Welcome to our first live podcast show.

Speaker 1

我是德斯·克拉夫奇克。

I'm Des Krawczyk.

Speaker 1

这位是珍妮·布雷迪。

This is Jenny Brady.

Speaker 1

我们有麦迪逊·凯斯和杰丝·帕古拉,我们就是The Player's Box。

We've got Madison Keys and Jess Pagula, and we are The Player's Box.

Speaker 1

能来到这里我们非常高兴。

We are so delighted to be here.

Speaker 1

感谢凯悦邀请我们。

Thanks to Hyatt for having us.

Speaker 1

现在第二项大满贯赛事刚结束,整个氛围特别热烈,充满兴奋劲儿。

There's so much buzz and excitement that's going on right now as the second slam is going away.

Speaker 1

我们能在这里真的特别开心,说到这儿,我们几个人都有一堆回忆留在巴黎。

And we are just excited to be here, and we have so many memories here in Paris as I speak for all of us.

Speaker 1

都是特别美好的回忆。

Great memories.

Speaker 1

我们也特别希望你们能透过这个节目,看看我们平时的生活是什么样子。

And we would love for you guys to get a glimpse into our lives.

Speaker 1

不知道有没有人知道,我们这个播客其实差不多一年前才开始的。

I'm not sure if anyone knows, but we started this podcast almost a year ago.

Speaker 1

一开始其实就是我们几个人的聊天群,纯粹为了聚在一起聊聊天。

And it was kind of like a group chat for all of us to kind of hang out.

Speaker 1

后来我们就想,干脆直接做个播客吧。

And then we were like, why don't we just start a podcast?

Speaker 1

所以,差不多不到一年前,我们就这么干了。

So we did that less than a year ago.

Speaker 1

我们一直玩得很开心,就是安排所有事情的时候有点乱。

And we've kind of just, I don't know, been having so much fun except there's a little bit of chaos with planning everything.

Speaker 2

时差问题。

Time zones.

Speaker 1

时差问题。

Time zones.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 0

网络信号差。

Bad Wi Fi.

Speaker 0

九个小时。

Nine

Speaker 1

我们和制作团队之间差了九个小时,但尽管如此,我们还是过得特别开心,大家一起度过了很多欢乐时光。

hour difference with our producers and everything, and it's been it's been so much fun that we've been able to have a great time with all of us.

Speaker 1

所以

So

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我们的编辑有时候得处理大量不同的音频和视频文件。

Our poor editor, sometimes has to to edit a lot of different audio files and video files.

Speaker 2

所以我们学到了很多关于播客技术方面的知识,这确实是一个完全不同的世界,我们也慢慢明白了。

So we've learned a lot about the tech side of podcasting, which really is a whole different world as we have we have come to learn.

Speaker 2

这挺有意思的。

So that's been interesting.

Speaker 2

不过,确实特别有意思。

But, yeah, it's been a lot of fun.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们每周都拍摄,一直保持得很稳定。

I think we film every single week, and we've been really consistent with that.

Speaker 2

我们好像从来没错过过一周。

I don't think we've missed a week.

Speaker 2

所以,我觉得这说明我们真的很享受这个过程。

And so, yeah, I just think it shows that we enjoy it.

Speaker 2

我们做得很开心,也一直坚持每周二都给你们更新内容,这真的特别有意思。

We have a lot of fun, and we're committed to always putting something out every Tuesday for you guys to watch, which has been a lot of fun.

Speaker 2

我觉得这对我们来说也是一种疗愈,确实如此。

I would say it's also kind of therapy for us because Yeah.

Speaker 2

不管遇到什么疯狂的、糟糕的、混乱的,还是好事,我们都能一起聊聊。

If there's anything crazy or bad or chaotic or good, we all get to talk about it.

Speaker 2

这就像是我们之间的群聊活过来了,只不过现在让大家都听到了。

So it's it is really like our group chat, that has come to life in a way for everyone else to kinda listen and to hear.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我觉得就像杰西说的,真的很真实。

I think I think like Jess said, you know, it's very authentic.

Speaker 3

我们聊的内容都是真实生活中发生的,我们也想和粉丝们分享这种体验,让大家能一窥职业网球选手的生活——就像我现在这样,虽然人不在现场,但依然能参与节目,哪怕我人在佛罗里达,时差差了六个小时。

What we talk about actually happens in our real lives, and, it's something that, you know, we wanted to share with the fans an experience for everyone to have, you know, a glimpse into what it's like to be a professional tennis player and also the fact that even I'm here today, not physically in person with everyone else, but, being able to, you know, still get to be involved with the pod and, you know, from Florida, the six hour time change.

Speaker 3

我们每周都能坚持做出来,这真的挺了不起的。

You know, the fact that we make this work every single week is honestly impressive.

Speaker 3

希望你们今天喜欢我们的直播。

So I hope you guys enjoy the live today.

Speaker 3

也希望今天的内容能让你觉得有趣。

And, yeah, hopefully it's fun.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们每期节目都会从一个非受迫性失误开始。

So we start off every episode with an unforced error.

Speaker 1

可能是这周发生的任何小状况,不管你在哪儿遇到的。

So it could be like a tiny mishap that has happened in the week or wherever you're at.

Speaker 1

然后我们会评选出本周的非受迫性失误。

And we do an unforced error of the week.

Speaker 1

如果你最近也有类似的经历,欢迎告诉我们。

So if you're if you've gotten any, let us know.

Speaker 1

那我们先从杰西开始吧。

But let's start with Jess.

Speaker 1

好的。

Sure.

Speaker 2

我觉得我这一周过得还不错。

I would say actually my week has been going pretty well.

Speaker 2

今天我想说,我们随时都可能被抽查毒品检测,每天都要提前预约一个一小时的时段,作为我们的检测窗口期。虽然他们也可以随时来查,但原则上我们是可以自己安排这个小时的。

I would say that today, just I feel like so we get drug tested every everywhere at all times we have to put an hour or our hour for the day that it's our window of when we are allowed to get tested they They can also test at any time, but basically, we're allowed to schedule an hour.

Speaker 2

所以我们每天的生活里,都有这么一件事。

So every single day of our lives, we have a thing.

Speaker 2

得每天调整这个时间段。

We have to put this hour slot, change it.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

真是够折腾的。

It's crazy.

Speaker 2

很多人根本不知道这一点。

A lot of people don't realize that.

Speaker 2

但今天早上六点半,我接受了药物检测。

But this morning, I had drug testing at 06:30 this morning.

Speaker 2

每次被查药物,我都觉得这周算自己犯了个蠢错,纯粹是添麻烦。

So anytime I get drug tested, I consider that an unforced error for the week because it's just a pain.

Speaker 2

幸运的是,没什么问题。

And, luckily, it was fine.

Speaker 2

我爬起来了。

I got up.

Speaker 2

我很快就搞定了,但今天一整天特别累,早上还得早训,偏偏这种事从不挑个好日子来。

I was able to do it really, really quickly, but I had, like, a super long day today with an early practice, and it never seems to come on a day where, like, it works out well.

Speaker 2

总是赶在最不方便的时候。

It's just always bad timing.

Speaker 2

所以我就想,果然,选在了星期六。

So I was like, of course, it comes on a Saturday.

Speaker 2

我们现在在早上的训练,这边还有个播客要录,得弄到今晚晚些时候。

We're at an early morning practice, and we had, you know, this podcast doing this, you know, till later tonight.

Speaker 2

所以一旦被抽中检测,那就自动算作强制安排了。

So automatically, on forced air if you get drug tested.

Speaker 2

Maddie,我知道你心里想的是她会往这个方向接话。

Maddie, I know you wanna she's gonna lean into that.

Speaker 2

所以我才特意解释了一下。

That's why I was I explained it.

Speaker 2

但是

But

Speaker 0

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我这周的情况是,早上八点半要去训练,但检测时间窗口是七点到八点。

So mine of the week, I was leaving for practice at 08:30, and I had my drug testing window for seven to eight.

Speaker 0

八点一到,门口却一点动静都没有。

And 08:00 rolls around, no knock on the door.

Speaker 0

我还以为我躲过去了呢。

I thought I was in the clear.

Speaker 0

真不错。

Great.

Speaker 0

正收拾东西准备出发。

Getting my stuff ready.

Speaker 0

结果八点十八分左右,有人敲门了。

And someone knocked on my door at, like, 08:18.

Speaker 0

是来验药的。

And it was drug testing.

Speaker 0

当然,我当时根本不想上厕所。

And, of course, I didn't have to pee.

Speaker 0

我就想,行吧。

So I was like, okay.

Speaker 0

而且还要抽血,得坐满十分钟,还得在训练前完成。

And it was also for blood, which you have to be sitting for ten minutes before, it has to be done before practice.

Speaker 0

我一下子慌了,看向我丈夫,他说:‘她只能跟我们一起去,没办法。’

And so I panicked and I looked at my husband, he was like, she's just gotta come with us, I guess.

