this is a man who actually did that there's one thing that he doesn't like really have in life, which is fear.

Speaker 0

你以为我不敢爬高是吧?

You think of me like, I don't like height.

Speaker 0

你失去了那种能让你安心创作的自由。

You lose the freedom which necessary to be, I would say, like, in peace to create.

Speaker 1

今天非常荣幸请到的是塞巴斯蒂安·福坎。

It's my pleasure to have none other than Sebastian Foucan.

Speaker 1

如果你还没真正了解这个人,那一定要去看看《皇家赌场》。

If you if you haven't, like, really, like, figured this guy out, like, you gotta go watch Casino Royale.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

开场六分钟的那段戏,那些动作全是真人实拍的。

The first six minutes of the sequence, this is a man who actually did that.

Speaker 1

这个人特别有意思。

Very interesting guy.

Speaker 1

我这么兴奋,是因为他生活中有一样东西特别少——那就是恐惧。

You know, the reason why I'm so excited about him is there's one thing that he doesn't, like, really have in life, which is fear.

Speaker 1

我们生活在一个连自己影子都怕的社会里。

We are, like we are we're living in a society where we are fearing our shadow.

Speaker 1

我们害怕邻居。

We are fearing our neighbor.

Speaker 1

我们害怕周围的人群。

We are fearing, like, you know, the communities around us.

Speaker 1

他那种无畏的生活态度,对空间和生命的看法,特别有感染力,也特别引人深思。

And his philosophy about being fearless, about spaces, about life in general, is super motivating and super interesting.

Speaker 1

随着我们进入人工智能时代,对未知的恐惧正越来越深地抓住我们。

And as we enter the age of AI, this fear is gripping us even more and more of the unknown.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

所以今天特别期待能和你聊聊,塞巴斯蒂安,想好好聊聊你这个人。

So I'm I'm really excited to talk to you, Sebastian, today and try to unpack a lot of things about, like, who you are.

Speaker 1

我们不会花太多时间谈你的过去,你懂的。

So we'll spend a you know, we'll we'll not spend too much time talking about your past.

Speaker 1

可能会稍微提一提,但不会深究。

Maybe we'll touch on it and, like, you know, we'll take.

Speaker 1

整段对话就随你,怎么自然怎么来。

But we'll keep this conversation very natural, whatever you want it to be.

Speaker 1

因为你真的太有意思了。

That's because you're such a fascinating guy.

Speaker 1

我刚才已经和你聊了一个小时,现在整个人都充满能量。

I spent, like, an hour talking to you already, and I'm, like, just, like, filled with so much energy.

Speaker 1

我相信我的听众们也会有同样的感觉。

And I'm sure, like, my audience are gonna feel

Speaker 0

一样的。

the same.

Speaker 0

谢谢你邀请我。

Thank you for having me.

Speaker 0

我真的很感激。

I really appreciate that.

Speaker 1

那我们从你的童年说起吧。

So let's start from your the beginning.

Speaker 1

你知道的。

You know?

Speaker 1

你出生在巴黎郊区,对吧?

Like, you Anne, you were born in the suburbs of Paris in this.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

你基本上是在那里长大的。

And basically, like, you grew up there.

Speaker 1

你自己也说过,你上学时数学并不好。

You admit yourself that you are not grading algebra.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

你在那方面还算过得去。

You're you're an okay student in that.

Speaker 1

但你做了一件非凡的事。

But you you did something extraordinary.

Speaker 1

你在那个空间里看到了一些东西,是的。

You saw something in that space Mhmm.

Speaker 1

那塑造了你是怎样的一个人。

That defined who you were as a person.

Speaker 1

所以给我讲讲这段经历吧。

So walk me through that journey.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我从小在一个有兄弟姐妹的家庭长大,家里人很多。

So I grew up in a family with a brother and sister, so big family.

Speaker 0

你父母是哪里人?

And where are your parents from?

Speaker 0

他们来自加勒比地区,西印度群岛,具体是瓜德罗普。

From Caribbean, from West Indies, Guadeloupe, Guadeloupe is where they come from.

Speaker 0

我们小时候在法国长大,接受的是法国教育,同时也受到西印度文化的影响,那地方的教育特别严格,像海盗一样。

And then we we grew up we were in France and, we had the the education from French education but also Western India education, very tough pirates.

Speaker 0

但也很有爱,严格和关爱并存,平衡得刚刚好。

But loving and tough and same time, like equal.

Speaker 0

还能怎么说呢?

What can I say?

Speaker 0

我和兄弟姐妹之间感情特别深,我们主要靠玩耍来建立关系。

Yeah, I had a very strong bond with my with my sibling and our relationship was through play a lot.

Speaker 0

我们小时候玩得特别多。

We play we used to play a lot.

Speaker 0

我们有很多乐高,你知道吗?乐高那时候很便宜,但能激发的想象力却无穷无尽,真的。

One of the things I we had a lot is Lego, you know, Lego, because Lego was very affordable, but for the imagination, you can do so much with with it, you know, and yeah.

Speaker 1

那你是怎么开始练跑酷的?

So how did you get into parkour?

Speaker 1

不是自由奔跑那种。

Like, not freerunning.

Speaker 1

你得说清楚跑酷和自由奔跑的区别。

And you have to tell the difference between

Speaker 0

说到跑酷,我们那一代人,可能你们这一代也一样,小时候经常在外面玩。

parkour and So I we use my generation, probably your generation, we used to play outside.

Speaker 0

现在没那么多了,但那时候我们确实经常在外头疯跑。

You know, like, now it's less, but in the time we used to play outside a lot.

Speaker 0

我那时候总骑着自行车到处转。

And me, I always used to have my bike and riding my bike.

Speaker 0

我认识了后来成为朋友的戴维·贝尔,他特别喜欢攀爬和跳跃。说白了,我们有共同的朋友,也都特别想动起来。

And I met the person who become my friend, David, David Bell, who just, like, was interesting in climbing and jumping with with basically, to explain nice a bit, his friend in common, we had friend in common, and we had a common desire to do physical activity.

Speaker 0

但戴维做的那些攀爬和跳跃动作,直接受他父亲的影响。

But there is this particular things David was doing, which was like climbing and jumping, which was directly influenced by his father.

Speaker 0

所以我不多讲细节了,大家自己去搜一下就知道了。

So without getting too much in story, people can search on it.

Speaker 0

他父亲搞的是那种军事训练风格的东西。

And his father was like a kind of military training stuff.

Speaker 0

与此相关的是乔治·赫伯特的自然疗法,跟原始部落里的人如何保持体能直接相关。

And linked with that, there is something called the natural method of George Herbert, which is directly linked with people in tribes, like how they become fit.

Speaker 0

他们保持体能的方式,就是人类本来就会做的事——爬、跳、游泳这些。

And how they become fit is by doing what we do as a human being, climbing, jumping, all this stuff, swimming and stuff.

Speaker 0

大卫就在做这些事。

And David was doing that.

Speaker 0

所以我们俩做朋友的时候,经常在外面玩。

So when we were together as a friend, we were playing outside.

Speaker 1

那大卫是住在附近吗?

So David used to live in the neighborhood?

Speaker 1

或者

Or

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

他以前就住在这儿,最早那批人,咱们可以说都是从这儿起步的,大家都从这里开始的。

He used to live in this like, everyone who started, like, we can say a claim on on the at the origin of it, they all started in lease.

Speaker 1

明白。

Okay.

Speaker 0

当然。

Absolutely.

Speaker 1

那‘lease’是什么意思?

What about lease?

Speaker 1

就是,‘lease’这个词到底指什么?

