And today we're talking about something that every entrepreneur faces, setbacks.

Listen, you're gonna get knocked down.

That's life.

That's business.

But the difference between winners and losers, winners get back up, regroup, and come back even stronger.

首先，别再浪费时间自怨自艾。

First, stop wasting time feeling sorry for yourself.

你抱怨的每一秒，本可以用来解决问题。

Every second you spend complaining is the second you could be using to fix the problem.

挫折只是反馈。

A setback is just feedback.

你必须从中学习并继续前进。

You gotta learn from it and you gotta move forward.

其次，快速适应。

Second, adapt fast.

商业不是避免失败。

Business isn't about avoiding failure.

而是关于你能多快转向。

It's about how quickly you can pivot.

每一次伟大的东山再起都始于一个决定。

Every great comeback starts with a decision.

你会被它击垮，还是利用它来提升自己？

Will you let this break you or will you let it use it to level up?

最后，用自律而非情绪驱动你的回归。

And lastly, fuel your comeback with discipline, not emotion.

动力会消退。

Motivation fades.

当事情变得不可能时，是纪律让你继续前进。

Discipline is what keeps you moving when things get impossible.

你不能停下。

You don't stop.

你不能减速。

You don't slow down.

你要执行。

You execute.

归根结底，挫折是游戏的一部分，但卷土重来是一种选择。

Bottom line, setbacks are a part of the game, but comebacks are a choice.

做出选择去崛起、去适应、去主宰。

Make the choice to rise, to adapt, and to dominate.