Speaker 0

我说:‘好吧。’

I said, okay.

Speaker 0

我们收拾好所有东西,那个女人还得一路跟着我们去球场,寸步不离。

And we packed up all of our stuff and this woman just had to ride with us to the courts, follow us around.

Speaker 0

我们得给她办个通行证。

We had to get her credential.

Speaker 0

通行证还没准备好,只好有人陪着我们在场馆里转悠。

They didn't have the credentials ready, so someone had to like escort us around the facility.

Speaker 0

最后总算完成了,接着就得抽血,早上八点半就在现场,根本没什么私密空间。

And then finally did it, and then I had to do the blood draw, and it's 08:30 in the morning on-site, and there's not really any super private place.

Speaker 0

等候接送的地方有几组沙发,我就想:‘行吧,就在这儿抽血吧。’

So there's these couches off of where you wait for transport, and I was like, well, guess we're doing blood draw here.

Speaker 0

我就坐在那儿,早上球员们一个个走过,我还跟他们打招呼:‘早上好。’

So I was just sitting there and as players are walking through through the morning, I was like, good morning.

Speaker 0

你好。

Hi.

Speaker 0

你怎么样?

How are you?

Speaker 0

挺好的。

It's great.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们都还好。

We're fine.

Speaker 0

不过呢。

But yeah.

Speaker 0

偏偏总是在最忙、最倒霉的日子出这种事。

It's just it it feels like it always happens on the days where you have no time and things could not get worse.

Speaker 0

你还得带着这位女士在巴黎到处跑。

You're somehow carting this poor woman around Paris.

Speaker 0

珍妮?

Jenny?

Speaker 3

哦,那我就接着巴黎这个主题,聊聊我高中时候的事。

Oh, so I'm going to stick with the Parisian theme here and go back to my high school days.

Speaker 3

和在座的大多数人一样,我上的是在线高中。

And, so I did online high school like the majority of us here, I believe.

Speaker 3

不过杰斯,我记得你好像上过一点线下高中。

Except Jess, I believe you did a little bit of in person high school.

Speaker 3

所以我报名学了法语。

But so I was I decided to sign up for French.

Speaker 3

我当时在线上选了法语初级课,刚上到第一学期一半,老师就对我说:珍妮,我觉得你最好还是退课吧。

So I was taking French one online and I was halfway through the first semester and my instructor tells me, Jennifer, I think it's best if you maybe drop the class.

Speaker 3

你的口音太糟糕了。

Your accent is very bad.

Speaker 3

我听了她的话,退了法语课,然后改选了西班牙语。

And, so I listened to her, I dropped the class, and then I signed up for Spanish.

Speaker 3

提前向大家道歉,我的法语发音不太行。

So apologies in advance for my lack of French pronunciation.

Speaker 3

这事儿待会儿肯定得露馅儿。

That has to come out during this episode.

Speaker 2

德西蕾?

Desiree?

Speaker 1

我的失误是这样的——不知道你们有没有关注过,或者刷不刷TikTok,但巴黎的药房现在可火了。

Well, my unforced error is so I don't know if anyone knows or if you're on TikTok or whatnot, but the pharmacies in Paris are like a hit here, okay?

Speaker 1

Maddie是我护肤方面的……你管这叫什么来着?

And Maddie is my skin care what do you call it?

Speaker 1

街。

Rue.

Speaker 1

街,对。

Rue, yeah.

Speaker 1

所以我去了药房。

So I went to the pharmacy.

Speaker 1

我全程骑着一辆Lime单车。

I was taking a Lime bike all the way.

Speaker 1

我觉得大概骑了二十分钟。

I think it was about a twenty minute bike ride.

Speaker 1

我特别兴奋,因为买了一大堆东西。

I was so excited for all these purchases I got.

Speaker 1

我把东西全放进单车前面的篮子里,骑回酒店,进了房间才发现把整个包忘在车上了,当时简直崩溃了。

Put it in my little Lime bike basket, rode back to my hotel, get back to my room, forgot my whole bag in the basket, and I was devastated.

Speaker 1

我心想天哪,

Was like, Oh my gosh,

Speaker 2

得赶紧回去找一趟。

I need to go back

Speaker 1

结果再回去的时候,已经找不到了。

and get it.

Speaker 1

真的很遗憾。

It's gone, sadly.

Speaker 1

我当时真的特别沮丧。

And I was just I was so devastated.

Speaker 1

你们要是知道那个药房,就知道它有多抢手了,对吧?

If you guys know the pharmacy, like, you know it's a hit, right?

Speaker 1

这真是个挺遗憾的疏忽。

So that was a really sad, unforced error,

Speaker 2

这真是糟糕的一天。

That's a tough day.

Speaker 1

还好我能回去把它拿回来。

Yeah, good thing I can go back there and get it.

Speaker 1

不过好在有人用上了,我也挺高兴的。

But I'm glad someone else enjoyed it.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

没错。

So, yeah.

Speaker 1

还有没有人想到其他类似的无心之失?

Does anyone else have an unforced air they could think of?

Speaker 2

有没有什么搞笑的例子?

Any funny ones?

Speaker 2

有人跟我们说,这种事只会发生在我们身上,

We have been told that this stuff only happens to us,

Speaker 1

还有人觉得是我们编出来的,但其实我们根本没有编造。

and some people think that we make it up, which we do not.

Speaker 2

就是碰巧发生了。

It just happens.

Speaker 2

绝对没有编造。

Definitely don't.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

有时候真希望如此。

Truly wish sometimes Yes.

Speaker 0

我们当时

We were

Speaker 2

我们在聊,这事儿是谁啊?

We were talking who is it?

Speaker 2

卡罗琳·加西亚,一位法国选手,最近刚退役。

Caroline Garcia, who's a French player, here just recently retired.

Speaker 2

她刚跟玛迪聊过,她自己也做播客。

And, yeah, she was talking to Maddie and she also has her own podcast.

Speaker 2

她说,我超爱你们这个播客。

And she's like, I love the podcast.

Speaker 2

我真的不敢相信你们居然遇到过这些事。

I cannot believe these things happened to you guys.

Speaker 2

因为每周我们通常都会碰上点什么。

Like, what because every week, we usually have something.

Speaker 2

我们一般总能遇到几个挺有意思的。

Like, we usually always have a couple good ones.

Speaker 2

有时候我们能碰上好事儿,但通常都不会。

Sometimes we have a good week, but, like We usually don't.

Speaker 2

我们已经遇到太多了。

We've had so

Speaker 1

好多精彩的故事。

many good ones.

Speaker 1

比如珍妮那次就挺不错的。

Like, what about Jenny had a good one.

Speaker 1

我不确定那算不算好事儿,不过是伊齐还是那只鬣蜥?

Well, I don't know if it's a good one, but Izzy or the iguana?

Speaker 0

伊吉。

Iggy.

Speaker 0

伊吉。

Iggy.

Speaker 0

伊吉,那只鬣蜥。

Iggy the iguana.

Speaker 3

我撞到那只鬣蜥的地方。

Where where I ran over the iguana.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这种事他编不出来。

Like, he can't make that up.

Speaker 1

在佛罗里达,那儿……

In Florida, there's,

Speaker 2

是啊,那儿鬣蜥特别多。

yeah, there's a lot of iguanas.

Speaker 1

鬣蜥特别多。

There's a lot

Speaker 2

好多鬣蜥。

of iguanas.

Speaker 2

所以,好吧。

So Okay.

Speaker 2

你平时工作日的早餐是怎么安排的?

What is your weekday breakfast routine like?

Speaker 2

因为早上要训练,我没太多时间准备一顿完整的饭。

With early morning practices, I don't have a ton of time to make a full meal.

Speaker 3

我出门的时候随手拿一瓶,含有35克蛋白质、27种必需维生素和矿物质,不含人工甜味剂、色素或香精,无麸质,每顿还不到五美元。

I just grab it on the way out the door, and it's 35 grams of protein, 27 essential vitamins and minerals, no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors, gluten free, and under $5 per meal.

Speaker 3

比一杯拿铁还便宜,但能让我吃饱,提供一整天开始所需的营养。

That's cheaper than a latte, but it fills me up and gives me what I need to start the day.

Speaker 1

当我想要更顶饱一点的时候,我也特别喜欢黑标蛋白粉。

I've also been loving the black edition powder when I want something a little bit more filling.

Speaker 1

它含有40克蛋白质。

It's 40 grams of protein.

Speaker 1

加点水摇一摇,一分钟内就能搞定一顿正餐。

Shake it with water, and it's a full meal in under a minute.

Speaker 3

在那些特别忙的日子,想坚持健康饮食,这个真的太方便了。

Speaker 1

我特别注重饮食中的蛋白质摄入,但每天下班后还要去超市、找食谱、回家做饭,真的太折腾了。

I love having protein in my diet, but it always seemed like a burden after a long day to go to the grocery store, find a recipe I liked, and get home and cook.

