现在每个人都在拼命追求成功,但你可以猜到,99.99%的人其实不会成功,因为他们都执着于错误的事情。

Everyone is racing to be successful right now, and as you'd guess, 99.99% of them will not, in fact, become successful because they're all obsessed with the wrong thing.

Speaker 0

他们执着于从Instagram帖子中收集的Claude代码技能,那些帖子让你评论关键词,然后他们私信你,让你关注他们,这样他们就能把技能链接发给你,你试一次就再也不会用了。

They're obsessed with the Claude code skills that they're collecting from Instagram posts that tell you to comment a keyword in order for them to DM you so you can follow them so that they can send you the link to the skill that you're gonna try once and never use again.

Speaker 0

他们执着于那些教你用五个可行步骤建立盈利业务的YouTube视频。

They're obsessed with the YouTube videos that teach them how to build a profitable business in five actionable steps.

Speaker 0

我仍然不明白为什么人们如此执着于可行步骤和要点总结,因为如果你没有理解、背景或经验,这些对你一点帮助都没有。

And I still don't understand why people are so obsessed with actionable steps and bullet point summaries because that's not gonna help you in the slightest if you don't have understanding or context or experience.

Speaker 0

他们执着于战术。

They're obsessed with tactics.

Speaker 0

你知道,就是那些所有人都能接触到的知识。

You know, the same knowledge that everyone else has access to.

Speaker 0

你难道没有意识到,你赚到一亿美元所需的所有信息,都已经在网上、书里,或者只要你和AI聊天聊得够久,就能轻松获得吗?

Do you not realize that all the information you could ever need to make a $100,000,000 is readily available to you online, in books, or just inside of an AI chat if you talk to it long enough?

Speaker 0

你有没有停下来想过,为什么现在世界上不是每个人都在赚几百万美元?

Have you ever stopped and wondered why everyone in the world isn't making millions of dollars right now?

Speaker 0

你有没有想过,你那么渴望的那些实用建议,如果你不知道你捡到的那些碎片怎么拼进整个拼图里,它们根本不会让你有任何进展?

Have you ever considered that the actionable advice you crave so much won't get you anywhere unless you know how the pieces you're picking up fit into the entire puzzle?

Speaker 0

那这是为什么呢?

So why is this?

Speaker 0

为什么那么多人拼命想成功,却离成功差得十万八千里?

Why are so many people trying to desperately aim for success but get nowhere close to achieving it?

Speaker 0

一个原因是,他们只是把一种廉价的快感换成了另一种更隐蔽的快感。

One is because they're exchanging one form of cheap dopamine for another more insidious form.

Speaker 0

我觉得,没完没了地看YouTube上关于商业和自我提升的视频,然后收集各种技巧,比单纯刷那些让人脑残的视频更糟糕,因为你会产生一种虚假的进步感。

I would argue that endless tactic collection by endlessly consuming YouTube videos around business and self improvement is worse than just doom scrolling brain rot videos because you're getting a sense of fake progress.

Speaker 0

至少刷那些脑残视频的时候,你只是觉得自己很糟糕。

At At least with the doom scrolling videos, you just feel bad about yourself.

Speaker 0

但是看那些自我提升和商业视频,甚至包括这个视频,你不仅觉得自己很糟糕,还会因为看了视频而产生一种错觉,以为自己正在进步。

But with the self improvement in business and even this video, you feel bad about yourself, but you also get this false certainty that you're making progress just by watching the video.

Speaker 0

第二个原因是,他们没有一套策略,能让他们收集到的那些技巧发挥最大的作用。

The second reason is because they don't have a strategy that allows them to use the tactics they're collecting to their highest degree.

Speaker 0

收集战术,或者说战术本身,其实就是执行。

Tactic collection or tactics in general, which is just execution.

Speaker 0

战略是定位。

Strategy is positioning.

Speaker 0

战术是执行。

Tactics is execution.

Speaker 0

如果你没有一个战略,既能让你接触到那些你原本不知道或者没当成机会的正确战术,那你就会被网络营销者像木偶一样摆布,因为他们知道怎么吸引你的注意力,说服你某样东西有价值,即使它可能不适合你的具体情况和你的思维方式。

If you don't have a strategy that, one, exposes you to the right tactics that you didn't even know about in the first place or didn't register as an opportunity, then you're just gonna be thrown around like a puppet by Internet marketers because they know how to capture your attention and persuade you that something is valuable even if it may not fit your specific situation and your specific mind.

Speaker 0

如果你就是那种只收集战术的人,我不是在贬低你。

Now, if you're this type of person who just collects tactics, I'm not trying to belittle you.

Speaker 0

我现在也经常这样,以前更是如此。

I do the same thing quite often right now, and I did it a lot more in the past.

Speaker 0

我陷入了教程地狱。

I got stuck in tutorial hell.

Speaker 0

我上了所有的课程。

I took all the courses.

Speaker 0

我尝试了七种不同的商业模式,都失败了,包括Facebook广告、SEO、代发货、网页设计、数字艺术,还有其他几个。

I tried and failed at seven different business models, Facebook ads, SEO, drop shipping, web design, digital art, and a few more.

Speaker 0

我甚至不认为那些算是生意。

And I wouldn't even consider them businesses.

Speaker 0

我觉得它们更像是爱好,因为我学会了高价值的技能,那感觉很好。

I would consider them hobbies because I would learn the high value skill, and that felt good.

Speaker 0

我注册了公司,那感觉也很好。

I would start the LLC and that felt good.

Speaker 0

我建了网站,试着写有说服力的文案,那感觉也很好。

I would build the website and try to write the copy for it so that it's persuasive and that felt good.

Speaker 0

但到了真正要拉客户、让人付钱的时候,我就没影了。

But when it came to actually getting a customer, getting someone to pay me, I was nowhere to be found.

Speaker 0

缺失的那块是策略,但不仅仅是策略,而是战略性思考的能力,因为不然你怎么制定策略呢?

And the missing piece was a strategy, but not just a strategy, the ability to think strategically because how else are you gonna create a strategy?

Speaker 0

那是一项非常难学的能力,但这就是我们今天要聊的。

And that's an incredibly difficult thing to learn, but that's what we're here to talk about.

Speaker 0

这就是史蒂夫·乔布斯、亚历山大大帝以及所有军事战略家背后的秘密。

That's the secret behind Steve Jobs, Alexander the Great, military strategists in general.

Speaker 0

我们敬仰的那些伟大而成功的人,大多都具备战略思维的能力。

Most great and successful people that we look up to have the ability to think strategically.

Speaker 0

他们可能不会说这是他们的超能力或秘密,因为他们可能自己都没意识到,但事实就是如此。

They may not say that that is their superpower or their secret because they may be unconsciously competent, but that is exactly it.

Speaker 0

一切都归结于战略,而这就是我在这期视频里要教你的,不仅是怎么学,还有怎么做。

It all comes down to strategy, and that's what I'm going to show you, not only how to learn, but how to do in this video.

Speaker 0

我们要制定一个人生战略,你会学到一些原则,可以应用到任何你做的事情上,无论是商业、体育、人际关系,还是其他任何方面。

We're going to create a life strategy, and you're going to learn the principles that you can take and apply to anything that you do, be it business, sports, relationships, anything.

Speaker 0

我们还会讨论大师级战略家的九个特质,尤其是缺乏战略意味着你无法掌控自己人生的结果。

We're also going to talk about the nine traits of a master strategist and especially how a lack of strategy means a lack of control over the outcome of your life.

Speaker 0

在我们开始之前,我只要求你一件事:认真听,并试着去实践我所说的。

As we begin, the only thing I ask of you is that you actually listen and attempt to implement what I say.

Speaker 0

你要做笔记。

You take notes.

Speaker 0

你要真正去做点什么,而不是光看视频,然后半小时后就忘得一干二净。

You actually do something aside from just watching the video and then letting it leave your mind thirty minutes later.

Speaker 0

所以第一部分,战略就是让自己处于优势地位,同时确保对手处于劣势。

So section number one, strategy is getting yourself into a superior position while at the same time making sure your opponent is in a worse one.

Speaker 0

这一部分主要是理解国际象棋大师鲍比·菲舍尔的那句话:战术源于优势地位。

And this section is all about understanding the quote tactics flow from a superior position from Bobby Fischer who is a chess grandmaster.

Speaker 0

现在我们来简单看一盘国际象棋对局。

Now let's walk through a simple chess match.

Speaker 0

我会尽量不让你觉得无聊。

I'll try not to bore you here.

Speaker 0

我们快速过一遍,直接讲重点。

We'll make it quick just so we can get to the point.

Speaker 0

但棋局中的玩家一在开局阶段做的事情看起来没什么意思。

But player one in the chess match spends the first part of the game doing things that look boring.

Speaker 0

他们并没有在进攻。

They aren't attacking.

Speaker 0

他们没有吃掉任何棋子,从外面看,好像什么都没做。

They aren't capturing any pieces, and from the outside, it looks like they're not doing anything.

Speaker 0

他们只是把棋子移到棋盘上的某些位置。

They're just moving their pieces to certain squares on the board.

Speaker 0

在下棋的时候,你是在一个格子上玩,但并不是每个格子都一样重要。

And in a game like chess, you're playing on a grid, but not all of the squares on that grid are created equal.

Speaker 0

生活也是一样。

It's the same with life.

Speaker 0

棋盘中央的棋子能到达更多地方,而困在角落的棋子就受限多了。

A piece in the center of a board can reach many more places than a piece stuck behind a corner.

Speaker 0

现在,玩家一把车滑到一条没有阻挡的开放线路上。

Now in the game, player one slides a rook onto an open lane where nothing blocks it.

Speaker 0

他们把象放在一条直指敌方国王的路径上。

They place a bishop on a path that points straight at the enemy king.

Speaker 0

他们把马放在靠近棋盘中央的位置。

They place a knight on a square near the middle of the board.

Speaker 0

与此同时,二号玩家的棋子都在互相碍事。

And meanwhile, two has pieces just getting in each other's way.

Speaker 0

他们最强大的棋子都被自己的兵堵住了。

Their most powerful pieces are trapped behind their own pawns.

Speaker 0

他们的国王被困在棋盘中间,因为他们一直没找到安全的机会把它藏到角落里。

Their king is stuck in the middle of the board because they never found a safe moment to tuck it away in a corner.

Speaker 0

二号玩家只是在被动应对一号玩家的每一步棋。

Player two was only reacting to player one's moves.

Speaker 0

于是,一号玩家把马移到一个能同时攻击对方国王和王后的位置。

So player one moves their knight to a square where it can attack player two's king and queen at the same time.

Speaker 0

在国际象棋里,这叫做“叉”或“双重攻击”。

And in chess, this is called a fork.

Speaker 0

所以你的对手只能保住其中一个。

So your opponent can only save one.

Speaker 0

国王和王后都是非常强大的棋子。

Those are two very powerful pieces, the king and the queen.

Speaker 0

所以丢掉任何一个都不好。

So losing either one is not good.

Speaker 0

所以,当然,玩家二必须移动他的国王,以免输掉比赛,但这导致玩家一能够吃掉他的皇后,这是棋盘上最强大的棋子,基本上到这一步游戏就结束了。

So, of course, player two has to move his king so he doesn't lose the game, but that leads to player one being able to take their queen, which is the most powerful piece on the board, and it's essentially game over at this point.