Like like, what does the word lease mean?

Speaker 1

这个词挺有深意的。

It has an interesting connotation.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

后来我才明白,‘list’在古法语里其实是‘围栏’的意思,这真的挺奇怪的。

Later on, I figure out, like, list means fences in the old Francique, you know, which is really bizarre.

Speaker 0

这个小镇的名字跟围墙有关,而我们就是在这里创立的。

Like the this idea of this the name of the town is linked with the wall, and this is where we we created it.

Speaker 0

我不清楚是怎么回事,但事情就是这么发展的。

I don't know how, but this is how how everything's work.

Speaker 0

这地方不是那种纯粹的住宅区,不像典型的城镇那样。

And this is a town where it's not like pure, like, building and stuff like that.

Speaker 0

这属于郊区。

It's suburb.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,更像是中等偏下收入阶层的环境。

So it's like really like, I I would say, like, middle class kind of low lower middle class environment.

Speaker 0

有房子,有花园,到处是草地,但也有一些水泥地和围墙。

You've got, like, houses, garden, lot of grass, but also some concrete, some walls.

Speaker 0

所以这儿是自然和城市的一种很好的结合,你知道的,就是这种感觉。

So it's a good mixture between nature and city, you know, kind of stuff like that.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以你们那时候都是朋友。

And so so you were all friends there.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你们基本上是照着大卫当时的做法来做的。

And you you started, like, basically taking David's methods of what he was trying to do.

Speaker 0

他根本没什么方法。

He didn't have a method.

Speaker 0

我们才有。

We do

Speaker 1

就是纯粹在玩而已。

just, like we're just we're just playing.

Speaker 0

我们就这么玩着。

We're just playing like that.

Speaker 0

凡是当父母的都知道,不管去哪儿,哪怕像你说的在机场,孩子也总会爬啊跳啊的。

I know everyone who has a child knows that wherever you go, even like you go in airport, we were talking about airport, they're gonna climb and jump somewhere.

Speaker 0

可我们大人就总说:别闹了,下来。

And then because we're adult, we say, no, come down.

Speaker 0

我之所以这么说,是因为作为大人,我们总习惯叫他们安静点,不管什么理由。

That's that's very important when I'm saying this, is that as an adult, we say, no, calm down for whatever reason.

Speaker 0

我们就是这么说的。

That's what we say.

Speaker 0

但孩子一上来,就直接干了。

But from the instant the children, they do the thing.

Speaker 0

对,他们能从这头跳到那头。

Yeah, you jump from sea to sea.

Speaker 0

我们总给它贴个标签,说是工作、是任务,可在他们心里,完全是另一个世界。

We we label it, it's a job, it's something, but in their mind it's a totally different universe.

Speaker 0

那是一个想象中的世界。

It's an imaginary world.

Speaker 0

所以他们在玩呢。

So they're playing.

Speaker 0

今天可能是艘船,明天就变成宇宙飞船了。

Maybe one day it's a boat, but tomorrow it's a spaceship.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

You see what I mean?

Speaker 0

但对我们大人来说,那只是个椅子,我们在机场里。

But for us as an aliyah, it's a chair, we're in the airport.

Speaker 0

小心点,等等,你看,我们给自己设了界限。

Be careful, wait, because you see, we put the boundaries.

Speaker 0

这其实就概括了我这一生,还有我想教给别人的全部东西。

And that's the whole story of of my life and everything I try to teach and

Speaker 1

就是翻越围栏。

To jumping the fences.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

重点不在于翻越围栏,而在于边界在哪里。

It's not so much about jumping the fences, it's where's the boundaries?

Speaker 0

边界到底在哪里?

Where are the boundaries?

Speaker 0

就像,谁来决定这些?我们周围的一切,你看,都是被人设计、创造出来的。

Like like who decide what because everything around us, like look everything, has been thinking, designed, created by someone.

Speaker 0

当你设计一样东西时,你就说,这是张桌子,是用来放东西的。

When when and when you design it, you say, this is a table, it's made to put this on top of it.

Speaker 0

我构建了整个环境。

I created the whole surround that.

Speaker 0

但以我练跑酷的思维方式,这种稳定性靠谱吗?

But me, with my mindset of parkour, is that stable?

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

但你知道,现在我可以站上去然后跳过去。

But you know, now I can stand up on it and jump.

Speaker 0

你看,但有些人说,不行,这不行。

See, but some person, no, it's not.

Speaker 0

因为你穿着鞋,根本没法跳上去。

Because with your shoes, you cannot jump on.

Speaker 0

你看,这就是人们的生活方式。

See, that's how people live.

Speaker 0

但归根结底,这只是一个物件。

But ultimately, this is just an object.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

但我既然造了它,我就有权决定它的用途。

But I decide because I made it, what is it for?

Speaker 0

这其实反映出很多社会的问题。

And that's that's tells a lot about the society.

Speaker 0

这个概念其实可以深挖下去,比如,长凳真的是长凳吗?

It can go very deep with this concept of, like, is the bench a bench?

Speaker 0

你看吧?

Like, see?

Speaker 0

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 0

路灯就真的是路灯吗?

Is a lamppost truly a lamppost?

Speaker 1

你怎么看这个问题?

How do you see that?

Speaker 1

你是把长凳当成长凳、路灯当成路灯,还是觉得它其实是别的东西?

Like, do you see like a bench as a bench and a lamppost as a lamppost or you see like something I

Speaker 0

我看到的只是一个有功能的物件。

I see a functional object.

Speaker 1

有功能的

A functional

Speaker 0

一个功能性物品。

object.

Speaker 0

它的特性决定了它是什么东西。

And based on the characteristic it has, it it it made what it is.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

比如,如果它稳固结实,那我就可以用自己的力量和身体去依靠它。

So for example, like if it's stable, like I say, if it's strong and stable, that's mean I can I can apply my my strength and my body into it?

Speaker 0

在公共场合,因为有社会规范,我不会随便去用它,毕竟它不是我的私人物品,而是大家共用的。

If we're in a a social place, because there is a social construct, I will not choosing it now for this part because it may affect other people and it's not my property, it's it's something I shared with other people.

Speaker 0

你看,这正是我在学院里一直在做的。

See, that's it's like there is a lot of that's what I do in my academy.

Speaker 0

这其实是一种教育。

It's kind of like education.

Speaker 0

我会告诉他们:有界限,但这些界限是可以灵活调整的。

Tell them, like, there is boundaries, but the boundaries can be bend.

Speaker 0

这简直就像一个矩阵,带着个扰流板一样。

It's almost like a matrix, you know, with the spoiler.

Speaker 0

你可以弯曲规则,但本质上还是一回事。

It's like you can bend the rules, but it's exactly the same thing.

Speaker 0

整个社会都是这样,规则其实是可以灵活变通的。

And the whole society is like this, you can literally bend the rules.

Speaker 0

但如果你施加的限制太多,把你管得太死,你就出不了这个笼子。

But sometime when you're too much condition, if I condition you too much, you cannot go outside the cage.

Speaker 0

对有创造力的人来说,这特别难,因为你已经被层层束缚了这么多年。

And for a creative person, it's incredibly hard because you've been for years and years and years and years conditioned so much.

Speaker 0

所以,要想挣脱束缚,甚至只是换个角度看问题,都太不容易了。

So in order for you to escape or even to see a different perspective, it's too hard.

Speaker 0

正因如此,我才说那些艺术家,或者能跳出框架看问题的人,

It's only through, like so that's why I say artists or people who who start to to see things or or things differently outside of the box.

