如何应对消极的人和无法离开的负面环境

How to Cope With Negative People and Environments You Can’t Leave

联系我们:risewithroxie@bauermedia.co.uk 关注我们的社交媒体!@risewithroxie 由 Simplecast(AdsWizz 旗下公司)主持制作。有关我们如何收集和使用个人数据用于广告的信息,请访问 pcm.adswizz.com。

Speaker 0

我们会在节目说明里放上购票链接。

And we will leave the link to get your tickets in the show notes.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我们回到节目正题吧。

Let's go back to the episode.

Speaker 0

问题是,当然,比如,你怎么应对那些你无法从生活中剔除的负面人或环境?

The question is, of course, like, how do you cope with negative people or environments that you just can't remove from your life?

Speaker 0

我觉得这个问题很重要,因为关于这个,我们得到的很多建议并不现实。

And I think it's an important question because not all of the advice that we get around this is realistic.

Speaker 0

我觉得有时候我们会听到别人说,哦,你只需要和他们断绝关系。

I think that sometimes we can hear people go, oh, you know, you just need to cut them off.

Speaker 0

把他们从你的生活中剔除就行了。

Just cut them out your life.

Speaker 0

但这往往真的没什么用,因为如果你们是同事,或者有亲戚关系,或者住在一起,或者你可能在某些方面需要他们,那真的……

But this is often like really unhelpful because it's not possible like if you work with them or you're related to them or you live with them or you might like need them in some capacity, then it's really...

Speaker 0

当有人直接说,你只需要把这些人从你的生活中剔除,这真的会让人感到不知所措。

Can feel really overwhelming for someone to just be like, you just need to cut these people out of your life.

Speaker 0

所以我真的很想帮你们处理那些现在没法把某人从生活中剔除的情况,但我真的不想让那个人让我感到精疲力尽、防备心重、疲惫不堪,或者变成我不想成为的那种人。有些人负能量太强,会让你变得冷漠、防备,让你变成自己都不喜欢的版本,这正是我们今天要讨论的。

And so I really want to help you guys with those situations where cutting someone out is just not an option right now, but I really want to stop that person causing me to feel drained, defensive, exhausted, or just becoming like somebody that I don't wanna become, like some people, their energy is so negative that it makes you cold, it makes you defensive, it makes you, like, be a version of yourself that you just don't like and that is really what we're gonna talk about today.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

那么,我们还是从老地方开始吧,我想,就是先把它正常化。

So let's start where we often start really, I suppose, which is by normalizing it.

Speaker 0

如果你受到负能量的影响,那不代表你软弱,明白吗?

If you are affected by negativity, that does not make you weak, okay?

Speaker 0

那只是说明你是人。

It just makes you human.

Speaker 0

因为人类天生就是需要连接的,对吧?

Because humans are actually wired for connection, right?

Speaker 0

所以我们对情绪信号、语气、肢体语言和心情都非常敏感。

And so we're really sensitive to emotional cues, tone, body language and mood.

Speaker 0

实际上,罗宾·夏尔马在某一集节目里就谈过这个。

And actually, Robin Sharma on one of the episodes talked about this.

Speaker 0

他讲到了背后的心理学原理,叫做情绪传染,就是说情绪会在人与人之间传播,而且往往是无意识的。

He talked about the psychology behind it, which is called emotional contagion, which is the idea that emotions spread between people often unconsciously.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你身处一个消极、挑剔、悲观或者情绪波动大的环境,你的神经系统就会对此做出反应。

And so if you're spending time in a negative, critical, pessimistic, or emotionally volatile environment, your nervous system will respond to that.

Speaker 0

所以即使你很坚强,或者觉得自己很有韧性、很积极,甚至很有自我意识,你仍然可能被别人的消极情绪严重影响。

So even if you're like strong or you think of yourself as someone being really resilient or positive, even if you are like really self aware, you can still be absolutely impacted by someone's negativity.

Speaker 0

这不是你个人的失败。

This is not a personal failure.

Speaker 0

这只是生物学。

It's just biology.

Speaker 0

一旦你明白了这一点,你就能对自己有更多的接纳,然后你就能从慈悲的角度做出改变。

And so once you understand that, you can kind of have that self acceptance, and then you can make the shift from a place of compassion.

Speaker 0

那么,为什么消极的环境会让人如此疲惫呢?

So why are negative environments so draining?

