伯妮丝正在享受她的夏天，和朋友们一起做各种有趣的事。

Bernice is enjoying her summer and getting to do different things with her friends.

她正和妈妈、爸爸一起骑自行车，想起他们之前说今天天气热，骑行会很轻松。

She is out for a bike ride with Mama and Papa, and she remembers they told her it was going to be an easy ride since it was so hot out.

但伯妮丝觉得，这比他们说的要累多了。

But Bernice is feeling like it is a bit harder than they told her.

妈妈和爸爸却好像一点都不觉得吃力。

Mama and Papa don't seem to be finding it hard at all.

伯妮丝的腿都像果冻一样软了。

Bernice has rubbery legs.

伯妮丝、熊妈妈和熊爸爸原本说好早餐后一起骑车消遣，这主意听起来很棒，实际也确实很愉快。

Bernice, Mama Bear, and Papa Bear had decided to spend part of the day riding their bikes, which had sounded like a wonderful idea over breakfast, and it really was.

唯一的小问题是，他们选的路线比谁都记得的坡要多得多。

The only little problem was that the route they chose had many, many more hills than anyone remembered.

等他们骑到最后一段坡顶时，伯尼斯的腿已经快撑不住了。

By the time they reached the last one, Bernice's legs were nearly finished.

也不是那种特别夸张的情况。

Not in a dramatic sort of way.

她当然还是骑到顶了，毕竟她是个挺能折腾的运动员嘛。

She made it to the top, obviously, because she was a good athlete and stuff.

但她的腿已经从正常的腿，变得跟温热的意大利面差不多了。

But her legs had gone from normal legs to something much closer to warm spaghetti.

所以当山脚下的小冰淇淋店终于出现在眼前时，伯尼斯觉得这辈子都没见过这么美的景象。

So when the little ice cream shop at the bottom of the hill finally came into view, Bernice wasn't sure if she'd ever seen anything so beautiful in her whole life.

爸爸，这一定是我骑过最累的一次车，可能也是最长的一次。

Papa, that must have been the hardest bike ride of my life and maybe even the longest.

你和妈妈不是说今天天气热，所以骑车会很容易吗？

I thought you and mama said it was going to be an easy ride today because it was so hot out.

我是挺会运动的，但那些坡也太陡了，你们俩骑得也太快了吧。

I mean, I'm a good athlete and stuff, but those hills were kind of hard, and you and mama seem to ride super fast.

你们俩是准备参加奥运会吗？

Are you both training for the Olympics or something?

伯尼斯终于在冰淇淋店旁停下车，说道。

Bernice said as they finally stopped beside the little ice cream shop.

我的腿都像橡皮一样软了。

My legs feel like rubber.

对不起啊，小宝贝，爸爸笑着回答。

Sorry, little bear, papa bear said with a smile.

他出汗的程度几乎跟伯尼斯不相上下。

He was sweating almost as hard as Bernice was.

我们原以为穿过树林能凉快点，结果把林子里的坡和林子外的坡全给忘了。

We thought the path through the woods would give us some nice shade, but we forgot all about the hills in the woods and the hills after the woods.

其实对我们来说，这趟骑行也不轻松。

It was a bit of a tough ride for us too.

好久没走这条路了，

It's been a long time since we've gone this way, Mama Bear said, after taking a great big drink from her water bottle.

下次我们可以试试另一条路，不过咱们到底还是到了，你知道接下来该干嘛了吧。

Next time we can try the other route, but we made it, and you know what comes next.

太棒了，吃冰淇淋！

Yay, ice cream!

仅次于爸爸烤的饼干，这可是全世界最棒的甜点。

The best treat in the universe right after Papa's cookies.

我刚才这么拼，估计得加一勺才够。

I think since I worked so hard, I might need an extra scoop.

要不加三勺吧，这样才恢复得过来。

Or maybe three extra scoops so I can recover properly.

再加点配料，水果也来一点。

And maybe some toppings and maybe fruit too.

熊爸爸笑了。

Papa Bear laughed.

咱们先看看他们有什么口味吧？

How about we see what flavors they have first?

熊妈妈笑着说。

Mama Bear said with a smile.

然后再做决定。

Then we can make a decision.

他们把自行车靠在附近的树上，然后走向点单窗口。

After leaning their bikes against a nearby tree, they walked over to the order window.

这么多口味，伯尼斯说。

There are so many flavors, Bernice said.