Speaker 0

他们是真正的先锋,是真正能推动社会前进的人。

They're the purse they're the people, the pioneer, who can literally make the society move forward.

Speaker 1

非常好。

Very good.

Speaker 1

你说过,李小龙、漫画这些人都对你的人生产生了深远影响,具体是怎么回事呢?

So how do you you know, you said, like, Bruce Lee, Manga, and all these guys had, like, a profound impact in your life.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

你早年是怎么成长起来的?

How you how you were formed in the early days.

Speaker 1

要成为今天的你,我猜你的思维一定经历过很多塑造和影响。

So for you to be who you are, I'm sure, like, you know, there was a lot of conditioning of your mind.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你的人生中有没有哪些关键事件或人物,让你深受启发,甚至改变了你的思维方式?

Are there all these events in your life, sequences in your life, like people that you aspire to that actually created Because it's an extraordinary way of thinking, right?

Speaker 1

我们都困在世界给我们画的框里,很难挣脱。

We're all so bound with our own boxes that the world has put around us.

Speaker 1

比如说,女人就得这样,男人就得那样,孩子得怎么做,老师得怎么干,这个角色该怎样,那个角色又该怎样。

Like, you know, a woman has to do this, a man has to do this, a kid has to do this, a teacher has to do this, a role of this, a role of that.

Speaker 1

但那些特别成功的人,全都打破了这些规矩。

And the most extraordinarily successful people break all of those rules.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们发现就是这样。

That's what we found.

Speaker 1

他们看待世界的好奇心,跟一般人完全不一样。

Like, you know, the curiosity they possess about how they see the world is very different.

Speaker 1

那你是得刻意训练才能这样,还是天生就这么想的?

So is it, like did you have to train this, or did it come naturally to you?

Speaker 1

所以,你能说说,这中间到底是怎么结合的吗?

Or like, so tell me, like, what was the combination here?

Speaker 1

因为这特别有意思。

Because it's very interesting.

Speaker 0

我们没法深入谈,因为要让我达到现在的看法,得有很多因素凑在一起才行。

We we can't go deep because for me, there is a lot of, a lot of factor has to come in place to get to for for my perspective to get to where I Yeah.

Speaker 1

咱们聊聊塞巴斯蒂安吧。

Let's talk about Sebastian.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

首先,核心理念始终是秩序与混乱。

Because first of all, the big idea is always order and chaos.

Speaker 0

一直都是这样。

It's like always like this.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

所以我特别喜欢阴阳这个符号,因为我觉得社会总想弄明白它是怎么运作的。

That's why I love the symbol of yin yang because I think for the society, they want to understand how it works.

Speaker 0

没那么简单,因为要达到精通的境界,关键在于找到中间点。

It's not that easy because the to to reach the mastery level is the middle ground.

Speaker 0

就像这样,事情总是在变动,可我们该怎么找到平衡呢?

It's like how because it's always in motion, but how do we find the balance?

Speaker 0

所以你要去协调所有的一切,它始终在动,但不是乱动。

Therefore you you you orchestrate everything in any it's always in motion, but it's moving.

Speaker 0

这有点像武术。

This is a bit martial art.

Speaker 0

但回到我身上,我觉得这其实关乎恐惧和想象力。

But go back to to me, I will say it's about fear and imagination.

Speaker 0

有两件事。

There is two things.

Speaker 0

小时候我不够自信,特别害怕,还恐高。

Because when I was kid, I was not confident and I have a lot of fear, I've got vertigo.

Speaker 0

比如怕高、怕黑,就是那种小孩子一进黑屋子就发怵的感觉。

So so like fear of heights, the fear of dark, like a dark place, you know, when your child is like feel a dark place.

Speaker 0

但你还有想象力。

But also you've got imagination.

Speaker 0

那就是我的超能力。

That was my superpower.

Speaker 0

不过想象力是双刃剑。

But imagination works both ways.

Speaker 0

它能让你想到最糟糕、最可怕的事,也能让你创造出最棒的东西。

You can create it the most negative things, the most scariest things, but you can also create the most, like, amazing stuff.

Speaker 0

这就是人类独有的超能力——想象力。

And that's the superpower we've got as a human species, imagination.

Speaker 0

说到漫画、动画、绘画,这些都深深吸引了我。

And we talk about manga, all the all the anime, all the drawing, that's capture my imagination.

Speaker 0

你看,说到你儿子,他对飞机特别着迷,我不是说具体哪个品牌。

You see, we talk about your your your your son, you see, is fascinating by by airplane, you know, like, I don't I don't name the brand.

Speaker 0

没错。

No.

Speaker 1

我明白这个道理。

It's like I know that.

Speaker 1

没关系。

It's okay.

Speaker 1

你

You

Speaker 0

知道吗?

know?

Speaker 0

那这样也没事?

Well, that's Okay?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但很明显,这些东西曾经深深吸引了他的兴趣。

But, obviously they capture his imagination at some point.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以事情才会变成这样。

That's why it's like this.

Speaker 0

对你来说,我不太明白为什么,但就是能抓住人的心。

Like for you, I don't know why, but it's like they capture.

Speaker 0

想象力真的非常非常强大。

Imagination is very, very powerful.

Speaker 0

它像一股强大的能量,但可能朝不同的方向发展。

But it's like a powerful energy, though it can go to one way to the others.

Speaker 0

在我小时候,我的想象力总是带我往害怕的、负面的方向去。

And for me, for early stage of my life, my imagination brings me more into the the scary bit, negative bit.

Speaker 0

所以我变得内向,也很害羞。

That's why I shrunk and I was shy.

Speaker 0

但像李小龙这样的电影,却激发了我的想象力,让我相信自己也能成为英雄。

But movies like Bruce Lee capture my imagination and makes me believe you can be a superhero.

Speaker 0

你看,那些电影让你觉得,你也可以成为那样的人。

You see, like, all the movies, like, you can be this person.

Speaker 0

所以啊,就算你内向,把自己关在小世界里,我其实一直是个爱做梦的人。

So, like, even, like, you're shy and you're in your bubble, when you're because I was I'm still a dreamer.

Speaker 0

作为爱做梦的人,你看着这些画面,就会想:天啊,要是我能做到这些、做到那样,别人会怎么看我呢?

As a dreamer, you look at this and you see yourself, oh my god, imagine if I can do this and I can do that, how people will perceive me.

Speaker 0

这种想象一直拉着我,所以上学时成绩并不好。

And see that imagination goes and that's why in school, was not that good.

Speaker 0

不是因为我脑子笨,而是因为课程没法激起我的兴趣,我的心早就飞到别处去了。

Not because of mental capacity, it's because they didn't capture my imagination and my brain was so far away.

Speaker 0

现在我明白了。

Now I know it.

Speaker 0

长大以后我才意识到:天啊,我现在能学的东西太多了。

Now as an adult, I say, oh my god, I I can learn so much now.

Speaker 0

以前我还以为自己数学不好呢。

Even like, I thought I was not good in math.

Speaker 0

其实不是。

No.

Speaker 0

因为他们没让我看到数学有趣在哪里,也没让我明白它能为我的现实生活带来什么。

It's because they didn't capture my imagination and drive me to the what is interesting about math and how what it can brings to me in the real world.

Speaker 0

离我太远了。

It was too far away.

Speaker 1

对你来说太抽象了。

Too abstract for you.

Speaker 1

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

而且题目也太不合逻辑了。

And too illogical problem.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

其实我需要的只是有人告诉我,别光说要守纪律,得学这个,而是把道理讲明白。

And all I needed is because, you know, when you bring someone and say, okay, it's about discipline, you need to learn this.