Speaker 1

我通常就是随便在超市拿点什么,根本没怎么考虑营养质量。

I usually just pick up whatever I find at the grocery store, not really considering the quality.

Speaker 0

后来我接触到了 Omaha Steaks,这彻底改变了我的生活方式。

Then I was introduced to Omaha Steaks, which was a game changer.

春天来了。

Spring is here.

Speaker 0

婚礼、比赛、旅行,还有更多拍照的时刻。

Weddings, tournaments, trips, and way more photos.

Speaker 0

我意识到,如果你戴眼镜,这些时刻你都在戴着眼镜。

And I realized if you wear glasses, you're wearing them in all of those moments.

Speaker 0

所以如果你不喜欢自己的眼镜,很快就会觉得不舒服。

So if you don't love your frames, you feel it pretty quickly.

Speaker 1

在Warby Parker之前,配眼镜总觉得比实际该有的样子复杂得多。

Before Warby Parker, buying glasses always felt way more complicated than it should be.

Speaker 1

价格偏高,很难比较,也没办法真正知道戴起来好不好看。

Like, overpriced, hard to compare, and no real way to tell if something would actually look good on your face.

Speaker 3

所以我对Warby Parker简直着迷了。

That's why I'm obsessed with Warby Parker.

Speaker 3

他们把一切都变得简单多了。

They've made everything so much easier.

Speaker 3

他们的虚拟试戴功能能让你用手机实时看到眼镜戴在脸上的效果,而且真的管用。

Their virtual try on lets you see frames on your face in real time from your phone, and it actually works.

Speaker 0

我出发前刚配了一副哑光黑的Duran镜框当处方太阳镜,戴上后感觉自信多了。

I picked up a pair of matte black Duran frames as prescription sunglasses right before the trip, and I felt way more confident wearing them.

Speaker 0

不少人夸我这副眼镜好看,质量看起来特别好,价格却不贵。

Got a bunch of compliments, and they feel super high quality without being crazy expensive.

Speaker 2

他们的处方眼镜从95美元起,能让你轻松拥有时尚与品质,不用纠结。

Their prescription glasses start at $95, so you're getting style and quality without overthinking it.

Speaker 2

而且他们还提供隐形眼镜、眼科检查、太阳镜,所有服务都集中在一起,全国还有300多家门店,想亲自去试也方便。

Plus, they've got contacts, eye exams, sunglasses, everything in one place, and 300 plus stores if you ever want to go in person.

Speaker 2

我们现在位于巴黎十七区的巴黎埃托伊丽思酒店。

So we are here at the Hyatt Regency Paris Ettois in the 17th Arrondissement.

Speaker 2

希望我的法语还说得过去。

I hope that my French was

Speaker 0

完美。

Perfect.

Speaker 0

完美。

Perfect.

Speaker 0

完美。

Perfect.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 2

在这座城市的壮丽全景前,景色真的太美了,我们马上就要开启法网暨罗兰·加洛斯的赛事了。

With this amazing panoramic view of the city, really really beautiful before we kick off here going into the French Open or Roland Garros.

Speaker 2

我特别兴奋,因为这次能和大家分享我旅行中最喜欢的一部分——由万豪旅享家带来的贴心服务。

And I have been really excited about this because I get to share one of my favorite parts of travel, which is being cared for by World of Hyatt.

Speaker 2

过去一年里,这种体验真的非常出色。

So that is something that has been amazing over the last year.

Speaker 2

他们是一个极其出色的团队。

They're an incredible team.

Speaker 2

我一向很欣赏他们如何真正关心你,以及你所在意的每一个人。

I think one thing I always appreciate is how, you know, taking care of of you and all the people you care about.

Speaker 2

他们让你感觉特别特别重要,而这里眼前这一切精心的布置,正是最好的体现,我也很期待和大家一同分享。

They make you feel really, really special, and I think that's on display right here right now with this amazing setup that we have and, really excited to to share with all of you guys here.

Speaker 2

说到万豪旅享家,我想我们都热爱旅行。

And so speaking of World of Hyatt, I think something that we all love is travel.

Speaker 2

接下来我们会专门聊一聊旅行中的那些小习惯、贴心细节,这些都能让你在出发参赛前,感觉像在家一样自在。

So we are definitely gonna do a little travel segment here, talking about little routines, thoughtful touches, things that make us feel really at home before we can go out and compete.

Speaker 2

说到我最难忘的回忆,我脑子里第一个蹦出来的就是我在纽约柏悦酒店的那次经历,真的太棒了。

And I would just say one of my off the top of my head favorite memories, was I sit at the Park Hyatt in New York and amazing.

Speaker 2

他们居然在床头柜上摆了我跟我家狗狗的合影相框。

They had, framed pictures of me with my dogs, like, on the nightstand.

Speaker 2

所以当你走进房间看到这些,真的特别暖心。毕竟我们一年有十个月都在外面奔波,这种被惦记的感觉真的很难得。

So just like walking into your room and seeing that, especially we're on the road literally, like, ten months out of the year is really, really special.

Speaker 2

所以,任何能让我们感觉像在家一样的小细节,都让人觉得特别舒服。

So any type of, you know, thoughtful little things that make us feel like we're at home is really, really nice.

Speaker 2

所以,对,我们来聊聊几个体验。

So, yeah, we're gonna talk about a few experiences.

Speaker 2

Maddie,我

Maddie, I

Speaker 0

知道你有类似的经历。

know you have similar experience.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我也住在一个凯悦的酒店,昨天一进房间,床头柜上就摆着一张我跟我丈夫的相框照片。

I am also staying at a Hyatt property, property, and I walked in yesterday and there was a framed photo of my husband and I on the nightstand.

Speaker 0

还有浴袍上绣着我们的名字,我当场就笑出来了。

And we had robes that had our names embroidered on them, and I was laughing.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,哇塞。

And I was like, wow.

Speaker 0

我这是享受到了杰斯同款待遇啊。

I'm getting the Jess treatment.

Speaker 0

这真是太棒了。

This is so fun.

Speaker 0

你平时都这样吗?

I was like, this happens to you all of the time?

Speaker 0

一般情况下,这种事可不常见。

Usually, it's like, this this isn't normal.

Speaker 0

这真是太好了。

This is great.

Speaker 0

我太喜欢了。

I love this.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

真的特别有趣。

It was really fun.

Speaker 2

她是我们这群人里最出名的,出门旅行什么都带。

Does she's the one out of our group who notoriously travels with everything.

Speaker 2

你要不要解释一下?

Like, do you want to explain?

Speaker 2

她喜欢有种在家的感觉。

She likes to feel like she's at home.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

就这么说吧。

Let's just say that.

Speaker 1

为什么不呢?

Why would you not?

Speaker 1

你当然希望酒店住起来像自家一样。

You want your hotel to feel it's like your home base.

Speaker 1

想有不错的餐厅、便利设施,而且我喜欢带着拖鞋旅行。

You wanna have the nice restaurants, the amenities, and, you know, I like to travel with my slippers.

Speaker 1

我还带着精油出门。

I travel with my essential oil.

Speaker 1

为什么不呢?

Why not?

Speaker 1

蜡烛。

Candle.

Speaker 1

蜡烛。

Candle.

Speaker 2

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 2

我旅行时会带一个

I travel with a

Speaker 1

带蜡烛是因为,你知道的,可能你希望房间闻起来舒服点。

candle because, you know, maybe you want it to smell nice.

Speaker 0

你可能还需要它来

You maybe need it to

Speaker 1

就是,我不知道怎么说。

be I don't know.

Speaker 1

还有我所有的,天哪。

And all of my oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

洗漱用品,酒店提供的那些东西。

The toiletries, the amenities.

Speaker 1

我旅行时带的东西可真多。

I travel with so much stuff.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们刚刚数了数,每人到底带了多少个洗漱包。

I think we just counted how many toiletry bags we all carry.

Speaker 2

所以德斯觉得她有问题。

So Des thought that she had a problem.

Speaker 2

那到底有多少个?

Well, how many?

Speaker 2

我说,是是

I said, is is

Speaker 1

我带八个洗漱包,这算有问题吗?

there do I have a problem if I carry like eight toiletry bags?

Speaker 1

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

好的。

Do okay.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

不过我们后来数了一下,我觉得这确实有点多。

But I think But then we all counted and I was like, that seems like a lot.

Speaker 0

然后我数了一下,发现自己有六个。

And then I counted and I was like, I have six.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我觉得我大概也有六个。

I think I had around six.

Speaker 2

第七个就说不准了,可能算,也可能不算。

The seventh one was kind of like, it could be, it could not be.

Speaker 2

看来我们大家都有点问题。

So maybe we all have a problem.

