使用GLP。

Now you start the GLP.

Speaker 1

教练会带你一步步走过这个过程。

Now what the coach is gonna do is gonna walk you through that process.

Speaker 1

他们会带你走完这个过程,这样你就不需要太多GLP,因为一个好的教练会说,嘿。

They're gonna walk you through that process, a, so you don't have to use too much of the GLP because the coach a good coach is gonna say, hey.

Speaker 1

那个太强了。

That's too strong.

Speaker 1

你吃得太少了。

You're eating way too little.

Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

那样会伤害你的。

They're gonna it's gonna hurt you.

Speaker 1

所以咱们把剂量稍微降一点吧。

So let's let's back off on the dose a little bit.

Speaker 1

但他们也会在这个过程中指导你,哇。

But they're also gonna coach you through this process of, wow.

Speaker 1

以前我焦虑的时候,就是那时候吃东西。

When I was anxious before, that's when I ate.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

以前我抑郁的时候,就会吃东西。

When I was depressed before, that's when I ate.

Speaker 1

所以他们会帮你调整这些行为,而且顺便说一句,现在正是做这件事的好时机。

So they're gonna go they're gonna help modify those behaviors, which by the way, this is the right time to do it.

Speaker 1

当饥饿信号减弱,你不再因为无聊、焦虑、抑郁这些行为而那么想吃东西时,那些神经连接就会开始减弱,只要你不再像以前那样强化它们。

When that hunger signal is low and you're not so driven to eat through different behaviors like like, let's say, boredom, anxiety, depression, those neural networks, those connections can start to weaken so long as you don't strengthen them like you used to.

Speaker 1

换句话说,以前我抑郁的时候,总是会吃东西。

In other words, when I was depressed, I would always eat.

Speaker 1

所以我在把抑郁和吃东西建立很强的关联。

So I'm creating this really strong behavior with depression.

Speaker 1

我在不断强化它。

I'm I'm I'm solidifying it.

Speaker 1

但现在我用了GLP,抑郁的时候不需要吃东西了,但我还是抑郁。

But now that I'm on GLP, I don't need to eat when I'm depressed, but I'm still depressed.

Speaker 1

这种情况还是会发生。

That's still gonna happen.

Speaker 1

你还是会感到焦虑。

You're still gonna get anxious.

Speaker 1

你还是会感到难过。

You're still gonna get sad.

Speaker 1

让我用其他行为来替代它,这样我就能建立新的神经模式。

Let me replace that with other behaviors so I can create a new neural pattern.

Speaker 1

所以现在你和你的教练在一起,正在经历GLP的过程。

So now you're with your coach, and you're going through the GLP process.

Speaker 1

教练的目标是观察你、指导你,同时尽量减少肌肉流失,最大化脂肪减少。

And the goal with the coach is they're watching you, they're coaching you, and they're minimizing any muscle loss and maximizing fat loss.

Speaker 1

然后当你到了一个点,你会觉得,哇。

Then when you get to a point where you're like, woah.

Speaker 1

我觉得差不多到这里就够了。

I think this is about as far as I wanna go.

Speaker 1

比如说,我现在状态很好。

Like, I'm doing great.

Speaker 1

然后教练会带你进入减药阶段。

Then what the coach is gonna do is take you through the back off process.

Speaker 1

减药阶段通常就是随着时间的推移逐渐减少剂量,在这个过程中,教练会再次帮你调整饮食。

The back off process ideally typically looks like a scaling down over time of the dose, And the coach through that process is gonna reverse diet you again.

Speaker 1

他们会再次调整你的饮食,以提升你的新陈代谢,让你拥有更高的代谢率。

They're gonna reverse diet you again to build up your metabolism and set you up with a metabolic rate that's higher.

Speaker 1

这样当你停用GLP后,你就有更多的空间去过自己的生活。

So when you're off the GLP, you have more room to live your life.

Speaker 1

你不必为了保持减重效果而吃得那么少。

You don't have to eat so little to maintain your weight loss.

Speaker 1

这就是理想的情况,也是确保你达到效果的最可靠方法。

And that's what that perfect scenario looks like, and that's the most guaranteed way to get you those results.

Speaker 1

这就是为什么这样能省钱。

And here's why it saves money.

Speaker 1

别那么做。

Don't do it that way.