Speaker 0

嗯,消极的人和环境往往会让你的神经系统处于一种低水平的威胁状态。

Well, negative people and environments often keep your nervous system in a low level state of threat.

Speaker 0

所以这并不总是通过大的冲突来体现。

And so it's not always through big conflict.

Speaker 0

比如,不一定非得是那种冲进来、气势汹汹、大喊大叫的人。

Like, it doesn't have to be someone that comes in and, like, is all guns blazing and shouting and whatever it is.

Speaker 0

也可能是那种总是抱怨、总是看到半杯水空着的人。

It can be through somebody that just like is always complaining, like always seeing the like glass half empty.

Speaker 0

也可能是那种挑剔或爱评判的人,不一定是对你,而是对别人,或者是不稳定的人、情绪倾倒、被动攻击,或者就是长期压力很大的人。

It can be through someone that's critical or judgmental, not even necessarily of you but of other people, unpredictability in someone, emotional dumping, passive aggression, or somebody that is just like chronically stressed.

Speaker 0

和这些人相处久了,你的身体基本上就会学会保持警觉。

Over time with those people often, your body essentially just learns to stay alert.

Speaker 0

所以你可能会感到紧张、烦躁、疲惫,或者情绪平淡,却不知道原因。

And so you might feel sort of tense, irritable, exhausted, or just emotionally flat without fully knowing why.

Speaker 0

但现在我们知道,这就是情绪传染。

But now we know it is that emotional contagion.

Speaker 0

你真的是在不知不觉中感染了他们的负面情绪。

You're literally like catching their negative vibes.

Speaker 0

这一点尤其适用于那些自认为是共情者或者很有同理心的人,因为你情绪上更敏感,更容易受到别人那些暗示的影响。如果你是个讨好型人格的人,那影响可能会更大。

Now, this is especially true if you're somebody who identifies as an empath or someone that's empathetic because you're more emotionally aware and more susceptible to those sort of like cues from other people or it might affect you a lot if you are a people pleaser.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我认识很多人,他们绝对是讨好型人格,而且他们真的会被某些特别消极的家人影响,因为他们就是……

So I know lots of people in my life that, you know, are definite people pleasers and they are really affected by certain family members who are really negative because they just...

Speaker 0

他们很难设立任何界限,因为他们想让那个人感觉好一点。

They find it hard to have any boundaries because they want to make that person feel better.

Speaker 0

但结果就是,他们真的吸收了对方所有的负面能量。

But as a result, they're really taking in all of their negative energy.

Speaker 0

所以这里的目标不是要你变得强硬或者不再关心别人,尤其是如果你很有同理心,或者你是讨好型人格,或者你只是情绪上特别敏感。

So the goal here is not to, like, toughen up or stop caring, especially if you are empathetic, if you are a people pleaser, if you are just, like, really emotionally aware.

Speaker 0

目标其实是减少接触,增强自己的调节能力,这样就不会像现在这样影响你了。

But the goal is basically to reduce exposure and increase your regulations that doesn't impact you the way that it currently is.

Speaker 0

在我们讨论什么方法有效之前,先说说哪些方法没用,以及为什么我们总是反复尝试那些没用的方法。

Before we talk about what will work, let's talk about what doesn't work and why we keep trying it.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以,本能地,大多数人遇到这样的人时,都会试图去改变他们。

So instinctively, most people, when they have somebody in their lives like this, they try to fix them.

Speaker 0

你可能会解释、安慰、解决问题、吸收他们的情绪,这通常是出于善意,但实际上,这会让你一直处于照顾者的角色,让你精疲力尽。

So you might explain, reassure, problem solve, absorb, and this often comes through a place of kindness, but actually, it puts you in a constant caretaking role and that drains you.

Speaker 0

另一件你可能做的事情是过度解释自己。

Another thing that you might do is over explain yourself.

Speaker 0

你可能会为自己的选择、界限和需求辩护,这基本上就是放弃了自己的力量,让你继续和这个人纠缠在一起。

So you might justify your choices, your boundaries, your needs, and essentially, this just gives away your power and keeps you emotionally engaged in this person.

Speaker 0

你可能会为他们的情绪负责。

You might take responsibility for their mood.

Speaker 0

他们不开心,你就试图调节气氛,但这太累了,根本维持不下去。

Unhappy and so you try to manage the atmosphere but this is exhausting and just completely unsustainable.

Speaker 0

另一件你可能做的事情是期待他们改变。

Another thing that you might do is expect them to change.

