接下来,别再想那些蒙尘的实体店了,中国最古老的品牌正涌入直播,收获数十亿次观看。

Coming up, forget dusty storefronts, China's oldest brands are crashing live streams and racking up billions of views.

Speaker 1

这些老品牌突然又变得酷了起来。

The old timers are suddenly cool again.

Speaker 1

但在热潮背后,是一场对数字人才的激烈争夺、与算法本身的较量,以及一个重大问题。

But behind the hype, a brutal scramble for digital talent, a battle with algorithm itself, and one big question.

Speaker 1

当传统品牌追逐潮流时,那份魔力还能保留吗?

When heritage chases trends, does the magic survive?

Speaker 1

如今,拥有数百年历史的店铺招牌不仅照亮了古老的街道,也点亮了智能手机的屏幕。

And now, centuries old shop signs are lighting up not just old streets anymore, but smartphone screens.

Speaker 1

在全国各地,历史悠久的品牌正走出线下门店,走进热门的直播直播间,在社交媒体平台上收获数十亿次观看。

Across the country, time honored brands are stepping out of offline storefronts and into viral livestreams, cracking up, racking up billions of views on social media platforms.

Speaker 1

随着越来越多这些品牌开设线上店铺,仿佛一夜之间,这些老品牌又开始努力变得潮流起来。

Now as as more of these brands open up their stores online, it seems like all of a sudden that the old timers are trying to be cool again.

Speaker 1

但数字背后,却藏着一个更艰难的故事。

But behind the numbers is a bit of a tougher story.

Speaker 1

人才争夺战正在上演。

There's a scramble for talent.

Speaker 1

那些被推到屏幕前、代表这些老牌品牌的主播们。

The people that you put on those screens when people are scrolling to represent those legacy brands.

Speaker 1

同时,还有一场破解平台算法的竞赛。

There's also a race to decode platform algorithms.

Speaker 1

我们该如何让我们的品牌形象和信息触达尽可能多的人?

How do we get our brand image and message to as many people as possible?

Speaker 1

这是一个新的挑战。

That's a new challenge.

Speaker 1

挑战。

Challenge.

Speaker 1

此外,还有一个关于身份的更深层问题。

Also, there's a deeper question about identity.

Speaker 1

你知道,如果你的公司有一百年的历史,拥有固定的形象,突然间你又想打入年轻人的短视频或直播中,那就引发了一个问题:你作为一家公司,究竟是谁?

You know, if your company is a 100 years old and you have an established image and all of a sudden you're trying to break into, you know, young people's reels or streams or whatever, then that raises the question of who are you as a company too.

Speaker 1

你知道,这里有很多问题,但本质上是关于老牌企业在2026年如何保持相关性,我喜欢这个故事。

You know, there's a lot of questions here, but it's it's basically about older companies trying to stay relevant here in 2026, and I like the story.

Speaker 1

所以让我们弄清楚究竟发生了什么。

So let's find out exactly what's going on.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

在当今这个数字世界中,转型已成为连接中国老字号品牌与年轻消费者以及现代社会的关键桥梁,因为它们现在正积极通过线上销售渠道拓展业务,而不再仅仅依赖传统的线下门店。

So in today's world, which is the digital world, the transformation has really become the key bridge connecting China's or rather time honored brands with younger consumers as well as the modern society as well because they are now really actively trying to navigate their way on through online sales channels rather than just sticking to just merely the off line stores like in old times.

Speaker 2

所以,有个大新闻。

So here's the big news.

Speaker 2

北京90%以上的传统品牌都上线了。

More than 90% of Beijing's traditional brands have gone online.

Speaker 2

它们在京东、淘宝、天猫等主要电商平台,以及抖音等社交媒体平台上开设了店铺。

They're settling setting up shops on major ecommerce platforms like jd.com, Taobao, and Tmall, and also on on social media platforms like Douyen.

Speaker 2

这一数据来自北京老字号协会发布的一份新报告,名为《北京老字号传承与创新发展报告》,该报告整合了过去五年的信息,得出了这些数据。

And that's according to one new report from the Beijing Time Honor Brand Association called the Beijing Time Honor Brands Inheritance and Innovation Development Report that kind of put together the information from the past five years to come up with some data.

Speaker 2

根据他们的数据,北京80%以上的老字号品牌现在都运营着官方微信公众号或微信服务号。

So according to their data, over 80% of these time honored brands in Beijing now operates official WeChat accounts or WeChat service accounts.

Speaker 2

其中一些品牌甚至建立了自己的微信小程序商店,销售商品,并为所有使用微信的用户打造了无缝的端到端购物体验。

And some of them even built their own WeChat mini program stores, selling stuff and also creating this seamless, really people to people end to end kind of shopping experience for everybody who has WeChat.