Speaker 0

但这里的关键是,任何玩家如果走到那个特定的棋子布局,都能走出那步制胜棋。

But the thing here is the lesson is that any player who got to that exact arrangement of pieces could have played that game winning move.

Speaker 0

玩家一之所以能走到那一步,是因为他们整场比赛都在为此布局。

The reason player one got there is because they spent the entire game building up to it.

Speaker 0

所以如果你去掉开头那些无聊的步骤,那个分叉或者制胜战术就不会存在。

So if you were to remove any of those boring steps from the start, the fork or the game winning tactic wouldn't exist.

Speaker 0

骑士会被挡住,国王也会在防守棋子到达时逃脱。

The knight would have gotten blocked, and the king would have escaped as the defending piece arrived.

Speaker 0

所以真正的教训是,策略就是让自己处于优势位置,同时确保对手处于劣势位置。

So the real lesson is strategy is getting yourself into a superior position while at the same time making sure your opponent is in the worse one.

Speaker 0

策略就是一步步让自己的位置变好,让对手的位置变差,直到两者差距大到战术自己浮现出来。

Strategy is the work of making your position better and your opponent's position worse move by move until the gap between the two is so large that tactics start appearing on their own.

Speaker 0

有趣的是,在人生的棋局里,你既是自己的对手,也是自己的棋手。

Now the interesting thing here is that in the game of life, you are both the opponent and the player.

Speaker 0

你做的每一个决定都会改变自己的处境,而大多数人根本看不清自己身处何地。

Every decision you make changes your own position, and most people are just completely blind to where they are.

Speaker 0

如果普通人的生活是一盘棋,他们可能早就遇到过制胜的一步,但自己却浑然不觉。

If the average person's life were a chess match, they probably have gotten into a game winning move before, but they didn't even realize it.

Speaker 0

他们没能抓住那个机会,因为那对他们来说完全是下意识的。

They weren't able to act on that opportunity because it was just unconscious to them.

Speaker 0

他们缺乏认知上的灵活性和架构——这个我们下个视频会讲——所以无法真正识别出什么时候可以执行某个具体战术来获得巨大回报。

They didn't have the cognitive flexibility or architecture, which we're gonna talk about in the next video, to actually know when they can execute on a specific tactic to get a big reward.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么策略必须先行。因为如果你真的想成功建立副业或创作者事业,就像我们这里讨论的,或者练出好身材、变得健康,或者只是从生活中得到你想要的,你就不能像大多数人那样,因为大多数人根本不花时间制定策略。

That's why strategy has to come first Because if you want to actually succeed at building the side business or the creator business like we talk about here or just building an aesthetic physique or becoming healthy or simply getting what you want out of life, you can't be like most people because most people spend zero time strategizing.

Speaker 0

他们不会进行有意识的战略性思考。

They don't engage in intentional strategic thinking.

Speaker 0

比如,想想你自己的生活会是什么样。

Like, think about your own life.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我经常这样。

I do this all the time.

Speaker 0

我们都这样。

We all do.

Speaker 0

但当你只是过自己的生活时,你是在真正思考,还是只是在应对想法和情绪?

But when you're just going about your life, are you actually thinking or are you just reacting to thoughts and emotions?

Speaker 0

你是在理解自己脑子里发生了什么,还是只是任由它发展?

Are you understanding what's going on in your head or are you just letting it play out?

Speaker 0

两种方式各有好处。

Both have their benefits.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

它们是不同的思维模式。

They're different modes of thinking.

Speaker 0

有创造力,也有生产力。

There's creativity and there's productivity.

Speaker 0

创造力需要更开放的注意力,让思维保持一定的混乱,然后从中挑选出某些想法或片段,再把它们整合起来。

Creativity benefits from a more open focus, letting your mind be kind of chaotic and then picking picking certain ideas or pieces and synthesizing them together.

Speaker 0

而生产力则更讲究策略,更专注,更有层次。

And then productivity is more strategic, more focused, more hierarchical.

Speaker 0

但大多数人并不是这样进行生产的。

But most people don't engage in productivity in that way.

Speaker 0

他们处于一种紧张、狭窄的专注状态,这种状态是由紧迫感或匮乏感驱动的,因为他们必须生存。

They engage in a very narrow state of stressful focus based on urgency or scarcity because they have to to survive.

Speaker 0

这种状态并不好。

And that is not a good place to be in.

Speaker 0

最后,如果你观察社会,你会发现纯粹战术层面的思考是非常糟糕的。

And lastly, if you observe society, you will see that plain tactic level thinking is very disastrous.

Speaker 0

这就引出了第二部分:普通人陷入了一种无法摆脱的、无意识的挣扎循环。

And that leads into section number two, which is that the average person lives in a mindless cycle of struggles they can't escape.

Speaker 0

所以谢天谢地,你实际上不在战场上,因为那样你很可能已经死了。

So thank goodness you aren't actually on a battlefield because you'd probably be dead.

Speaker 0

大多数人会犯一些非常容易预见的战略错误,如果他们真的处于一个充满暴力的环境中,他们会输,而赢家会研究他们做了什么,以便做完全相反的事情。

Most people commit highly predictable strategic mistakes that if they were in a truly violent setting, they would lose and winners would be studying what they did so that they could do the exact opposite.

Speaker 0

结婚太早或太晚,没有在任何领域精通,相信人工智能能为你做所有事情。

Getting married too early or late, not developing mastery in anything, trusting that AI can do everything for you.

Speaker 0

我这么说并不是完全反对人工智能,因为现在一切都像宗教一样,我们不必把反人工智能或者每三个月就发生的那些热门闹剧当回事。

And I'm saying this as someone who is not anti AI completely because everything is a religion nowadays, and we don't have to treat anti AI or the flavor of the day drama that's going on that's been happening every three months.

Speaker 0

那只是人们痴迷、抱怨、装受害者、在社交媒体上炫耀道德优越感的另一种东西。

It's just a different thing that people get obsessed with and cry about and play victim with and virtue signal on social media.

Speaker 0

你不必参与其中,你可以看出那些人思维水平较低的迹象,并且可以避开他们。

You don't have to engage in that, and you can see the signs of lower levels of thinking in those people, and you can avoid them.

Speaker 0

再说一次,我们会在下一个视频中讨论这个。

Again, we're gonna talk about that in the next video.

Speaker 0

但其他例子包括:追逐金钱而不是意义,不负责任地负债,维持一段糟糕的关系,不投资教育,爬一条通往死胡同的公司晋升阶梯。

But other examples, chasing money over meaning, irresponsibly going into debt, staying in a bad relationship, not investing in education, climbing a corporate ladder that leads to nowhere.

Speaker 0

这样的例子还有很多。

The list just goes on.

Speaker 0

普通人不会主动去解决自己的问题或困境。

The average person does not try to solve their problems or their struggles.

Speaker 0

他们陷入了一种日复一日的循环,每天重复同样的生活,因为这就是他们被塑造出来的结果。

They get stuck in a routine where they live the same day over and over again because that's what the conditioning process led to in their lives.

Speaker 0

从出生起,父母和老师就把各种价值观和信念灌输到他们脑子里,让他们走上一条默认的道路,朝着社会期望的目标前进——上学、找工作、65岁退休,这就是工业时代的模式,而大多数人从未质疑过这一点。

When they were born, their parents and teachers injected values and beliefs into their head that put them on the default path heading toward the goal that society wanted for them, which is go to school, get a job, retire at 65, the industrial paradigm, and most people never questioned that.

Speaker 0

等到他们20岁时,这些观念已经深深扎根,变成了一种习惯。

And by the time they turned 20, it had become so conditioned in their mind that it's just habitual.

Speaker 0

完全是下意识的。

It's just unconscious.

Speaker 0

他们就是这么做事的。

It's just what they do.

Speaker 0

他们根本不会想到要跳出这个模式,去进行战略性思考,改变人生的方向,最终让自己处于更有利的位置,让问题不再那么痛苦。

It doesn't cross their minds to snap out of it, engage in strategic thinking, and change the direction of their life so that they can eventually reach a more advantageous position where their problems aren't so painful.

Speaker 0

他们还是有问题的。

They still have problems.

Speaker 0

每个人都会有问题的,只是问题没那么严重了。

Everyone still has problems, but they're of a lesser magnitude.

Speaker 0

解决起来更有趣,也更有创造性。

They're more fun and creative problems to solve.

Speaker 0

你开始把生活看作一个谜题,而不是一个死刑判决。

You start to see life as a puzzle rather than a death sentence.

Speaker 0

所以我想说的是,每个人都有策略,但对大多数人来说,那不是他们自己制定的。

So what I'm saying is that everyone has a strategy, but for most people, it's not one that they created.

Speaker 0

那是别人给他们安排的。

It's one that they were assigned.

Speaker 0

他们的策略还是那样:上学、找工作、65岁退休、做个好学生、赚点钱虽然不多、谦虚点、别出头、你的梦想不值得追求因为太冒险了,这说不通,因为只有冒险才能有回报。

Their strategy is, again, go to school, get a job, retire at 65, be a good student, make a decent amount of money even though it's not that much, be humble, don't stick your nose out, your dreams aren't worth pursuing because they're risky, which doesn't make sense because risk is the only way to get reward.

Speaker 0

仔细想想,这一切都说不通,尤其是进入新范式之后,就是人工智能、信息这些。

It all just doesn't make sense when you actually think about it, especially going into the new paradigm, which is AI, information, all of that stuff.

Speaker 0

这需要一种完全不同的策略。

It requires a completely different strategy.

Speaker 0

不管你是否认同文化和社会应该朝着人工智能和信息这个方向发展,这并不意味着它不会发生。

Whether or not you agree that culture and society should be heading in this direction of AI and information, that doesn't mean that it's not happening.

Speaker 0

人们非常生气,说工作会被取代,虽然我不确定是不是这样,但大家都在这么说。

People are so mad that, oh, jobs are gonna be replaced even though I don't know if that's gonna be the case, but that's what people are saying.

Speaker 0

不管怎样,你需要制定一个新的策略,这样你才能在未来的环境中茁壮成长,而不是困在你被赋予的那个只对旧生活方式——美国梦——有些好处的策略里。

No matter what it is, you need to create a new strategy so that you can thrive in the future rather than being stuck in the one that you were assigned that was only somewhat beneficial to the old way of life, the American dream.

Speaker 0

那么,你实际上如何开始摆脱这种无意识且说实话毫无意义的生活方式呢?

So how do you actually start to get out of this mindless and honestly meaningless way of living?

Speaker 0

你可能还没有完全陷入其中,但这仍然适用于你,让你开始制定自己的策略。

And you may not be completely in it, but this still applies to you to start to create your own strategy.

Speaker 0

嗯,你可以把它想象成你身处真实的战场,因为从很多方面来说,你确实如此。

Well, you think of it as if you're on an actual battlefield because in many ways you are.

Speaker 0

你生活在现代舒适和便利的假象之下,一切都那么容易,你被允许就这样随波逐流,只做最低限度的努力来生存。

You're living under this guise of modern comfort and convenience where everything is just easy, and you're allowed to just coast through life and do the bare minimum in order to survive.

