Speaker 0

我年轻时,总是被那些听起来聪明的人所吸引。

When I was young, I was always drawn to people that sounded intelligent.

Speaker 0

比如艾伦·沃茨、乔丹·彼得森、丹尼尔·施马赫滕贝格这样的人,他们能用既引人入胜又通俗易懂的方式阐述深刻思想。

People like Alan Watts, Jordan Peterson, Daniel Schmachtenberger, or other individuals who could explain deep ideas in an exciting yet palatable way.

Speaker 0

大多数时候我其实听不懂他们在说什么,可能是因为我太年轻愚钝,也可能是他们把简单问题复杂化了——但他们听起来就是那么睿智雄辩,所以我依然心怀敬意。

Most of the time, I didn't understand what they were saying, either because I was too young and dumb or they were just overcomplicating what they were saying, but they sounded smart and articulate, so I gave them my respect.

Speaker 0

但问题是,我从未想过自己也能做到同样的事。

Now the thing is, I never thought that I could do the same.

Speaker 0

我从不认为自己能如此雄辩。

I never thought that I could be articulate.

Speaker 0

我以为那些人天生就比我聪明。

I thought that those people were just inherently more intelligent than I was.

Speaker 0

说实话,我根本不相信自己的大脑具备这种能力。

I honestly didn't think that my brain could do that.

Speaker 0

我在学校算是个聪明孩子,但擅长考试与能够组织连贯思想并向他人清晰表达,完全是两回事。

I was a smart kid in school, but being good at taking tests is a lot different from being good at stringing together coherent thoughts and articulating them to someone else.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己必须背下整本书的内容才能即兴复述,因为我被训练成这种学习方式。

I felt like I had to memorize entire books worth of information so that I could recite it on the spot because I was trained to learn that way.

Speaker 0

但如今十多年过去了,在我并未刻意训练表达能力的情况下,人们开始问我为何写作和演讲如此出色。

But now, over a decade later, and without really trying to become articulate, people ask me how I write and speak so well.

Speaker 0

现在我是自己最严苛的批评者,完全不认为自己是什么顶尖的写作者或演说家。

Now I'm my own worst critic, I don't think I'm the best writer or speaker at all.

Speaker 0

但过去六年里,仍有数百万人选择在我的社交媒体、通讯订阅和YouTube频道上点击关注按钮。

But over the past six years of me doing this, millions of people have chosen to hit the follow or subscribe button on my social accounts, newsletter, and YouTube channel.

Speaker 0

我不是娱乐艺人。

I'm not an entertainer.

Speaker 0

我也不怎么幽默。

I'm not that funny.

Speaker 0

实际上我相当无趣——这点我倒是挺喜欢。

I'm actually quite boring, which I like.

Speaker 0

我甚至不会说自己的内容有多么雄辩或具有革命性。

I wouldn't even say that my content is eloquent or revolutionary.

Speaker 0

不过,我可以将大部分成功归功于能够以吸引人的方式表达有价值的观点,而这并不难做到。

I can, however, attribute most of that success to being able to articulate valuable ideas in a way that people are drawn to, and that's not very difficult to do.

Speaker 0

也许你是个想要脱颖而出的新人创作者。

So maybe you're a new creator who wants to stand out.

Speaker 0

也许你要上播客节目,却担心因为没有脚本而说话结巴。

Maybe you're going on a podcast and don't want to stumble over your words because you don't have a script when you're on a podcast.

Speaker 0

也许你想在公司会议或销售电话中赢得尊重,或者只是想成为一个更有趣的人。

Maybe you want to command respect in a company meeting or a sales call, or maybe you just want to be a more interesting person.

Speaker 0

现在我有三个方法想与你分享,它们能帮助你更聪明地表达自己。

Now I have three methods that I wanna share with you that will help you articulate yourself more intelligently.

Speaker 0

我把它们按从初级到高级的顺序排列,这样你现在就可以开始练习。

And I've ordered them from beginner to advanced so that you can practice and you can get started right now.

Speaker 0

这些是我在需要演讲、写作、撰写求职简历(如果你有需要),或是在争论中解释自己观点时使用的方法。

These are the methods that I use when it's time to speak or when it's time to write or when it's time to, write a CV for a job application, if that's something that you're gonna do, or when you're just trying to explain yourself in an argument and get your point across.

Speaker 0

但在此之前还有更重要的事——因为你首先需要有值得表达的内容。

But there's something more important to that that has to come before because you need something to articulate.

Speaker 0

首先,我们需要构建自己的内在金曲专辑。

So first, we need to build our inner album of greatest hits.

Speaker 0

如果你想聪明地表达自己,你需要储备8到10个可以关联几乎所有话题的核心观点。

If you want to articulate yourself intelligently, you need a pool of eight to 10 of your biggest ideas that can be connected to almost any topic.

Speaker 0

这样当需要写作或演讲时,你就有了经过数百次思考的现成起点。

Then when it's time to write or speak in any situation, you have a starting point that you've already thought through hundreds of times before.