每次都很难选。

It's always so hard to choose.

不过你不一样，爸爸。

Except for you, papa.

你总是点那款无聊的香草味。

You always get boring vanilla.

熊爸爸笑了。

Papa Bear smiled.

今天不定了。

Not today.

伯尼斯狐疑地盯着他。

Bernice looked at him suspiciously.

我今天想换点全新的口味。

I'm trying something completely different.

真的吗？

You are?

真的。

I am.

是什么口味？

What is it?

熊爸爸咧嘴笑了。

Papa Bear grinned.

法式香草味。

French vanilla.

伯尼斯叹了口气。

Bernice groaned.

哎呀，爸爸。

Oh, papa.

这不就是香草味披了件华丽外衣嘛。

That's just vanilla wearing fancy clothes.

大熊爸爸笑了。

Papa Bear laughed.

也许是吧，但这衣服确实挺体面的。

Maybe, but they're very nice clothes.

勺子舀的份量看起来特别大，那我还是点我平时的吧。

The scoops look super big, so I guess I'll just get my regular.

或者来两勺，”伯尼斯笑着说道。

Or maybe two scoops, Bernice said with a laugh.

我打算要两勺曲奇面团味的冰淇淋。

I think I'll have two scoops of cookie dough ice cream.

这样可以吗，妈妈？

Is that okay, mama?

太好了，熊妈妈说。

That's perfect, Mama Bear said.

我想试试月亮独角兽口味。

I'm going to try moonicorn flavor.

这听起来真有趣，妈妈。

That sounds super fun, mama.

比爸爸的那款有趣多了，伯尼斯打趣道。

More fun than Papa's anyway, Bernice teased.

他们拿到冰淇淋后，在冰淇淋店旁一棵浓荫下的长椅上坐了下来。

After they got their ice cream, they found a picnic table beneath a shady tree near the ice cream shop.

哇哦。

Wow.

伯尼斯第一口尝完就说：这味道太棒了。

This is yummy delicious, Bernice said after her first bite.

爸爸，你把你的曲奇食谱给他们了吗？

Papa, did you give them your cookie recipe?

这冰淇淋吃起来简直像你的曲奇一样。

My ice cream almost tastes like your cookie.

当然，毕竟是冰淇淋，而经过我史上最累的一次骑行后，冰淇淋正是我最需要的。

Well, except it's ice cream, and ice cream is exactly what I needed after the hardest bike ride ever.

熊爸爸微笑着。

Papa Bear smiled.

大热天吃冰淇淋，真是再惬意不过了。

Ice cream on a hot day is a pretty wonderful treat.

鲍比今天最后干了些什么？

What did Bobby end up doing today?

熊爸爸问。

Papa Bear asked.

他要是想的话，本来可以跟我们一起骑车、野餐吃冰淇淋的。

He could have come with us for a bike ride and an ice cream picnic if he wanted to.

他说可能要和一些家里的朋友还有他们的孩子去海边，我猜是这样。

He said he might be going to the beach with some family friends and their kids, I think.

不过他最近一直在专心搞他的新发明。

But he's also been working really hard on his new invention.

连科学夏令营他都推掉了，就为了待在家里专心做这个。

He even turned down science camp so he could stay home and work on it.

他妈妈本来很想让他去，不过也许他以后会参加别的。

His mom really wanted him to go, but maybe he'll go to one later.

又舔了几口，咬了一小口——因为伯尼斯就喜欢这样吃冰淇淋——她接着说。

After another few licks and a bite, because Bernice liked eating ice cream that way, she continued.

他请我去帮他，但最近天气这么好，我更想待在外面。

He asked me to come over and help him again, but it's been so nice outside that I think I'd rather be outdoors.

格特鲁德说明天要骑车，如果可以的话，我可能还会去她家游泳，她家有泳池。

And Gertrude wants to go for a bike ride tomorrow, and maybe I'll go swimming at her house too if that's okay because she has a pool.

博比上次之后就不准再去她家游泳池了。

Bobby isn't allowed to go to her pool anymore after, well, after the last time.

我都没听说上次的事，”熊妈妈说着，接住了一滴正要落下的水珠。

I don't think I heard about the last time, mama bear said as she caught a drip before it reached her hand.

熊爸爸笑了笑。

Papa Bear smiled.

我忘了跟你说这事了。

I forgot to tell you.