Speaker 2

Jenny,我知道你带的东西太少。

Jenny, I know that you don't carry enough.

Speaker 0

我觉得Jenny大概就带了两个。

I think Jenny has like two.

Speaker 3

我可能不是带得太多,而是带得太少,这本身也算个问题。

I don't have maybe I have a problem that I don't carry enough things.

Speaker 3

我出门的时候确实会买不少东西。

I actually do end up buying a lot of things on the road.

Speaker 3

这样更省事吧。

It's just easier, I guess.

Speaker 3

可以少带点行李。

Less for me to pack.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你喜欢打包。

You like to pack.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢在路上也能有家的感觉,毕竟我们总在外面,我就是不愿意精简。

Love to feel like I'm at home when I'm on the road because, I mean, we're gone so much and I will not consolidate.

Speaker 1

对,我就是不愿意。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我就是不干。

I will not.

Speaker 2

旅行枕现在已经成了必备品。

Travel pillow has become essential.

Speaker 2

我一开始用旅行枕,是因为Maddie一直带着,去年我脖子不舒服,她就劝我买一个。

The travel pillow started I think Maddie always had a travel pillow, and then I was having, like, neck issues last year, and she's like, you need to get this pillow.

Speaker 2

现在这东西已经离不开我了。

So it's become a must now.

Speaker 2

我觉得你也有

I think you I have

Speaker 1

一个枕头。

a pillow.

Speaker 1

我是受了Maddie和Jess的影响。

I was influenced by Maddie and Jess.

Speaker 1

那你现在有枕头了吗?

And then do you have the pillow yet?

Speaker 3

我这个人很难被影响。

I'm very hard to influence.

Speaker 1

哦,这样啊。

Oh, well.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

That is true.

Speaker 2

珍妮这人特反着来,你跟她说什么,她偏不照着做。

Jenny's, like, anti if you tell her something, she does the opposite.

Speaker 2

我

I

Speaker 0

确实发了

did send

Speaker 3

反着来。

the opposite.

Speaker 0

我昨天把旅行枕的链接发给玛丽亚·扎卡里了。

I sent the travel pillow link to Maria Zachary yesterday.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

所以她推荐的这款便携旅行枕,影响了差不多一半的团员,我真得说,这东西简直是改变旅途体验的神器。

So she's she's influencing, like, half the tour with the easy travel pillow, which I do say is definitely it's a game changer.

Speaker 2

你们在路上最看重的是什么?

What do you feel like is a standout for you guys on the road?

Speaker 2

比如一顿好早餐、一个不错的健身房、舒服的床,或者一个好的枕头?

Like, a good breakfast, a good gym, a good bed, like, a good pillow?

Speaker 2

我也不太清楚。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

你对哪些东西特别讲究?

What's what are you picky about?

Speaker 2

Jenny,我觉得你最有发言权,因为你特别挑。

Jenny, I feel like you have a good answer for this because Jenny is very particular.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 3

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 3

对我来说,最重要的是吃饭。

For me is definitely number one is dining.

Speaker 3

我最喜欢的是丰盛的早餐自助餐。

My favorite thing is a really good breakfast buffet.

Speaker 3

我也特别喜欢客房服务。

I also love a good room service.

Speaker 3

在酒店里,我最大的享受就是回到房间,把脚一跷,点上一整份客房菜单。

That's my guilty pleasure in a hotel is coming back to the room, kicking my feet up, and just ordering half the menu on room service.

Speaker 3

尤其是在法国,他们提供的黄油特别棒,

And especially when they especially in France when they give you the good butter,

Speaker 1

这里的面包配黄油,真的绝了。

the bread and butter here.

Speaker 1

你们懂的。

You guys.

Speaker 3

这可是我最爱的。

My favorite thing.

Speaker 3

我的意思是,有个设施齐全的健身房当然很好,至少能避开酒店里那些普通的健身区。

I mean, obviously, a nice well equipped gym is always good just to escape the player gyms on-site.

Speaker 3

但对我来说,最重要的还是吃的。

But for me, number one priority is food.

Speaker 0

吃的。

Food.

Speaker 0

这话说得在理。

Fair enough.

Speaker 0

我和珍妮以前聊过好多次,关于墨尔本格兰德海特酒店的早餐,那真是我吃过最好的早餐。

Jenny and I have had, like, long conversations about the breakfast at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne because it's, like, the best breakfast ever.

Speaker 0

要说酒店的话,那儿简直是最棒的地方。

As far as, like, a hotel goes, it's the greatest place ever.

Speaker 0

整个巡回赛圈子里都在传,一问你住在墨尔本哪儿,答案总是:

And it's like the the talk of the tour is always, oh, where are you staying in Melbourne?

Speaker 0

哦,格兰德海特?

Oh, the Grand Hyatt?

展开剩余字幕(还有 480 条)
Speaker 0

大家都说,你一定要去吃早餐。

Everyone's like, you have to go to breakfast.

Speaker 0

真的特别棒。

It's so good.

Speaker 3

简直像梦一样。

It's a dream.

Speaker 3

这对我来说简直是美梦成真。

It's a dream come true for me.

Speaker 0

我一直特别喜欢酒店里的那种感觉。

I feel like I've always really liked in hotels.

Speaker 0

首先,我超爱那种完全遮光的窗帘,房间里黑得一丝光都透不进来。

One, I love like blackout curtains where it's pitch black in a room.

Speaker 0

我就喜欢这样。

I love that.

Speaker 0

我常说自己是‘睡眠公主’,特别爱睡觉。

I'm I like to call myself a sleep princess, so it's I love sleeping.

Speaker 0

所以房间要完全遮光,温度凉爽,再配上一张超舒服的床,床上是柔软蓬松的床品,这周肯定睡得特别香。

So blackout, a nice cold room, and like just like a super comfortable bed with like nice fluffy bedding, it I'm gonna have a great week.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

听起来确实不错。

That does sound

Speaker 1

我很看重酒店的配套设施,比如浴室光线要好,还得有个不错的水疗中心。

I love the amenities of, like, whether there's, like, a full on bathroom with the good lighting with and also a nice spa.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

水疗中心一定得有。

Gotta have the nice spa.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我住在迪拜柏悦酒店的时候,去体验过他们的水疗中心。

You went to the spa when I was at the I stayed at the Park Hyatt Dubai.

Speaker 2

迪拜。

Dubai.

Speaker 2

我当时在外面。

And I'm out

Speaker 1

没时间了。

of time.

Speaker 1

我跟你说啊。

Let me tell you.

Speaker 1

这家酒店简直太棒了。

I this hotel was unreal.

Speaker 1

我 literally 坐在泳池边,点了一顿饭,说实话,可能是我吃过最好的泳池边餐点。

I literally sat by the pool, ordered myself some food, honestly, probably the best poolside food.

Speaker 2

我觉得我发过照片给你了。

I think I sent you pictures.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

鸡尾酒也不错,但水疗区才真叫棒。

And nice cocktail, but the spa area is great.

Speaker 1

如果你们以后去那里,一定要去体验一下。

If you guys ever go there, you should definitely

Speaker 2

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 1

绝对值得去。

Hit it up.

Speaker 1

太棒了。

It's amazing.

Speaker 2

那年或者去年,我们参加了在迪拜举办的锦标赛。

We were playing at the in the tournament in Dubai that year or this past year.

Speaker 2

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 2

她还问,你住这儿?

And she was like, this is where you're staying?

Speaker 2

我就订了个SPA,就是想

Like, I just I booked a spa just to like

Speaker 1

我只待了几个小时。

I just came for a few hours.

Speaker 2

那会儿你不是要飞走了嘛,前一天的事。

It was like a the day before you had to fly.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

她那天正好放假,其实你那时候我不在场,

She basically had a day off and she I I actually wasn't there when you were

Speaker 1

我来是冲着酒店,不是为了你。

there and I came for the hotel, not for

Speaker 0

你。

you.

Speaker 0

不好意思。

Sorry.

Speaker 2

她真的在酒店把所有事情都安排得妥妥帖帖。

She she literally did everything at the hotel.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

而且对这家酒店的评价都特别高。

And has had raving reviews about it.

Speaker 2

没错。

That's right.

Speaker 2

不过对我来说,最棒的还是早餐。

But, yeah, I would say for me, definitely the breakfast.

Speaker 2

万豪的早餐真的做得特别到位,这是一天里我最期待的时刻。

I think Hyatt's really do breakfast like, so well, and it's my favorite part of the day.

Speaker 2

我特别喜欢吃早餐。

I love eating breakfast.

Speaker 2

我喜欢慢慢来。

I love taking my time.

Speaker 2

我喜欢喝杯咖啡。

I love having my coffee.

Speaker 2

我住过的每一家凯悦酒店,都知道这是他们的特色,我特别欣赏这一点,因为这能让我一整天都状态很好。

And literally every Hyatt I've stayed at, I know that's kind of their thing, and I very much appreciate that because it's sets my day off on the right right foot.