Speaker 0

我现在受邀参加的播客节目越来越多,但这些已经不是我作为新手时参加的那种类型了。

I've been getting invited onto more podcasts, but these aren't the types of podcasts I was invited onto as a beginner.

Speaker 0

当你还是新手时,基本上就是和朋友一起上播客。

When you're a beginner, you kind of just get on the podcast with a friend.

Speaker 0

他会问你一些问题。

He asks you some questions.

Speaker 0

他正在努力发展播客,需要有人来参与节目录制。

He's trying to build the podcast and need someone to come on to the episode.

Speaker 0

我想这也不失为结交朋友或建立人脉的好方式。

And it's just a good way of, I guess, like making friends or making connections.

Speaker 0

但现在进入所谓的'大联盟',人们会花费数千到数万美元提升播客的制作质量,这确实让人紧张,而且风险很大。

But now getting into, I guess, the big leagues, quote unquote, where people spend thousands to tens of thousands of dollars on the production quality of their actual podcast, that's nerve wracking, and there's a lot on the line.

Speaker 0

由于可能有数十万人收听这档播客,我觉得自己必须提供巨大的价值。

And since hundreds of thousands of people may be tuning in to listen to that podcast, I feel like I need to provide a ton of value.

Speaker 0

我必须能够清晰地表达自己。

I better be able to articulate myself.

Speaker 0

我现在还不是最优秀的播客嘉宾,远远谈不上。

Now I'm not the best podcast guest yet, not by a long shot.

Speaker 0

如果你看过我参加的任何播客节目,肯定不如这个YouTube视频表达得流畅,因为这里的剪辑是由德文掌控的。

If you watch any of the podcasts that I'm on, it's definitely not as articulate as this YouTube video because Devin's in control of the editing here.

Speaker 0

关键内容由我主导。

I'm in control of the key points.

Speaker 0

我可以选择要谈论的话题。

I get to choose what I'm talking about.

Speaker 0

这算是预先策划好的,但在参加播客时,有时他们会给你大纲,但通常你都是即兴发挥。

It's kind of premeditated, but when you're on a podcast, sometimes they give you the outline, but usually you're just riffing.

Speaker 0

当我事后收听自己参与的播客时,听完后我简直想捶自己,因为我明明知道某些问题本可以回答得更好。

When I listen back to the podcasts that I do go on, after I listen to them, I'm I'm just, like, kicking myself because I knew that I could have responded to certain questions better.

Speaker 0

而这恰恰导致了问题所在。

And that leads to the exact problem.

Speaker 0

我已经写了两本书。

I've written two books.

Speaker 0

我写了数百篇通讯文章。

I've written hundreds of newsletters.

Speaker 0

制作了数百个YouTube视频。

Hundreds of I've created hundreds of YouTube videos.

Speaker 0

写了数千条社交媒体帖子。

I've written thousands of social posts.

Speaker 0

对我来说哪些想法最有价值是显而易见的。

It's obvious to me which ideas are the most valuable.

Speaker 0

哪些想法收到了最多私信说改变人生的反馈,也是一目了然的。

It's obvious which ideas have led to the most DMs of people telling me that that idea changed their life.

Speaker 0

很明显,我真正拥有的只有8到10个能体现我品牌价值的重要理念。

It's obvious that I really only have eight to 10 big ideas that illustrate the value that my brand provides.

Speaker 0

我花了无数时间精炼这些理念。

I've spent countless hours refining those ideas.

Speaker 0

我每天早上起床写作两小时,内容通常都与那8到10个重要理念相关。

I wake up in the morning and write for two hours, and there usually has something to do with those eight to 10 big ideas.

Speaker 0

这些正是人们想听的核心理念。

Those are the ideas people want to hear.

Speaker 0

这些理念能让新听众了解我是谁。

Those are the ideas that introduce new listeners to who I am.

Speaker 0

但这正是我最大的心理障碍。

But that's my biggest mental hurdle.

Speaker 0

我不想让人觉得我在重复自己。

I don't want to sound like I'm repeating myself.

Speaker 0

所以当我上播客或受邀演讲时,我会避开那些我已经讲得很好的内容。

So when I get on a podcast or when I'm asked to speak in front of a crowd, I avoid saying the things that I've already said well.

Speaker 0

我的大脑一片空白,感觉必须硬挤出些话来,才能避免尴尬的长时间沉默。

My mind kinda goes blank and I feel like I have to force something out just to avoid having an awkwardly long pause.

Speaker 0

就像我总想当场迸发出惊人的想法,但明知创意不是这样产生的。

It's like I want to somehow have this mind blowing idea on the spot when I know that's not how ideas work.

Speaker 0

观点需要时间去剖析和探索。

Ideas require time to dissect and explore.

Speaker 0

它们必须成为你的一部分。

They have to be a part of you.

Speaker 0

无论你如何看待乔丹·彼得森,他的表达能力是公认的。

Jordan Peterson, regardless of your opinion, is known for his articulation.