Speaker 1

结果就是,你得长期服用GLP,每个月要花三到四百美元,而且如果你想在不做那些事情的情况下保持体重,可能得断断续续吃一辈子。

And what ends up happening is you have to stay on a GLP for a long time to the tune of 3 to $400 a month, and it's probably gonna be on and off for as long as you wanna try to keep the weight off without doing those things, which can last

Speaker 5

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

一辈子。

A lifetime.

Speaker 1

当然。

Sure.

Speaker 1

所以这才是正确的做法。

So that's the perfect way to do it.

Speaker 1

我们有很多人用这种方法取得了成功。

And we've had a lot of success people with people doing it that way.

Speaker 1

别只是吃GLP然后看看会发生什么。

Do it the just take the GLP and see what happens.

Speaker 1

你将会遇到

You're gonna have a

Speaker 2

很大的困难。

tough time.

Speaker 2

你将会遇到

You're gonna have a

Speaker 1

非常大的困难。

really tough time with that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

兄弟,我得说,我在这工作室走了十三年,从来没对鞋子的品味这么印象深刻过。哦。

Dude, I have to, say, I don't think I've ever it's like thirteen years walking in the studio, I've ever been so impressed with the shoe game Oh.

Speaker 1

所有人。

By everybody.

Speaker 1

在说我吗?

Talking about me?

Speaker 3

我是说,我先从你开始。

I mean, I'm starting with you.

Speaker 1

哦,好的。

Oh, okay.

Speaker 3

但我是说,你连那边的Doug都穿上了他的黄金鹅。

But I mean, I mean, you even got Doug over there rocking his golden gooses.

Speaker 3

你穿的是Stan Smiths。

You got you in the Stan Smiths.

Speaker 3

Dylan穿的是Stan Smiths。

You got Dylan over in the Stan Smiths.

Speaker 3

Justin穿的是熊猫SB。

You got Justin over there in the Panda SBs.

Speaker 3

我是说,

I mean,

Speaker 1

这些名字真是的。

this is these names.

Speaker 3

这简直是我见过的最牛的鞋品了,好吧。

This is, like, the most elevated shoe game I've ever seen Okay.

Speaker 3

在录音室里。

In the studio.

Speaker 2

太假了,

So fake,

Speaker 3

你知道吗?

you know?

Speaker 3

山寨熊猫鞋。

The knockoff panda.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

它们是

They're

Speaker 2

赤足版。

they're barefoot version.

Speaker 3

它们就是那样的。

They are like that.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

就是那种宽鞋头的款式?

They're the wide the wide toe box ones?

Speaker 3

对。

Yep.

Speaker 3

他们就是照着那个设计的。

That's what they modeled them off.

Speaker 3

他们照着

They modeled

Speaker 1

那个做的。

it after.

Speaker 1

所以

That's why

Speaker 2

不过我还是挺喜欢它们的。

I liked them though

Speaker 3

因为它是

because it's

Speaker 1

就像它们很时尚。

like they're fashionable.

Speaker 3

因为它们看起来确实是这样。

Because they look like that for sure.

Speaker 1

所以我要告诉你发生了什么。

So I gotta tell you what happened.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

你拿到它们也太快了吧,老兄。

You got them hella fast, dude.

Speaker 3

我们刚刚

We just

Speaker 1

你把他给说动了,老兄。

You got in his head, dude.

Speaker 1

就像,不。

Like, no.

Speaker 1

咱们实话实说吧。

Let's just be honest.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

亚当稍微透露了一点。

Adam dropped a little bit of Look.

Speaker 1

你认识我多久了?

How long have you known me?

Speaker 1

你们认识我很久了。

You guys know me for a long time.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

好。

Okay.

Speaker 1

用羞辱的方式逼我做事,根本没用。

Shaming me to do something just doesn't work.

Speaker 1

我不在乎。

I don't care.

Speaker 3

不。

No.

Speaker 3

我觉得我没有羞辱你

I don't think I shamed you

Speaker 1

一点都没有。

at all.

Speaker 1

好吧,你确实没取笑我

Well, you didn't make fun of me

Speaker 2

很多。

a lot.

Speaker 2

更像是

Was more

Speaker 1

那是

It was

Speaker 3

很多取笑。

a lot of making fun.

Speaker 1

我有没有……我不觉得……哦,回放一下。

Was I I don't I don't feel like Oh, replay the thing.