伯尼斯接着说，博比特别擅长演戏，不只是画画、科学和机器人那些事。

Well, Bernice began, Bobby is really good at acting, not just art and science and robot stuff.

所以上次我们一起去格特鲁德家游泳时，他带了个自己做的机器鲨鱼。

So the last time we all went swimming at Gertrude's house, he brought this robot shark he'd built.

那鲨鱼看起来真挺逼真的。

It actually looked pretty real.

然后他大喊一声‘鲨鱼来了’，就把机器鲨鱼放进了水里，追着他满池子跑。

Then he shouted, shark, and he sent it swimming around the pool chasing him.

他还假装被鲨鱼咬了腿。

He even pretended it bit his leg.

熊妈妈笑了。

Mama bear laughed.

那些小孩子真以为那是真的，伯尼斯接着说。

The little kids thought it was real, Bernice continued.

格特鲁德、伊森和我都清楚这只是鲍比的本性，但那些小孩吓得不敢再下水了。

Gertrude, Ethan, and I knew it was just Bobby being Bobby, but the little ones got so scared they wouldn't go back in the pool.

然后不知怎么的，鲍比把手机连上了户外音响，放起了特别吓人的音乐。

Then somehow, Bobby connected his phone to the outdoor speakers and started playing super spooky music.

我都不知道他是怎么做到的。

I don't even know how he did it.

天哪，熊妈妈说，努力憋着不笑。

Oh dear, Mama Bear said, trying not to smile.

格特鲁德的妈妈可不高兴了。

Gertrude's mom wasn't very happy.

她说鲍比以后还可以再来，不过别再带机器人了。

She said Bobby could come back someday, but maybe not with any robots.

爸爸熊笑了起来。

Papa Bear chuckled.

这规矩挺合理的。

That sounds like a very reasonable rule.

伯尼斯说，我觉得鲍比的妈妈现在也定了一样的规矩，至少游泳池是这样。

I think Bobby's mom has the same rule now, Bernice said, at least for swimming pools.

伯尼斯赶紧抓紧时间吃完冰淇淋，别让它在夏日的高温下化了。

Bernice quickly focused on finishing her ice cream before it melted in the summer heat.

她吃完最后一口，发出满足的咔嚓声，说：这真是我吃过最棒的冰淇淋。

That was the yummiest ice cream ever, she said, as she finished her cone with a satisfying crunch.

爸爸熊说：确实吃得正合适。

It certainly hit the spot, Papa Bear said.

好了，现在准备回家了吗？

Now then, are you ready for the ride home?

伯尼斯若有所思地望着远处的山丘。

Bernice looked thoughtfully at the hills in the distance.

回家的路上有没有一条不用翻那么多山的路啊？

Is there an easier way home without all the hills and stuff?

我现在体力恢复了不少，可腿还是有点发软。

I have more energy now, but my legs still feel kind of rubbery.

爸爸熊笑了笑。

Papa Bear smiled.

我想我知道一条轻松点的路线。

I think I know a route that's a little easier.

骑了一下午的自行车，我觉得咱们该吃披萨当晚餐了。

And after a whole afternoon of riding our bikes, I think we've earned pizza for dinner.

伯尼斯的眼睛一下子亮了。

Bernice's eyes grew wide.

披萨配冰淇淋？

Pizza and ice cream?

这次骑车可能是我经历过最棒的一次了，就算我两条腿不这么觉得。

This might be the best bike ride ever even if my legs don't agree.

熊妈妈笑了。

Mama bear laughed.

我觉得这主意太棒了。

I think that's a wonderful idea.

熊爸爸拿起头盔。

Papa Bear picked up his helmet.

好了，熊家一家人，出发吧。

Come on then, team Bear.

咱们赶紧回家吧，免得有人提议饭后还要吃甜点。

Let's head home before someone suggests dessert after dinner.

我本来没打算说的，”伯尼斯说。

I wasn't going to, Bernice said.

她停顿了一下。

She paused.

嗯，也许就一点点吧。

Well, maybe just a little.

他们重新骑上自行车时，爸爸熊笑了。

Papa Bear laughed as they climbed back onto their bikes.

回到家后，他们一路飞快，避开了所有上坡，吃了美味的披萨，和鲍比视频聊了很久，又读了会儿书，伯尼斯这才开始准备睡觉。

After making it home much faster without all the hills, eating delicious pizza for dinner, having a long video call with Bobby and reading her book, Bernice began her bedtime routine.