Speaker 2

我们在比赛场地待的时间太长了,经常吃的是同样的午餐、零食或晚餐,见的也是同一群人,真的很容易让人过度刺激,比如在这里的罗兰·加洛斯,人多得不得了。

And I think we spend so much day on-site at tournaments that a lot of times we're eating lunch or snack or dinner on-site with the same food and the same people all the time and it can just be like really overstimulating especially for instance here on-site at Roland Garros like it is packed.

Speaker 2

因为所有还在赛程里的人都在这儿。

There's so many people because you have everybody still in the draw.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

比赛还没开始呢。

The tournament hasn't started yet.

Speaker 2

所以,你说明天开始,是吗?

So and starting, you know, is it tomorrow?

Speaker 2

明天。

Tomorrow.

Speaker 2

明天。

Tomorrow.

Speaker 2

所以所有人都在这儿了,单打选手、双打选手、资格赛球员,整个地方乱糟糟的。

So everybody's here, all the singles players, all the doubles players, qualifiers, and it's just it's super chaotic.

Speaker 2

所以,来一顿安静的早餐真好。

So, yeah, a nice peaceful breakfast.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

健身房也是这样。

That's also like with the gym.

Speaker 1

就像珍妮说的,现场人太多了,我们每周都碰见同一群人。

Like Jenny said, like, there's so many people on-site and, like, we all say, we see the same people every single week.

Speaker 1

所以能有个喘息的机会,好好放松一下,真的很不错。

So it's nice to just have a break and be able to have

Speaker 2

酒店里有个不错的健身房,做这些锻炼特别方便,有自己的空间真的不一样。

a nice gym to do all that stuff at the hotel so that it does make a difference when you just have your own space to do all that.

Speaker 2

有时候你根本没法在健身房锻炼。

You literally can't, like, work out in the gym sometimes.

Speaker 2

人太多了,大家都挤在那里。

It gets so crowded because everyone's there.

Speaker 2

大家旅行那天都怎么安排?有什么事能让你感觉特别安心?

So what's everyone's travel day routines and what is something that makes you feel really settled?

Speaker 2

比如你刚到,是立马收拾行李,还是不收拾?先洗澡?你刚落地的时候一般怎么打理?

Like, are you you get in and you unpack, you don't unpack, you take a shower, you're like, what what's what's the rundown when you fly in?

Speaker 0

我喜欢把行李全打开收拾好。

I like to fully unpack.

Speaker 0

你是那种喜欢安顿下来的人。

You like to move in.

Speaker 0

我喜欢安顿下来。

I like to move in.

Speaker 0

我一进酒店房间就开始整理东西。

I move into my hotel room.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢这样。

I love it.

Speaker 0

我受不了天天靠行李箱过日子。

I hate living out of a suitcase.

Speaker 0

我总想尽量过得跟在家一样平常。

I always wanna feel the most normal, I guess, that I can.

Speaker 0

每天翻行李箱,都提醒我还在路上,没回家。

So for me, going through my suitcase every single day just reminds me that I'm on the road and not home.

Speaker 0

我老公老笑话我,说我们住这儿跟住了五年似的。

So my husband always laughs because he's like, it looks like we've lived here for five years.

Speaker 0

对啊,就该是这样。

And I was like, as it should.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我完全懂你的感受。

I'm with you on that.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢把东西都拿出来,衣服挂好,洗漱用品也全摆到浴室里。

I definitely love to unpack and make sure everything's hung up and get all the toiletries out on the in the bathroom.

Speaker 1

没错。

So, yeah.

Speaker 2

因为珍妮?

Because Jenny?

Speaker 2

她经常在外面跑。

Are on the road so much.

Speaker 3

我从来都不 unpack 衣服。

I never unpack my clothes.

Speaker 3

我用收纳袋,直接从收纳袋里拿东西用。

I I have packing cubes, and I live out of my packing cubes.

Speaker 3

每样东西都有专门的收纳袋。

So I have a packing cube for everything.

Speaker 3

所以我大概有十个不同的收纳袋。

So I have about 10 different packing cubes.

Speaker 3

我通常都会把洗漱用品拿出来整理好。

I usually always unpack my toiletries.

Speaker 3

我一般会另外带一个包或随身行李,放那些不是每天用的东西,收在里面,然后放进衣柜。

Usually I'll have an extra bag or carry on where I put things that I don't use every single day, and I put it in the bag, and then I put it away in the closet.

Speaker 3

我喜欢房间干干净净的。

I like my room spotless.

Speaker 3

简直像医院一样整洁。

Like, it's, like, very sterile.

Speaker 1

那你是不会喜欢我的房间吧?

So you wouldn't like my room?

Speaker 3

不会啊,黛丝。

No, Des.

Speaker 3

我到你房间去是为了让自己感觉像在家一样,但接着我就

I go into your room to make me feel at home, but then I

Speaker 2

回去吧

go back

Speaker 0

回我那儿

to mine

Speaker 2

因为你帮我收拾房间。

because you clean my room.

Speaker 3

我需要干干净净的。

I need sterile.

Speaker 3

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

我去你那儿就是为打扫。

I go to your room to clean.

Speaker 2

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 2

整整齐齐的。

Organized.

Speaker 3

这样才感觉像在家一样。

To feel like I'm at home.

Speaker 3

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 3

不过说实话,我一到酒店第一件事就是洗澡,然后躺床上刷DoorDash或者Uber Eats。

But, yeah, I first thing I do when, I get to the hotel is usually shower, and then I go lay in bed and look at DoorDash or Uber Eats.

Speaker 2

又是点餐或者房间送餐菜单。

Again, food or the in room dining menu.

Speaker 3

或者干脆扫那个二维码。

Or the honestly The QR code.

Speaker 3

我一般先看房间送餐菜单,把选项都摸清楚。

Thing I do is look at the in room dining menu and I suss that out.

Speaker 3

如果看起来不错,我就会趁洗澡的时候赶紧下单叫客房服务。

And usually, if it looks good, I'll order room service ASAP while I'm taking a shower.

Speaker 3

这样等我洗完澡,东西就都准备好了。

That way it's ready.

Speaker 2

我觉得我算是折中型的。

I would say I'm like a hybrid.

Speaker 2

以前我老是连行李箱都不开,但后来年纪大了,或者说是出差越来越频繁,我就开始慢慢把衣服拿出来放好,因为这样会让我感觉像在家一样。

I used to live, like, out of my suitcase, and then I think, I don't know, as I've gotten older or whatever and then you're, like, trying to find ways to deal with traveling more just because we're traveling so much, I have started to unpack more because I do feel like, okay, like, I'm at home a little bit.

Speaker 2

不过现在还是介于两者之间。

And I it's still a little bit of a hybrid situation.

Speaker 2

我不会把整个箱子都倒空,但会拿出一部分来用。

I don't fully unpack the whole suitcase, but I do a little bit.

Speaker 2

看看到了之后到底需要多少东西。

And see how much I get there.

Speaker 2

所以我还是属于折中型的。

So I'm I'm a bit of a hybrid situation.

Speaker 2

这个问题问得真好,珍妮。

This is a good question for you, Jenny.

Speaker 2

你每次都会点一样的早餐吗?

Do you order the same breakfast?

Speaker 2

不管是住哪家酒店,还是参加比赛旅行,每天都吃一样的?

Like, at every hotel or when you're at every tournament traveling, are you same every day?

Speaker 2

我想说是的。

I wanna say yes.

Speaker 3

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 3

就是那几样。

Same thing.

Speaker 2

那一般都吃些什么?

And what is that usually?

Speaker 3

也不是每周都完全一样,但要看早餐自助餐怎么样,或者菜单上有什么。比如说,如果我点了牛油果吐司配鸡蛋,那我每天都会点这个。

Well, it's not the same every single week, but depending on how good the breakfast buffet is or what they have on the menu, let's just say if I'm ordering avocado toast with eggs, then I'm getting that every single day.

Speaker 3

就算味道一般,我还是会点,因为我觉得,算了,吃就对了。

And even if it's pretty mid, I'll still order it because I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 3

反正也够好吃的,能下肚就行。

It was was good enough to eat it.

Speaker 3

但我特别期待的是,每天早上醒来,一想,哦,太好了,又能吃这顿了。

But, something I definitely do look forward to is, you know, I wake up and I think, oh, yeah, I get to eat that again.

Speaker 3

所以。

So

Speaker 2

你是一直吃固定的早餐,还是

Does do you do you stick with, like, the same food routine, or are

Speaker 0

会换着吃?

you mixing it up?

Speaker 0

我稍微,嗯,有点

I am a little, well, a

Speaker 1

迷信,所以大概率还是会吃一样的东西。

lot superstitious, so I will probably eat the same thing.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我本想换着吃,但最后还是不知不觉吃了同样的东西。

I I try not to, but it just ends up happening to be eating the same thing.