Speaker 2

是这样的,

It was here's what

Speaker 1

我可能会那么做,然后你就说,哦。

I probably would have done, and then you're like, oh.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你说我穿的是女孩子的鞋,兄弟。

You call you said I had girl shoes, bro.

Speaker 3

我觉得我没有攻击你。

I mean, I don't feel like I attacked you.

Speaker 3

我觉得你,我本来什么都不会说的,是你先提起来的。

I feel like you I would never said anything, but you brought it.

Speaker 3

你当时就说,嘿,哥们。

You were like, hey, dude.

Speaker 3

你觉得我的鞋怎么样?

Do What think of my shoes?

Speaker 1

你上次做得很好,看看这双鞋。

You did your last perfect job Check them out.

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 3

我不是那样说的。

I didn't go like that.

Speaker 3

说实话。

Went honest.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那些鞋子真难看。

Those are gross.

Speaker 1

让我

Let me

Speaker 3

给你说实话。让我给你说实话。

give you the Let me give you the honest.

Speaker 3

不。

No.

Speaker 3

让我

Let me

Speaker 1

告诉你发生了什么。

tell you what happened.

Speaker 1

什么起作用了。

What worked.

Speaker 1

你说了一些真正说服了我的话。

You said something that actually convinced me.

Speaker 1

你想知道是什么吗?

You wanna know what it was?

Speaker 1

什么?

What?

Speaker 1

你说了一些让我恍然大悟的话。

You said something that it hit me.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,他说得对。

I was like, he's right.

Speaker 1

当你需要任何健康建议或补充剂建议时,你会来找我,我给你建议,你采纳了。

When you need any kind of health advice or supplement advice, you turn to me and I give you advice and you take it.

Speaker 1

你就像,兄弟,我采纳你的建议。

You're like, dude, I take your advice.

Speaker 1

你从来不听我的。

You never take mine.

Speaker 1

我坐在那儿,心里想,真是个混蛋。

And I sat there and I'm like, what a jerk.

Speaker 1

他说,不是说你,是说我自己。

He's like, not you, but me.

Speaker 1

他说得对。

He's right.

Speaker 1

我从来没问过你该穿什么鞋。

I've never asked you what kind of shoes I should wear.

Speaker 3

我之前不知道。

I didn't know that.

Speaker 3

我之前不知道。

I didn't know that.

Speaker 3

我很高兴这话说到你心坎里了。

I'm glad that resonated.

Speaker 1

所以我回家了

So I went home

Speaker 3

然后我下单了

and I ordered

Speaker 1

你提到的那双鞋。

the one shoe you mentioned.

Speaker 3

但确实如此,因为想想看。

But it's so it is so true because think about that.

Speaker 3

显然,我对补品、营养和运动科学略知一二。

Like, obviously, I know a little bit about supplements and nutrition and exercise science.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

至少足够在节目上坐一会儿。

At least enough to sit on the show for a little bit.

Speaker 3

但我尊重你在这方面比我强。

But I I respect that you're better at it.

Speaker 3

你懂我的意思吧?

You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 3

所以我可以坐下来自己琢磨,或者,我觉得这就是美好之处,你知道我们一直在聊的,关于拥有社区和朋友。

And so I I could sit and try and figure out myself or this or I can, like that's the beauty I think of you know, we talk all about this stuff with, having community and friends.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

这也是其中的一部分。

That's part of it.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

就是要有足够的勇气去说,嘿。

Is being vulnerable enough to go, hey.

Speaker 3

嘿。

Hey.

Speaker 3

我兄弟在这方面的脑子比我好使。

My boy is smarter than I am in this.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我可以装作自己懂得更多。

I can act like I know more.

Speaker 3

我可以,但何必呢?

I can but it's like why?

Speaker 3

我最好的朋友之一就在那儿,我发条短信过去说,嘿,告诉我这个。

When I have, like, one of my best friends who I can, like, shoot text over and be like, yo, tell me this.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

快捷拨号。

Speed dial.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

所以,就是这样。

So, like, yeah.

Speaker 1

那太好了。

So that's great.

Speaker 1

所以我就想,好吧。

So I like, alright.

Speaker 1

你刚才说的是哪个?

Which one did you mention?

Speaker 1

得记一下。

Had to remember.

Speaker 1

我就想,提升

I'm like, Up

Speaker 2

你的时尚品味,兄弟。

your fashion game, homie.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我看到迪伦进来了。

I I saw Dylan came in.