Speaker 0

听他讲话时那种吸引力令人着迷。

It's captivating when you listen to him.

Speaker 0

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 0

如果你看过他的作品集,答案显而易见。

If you look at his body of work, it's obvious.

Speaker 0

他有一系列的作品。

He has a body of work.

Speaker 0

如果你想清晰地表达自己,却没有持续精进、不断成长的作品体系,那么在能够自然流畅地表达之前,你还有很多工作要做。

If you wish to articulate yourself and you do not have a body of work that is continuing to be refined and continues to grow, then you have a lot of work to do before you can actually be naturally articulate.

Speaker 0

现在用一个问题进一步强调这一点:你为什么喜欢听你最喜欢的音乐家?

Now a question to further hammer this home: Why do you listen to your favorite musician?

Speaker 0

因为他们拥有你喜欢的特定声音或风格。

Because they have a specific sound or style that you enjoy.

Speaker 0

他们的大部分音乐听起来都差不多,只是在这里或那里有些细微的变化。

Most of their music sounds the same with slight variations here and there.

Speaker 0

你只需听几秒钟他们的歌曲,就能确切知道是哪位艺术家演奏的。

You can listen to a few seconds of their song and know exactly which artist plays it.

Speaker 0

如果一个电子舞曲艺术家突然决定转向乡村音乐,他们的第一首作品会很糟糕(就像大多数初次尝试那样),而且大多数听众都不会喜欢。

If an EDM artist immediately decided to switch to country music, their first track would be horrible, as most first iterations are, and most of their audience would not like it.

Speaker 0

这同样适用于创作者、演讲者、作家,或者任何想要能够清晰表达自己的人。

The same applies to being a creator, a speaker, a writer, or just a person who wants to be able to articulate themselves.

Speaker 0

你需要写作或演讲数千次,直到你最好的想法变得显而易见。

You need to write or speak thousands of times until your best ideas are obvious.

Speaker 0

本质上,你必须重复自己,因为最重要的想法值得重复,否则你如何完善它们呢?

By nature, you must repeat yourself because the most important ideas deserve to be repeated, and how else are you going to refine them?

Speaker 0

现在你可以把这些大想法想象成推文。

Now you can think of these big ideas as tweets.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

这些就是你在需要发言时要用到的重要理念。

These are these are the big ideas that you use when it's time to speak.

Speaker 0

所以在我自己的写作中,我有几个经常反复使用的主题或内容支柱。

So in my own writing, I have a few topics or content pillars that I go to all the time.

Speaker 0

这些就是我写作的内容。

These are the things that I write about.

Speaker 0

就像个人商业模式、生活方式设计、如何在生活中获得你想要的东西、如何掌控你的思维,而现在我更多地谈论人工智能。

It's like the one person business model, lifestyle design, how to get what you want in life, how to master your mind, and now I'm talking more about AI.

Speaker 0

对于每一个内容支柱,我都有少数几条写得犀利且经过市场验证的推文。

For each of those content pillars, I have just a few, a handful of tweets that I've written that hit hard and have been validated by the market.

Speaker 0

它们获得了大量互动,确实是好点子。

They get a lot of engagement and they're just good ideas.

Speaker 0

当我思考并研究播客嘉宾如何回应主持人时,发现最优秀的演讲者不会直接回答主持人提出的问题。

Now when I think about it and when I actually study how a podcast guest responds to the host, the best speakers don't answer the question that the podcast host asks directly.

Speaker 0

他们不会说'嗯,好问题'。

They don't say, well, good question.

Speaker 0

让我思考一下。

Let me think about this for a bit.

Speaker 0

哦,对。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

然后他们继续展开。

And then they go on.

Speaker 0

他们不会那样做。

That's not what they do.

Speaker 0

相反,他们只是自信地表达与问题相关的最佳想法,然后用几个支撑点展开阐述。

Instead, they just speak their best idea, the best idea that relates to that question with confidence, and then they expand on it with a few supporting points.

Speaker 0

这不仅能让听众保持参与度,使播客表现更好,进而有更多播客节目想邀请你,从而提升你的成功,同时这也是一个可剪辑的精彩时刻。

Now not only does this keep the listener engaged, leading to the podcast doing better and then more podcasts wanting you to have on increasing your success, but it's also a clippable moment.

Speaker 0

如果这个想法已经走红或被验证过,当它被剪辑发布到社交媒体时,会再次传播,这将进一步放大你的成功。

If that idea has already gone viral or has been validated when it's clipped and posted on social media, it's going to again and that's only going to compound your success more.

Speaker 0

如果你看过亚历克斯·托莫兹的任何播客节目,你会发现他非常擅长这一点。

If you've watched any podcast with Alex Tormozi, you that he's very good at this.

Speaker 0

所以如果播客主持人问他'现在人们最该学习什么技能',福莫西可能会说'学习销售或报价制作'。

So if a podcast host were to ask him what's the greatest skill that someone can learn right now, Formosie could say, oh, learn sales or learn offer creation.