Speaker 0

但如果你在战场上,想想那位将军。

But if you were on a battlefield, think of the general.

Speaker 0

他自己的命都悬在线上。

His own life was on the line.

Speaker 0

这逼出了战略深度。

That forced strategic depth.

Speaker 0

他必须要有策略才能赢,否则就会死。

He had to be strategic in order to win or else he would die.

Speaker 0

你需要压力。

You need pressure.

Speaker 0

你需要战术上的紧张感。

You need tactical stress.

Speaker 0

你得把自己置于一个必须制定策略否则就输的境地,不然反正你也会输。

You need to put yourself in a position where you must craft a strategy or you lose or else you're just gonna lose either way.

Speaker 0

搬进一个你负担不起的公寓。

Move into an apartment you can't afford.

Speaker 0

订一张去你从未去过的地方的机票。

Book the plane ticket to somewhere 've never been.

Speaker 0

投资商业软件、课程或教练,即使你觉得那是骗人的,因为至少你的财务会面临风险,你不能再活在虚假的舒适中了。

Invest in the business software, the course, or coaching, even if you think it's a scam because at least your finances will be put on the line and you can't live in a shroud of false comfort anymore.

Speaker 0

所以你明白了。

So you get it.

Speaker 0

你需要一个策略,并且需要培养战略思维的能力,因为没有这些,你生活中做的每一个决定都会变得随意。

You need a strategy and you need to develop the skill of strategic thinking because without those, every single decision you make in life becomes arbitrary.

Speaker 0

那都不重要。

It doesn't matter.

Speaker 0

那真的毫无意义,因为它没有指向一个明确的方向。

It it is quite literally meaningless because it's not aimed in a specific direction.

Speaker 0

想到这些感觉不太好。

That doesn't feel good to think about.

Speaker 0

没有策略,你每天做的每一件事都不会让你有任何进展。

That every single thing that you do every single day without a strategy does not get you anywhere.

Speaker 0

我有点夸张,但这是为了让你真正重视这件事。

I'm being hyperbolic, but that's for a reason to actually get you to take this seriously.

Speaker 0

如果你人生的结果是你所有决定的累积,那么这可以说是你能做的最重要的事情之一。

And if the outcome of your life is the accumulation of the decisions you make, then this is arguably one of the most important things you could ever do.

Speaker 0

这就引出了第三部分:如何通过深入观察,在你做的每一件事中看到规律,从而建立更优越的人生位置。

That leads to section number three, how to build a superior life position by going so deep you see patterns in everything you do.

Speaker 0

在宫本武藏的《五轮书》中,有九条每个战略家都应该遵循的戒律:第一条。

Now in the book of five rings by Miyamoto Musashi, there are nine precepts every strategist should follow: one.

Speaker 0

不要有欺骗性的想法。第二条。

Don't think dishonestly two.

Speaker 0

训练本身就是道路。第三条。

Training is the way itself three.

Speaker 0

熟悉每一种技艺。第四条。

Get acquainted with every art four.

Speaker 0

了解所有职业的方式。第五条。

Know the ways of all professions five.

Speaker 0

第六,理解世俗事务中的得失。

Understand gain and loss in worldly dealings six.

Speaker 0

第七,对一切事物培养直觉判断。

Develop intuitive judgment about everything seven.

Speaker 0

第八,洞察不可见之物。

Perceive what can't be seen eight.

Speaker 0

第九,连小事也要关注。

Attend even to small things nine.

Speaker 0

不做无用之事。在武藏看来,战略家是那种在某一领域钻研极深,最终在底层发现普遍规律的人。

Do nothing useless A strategist in Musashi's mind is someone who goes so deep into one discipline that they discover something universal at the bottom of it.

Speaker 0

你会发现一些模式,它们不局限于商业、人际关系、剑术或棋类。

You notice patterns that aren't specific to business or relationships or swordsmanship or chess.

Speaker 0

这些模式是恒常的,一旦你看到它们并在不同领域间注意到它们,你在所有领域都会变得更加高效,因为你从来不是从零开始。

They are constants and once you see those patterns and notice them across domains you become far more effective within all domains because you are never really starting from scratch.

Speaker 0

你对整个现实的理解会站在你这边。

You have an understanding of reality as a whole on your side.

Speaker 0

我们会深入探讨如何发现这些所谓的普遍规律。

We'll go into how to uncover these, like, universal patterns, so to say.

Speaker 0

但我第一次意识到这一点是在我开始做生意的时候,因为在我人生的大部分时间里,我只是在空闲时间喜欢健身、去健身房、研究营养学这些。

But the first time I became aware of this is when I started in business because for most of my life, had been into fitness and in the gym and studying nutrition and all of this stuff just in my free time.

Speaker 0

当我开始创业并真正看到一些成功时,我心想,这就是渐进超负荷。

And when I started building the business and actually seeing some success with it, I'm like, this is progressive overload.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

如果你知道什么是渐进超负荷,就是随着时间的推移慢慢增加重量,你不是试图大幅跳跃增加重量,而是每次增加2.5磅或5磅,而且你吃的营养必须为恢复提供燃料以促进这一点,你用它作为衡量你增长多少的指标。

If you know what progressive overload is, where it's like slowly increasing the weight over time, you're not trying to jump up in huge leaps and bounds of weight, you increase by 2.5 pounds or five pounds, and the nutrition you eat has to fuel the recovery to facilitate that, and you use that as a metric for how much you're growing.

Speaker 0

因为如果你能专注于这一点,那就是肌肉增长的一个很好的指标,用来了解你实际上在建立多少肌肉,以及你是否在建立肌肉,就是你是否在持续地变得更强。

Because if you can focus on that, that is a great proxy for muscle growth, for understanding how much muscle you're actually building and whether or not you're building muscle is if you're consistently getting stronger over time.

Speaker 0

所以,为了建立肌肉这个最终结果,所有变量都必须协同作用。

So all of the variables have to come together in order to build muscle, which is the end result.

Speaker 0

但在商业中,赚钱,同样的事情也在发生。

But in business, making money, the same exact thing happens.

Speaker 0

你需要把所有因素都结合起来,而不是像很多初创公司那样追求销售爆发式增长。

You need all of the variables to come together, and you're not aiming for a a viral explosion of sales like many of the startups are.

Speaker 0

你要追求的是缓慢而稳定的增长。

You're aiming for the slow, consistent growth.

Speaker 0

年复一年,你回头看,会惊叹:天哪。

And year after year, you look back and you're like, holy crap.

Speaker 0

这居然是一条指数增长的曲线。

This has been an exponential line.

Speaker 0

我们之前讲的那九条戒律或原则,定义了这位战略家或大师级战略家在外表上是什么样的。

Now the nine precepts or principles that we went over define what this strategist or master strategist looks like on the outside.

Speaker 0

所以,现代意义上的通才通常是指对很多事情都略知一二的人。

So the modern idea of a generalist is usually someone who knows a little about a lot.

Speaker 0

他们是个多面手,但武藏在这里描述的有点不同。

They're a jack of all trades but what Musashi is describing here is a bit different.

Speaker 0

有通才,有专才,还有大师或战略家。

There's the generalist, there's the specialist, and then there's the master or the strategist.

Speaker 0

这一点也和自我发展阶段以及螺旋动力学的理论很吻合。

And this also maps quite well to the stages of ego development and spiral dynamics.

Speaker 0

战略家这个阶段是完全可以达到的,而且具备以下这些特质。

The strategist stage is quite achievable and comes with the following qualities.

Speaker 0

首先就是系统思维。

The first is systems thinking.

Speaker 0

战略家能同时看到相互竞争的系统与视角,而成就者,也就是那些自助者或商人,则是在单一的成功与成就体系内运作。

So strategists see competing systems and perspectives simultaneously while achievers, who are the self helpers or the businessmen, operate within a single system of success and achievement.

Speaker 0

他们也能坦然面对悖论,能够同时接受支持和反对人工智能这两种矛盾的观点,而不是非要分出个对错。

They're also comfortable with paradox so they can hold contradictions like being both pro and anti AI rather than resolving them into clear or false answers.

Speaker 0

他们更看重过程而非结果,所以关心事情是怎么发生的,以及背后的原则,而不只是结果。

They focus on process over outcome, so they care about how things happen and the principles at play, not just the results.

Speaker 0

他们能意识到各种限制条件,所以会看到自己的假设和框架如何影响自己的认知。

They're aware of constraints, so they see how their assumptions and frameworks shape what they perceive.

Speaker 0

他们具有元认知能力,能够观察自己如何构建意义,而不只是运用专业知识或处理人际关系,同时他们还具备有原则的灵活性。

They have a sense of meta awareness, so strategists can observe their own meaning making and not just deploy expertise or navigate social dynamics, and they have principled flexibility.

Speaker 0

他们有坚定的价值观,但方法灵活多变,而不是死守规则或随波逐流。

They have strong values but adapt methods fluidly versus rigid rules or social conformity.

Speaker 0

在我看来,最重要的特质是能够容纳矛盾,或者同时持有多种框架和视角。

The most important trait there, in my opinion is the ability to hold paradox or to hold multiple frameworks or perspectives.

Speaker 0

这意味着不要陷入非黑即白的思维,那是最低级的智力表现。

What that means is not engaging in black and white thinking, which is the lowest form of intelligence.

Speaker 0

而社交媒体就是一个巨大的陷阱。

And this is one massive trap of social media.

Speaker 0

每次你登录,看到的都是这些,你做出反应,不知不觉就上瘾了,慢慢就失去了容纳矛盾的能力。

Every time you log on, that's all you see, and you react to it, and you get addicted to it without even knowing it, and you slowly degrade your mental capacity to hold paradox.

Speaker 0

所以顺便说一句,解决办法就是成为一个策展人。

So as a side note, the solution to that is to become a curator.

Speaker 0

你需要小心保护自己的心智,精心挑选信息来源,决定从哪里获取信息。

You need to carefully protect your mind and curate your own sources of information where you're getting information from.

Speaker 0

这就是我们在Eden里构建阅读器和想法捕捉功能的原因。

This is why we built the reader and idea capture inside of Eden.

Speaker 0

你可以把像这个YouTube视频这样的任何链接保存下来,然后在阅读器里打开,这样你就可以高亮它,把你整理好的信息集中放在一个地方,按板块组织好。

You can save a link to anything like this YouTube video and then open it in a reader so you highlight it and keep your curated information in one place organized on boards.

Speaker 0

对于那些真正用社交媒体做研究的创作者,我们有一个发现信息流,会展示表现最好的帖子,这样你就可以把它们保存到板块里,反向工程,研究它们,然后把它们作为灵感,综合到你自己的写作、工作、YouTube脚本、新闻通讯或社交媒体帖子中。

And for people who are creators who actually use social media for research, we have a Discover feed which shows you the top performing posts so then you can save those to boards, reverse engineer them, study them, and then use them as inspiration to synthesize into your own writing or work or YouTube scripts or newsletters or social posts.

Speaker 0

所以如果你想开始建立你的想法花园,你可以从Eden开始,想法捕捉和阅读功能是免费的,通过描述中的链接即可。

So if you want to start building your garden for ideas, you can start with Eden, the idea capture portion and reading is free, via the link in the description.