Speaker 0

你可能期待他们最终会改掉这个毛病,或者情况会有所改变,但这只会让你一直陷在失望里。

You might expect that eventually they'll grow out of it or that something will change but this just keeps you stuck in disappointment.

Speaker 0

理解这一点非常重要,因为实际上,关键不在于改变他们。

And understanding this is really important because actually the work isn't about changing them.

Speaker 0

而在于改变他们能接触到你的程度。

It's about changing how much access they have to you.

Speaker 0

所以,这些是人们常做但没用的做法。

So those are things that don't work that people tend to do.

Speaker 0

但接下来要说的才是真正有效的、有帮助的方法,我们这就来谈谈实际的做法。

But here's what's actually does work, what helps, and this is how we're gonna get practical.

Speaker 0

第一点,就是关于内在界限。

So number one is all about internal boundaries.

Speaker 0

这绝对是最重要的一点。

And this is definitely the most important one.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以内在边界是关于你在情感上吸收什么,而不仅仅是你身体上忍受什么。

So internal boundaries are about what you emotionally absorb, not just what you physically tolerate.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以这不是说要避开他们,不和他们待在同一个房间。

So this isn't about avoiding them, not being in the same room as them.

Speaker 0

就像我们一开始说的,你可能和这个人一起工作,或者住在一起。

Like we said in the beginning, you might work with this person, you might live with them.

Speaker 0

但你可以和某人待在同一个房间,而不必同意他们,不必内化他们的情绪,也不必为他们的感受负责。

But you can be in the same room as someone without agreeing with them, internalizing their mood, or taking responsibility for their feelings.

Speaker 0

这听起来很简单,但实际上非常强大。

And it sounds really simple, but it is actually really powerful.

Speaker 0

所以当有人在你身边抱怨、批评或发泄时,你不需要去解决它。

So when someone complains, criticizes or vents around you, you do not need to fix it.

Speaker 0

你不需要去争辩,也不需要去匹配那种情绪。

You do not need to argue with it and you do not need to match that energy.

Speaker 0

你可以中立地听,简短回应,然后在情感上抽离。

You can actually listen neutrally, respond briefly, and disengage emotionally.

Speaker 0

这样你的反应会更少,解释会更少,情感投入也会更少。

So you can have less reaction, less explanations, and less emotional investment.

Speaker 0

光是这一点,给自己一个许可和提醒,就能彻底改变一切。

And just that alone, just giving yourself permission and a reminder of that can change absolutely everything.

Speaker 0

第二件你可以做的事是减少接触,但不要减少善意。

The second thing that you can do is reduce access but not reduce kindness.

Speaker 0

我觉得很多人在这里会困惑,因为保护自己并不需要冷漠、粗鲁或对抗。

This is where I think lots of people can get confused because you don't need to be cold or rude or confrontational to protect yourself.

Speaker 0

因为实际上,当你那样做的时候,我……

Because actually, I think when you do that, again, I...

Speaker 0

你……

You come...

Speaker 0

我又回到那个点,你可能会变成自己不喜欢的人,这对你没有任何帮助,尤其是如果那真的不是你的本性。

I come back to that point where like, you maybe become someone you don't like and that's not gonna help you in any way, especially if that's really just not your nature.

Speaker 0

但你可以做一些事情,比如少跟他们分享个人信息,不再事无巨细地汇报你的生活,避开容易引发情绪的话题,或者让对话变得更轻松、更简短。

But you can do things like share less personal information with them, stop over updating them on your life, avoid emotionally charged topics, or keep conversation just like lighter and shorter.

Speaker 0

这样你仍然可以做你自己,做一个善良的人,但同时也能和他们保持距离,找到那个平衡点。

And so you can still be the person that you are, like a kind person, but still be able to like keep them at arm's length, like you can find the balance of that.

Speaker 0

所以,善良并不意味着要完全敞开自己,你明白吧。

So kindness does not require full access to you, you know.

Speaker 0

你可以保持礼貌,而不必让某个人随意介入你的生活。

You can be polite without needing to let someone like write into your life.

Speaker 0

我知道减少接触,比如,假设你有一个曾经最好的朋友,但实际上他们非常有毒,对你阴阳怪气,总是贬低你。

I do know that like reducing access, like letting someone like not be like, if you have like, let's say you have a friend who's been like your best friend, but actually, they're so toxic, they're passive aggressive with you, they put you down.