Speaker 0

但他明白这个游戏有不同的层次,所以他很可能会用他第二火的推文来回答:'你能培养的最重要技能,就是在没有值得高兴的事情时,仍能保持良好心态的能力'。

But he understands that there are levels to this game, So he would probably respond with his literal second most viral tweet, which is the single greatest skill you can develop is the ability to stay in a great mood in the absence of things to be in a great mood about.

Speaker 0

这句话非常精辟。

That's very eloquent.

Speaker 0

这是个绝妙的金句。

That's a great quote.

Speaker 0

这与人们心中实际的技能习得毫无关系,所以这也是一种模式中断。

That has nothing to do with actual skill acquisition that's on people's minds so that's a pattern interrupt as well.

Speaker 0

所以霍莫兹仅仅决定说出那个想法,就为自己和播客主持人创造了一个非常有趣的话题,这个话题他可能非常熟悉,可以滔滔不绝地谈论。

So by Hormozi just making the decision to say that idea, he sets himself and the podcast host up for a very interesting conversation on a topic that he's probably very fresh on and can talk about nonstop.

Speaker 0

更不用说那条推文已经获得了10.5万个赞。

And not to mention that tweet has a 105,000 likes.

Speaker 0

所以当它被剪辑时,霍莫兹决定真正说出那个想法的简单决定将会得到十倍的回报,因为它会再次走红。

So when it's clipped, that simple decision from Hormozi to actually say that idea is gonna pay back tenfold because it's gonna go viral again.

Speaker 0

所有这些都说得通,但你实际上如何开始练习这个呢?

So all of that makes sense, but how do you actually start practicing this?

Speaker 0

一旦你有了几个准备表达的想法,你实际上如何表达它们?

Once you have a few ideas that you're ready to articulate, how do you actually articulate them?

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

因为这也是完善这些想法的过程的一部分。

Because that's also a part of the process of getting these ideas right.

Speaker 0

所以我不仅是在给你提供表达自我的框架。

So I'm not just giving you frameworks for how to articulate yourself.

Speaker 0

我是在给你提供可能走红的推文或社交帖子的框架。

I'm giving you frameworks for tweets or social posts or something that could potentially go viral.

Speaker 0

因此我们需要讨论的是三种明智表达自我的方法。

So that's what we need to talk about is the three methods to articulate yourself intelligently.

Speaker 0

如果你不知道该学什么,就开始写作吧。

If you don't know what to learn, start writing.

Speaker 0

不是因为写作是你苦寻不得的捷径,而是写作能教会你如何思考、如何学习、如何让人关心你的事业。

Not because writing is some shortcut you can't stop looking for, but because writing teaches you how to think, how to learn, and how to inspire people to care about what you do.

Speaker 0

虽然我自称作家,但我并不真的认为自己是。

Now I call myself a writer, but I wouldn't actually consider myself one.

Speaker 0

我不在乎语法。

I don't care about grammar.

Speaker 0

大多数时候我也不在乎自己听起来有多聪明。

I don't care about how clever I sound most of the time.

Speaker 0

当我开始过分关注如何显得更聪明时,我的表达能力往往会大打折扣。

And when I start paying too much attention to being more clever, my articulation tends to suffer a lot.

Speaker 0

我也不在乎句子是否冗长,或者表达方式是否不够完美。

I also don't care if my sentences run on or if I don't say something the best way it could be said.

Speaker 0

这反而让我在对抗AI时显得与众不同。

This actually helps me stand out against AI.

Speaker 0

我的文笔并不那么精致。

My writing isn't that polished.

Speaker 0

但正如我之前所说,已有数百万人选择点击关注或订阅按钮,因为他们从这些文字中获得了某种价值。

Yet, as I said before, millions of people have chosen to hit the follow or subscribe button because they found some form of value in that writing.

Speaker 0

在作为写作者的旅程中,我逐渐意识到写作远不止是写作本身。

Now throughout my journey as a writer, I've realized that writing is so much more than writing.

Speaker 0

它不仅仅是把字母排列在页面上。

It's not only just putting letters on a page.

Speaker 0

如果你想变得善于表达,或许应该从写作开始。

If you want to become articulate you should probably start writing.

Speaker 0

也就是说,你应该开始有意识地写作,因为你每天都在写作。

That is you should start writing intentionally because you already write every single day.

Speaker 0

你会给家人朋友发短信,会给潜在客户、客户和同事发邮件,根据工作性质,你可能还需要撰写项目大纲、反馈、提案等等。

You text your family and friends, you email your prospect, clients, and coworkers, and depending on your work you may write project outlines, feedback, proposals, and more.

Speaker 0

如果你仔细想想,媒体的基础——也就是你或雇主让他人看到你的作品并说服他们关注你的工作,从而让你得以生存和获得报酬的方式——就是写作。

If you really think about it, the foundation of media, which is how you or your employer gets your work in front of other people and persuades them to care about your work so you can survive and get paid is writing.