Speaker 1

有一次,我记得是几年前,我们在巴黎赢了比赛,我就非得吃同样的东西不可。

Like once, I I think it was, oh my gosh, a few years ago, we were winning here in Paris and I just I have to eat the same thing.

Speaker 1

我都吃腻了,但还是得吃一样的。

I was sick of it, but of course, I'm gonna eat the same thing.

Speaker 1

这就是赢球的惯例了。

So, you know, it's the winning routine.

Speaker 1

不过,我觉得我还是会坚持下去。

But, yeah, I think I'd stick

Speaker 2

没错。

to it.

Speaker 2

我觉得这也成了我们习惯的一部分,赢球的时候,人就是容易陷入固定的模式,你也懂的。

I feel like also it's like a it's like part of our routine and I feel like we like to get into routine sometimes, like when you're winning matches and your Yeah.

Speaker 2

事情进展得挺顺利的。

Things are going well.

Speaker 2

你不想轻易改变什么,尤其是吃的东西,怕打乱了节奏。

Don't You wanna like stray from something that might throw something off, especially when it comes to food.

Speaker 2

你就想稳稳当当的,知道自己接下来会吃到什么。

You just wanna keep it, you know what you're gonna get.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你看我,明显是个怪人,我从来不爱重复同样的日常,因为一旦有一天你下楼发现有点不一样——

See, I'm I'm clearly a psychopath and I don't ever wanna get stuck in the same routine because then, like, let's say you go downstairs one day and it's slightly different.

Speaker 0

我就会开始胡思乱想,觉得这一天全完了。

Then I get in my own head and I'm like, well, now the whole day is gonna be off.

Speaker 0

所以我尽量不让自己做完全相同的事。

So I try to avoid that by never doing the exact same thing.

Speaker 0

这样我的一天才不会乱。

Keeps my day.

Speaker 0

大概吧。

Goes, I guess.

Speaker 2

所以我每天都得换点不一样的,从不吃重复的饭。

So I have to do something different every single day so I never have the same meal.

Speaker 2

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 2

但说到恢复和睡眠,你才是真正的睡眠达人。

But when it comes to recovery and sleep, she you're the sleep queen Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们所有人里最厉害的。

Of all of us.

Speaker 0

那当然。

Well, yeah.

Speaker 2

都一样。

That's the same.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

一直都是这样。

So that's the same.

Speaker 2

总是如此。

Always.

Speaker 2

那你睡觉前的流程是怎样的?

And what's your routine for sleep?

Speaker 0

首先你会戴上那个LED光疗眼罩,对吧?

Well, you start with your, like, LED light mask Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

用来护肤。

For your skin care.

Speaker 0

然后准备上床,做完全套护肤步骤,刷完牙,接着拉上遮光窗帘,我出门旅行时也会带上我的Apple TV。

And then you get ready for bed, you do your whole skin care routine, you brush your teeth, and then I get in bed, blackout shades down, and then I've started traveling with my Apple TV as well.

Speaker 0

就是想让自己感觉像在家一样。

Just as like another thing to feel like I'm at home.

Speaker 0

然后放一集剧,等感觉该睡了,我就戴上眼罩。

And I put on a show, and then once it's ready for bed, I have my eye mask.

Speaker 0

我旅行时会带一个白噪音机。

I have a sound machine I travel with.

Speaker 0

原来如此。

Okay.

Speaker 0

你带的东西比我多多了。

You travel with more things than I do.

Speaker 3

天哪。

Oh, my.

Speaker 2

我不带。

I don't

Speaker 1

有

have a

Speaker 2

白噪音机。

sound machine.

Speaker 0

它特别小。

It's really small.

Speaker 0

我就用个手机应用。

I just I just use an app.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不过

But

Speaker 3

我用手机看奈飞也挺好的。

I'm fine watching Netflix on my phone.

Speaker 3

哦,

Oh,

Speaker 2

天啊。

man.

Speaker 2

那真不错。

That's awesome.

Speaker 2

你觉得你最喜欢房间里的哪些设计?

What do you think your favorite room features are?

Speaker 2

比如说,一个漂亮的梳妆台,确实不错。

Does, like, a like a nice vanity, a good Yeah.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢

I love

Speaker 2

嗯,没错。

it.

Speaker 2

一个舒服的淋浴间。

A good, like, shower.

Speaker 1

我也超爱有个好浴缸。

Love a good tub too.

Speaker 1

你最喜欢哪个呢?

What would be your favorite?

Speaker 1

浴缸。

Bath.

Speaker 1

我特别看重照明好,台面空间也得够,毕竟那么多洗漱用品都得放得下。

I definitely the good lighting, definitely counter space because for all the eight toiletry bags, you have to.

Speaker 2

你知道的,

You know,

Speaker 1

你希望有种在家的感觉。

you wanna feel like you're at home.

Speaker 1

我喜欢有个舒适的躺椅,这样就不必非得躺在床上。

I do like when there's like a nice chaise, like, just so you can just not be in bed.

Speaker 1

你可以靠在窗边看看书,也许再有那么一点

You can just kind of read by the window and like maybe a little bit of

Speaker 2

阳台。

a balcony.

Speaker 2

哦,阳台。

Oh, a balcony.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

那确实不错。

That is nice.

Speaker 2

玛迪?

Maddie?

Speaker 0

我喜欢有个地方可以坐,但不是在床上。

I love somewhere else to sit that's not your bed.

Speaker 0

我觉得这每周都特别重要。

I feel like that's always such a big thing every week.

Speaker 0

我还特别喜欢舒服的淋浴。

And then I love a good shower.

Speaker 0

要是淋浴水压够大就好了?

If it has a good shower Shower pressure?

Speaker 0

我喜欢水压大的淋浴,水能烫得刚刚好。

I love high shower pressure and so like, the water can get so hot.

Speaker 0

洗完澡出来,皮肤都发红。

My skin is red when I get out of it.

Speaker 0

天哪。

Gosh.

Speaker 0

咱们今天一定会过得很棒。

We're gonna have a great day.

Speaker 0

珍妮?

Jenny?

Speaker 3

对我来说,灯光最重要。

For me, lighting.

Speaker 3

我不喜欢太刺眼的光线。

I I don't love harsh lighting.

Speaker 3

我喜欢回到房间时,灯光柔和一点。

I like to come back to the room and have very light lighting.

Speaker 0

你喜欢氛围灯。

You like mood lighting.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

氛围灯。

Mood lighting.

Speaker 3

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 2

也许可以装个调光器。

Maybe a dimmer.

Speaker 3

我特别喜欢调光器。

I love a dimmer.

Speaker 3

灯光要柔和一点。

Dim dim lights.

Speaker 3

床边留一盏小灯,真的很舒服。

A little light by the bed is really nice.

Speaker 3

别太刺眼。

Nothing too harsh.

Speaker 3

别太亮了。

Nothing too bright.

Speaker 3

我还特别喜欢舒服的淋浴。

Also, huge fan of a very nice shower.

Speaker 3

我洗澡时间挺长的,所以水压好也很重要。

I spend a lot of time in the shower, so good water pressure is very important as well.

Speaker 3

我同意。

I agree.

Speaker 3

就像你们两位说的,有个不是床的坐的地方也不错,能换个环境,不至于整天都窝在床上。

And like you guys both said, somewhere to sit that isn't your bed is also nice just to switch things up so you don't feel like you're just in bed all day.

Speaker 1

整天。

All day.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

只有我一个人喜欢泡澡吗?

Am I the only one that does baths here?

Speaker 2

我说的是泡澡。

I said baths.

Speaker 2

你泡澡。

You take bath.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢

I love a

Speaker 2

舒服的热水澡。

good bath.

Speaker 2

但你们肯定

But you guys definitely

Speaker 1

好用的滋润霜。

a good lush balm.

Speaker 1

那种东西真的特别棒。

Like, those are so great.

Speaker 2

对。

Yes.

Speaker 2

我觉得泡Epsom盐浴特别好,尤其是对恢复身体很有帮助。

I think a good I love taking Epsom salt baths, especially for recovery.

Speaker 2

我特别喜欢有个好浴缸的时候。

So I love when there's a good tub.

Speaker 2

我知道珍妮和梅迪觉得我疯了,但她们就是图个花洒的水压。

I know Jenny and Maddie are looking at me like I'm crazy, but they just want the shower pressure.

Speaker 3

这没问题。

That's fine.

Speaker 3

你按自己的方式来就行。

You do you.

Speaker 2

珍妮,你从来都不泡澡吗?

Would you ever you never take baths, Jenny?

Speaker 3

我成年以后大概也就泡过几次澡。

I've probably taken a handful of baths since I've been an adult.

Speaker 2

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2

这让我浑身不舒服。

Crags me up.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

我们来聊聊最理想的旅行情况吧。

Let's move on to our best case travel scenarios.