Speaker 0

孩子可不是这样学习的。

This is not how a child's working.

Speaker 0

你得抓住他们的想象力,用故事来引导。

You need to capture imagination and storytelling.

Speaker 0

跟他们讲,比如有个叫哥白尼的人。

Tell them, you know, like there is a guy called Copernicus.

Speaker 0

他做了这些事,还有类似的故事,然后有一艘宇宙飞船就这么飞着。

He did this and stuff like that in this this story of this, and then there is a there is a starship was going like this.

Speaker 0

孩子们真的会感兴趣吗?

The kids really?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

其实我们完全可以这么做,因为你做这个计算,就会出现这样的结果,还能做这个、那个、另一个。

And you know we can do this in a real because if you do this calculation, this will happen, and you can do this and this and this.

Speaker 0

然后孩子们自然就会认真听了。

And then the kids gonna listen.

Speaker 0

现在重点不再是计算,而是你描绘出的画面。

It's not no more about the calculation, it's about the picture you draw.

Speaker 0

你画出一幅图,相信我,孩子们自然会找到其中的联系。

You draw a picture, and trust me, the kids will find the the Connection.

Speaker 0

那种通往目标的联系。

The connection to get there.

Speaker 0

这正是我教孩子们时努力传达的东西。

That's that's what I try to teach with the the the kids.

Speaker 0

一切都始于热情。

It's like it's like everything start from passion.

Speaker 0

有了热情,才会坚持;有了坚持,才会出成果。

From the passion come consistency, and with consistency come results.

Speaker 0

不是靠纪律,而是靠热情。

It's not about discipline, it's the passion.

Speaker 0

所以,我刚才在谈恐惧的问题。

So yeah, I was talking about fear.

Speaker 0

所以恐惧对每个人来说都是如影随形的,你得学会跟它相处,学会应对它,因为你可能会觉得自己无所畏惧。

So fear always for all of us is always around and you need to to to learn to deal with it, to learn to deal with it, because you started to say like, I'm I'm fearless.

Speaker 0

我看起来可能无所畏惧,那是因为我理解恐惧,但我心里其实也有害怕的时候。

I can be perceived as fearless because I understand fear, but I do have fear.

Speaker 1

你看,你确实有恐惧。

You do have fear.

Speaker 1

对吧?

See?

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

其实

It's

Speaker 0

就像有些人,怎么说呢,比较粗心大意。

like because there is people who are who are, I will say, careless.

Speaker 0

所以呢,有那种粗心大意的,我甚至可以说胆小的,他们什么都不怕;然后中间还有一类人,就是那些无所畏惧的人。

So there is a careless, I will say gutless, people have got no thing, and there is something in between, I will this is the fearless people.

Speaker 0

我教的是,我们怎么才能变得无所畏惧?

And what I teach is how do we become fearless?

Speaker 0

怎么去做一些别人看不懂的事,别人会说:天哪,这人疯了吧。

How do we do something that's for people who don't understand what you're doing, it's like, oh my god, this guy is crazy.

Speaker 0

有些人觉得他疯了,也有人会说他真勇敢。

Some people is crazy, some people will say this guy is brave.

Speaker 0

你看看他的表现。

You see his attributes.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

See?

Speaker 0

这人真是傻,居然敢站在那么高的地方。

This guy is an idiot because he's, like, he's on top of this thing.

Speaker 0

他像猴子一样在上面蹦跶。

He's like jumping like a monkey.

Speaker 0

他迟早会摔死的。

He's gonna die.

Speaker 0

但要是我带你进入我的世界,跟我一起理解他到底在做什么,你就会发现其中有一套清晰的逻辑。

But now if I bring you into my world if I bring you into my world and I explain it, there is a logical pattern of what he's doing.

Speaker 0

我不仅能从旁观者的角度说‘你是个胆小鬼’,还能把每一件事都讲得明明白白。

I can explain absolutely everything from a not just like from this pedestal and say, you're you're a coward.

Speaker 0

我不是勇敢,我是懂怎么面对它。

I'm a brave.

Speaker 0

我能站在悬崖边,装作一点不害怕,然后把你拉进我的思维里,让你突然明白:哦,原来如此。

I can explain to you how I can stand up next to this ledge, pretending I've got no fear, plug you in my in my head, and you see, oh, wow.

Speaker 0

你看到的信息和我看到的一模一样。

It's got the same information as me.

Speaker 0

但你处理这些信息的方式不一样。

But the way you process it is different.

Speaker 1

你对恐惧的反应方式不同。

You process fear differently.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以这仅仅是一些信息,一组数据

So it's just information, a dataset

Speaker 0

对你来说是这样。

for you.

Speaker 0

因为正如我所说,一旦你明白自己是那个骑手,我们就在灵性与情感的时代里始终如此。

Because as I say, once you understand you're the rider that that way we literally always in the age of spirituality and feelings of.

Speaker 0

不过,我还是用我的比喻试着解释了一下。

But anyway, I I tried to explain with my analogy.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

你就是那个骑手。

You are you are the rider.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

骑手是你,而你的身体是那匹马。

The cavalier, and your body is is the horse.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

就像一辆车一样。

It's like the vehicle.

Speaker 0

我真的很相信这一点。

I really believe that.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

有时候你会觉得,说不上来为什么。

You you feel it when sometimes say, I don't know.

Speaker 0

我明明想跳,可身体就是不动。

I wanna jump, but my body just stopped.

Speaker 0

你感觉你自己还在那儿,所以你本质上就像是乐队的指挥。

I feel like I'm I'm still so you are normally the the chief of orchestra.

Speaker 0

你心想该做点什么,可身体就是不听使唤。

You say, want to do that, and your body just don't do it.

Speaker 0

所以这里存在一种分离。

So there is a a separation here.

Speaker 0

那么所有的想法,我们该怎么把这两者连接起来呢?

So all the ideas, how do we connect how do we connect both?

Speaker 0

大脑和身体。

The mind and the body.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

而这种训练正是从这里开始的。

And this is where this training start.

Speaker 0

因为你的大脑和身体并不笨。

Because your brain your body is not stupid.

Speaker 0

它要是没行动,那是因为它在提醒你:小心点。

If it doesn't do it, it's because it said, careful.

Speaker 0

要当心。

Be careful.

展开剩余字幕(还有 480 条)
Speaker 0

所以你需要去引导。

So you need to teach.

Speaker 1

但是什么在发出这个信号呢?

But what is telling that?

Speaker 1

难道不是你的大脑在提醒你要小心吗?

Is is it not your mind telling that be careful?

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

大脑和意识到底是什么区别?

What's the mind and what's the conscious?

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

It's like you you see?

Speaker 0

你懂我讲的这个意思吗?

It's like you see what I mean?

Speaker 0

很多东西用语言很难准确定义,但确实有个过程,让大脑重新和身体连起来。

So a lot I can be lost with words, with defining exactly what it is, but there is a process mind, the thing is reconnected with my body.

Speaker 0

但背后还有别的东西,对我来说,那就是超意识。

But there is another things behind, which is, for me, is Super consciousness.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

对我来说,就像某种神圣的存在。

For me, it's like divine Whatever.

Speaker 0

随便怎么说吧。

Whatever.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

就像天使那样的东西。

It's like something Like the angels.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

You see what I mean?

Speaker 0

就是,当你说到我,我知道,那种感觉,怎么说呢,算了

Like, when you say me like me, know, like, where is the is but, anyway

Speaker 1

对

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们通过身体来提醒自己:要当心。

The process, we work with the body to say, be careful.