Speaker 0

但你习惯了那种什么都跟他们分享的关系模式。

But you're so used to like being in a dynamic where you like share everything with them.

Speaker 0

一开始不分享一切可能会让你很不舒服,你可能会想,他们会发现的,但通常这种人太自恋了,他们根本不会注意到。

It might feel really uncomfortable at first to like not share everything and you might think, they're gonna notice but usually those people are so self obsessed, they really don't notice.

Speaker 0

但即使感觉不舒服,要知道,随着时间的推移,这种不适感会变成新的常态。

But even if it feels, you know, uncomfortable, like, know that over time, that uncomfortableness will become the new norm.

Speaker 0

实际上,取而代之的会是如释重负的感觉。

And in fact, what it will be replaced with is relief.

Speaker 0

会有……

There will...

Speaker 0

当你离开他们的时候,你会感觉好很多。

It will feel so much better when you leave their company.

Speaker 0

当你结束和他们的任何一次接触,走开的时候,你不会再有那种沉重的感觉。

When you walk away from like any an encounter with them, you won't feel that same heaviness.

Speaker 0

实际上,你会觉得轻松了,就像,好吧,我做到了。

Actually, you'll feel lighter like, okay, I did that.

Speaker 0

就像,我设法用不同的方式处理了这件事。

Like, I managed to do things differently.

Speaker 0

第三个建议是,从被动反应转变为主动观察。

The third tip would be to shift from reacting to observing.

Speaker 0

说实话,这个方法对我屡试不爽,而且这是一个非常强大的心态转变。

Honestly, this is the one that has worked for me time and time again, and it's a really powerful mindset shift.

Speaker 0

与其想着,天哪,这个人怎么这么消极,或者这让我很累。

Instead of, like, thinking, like, okay, god, this person is so negative or this is draining me.

Speaker 0

不如你可以这样说,好吧,他们就是这样运作的。

Instead, you can say things like, okay, this is how they operate.

Speaker 0

观察真的能制造距离,而距离其实就是保护。

And observation really creates like distance and distance is actually what creates protection.

Speaker 0

所以即使你们身体上不疏远,你也可以在心理上保持距离,因为你不会对他们产生那种情绪化的反应。

And so even though you're not distant physically, like, you can be distant to it because you don't have the, like, emotionally charged like reaction to them.

Speaker 0

我生活中有一些人,说实话,他们经常为一些小事感到压力,而且这些压力常常会发泄到我身上,而在我看来,那些事根本不值得紧张。

So I have people in my life who, like, honestly, they just get stressed about little things a lot and it would often come out at me and things that just, in my opinion, are just, like, not worth getting stressed about.

Speaker 0

我以前对此非常恼火,会想,天哪,为什么这个人要为这些事这么紧张?

And I used to get really frustrated by it but like, god, like, why does this person get so stressed about these things?

Speaker 0

这看起来太傻了,或者为什么……

Like, it seems so silly or why is it...

Speaker 0

为什么他们要冲我发火?

Why are they taking out on me?

Speaker 0

我不该受这个气,你以前就是故意惹我生气。

I don't deserve this and that you just used to wind me up.

Speaker 0

因为我很生气,我就会反击,或者我会问……

And because I was wound up about it, I'd kind of retaliate or I'd like ask...

Speaker 0

我会陷进去,然后就会引发大争吵。

I'd like indulge in it and then it would just create these massive arguments.

Speaker 0

然后有一天我想,你知道吗,这其实不是我的问题,而且他们就是那样的人,我改变不了他们。

And then one day I was like, do you know what, like, it's actually just not my issue like and also like they are who they are, I can't change them.

Speaker 0

我打算彻底接受他们的样子,当他们那样做的时候,我就保持沉默,不掺和,也不问相关的问题。

And I'm just gonna have like a radical acceptance of who they are and when they do it, I'm just gonna remain quiet and I'm not gonna indulge in it and I'm not gonna ask questions around it.

Speaker 0

说实话,这样轻松多了,也自由多了。

And honestly, it is so much easier and so much more freeing.

Speaker 0

而且,我觉得这样做最大的好处就是,你不再把他们的行为当成是针对你个人的。

And also, like, I think the probably the number one thing that it does when you do that is it you stop taking their behavior personally.

Speaker 0

我现在不会想,天哪,这是冲我来的,因为我明白这跟我没关系。

Like, I don't now think like, oh god, that's about me because I recognize it's nothing to do with me.