Speaker 1

你看到迪伦的了吗?

Did you see Dylan's?

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 3

迪伦现在全都穿上了。

Dylan's got them all

Speaker 1

现在。

right now.

Speaker 1

他

He's

Speaker 3

穿的是和你同款的那双。

wearing the same pair as you got.

Speaker 3

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

而且它们也挺舒服的。

They're pretty comfortable too.

Speaker 3

而且它们,嘿。

And they're hey.

Speaker 3

它们不贵。

What are they're not expensive.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

不贵。

No.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

所以你不必总是为那个花太多钱。

So you don't always have to go crazy over that.

Speaker 3

顺便说一句,这房间里最贵的鞋现在不是我的。

By the way, the most expensive shoes in this room right now are not mine.

Speaker 1

道格。

Doug.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 3

它们

They

Speaker 1

是。

are.

Speaker 1

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

那双很贵吗?

Expensive are those?

Speaker 3

道格的鞋子肯定很贵。

Doug's shoes are definitely

Speaker 6

那是别人送我的礼物。

They were a gift to me.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh, god.

Speaker 1

看看这家伙,他好像要推迟了。

Look at this guy's gonna be a deferring

Speaker 2

你知道,那双鞋大概要500美元。

They run, you know, $500.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

500美元?

$500?

Speaker 3

就那双运动鞋。

For those sneakies right there.

Speaker 1

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 1

对,兄弟。

Yes, dude.

Speaker 1

它们是什么?

What are they?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

黄金鹅。

Golden Goose.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但那是什么?

But what is that?

Speaker 6

这是个意大利品牌。

It's a it's a Italian brand.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,看起来我还以为是匡威呢。

Oh, they look I thought they were Converse.

Speaker 6

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 6

那个星星让人容易混淆。

The star throws people off.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

五百美元。

$500.

Speaker 6

这是圣诞礼物。

They're a Christmas gift.

Speaker 1

它们走路的时候合脚吗?

Do they walk for you?

Speaker 1

比如,你的

Like, what's your

Speaker 6

它们确实合脚。

They they do actually.

Speaker 3

肌肉。

Muscle.

Speaker 3

你知道吗,所以我不得不说他几句。

You know, it's so I I had to call him out.

Speaker 1

我还是想买

I still wanna get

Speaker 3

那些容易搞混的。

those confused.

Speaker 3

就像,我总是把这边的东西都搞混。

Like, I always I always get all the shit over here.

Speaker 3

我老是得承担所有那些物质主义的亚当的破事,好像我必须这样。

Like, I take all the materialistic Adam bullshit all the time on me, like, that I had to be.

Speaker 3

而且,我这边这哥们儿其实喜欢那些东西,但每次我被骂得狗血淋头的时候,他总是一声不吭。

And, like, quietly, my boy over here is is likes all that stuff and always keeps his mouth shut when I'm getting railed over here.

Speaker 1

我就想,所以我打算把他曝光一下。

I'm just like, so I'm I'm gonna put him on blast

Speaker 3

今天,比如他穿着最贵的鞋。

today, like, that he's wearing the most expensive shoes

Speaker 1

全国最贵的。

in the country.

Speaker 7

那真是。

That's

Speaker 1

太好了。

great.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

所以我要问更多这类问题,兄弟。

So I'm gonna I'm gonna be asking more questions, dude, about stuff like that.

Speaker 3

它们看起来不错。

They look good.

Speaker 1

你收到过赞美了吗?

Did you get compliments yet?

Speaker 1

没有。

No.

Speaker 1

刚刚才有。

Just now.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

嗯,

Well,

Speaker 3

我是说,它们看起来就像刚拆开包装一样。

I mean, they look like they just got broke out of the box.

Speaker 2

确实。

They did.

Speaker 1

我昨天第一次穿它们。

I wore them yesterday for the first time.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

而且它们很舒服。

And they're comfortable.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

对。

And Yeah.

Speaker 3

我喜欢它们的地方,也是我觉得这种风格很棒的原因,就是你可以把它们穿得正式,也可以穿得休闲。

I what I love about them, why I think it's such a great style is you can dress them up and dress them down.