Speaker 2

这挺酷的。

So that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1

我们这里说的是哪些类型的产品和公司呢?

What kind of products, what kind of companies are we talking about here?

Speaker 2

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 2

各种各样的。

All different kinds.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我记得,2020年的一项调查显示,这些品牌主要集中在食品、中药、服装或纺织品销售等传统商业和服务领域。

Back in, I think, in 2020, there are survey saying that these brands are mainly concentrated in traditional commerce and service sectors like food, traditional Chinese medicine, clothes, or fabric selling.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

现在它们也在扩展这些领域。

And now they are also expanding on that.

Speaker 0

如今,它们已覆盖14个行业,有些甚至进入了金融、教育培训、演艺、农业和旅游领域。

They now cover 14 industries that some of them are reaching into finance, into education training, into performances, into agriculture and tourism.

Speaker 0

例如,我可以想到一个叫同仁堂的品牌,这是北京一家著名的传统中药品牌。

For example, I can think of a brand for called Tongrin Town, which is a renowned traditional Chinese medicine brand here in Beijing.

Speaker 0

当然,他们仍然以传统医药闻名。

And of course, they're still known for their traditional medicine.

Speaker 0

但现在,他们也开始开设咖啡馆和面包店。

And but now, they're also opening up cafes and bakeries.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

就在附近有个伍卡森的分店。

There's one in Wukason really close here.

Speaker 0

他们的面包,特别是酸面包,在网上非常抢手。

The bakery is a really hot sought after online when it comes to their bread, their sourdough bread.

Speaker 0

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 2

他们在面包里加草药吗?

Do they add herbs into their bakery?

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我们在圆桌讨论中提到过这个吗?

Did we we talk about it on roundtable?

Speaker 0

他们有枸杞吐司。

They have like goji berry toast.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 0

或者黑芝麻籽全麦卷,我不太确定是不是叫酸面包。

Or or black sesame seed, I don't sourdough rolls.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yep.

Speaker 1

中医面包。

TCM breads.

Speaker 1

他们也在其他东西上这么做。

They're doing that with other things too.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

比如咖啡。

Coffee for example.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

比如茶。

Tea for example.

Speaker 1

嗯,我不确定茶是不是一个新的例子。

Well, I don't know if tea would be a new example.

Speaker 1

也许他们已经这样做了很久了。

Maybe they've been doing that for for a while.

Speaker 1

但咖啡,我认为是现代的一个例子,

But coffee, I think, would be a a modern day example of

Speaker 0

那样。

that.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

有一些饮品,比如我记不太清名字了,可能是枸杞拿铁。

There are, like I I can't really remember the name, but maybe goji berry lattes.

Speaker 0

哦,哇。

Oh, wow.

Speaker 0

还有一些茶,比如正在朝着奶茶或珍珠奶茶的方向发展。

There are also teas like trying to implement going into the direction of milk teas or bubble boba teas.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

所以像通灵镇这样的地方,确实正在发生新的创新。

So there are definitely new innovation happening in, for example, in Tonglen Town.

Speaker 0

几年前,北京还有一家非常著名的茶店,以绿茶和茉莉花茶冰淇淋闻名。

And there was also another really famous tea shop in Beijing called And back a few years ago, it is famous for its green tea and Jasmine tea ice cream.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我最喜欢的。

My favorite.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你需要排队才能买到一份。

You need to lined up in to get one.

Speaker 1

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 1

这是他们在王府井把茶店改造成博物馆的那个店吗?

Is this the store they made like a museum kind of out of their tea shop in Wangfujing?

Speaker 1

我觉得是的。

I think they did.

Speaker 1

我觉得我不久前刚去过。

And I think I was there not long ago.

Speaker 1

外面排着很长的队。

There was a lineup of people outside.

Speaker 1

真的特别酷。

It was really, really kinda cool.

Speaker 1

他们将数字技术与实体体验相结合,让人们对茶文化或中国茶的历史产生生动的感知。

They used the digital and the physical, if you will, to bring the history of tea or Chinese tea to life for the people.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你走进去后可以四处走动,而不是仅仅进去点一杯茶。

So you walk you walk around in there instead of just going in and asking for tea.

Speaker 1

这个想法挺棒的,尤其是在王府井这样的地方。

Kind of a cool idea, especially in an area like Wangfijing.

Speaker 1

它位于城市中心,是一个热门的旅游目的地。

It's it's kind of in the middle of the city, and it's a popular tourist destination.