Speaker 0

战略家把自己的构建视为选择:他们的身份、价值观和世界观。

Strategists see their own constructions as choices: their identity, their values, their worldview.

Speaker 0

大师或战略家同时受益于通才和专才:既能擅长很多事情,不会把思维局限在一个领域而限制潜力,又能在一件事上表现出色,从而在更有意义的领域取得超常成果。

The master or strategist receives the benefits of both the generalist and the specialist: both the ability to be good at many things so they don't narrow their mind to one area of study limiting their potential, and the ability to excel significantly at one thing so they can get outsized results preferably in a meaningful domain.

Speaker 0

所以我们的目标就是成为能够体现这些战略家原则或准则的人。

So that is our goal, to become someone who can embody these precepts or principles of the strategist.

Speaker 0

在接近结尾时,我实际上会给你一个捷径,或者说是尽可能接近捷径的方法,直接研究这些普遍原则,这样你就能在生活中注意到它们。

And closer to the end, I'll actually give you a shortcut or as close to a shortcut as you can get to just studying these universal principles directly so that you can notice them in your life.

Speaker 0

对于这一部分,我认为最实用的点是第九条准则:不做无用之事。

And for this section, I think the most actionable point is the ninth precept, which is to do nothing useless.

Speaker 0

把这条作为你接下来一年的行动准则,你会做出惊人的成就。

Make that your operating principle for the next year and you will do incredible things.

Speaker 0

如果你只是简单地审视一下自己的想法和行为是否有用,你就能迅速扭转人生。

If you were to simply audit your thoughts and behavior for usefulness, you would rapidly turn your life around.

Speaker 0

就像我说的,刷社交媒体、陷入非黑即白的教条思维,都是没用的。

As I said, scrolling on social media, getting sucked into the dogmatic black and white thinking is useless.

Speaker 0

浑浑噩噩地过日子,就是一种无意义的生活方式。

The mindless way of life is a useless way of life.

Speaker 0

所以现在的问题是:你真正精通的是什么?

So the questions now are: What do you actually master?

Speaker 0

你的训练方式是什么?

What is your form of training?

Speaker 0

你如何开始理解得与失?

How do you begin to understand gain and loss?

Speaker 0

你如何开始践行大师级战略家的原则?

How do you begin to embody the principles of a master strategist?

Speaker 0

而且在我看来,最重要的是,你怎么才能做些有用的事?

And most importantly in my eyes how do you do something useful?

Speaker 0

这就引出了第四部分,也就是如何战略性地思考,最终重新掌控自己的生活。

That leads to section four which is how to think so strategically you finally take back control of your life.

Speaker 0

幸运的是,我们可以研究什么造就了好策略,或者战略思维是什么样的,然后我们可以逆向工程,提取其中的原则,并开始将它们应用到我们的生活中。

So thankfully we can study what makes a good strategy or what strategic thinking looks like and then we can reverse engineer it, take the principles, and start to apply them to our life.

Speaker 0

这些原则经过几个世纪以来在军事、战争、体育和商业领域的不断提炼和迭代,你有大量的历史胜负案例可以参考。

And these principles have been refined and iterated on over centuries of military, war, sports, and business, you have a massive amount of historical wins and losses that you can look at.

Speaker 0

而美妙之处在于,所有这些都适用于你个人的生活和成功。

And the beautiful thing is that all of these apply to your own personal life and success.

Speaker 0

我个人在这里整理了其中的七条。

I've personally compiled seven of them here.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你坐下来真正去做,并且坚持到底,你的生活将会改变。

So if you sit down and actually do this and follow through with this, your life will change.

Speaker 0

但这并不意味着你的策略就一定会是制胜策略。

That doesn't mean that your strategy is going to be a winning strategy.

Speaker 0

你还是可能会输,但这至少能帮你避免被对手踩在脚下,而这个对手往往就是你自己。

You can still lose, but it sure helps you in not being trampled over by your opponent which is often yourself.

Speaker 0

所以战略思维的第一条原则就是愿景。我很喜欢X上那个叫Orange Book的账号引用的这句话。

So principle one of strategic thinking is vision and I love this quote from the account Orange Book on X.

Speaker 0

没有人会突然走运。

No one ever suddenly gets lucky.

Speaker 0

如果星星突然为你排列成行,其实是你自己有意或无意地排列了它们——通过选择住在哪里、向谁学习、和谁结婚、和谁交朋友、维持什么样的生活方式、承担什么样的风险,以及相信什么样的愿景。

If the stars suddenly aligned for you, you actually align them consciously or not by choosing where to live, who to learn from, who to marry, who to befriend, what lifestyle to maintain, what risk to take, and what vision to believe in.

Speaker 0

如果你没有愿景,你就会迷失方向。

Now if you don't have a vision you're lost.

Speaker 0

你的行动背后没有意图,因为你不知道这些行动会通向哪里。

You do not have intention behind your actions because you don't know what your actions are leading to.

Speaker 0

你手里握着十支飞镖,它们代表决定你人生结果的十个大胆决定,但你连一个瞄准的靶子都没有。

You're holding 10 darts in your hand, and those represent the 10 bold decisions that will determine the outcome of your life, but you don't even have a dart board to aim at.

Speaker 0

换句话说,你连击中靶子的机会都没有。

In other words, you don't even have a chance to hit the board.

Speaker 0

你根本不知道靶子在哪里。

You don't know where the board is.

Speaker 0

不过,当然,迷失也有它的好处。

But, of course, there is a benefit to actually being lost.

Speaker 0

我不是说你这辈子都不该感到迷茫,因为当你迷茫的时候,你面临一个选择。

I'm not saying that you should never feel lost in your life because when you're lost, you have a decision to make.

Speaker 0

你要么让熵把你拖入深渊,也就是说你的生活慢慢变得越来越糟,而你几乎没察觉,直到糟糕到像你的房间变得乱七八糟一样。

You either let entropy drag you into oblivion, which is that your life gets slowly worse and worse over time without you really noticing it until it's so bad it's like your room getting messy.

Speaker 0

你一天不打扫房间,然后衬衫出现在这里,第二天还不打扫,然后你开始注意到灰尘在堆积。

You don't clean your room one day and then shirts appear over here, and then you don't clean it the next, then you start to notice dust is gathering.

Speaker 0

最终,日复一日,它变成了猪窝,而你已经习以为常了。

And eventually, day after day, it becomes a pig's thigh, and it's normal to you.

Speaker 0

危险的地方在于,它不是一下子变脏的。

That's the dangerous part is that it doesn't just rapidly get dirty.

Speaker 0

它是慢慢发生的,你甚至都没注意到,然后想摆脱就难多了。

It happens slowly over time in this way where you don't even notice it, and then it's so much harder to get out.

Speaker 0

这就是你感到迷茫时正在发生的事情。

And that's what's happening when you feel lost.

Speaker 0

你必须下定决心去搞清楚,尝试新事物,直到找到那个值得你全力以赴的东西。

You have to make the decision to figure it out, experiment with new things until you find that one thing that's worth going all in on.

Speaker 0

成功诞生于虚空之中。

The void is where success is born.

Speaker 0

愿景是你人生中追求的最终目标。

Now a vision is the ultimate outcome that you're aiming for in life.

Speaker 0

它不是模糊的愿望。

It is not a vague wish.

Speaker 0

它必须尽可能具体。

It must be as specific as it can possibly be.

Speaker 0

它必须足够有吸引力,能够激励和指导每一个行动,因为在你清楚自己想要什么之前,你根本不可能有策略。

It must be compelling enough to motivate and guide every action because until you're clear about what you want, you can't have a strategy at all.

Speaker 0

一旦你清楚了,你就可以逆向推导每一步,并在过程中不断调整。

Once you are clear, you can reverse engineer every step and iterate as you go.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你想在35岁之前成为一个情绪稳定、自我认知深刻、经济独立的人,这个目标就非常具体。

So if you want to become someone who is emotionally resilient or deeply self aware and financially independent by 35, that's very specific.

Speaker 0

这样你就可以用它来评估每一个日常决定。

That allows you to evaluate every daily decision against it.

Speaker 0

刷两个小时的社交媒体可能并不会让你离这个目标更近,而如果没有愿景,你甚至不会意识到这是你生活中的一个问题。

Scrolling social media for two hours probably doesn't move you toward that, and without vision, you wouldn't even register that as a problem in your life.

Speaker 0

再举个例子,如果你想在个人成长领域建立一个拥有5万粉丝的受众群或通讯,并在18个月内产生足够的收入让你辞掉工作,这同样非常具体。

As another example, if you want to build a 50,000 follower audience or newsletter in the personal development space that generates enough revenue to quit your job in eighteen months, again, that is very specific.

Speaker 0

这是可以实现的。

That is doable.

Speaker 0

你可以清楚地看到你的行动是否在朝着这个目标前进,如果不是,你就可以及时调整方向,或者你可以学习,这样你就知道该怎么做,也知道该用什么策略。

You can actively see whether or not your actions are leading toward that, and then you can course correct when they're not, or you can educate so that you know what to do and you know what tactics to apply.

Speaker 0

而且你知道这些策略是否适合你,这样你就不会在社交媒体上被那些试图告诉你他们的商业模式更好的人带偏,陷入分心的兔子洞。

And you know whether or not the tactics apply to you so you don't get sucked down the distraction rabbit hole on social media of people trying to tell you their business model is better.

Speaker 0

你写的每一篇内容、选择的每一个平台、在社交媒体上选择在哪里发展,以及每一个变现决策,都可以根据这个意图来评估。

Every piece of content that you write, every platform choice and where you choose to grow on social media, every monetization decision can be evaluated against the intent.

Speaker 0

现在大家都在谈论打造个人品牌,我也认同,我觉得这在很多方面确实是未来趋势,尤其是作为价值创造者,而不是那种让人脑残、毁人思想的影响者,而是那些探索好奇心、分享所学、提供某种价值的人。

And now since everyone's talking about building a personal brand these days and I'm with them, I do think it is the future in many ways, especially as a value creator, not necessarily an influencer that contributes to brain rot and ruining people's minds, but someone who explores their curiosity and shares what they learn and provide some form of value.

Speaker 0

我确实认为这对那些想走这条路的人来说是一条非常好的路。

I do believe that is a very good path to go down for people that want to go down it.

Speaker 0

现在我其实做了一个挺酷的东西。

Now I actually created something pretty cool.

Speaker 0

链接在描述里,你只需要回答五个问题,而且完全免费。

The link is in the description, but all you do is you fill out five questions, and this is completely free.

Speaker 0

我做这个主要是为了好玩。

I built it kind of just for fun.

Speaker 0

但你回答完五个问题后,它会研究市场上什么有效。

But fill you out five questions and then it researches what's working in the market.

Speaker 0

最后,它会为你生成一个你认同的个人品牌策略,并在Eden里建一个板块,里面有帖子素材,你可以用作灵感来创作你的第一条帖子,因为这些是基于市场上有效和表现好的内容。

And then at the end, it spits out a personal brand strategy for you that you resonate with, and it builds a board inside of Eden with a swipe file of posts that you can use as inspiration to create your first post because they're based on what works and what's performing in the market.

Speaker 0

所以挺酷的。

So it's pretty cool.