这次她决定洗个澡，因为腿有点酸，妈妈熊说热水澡能缓解一下。

This time she decided to have a bath because her legs were feeling kind of sore, and Mama Bear said a warm bath might help.

接着她做了很多拉伸，刷了牙，做了所有该做的事，然后慢悠悠地爬上床，特维加、沃尔菲和玛德琳早就等在那儿了。

Then she did lots of stretches, brushed her teeth and all that important stuff, and slowly made her way into bed where Twigga, Wolfie, and Madeline were already waiting for her.

该到时间了，爸爸。

It's that time, papa.

那是什么时间呀，小熊？

And what time is that, little bear?

爸爸熊在厨房里应了一声。

Papa Bear called back from the kitchen.

该讲故事了。

It's time for a story.

就在熊爸爸踩着楼梯上楼，整栋房子都要被他震得晃起来之前，饼干已经轻手轻脚地走进来，跳上了伯尼斯的床。

Just before papa bear could make the whole house shake coming up the stairs, Cookie padded into the room and jumped onto Bernice's bed.

你真的还想听故事吗，小熊？

Are you sure you want a story, little bear?

今天玩了这么多，你不觉得太累了吗？

You're not too tired after all the fun we had today?

我有点困了，大概是吧，但还没困到睡不着。

I'm a little sleepy, I guess, but not too sleepy.

我的腿现在还软绵绵的。

My legs are still kind of rubbery.

妈妈说明天腿可能会更酸，这听起来有点奇怪，不过身体本来就很复杂，我想。

Mama said tomorrow they might even be more sore, which is kind of strange, but the body is pretty complicated, I guess.

熊爸爸笑了。

Papa Bear smiled.

确实是这样。

It certainly is.

有时候你的肌肉太累了，需要多休息一会儿才能恢复。

Sometimes your muscles work so hard that they need a little extra time to recover.

到了明天晚上或者后天，它们就能准备好再骑一次自行车了。

By late tomorrow or the next day, they'll be ready for another bike ride.

希望如此，伯妮丝打了个哈欠说道。

I hope so, Bernice said with a little yawn.

鲍比明天邀请我去他家，因为他觉得会下雨，而且他需要我帮忙搞他的最新发明。

Bobby invited me over tomorrow because he thinks it's going to rain, and he could use my help with his latest invention.

不过要是没下雨的话，他妈妈可能会带我们去海滩，如果你们同意的话。

But if it doesn't rain, his mama might take us to the beach instead if that's okay.

我想我们其他的一些朋友可能也会来。

I think some of our other friends might come too.

That sounds like a wonderful day, Papa Bear said.

也许你上午发明机器人，下午就去海滩玩。

Maybe you'll invent robots in the morning and play at the beach in the afternoon.

是的，伯尼斯困倦地应了一声。

Yeah, Bernice said sleepily.

我觉得这再完美不过了。

I think that sounds just about perfect.

既然大家都在这儿，熊爸爸环顾了一下房间，说，那我们来讲个故事吧。

Well, since everyone is here, Papa Bear said, looking around the room, I guess we can have a story.

也许我们可以再回那个神秘的森林，伯尼斯又打了个哈欠，迷迷糊糊地说。

Maybe we can go back to the mystical forest again, Bernice said through another sleepy yawn.

我当然可以试试。

I can certainly try.

你躺得舒服吗？

Are you comfy?

很舒服，爸爸。

Yes, papa.

那 Twiggle、Wolfie 和 Madeline 呢？

And how about Twiggle, Wolfie, and Madeline?

他们也舒服吗？

Are they comfy too?

我觉得他们应该都挺舒服的。

I think they are.

Papa Bear smiled.

从前，在一个充满魔法与欢乐的世界里，住着一只勇敢的小熊，名叫布布。

Once upon a time in a world full of magic and fun, there lived a brave little bear named Boo Boo.

她住在一片神秘森林边缘的一座大城堡里，森林里有独角兽、仙子、小精灵，还有各种昆虫、鸟类和动物。

She lived in a large castle at the edge of a mystical forest, and in this forest were unicorns, fairies, gnomes, and all manner of insects, birds, and animals.

那是个美妙的地方。

It was a wonderful place.

她最好的朋友是一只名叫凯凯的小龙，他们总是一起尽情玩耍。

Her best friend was a young dragon called Kai Kai, and they liked to play as much as they could.