Speaker 1

这是一条购物街。

It's a shopping street.

Speaker 2

但我很高兴你仍然提到这条购物街,也就是实体店铺。

But I like that you're still mentioning the shopping street, which is physical store.

Speaker 2

现在,这些品牌纷纷转向线上,开设网店,但这还不够吸引人,对吧?

Now, these brands, they're moving their stuff online as in they're opening up online store, but that's not exciting enough, is it?

Speaker 2

他们还在积极拓展并深入新的领域,比如直播。

They're also kind of boosting and and and really navigating in new fields such as livestream.

Speaker 2

如今他们做直播的方式也非常有趣。

And the way they do livestreams these days is really interesting as well.

Speaker 2

就在昨天,3月3日元宵节,有一个名为‘第三’的特别直播活动,这个活动在紧邻北京的天津市举行。

Just yesterday on March 3, the Lantern Festival, there's a special livestream called the third so this happens in Tianjin municipality right next to Beijing.

Speaker 2

第三届天津电商节,他们进行了现场直播,带来了超过40个品牌和近200种不同的产品参与这场大型直播盛会。

The third Tianjin e commerce festival where they went live and brought about over 40 brands and nearly 200 different products over to that huge livestream festival.

Speaker 2

他们做直播的方式不仅仅是让人坐在镜头前告诉你:‘我们有什么产品。’

So how they do it is that they are not only people sitting in in front of a camera and telling you, oh, this is what we have.

Speaker 2

他们采用了一种双线并行的方式。

They kind of use the dual way kind of thing.

Speaker 2

直播主持人会在每个品牌店外,向观众展示排队购买糯米团的人群有多密集,因为这个品牌非常知名。

There is people there's a livestreamer outside and outside of each and every brand introducing you you see how many people are queuing for their glutinous rice ball outside of this brand because this brand is a well known one.

Speaker 2

问题。

Question.

Speaker 2

天津。

Tianjin.

Speaker 1

问题。

Question.

Speaker 1

谁在镜头前?

Who's on camera?

Speaker 2

主要是品牌自己的主播,还有活动主办方的主持人,但他们也会邀请品牌老板。

Just live streamers from the brand and also from the host of this activity, but they also invite the the the brand owner.

Speaker 2

有时,会邀请这家百年品牌的传承人,他们称之为某一代传承人。

Sometimes, the inheritor of this 100 year old brand, it's they call it like the certain generation of the inheritor.

Speaker 2

他们会邀请这些人进入直播间的现场,坐下来介绍自己的品牌。

They invite these people to in well, inside the livestream house and to sit down and introduce their brand.

Speaker 1

我问这个问题是因为,有时候这样有效,我觉得,但有时候却不行。

The reason I asked is because sometimes that can work, I think, or sometimes it can't.

Speaker 1

你知道,如果你做一支牙膏的电视广告,主角是个75岁的老人,说:‘1945年,我创立了这家牙膏公司,味道很棒,能清洁牙齿。’

You know, if you have a TV commercial for a toothpaste and the guy is on there and he's 75 years old and he's like, in 1945, I created this toothpaste company, and it's delicious, and it cleans your teeth.

Speaker 1

但这真的很难引起年轻一代的共鸣,比如Z世代或Alpha世代。

Well, that doesn't really resonate with the younger crowd, right, with the Gen Z or alpha crowd.

Speaker 1

所以我才问这里谁在镜头前。

So that's why I asked who's on camera here.

Speaker 1

因为如果你要做直播,那就不仅仅是做直播那么简单。

Because if you're gonna go with these livestreams, it's not just about doing the livestream.

Speaker 1

你希望它们真正有效。

You want them to be effective.

Speaker 1

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

这更重要。

That's more important.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

举个例子。

So here's one example.

Speaker 2

有一个品牌在天津电商节上亮相,这是一家有114年历史的糕点品牌。

There's one brand that showed up on the Tianjin Ecommerce Festival called, which is a 114 year old pastry brand.

Speaker 2

于是他们邀请了第四代传人杨明登上直播。

So they invite their fourth generation inheritor called Yang Ming onto the livestream.

Speaker 2

这位年轻人自己表示,今年的天津电商节极大地提升了我们的整体销售额。

And this guy, he said himself that this year's Tianjin Ecommerce Festival really boosted our overall sales.

Speaker 2

我们的线上业务相比去年实现了近20%的年增长率。

Our online business has grown nearly 20% year on year compared to last year.

Speaker 2

所以这确实意味着,这些人通过亲自出镜为品牌背书。

So it really means that these people, they vouch for their brand by showing up.