Speaker 0

试试看吧。

Try it out.

Speaker 0

如果你在听这个视频的Spotify版本,直接去eden.so/brand-strategy。

And if you're listening to the Spotify version of this video, just go to eden.so/brand-strategy.

Speaker 0

这里的关键是,愿景很难仅仅通过思考或想象来创造。

Now the thing here is that vision is very difficult to create just by thinking about it or imagining it.

Speaker 0

很难想清楚你想要什么,并且真正知道那是不是你想要的。

It's very difficult to think about what you want and actually know whether or not that's what you want.

Speaker 0

所以,更简单的做法是从反面入手,对吧,一个反愿景,或者为你的生活写一份事后复盘。

So instead, it's easier to start with inverting it, right, an anti vision or creating a postmortem for your life.

Speaker 0

事后复盘基本上就是把所有出错的事情写下来,这样你就可以避免它们。

And a postmortem is essentially writing out every single thing that went wrong so that you can avoid it.

Speaker 0

这就是第一步。

So that's step one.

Speaker 0

这就是我希望你做的。

That's what I want you to do.

Speaker 0

我希望你停下来,拿出你的笔记,拿出一张纸,快速写下这些,之后你可以慢慢修改和补充。

I want you to stop, take out your notes, take out a piece of paper, and just quickly write this down and you can iterate it and add to it over time.

Speaker 0

首先,写下你的反愿景,只要一段话。

First, write your anti vision, just one paragraph.

Speaker 0

想想你绝对不希望自己的人生结果变成什么样。

Think of exactly what you don't want the outcome of your life to be.

Speaker 0

第二件事是事后复盘。

The second thing is a postmortem.

Speaker 0

所以,要逆向思考为什么那个反愿景会发生,犯了哪些错误,以及如何避免这些错误。

So reverse engineer why that anti vision would have happened in the first place and what mistakes were made and how to avoid them.

Speaker 0

从那里开始,现在就更容易思考你的初始愿景可能是什么,也就是你的MVV,或者叫最小可行愿景,因为它会随着情况变化而演变。

And from there, it's much easier now to think about what your starting vision could be, your MVV or your minimum viable vision, because it does evolve over time as situations change.

Speaker 0

所以你只需要一段话,一个关于你现在愿景的想法,这样你就有东西可以改进,因为你无法改进不存在的东西。

So you just need one paragraph, one idea of what your vision is right now so that you have something to improve because you can't improve what doesn't exist.

Speaker 0

所以第二条原则是研究。

So principle number two is research.

Speaker 0

我们先从德文·埃里克森的一句话开始。

And we'll start with a quote from Devin Erickson.

Speaker 0

与其担心哪些职业技能会被AI取代,不如多关注你自己和你的孩子是否在培养高主动性、敏锐的观察力和自我驱动力,能够以灵活的思维应对不可预知的未来。

Worry less about which career skills AI will take over and more about whether you are training to be and training your kids to be high agency, perceptive, self motivated people who can navigate an unknowable future with an adaptable mind.

Speaker 0

在战争中,将军会派出间谍,研究地形,了解敌人的习惯和倾向,因为行动之前需要情报。

So in a war, a general sends out spies, studies the terrain, and learns the enemy's habits and tendencies because you need intel before you act.

Speaker 0

问题是,你上次研究自己是什么时候?

The question is when was the last time you studied yourself?

Speaker 0

你上次审视自己的习惯,以及这些习惯正在累积成什么样的生活,是什么时候?

When was the last time you audited your habits and what kind of life they were compounding into?

Speaker 0

你上次留意自己的思维如何反应于那些琐碎小事,而这些小事最终占据你数小时的心绪,让你偏离自己的道路,是什么时候?

When was the last time you paid attention to how your mind reacts to silly little things that end up clogging your headspace for hours on end, removing you from your path?

Speaker 0

大多数人对如何创业、如何建立职业生涯、健康的关系是什么样的、如何保持苗条健康、或者精通某项技能的过程,都毫无头绪。

Most people have zero intel on how to start a business, how to build a career, what healthy relationships look like, how to stay lean and healthy, or what the mastery process looks like.

Speaker 0

他们会有短暂的动力,比如新年决心,然后盲目行动,显然会失败,因为他们没有进行研究和自我教育。

They get a little spurt of motivation, like for a New Year's resolution, go about it blindly and obviously fail because they didn't engage in research and self education.

Speaker 0

这对他们来说不是一种习惯。

That's not a habit for them.

Speaker 0

所以在你开始通过灵修或其他方式改善生活之前,你应该研究多种传统,阅读不同技巧的研究,和多年实践的人交流,关注该领域的各种社交媒体账号,并了解自己的心理模式以及什么容易触发你。

So before you begin improving your life with something like a spirituality practice or anything else, you want to study multiple traditions, read the research on different techniques, talk to people who've done it for years, follow a range of social accounts in that domain, and understand your own psychological patterns and what tends to trigger you.

Speaker 0

你不能随便下载Instagram广告上出现的第一个冥想应用,或者别人在推特或YouTube视频里告诉你的第一个清空大脑、永远快乐的方法。

You don't just grab the first meditation app that shows up on an Instagram ad or the first tactic that someone tells you for clearing your mind and being happy all the time that you saw as a tweet or a YouTube video.

Speaker 0

社交媒体也是一样。

The same thing goes for social media.

Speaker 0

如果你真的想做好这件事,你需要一个策略。

If you're treating this as something that you actually want to do well at, you need a strategy.

Speaker 0

你需要研究市场上其他人在做什么。

You need to study what other people in the market are doing.

Speaker 0

你需要了解什么有效,并让这些信息指导你的策略。

You need to understand what works, and you need to let that inform your strategy.

Speaker 0

你需要使用像Eden这样的研究工具或其他工具,浏览发现页看看什么有效,滚动社交媒体并保存帖子,这样在写作时就能随时使用。

You need to use a research tool like Eden or the other ones and scroll the Discover feed and see what's working and scroll social media and save posts so that you have them ready when it's time to write.

Speaker 0

你会整理创作者名单,然后研究他们。

You curate lists of creators and you study them.

Speaker 0

你不会只是盲目地刷社交媒体。

You don't just blindly scroll social media.

Speaker 0

一旦你收集了足够的研究资料,你就会开始制定策略,看看如何通过做有效的事情,同时做独特的事情,来挤进市场。

And once you have enough research, you begin to strategize how can you wedge yourself into the market by doing what works but by doing also what is unique.

Speaker 0

这就是那些穷困艺术家的失败之处,因为他们只想练习他们那点小艺术,但他们不会把它和商业结合起来。

This is the downfall of starving artists because all they want to do is practice their little art, but they're they won't merge it with business.

Speaker 0

他们不会把两者融合在一起。

They won't integrate the two.

Speaker 0

他们认为只要用商业的方式去做,就会剥夺其中的所有人情味和灵魂,但事实远非如此。

They think that by simply going about it in a business way, it just strips all the humanity and soul from it when that's not anywhere close to the case.

Speaker 0

你只是没有思考。

You're just not thinking.

Speaker 0

再说一次,你是在非黑即白地思考。

Again, you're thinking in black and white.

Speaker 0

你让别人的信念和极端的观点影响了你的思想,而且你也不去质疑它们。

You're letting other people's beliefs and polarizing opinions infect your mind, and you're not questioning them.

Speaker 0

你没有形成自己对这件事的看法。

You're not coming up with your own opinion on the matter.

Speaker 0

因为很明显,如果你的目标是真正取得成功,然后你却因为自己的信念被污染而去做完全不同的事情,那就不理想了。

Because, obviously, if your goal is to actually see success and then you go and do something completely different because your beliefs are tainted, then that's not ideal.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你只是想写作作为一种艺术,那就去做吧。

So if you just want to write as art, then go ahead and do it.

Speaker 0

但不要指望别人会因为你在写作上花了很多时间就给你关注,因为时间并不等于价值。

But don't expect anyone to give you your attention just because you spent a lot of time writing because time does not equate to value.

Speaker 0

把写作或艺术当作爱好是完全可以的。

It is okay, it is perfectly okay to treat writing or art as a hobby.

Speaker 0

但如果你想把它当作有意义的工作来做,那它就是一门生意。

But if you're trying to do this as a form of meaningful work, then it is a business.

Speaker 0

现在第三条原则是准备。

Now principle number three is preparation.

Speaker 0

这一步就是认清你手头的资源,也就是你具体拥有的东西,还有你的短板,因为你不可能不带食物、后勤、武器或支援就冲上战场。

And this is where you identify your resources, the resources that you specifically have, and your gaps because you wouldn't just drop into a battlefield without food or logistics or weapons or support.

Speaker 0

所以一旦你清楚自己有什么资源、缺什么资源,就可以开始储备,这样最终才能执行你的策略。

And so once you know what resources you have or the ones that you don't, you can start building reserves so that eventually you can execute on your strategy.

Speaker 0

大多数人需要关注的资源包括:钱、时间、知识、技能、你住的地方、人脉和关系。

The resources that most people need to look for are money, time, knowledge, skills, the location you live, connections, and relationships.

Speaker 0

这些都是实实在在的资源。

All of those things are valid resources.

Speaker 0

就算你没钱,也不代表你没法制定策略去创业,比如你仍然可以培养技能。

Just because you don't have money doesn't mean that you can't create a strategy to, say, start a business because you can still develop skill.

Speaker 0

你可以积累知识。

You can develop knowledge.

Speaker 0

而且如果你年轻,你手里有大把时间。

And if you're young, you have plenty of time on your hands.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

那些过了20、25、30岁的人,习惯已经根深蒂固,还要付账单,承担各种责任,他们手头的时间和金钱都不多。

The ones who are past the age of 20, 25, 30, when they're very ingrained in their habits and they have bills to pay and all these responsibilities, they don't have much time or money on their hands.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你缺少这些资源,而且它们又很难获得,那你还能去争取哪些其他资源呢?

So if you lack those resources and they're very difficult to get, what other resources can you go after?

Speaker 0

你能在哪些方面发挥自己的优势?

Where can you leverage yourself?

Speaker 0

举个例子,在尝试重大人生改变之前,比如辞职、结束一段关系、启动新项目或创业,你最好先建立财务缓冲,减少开支,培养所需的情绪调节能力,并安排好支持系统。

As an example, before attempting some kind of major life change like quitting a job or ending a relationship or starting a new project or venture, you'd probably want to build your financial runway, decrease your expenses, develop the emotional regulation skills you'll need, and line up support systems.

Speaker 0

你不能贸然上战场。

You don't just rush into battle.

Speaker 0

换句话说,你需要对冲风险,因为每个目标都伴随着风险。

In other words, you need to hedge against risk because every goal comes with risk.

Speaker 0

随着你在目标层级中越走越深,风险只会越来越大。

And as you go deeper and deeper into the hierarchy of goals you're trying to achieve, the risk only gets greater and greater.

Speaker 0

你可能会像我们说的那样,以一人公司的形式创业,比如做信息产品或简单的AI产品,但接下来呢?

You may start a business as a one person business like we talk about with something like an information product or a simple AI product, but then what's next?

Speaker 0

你会组建团队吗?

Are you gonna build a team?

Speaker 0

你会扩张吗?

Are you going to expand?