Speaker 3

比如说,你现在穿着运动裤很舒服,但你可能从来没注意到,因为你大概不会在意这些。

Like, obviously, you're in comfortable sweats right now, but you've may never noticed because you probably don't care to pay attention to these things.

Speaker 3

但我整天穿着它们配西装。

But I wear those with my suit all day.

Speaker 1

哦,好的。

Oh, okay.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,是的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

我确实觉得我会

I do think I would

Speaker 8

适合你

suit you

Speaker 3

以前。

before.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我会穿,我会穿着它们配西装。

I'll wear I'll wear those with a suit.

Speaker 3

配黑色西装看起来很棒。

That looks great with a black suit right there.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

我来给你们讲讲。

I'm gonna read you guys.

Speaker 1

我查了一些关于乙醛的资料。

I looked up some information on acetaldehyde.

Speaker 1

乙醛是身体在代谢酒精时产生的一种化合物。

So acetaldehyde is this compound that your body produces when it metabolizes alcohol.

Speaker 2

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

喝酒后感觉难受,就是因为乙醛。

And acetaldehyde is why you tend to feel like crap when you drink alcohol.

Speaker 1

顺便说一句,身体清除乙醛的能力其实挺强的。

So it's and your body does a good job of getting rid of acetaldehyde, by the way.

Speaker 1

所以喝酒的时候,有些人代谢得比其他人好。

So when you drink alcohol, some people do a better job than others.

Speaker 1

这就是为什么有些人能比别人喝得多,而且感觉还好。

This is why some people can have more than others and feel okay.

Speaker 2

而且这还只是酒精。

And this is just alcohol.

Speaker 2

这还不包括其他任何发酵的东西。

This isn't like any other fermented Anything fermented.

Speaker 3

嗯,任何发酵的东西都算。

Well, this is Anything fermented.

Speaker 1

对,就是含有酒精的发酵物,比如发酵的水果之类的。

Well, fermented that has alcohol in it, like fermented fruit or something like that.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 3

所以这也是为什么我们收到一些使用Zbiotics的观众的反馈,说这对某些人来说改变了生活,而对其他人来说效果没那么明显。

So this is also why we get reports from our audience that uses Zbiotics, why it's life changing for some people than others.

Speaker 1

没错

That's

Speaker 3

对。

right.

Speaker 3

我一直以为,根据

Is it I'm assume I've always assumed based on

Speaker 2

对有些人来说肯定更糟。

It's gotta be worse for some people.

Speaker 3

对。

Right.

Speaker 3

比如有些人代谢酒精的能力就是比别人强或弱。

Like some people just metabolize it better or worse than others.

Speaker 3

我一直觉得你和我可能就是代谢不太好的人,因为我特别敏感,喝一两杯就

I've always assumed that you and I are probably people that don't metabolize it very well because I'm ultra sensitive to a drink or two Yeah.

Speaker 3

会让我难受得要命。

Will make me feel terrible.

Speaker 3

所以这让我一直觉得,说实话,我确实喜欢那种微醺的感觉,或者喝点红酒什么的。

And so it's always made me a not I've I mean, admittedly, I enjoy a nice little buzz or having a little a glass of wine or here and stuff like that.

Speaker 3

但我从来不是那种会经常喝酒的人,原因就是我总是——我也是。

But the reason why I've never been someone to do that was because I always Same.

Speaker 3

感觉特别难受。

Felt terrible.

Speaker 1

我也是。

Same.

Speaker 1

那接下来看看它到底有什么影响。

So here's what it does.

Speaker 1

这就是乙醛的作用。

This is what acetaldehyde does.

Speaker 1

它会损害蛋白质功能,破坏细胞结构,引发免疫反应——天哪。

It can impair protein function, damage cellular structures, trigger immune responses Jesus.

Speaker 1

还会导致DNA突变。

Cause DNA mutations.

Speaker 1

哇。

Woah.

Speaker 1

它的积累会导致恶心、头痛、脸红、心跳加速、出汗。

The accumulation of it causes nausea nausea, headache, flushing, tachycardia, sweating.

Speaker 1

听起来像宿醉。

That sounds like a hang up.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那就是我的感觉。

That's that's how I would feel.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

可不是什么好受的时候。

Not not a good time.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 1

这是一种致癌物,会导致组织中毒。

It's a carcinogen causes tissue toxicity.