Speaker 0

不管是什么,从生理上来说,他们都能找出来。

Whatever it is, physiologically, they can find it.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

但还有人说,我想获得自由。

But there is another person say that I want to be free.

Speaker 0

而自由就是我想做什么就做什么。

And freedom is I want to do whatever.

Speaker 0

那我们该怎么把这两者联系起来呢?

So how do we connect both?

Speaker 0

你怎么看我演《007:皇家赌场》里的那段动作?

How do, like, you see me doing, like, the sequence in Casino Royale.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

我想跟他做的一模一样。

Say, I want to do the same as him.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

我怎么才能像他那样,做完之后感觉那么自在?

How can I be as free as he's feel when he's doing this?

Speaker 0

我可以给你演示一下。

I can show you that.

Speaker 0

我可以解释清楚。

I can explain.

Speaker 0

这需要下功夫。

It it requires work.

Speaker 0

当然,我们说的不是表演本身,而是你如何与自己的身体建立连接,融入你自身的特质。

Of of you obviously, we're not talking about the the performance, I'm talking you connecting with your body, within with you within your characteristic.

Speaker 0

很多人其实根本没和自己的身体连上。

And a lot of people, they're not connected.

Speaker 0

我每天在学院里都能看到这种情况,这我再清楚不过了。

I I can I on a daily basis, this is what I'm doing in my academy, I can see it?

Speaker 0

这种连接要从小孩开始培养。

And it start at early age with the kids.

Speaker 0

就像我说的,有三样东西会阻碍你成为真正的自己:环境、你身边的人,还有你自己。

And it start from conditioning from like I said, there is three things to stop you to become who you're supposed to be, It's the environment, your circle, and yourself.

Speaker 0

这需要你每天坚持去打磨。

And this is a work you have to do on a daily basis.

Speaker 0

你能想象吗?光是环境的影响就有多大。

Could you imagine just the environment?

Speaker 0

比如我放个东西在那里,然后说:别碰这个。

Like, if I put something and say, okay, don't do this.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

你坐在这里时,姿势得这样,因为这椅子要求你保持这样的坐姿,等等。

When you sit here, you need to be like that because this is a chair when you need to be like this and stuff.

Speaker 0

但从文化上讲,在我加勒比地区的家人和社交圈里,坐着时不能跷二郎腿,因为那样会……

But now culturally speaking, my circle, in my family in The Caribbean, when you sit, you cannot cross your legs because it's

Speaker 1

我要拿这个。

it's I'm gonna take this.

Speaker 1

不是。

No.

Speaker 1

不是。

No.

Speaker 1

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

这说法不对。

It's it's not true.

Speaker 0

这不对。

It's not true.

Speaker 1

我只是想让你明白,

But just to give you

Speaker 0

举个例子,你得先停下来,然后才能看到这一点。

an idea, like, you've got to stop you, then you've got this.

Speaker 0

然后我会说,我对自己的评价很低,这个问题真的很深层,需要慢慢去处理。

And then I say, I've got a lower esteem of myself, and that's really deep to to to work into it.

Speaker 0

你看,我们总是有这三样东西,都非常根深蒂固。

So you see, we've got always three, like, very deep.

Speaker 0

它们深深塑造了你,所以你得一个个解开这些结。

That that shape you so much, so you have to undo, like, knots.

Speaker 0

得解开,再解开,再解开,一直解开。

You have to undo, undo, undo, undo.

Speaker 0

一旦你开始把这些东西慢慢解开,你就会发现自己越来越接近真实的自己,那个本该成为的你。

And once you start to undo all this stuff, now you start to find you're getting closer to who you are supposed to be and who you're yeah.

Speaker 0

那个本来该成为的人。

Who is supposed to be.

Speaker 0

这会直接影响你身边的人。

And that will affect the people around you directly.

Speaker 1

所以,比如你的父母,是的。

So, like, your your parents Mhmm.

Speaker 1

当你开始挑战这些时,这不仅仅是挑战你自己,还包括你的整个社群。

Like, when you when you started, like, challenging like, you know, this is a lot of challenging of, like, your not only yourself, but, like, your community.

Speaker 0

挑战我的父母。

Challenge my parents.

Speaker 0

哦,确实如此。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

你难道不这么做吗?

Don't you don't you do that?

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

你没这么做过?

You didn't do that?

Speaker 0

是啊。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

你其实试过一点点,但爸,你很少去挑战。

You, like, you did try a little bit, but, dad, you don't challenge much.

Speaker 0

答案总是不行。

It goes No.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

相信我。

Trust me.

Speaker 0

他怎么样就怎么样吧。

He goes as he goes.

Speaker 0

就这样了。

Like, this is it.

Speaker 0

真的就到此为止了。

This is it.

Speaker 0

他说不能把脚放这儿,你就别放。

If he say don't put your feet here, you don't put your feet.

Speaker 0

你得换个方式。

You go different.

Speaker 0

你是怎么把脚放那儿的?

How did you, like, put your feet there

Speaker 1

然后还跳上去?

and then jump?

Speaker 1

你非得那么做不可。

Like, you had to do that.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

你当时可是最受欢迎的。

Like, you you you were like a favorite.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

你没在我面前做过。

Didn't do it in front of me.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

你当时,是在外面。

You were, like Outside.

Speaker 0

在外面。

Outside.

Speaker 0

和我的朋友们在外面。

Outside with my friends.

Speaker 0

白天。

Day.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

这简直有点好笑,因为我总觉得,就像超级英雄一样。

It's almost funny because I say, like, it's almost like superhero.

Speaker 0

你知道的,比如彼得·帕克或者超人。

You know, like, Peter Parker or Superman.

Speaker 0

但他们都在屋里,好吧。

But they were in the house, like, okay.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但只要你一出门,嘿,就全变了。

But as soon as you're out, yoo hoo.

Speaker 0

所以,没错,这就是关键所在。

So, yeah, that's that's that's the thing.

Speaker 0

这确实就是这样。

That's definitely like this.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

所以你在家里就像一只胆小的老鼠。

So so you're a mousey mouse in the house.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但一出门,你就是街上最勇敢的人。

But you're the bravest guy on the in the on the street.

Speaker 0

我可不勇敢。

I was not brave.

Speaker 0

你才是一点都不怕。

You're fearless.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

你根本谈不上无所畏惧。

You're not even fearless.

Speaker 0

无所畏惧?

Fearless.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

根本不是。

No.

Speaker 0

如果我要讲我的经历,那更像是一段英雄之旅。

Because if I explain my journey, it's more like a hero journey.

Speaker 0

我那时候特别内向,经常哭,根本不像那种敢闯敢拼的孩子。

I was like shy, crying a lot, not like not daring kids.

Speaker 0

在我眼里,所有人都很好,只有我自己不行。

For me, everyone, in my perception, everyone was good except myself.

Speaker 0

那根本就不是这么回事。

That that's that was really that the No.

Speaker 0

我和我哥哥相处得不太舒服。

I felt off with my brother.

Speaker 0

就是这么回事。

This is it.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,哦,对啊。

I was like, oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

但他早就说过这话了。

But he's told that.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我当时哭了。

And I was crying.

Speaker 0

他说:‘你怎么老是哭啊。’

He said, oh, you keep crying.

Speaker 0

你老是哭。

You keep crying.

Speaker 0

但在这一路上,我遇到了我的导师。

But along the journey, I had my mentor.

Speaker 0

你看,你可以有不同的导师。

You see, and you can have different mentor.

Speaker 0

你可以有面对面的真人导师,也可以像我说的那样,借助想象力的力量。

You can have a real one face to face, but you can have and as I say, the imagination, the power of imagination.