Speaker 0

你会进入电商领域吗?

Are you going to go into ecommerce?

Speaker 0

你还会做什么?

What else are you gonna do?

Speaker 0

或者你会坚持做一个小而美的生活方式生意,这也完全没问题?

Or are you gonna stick and make it a lifestyle business, which is perfectly valid?

Speaker 0

但如果你想要更大的回报,想要更多的钱,或者更多的自由,或者无论你生活中想要什么,你的愿景是什么,那么你就必须积累资源,这样冒险才不会彻底毁了你。

But if you want a greater return, if you want more money or potentially more freedom or just whatever you want in life, what is your vision, then you're going to have to build the resources so that the risk of doing so doesn't absolutely destroy you.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你资源不多,那可能就不适合开始炒加密货币、炒股或者做日内交易,因为你只会把钱都亏光。

So if you don't have many resources, then it probably wouldn't make sense to start crypto trading or start stock trading or day trading because you're just gonna lose all your money.

Speaker 0

那时候你就是在赌博,那不是策略。

You're gambling at that point, and that's not a strategy.

Speaker 0

你最好从小处着手,这样你才能积累资源。

You are much better off starting smaller so that you can acquire resources.

Speaker 0

你的策略的起点就是,我怎么做才能获得我最终想做的事情所需要的资源。

That is the beginning of your strategy is how do I do something that allows me to get the resources I need to do what I eventually want to do.

Speaker 0

所以我当时采取的方式就是社交媒体。

So the way that I went about that is social media.

Speaker 0

我知道它是免费使用的。

I knew that it was free to access.

Speaker 0

我创业不需要任何资金。

I didn't need any money to start the business.

Speaker 0

我制作信息产品也不需要任何资金。

I didn't need any money to create an info product.

Speaker 0

我写书也不需要任何资金,然后这让我获得了资金资源,这样我就可以投资我想建立的更大的企业,也就是Eden,那个软件公司。

I didn't need any money to write a book, and then that allowed me to acquire the resource of money so that I could invest into a bigger business that I wanted to build, which is Eden, the software business.

Speaker 0

而且很快,还有Saundered,那个促智药业务。

And eventually, soon, Saundered the nootropic business.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你有那些远大的梦想,想做一番大事业,对吧,我觉得这是非常值得去做、去思考的事情,但你现在做不到,那你打算怎么办?

So if you have these high and mighty dreams of doing something massive, right, which I think is a very worthwhile thing to do and to think about, but it's not feasible for you right now, what are you doing about it?

Speaker 0

你现在不能开始你想做的那个生意,不代表你不能先做另一种生意,让你以后能开始那个生意。

Just because you can't start the business you want to start now doesn't mean you can't start another form of a business that allows you to start that business.

Speaker 0

不然的话,你永远也做不了你想做的那个。

Otherwise, you're never gonna be able to start the one you wanna start.

Speaker 0

现在特别对年轻人说,你们有那么多时间。

Now speaking specifically to young people, you have so much time on your hands.

Speaker 0

你现在处于人生中最好的位置之一。

You are in one of the greatest positions you can possibly be right now at this point in your life.

Speaker 0

如果你有那些远大的梦想,在我看来,你能做的最好的事情就是尽可能对冲风险,这样你就能冒险,而且没什么可失去的。

And if you have these high and mighty dreams, in my opinion, the best thing you can do is just hedge against risk as much as you can so that you can take risk and have nothing to lose.

Speaker 0

这意味着卖掉你所有的东西,住在一个像德文说的那种“萧条公寓”里,也就是几乎不花钱的公寓。

What that means is selling everything you own, living in a depression apartment as Devon calls it, aka an apartment that costs nothing.

Speaker 0

你年轻的时候就没有什么生活标准,削减所有开支,这样你所有的资源都能投入到你正在建设的事情上,因为你有时间这个资源,但你没有钱这个资源。

You just have no standard of living for your young years, and you cut all your expenses so that everything you have can go into the thing that you're building because you have the resource of time, but you don't have the resource of money.

Speaker 0

所以你得把所有的储备都拿出来,用来创造金钱这个资源。

So you need to pull all of your reserves in and put it toward generating the resource of money.

Speaker 0

现在,战略思维的第四条原则是专注。

Now principle number four of strategic thinking is focus.

Speaker 0

具体来说,就是集中力量。

Specifically concentration of force.

Speaker 0

格雷格·麦基翁在《精要主义》这本书里有一句话:有没有一个点,做得更多并不会带来更多成果?

So a quote from Greg McKown from the book Essentialism Is there a point at which doing more does not produce more?

Speaker 0

有没有一个点,做得更少但思考更多,反而能带来更好的结果?

Is there a point at which doing less but thinking more will actually produce better outcomes?

Speaker 0

所以,专注或者说集中力量,是军事上的一条原则,就是把所有资源集中在决定性的点上,而不是分散开来。

So focus or concentration of force is the military principle of focusing all of your resources at the decisive point rather than spreading thin.

Speaker 0

最好的例子就是1940年的法国,当时法军比德军拥有更多的坦克和兵力,资源也丰富得多,但他们把装甲部队均匀地分布在整个防线上,每个区域只有少量坦克。

The best example of this is France in 1940 where the French had more tanks and troops than the Germans and they had far more raw resources but they distributed their armor or tanks evenly across the entire front so every sector had a few tanks.

Speaker 0

而德军把所有坦克集中起来,从法军认为无法穿越、几乎没设防的一个点突破了过去。

The Germans took every panzer they had and drove them through a single point which the French thought was impassable so they barely defended it.

Speaker 0

专注就是你把精力放在哪里,而在生活中,你在任何时刻拥有的精力都是有限的。

Focus is about where you put what you have and in life you only have so much of it at any given time.

Speaker 0

大多数人想改变生活,把10%的注意力放在饮食、睡眠、锻炼、冥想、人际关系、副业等等上,而如果他们专注于那个最阻碍他们的瓶颈,他们会在所有这些方面进步得更快。

Most people try to change their life and place 10% of their attention into diet, sleep, exercise, meditation, relationships, their side hustle, and more when they would get better at all of them faster if they focused on the single bottleneck holding them back the most.

Speaker 0

我觉得人们没有充分理解这一点,专注并不会减少你在所有领域的进步。

I don't think people understand that enough, that focus does not decrease your progress in all areas.

Speaker 0

它反而会增加你在所有领域的进步。

It increases them in all areas.

Speaker 0

通过专注于一件事,你提升了其他所有方面。

By focusing on one thing, you increase every other area.

Speaker 0

对大多数人来说,那个唯一的瓶颈就是钱,因为钱能买到任何东西。

And for most people, the single bottleneck is money because money buys anything.

Speaker 0

所以如果你先专注于解决财务问题,那就能释放更多资源去投入生活的其他方面,比如饮食。

So if you focus solely on solving your financial struggle first, then that frees up more resources to put towards other areas of your life, like diet.

Speaker 0

你就能买得起更高质量的食品。

You can afford higher quality food.

Speaker 0

当你有了更多的钱,你的压力就会小很多。

When you have more money, you're in a less stressful state.

Speaker 0

你就能更有创造力地思考。

You can think more creatively.

Speaker 0

这对你的创意工作和精神生活都有好处。

It benefits your creative work and spirituality.

Speaker 0

有了这三样东西,头脑更清晰,饮食更好,精力更充沛,也许还有更多时间去锻炼,这对你的人际关系也有好处。

And with those three things, a clearer mind and a better diet and more energy and potentially more time to go and exercise that benefits your relationships.

Speaker 0

同样的道理也适用于商业。

And the same applies to business.

Speaker 0

在社交媒体这样的平台上,增长不仅仅靠内容,所以把内容发到所有平台会占用你本可以用来建立人脉的时间,而这些关系能帮助你成长。

On something like social media, there is more to growth than just content, so cross posting to all platforms takes away time you could be spending building connections with people that will help you grow.

Speaker 0

如果你先专注于一个平台,你会获得更多的粉丝,然后可以利用这个平台作为杠杆,在其他平台上更快地增长,比你把精力分散到所有平台上在同样的时间内效果更好。

You'd gain more followers by focusing on one platform first, which can then be used as leverage to grow on the other platforms faster than you would have in the same amount of time spreading your force across all platforms.

Speaker 0

一个具体的例子是,我选择了Twitter或X作为我的第一个平台,并且只专注于那个平台。

One tangible example of that is that I chose Twitter or X as my first platform, and I solely focused on that.

Speaker 0

我在那个平台上建立了人脉,直到今天我还认识并和他们保持联系。

I built connections on that platform, and I still know and talk to those connections today.

Speaker 0

但当我在推特上有了一定规模的粉丝后,当我决定要在Instagram上实施我的策略并发展时,我找到了在Instagram上有很多粉丝的人,对他们说,嘿,我在X上有大量粉丝。

But when I had somewhat of a large following on Twitter, when I decided I wanted to deploy my strategy on Instagram and grow there, I found people with a large following on Instagram and said, hey, I have a large following on x.

Speaker 0

你们愿意通过互相分享内容来帮助彼此成长吗?就这一招,让我在Instagram上的增长速度远超其他从零开始的人。

Do you want to help each other grow by sharing each other's content on either platform, and that alone allowed me to grow on Instagram so much faster than anyone else just starting from scratch.

Speaker 0

这是我们在创作者训练营第四周教的内容。

This is something we teach in week four of the creator boot camp.

Speaker 0

现在,战略思维的第五条原则就是执行。

Now principle number five of strategic thinking is just execute or execution.

Speaker 0

亚历克斯·福莫西说过,战略就是如何将有限的资源分配到无限的选择中。

And from Alex Formosie, strategy is how you choose to allocate your limited resources against unlimited options.

Speaker 0

正确执行战略就是在宏观愿景和微观日常行动之间不断切换,确保你做的每个决定都有目标和意图。

Proper execution of strategy is the continuous act of jumping between macro vision and micro daily action ensuring that the decisions you make have aim and intention.

Speaker 0

这就是战略的核心——做与99%的人相反的事,因为大多数人不会跳出自己的惯性思维、被设定的目标或重复的日常来思考。

This is the core of what strategy is doing the opposite of what 99% of people do because most people do not think outside of their conditioning, assigned goals, or repetitive routines.

Speaker 0

但你怎么才能真正有效地执行呢?

But how do you actually execute effectively?

Speaker 0

这就是一切开始整合的地方。

This is where everything starts to come together.

Speaker 0

首先,你要练习把愿景放在脑海深处。

First, you practice holding your vision in the back of your mind.

Speaker 0

把它写下来,每天早上看一看。

Write it down somewhere and look at it every morning.

Speaker 0

通过反复接触,它必须成为你的一部分。

It must a part of who you are through repeat exposure.

Speaker 0

第二,记下你从研究对手或自己中学到的东西。

Second, take note of what you learned from studying your opponents or yourself.

Speaker 0

好好思考一下。

Meditate on it.

Speaker 0

反复琢磨它。

Contemplate it.

Speaker 0

让它在脑海里慢慢沉淀,这样它就能开始建立联系。

Let it marinate in your mind so that it can start to make connections.

Speaker 0

第三,找出你可以利用的主要资源。

Third, identify the primary resource that you can leverage.