这一天，布布和凯凯正坐在城堡花园里，享受着温暖的午后，这时一只小狐狸出现在了花园门口。

On this day, Bubo and Kai Kai were sitting in the castle garden enjoying the warm afternoon when a small fox appeared at the garden gate.

至少看起来像是一只狐狸。

At least it looked like a fox.

它有着亮铜色的皮毛，尾巴像火焰一样摇曳，还有两只小小的发光翅膀，让它轻轻悬在地面之上。

It had bright copper fur, a tail that flicked like a flame, and two small shimmering wings that kept it hovering just slightly above the ground.

你们是布布和凯凯吗？

Are you Boo Boo and Kai Kai?

它开口说话了，语速快得跟它的样子一样。

It asked, in a voice that spoke as fast as it looked.

我们是，布布回答道。

We are, Boo Boo said.

太好了。

Wonderful.

我叫费尔恩。

I'm Fern.

我受命来邀请你们去琥珀小径尽头新开的香草甜品店。

I've been sent to invite you to the new vanilla treat shop at the end of the Amber Trail.

请跟我来。

Follow me, please.

咱们该动身了。

We should get moving.

下午去最合适。

It's best in the afternoon.

费尔转过身，飞快地朝森林小径掠去。

And Fern turned and zipped toward the forest path.

还有多远？

How far is it?

凯凯在她身后喊道。

Kai Kai called after her.

不远，费尔头也不回地答道，人已经拐过第一个弯，身影渐渐模糊了。

Not far, Fern called back, already disappearing around the first bend.

凯凯看了看布布。

Kai Kai looked at Boo Boo.

我们不能直接飞过去吗？

Can't we just fly?

她都走远了，布布说，然后迈开步子往前走。

She's already gone, Boo Boo said and started walking.

凯凯低头看了看自己的腿，深深叹了口气，跟了上去。

Kai Kai looked at his legs, sighed deeply, and followed.

Fern 个子很小，但跑起来特别快。

Fern was very small and very fast.

她沿着小路在他们前面飞快地穿梭，铜色的尾巴在树林间一闪一闪的。

She zipped along the path just ahead of them, her copper tail flickering between the trees.

Boo Boo 跟得还算不错。

Boo Boo kept up reasonably well.

这条小路风景很美，蜿蜒穿过她很久没来过的森林区域。

The path was beautiful, winding through parts of the forest she hadn't visited for a long time.

这里的树又高又细，银色的树皮映着午后的阳光。

The trees here were tall and thin with silver bark that caught the afternoon light.

小路两旁簇生着紫色的花，微风拂过时，它们发出轻柔的声响，听起来几乎像是在哼唱。

Purple flowers grew in clusters around the edges of the path, and when the breeze moved through them, they made a soft sound, almost like humming.

凯凯有点跟不上趟了。

Kai Kai was not keeping up.

凯凯喘着气，有点吃力地说：我得提醒一下，我可是四条腿的。

I just want to point out, Kai Kai said, breathing harder than he would have liked, that I have four legs.

四条腿。

Four.

可这反而让情况更糟了。

And somehow that is making this worse.

费恩从前面的拐角处突然出现，不耐烦地悬停在那里。

Fern reappeared from around a bend ahead hovering impatiently.

你做得很好，马上就到中间路段了。

You're doing great, almost to the middle section.

中间路段？

The middle section?

凯凯说。

Kai Kai said.

费恩又不见了。

Fern was already gone again.

Kai Kai stopped.

He put his front claws on his knees, which it turned out dragons did have, and took several long breaths.

I fly everywhere for a reason, he said.

Kai Kai straightened up, took one more breath, and kept walking.

小路最后拐了个弯，眼前豁然开朗。

The path made one final curve and then opened up completely.

布布停下脚步，只是静静地看着。

Boo Boo stopped walking and just looked.

空地上洒满了温暖的光线。

The clearing was flooded with warm light.

空地边缘长满了香草树，高大优雅，树皮是奶油色的，白得几乎发亮，叶子在柔和的金黄与淡黄之间微微闪动。

All around its edges grew vanilla trees, tall and elegant, with cream colored bark so pale it was almost white, and leaves that shimmered between soft gold and yellow.

The air was thick with the most wonderful smell, warm vanilla, toasted sugar, something floral and sweet that Boo Boo couldn't quite name but immediately loved.