Speaker 2

我们通常看不到五六十岁的长辈出镜,反而是年轻一代的传承人站出来为品牌发声。

And we don't really see all the time, like, it's like 50 years old, sixty years old people showing up, but rather younger inheritors of the of their brand showing up and speaking up.

Speaker 1

我们不就处在这个时间线上吗?

We are in that timeline, aren't we?

Speaker 1

这在之前的圆桌讨论中也提到过,就是企业创始人向新一代领导者过渡的问题,而这些新领导者有时是家族成员。

That was another discussion on roundtable, the transition, the succession from the founders of the company to the new leaders, and sometimes those are family members.

Speaker 1

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我现在想起那次对话了。

I remember that conversation now.

Speaker 1

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

就时间线而言,许多公司正处在必须将接力棒交给他人的时候。

Just in the timeline, a lot of these companies are at that point in their chronology where it's time to hand the reins to to someone else.

Speaker 1

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但这不只是北京和天津的情况。

It's not just Beijing and Tianjin though.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

这种现象在全国许多地方都在发生。

This is happening in in many parts of the country.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

此外,这里我们需要提到抖音本地直播服务最近发布的一份报告。

Well, and there here, we need to mention another report that's lately released by Douyin's local live services.

Speaker 2

这份报告名为《2025抖音直播服务中华老字号商业报告》。

So that one's titled the 2025 Douyin live services time honored brand business report.

Speaker 2

该报告聚焦于四个主要城市:北京、上海、广州和杭州。

So that one puts the spotlight on four major cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou.

Speaker 2

有趣的是,每个城市都走出了自己独特的发 展路径。

And it's really interesting and fascinating that each city is carving out its own distinct development path.

Speaker 2

在这四个城市中,中华老字号商户的总数同比增长了17%。

So across the four cities, the total number of time honored merchants grew by 17% year on year.

Speaker 2

但更引人注目的是交易量的激增。

But even more striking is the surge in transactions.

Speaker 2

根据报告,总销售额飙升了高达90%。

Total sales volume, it jumped by an impressive 90% according to the report.

Speaker 2

所以是的。

So yeah.

Speaker 1

这确实有效。

These So it's working.

Speaker 2

这有效果,而且不仅仅是在北京。

It's working, and it's not only working in Beijing.

Speaker 0

例如在广州,你可以看到这很有效,因为广州超过一半的老字号品牌现在已经进入直播演播室。

And also so for for example, in Guangzhou, you can see it's working because over half of their time owner brands in Guangzhou are now stepping into a livestream studio.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以他们看到这确实有效。

So they saw it's working.

Speaker 0

因此他们也决定扩展这类新服务。

So that's why they're also deciding to expand on this type of new services.

Speaker 0

这真正塑造并重塑了他们在运营方式上的许多变化。

And that really shapes and reshape a lot of changes they in how they operated.

Speaker 0

他们在运营平台生态系统方面变得更加成熟。

They become more sophisticated in when it comes to operating a platform ecosystem.

Speaker 0

所以他们不再仅仅依赖网红,因为以前确实如此。

So rather than relying just on influencers because that happened before Yeah.

Speaker 0

那它

That It

Speaker 2

现在仍然在发生

still happens nowadays

Speaker 0

有时。

sometimes.

Speaker 0

现在仍然在发生,但仅仅依赖网红对他们来说已经不够了。

Still happens now, but it's not only relying on influencers is not enough for them anymore.

Speaker 0

所以他们也在努力拓展,建立自己的流量和粉丝群体。

So they are also trying to open up, build up their own traffic, their own fan base.

Speaker 0

你可以看到,比如在广州,我记得有一个曾经备受推崇的品牌专注于奶茶。

You can see, for example, in Guangzhou, I remember there is a one time honored brand focusing on Yamcha.

Speaker 0

他们在广州、许多其他城市,甚至伦敦都开设了餐厅。

They opened restaurants in Guangzhou, in many other cities, and also in London as well.

Speaker 0

他们还在销售包装好的冷冻点心食品。

And they are selling, for example, packaged frozen yamcha food items

Speaker 1

顺便问一下,点心是什么?

on What's yamcha, by the way?

Speaker 0

就是虾饺之类的。

It's like shrimp dumplings.

Speaker 0

我不太确定,比如烧卖之类的吧。

I don't know, shumai, know, things like that.

Speaker 0

还有很多糕点。

A lot of pastries.

Speaker 0

他们还出售优惠券,供你去体验他们的线下用餐服务。

They're also selling coupons if you want to go out and experience their offline dining experiences.

Speaker 0

所以我们可以看到,他们今天早上正在直播。

So we can see see that they are live streaming this morning.

