Awesome. Yeah. So let's get started. I understand your background is very impressive from the traditional finance, Morgan Stanley, etcetera, and then get into the crypto. Back then, it was a sort of a contrarian move, so how did you end up with crypto?

Okay, I spent about nine years in traditional finance, my career covered FX and commodity trading, then I moved to equity derivatives and quantitative trading, etc.

You were a trader before, Not even sales.

I actually cover quite a bit different roles. I start with structure, kind of like a product role, and then moving to trader. Before I joined in crypto, I actually taking care of the Greater China Business Expansion at Deutsche Bank. So at that time, on one side, I'm also taking care of the product side. On the other hand, I taking care of the like market expansion, like quantitative strategy, like QIS expansion.

So it's a bit of mix of a lot of things.

是什么事件激发你进入加密货币领域的？

From which event you got inspired to get into the crypto?

好的。这个故事很有趣，因为我第一次听说比特币是在2015、16年左右。当时没人知道我的感受，这对我来说是个全新概念。比特币到底是什么？

Okay. The story is quite interesting because the first time I heard about Bitcoin, it was, I think back in twenty fifteen, sixteen, around that time. Nobody knows what is like for me. It's a quite new concept to me. What is Bitcoin?

What is white paper? I spent a whole afternoon trying to understand the white paper of Bitcoin. So that is quite the spark of the idea. Then I bought my first Bitcoin back in 2017. But looking back, actually, time, quite a few of my trader friends, they already started start to think about running their own business in crypto related things.

是的。你提到你和Amber创始团队是同期从摩根士丹利出来的。

Yeah. You mentioned you're the same batch with the founding team of Amber, with Morgan Stanley.

对。我们当时在外汇交易团队共事。

Yes. We are working at the FX team back then.

外汇衍生品交易。这段经历也为我后来进入加密货币领域提供了灵感，因为在Amber成立前或者说2017年之前，人们谈论加密货币时更多是关于挖矿这类技术性很强的事。但当我发现许多交易员朋友开始转型做加密货币，有的自己管理投资组合，有的创办了像Amber这样的公司后，我对这个领域就熟悉多了。只需要等待一个真正深入这个领域的机会，而这个机会在2020年左右出现了。

FX derivatives. They are also kind of like inspirations in my later career in crypto because before Amber or before 2017, when people talking about crypto, it's more about like mining. It's quite tech savvy kind of things. But after I find many of my trader friends start to move into crypto, some of them running their own portfolio, some of them running a company like Amber, I got quite familiar with what's happening in this space. I only need to find an opportunity to really dive into this space, so this very opportunity and the very chance coming around 2020.

At that time, I was taking care of the Chinese banking customer expansion in Deutsche Bank and mainly focused on the quantitative trading, quantitative strategy kind of job, but the market at that time was quite bad. I was in Hong Kong at that time. On one side, there was an event in Hong Kong that was quite a political site, Hong so Kong becomes a place that when my customer from China onshore have to put the project to go through their board decision discussion, but because of the escalation in Hong Kong region, many of my projects got stuck in the process. This is one thing, and very soon pandemic explodes. So at that time, it's quite locked down everywhere.

当时市场上机会不多，所以我得以真正放松下来思考传统金融或投行是否仍是我想要发展的领域。那是我开始四处观望的契机，思考自己还能做些什么。就个人兴趣而言，我对科技类事物非常感兴趣。在投身加密货币领域前，我其实在游戏行业待了大约一年。

What I was doing at that time, there's not many opportunities in the market, so I got a chance to really relax and think about whether traditional finance or investment bank is still the place I want to be. So that's the opportunity that I started looking around, say what else I can do, And my own interest, I'm quite really interested in technology things. Before I jumped to crypto, I actually spent roughly one year in gaming industry.

Yeah, up to gaming between Moy Stanley and BNP Paribas. I actually spent about less than one year, roughly one year in gaming industry doing gaming. You have any have been asked because of who it is.

and also Dubai. And it sounds like your location is very diversified and also slightly different from most of the major Asia exchanges, right? And so as a Chief Product Officer, I wonder how do you differentiate your product? You mentioned that for a newbie, you prioritize copy trading. Anything else on your product roadmap in the next few months or this year?