Speaker 0

对年轻人来说,很可能就是时间和自由。

For young people, it's time and freedom, most likely.

Speaker 0

对有些人来说,是资本。

For some, it's capital.

Speaker 0

对另一些人来说,是网络上的观众。

For others, it's an Internet audience.

Speaker 0

对更多人来说,是一套独特的兴趣和知识。

For more, it's a weird set of interests and knowledge.

Speaker 0

是的,对很多人来说,是AI,但不是从低层次的意义上说的。

And yes, for many, it's AI, but not from the low level sense.

Speaker 0

AI让高自主性的人能做更多事,也让低自主性的人有理由扮演受害者、抱怨个不停。

AI gives high agency people the ability to do so much more, and it gives low agency people a reason to play victim and complain.

Speaker 0

但高能动性的人面临的陷阱是,现在他们有了无限的选择。

But the trap for the high agency person is that now they have unlimited options.

Speaker 0

他们什么都能做。

They can do anything.

Speaker 0

所以,集中力量、战略思考,比以往任何时候都更重要,因为有了AI你什么都能做,但这并不意味着你能取得进展。

So concentration of force, strategic thinking, is even more important than ever because you can do anything with AI, but that doesn't mean you're going to get anywhere.

Speaker 0

第四,选择你的力量集中点。

And fourth, choose your concentration of force play.

Speaker 0

哪个是唯一的最高杠杆点?

Where is the single highest leverage point?

Speaker 0

那个能解锁多个领域进展的点,让其他一切变得更容易。

The one that would unlock progress in more than one domain, the thing that makes everything else easier.

Speaker 0

从那里,我们有一个粗略的计划,但它必须非常清晰。

And from there, we have a soft plan, but it needs to be crystal clear.

Speaker 0

我们必须将愿景逆向工程成一个目标层级,让我们对日常行动有更广阔的视角和清晰的认识。

We have to reverse engineer our vision down into a hierarchy of goals that allows us to gain perspective and clarity on our daily actions.

Speaker 0

它们之间不能离得太远。

They can't be so far away from each other.

Speaker 0

你得看到你的日常行动是如何慢慢推动你实现愿景的,因为很多时候,这些行动并不会直接带来结果。

You have to see how your daily actions slowly contribute to your vision because in many cases, they're not going to directly contribute to it.

Speaker 0

你每天做的事情,可能一时半会儿看不出它怎么在帮你实现愿景。

You're gonna take a daily action, and you're not going to be able to see how it actually is creating your vision.

Speaker 0

所以你得把它拆开,看清整个系统。

That's why you have to break it down and see the entire system.

Speaker 0

所以,从你的愿景出发,倒推出一年的目标、九十天的目标、每周的重点,还有每天的习惯。

So take your vision and then work backward to one year goals, ninety day objectives, weekly priorities, and daily habits.

Speaker 0

每一步都应该能追溯到你的初衷或愿景。

Every step should trace back to the intent or vision.

Speaker 0

如果追溯不上,那就先放一边。

If it doesn't, set it aside.

Speaker 0

这就是给你的信号,拿出你之前那张纸,把这条也写下来,跟其他内容放在一起。

That is your sign to take the piece of paper that you took out earlier and to write this down with everything else.

Speaker 0

现在第六条原则是适应,或者说适应能力,这里引用米哈里·契克森米哈赖的一句话。

Now principle number six is adapt or adaptability and a quote from Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

Speaker 0

除非一个人愿意放弃保护性常规带来的安全感,否则不可能体验到掌控感。

It is not possible to experience a feeling of control unless one is willing to give up the safety of protective routines.

Speaker 0

只有当结果充满不确定性,而自己又能影响这个结果时,一个人才能真正知道自己是否掌控局面。

Only when a doubtful outcome is at stake and one is able to influence that outcome can a person really know whether she is in control.

Speaker 0

这意味着,僵化的策略或常规是注定失败的策略或常规,尤其是在当今变化极快的世界里。

What that means is that a rigid strategy or routine is a losing strategy or routine, especially in today's world where the rate of change is extreme.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

在工业时代以及之前,变化并不大。

During the industrial age and up until now, not too much change.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么上学、找工作、65岁退休这些观念如此根深蒂固,因为整个社会体系就是围绕这种模式建立的。

That's why it's so deeply ingrained to go to school, get a job, retire at 65 because the societal system was built up according to that paradigm with the goal.

Speaker 0

但现在,随着人工智能、各种颠覆性技术的出现,一切都在每三到六个月就发生变化,而且变化的速度只会越来越快。

But now with AI and disruption and all of this stuff, everything is changing every three to six months, and the rate of change will only increase.

Speaker 0

这会淘汰掉很多固守僵化策略、无法适应变化的人。

And it's gonna filter out so many people who get stuck with a rigid strategy and aren't able to adapt.

Speaker 0

所以在我看来,未来属于真正的战略家,他们拥有更高层次的思维,我们会在下一个视频中深入探讨。

So in my eyes, the future belongs to the true strategist at this higher level of thinking that we'll dive into more in the next video.

Speaker 0

因为大师们能够随机应变,因为他们掌握了可以应用于所有领域的普遍原则。

Because masters can adapt on the fly because they have the universal principles that they can apply to all domains.

Speaker 0

他们不一定需要重新学习一切。

They don't necessarily need to relearn everything.

Speaker 0

他们不需要提升技能、重新学习或再教育,因为他们自己能非常快地做到这些。

They don't need to upskill or reskill or reeducate because they can do that extremely fast on their own.

Speaker 0

所以你的任务是应对战场上实际发生的情况,而不是你脑中虚构的最坏情景或尚未成真的幻想。

So your job is to respond to what's actually happening then and there on the battlefield, not your mental fabrications of worst case scenarios or your fantasies that are not yet real.

Speaker 0

比如,如果你坚持一个晨间习惯,但你的工作日程变了,你不应该直接放弃这个习惯。

So if you committed to a morning routine as an example but your job schedule changed, you don't just abandon the routine.

Speaker 0

那是大多数人的做法。

That's what most people do.

Speaker 0

别跟大多数人一样。

Don't do what most people do.

Speaker 0

你的策略的愿景和意图不会变,比如说,变得更自律、更脚踏实地。

The vision and intent of your strategy doesn't change, which is becoming, let's say, more disciplined and grounded.

Speaker 0

这就是你建立晨间习惯的原因。

That's why you created a morning routine.

Speaker 0

但战术会变。

But the tactics do.

Speaker 0

如果某个冥想或商业策略在六个月后不再有效,那你就需要改变。

If a particular meditation or business strategy stops working after six months, then you need to change.

Speaker 0

你需要去尝试新东西。

You need to experiment and try something new.

Speaker 0

你需要保持不断实验的状态。

You need to be in the constant state of experimentation.

Speaker 0

而这正是系统会随时间瓦解的原则。

And that's just the principle that systems fall apart over time.

Speaker 0

你应该预料到这一点。

You should expect that.

Speaker 0

想想你六个月前搭建的Notion系统,现在不用了,或者你下载的Claude技能,现在也不用了。

Think of the Notion system that you built out six months ago and don't use now or the Claude skill you downloaded and don't use anymore.

Speaker 0

你得有足够的判断力,知道什么时候事情行不通。

You have to be skilled enough to know when something isn't working.

Speaker 0

社交媒体也是一样。

The same is true with social media.

Speaker 0

经常有人来找我,说:丹,我发了这个帖子,按照我学到的所有方法,它应该有效,但就是没效果。

I have people come to me all the time, and it's like, Dan, I posted this, and it was supposed to work according to all of these things that I learned, but it didn't work.

Speaker 0

我该怎么办?

What do I do?

Speaker 0

你要适应。

You adapt.

Speaker 0

你要去尝试。

You experiment.

Speaker 0

你得继续尝试。

You keep trying.

Speaker 0

这不是一份工作。

This isn't a job.

Speaker 0

你不是仅仅学习和训练一套可重复的任务。

You don't just study and train a repeatable set of tasks.

Speaker 0

你得有创业者的思维,有创造性的思维。

You have to have the entrepreneurial mind, the creative mind.

Speaker 0

你得一直处于这种状态:吸收正在发生的事情,解读它,然后输出,并随着时间的推移,慢慢提高整个过程的水平。

You have to be in this constant state of taking in what's going on and interpreting it and then outputting it and then slowly getting better at that entire process over time.

Speaker 0

实际上,你练习的方式就是回顾、反思和预测。

Now the way you actually practice this is review, reflection, and prediction.

Speaker 0

你需要每周安排这个。

You need to schedule this weekly.

Speaker 0

你需要回顾你的一周,看看你是否在正轨上,反思你的进展,并预测你的方向。

You need to review your week, see if you're on track, reflect on your progress, and predict where you're heading.

Speaker 0

而且这不需要用什么花哨的模板或者下载什么工具。

And this doesn't need to be in any fancy template or thing that you download.

Speaker 0

就像在电脑旁边放一张纸就行了。

This is like just keep a piece of paper by your computer.

Speaker 0

我有个小笔记本,随手记点东西,因为我知道如果我去搞什么笔记系统,我根本坚持不下来。

I have this little tiny notebook where I just jot things down because I understand that if I try to keep up with a note taking system, I don't keep up with it.

Speaker 0

你的大脑不是那样运作的。

That's not how your mind works.

Speaker 0

它就得有点乱。

It kind of has to be messy.

Speaker 0

你得接受把想法写下来,然后让它被遗忘。

You have to embrace just putting an idea down and letting it get lost.

Speaker 0

如果它重要,你自然会记得。

And if it's important, you will remember it.

Speaker 0

这就是Eden的图书馆功能。

That's the library feature of Eden.

Speaker 0

你只要把想法丢进去,我们就会自动帮你打标签、自动分类,但你其实根本不需要这个功能。

You just drop ideas in and we auto tag, auto categorize everything for you, but you don't even need that.

Speaker 0

你可以用苹果备忘录。

You can use Apple Notes.

Speaker 0

也可以用笔记本。

You can use the notebook.

Speaker 0

什么都可以用。

You can use anything.

Speaker 0

关键是养成把东西写下来的习惯。

Just get in the habit of writing things down.

Speaker 0

现在,最后一个原则,第七个原则,也是所有战略思维原则中的原则,就是研究原则本身。

Now the final principle number seven, the principle of all principles of strategic thinking is the study of principles.

Speaker 0

在这一部分,我鼓励你接受一个信念:一切都是技能。

Now with this section, I encourage you to adopt the belief that everything is a skill.

Speaker 0

一切都是一个可以积累经验、越做越好的领域。

Everything is a field of study that you can stack experience in and get better at.

Speaker 0

金钱、心态、信念、人际关系、事业、社交媒体。

Money, mindset, beliefs, relationships, business, social media.

Speaker 0

你觉得是运气的事,其实都不是运气。

Everything that you think is luck is not luck.

Speaker 0

那是技能。

It's skill.

Speaker 0

之所以觉得是运气,是因为你在赌博,没有策略。

It's only luck because you're gambling and you don't have strategy.

Speaker 0

而策略本身就是一个研究领域,其中的原则适用于各个领域。

And strategy itself is a field of study with principles that hold across domains.