Speaker 0

我刚看了他们的淘宝店铺,正在直播

I just checked on their taotao zhu, douing official

Speaker 1

在买一些美味的虾饺吗?

shopping for some delicious shrimp dumplings?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我期待着。

I'm looking forward.

Speaker 0

我真的很喜欢他们的

I really like their

Speaker 1

我在工作。

I'm working.

Speaker 1

In

Speaker 0

工作的名字。

the name of working.

Speaker 0

去看看他们的直播。

Check out their livestream.

Speaker 2

你看,我真的很喜欢这个想法:更多本地风味,或者说那些主要在本地知名的百年老店,仅仅通过线上渠道就能被更广泛的公众所了解。

You see, I really love the this idea that more local flavors or rather brands, time honored brands that's primarily known locally as being introduced to a wider public just simply by going online.

Speaker 2

因为以前,我们对本地事物太熟悉了。

Because previously, we know things locally too well.

Speaker 2

比如,昨天我健身结束后,想找一家好的甜汤圆品牌购买。

And for example, yesterday, after my gym session, was looking for a good sweet dumpling brand to buy from.

Speaker 2

于是我走在超市里,看到冷冻柜里有这么多不同的品牌。

So I was walking in the supermarket and inside the, you know, the free frozen cabinet, there are so many different brands.

Speaker 2

我挑了一种我特别喜欢的口味,包装上写着‘我’,我当时就想:我从来没听说过这个品牌。

I I pick one flavor that I really like and it says on the cover is called I was like, I and I've never heard of this brand.

Speaker 2

这是什么?

What is it?

Speaker 2

于是我用手机搜索了一下,发现这是一个历史悠久的品牌,在紧邻北京的天津非常有名。

So I search on on my phone and it specifies that this is a time honored brand that's very famous in Tianjin right next to Beijing.

Speaker 2

通过搜索,人们就是这样了解不同品牌的。

And by by just searching, this is how people get to learn different brands.

Speaker 2

但如果你上网,像逛橱窗一样浏览不同的直播,这会让事情变得容易得多,有助于将各地的特色美食推广到其他省份和地区。

But if you go online and just go like window shopping through different live streams, that's making things so much easier and connecting the country as a whole regarding introducing their local culinary iconic dishes to the outside provinces and regions.

Speaker 1

这些老字号品牌的优势在于,人人都知道他们。

The advantage that these legacy brands would have is that everybody knows who they are.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你不是初创公司。

So you're not a startup.

Speaker 1

你不需要推广自己的名字。

You're not getting your name out there.

Speaker 1

大家早就知道你的名字了。

Everybody already knows your name.

Speaker 1

因此,可能已经存在一定的好奇心。

So there's a there's an existing level of curiosity perhaps.

Speaker 2

对。

Right.

Speaker 1

但话又说回来,其中一个困难一定是人才缺口——如何运营成功的线上活动,因为这些公司已经成功地运行了上百年的线下营销,但当你试图与算法打交道时,这完全是另一回事。

But one that being said though, one of the difficulties must be the talent gap in terms of how to run a successful online campaign because the because these companies have been running offline campaigns successfully for a hundred years, but it's a different animal when you're trying to do a a fight with the algorithms, if you will.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

而且,对于这些拥有百年历史的传统品牌来说,我认为它们一直以来的关注点都在于工匠本身。

And also, when it comes to this time honored brands with century old histories, I think one of their focuses have always been on the craftsman itself.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

如何把我的产品做得越来越好。

How to make my product better and better.

Speaker 0

所以更多是一种地位的体现。

So more of there is a status.

Speaker 0

比如在北京,大约87%的员工是传统工匠,但只有1%是真正的数字技术专家。

Like in Beijing, for example, about 87 of their employees are traditional craftsman, but only 1% are really digital tech experts.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这正是我的观点。

That's my point.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但这是很自然的,因为对于历史悠久的品牌来说,他们自然会认为,我的工艺比如何做营销更重要。

So so but that's natural because for a time honored brand, it's natural for them to think, you know, my craft is more important than how I do

Speaker 1

营销。

marketing.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

但在当今时代,算法几乎决定了你的销售方式和你的客户群体,因此拥有一支熟悉数字世界、了解渠道并知道如何触达客户的数字专家团队也至关重要。

But in this day and age, when algorithm basically decide how you sell and your customers, it's also very important to have a team of experts in digital in the digital world to know the channels and to know how to get to your customers.

Speaker 2

因此,许多专家建议这些品牌稍微改变一下思维模式,聘请那些你试图吸引的目标客户群体中的人。

That's why a lot of the experts are telling these brands to change your mindset a little bit and hire those whom you're trying to target to your customer base on.

