I'm gonna start us off strong and ask what do I need to do does makes you feel the most confident about yourself, about your values?

I think I feel the most confident in, like, my true self when I'm with people that kinda just let me be, like, authentic when I'm, like when I surround myself with people that I don't feel like I need to perform around Yeah.

I think I want to well, this is because my already have worked on, but I wanna continue having, like, good routines and being, like, disciplined and stuff that's important to me.

比如保持健康、和妈妈聊天、去教堂、找学习小组，所有这些对我有益的事情。

So it's, like, being healthy, like, talking to my mom, like, doing going to church, finding, like, study groups, like, all that type of stuff, like, stuff that's healthy for me.

Working out, like, I just wanna have a good structure and, like, routines with studying.

So that's something I'm really gonna work on, being on top of all my work.

And then also, something I wanna work on is just really just like and not that I'm not kind to people already, but just I really just like even people who are different than me and, like, have different views of me just like being kind to everyone I meet and like, just like, leading with kindness and curiosity instead of judgment.

我觉得很容易在不了解别人的情况下就先入为主地评判他们，比如根据他们住在哪里或刻板印象来判断。

I think it can be really really easy to like, judge people first, like, not knowing them, like, judging them based on like, maybe like, where they live or stereotypes.

I mean, I'm just really gonna work on, like, being in a big school with so many different types of people just like Yeah.

Definitely, structure is really important for me.

Like, just having some sort of, like, balance in life and, okay, I'll do this like not all the time but I'll I'll like, for example, I will go out but I'm not going out all the time like, I'm having a balance or like, with different friends.

Like, I'm gonna balance my friendships with the people I work out with to the school work friends or, you know what I mean?

I think being authentic just means to like not be easily swayed and like not let like your values and your likes and your wants and your longings for yourself be swayed by the people around you.

真实就是忠于自己真正想要的东西，而不依赖他人的认可。

It's like being authentic to what you truly want without needing others' validation.

I think that's really what authenticity is.

I think, like, there's multiple ways to do it, but it's it's so much easier said than done, especially when you're, like, entering a new like, for me, Geneva.

While Geneva's gonna be living in luxury in her apartment, I'm gonna be in a triple with shared bathrooms, communal bathrooms, which is like I mean, I guess everyone kinda is.

Not everyone, but most people are for freshman year.

So it's fine.

It's not a big deal, but it's definitely gonna be take some adjustment.