Speaker 0

我能列出好多电影,它们就像梯子一样,帮我一步步走到今天,比如《功夫熊猫》之类的。

I can name so many movie I use as they they in my in my like a ladder, help me to get to the point where I am, like like, you can have, like, karate kids and stuff like that.

Speaker 0

但你知道吗?有时候看一部电影,会突然有个瞬间让你深深被吸引,因为故事在跟你对话,触动了你。

But, you know, sometimes you watch a movie and then there is this moment where just like, you get drawn into it because there is this moment, the storytelling is resonating, is talking to you.

Speaker 0

像《勇敢的心》里那句‘你的心是自由的,要有勇气追随它’,这种话真的能打动我。

Like you got Braveheart also when you say your heart is free, have the courage to follow it, you know.

Speaker 0

我虽然看完了整部电影,但就是那个瞬间,直接说到了我心里。

It's like for me, I watched the entire movie, but this talk to this moment, just talk to me.

Speaker 0

《狮子王》里有一句‘你忘了你是谁了,你得记起来’,这话就是在对我说。

Lion King, when he say you have forgotten you, you have forgotten who you are, you have to it's talking to me.

Speaker 0

人们总说,你得有这个。

People say, oh, you need it.

Speaker 0

不用。

No.

Speaker 0

这纯粹是跟我对话。

This is it's just talk to me.

Speaker 0

才不是呢。

Nah.

Speaker 0

我把这些话当成了自己的指引。

I took the message for me.

Speaker 0

所以啊。

So yeah.

Speaker 0

我从一个内向的人,一点一点通过运动、跟别人竞争,慢慢摸清了自己的水平,后来认识了朋友大卫,我们俩一起开创了一种小众文化,走上了自己的路。

So I I went from like being shy to built up bit by bit, doing sport, compete with other people, start to understand where is your level, then meet my friend David, and now we start to create a subculture, we went to the side of it.

Speaker 0

我们享受的并不是成为最强的那个,你懂《死亡诗社》吗?

So we were enjoying not by being the the strongest, You know the dead poet society?

Speaker 1

对。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

死亡诗社。

Dead poet

Speaker 0

就是那种感觉。

society.

Speaker 0

完全就是这样。

That was exactly like that.

Speaker 0

我们那时候就是成绩差,别人都说,是啊,他们就是差生。

We were more like we had our like, you're bad at school, so everyone say, yeah, they're the bad one.

Speaker 0

但外面,我们自己造了个小天地,有自己的规矩。

But outside, we have a we we created our own bubble where we had our we created our own rules.

Speaker 0

我们创造了属于自己的冒险。

We created adventure.

Speaker 0

我们就像印第安纳·琼斯那样,天哪。

We're like Indiana Jones and stuff like, oh my god.

Speaker 0

你能做到吗?

Could you do this?

Speaker 0

不过以前我给你看的那些东西,先生,根本算不上什么了不起的。

But back in the day, the stuff I show you, sir, that was nothing impressive.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

因为你已经是大人了。

Because you're not a child, you're an adult.

Speaker 0

但那时候我们还是孩子,那些事在我们眼里可太厉害了。

But as a child, that was impressive for us.

Speaker 0

不需要真的有危险,我们只需要想象力就够了。

Doesn't need to have a danger, a real danger, all you needed all we needed is imagination.

Speaker 0

我们就是这么做的。

And that's what we did.

Speaker 0

所以我们一直这么做,天啊,再来一次,太棒了。

That's why we keep on doing it because we're, oh my god, let's go, we do it again, oh my god.

Speaker 0

就是,别人都在看着呢。

Like, people are just looking.

Speaker 0

哦,他们绕着树转圈,脚都没沾地。

Oh, they're turning around the tree without touching the floor.

Speaker 0

他们根本不知道该干嘛?

They don't even people just what to do?

Speaker 0

对我们来说,那可太刺激了。

For us, it was, like, exciting.

Speaker 0

你明白吧?

You see?

Speaker 0

所以就是这样。

So yeah.

Speaker 0

这就是幕后的情况。

So that's the backstage.

Speaker 0

我们当时就是这么想的。

That was the the mindset we had.

Speaker 1

那你平时怎么看待空间呢?

So how do you how do you think about spaces in general?

Speaker 1

比如说,当你搬家的时候,脑子里就得算一算。

Like, you know, like, when you when you're you're move Yeah.

Speaker 1

搬家的时候,确实得好好算计一下。

Moving, right, there is a sense of calculation that needs to happen.

Speaker 1

就像你说的,这简直就是个精确的数学问题。

Like, you said, like like, it's a math problem, to be very precise.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

我能走多远?

Like, you know, how far can I go?

Speaker 1

得怎么做才能让自己达到那个极限?

What do I need to do to push myself there?

Speaker 1

其实脑子里那些 gymnastics,说白了就是个数学问题,可能还带点物理,我敢肯定。

Like, you know, all of that gymnastics that go in your head, right, is really a math problem and a little bit of physics problem, I'm sure.

Speaker 1

是的。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

那你平时是怎么看待空间的?

So how how do you think about spaces?

Speaker 1

你正在做的这件事真的很有趣。

That's a fascinating thing that you that you're trying to do.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你看,数学里头有个问题摆在那儿。

You see, for for math, you've got a problem.

Speaker 0

明白吧?

Okay?

Speaker 0

你得想办法去解决这个问题。

And you you try to solve this problem.

Speaker 0

你得去理解,就像那样。

You try to understand, like yeah.

Speaker 0

身体力行有它的美感,但有时候换条路走,也能到达同样的地方。

The beauty with physicality but sometimes you can reach the same point by doing a different different road.

Speaker 0

当你亲身实践时,会遇到各种挑战和问题,这些只能靠经验和实际操作来解决。

When you do physicality, you you have challenges, call problem, challenges, which you solve through experience and doing.

Speaker 0

如果我现在让你直接做我们以前做的事,会很难,因为你错过了好几季和那么多集,明白吧。

If if I bring you right now to do what we used to do, it's difficult because there is a it's like you miss a four season and so many episodes, you see.

Speaker 0

但我当初开始的时候,我的成长过程就是这样一步步来的。

But I started when I like, the progression for me was like that.

Speaker 0

我真正理解的那些东西,早就深深刻在我的骨子里了。

So the stuff I understand in me is like is in my DNA is being done for so long.

Speaker 0

就像我说的,我们拆掉了别人建起来的那堵墙。

As I say, I was we we shut down the wall people created.

Speaker 0

比如,从某个高度跳下来,摔断腿这种事,我以前也觉得不可能。

Like, even, like, the idea of jumping from, like, a certain height and dropping, I'm gonna break my legs.

Speaker 0

但我们知道,我清楚自己能从多高的地方跳下去而不受伤。

But we know we I know which height I can jump, which was a really?

Speaker 0

因为我从小就开始做了。

Because I've done it since I was little.

Speaker 0

所以我就一直慢慢成长,不断积累,直到有一天开始真正上手。

So I just grow, grow, grow, grow, and then I start

Speaker 1

两者都得记熟。

memorization of both.

Speaker 0

身体自己知道。

The body knows.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我知道冲击力有多大。

I know the impact.

Speaker 0

冲击力。

Impact.

Speaker 0

我们可以聊很多,我能说一大堆东西。

We can talk so much like I can talk about stuff.

Speaker 0

我相信医生、科学家或心理学家能用他们的术语来解释清楚。

I'm sure like a doctor, scientist, psychologist can can describe with their word.