Speaker 1

所以Zbiotics之所以效果这么好,顺便说一句,前几天有人跟我说,他们之前在节目上听我说的时候还不信。

So the reason why Zbiotics works so well, which by the way, somebody stomped me the other day and said, didn't believe you when you talked about on the show.

Speaker 1

然后他们试了,效果特别好。

And we tried it and it worked so well.

Speaker 1

他们觉得这不可能吧。

We thought it can't possibly be this.

Speaker 1

然后又试了一次。

We did it again.

Speaker 1

就觉得,天哪,这东西真厉害。

Like, man, this stuff.

Speaker 1

它的原理是,它是一种益生菌,而且是经过基因改造的。

What it does is it's a it's a probiotic that's been it's been genetically modified.

Speaker 1

所以它实际上是改变了Zbiotics里面的细菌。

So it actually went in and changed the bacteria in Zbiotics.

Speaker 1

所以当你喝下它时,这种细菌的作用就是分解乙醛。

So when you drink it, what this bacteria does is it breaks down acetaldehyde.

Speaker 1

它实际上能帮助你的身体清除,对。

So it actually helps your body clear Yeah.

Speaker 1

乙醛。

Of acetaldehyde.

Speaker 1

现在其他的,你知道,饮酒补充剂之类的,喝酒时或喝酒前服用。

Now other, you know, drink supplements or whatever, take this when you drink or before.

Speaker 1

它们试图做的是减轻炎症。

What they're trying to do is like reduce inflammation.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你知道,它们可能试图给你补水。

You know, they're trying to maybe hydrate you.

Speaker 1

这不错,但没有任何一种针对乙醛,对。

Not bad, but none of them target acetaldehyde Yeah.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

Effectively.

Speaker 2

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

比如,我们都有一个做网红的朋友,她把她推广的产品给了我。

Like, I we all have a a friend in the space that's an influencer, and she gave me her, like, product she promotes.

Speaker 2

我当时就想

And I was like

Speaker 1

哦,我知道你说的是什么了。

Oh, I know what you're talking about.

Speaker 2

我的Zbiotic用完了,所以我就用了那个。

I was out of Zbiotic, and so I, like, use it.

Speaker 2

效果差远了。

And it was not even close.

Speaker 2

不。

No.

Speaker 2

就是没有那种第二天醒来的效果,你醒来的时候,除了觉得累,其他什么感觉都没有。

Like, it just didn't have that, like like, effect the next day where you're just you wake up, and it's like, I didn't even feel like other than being tired.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

对,根本感觉不到有什么区别。

Like, yeah, wouldn't even know the difference.

Speaker 1

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

哦,我试过所有……

Oh, I've

Speaker 3

我试过所有的解酒药,还有市面上其他那些东西。

I've tried all the because I know that I'm so I've tried all the hangover pill and, like, all the other stuff that's out there.

Speaker 2

那就像吃布洛芬一样。

It's just like Advil at the

最后

end of

Speaker 3

基本上就是一天结束的时候。

the day basically.

Speaker 3

而且即使它们有一些有益的特性,也远不能和那个相比。

And even though they have some some positive properties that are helpful, they're it's nowhere near the same thing.

Speaker 1

但是,是的,Zbiotics 被宣传为一种饮酒前的饮品。

But, yeah, it's it's a it's a pre alcohol drink is what Zbiotics is marketed.

Speaker 3

他们说,使用方法是喝酒前先喝这个。

They say that they so they they tell you that's the protocol is to drink it before you drink.

Speaker 3

不过我得承认,有时候我忘了,然后已经喝了两杯了。

Although I will admit that there's been times where I forgot, and then I'm like, two drinks in.

Speaker 3

我还是能感觉到效果。

I I still feel the effect.

Speaker 1

它会有助于之后酒精的积累。

It'll help with the accumulation afterwards.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

所以,我知道他们的建议和理想做法是晚上喝酒前先喝这个。

So, like, I I know that they that's the the protocol and ideal is you take it first before you have a drink at night.

Speaker 3

但有时候我没打算喝太多,或者随手就拿了一瓶,结果喝了两杯才想起来,它还是能带来很大的不同。

But there's been times where it's like, I didn't think I was going to really and then or I just grabbed it and then, like, then I get to it, like, two drinks later, and it still makes a huge difference.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

我得跟你们讲个故事,哥们,那真是恶心。

I'm gonna say the subject's I out gotta tell you guys a story, dude, that's just just gross.

