Of course, I watched Stranger Things.

There was no way I was missing that.

And it, I didn't have any problems.

I know there were people that it was lagging, was shutting down on them.

So I was able to watch the whole two hour and some minute finale all the way through.

And then we ended up watching, my wife and I ended up watching New Year's Rockin' Eve, which is, that's been a tradition in my life as long as I can remember.

Even when I was a youngster, when my parents would go out, my mom was always a waitress, so my mom was probably working a lot on New Year's Eve.

And that's what made me look to that and you know, try to become that.

And- and I- I got to do some weddings and stuff, which was a lot of fun.

And very easy now, by the way, because it's just that it's very easy to- to to pull up music now on your iPhone or your iPad and just get almost anything anybody wants to listen to, which in the past, you you know, you had to bring a whole bunch of records.

You had to bring a whole bunch of tapes and CDs and stuff like that.

It was a little harder to do, but now it's it's it's just very easy.

But he was a DJ at my friend's one of my best friend's wedding, and I've gotten to know him over the years and, you know, very nice guy.

And and he's still going strong and and still and still doing the DJ stuff.

So but yeah.

And so that's, you know, to this day, I I still watch it.

Love that song and I've always loved it.

So, you know, it's always fun, and then of course you get the ball drop at midnight and, you know, a bunch of our neighbors are firing off fireworks and things like that.

So, and you know, I harken back to now when my parents were home.

We lived in half a double, and next door to me was my cousin.

So, you know, my father's cousin and you know, they were like my third or fourth cousins, but they lived next door to us, so you know, of course the fathers were doing a little drinking, you know, a little drinking, little alcoholic beverages.

And then their tradition was to go outside and they would get their shotguns and they'd be shooting their shotguns up into the air.

Very safe, you know.

But so, yeah, so you know, holidays are always, you know, there are trips down memory lane.

You remember the things that you did when you were a kid, and then when you got a little bit older, you know, can remember bartending once with my father when I was helping him out when I was in my like early twenties and we were doing a New Year's Eve thing at the place that he worked.

So, you know, it's always nostalgia.

It's always memories.

It's cool things like that.

I was in YouTube studio, I could not find the button to do it and here, I guess, it must be some kind of thing with iOS because when I'm in YouTube studio, it just is not giving me the option to connect my RSS feed for the podcast.

This is not giving me the options.
所以我退出了，然后通过iPhone的网络访问了YouTube工作室的网页版。
So I backed out and I went to YouTube studio online via my, you know, via the the iPhone internet.

And I went into it that way and then I found it.

I'm like, ah, there it is.

So it had to be something with the app on the phone just isn't allowing me to do it.

And here it was because of a political, basically a political thing.

And then, I think I told you guys this story, I had kept my game open for longest time and I had kept it and I just had it open.

And I'm like, the game's not down for me.

I don't know what they're talking about.

And then, you know, of course as time went on and I realized what happened and eventually, I mean, had to, I had turned to, my phone off and then once I did, I was kicked off.

And then I think I even did a podcast that day over about it actually.

I've talked ad nauseam about the bot stuff and the bot problems and the cheater bots and all that kind of stuff, and I'm not gonna rehash it.

But that was literally one of the worst things for me this year because look, in my meta and where I was, I just happened to be getting a lot of them.

You know, the game losing a lot of players and stuff and now, you know, there I am playing at two 3AM when there probably isn't anybody on.

And although they did say that they can't see the cards or they can't see your cards, boy, I'll tell you, sure felt like it a lot.

I'm not I'm not I'm not gonna continually go through this and and and, you know, and and and get myself all worked up and stuff like that about it.

So, And then I've got just two more and these are kind of little nitpicky things, but one is the artwork a little bit kinda got to me because, you know, and again, I'm not condemning the studios, but I do miss the comic book stuff, and I saw someone make a comment about this to the devs, and they did say they're gonna get more comic book art and things like hoping that's true, but I miss that, man.

That's what got me interested in this game.

And I wanna see more of it.

Certainly, could say prices.

You know, it's rough out there, guys, if you hadn't noticed.

Everything's gone up.

You know, you can't walk out of a grocery store with a couple bags of groceries and not spend $60.70 bucks.

And for second dinner to start raising their prices and so and again, I mentioned this before when I talked about this in prior episodes.

And I get it, they're in business because they wanna make money.

And, know, with the extended season pass and all that kind of stuff, which I know a lot of people that I know aren't getting.

But so yeah, that that that's really that's really my, I guess you could say grievances, my worsts of the year in the game.

I'm not gonna I'm not saying it's gonna be made the same, but if it's a digital card game and it's pretty good, you can bet that you're gonna get players that are gonna play it.

I the only couple games I lost last night, I lost both I think to a discard deck.

One was Khonshu discard, so kinda just general discard.

They had weapon h in there.

And the other one was, was the other one was a weird list.

It was it was discard, but they also had they I mean, they had the zombies in there, but they also had scarlet witch zombies, scarlet witch in there.

So it kinda a combination of zombies along with discard.

But they were the only two matches that I lost last night when I was playing, so the but the Victoria Wicken deck is is pretty good.