Speaker 0

如今媒体已经进化了。

Now media has evolved.

Speaker 0

如果你想在任何事业中取得成功,就必须去关注度高的地方。

If you want to succeed in any venture, you must go where the attention is.

Speaker 0

目前,大部分注意力都集中在社交媒体、YouTube、播客、Facebook广告等平台,这些都需要你以视频脚本、帖子、销售文案、帖子标题等形式进行有说服力的表达,几乎涵盖了所有人们阅读书面内容或口语脚本的场合。

Right now, most of the attention is on social media, YouTube, podcasts, advertisements like Facebook ads, all of which require you to articulate persuasively in the form of video scripts, posts, sales copywriting, post captions, and anywhere else that someone is reading a written post or spoken script, which is nearly everything.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么我个人每天早晨都要写作一到两个小时,因为这是我生存和一切行动的基础。

That's personally why I write one to two hours every morning because that's the foundation of literally my survival and everything I do.

Speaker 0

如果我不在社交媒体、新闻通讯、YouTube脚本或给潜在客户的邮件上写作,我该如何为自己的工作赢得客户呢?

If I don't write on social media or my newsletter or YouTube script or emails to prospects, how am I going to ever get a customer for my own work?

Speaker 0

这就是我创建'两小时写作法'的原因。

That's why I created two hour writer.

Speaker 0

这就是我的写作体系。

That's my writing system.

Speaker 0

但通过写作,你从一开始就在练习如何清晰表达想法。

But by writing, that's how you practice articulating your ideas from the start.

Speaker 0

就像初稿一样,你先完善它,然后练习表达,最后就能驾轻就熟。

It's like a first draft, and then you refine it, and then you practice speaking it, and then you get really good at it.

Speaker 0

额外的好处是,通过公开分享你的想法,你能获得直接的互动反馈,从而知道哪些观点最具影响力,同时还能借此积累受众。

And as a bonus, by posting your ideas in public, you get direct feedback in the form of engagement so that you know which ideas are the most impactful, and building an audience from that also doesn't hurt.

Speaker 0

那么说到这里,该如何真正开始通过写作来练习表达呢?

So with that said, how do you actually start practicing articulation in the form of writing?

Speaker 0

我们要做的就是先从写作开始。

That's what we're gonna do is we're gonna start with writing.

Speaker 0

这里有三个框架。

So here are three frameworks.

Speaker 0

第一个是初学者级别,我称之为微故事,因为人类大脑是一个故事引擎。

The first is beginner level, and I'm calling it the micro story because the human mind is a story engine.

Speaker 0

人类总是忍不住被故事吸引,尤其是简短有力的故事。

Humans can't help but pay attention to a story, especially if it's short and impactful.

Speaker 0

一旦你掌握了讲故事的技巧,就能有效地让人对你谈论的话题产生兴趣。

Once you learn how to do it well, you can effectively short circuit someone's brain into being interested in the topic you were talking about.

Speaker 0

故事的基础是转变。

The foundation of a story is transformation.

Speaker 0

这种转变不必是关于某个具体人物的。

This does not have to be a transformation about a specific person.

Speaker 0

一个转变可以简单到只是提出问题并给出解决方案。

A transformation can be as simple as introducing a problem and giving a solution.

Speaker 0

这正是它的本质。

And that's exactly what this is.

Speaker 0

如果你想让它更有影响力,可以尝试写一个非常非常小的故事,不一定需要角色或其他元素,只需要一个转变,然后这样构建:从一个问题开始。

So if you want to make that a bit more impactful, being able to just write a tiny, tiny story that isn't necessarily about a character or anything, it's just a transformation, then you structure it like this: You start with a problem.

Speaker 0

所以你要先提出一个你观察或经历过的、能引发共鸣的问题或痛点。

So you state a relatable problem or pain point that you've observed or experienced before.

Speaker 0

然后你要放大这个问题。

Then you amplify the problem.

Speaker 0

接着你要说明如果这个问题不解决会导致什么负面结果,然后给出解决方案。

So you illustrate how that problem leads to a negative outcome if it is not solved, and then you give a solution.

Speaker 0

也就是你要陈述这个问题的解决方案。

So you state the solution to the problem.

Speaker 0

在社交媒体短文这类内容中,

In in something like a short social media post.

Speaker 0

可以是一句话,也可以是长篇通讯稿或脚本中的简短要点列表。

This can be one sentence or a short bullet point list in a long newsletter or script.

Speaker 0

也可以包含所有关键点及其解释说明。

This can be all of the key points with their explanations.

Speaker 0

问题和放大过程就构成了吸引注意力的钩子。

The problem and amplification would account for the hook.

Speaker 0

所以视频的这一部分将是微故事框架中的解决方案部分,因为我正在讲解如何实际解决无法清晰表达自己这一问题的关键要点。

So this section of the video would be the solution section of the micro story framework because I'm just going through the key points of how to actually solve the problem of not being able to articulate yourself.