Speaker 1

那件事既让人震惊,又让人毛骨悚然,可能还有点让人受宠若惊。

It was it was simultaneously shocking, creepy, maybe a little flattering.

Speaker 1

也许吧。

Maybe.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,我也不确定。

I mean, I'm not sure.

Speaker 1

说实话,我不骗你。

I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 1

什么?

What?

Speaker 1

但同时也挺吓人的。

But but also creepy.

Speaker 3

这真是种奇怪的组合。

It's a crazy mix.

Speaker 1

也挺吓人的。

Also creepy.

Speaker 1

所以又吓人又让人受宠若惊?

So Creepy and flattering?

Speaker 1

兄弟,你听听这个故事。

Bro, listen to this story.

Speaker 1

我真不敢相信有人会这么做,或者说我也不确定。

I can't believe people do this or do I don't know.

Speaker 1

总之,我们去了游泳池。

Anyway, we go to the pool.

Speaker 1

我和杰西卡还有孩子们在游泳池边玩。

So me, Jessica, and the kids are at the pool and we're hanging out.

Speaker 3

这就是那个健身房的事。

This is the gym one.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我也不想多说。

And I'm not gonna say too much.

Speaker 1

我已经不想提了。

I've already I don't wanna mention.

Speaker 1

她说,你告诉别人我们去哪个健身房。

She's like, you tell people the gym we go to.

Speaker 1

我就不多说了。

I'm not gonna say anymore.

Speaker 1

但我们去了,就在泳池边。

But we went and we're at the pool.

Speaker 1

大家都在那儿玩。

We're all hanging out.

Speaker 1

然后我们进了热水浴缸。

And we went in the hot tub.

Speaker 1

所以我和杰西卡在热水浴缸里。

So Jessica and I are in the hot tub.

Speaker 1

然后我离开去陪孩子们玩什么的。

And then I leave to go play with the kids or whatever.

Speaker 1

热水浴缸里还有其他人。

And there's other people in the hot tub.

Speaker 1

里面有个女人。

So there's this woman in there.

Speaker 1

她看着我老婆。

She looks at my wife.

Speaker 1

她说,嘿,这真是,她说,这太疯狂了。

She goes, hey, this is gonna she's like, this is crazy.

Speaker 1

我知道听起来很离谱,但我必须告诉你。

I know it sounds wild, but I gotta tell you this.

Speaker 1

然后杰西卡就说,好吧。

So Jessica's like, okay.

Speaker 1

怎么了?

What's going on?

Speaker 1

我和我老公玩一个游戏,就是观察周围的人。

So me and my husband play this game where we look at people around us

Speaker 3

哎呀。

Oh boy.

Speaker 1

然后挑出我们想跟谁睡觉。

And we pick out who we would sleep with.

Speaker 1

所以现在杰西卡就想,赶紧带我离开这儿。

So now Jessica's like, get me out of here.

Speaker 1

她就像,这儿到底怎么回事?

Like she's like, what's going on here?

Speaker 1

然后她说,我知道这是要干嘛。

And she says I know where this is going.

Speaker 1

哥们,首先,这开场白也太直接了吧。

Dude, first of all, that's opening conversation.

Speaker 1

我真不知道人们哪来的这种胆量,反正,她就这么跟杰西卡说了。

I don't know where people get the the the gall to anyway, so they say that to she says that to Jessica.

Speaker 1

她说,你知道吗,我看到了你丈夫,我丈夫也看到了他。

She goes, and you know, I I saw your husband and my husband saw him.

Speaker 1

然后她先说了句,顺便说一句,我丈夫是直男。

And then she prefaces, my husband's straight by the way.

Speaker 1

他是直男。

He's straight.

Speaker 1

所以我已经觉得,哎呀,不妙了。

So already I'm like, uh-oh.

Speaker 1

然后他说,然后她接着说,我说,这就是你跟我说的那个人吗?

And he said, and he and he and she goes, I I said, is that the guy that you were telling me about?

Speaker 1

我丈夫就说,对。

And my husband goes, yeah.

Speaker 1

然后她说,对。

And she goes, yeah.

Speaker 1

就是你丈夫。

It's your husband.

Speaker 1

而且,你知道,他是个很帅的人。

And, know, he's a really handsome guy.

Speaker 1

杰西卡就说,是的。

Jessica's like, yeah.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thanks.