Speaker 2

我们知道之前遇到过不少糟心的事,算了,不提了。

We know we've had a lot of bad ones, whatever.

Speaker 2

最理想的情况是,你的一天会是什么样子?

Best case scenario, what does your day look like for an ideal travel day?

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢那种情况:从下车到过安检,十分钟就搞定了。

I love when you get to the airport and from, like, getting out of the car to being through security takes, like, ten minutes.

Speaker 0

那时候你就知道,今天肯定特别顺。

You kinda know you're gonna have a really good day.

Speaker 0

一切都会很顺利。

Things are gonna be great.

Speaker 0

完全不会出任何问题。

Gonna have no problems.

Speaker 0

然后你到酒店的时候,离入住时间还早,前台却说房间已经准备好了。

And then you get to the hotel way before check-in time and they're like, your room is ready.

Speaker 0

那真是太棒了。

Oh, that's the best.

Speaker 0

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

一切都太顺了。

Things are so good.

Speaker 0

我特别喜欢那种情况:到了地方之后,不用赶时间,可以直接去球场,有时候还能正好休一天。

And then I always really love when whenever we get somewhere, if we can not have to rush and, like, go straight to the courts and everything, sometimes you have the day off.

Speaker 0

如果你能早点把行李打开,就像安顿下来一样。

If you can I unpack, so I move in?

Speaker 0

然后就能悠闲地在城里逛逛,喝杯咖啡,吃个晚饭,真的会感觉特别融入当地。

And then just kind of being able to, like, walk around the city, grab a coffee, go to dinner, I just feel like you really kind of settle into wherever you are.

Speaker 0

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你不想

You don't wanna

Speaker 1

刚到一个地方就急着赶路,那种感觉真不好,一到就得马上忙起来。

feel like you're, like, rushing when you get to a spot and you're just like, oh, it's go, go, go.

Speaker 1

就像你说的,先放松一下,去趟健身房,拉伸拉伸,活动活动身体,然后再出去走走,逛逛城市。

Like you say, decompress a little bit, maybe go to the gym, maybe just, like, roll out, do some mobility, and then walk around, explore the city.

Speaker 1

我平时喝抹茶,所以咖啡可能不太适合我。

I'm a matcha drinker, so coffee is probably not it.

Speaker 1

不过,说实话,这大概就是旅行最理想的状态了。

But, yeah, I mean, that would be, I guess, the best case scenario for travel.

Speaker 1

珍妮?

Jenny?

Speaker 3

我觉得麦迪已经说得特别到位了。

I feel like Maddie really summed it up.

Speaker 3

我最喜欢的就是到了酒店后,要不要 unpack,反正就是先放松一下。

My favorite thing is once you get to the hotel, unpacking or not unpacking Mhmm.

Speaker 3

然后随便出去走走,逛逛城市。

And just being able to walk outside and explore the city a little bit.

Speaker 3

我特别喜欢这样,先走走看看,熟悉一下周围环境,找找第二天早上喝咖啡的地方,看看早餐有什么不错的,顺便也了解一下酒店的设施。

That's something I love to do is just to get some steps in, you know, kind of check out my surroundings, see where I'm gonna go the next morning for coffee, what looks good for breakfast, you know, just kind of explore and then also explore the amenities of the hotel as well.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我现在旅行时,通常不会当天就训练。

I think that I have kind of moved into, like, when I travel now, I don't usually practice the same day.

Speaker 2

以前我总想着,一到地方就得在一小时内找场地、订球场、立刻锻炼,忙个不停。

I used to always be like, oh, I have to go to site within, like, an hour and book a court and workout and do all this stuff.

Speaker 2

现在我放松多了,就想着,今天不练了。

Now I definitely take it way more chill, I'm like, oh, I'm not gonna hit today.

Speaker 2

今天就是赶路的日子。

Like, it's a travel day.

Speaker 2

我不用赶时间,感觉这样好多了。

I don't need to rush, and I feel like it's so much better.

Speaker 2

而且这样也能避免因为太累或者时差没缓过来,明明状态不好还硬撑着出去锻炼,其实根本没多大意义。

That way also, like, possibly injuring yourself because you're, like, tired or jet lagged and you're not really whatever and you're you're just out there because you're just you mentally think you have to do it, it really doesn't make much of a difference Yeah.

Speaker 2

说到底,就是这样。

When it comes down to it.

Speaker 2

我现在真的更倾向于过一种慢节奏的日子。

So I have definitely moved into, like, a much slower day.

Speaker 2

早点办理入住听起来太棒了。

Early check-in sounds amazing.

Speaker 2

就像珍妮说的,慢慢逛逛周围,不用一直赶时间。

Like Jenny said, exploring the spots around you, not feeling as you have to rush the whole time.

Speaker 2

得夸一下西棕榈滩机场,从那儿起飞特别方便,安检十分钟就能搞定。

I would say shout out to the West Palm Beach Airport because flying out of there particularly, you could literally go through It's so security in ten minutes.

Speaker 2

到那儿简直太顺了。

You can get there it's amazing.

Speaker 2

你到了之后,真的挺轻松的。

You get there with yeah.

Speaker 2

你提前四十五分钟到机场就行。

You can show up like forty five minutes before your flight.

Speaker 2

简直不可思议。

It's incredible.

Speaker 2

我只花了八分钟。

Took me eight minutes.

Speaker 3

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

几周前,我从走进机场双开门、放下行李,到登机口,才用了八分钟,我都惊了。

So A few weeks ago, yeah, from the second I literally walked in the double doors to drop my bags to getting to my gate, I was like, wait, I'm here in eight minutes.

Speaker 3

现在我提前两小时到登机口,因为我喜欢早点到。

Now I have two hours to sit at the gate because I like to arrive early.

Speaker 2

哦,对了,这个我可以加到我们下一部分的快速旅行贴士里。

Oh, see that's another I'll add that into our next section which is a rapid fire travel section.

Speaker 2

实际上,我们待会儿要讲的是地点推荐,这个就不多说了。

Actually, we're gonna do about location spots so I won't get into that.

Speaker 2

那你喜欢早点到机场、晚点到,还是刚好赶上?

But do you like to get to the airport early, late, on time?

Speaker 2

我肯定喜欢拖到最后一刻。

I definitely like to push it later.

Speaker 2

我也是。

Same.

Speaker 2

我不是那种早到机场的人。

I'm not an early airport person.

Speaker 3

我和麦迪都这样。

Me and Maddie.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

理想情况是,我边走边买瓶水,刚走到登机口,他们就开始登机了。

Ideal situation, I'm walking I'm grabbing a bottle of water and walking to the gate as they're starting to Yes.

Speaker 0

该我登机了。

Board my zone.

Speaker 0

哦,天哪。

Oh, wow.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 1

我不太确定。

I don't I know.

Speaker 1

我从不那样做。

I don't do that.

Speaker 1

我得提前点,那也太赶了。

I have to That's way too close

Speaker 2

对我来说。

for me.

Speaker 2

就像,是的,我

Like yeah, I'm

Speaker 1

在机场就已经开始出汗了,压力特别大。

already sweating in the airport, like, already stressed.

Speaker 1

我得提前至少一小时到,因为我这个人总得盯着登机口看,确认它就在那儿。

Like, I need to be there at least an hour before just to I'm the person that kinda looks at the gate and you're like, it's there.

Speaker 1

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 1

现在我知道它在哪儿了。

Now I know it's there.

Speaker 1

只要飞机不走,我就放心去逛逛。

It's not leaving without me, then I'm gonna go roam around.

Speaker 3

对。

Yes.

Speaker 3

我也是这样。

I'm the same.

Speaker 2

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我觉得应该在某个地方吧。

I think somewhere yeah.

Speaker 2

你不是给我们发过消息吗?

Didn't you text us?

Speaker 2

她说找不到登机口,我们问她:你要走了?

And she's like, I can't find my gate, but I need and we're like, you're leaving?

Speaker 2

她说:没有。

And she's like, no.

Speaker 2

我只是想确认一下

But I just need to make sure

Speaker 0

登机口是不是还在那儿。

it's there.

Speaker 0

我们说:好吧。

We're like, okay.

Speaker 1

就是确保飞机没在没通知我的情况下就走了,你知道的。

Just make sure it wasn't leaving without me, you know?

Speaker 0

你得亲眼确认一下才行。

Just gotta make sure you physically see it.

Speaker 2

好的。

Alright.

Speaker 2

他会问你们所有人,但你们只能选一个。

So I'm just he's gonna ask all of you, but you have to choose one.

Speaker 2

珍妮,那东西叫什么来着?

Jenny, no what do we call it?

Speaker 2

就是二选一。

It's this or that.

Speaker 2

别拖泥带水。

No lingering.

Speaker 2

别拖泥带水。

No lingering.