Speaker 0

如果你学过文案写作,你之前应该见过这个框架。

Now if you've studied copywriting at all, you've seen this framework before.

Speaker 0

它叫做PAS框架。

It's called the PAS framework.

Speaker 0

经过六年实践,这仍然是我的首选方法。

And after six years of doing this, that's still my go to.

Speaker 0

当我感到迷茫、不知道该说什么、如何表达时,我就会采用这个框架。

When if I'm just, like, lost and don't know, what to talk about, how to articulate it, whatever, I just go to this framework.

Speaker 0

PAS框架,从问题开始。

PAS, start with the problem.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

什么是问题?

What's a problem?

Speaker 0

你不知道如何清晰地表达自己。

You don't know how to articulate yourself.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

你该如何放大这个问题?

How do you amplify that?

Speaker 0

长期下去会导致什么后果?

What does that lead to to down the road?

Speaker 0

你追不到那个女孩。

You won't get the girl.

Speaker 0

你得不到那份工作。

You won't land the job.

Speaker 0

你无法开创自己的事业。

You won't be able to start your own business.

Speaker 0

你余生都将在你妈妈的地下室里度过。

You're gonna live in your mom's basement for the rest of your life.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

解决方案是什么?

What's the solution?

Speaker 0

使用PAS框架。

Use the PAS framework.

Speaker 0

那是一条推文。

That's a tweet.

Speaker 0

实际上效果可能会很不错。

It would actually probably do pretty good.

Speaker 0

你可以把它扩展成一份简报。

You could expand that into a newsletter.

Speaker 0

你可以把它做成YouTube视频,或者在播客里讲。

You can turn that into a YouTube video, or you can say it on a podcast.

Speaker 0

当有人问,最值得学习的技能是什么时?

When someone says, what's the greatest skill to learn?

Speaker 0

你说表达能力。

You say articulation.

Speaker 0

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 0

因为大多数人不知道如何表达自己。

Because most people don't know how to articulate themselves.

Speaker 0

进入Amplify解决方案。

Go into the Amplify solution.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

Do you see what I'm getting at?

Speaker 0

当然,以上这些的前提是你已经有一个可以写的想法。

Now, of course, with all of this, this is assuming that you already have an idea to write about.

Speaker 0

如果你有想法,那就想想问题所在。

If you have an idea, then just think of the problem.

Speaker 0

问题是什么?

What's the problem?

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

放大它。

Amplify it.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

接下来呢?

What's next?

Speaker 0

给出解决方案。

Give the solution.

Speaker 0

砰。

Boom.

Speaker 0

而如果你没有想法,你就需要去寻找它们。

And if you don't have an idea, you need to hunt for them.

Speaker 0

你需要阅读旧书、深入钻研某个主题、听新播客,或者只是静坐思考,跟随思绪直到得出一个引人入胜的见解。

You need to read old books, go down rabbit holes on a topic, listen to a new podcast, or just sit with your thoughts and follow them until you reach a compelling insight.

Speaker 0

当你寻找创意时,你不是让信息左耳进右耳出。

When you hunt for an idea, you aren't just letting the information go in one ear and out the other.

Speaker 0

你是在全神贯注地倾听那些你希望是自己想出来的点子。

You are listening intently for an idea that you wish you wrote.

Speaker 0

然后你快速记下它以免遗忘。

Then you jot it down so you don't lose it.

Speaker 0

接着你用这些框架以自己的语言阐述它,赋予其新形态。

Then you articulate it in your own words using these frameworks so it takes a new shape.

Speaker 0

现在要介绍的这个中间框架叫做金字塔原理。

Now the intermediate framework is called the Pyramid Principle.

Speaker 0

金字塔原理是一种沟通框架,通过层级化、逻辑化的方式组织观点,使信息更易消化且更具说服力。

The Pyramid Principle is a communication framework that structures ideas in a hierarchical, logical way to make information more palatable and persuasive.

Speaker 0

它其实很简单。

And it's pretty simple.

Speaker 0

你从核心思想开始,即关键的结论或建议。

You start with the main idea, the key conclusion or recommendation.

Speaker 0

然后用三到五个关键论点来支撑它。

You support it with key arguments, usually three to five key points.

Speaker 0

提供详细的证据,比如数据、例子或分析。

You provide detailed evidence, so data, examples, or analysis.

Speaker 0

与当今大多数内容不同——它们总是等到视频或简报的最后才给出答案——这种方法采用答案优先的方式。

And unlike most content today that waits to give you the answer until the end of the video or newsletter or whatever it is, this takes an answer first approach.

Speaker 0

这与之前霍莫兹的例子完美契合:如果他对'你能学到的最伟大技能是什么'这个问题的回答是'在缺乏值得高兴的事物时仍能保持良好情绪的能力',这就可以作为金字塔的顶端。

Now this works perfectly with the example from before with Hormozi, where if his answer to the question, what is the greatest skill you can learn is the ability to stay in a great mood in the absence of things to be in a great mood about, that can serve as the top of the pyramid.