In the center of the clearing sat a small golden shop with a curved roof and wide open windows.

Strings of tiny lights ran along the roofline.

Through the windows, Boo Boo could see jars and dishes and things that looked very promising indeed.

Oh, Boo Boo said softly.

Oh, this is wonderful.

凯凯走到她身边，还在喘着粗气。

Kai Kai arrived beside her still breathing hard.

他望着这片空地。

He looked at the clearing.

他吸了吸鼻子。

He sniffed the air.

他的表情变了好几次。

His expression changed a number of times.

闻起来像甜点，他谨慎地说。

It smells like dessert, he said cautiously.

这香味太棒了， Boo Boo 说。

It smells incredible, Boo Boo said.

Where's the chocolate?

Kai Kai 问。

Kai Kai asked.

Fern 轻盈地落在附近的一根树枝上，收起了翅膀。

Fern landed neatly on a nearby branch and folded her wings.

没有巧克力，她愉快地说。

There isn't any, she said cheerfully.

这是一家香草店。

This is a vanilla shop.

只有香草味。

Only vanilla.

树木提供了所有东西。

The trees provide everything.

凯凯盯着她。

Kai Kai stared at her.

Only vanilla?

Only vanilla, Fern confirmed.

凯凯看了看这家店。

Kai Kai looked at the shop.

He looked at Boo Boo.

He looked back at the shop.

I'll wait outside, he said.

You will not, Boo Boo said, and walked through the door.

过了一会儿，Kai Kai才跟进去，脸上一副仿佛在做出巨大个人牺牲的表情。

After a moment Kai Kai followed, wearing the expression of someone making a very significant personal sacrifice.

店里温暖柔和，灯光昏黄。

Inside, the shop was warm and softly lit.

长长的柜台上摆满了甜点：金糖粉轻撒的香草云朵酥、焦糖顶微微起皱的香草奶油塔、深碗里搅着蜂蜜的香草豆冰淇淋，还有高高堆叠的香草薄饼，本该早就塌了，却偏偏稳稳立着。

A long counter displayed rows of treats: vanilla cloud puffs dusted with gold sugar vanilla cream tarts with caramelized tops that crinkled when you looked at them deep bowls of vanilla bean ice cream swirled with honey and thin vanilla wafers stacked in towers that shouldn't have been able to stay upright but somehow did.

What would you like?

店员问，是个系着白围裙、笑容可掬的年长海狸。

Asked the shopkeeper, a cheerful older beaver with a white apron.

全部都要，Boo Boo说。

Everything, Boo Boo said.

凯凯指着柜台上的最小那件东西。

Kai Kai pointed at the smallest thing on the counter.

我就要这个吧，”他说，语气像是早就料到会失望。

I'll try that one, he said, with the tone of someone expecting to be disappointed.

柜台上的最小那件东西，其实是个香草奶油泡芙，大小 barely 比凯凯的爪子大一点。

The smallest thing on the counter turned out to be a vanilla cream puff, barely bigger than Kai Kai's claw.

他拿起来，半信半疑地看了看，然后咬了一口。

He picked it up, looked at it skeptically, and took a bite.

好一会儿没人说话。

There was a long pause.

哦，”凯凯说。

Oh, Kai Kai said.

好吃吗？

Good?

布布问。

Boo Boo asked.

凯凯没有回答。

Kai Kai didn't answer.

他一口把剩下的全吃了，然后用完全不一样的眼神看着柜台。

He ate the rest of it in one bite then looked at the counter with completely different eyes.

我能试试那个派吗？

Can I try the tart?

他问海狸。

He asked the beaver.

当然可以，海狸已经笑着回答了。

Of course, said the beaver already smiling.

凯凯尝了派，接着是蜂蜜冰淇淋，然后吃了两块威化饼。

Kai Kai tried the tart, then the honey ice cream, then two of the wafers.

我还是觉得巧克力更好吃，”他一边舔着爪子上的蜂蜜一边说。

I still think chocolate is better, he said, licking honey from his claw.

那当然，”布布说。

Obviously, said Boo Boo.

在伯尼斯轻轻打鼾的声音中，熊爸爸熄了灯，亲了亲她的额头，说：‘宝贝，爸爸爱你。’

And with the gentle sounds of Bernice's snorts, Papa Bear turned down her light, gave her a kiss on the forehead, and said, I love you, little bear.