Speaker 0

你越研究策略及其原则,就越能把它们应用到自己的生活中。

The more you study strategy and its principles, the better you become at applying them to your own life situation.

Speaker 0

这是一项终身持续的练习。

It is a lifelong ongoing practice.

Speaker 0

所以去读读《孙子兵法》吧。

So read Sun Tzu.

Speaker 0

去读读关于认知偏差的书。

Read about cognitive biases.

Speaker 0

研究一下习惯是怎么形成的。

Study how habits form.

Speaker 0

学学谈判的基本原则。

Learn the principles of negotiation.

Speaker 0

研究一下内容为什么会火。

Study why content goes viral.

Speaker 0

研究一下注意力经济是怎么运作的。

Study how attention economics works.

Speaker 0

你不能只是照搬其他创作者的做法。

You don't just copy what other creators do.

Speaker 0

你要研究背后的原理,这样才能想出自己的一套打法。

You study the principles so you can come up with your own moves.

Speaker 0

这基本上就是所谓的原创性,因为没有什么东西是真正原创的,也没有什么是真正独特的。

That is essentially what originality is because nothing is original, nothing is authentic.

Speaker 0

说实话,看到人们在社交媒体上因为一点小事吵起来,比如“你抄袭了我的想法”“你抄袭了我的想法”,我就挺烦的,因为你只是从表面去看待这件事。

It honestly peeves me when people like people getting little arguments on social media of like, you copied my idea and you copied my idea, but you're just looking through the lens of specificity.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

他们抄袭了你的领域吗?

Did they copy your niche?

Speaker 0

你们写的是同一个主题。

You guys write about the same topics.

Speaker 0

他们抄袭了你的走路方式吗?

Did they copy how you walk?

Speaker 0

你们都会走路。

You guys both walk.

Speaker 0

你们都是人。

You're both human.

Speaker 0

你们都说英语。

You both speak the English language.

Speaker 0

那些想法都是你自己想出来的吗?

Did you come up with that all on your own?

Speaker 0

你每天说的话,那些词是你自己发明的吗?

Did you come up with any of the words that you speak on a daily basis?

Speaker 0

你穿的衣服是你自己做的吗?

Did you create the clothes that you wear?

Speaker 0

你有没有真正审视过自己脑子里的那些信念?

Have you actually audited the beliefs in your head?

Speaker 0

你实际上有多原创、多真实呢?

How original and authentic are you actually?

Speaker 0

为什么你要把这种所谓的原创性当成一种高价值,用来向别人炫耀,而如果你真正去拥抱自然和真实,生活反而会好得多。

Why do you treat this as some form of high value that you can stand on to virtue signal to other people when you'd get much better results in life when you actually leaned into what nature and authenticity is.

Speaker 0

我不是说抄袭是好事,但我觉得人们把这件事看得太重了,其实大家有相似的想法很正常。

Now I'm not saying that plagiarism is good by any means, but I am saying that people take it way too seriously and that people are allowed to have similar ideas.

Speaker 0

他们可以在自己的品牌下发相似的内容,因为他们对这些内容有共鸣。

They're allowed to post similar ideas under their brand because they resonate with it.

Speaker 0

但是,对,如果是直接抄袭,那确实要注明出处。

But, yeah, if it's a direct rip, then, yeah, credit the person.

Speaker 0

但如果只是灵感启发,那这就是世界的运作方式。

But if it's just an inspired idea, welcome to how the world works.

Speaker 0

除此之外,我认为研究真正原则的最佳方式是研究现实本身,因为策略就是把现实的原理应用到人类目标上。

Now beyond that, I believe that the best way to study true principles is to study reality itself because strategy is the application of reality's principles to human goals.

Speaker 0

所以我想给你留下很多东西,之后你可以深入探索。

So I want to leave you with many different things that you can go down a rabbit hole afterwards.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我会给你一个很长的清单,我希望你选一个,然后去读那本书或者买那本书,或者随便什么。

I'm gonna give you a long list, and I want you to pick one, and I want you to go and read that thing or buy the book or whatever it is.

Speaker 0

就去读吧。

Just read it.

Speaker 0

我会把这些分成几个类别。

And I'll break these up into categories.

Speaker 0

第一类就是形式系统。

The first category is just formal systems.

Speaker 0

第一个是控制论,研究反馈回路、控制以及任何系统——无论是机械的、生物的,还是社会的——中的自我调节。

The first is cybernetics, the study of feedback loops, control, and self regulation in any system, mechanical, biological, or social.

Speaker 0

所以你可以用AI或者谷歌去深入了解一下控制论。

So go down a rabbit hole with AI or Google about cybernetics.

Speaker 0

系统论,研究的是整体、相互联系、存量和流量、涌现以及杠杆点。

Systems theory, which is the study of holes, interconnections, stocks, and flows, emergence, and leverage points.

Speaker 0

去买一本关于系统思考的书吧。

Go and buy a book on systems thinking.

Speaker 0

第三个是热力学,尤其是第二定律。

Third is thermodynamics, especially the second law.

Speaker 0

因为熵总是在增加,任何有序系统都需要能量输入来抵抗衰退。

Because entropy always increases, every ordered system requires energy input to resist decay.

Speaker 0

否则你的习惯和日常安排就会崩溃,也就是说,收拾好你的房间。

Your habits and routines will fall apart otherwise, aka clean your room.

Speaker 0

关于这个,我推荐米哈里·契克森米哈赖的《心流》这本书,虽然它讲的不是热力学。

I'd recommend the book Flow by Mihay Csikszentmihay for that one even though it's not about thermodynamics.

Speaker 0

不过这本书确实值得一读。

It's a good read though.

Speaker 0

接下来在哲学传统这个类别里,可以研究一下道家思想,也就是“道”,我老是记不清是“道”还是“道”,它被认为是现实背后那个难以言说的根本原则。

Now in the category of philosophical traditions study Taoism, which is the Tao or Tao I always forget which one it is as the ineffable underlying principle of reality.

Speaker 0

还有“无为”,就是顺应自然而不是强行行动,“阴阳”代表互补的对立面,以及培养不费力的精通。

It's wu wei, which is action in accordance with nature not forced action, yin yang, complementary opposites, and cultivation of effortless mastery.

Speaker 0

然后是永恒哲学,它主张所有主要智慧传统都有一个共同的形而上学核心。

And then there's perennial philosophy, which is the claim that all major wisdom traditions share a common metaphysical core.

Speaker 0

存在一个终极现实。

There's an ultimate reality.

Speaker 0

人的自我可以参与其中,而生命的目的就是认识到这一点。

The human self can participate in it and the purpose of life is to realize this.

Speaker 0

这就像是黑白分明、教条式思维的对立面。

This is like the antithesis of black and white dogmatic thinking.

Speaker 0

下一个类别是整合性元框架。

The next category is integrative meta frameworks.

Speaker 0

第一个是肯·威尔伯的整合理论,它通过象限、发展阶段、意识状态和类型来描绘现实。

The first is Integral Theory by Ken Wilber which maps reality across quadrants, levels of development, states of consciousness, and types.

Speaker 0

然后还有螺旋动力学,这是一个通过层级来模拟价值体系发展的模型。

And then there's Spiral Dynamics which is a model of value systems development through tiers.

Speaker 0

它模拟了人类在不同阶段如何构建意义,对于战略家来说,这就像在研究现实,因为现实是由观察者构建的。

It models how humans construct meaning at different stages which for a strategist is studying reality because it's constructed by the observer.

Speaker 0

下一个类别是神秘学或象征性的。

The next category is the esoteric or symbolic.

Speaker 0

所以有赫尔墨斯原则,或者《基巴莱恩》这本书里的原则,包括精神主义、对应、振动、极性、节奏、因果和性别。

So hermetic principles or the kibali on the book, mentalism, correspondence, vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect, and gender.

Speaker 0

这是一套紧凑的视角,影响了许多新思想传统。

A compact set of lens that have influenced a lot of new thought traditions.

Speaker 0

这就是“上行下效”这个说法的来源。

This is where as above, so below comes from.

Speaker 0

然后还有荣格炼金术,也就是心理和精神上的转化过程。

And then there's also Jungian alchemy, so the psychological and spiritual process of transformation.

Speaker 0

这是一个框架,用来理解深层变化在个人或系统中是如何真正发生的。

It's a framework for how deep change actually works in a person or system.

Speaker 0

最后一类是战略或数学类的。

And then the last category is the strategic or mathematical.

Speaker 0

比如博弈论,研究战略互动的数学,零和博弈与正和博弈,囚徒困境,纳什均衡,还有进化论,包括选择、适应、适应度景观、变异和保留。

So game theory, the mathematical study of strategic interaction, zero sum versus positive sum games, the prisoner's dilemma, Nash equilibrium, and then there's evolutionary theory, so selection, adaptation, fitness landscapes, variation, and retention.

Speaker 0

所有这些都只是不同的视角,帮助我们理解现实的不同方面是如何运作的。

And all of these are just lenses that point at how a different facet of reality works.

Speaker 0

如果你接下来一年只是研究这些领域或这些内容,你对几乎所有技能、学科、领域或学习方向的理解都会随之提升。

If you were to simply study these domains or those things for the next year, your understanding of almost every skill or discipline or domain or area of learning would rise with it.

Speaker 0

你自然会在生活中的每件事上做得更好。

You will naturally be better at everything you do in life.

Speaker 0

所以希望这些对战略思维有所帮助。

So I hope all of that was helpful on strategic thinking.

Speaker 0

再说一遍,如果你想要一个存放灵感的花园,一个整理知识的地方,能快速在手机上保存想法和社交帖子,如果你是创作者或写作者,还能研究热门内容,并且有一个地方可以随意存放想法,不用担心整理,之后还能找到它们。

Again, if you want a garden for ideas, a place to curate your knowledge, to save ideas, to save social posts quickly on mobile, to research top performing content if you're a creator or writer, and to just have a place where you can dump ideas without worrying about the organization while being able to find them later.

Speaker 0

这基本上就是我制作这类视频的方式——我读很多东西,保存很多东西,标记很多东西,然后当我选定一个主题时,我就让AI聊天工具浏览我的资料库,它能在我保存的所有想法之间找到新颖的联系和关联,并给我提供可以放进这类视频的潜在灵感。

This is essentially what I do for videos like these is I read a lot of stuff, I save a lot of stuff, I highlight a lot of stuff, and then when I choose a topic, I just ask the AI chat to look through my library, and it can find novel relations and connections between all of the ideas I've saved and give me potential ideas that I can include in videos like these.

Speaker 0

我在每个部分引用的那些名言,实际上就是通过这个过程找到的。

The quotes that I used throughout each section was actually done via that process.

Speaker 0

所以我就说到这里。

So I'll leave it at that.

Speaker 0

感谢观看。

Thank you for watching.

Speaker 0

再次希望你喜欢这个视频。

Again, I hope you enjoyed the video.

Speaker 0

趁你还在,记得点赞和订阅。

Like and subscribe while you're still here.

Speaker 0

这只是简单的一次点击,但大多数人都会忘记。

It's just a simple button click that most people forget to do.

Speaker 0

如果你能点个赞、订阅一下,我会很感激,我们下个视频见。

So if you could do that, I'd appreciate it, and I'll see you in the next video.

Speaker 0

再见。

Bye.