Speaker 0

你不是从问题开始。

You're not starting with a problem.

Speaker 0

你不是从其他任何东西开始。

You're not starting with anything else.

Speaker 0

你是从观点、结论、答案开始。

You're starting with the idea, the conclusion, the answer.

Speaker 0

然后他可以用关键论据来支持这个观点,解释为什么他认为这是最值得学习的技能。

Then he could support that argument or that idea with key arguments as to why he thinks that's the best skill to learn.

Speaker 0

你只需要连续问三到五次为什么,然后得出一个令人信服的答案。

All you have to do is ask why three to five times and come up with a compelling answer.

Speaker 0

之后,他可以用自己生活中的例子、关于保持好心情的数据(如果有现成的统计数据的话)、或者来自他生活中的人、客户或顾客的轶事来佐证。

And then after that, he can give examples from his own life, data about being in a great mood if he has the data or statistics on hand, or just anecdotes from people in his life or clients or customers.

Speaker 0

我也见过这个框架被用在YouTube视频中。

I've also seen this framework be used in YouTube videos as well.

Speaker 0

如果你在浏览YouTube时间线,试着注意这一点。

If you are scrolling the YouTube timeline, try to pay attention to this.

Speaker 0

试着留意这些框架。

Try to notice these frameworks.

Speaker 0

你会看到一些标题只是陈述问题。

You'll see some titles that just state the problem.

Speaker 0

你会注意到有些标题直接陈述一个非常大的观点。

You'll notice some titles that just state, like, a really big idea.

Speaker 0

一旦你理解了这些框架,你就会发现它们无处不在。

And once you understand these frameworks, you can just see them everywhere.

Speaker 0

对于金字塔原理,你首先要有一个绝妙的点子,围绕它展开论述,然后用数据加以支撑。

So for the pyramid principle, you start with a great idea, you make an argument about it, and then you support it with data.

Speaker 0

如果你在写作或演讲时遇到困难,感到卡壳或遭遇创作瓶颈,接下来的这个框架会真正帮到你,但这是高阶框架——跨领域综合法。

Now if you struggle to continue writing or speaking or you just get stuck or feel like you have writer's block or speaker's block, this next framework is really gonna help, but this is the advanced framework, which is just cross domain synthesis.

Speaker 0

这是我最喜欢的方法,因为我兴趣广泛。

And this one is my favorite because I have multiple interests.

Speaker 0

我很难只专注于一个主题或领域。

It's hard for me to stick to one topic or niche.

Speaker 0

我想要把各种元素编织在一起。

I I want to weave things in.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我每周都在阅读各种资料。

I'm reading things throughout the week.

Speaker 0

我每周都在观看各种视频。

I'm watching videos throughout the week.

Speaker 0

我整个星期都在学习新事物。

I'm studying new things throughout the week.

Speaker 0

我希望以某种方式将这些融入我的生活,而不仅仅是消费信息。

I wanna incorporate those in my life somehow beyond just, like, consuming information.

Speaker 0

我热爱研究心理学、哲学、健康、商业、设计、科技,以及任何能为我提供更好生活工具的事物。

I love studying psychology, philosophy, health, business, design, tech, and really anything that gives me the tools to live a better life.

Speaker 0

因此这个框架就是我组织大部分通讯文章的方式——虽然不是全部,但占大多数。

So this framework is how I tend to structure most of my newsletters, not all of them, but most.

Speaker 0

除了那些我只专注于单一战术主题的情况,比如这次只是教授具体操作方法的场景。

And outside of the ones where I'm just focused on a singular tactical topic like this one where I'm just teaching something to do.

Speaker 0

那么这个框架是这样的:

So here's the framework.

Speaker 0

首先是问题与放大。

First is problem and amplify.

Speaker 0

你的开篇应该提出一个能引发共鸣的问题,并阐明如果该问题不解决会造成的后果。

Your introduction should state a relatable problem and illustrate what happens if that problem is not solved.

Speaker 0

其次是跨领域综合,即运用你其他兴趣领域的模式或概念来支撑你的论点。

Second is cross domain synthesis, so you know patterns or concepts from your other interests that help support your argument.

Speaker 0

比如当我谈论深度工作时,可以借用物理学中的熵概念来解释干扰是如何产生的。

If I'm talking about deep work, I can use the concept of entropy from physics to illustrate how distractions work.

Speaker 0

这样既能让听众学到新知识,我也能安心睡觉,因为市面上其他关于深度工作的内容都没做到这点。

This teaches my audience something new, and I can sleep well knowing that all other deep work content out there does not do this.

Speaker 0

第三点是要有独特的流程或解决方案。

And third, you have a unique process or solution.

Speaker 0

你需要列出一系列最能解决开头提出问题的想法或步骤,从而强化这种转变。

So you give a list of ideas or steps that best solve the problem you introduced at the beginning, solidifying the transformation.