Speaker 2

所以,这是一种判断这种方式是否适合这些品牌的方法。

So so that's one way to find out if it's gonna work for these brands.

Speaker 2

而且,运营也很重要。

And also, operation is important too.

Speaker 2

如何科学地管理你的线上店铺,以便发展并维持你原有的客户群体。

How to manage your online stores scientifically so that you get to develop and also maintain your good original customer bases.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

比如在中国,当我们谈论在线购物平台时,有几十个之多。

Like in China, when we were talking about online shopping platforms, there are dozens of them.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

有天猫。

There are Tmall's.

Speaker 0

有淘宝。

There are Taobao's.

Speaker 0

天猫和淘宝是不同的。

Tmall is different from Taobao.

Speaker 0

还有京东。

And there are JD.

Speaker 0

还有抖音。

There are Douyin.

Speaker 0

还有微信。

There are WeChat.

Speaker 0

许多品牌会在不同的平台上开设不同的店铺,有些店铺彼此孤立,互不相通。

And many brands open up different stores on different platforms, and some of them sort of stay in their own silo.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我只能获取我微信店铺的数据,但我的微信店铺和抖音店铺并不一定相连。

I can only get the data from my WeChat store, but my WeChat store isn't, you know, necessarily connected to the Douyin store.

Speaker 0

所以他们无法获得完整的全景图。

So they are not getting a full picture.

Speaker 1

关于他们的客户群体。

Of their customer base.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

在线上。

Online.

Speaker 0

这也是一个问题。

So that is a problem as well.

Speaker 0

另一件事是,当他们试图吸引更年轻的客户群体时,需要推出新产品。

And another thing is when they are trying to appeal to a younger base of customers, they need to launch new products.

Speaker 0

如何确保这些新品与你们历史悠久的品牌形象相契合。

And how to make sure that these new launches really matches your time honored images.

Speaker 0

有时新品发布会失败,因为这些产品让人感觉不像你们品牌。

There will be sometimes failed launches because that launches just that don't feel like you.

Speaker 1

它们无法引起共鸣。

They don't resonate.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这确实是个挑战,但事情就是如此,我认为,因为现在已经是2026年了。

It's a challenge, but it is the it is what it is, I think, because it's 2026.

Speaker 1

在中国,人人都在网上购物。

Everybody shops online here in China.

Speaker 1

当然,仍然存在实体店铺。

Of course, there are brick and mortar stores that still exist.

Speaker 1

当然,购物中心随处可见,但如果你想真正成功,就必须跟上年轻人的商业步伐。

Of course, shopping malls are everywhere, but it seems like if you really wanna make it, you gotta keep up with what the young kids are doing business wise too.

Speaker 1

您正在收听圆桌论坛。

You're listening to roundtable.

Speaker 1

我是史蒂夫,与Fei Fei和Yushan一起。

I'm Steve with Fei Fei and Yushan.

Speaker 1

接下来,是否存在爱得太晚这种说法?

And coming up, is there such thing as falling in love too late?

Speaker 1

《心与心》即将上线。

Heart to Heart is on the way.

Speaker 0

《心与心》,专属于你的时刻。

Heart to Heart, a moment just for you.

Speaker 0

你的问题,你的故事,你的声音,我们的共同对话。

Your questions, your stories, your voice, our shared conversation.

Speaker 1

现在,是时候把话筒交给你了。

It is time for us to pass the microphone over to you.

Speaker 1

在今天的《心与心》节目中,我们收到了来自珍妮的一条消息。

And for today's Heart to Heart, we have a message from Jenny.

Speaker 3

亲爱的《圆桌派》中国主持人,我是珍妮,如果我的留言被选中,我非常高兴能有机会与你们交流。

Dear area host in roundtable China, I'm Jenny, and I'm so glad to have this chance to talk with you if my male is selected.

Speaker 3

实际上,我现在25岁了,还没有进入过任何恋爱关系,从未约会过任何男生。

Actually, I am 25 years old now, and I still haven't gone into a love relationship, haven't dated with any boys before.

Speaker 3

在中国,我们称之为‘单身’。

In China, we call it solo.

Speaker 3

在过去几年里,我并不太担心,因为我的所有好朋友、最亲近的朋友也都和我面临同样的情况。

In the last years, I'm not that worried because all my best friends, closest friends, they face the same situation like me.

Speaker 3

但我一直问自己,这正常吗?

But I just keep asking myself, is that normal?

Speaker 3

就像在我们这个阶段。

Like, at this stage of us.