Speaker 0

但只有当你不再对它有反应时,你才能明白那跟你无关。

But you can only see that it's nothing to do with you when you stop reacting to it.

Speaker 0

所以如果你处在某种关系中,这真的可以很有力量。

So it can be really powerful if you're in...

Speaker 0

你可能处在某种关系里,觉得天哪,他们太消极了。

You might be in like some kind of relationship where you feel like, god, they're so negative.

Speaker 0

我不……

I don't...

Speaker 0

我觉得我只是在回应。

I feel like I'm only responding.

Speaker 0

你以自己不喜欢的方式行事,你可能会想,我这么做只是因为我在回应对方。

You're acting in a way that you don't like and you might think, well, I'm only doing it because I'm responding to that.

Speaker 0

嗯,你需要向自己证明这一点。

Well, you need to kinda prove that to yourself.

Speaker 0

如果你停止那种情绪化的回应,你就会亲眼看到,其实,你知道吗,那并不是我的问题。

If you stop responding in a way that is like emotionally charged, then you will be able to see for yourself that actually, you know what, it wasn't me.

Speaker 0

或者你可能会发现,不,其实现在他们不再那样反应了。

Or maybe you'll see, no, actually, now they're not reacting that way.

Speaker 0

所以也许我可以承担起责任。

So maybe I can take responsibility.

Speaker 0

不管怎样,能够让自己抽离出来,只是观察对方,而不是对他们做的每一件事都投入进去,这一定会带来积极的结果。

Either way, being able to distance yourself and just observe someone rather than getting engaged in every single thing that they do is going to deliver a positive outcome.

Speaker 0

第四个建议是事后调节。

The fourth tip is like post exposure regulation.

Speaker 0

我经常被问到这个问题,所以我也经常分享这个建议,就是通常,如果我处在一个有毒的工作环境里,我能做些什么?

So I've been sharing this a lot when I get asked this question a lot, which is like, usually, like, if I have a toxic work environment, what can I do?

Speaker 0

所以我的建议总是,事后你需要为自己找到一个仪式,帮助自己重新调整状态。

And so my advice is always that afterwards, you need to find like a ritual for yourself that will help you reset.

Speaker 0

基本上,你要找到一些能积极调节你神经系统的事情,在事后做。

And so basically, you wanna find something that will actively like regulate your nervous system afterwards.

Speaker 0

而且这只是……

And it's just...

Speaker 0

这真的是很重要的日常维护。

That is just real like important maintenance.

Speaker 0

所以事后调节可以很简单,比如去散个步、听听喜欢的音乐、写写日记、上节健身课、做做呼吸练习,或者去……

And so post exposure regulation can just be simple things like going for a nice walk, listening to your favorite music, journaling, an exercise class, breath work, going for like...

Speaker 0

洗个长时间的热水澡。

Having like a long warm shower.

Speaker 0

就是……

It's...

Speaker 0

把它想象成情绪清理,就像清除情绪残留,让自己重新调整。

Think of it like emotional clearing, like you're clearing the emotional residue and like resetting yourself.

Speaker 0

我觉得有意识地去做这件事真的很重要。

And I think that this is really important to like consciously do it.

Speaker 0

所以你要真的想,我做这件事是为了从情绪上把自己从他们的情绪中清理出来,这样我就不会让它在自己心里积累。

So really think like I'm doing this act to like emotionally clear myself from their emotions so that I'm not kind of allowing it to accumulate within myself.

Speaker 0

我很喜欢这个。

So I love that.

Speaker 0

然后第五个基本上就是有意识地平衡能量,这一点非常关键。

And then the fifth one is basically just like balancing the energy consciously and this is really crucial.

Speaker 0

所以如果你不得不待在负面环境里,你就需要有意识地花时间在能让你恢复或感到积极的事情上。

So if you have to spend time around negativity, you basically need to intentionally spend time around like regulation or positivity.

Speaker 0

这可能意味着,比如,如果我必须和那个让我精疲力尽的人待在一起,我就会确保多花时间和那个让我感到平静、自在、能逗我笑的朋友在一起。

And so that might mean that like, okay, if I'm gonna have to spend time with this person that drains me, I'm gonna make sure that I spend time as much time with the friend who makes me feel really calm and at ease and makes me laugh.