Speaker 0

这些应该源自你自己的思考,而非他人的现成方案。

These should come from your own contemplation rather someone else's prescription.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,你应该真正想清楚:什么才是解决问题和达成目标的最佳方式,而不是简单照搬——比如我看过某个YouTube视频

What I mean there is you should actually think through, okay, what is the best way to solve the problem and reach the solution rather than, okay, I watched this YouTube video.

Speaker 0

觉得他的解决方案不错就拿来用。

He had a good solution.

Speaker 0

他有一套很好的操作指南或分步建议。

He had a good how to or step by step advice.

Speaker 0

我会采纳并将其牢记于心。

I'm gonna take that and put it in mind.

Speaker 0

那么实际操作中,假设你正在用这种方法撰写新闻简报、文章、推特话题、Instagram轮播图、YouTube视频脚本或其他长篇内容,以便能展开10到20分钟的阐述。

So in practice, let's say you're writing a newsletter with this or an article or a Twitter thread or an Instagram carousel or a YouTube video script or something longer form so that you can articulate for ten to twenty minutes.

Speaker 0

你的文章结构应包括:标题、提出问题式的引言、从其他兴趣领域引入概念的讲解部分,以及用多个章节阐述各要点的独特解决方案。

So you'd have the title of your piece, the introduction with the problem, a section that teaches a concept from another interest or discipline, then a unique way to solve the problem in the form of multiple sections describing each key point.

Speaker 0

现在的问题是这会导致内容非常冗长,比如新闻简报、书籍章节、YouTube视频,甚至是单人播客。

Now the problem here is that this leads to something very long, like a newsletter, book chapter, YouTube video, or even a solo podcast.

Speaker 0

如果你刚起步,就会对着空白屏幕发愁,因为不知道如何填充每个部分。

And if you're just starting out, you'll be staring at a blank screen because you don't know how to fill in each section.

Speaker 0

幸运的是,写作就像用乐高积木拼装创意,而创意总是以可预测的形式出现。

Now luckily, writing is like Legos with ideas, and ideas come in predictable forms.

Speaker 0

如果你理解这些形式,就能引导自己的思维进行头脑风暴,知道接下来该写什么。

If you understand those forms, you can guide your mind to brainstorming what to write next.

Speaker 0

这里有几个简单的方法。

And here are a few easy ones.

Speaker 0

你可以使用痛点切入。

You can use a pain point.

Speaker 0

比如当我不知如何开始一个章节时,就会从相关痛点写起,灵感自然源源不断。

So if I don't know how to start a section, I start with a relevant pain point and ideas start to flow from there.

Speaker 0

举个例子。

There's an example.

Speaker 0

一旦章节开始后,你可以随时插入案例。

So once I've started a section, you can throw an example in anywhere.

Speaker 0

这能让你阐述的内容更具体。

This grounds what you're saying.

Speaker 0

你可以采用个人故事。

You can use a personal story.

Speaker 0

回想你人生中与写作主题相关的经历。

So think to a time in your life that relates to what you're writing about.

Speaker 0

这个可以放在任何地方。

This can go anywhere.

Speaker 0

你可以使用统计数据,研究一个真实的统计数据来为你的观点增加权威性。

You can use a statistic, so research a truthful statistic that adds more authority to your point.

Speaker 0

你可以使用比喻,就像对孩子解释一样说明一个复杂的想法。

You can use a metaphor, so explain a complex idea as if you're talking to a child.

Speaker 0

艾伦·沃茨在这方面非常出色。

Alan Watts is incredible at this.

Speaker 0

你可以使用引语,引用能佐证你观点的名言。

You can use a quote where you include a quote that justifies what you're saying.

Speaker 0

引用很简单,因为它们几乎总是绝妙的想法。

Quotes are easy because they're almost always great ideas.

Speaker 0

你可以换个角度,给人们提供关于刚才讨论内容的不同视角,或者直接问是什么、怎么做或为什么。

You can use a reframe, so give people a different perspective on the point you just discussed, or you can just ask what, how, or why.

Speaker 0

因为当其他方法都行不通时,写作和演讲其实就是思考,而思考就是提问。

Because when all else fails, writing and speaking are just thinking, and thinking is questioning.

Speaker 0

如果你没截图保存的话,现在应该截一下,因为这些就像乐高积木一样。

So if you didn't screenshot those, you probably should because that's like those are the Legos.

Speaker 0

写作就是用思想搭乐高,那些就是你用来一句接一句、一段接一段表达观点的积木块。

Writing is Legos with ideas, and those are the Legos that you piece together to articulate sentence after sentence or paragraph after paragraph.

Speaker 0

当我不知道接下来该写什么或说什么时,我通常会在脑海里轮换这些方法,或者抓住最顺手的一个来发挥。

And if I don't know what to write or what to say next, I tend to cycle through those in my head or latch onto the closest one and then give that.

Speaker 0

等你掌握这个技巧后,就像任何技能一样,它会变成你的第二天性,你的思维过程也会开始进化。

And once you get the hang of this, as with any skill, it becomes second nature and your thinking process starts to evolve.

Speaker 0