Speaker 3

我知道这么说可能听起来有点老套,比如我们年纪太大了之类的,毕竟我们现在才25岁,在这样一座现代城市里,很多女孩要么不结婚,要么结婚得很晚。

I know it may sound a little bit cheesy to say, like, we are too old or something because after all, we are just 25 years old now, and in such a modern city, a lot of girls just not married or married at a very late age.

Speaker 3

但我真的想体验爱情,因为我现在一直在工作,我最大的兴趣是跳舞。

But I just I do want to experience the love because I have been working now, and my biggest interest is to dance.

Speaker 3

我会在下班后抽出空闲时间去上舞蹈课。

I would spend my spare time to go to dance classes after work.

Speaker 3

我只是想问问你们的看法。

I just want to ask about you guys.

Speaker 3

你们怎么看待这件事?

What do you think about it?

Speaker 3

我真的很需要你们的建议或指导,关于如何扩大我的社交圈,或者如何调整自己的情绪。

And I really need your advice or guidance about it, how to expand my friends circle or how to adjust my own mood.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

这对我来说很重要。

That is important to me.

Speaker 3

谢谢你们,如果你们能读一读我的邮件并给我一些反馈,我会非常感激。

Thank you, guys, and I would still appreciate if you could read my mail and just give me some feedback.

Speaker 3

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 3

爱你们。

Love you guys.

Speaker 1

谢谢你的分享,珍妮。

Thanks for sharing, Jenny.

Speaker 1

所以珍妮25岁。

So Jenny's 25 years old.

Speaker 1

她从未和男生谈过恋爱。

She's never been in a romantic relationship with a guy.

Speaker 1

她从未有过男朋友。

She's never had a boyfriend.

Speaker 1

以前这并不让她困扰,但现在她开始想,我有点想试试水了。

Didn't bother her before, but now she's thinking, I kinda wanna get my feet wet here.

Speaker 1

我有点想加入这个游戏。

I kinda wanna get into the game.

Speaker 1

Yushan,你对Jenny有什么建议吗?

What advice would you give for to Jenny, Yushan?

Speaker 2

我觉得25岁真的一点都不晚,体验爱情和亲密关系这样美好而甜蜜的事情,永远都不算晚。

I'll start with 25 years old is really not too late and it's never really too late to get to experience something as as sweet and nice as a love and intimate relationship.

Speaker 2

所以Jenny,从我个人的角度来看,我建议你下载一些交友应用。

So Jenny, from from my personal point of view, I'll recommend you downloading some dating apps.

Speaker 2

真的,我就是通过这种方式认识我男朋友的,

Really, that's how I met my boyfriend and

Speaker 1

现在大家都这么认识人。

That's how everybody's meeting these

Speaker 2

时代不同了。

days.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

年轻人都是这样认识的。

That's how young people meet.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

现在这很普遍。

It's quite common these days.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以如果你建议Jenny下载一个应用,那你会给她什么建议来使用这个应用呢?

So if your advice to Jenny is to get an app, then how what advice would you give for navigating the app?

Speaker 1

不要推荐任何特定的应用程序,但就像在应用上一样,你怎么知道呢?

Don't recommend any specific app location, but just like on the app, like, do you how do you know?

Speaker 1

你怎么知道自己想找什么样的人?你到底在找什么?

How do you know what person you want what are you looking for?

Speaker 2

接下来我要说到这一点:在网上,你会遇到和你一样认真的人,但也会有一些只是玩玩而已的人。

That that's where I'm gonna get to next because on online there, you you will meet people who's serious as serious as you are, but then there are also people who's just playing around.

Speaker 2

所以,如果你能分辨出他们用的是真实照片而不是AI生成的,并且他们提供了详细的个人信息,而不是只说‘我在这儿随便聊聊’,那就很重要。

So it's really important if you tell if you can tell that they're using genuine pictures instead of AI generations and then they're giving very detailed personal information instead of just saying, oh, I'm here to chill.

Speaker 2

我只是想找个人聊聊天,类似这样的说法。

I'm looking for some somebody to chat, something like that.

Speaker 2

所以保持希望,对这件事保持热情,但不要过于兴奋而相信应用上看到的任何东西,因为有些人并没有你这么认真。

So have hope and stay passionate about it, but don't get overly excited and believe in whatever you see up on those apps because there are people who are not as serious as you are.

Speaker 0

对我来说,首先,珍妮,我支持你。

Well, for me, first of all, Jenny, I'm with you.

Speaker 0

25岁。

25.

Speaker 0

以前从没谈过恋爱。

Never dating before.

Speaker 0

我以前就是这样。

That was me before.