Speaker 0

但我能用自己的方式讲明白——比如在受到冲击前,你是怎么放松的,然后就在那一瞬间突然收紧。

But me, I can explain with my word and with my like, how could you contract before the impact, like being relaxed and then right before you just go like this.

Speaker 0

在功夫里,就是这么做的。

In kung fu, do it.

Speaker 0

不过在实际练习中,我们就是这样做的。

But I like in practice, we did it.

Speaker 0

因为我们是通过练习掌握的,身体纤维的收缩自然就形成了一道防护。

But because we learn it through through practice, the contraction of of the fiber in your body just create a shield.

Speaker 0

所以当你翻滚时,如果姿势对了、角度对了,这里面的计算量可不小。

So when you roll and you need to if you have the right position, the right see, it's a lot of calculation.

Speaker 0

要是有个懂数学的人跟我一起练,那可太有意思了,他肯定得算半天,问我一堆问题。

It would be fascinating for someone with math come with me because he will have to calculate some how do he would ask me so many thing.

Speaker 0

比如你做下落动作时的角度。

Like, the angle when you do a drop.

Speaker 0

你知道,你不能这么直接往下摔。

You know, you you can't drop like this.

Speaker 0

我知道得让身体有个倾斜的角度。

You know, I know I have to ink like, do an inclination of my body.

Speaker 0

天哪,真是这样。

So, like, oh my god.

Speaker 0

我们不能做得太过分。

We can't go so far.

Speaker 0

这个我倒是可以解释清楚。

Like, it's like it's like I can explain that.

Speaker 0

你得调整身体的角度,当被带动时,就得接受自己会倒下去的事实。

It's like you have to angle your body so when you're led, you you accept the fact you're gonna fall.

Speaker 0

别人要是这么跳下来,早就怕得要命,担心自己会受伤。

Instead of someone when he's jumping like that, he's already in the fear of I'm gonna hurt myself.

Speaker 0

如果你调整好角度,坦然接受,你会发现地面也在配合,这时候再用正确的翻滚技巧,就能真正形成一个能量分散的通道。

So he's landing like this and everything goes in his back and and his but if you go an angle and you accept, you see the plane also is doing the same, so you accept the angle, and then you do the correct technique to the roll, you literally create a tunnel, a tunnel of the dispersion for the energy to to spread.

Speaker 0

这一点我从身体上就能让你感受到,我自己心里特别清楚。

And this physically, I can make you feel it, I understand it, It's it's super clear in my head.

Speaker 0

而且这个高度会不一样。

So and it changed different height.

Speaker 0

这个高度是这个角度,这个高度是另一个角度,这边。

This height, this is the angle, this height, this is the angle, this side.

Speaker 0

然后就会觉得,哎,这下难了,我敢肯定用数学能算出来,因为速度一增加,情况就变了。

And then it's like, oh, now it's hard because and I'm sure with math, they can say, yeah, because the velocity, whatever increase.

Speaker 0

所以这招就不灵了,因为骨头什么的承受不了。

So this technique doesn't work anymore because the bone whatever.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

You see what I mean?

Speaker 0

你懂的。

You know?

Speaker 1

不过话说回来。

Well, anyway.

Speaker 1

那你做了这些之后,就当了消防员?

So you did all of this and then you became a firefighter?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

我不太清楚。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

是什么让你选择了这条路?

What what drew you to that?

Speaker 1

是恐惧。

Fear.

Speaker 0

因为有一个时刻,我意识到,要想进步,就必须直面自己的恐惧。

Because there is a there is a moment where I knew in order for me to progress, I have to face my fear.

Speaker 0

就像《星球大战》里,卢克·天行者在尤达大师面前,问洞里有什么。

It's like in Star Wars when he's in Master Yoda, Luke Skywalker, and he say, what's in the cave?

Speaker 0

然后大师就跟他讲黑暗面之类的东西。

And he talk about the dark side and stuff.

Speaker 0

我说,你必须去面对它。

I say, you have to go there.

Speaker 0

对我来说,当消防员是最让我害怕的事。

For me, firefighter was the scariest stuff for me.

Speaker 0

天哪,真是吓人。

It's oh my god.

Speaker 0

我觉得自己可能会死在这一行,因为他们要冲进火场。

I'm gonna die in this job because they're going through fire.

Speaker 0

到处都是危险,简直没完没了。

Everything is about danger and stuff.

Speaker 0

但因为我受过训练,心里就想着:这就是你该去的地方。

So in my my mindset, because I was trained, it's like, this is where you need to go.

Speaker 0

所以我去了,后来我才明白,我真正想学的是如何救人,理解什么是英雄。

So that's why I did and I saw the beauty is I wanted to learn to save people and to to understand what it is to be a hero.

Speaker 0

那时候我还年轻,但正是这份信念,塑造了我如今的道路。

So this is this is what I was young, but this is what drive my my path at this moment.

Speaker 0

我说我想当消防员。

I said I want to be a firefighter.

Speaker 1

那你干了多久?

Then how long did you do that?

Speaker 0

平均三年。

Three years on average.

Speaker 0

三年。

Three years.

Speaker 0

之后我就

And then after I

Speaker 1

那之后发生了什么?

Then what happened after that?

Speaker 0

快结束的时候,我胳膊断了,伤得很重。

Before the end, I broke my arm, a very serious injury.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

说说看吧。

Tell me about it.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

因为。

Because

Speaker 1

我一直都觉得,这真是个有意思的故事。

that that's I've always believed that's a story.

Speaker 0

天哪。

It's like, oh my god.

Speaker 0

我这个人特别信命,觉得世上没有一件事是偶然发生的。

Because I'm so I'm so spiritual, I believe in nothing is pure accident accident.

Speaker 0

每件事都有它的意义。

Everything has a a purpose.

Speaker 1

你知道吗?

You know what?

Speaker 1

这挺有意思的,因为到目前为止,我节目上请过很多非常有智慧的人,比如一些诺贝尔奖得主之类的。

It's very interesting because I had, like, a lot of people on my show so far, very intellectual, like some like, Nobel laureates and others.

Speaker 1

我见过不少诺贝尔奖得主,特别敬畏神明。

I I I've seen Nobel laureates be, like, very, very, very, like, God fearing.

Speaker 0

是的。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

但也见过一些科学家是无神论者,真的。

And then I've seen, like, some scientists who are atheists Yeah.

Speaker 1

还有一些教育工作者,我以为他们既然在传播智慧,应该很敬畏神明,结果他们根本不在乎神。

And some educators who I thought, like, would be, like, really, like, God fearing because they're, like, in the in the craft of, like, providing enlightenment to people, they're, like they don't even, like, care about God.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你明白了吧?

You see?

Speaker 0

但你还是看出来了,对吧?

But, again, you see?

Speaker 1

你知道的,每个人都不一样。

You know, everyone has a different

Speaker 0

但这一切是有秩序的。

but it's order.

Speaker 0

本来就是秩序与混乱并存。

Already it's order and chaos.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 0

有些人敬畏神明,也有些人完全不在乎神明。

There is people who are in there is people who are fearing God and older who don't care of God.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我觉得这两种态度都不对。

And I will say both of them in my is not right.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

你得尊重上帝。

You need to respect God.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

而且得找个中间地带。

And you need to like, it has to be something in between.

Speaker 0

你不该害怕上帝,毕竟祂创造了你。

And you shouldn't fear God because the things created you Yeah.

Speaker 0

祂是希望你过得好的。

Want the good things for you.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吧?

You see what I mean?

Speaker 0

所以呢,这不是恐惧的问题。

So it's like, it's not the fear.