Speaker 2

哦,之后可以慢慢聊,但现在就得二选一。

Oh, but you can linger after, but this or that.

Speaker 2

那我先从你开始,珍妮。

So I'll start with you, Jenny.

Speaker 2

海边度假还是城市短途游?

Beach vacation or urban getaway?

Speaker 3

城市短途游。

Urban getaway.

Speaker 2

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 2

你为什么选这个?

Because you why?

Speaker 2

你可以详细说说。

You can elaborate.

Speaker 2

现在你可以慢慢讲了。

You can linger now.

Speaker 3

哦,好的。

Oh, okay.

Speaker 3

那我详细说说。

So I can elaborate.

Speaker 3

因为我住的地方离海滩只有十分钟路程。

Because I live ten minutes away from the beach.

Speaker 1

这很有道理。

That's very valid.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那就是海滩。

That's beach.

Speaker 1

我小时候没在海边长大,但现在住到海边了,却很少去海滩。

I never grew up by the beach, but now I do live by the beach, but I don't go to the beach.

Speaker 1

就是不一样。

It's just different.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但你还是想要放个假。

But you still want a vacation.

Speaker 1

我想去海边度假。

I want a vacation at the beach.

Speaker 1

就是,我确实想。

Like, I yeah.

Speaker 1

我想要那种泳池边又靠近海滩的感觉,你知道的。

I want that poolside and the beach side, you know.

Speaker 1

这样两种都能享受到。

You get a little bit of both.

Speaker 0

我觉得我想要一次海边度假。

I think I want a beach vacation.

Speaker 0

我们经常为了比赛待在大城市里,虽然那片大海很美,但我不确定自己会不会真的去沙滩上走走,不过我肯定会在泳池边看着大海。

I feel like we're in big cities so often for the tournaments, but the nice ocean I don't know if I'm actually gonna go on to the sand, but I'll be at the pool looking at the beach.

Speaker 0

我也是。

Same.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们就想待在泳池边,手里拿着鸡尾酒,看着外面,能望见沙滩。

Like, we we wanna be at the pool with the cocktail, kinda like looking out and like you see sand

Speaker 0

还能听到海浪声。

and hear the ocean,

Speaker 1

你不用下海。

you don't Yes.

Speaker 1

就在海里?

In the ocean.

Speaker 1

听着海浪的声音。

Soundscape of the ocean.

Speaker 1

脚底下没有沙子。

No sand between your toes.

Speaker 1

就是好好放松。

You just relax.

Speaker 3

天哪。

Wow.

Speaker 3

我能改一下答案吗?

Can I change my answer?

Speaker 0

珍妮想太多了。

Jenny's overthinking it.

Speaker 0

她说自己不容易受别人影响,我觉得这话是假的。

She said she was not easily influenced and I feel like that was a lie.

Speaker 0

这就是原因。

This is why

Speaker 2

我说那什么,是因为我知道有些事终究会变。

I said this or that because I knew there is something, yeah, that was gonna be changed.

Speaker 2

不过珍妮,我同意你的看法。

I I think I'm with you though, Jenny.

Speaker 2

城市逃离。

Urban Getaway.

Speaker 2

我觉得我更喜欢那种安静的高档酒店,离市区又近,出门走几步就能干好多事。

I think I'm I'd rather be able to like especially if it's like a nice hotel where it's quiet around, but then you can easily walk into the city and do a bunch of stuff.

Speaker 2

我觉得这才是最理想的安排,因为这样什么都能兼顾到。

I always think that's the best case scenario for me because I feel like I can get a little bit of everything.

Speaker 2

我也不是特别喜欢海滩那种地方。

I'm not a huge beach person either.

Speaker 2

我只是觉得……

I'm just

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我不太确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

在佛罗里达长大的,离海太近了,早就腻了。

Growing up in Florida, yeah, I'm too close to the beach.

Speaker 2

山地探险还是热带度假?

Mountain adventure or tropical escape?

Speaker 2

现在轮到你了,珍妮。

Back to you, Jenny.

Speaker 3

我选山地冒险。

I'm gonna go with mountain adventure.

Speaker 3

因为我住在佛罗里达这种热带气候的地方,所以我想选点平时不容易体验的。

Because I live in the tropic climate in Florida, so I'm going to go with something that I don't get to experience every day.

Speaker 1

我也选山间度假,因为我们之前聊过可能要去那儿。

I'm gonna say mountain getaway as well because I think we talked about maybe doing that.

Speaker 1

住在小木屋里,看着山景,去徒步,那感觉简直太棒了。

That would be unreal just being in a cabin or, like, looking at mountains and hiking.

Speaker 1

听起来就特别舒服。

That just sounds great.

Speaker 0

山地冒险。

Mountain mountain adventure.

Speaker 0

我觉得我们一年到头差不多都待在热带地区。

I don't think I think we're pretty much in the tropics most of the year.

Speaker 0

所以我喜欢换个环境。

So I like like a change of scenery.

Speaker 0

我们平时很少有机会去那些地方玩,除了可能偶尔去印第安纳墙那边。

We don't get to really play around in, a lot of different places that have that, I guess, outside of maybe Indian walls.

Speaker 0

我一直很喜欢山,尤其是下雪的时候,特别漂亮,你可以去那儿——虽然我其实不怎么滑雪,但你可以。

But I've always loved mountains, especially if it's, like, snowy and they're so pretty and you can go well, I guess, I don't really go skiing, but you can

Speaker 1

可以看看风景。

can look at it.

Speaker 0

一边泡温泉,一边欣赏。

You can look at it while you're having Jacuzzi.

Speaker 0

喝着饮料,看着别人滑雪。

A drink, watching people ski.

Speaker 0

听起来挺有意思的。

Sounds fun.

Speaker 2

我同意。

I would agree.

Speaker 2

去山里探险。

Mountain adventure.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们得

Think we need

Speaker 1

把这事儿安排上。

to make that happen.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们身处

We're in

Speaker 2

阳光和炎热天气中已经很久了。

the sun and hot weather all the time.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们都已经受够了。

I think we're like, we're over it.

Speaker 2

我们想要的是那种山地探险的感觉。

We want the the mountain adventure.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

是想来场充实的冒险,还是彻底放松?

Action packed or total rest?

Speaker 2

丹妮,你呢?

Dani?

Speaker 3

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 3

我选充实的冒险。

I'm gonna go with action packed.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

你要说是彻底放松,我肯定觉得你在骗人。

If you said total rest, I was gonna be like, you're lying for sure.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我会选充满活动的,只要别让我来安排行程就行。

I I would I would go with action packed as long as I'm not coming up with the itinerary.

Speaker 1

我来安排。

I'll do it.

Speaker 1

别担心。

Don't worry.

Speaker 3

好的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

完美。

Perfect.

Speaker 1

我就是多拉探险家。

I'm the Dora the Explorer.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

对我来说,就是要安排得满满的。

Action packed for me.

Speaker 1

我得到处跑,找各种事情做。

I need to go, like, I will go around everywhere and find things to do.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我觉得安排得紧凑挺好,但得有一天彻底放松。

I say action packed as long as there's one day of total relaxing.

Speaker 0

我哪儿都不出酒店。

I'm not leaving the hotel.

Speaker 0

我就去SPA。

I'm going to the spa.

Speaker 0

没人跟我搭话。

No one talked to me.

Speaker 2

听起来也不错。

It sounds great too.

Speaker 2

安静。

Quiet.

Speaker 2

就一天。

One day.

Speaker 2

杰西?

Jess?

Speaker 2

我喜欢充实的行程。

I like action packed.

Speaker 2

没错。

That's yeah.

Speaker 2

我喜欢做些刺激的事情。

I like to I like doing adventurous things.

Speaker 2

比如登山探险,来个充实的假期。

So like a mountain adventure action packed vacation.

Speaker 1

像滑索那种?

Like zip lining?

Speaker 2

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 2

这可太对我的胃口了

So that's right up right up my alley.

Speaker 2

珍妮也打算玩高空滑索

Jenny's in for zip lining.

Speaker 2

是的

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我以前玩过

I've I've done it before.

Speaker 2

特别有意思

It's so much fun.

Speaker 2

好的

Alright.

Speaker 2

是住豪华露营还是精品酒店?

Glamping or boutique hotel stay?

Speaker 3

露营车体验。

Glamping.

Speaker 3

露营车体验。

Glamping.

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我其实一直想试试露营,但露营车听起来舒服多了。

I've actually always wanted to to go camping, but glamping sounds way better.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我会选露营车。

I would do glamping.

Speaker 1

我确实露营过,但露营车明显更棒。

I've definitely done camping, but glamping just sounds much better.

Speaker 0

精品酒店。

Boutique hotel.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我本来想说,根本没可能。

I was gonna say no chance.

Speaker 2

那肯定得选精品酒店。

That is for sure in the boutique hotel.