Speaker 1

真的吗?

Oh, really?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以你看,这其实没什么大不了的。

So you can see it's really not a big deal.

Speaker 0

我已经远远超过25岁了。

I'm long past my 25 years old.

Speaker 0

我过得很好。

I'm doing fine.

Speaker 0

所以,你一辈子都没谈过恋爱或者约会,其实也没那么糟糕。

So it's really not that horrible that you haven't really been in a relationship or dated in your whole life.

Speaker 0

所以我的第一个建议是,你好好想想。

So that's my first advice to you is just to think about it.

Speaker 0

你真的需要一个男朋友吗?

Is it really something that you really need is a boyfriend?

Speaker 0

谈恋爱真的能帮你缓解焦虑或孤独感吗?

Can having a boyfriend really help with your, I don't know, anxiety or feeling loneliness?

Speaker 0

我不确定你为什么会感到这种压力,觉得必须进入一段关系?

I'm not sure about the reason that you feel this pressure that I need to get into relationship?

Speaker 0

是因为你身边所有人都成双成对了吗?

Is it because everybody else in your life is coupled up?

Speaker 1

压力确实很大。

It's a lot.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,这种压力其实也能理解。

I mean I mean, that pressure makes sense though.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但你知道,找男朋友并不能真正解决这种焦虑和压力。

But but it's not you know, having a boyfriend is not really going to solve that anxiety and pressure.

Speaker 0

这只是一个捷径,而不是真正的解决办法。

It's only a shortcut, but it's not a true, you know, resolution to that.

Speaker 1

珍妮,男人只会给你的生活带来更多压力,而不是减少压力。

Jenny, men will only add more stress to your life, not less.

Speaker 0

没错。

That's true.

Speaker 2

作为一个男人来说。

Speaking from being a man

Speaker 1

是的。

has Yes.

Speaker 1

以一个施压者的身份来说。

Speaking as one of the stress givers.

Speaker 1

珍妮,我会这么说。

Jenny, this is what I would say.

Speaker 1

听好了。

Look.

Speaker 1

25岁根本没什么大不了的。

At 25 years old, it's not a big deal.

Speaker 1

你自己也说了。

You said it yourself.

Speaker 1

谁在乎呢?

Who cares?

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

这根本不是什么奇怪的事。

It's not it's not a weird thing.

展开剩余字幕(还有 23 条)
Speaker 1

这并不是一件让人不舒服的事。

It's not an uncomfortable thing.

Speaker 1

但我会这么说,这完全是1000%的真心话。

But I would say this, and this is 1000% honesty.

Speaker 1

如果你到了30岁还从未谈过恋爱,那你可能会想,哦,好吧。

If you get to 30 years old and you've never dated before, then you might think like, oh, okay.

Speaker 1

也许这开始有点让人不舒服了。

Maybe this is getting a little bit uncomfortable.

Speaker 1

所以我的建议是。

So here's my advice.

Speaker 1

好的。

Sure.

Speaker 1

去使用约会应用吧,但别抱太大期望,因为你需要通过约会来了解自己喜欢谁、不喜欢谁。

Go to the dating apps, but don't expect much because you need to find out through dating who you like, who you don't like.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你需要设定自己的界限,但现在你还不知道这些界限是什么。

You need to set your own boundaries, but now you don't know what those boundaries are.

Speaker 1

你喜欢什么样的男生?

What kind of guy are you into?

Speaker 1

你还不太清楚。

You don't really know yet.

Speaker 1

所以不要抱着立刻恋爱的目的去约会。

So don't date with the purpose of falling in love immediately.

Speaker 1

我建议你以享受约会本身为目的开始约会,别无他求。

I would say start to date with the purpose of enjoying dating and nothing more.

Speaker 0

这非常重要。

That's very important.

Speaker 1

看看你的情况如何发展,然后给我们再发一条语音留言。

See how that goes for you, and then send us another voice note.

Speaker 2

随时告诉我们进展。

Keep us updated.

Speaker 1

也许夏天结束后几个月,你可以告诉我们你的夏日恋情怎么样了,珍妮,祝你好运。

Maybe in a few months time after the summer's over, tell us how your summer of love went, Jenny, and good luck to you.

Speaker 1

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 1

今天的话题讨论就到这里。

That'll do it, for today's roundtable.

Speaker 1

非常感谢您今天参与我们的节目。

Thank you very much for being a part of our program today.

Speaker 1

我是史蒂夫,代表玉山和菲菲。

For Yushan and Fei Fei, I'm Steve.

Speaker 1

祝你今天愉快,下次再会。

Have a great one and join us again next time.