Speaker 0

也可能意味着,比如,我要去大自然里待一会儿,或者找个有创意的地方做点能让我充实起来的事情。

It might also mean that like, okay, I'm gonna spend some time in nature or I'm gonna find a creative space to do something that like fills me up.

Speaker 0

基本上,你得把自己被消耗掉的东西补回来。

Basically, you have to like fill up what has been taken from you.

Speaker 0

另外,记住,即使你生活中只有一段能让你安心的关系,也能抵消很多那种负能量。

Also, just remember that even like one grounding relationship in your life can actually offset a lot of that like bad vibes.

Speaker 0

比如你有没有那种一个朋友,或者对我来说就是我姐姐,我和她在一起就特别自在,特别开心。

Like, you know, do you have that like one friend or like for me as my sister, like, I'm just so at ease with her and so happy with her.

Speaker 0

即使我度过了压力最大的一周,只要一到她家,孩子们在一起玩,我们在牛津,感觉一切就都归零了。

Even if I have had the most stressful week, as soon as I get to her house and our kids are together and we're in Oxford, it's like everything just sets back to like zero again.

Speaker 0

那感觉真好。

It's so nice.

Speaker 0

所以看看你生活中什么能让你达到那种状态。

So see what in your life brings you there.

Speaker 0

可能是一个人,也可能是一种经历。

It might be a person but it might be an experience.

Speaker 0

也许每次你去练瑜伽,或者每次你去长途散步,都能让你回到那种归零的状态,你懂的。

It might be that every time you go to yoga or every time you go for a long walk, it just brings you back to, like, zero, you know.

Speaker 0

所以我真的希望这些内容能引起你的共鸣,也希望你真的去练习这些方法。

So I really hope that some of this, like, resonates with you and that you do practice some of these tools.

Speaker 0

因为如果你不保护自己的能量,那你就是在把自己拉到别人的水平上,你会让负能量成为你的常态。

Because if you don't protect your energy, then you're kind of bringing yourself down to other people's level and you will allow, like, negativity to become your baseline.

Speaker 0

你的想法会变得更沉重,你的动力会下降,没有人想那样生活。

And your thoughts all became heavier, your motivation will dip, and no one wants to live like that.

Speaker 0

而如果你真的保护好自己的能量,你不仅会感觉情绪更好,你还会更清晰地思考,做出更好的决定,你会更自信。

Whereas if you actually do protect your energy, you're not just gonna feel better emotionally, you're actually gonna think more clearly, you're gonna make better decisions, you'll be more confident.

Speaker 0

这真的是通往可持续幸福生活的关键,我真心希望你们每个人都能拥有这样的生活。

And this is really like keys, like a sustainable joyful life and I really want that for all of you.

Speaker 0

所以我想提醒你们,即使你保持善良,你也有权保护自己的平静;即使你保持爱心,你也有权设立界限。

So I want to kind of just remind you that like you are allowed to protect your peace even when you stay kind and you are allowed to set boundaries even when you stay loving.

Speaker 0

你仍然可以爱一个人,同时知道你需要一些界限。

You can still love someone but also know that you need to have some boundaries.

Speaker 0

你可以让这些人留在你的生活中,不必断绝关系,但也要能找到方法来优先照顾自己的神经系统。

And you can have those people in your life without cutting them off but also be able to find ways to prioritize your nervous system.

Speaker 0

我觉得这其实就是情绪成熟的表现。

And I think this is honestly what emotional maturity is.

Speaker 0

就是能够达到一种状态,接受事情本来的样子,只去控制你能控制的事情。

It's being able to get to a place where you can like accept things as they are and just control the things that you can.

Speaker 0

你无法控制别人,但你可以控制自己如何回应他们。

Like, you know, you can't control other people but you can control how you respond to them.

Speaker 0

所以,是的,如果你觉得这有帮助,请点赞、留言、订阅。

So, yeah, if you did find this helpful, then please do rate, leave a comment, subscribe.

Speaker 0

这真的对节目帮助很大。

It really, really helps the show.

Speaker 0

最后我想说,你不需要为了应对负面情绪而让自己变得坚硬。

And I just wanna close by saying that you don't need to, like, harden yourself to survive negativity.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

K?

Speaker 0

你只需要一些方法、一些觉察和一些界限。

All you need is some tools, some awareness, and some boundaries.

Speaker 0

你的能量非常宝贵,所以要好好对待它。

Your energy is so precious, so treat it accordingly.