Speaker 0

我做这件事不是因为害怕它。

I'm doing this because I'm fear of it.

Speaker 0

不是的。

No.

Speaker 0

我做是因为我喜欢。

I'm doing it because I love it.

Speaker 0

我说的恐惧和爱,是我在跟你谈的战争那个层面的事。

It's it's that's the fear and love is I talk I talk to you about I talk to you about the war.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

如果你不懂恐惧,它就会把你逼疯。

Fears drive you if if you don't understand fear, it can drive you crazy.

Speaker 0

它甚至能左右国家,影响一切。

It can drive, like, countries, everything.

Speaker 0

但如果你懂得爱与慈悲,学会合作,那走的就是另一条路。

But if you understand love and compassion and work together, it's a different it's a different path.

Speaker 0

所以我们常听到有人说:我相信上帝。

So we see people say, oh, I believe in God.

Speaker 0

这很好。

Great.

Speaker 0

但你是害怕上帝,还是爱上帝?

But do you fear God or do you love God?

Speaker 0

你明白吧?

You see?

Speaker 0

我们再回到刚才说的那件事上,

So go back to us about

Speaker 1

关于那次受伤。

The injury.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

受伤的事。

The injury.

Speaker 0

我当过消防员,但后来我开始质疑自己,因为我的内心更关注选择、恐惧、风险和决定。

I've been firefighter, but then I I start to question myself because my heart is about choice, fear, risk, decision.

Speaker 0

我非得继续当消防员不可吗?

And there is like, do I have to stay as a firefighter?

Speaker 0

在巴黎,消防员是属于军队的。

Which in Paris is military.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我确实喜欢这份工作中的身体层面,也有很好的同事关系,这点很不错。

So there is a physical aspect which I love, and you've got a friendship, good friends, so it's good.

Speaker 0

但与此同时,它还有军事那一套,这跟艺术家的身份格格不入。

But at the same time, there is a military aspect and this doesn't work with an artist.

Speaker 0

你明白吧?

See?

Speaker 0

所以我当时其实并不清楚。

So I didn't know.

Speaker 0

我觉得我摔断胳膊那次事故,恰恰是让我下定决心的关键,因为那时候我根本做不了选择。

And I do believe the accident I had when I broke my arm was the the decision maker because I couldn't make a choice.

Speaker 0

所以有时候我会说——

So that's why sometime I say

Speaker 1

那到底是怎么发生的,怎么

How did it Like, how

Speaker 0

我的胳膊是怎么断的?

did it break my arm?

Speaker 1

为什么偏偏是那次改变了这一切?

Why why did that change?

Speaker 1

那个时刻让你想到了什么?

What what did that moment give you to think about?

Speaker 1

首先,那个事故真的纯属意外。

So first of all, like, I've been the accident is I was it's a freak accident.

Speaker 0

我当时被卡在车站的卡车和一个大靠垫之间。

I was stuck between the truck truck of the in the station and and the pillow, big pillow.

Speaker 0

结果我的胳膊就这么直接断了。

So so it's you literally break break my arm.

Speaker 0

我不知道你能不能看到这里。

I don't know if you can see the four here.

Speaker 0

嗯,明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

看这里吗?

See here?

Speaker 0

有多少个?好吧。

How many is Okay.

Speaker 0

哦,挺多的。

Oh, quite a few.

Speaker 0

所以我之前也遇到过类似的情况,有个金属杆。

So I I had a very similar I had the the metal bar.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我的血。

My blood.

Speaker 0

所以回答你刚才的问题,它对我造成了什么影响?

So to answer to your question, what did it do to me?

Speaker 0

首先,医生说,你算幸运了。

First of all, like the doctor say, you've been lucky.

Speaker 0

先说幸运吧,因为没伤到关节。

Start with luck because he didn't touch the articular the the joint.

Speaker 0

如果他伤到了关节,修复起来会极其困难。

So if he break the joint, it's incredibly hard to reconstruct.

Speaker 0

所以说,算是万幸了。

It's like, okay.

Speaker 0

他没碰到动脉,也没伤到任何肌腱。

He didn't touch the artery and none of the tendon for this.

Speaker 0

所以他当时说,还好啊。

So he said, oh, good.

Speaker 0

他还跟我说,你看,他是在这儿碰到我的。

And he said to me, like, if it was you see, he caught me here.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

要是再往这儿一点,那就完了。

If it was here, bye bye.

Speaker 0

那情况就完全不一样了。

I'm another it's another story.

Speaker 0

所以一开始还挺顺利的。

So start good.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

但后来大家都觉得这小子在体育、军营里肯定能大放异彩,各种预测啊,什么都有。

But also, it arrived at the point where everyone think this guy is gonna be like so good in sport, in military environment, it's gonna be this and this and this and this, like projection.

Speaker 0

任何事都可能随时发生。

Anything can happen anytime.

Speaker 0

这让我明白,每天早上醒来,家里摆着这东西,看着那块金属,我就问自己:这到底是什么?

That's what taught me when I wake up and I my home like this and I see this piece of metal, so what is that?

Speaker 0

就是它了。

It's like, this is it.

Speaker 0

你不是超人。

You're not a superhero.

Speaker 0

因为你开始顺着别人为你搭好的浪头去冲了。

Because you start to surf into a wave people built.

Speaker 0

你很棒。

You're good.

Speaker 0

你太出色了。

You're brilliant.

Speaker 0

天啊,你真了不起。

Oh, you're amazing.

Speaker 0

你很棒。

You're good.

Speaker 0

你真了不起。

You're amazing.

Speaker 0

你太出色了。

You're brilliant.

Speaker 0

你开始相信这些评价了,因为别人总在夸你。

You're You're you start to believe it because they they pat you in the back.

Speaker 0

所以,听好了。

So, hey.

Speaker 0

然后,说到脆弱性的时候。

Then and then after say, vulnerability.

Speaker 0

所以你问我,这能带来什么?

So you ask me what does it brings?

Speaker 0

脆弱性和生活的真相。

Vulnerability and reality of life.

Speaker 0

任何事都可能突然就停了。

Anything can stop like that.

Speaker 0

所以你得做出选择,而且现在就得做。

That's why you have to make your choice and you have to do it right now.

Speaker 0

你是真的想这么做,还是根本不知道自己该做什么?

Don't if is that what you wanna do or you don't know what you do?

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

这就是我想做的事。

This is what I wanna do.

Speaker 0

我留下。

I stay.

Speaker 1

所以那段时间让你有时间好好想想?

So that time gave you the time to think?

Speaker 0

很多呢。

Oh, a lot.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

还有康复治疗,到底怎么样?

How many Also, the rehab.

Speaker 1

康复治疗。

The rehab.

Speaker 0

康复治疗怎么样?

How the rehab?

Speaker 1

康复治疗持续了多久?

How how long was the rehab?

Speaker 1

一年。

A year.

Speaker 0

我给忘了。

I forgot.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

我回来得很快。

I came back quick.

Speaker 1

你确实回来得很快。

You came back quick.

Speaker 0

几个月。

Months.

Speaker 0

但已经够了,因为我在一个军事化环境中,那里专门收治严重烧伤的病人,比如面部全毁的那种。

But enough because I was in a military based environment and where I was, it was specialized for people who burn, like, high burn, like people like no face and stuff.

Speaker 0

所以我在做康复的时候,发现每个人的情况都比我严重得多。

So when I was doing my rehab, I see everyone had something, like, far worse than me.

Speaker 0

就连我,都觉得不可思议。

So even for me, it's like, my god.

Speaker 0

你经历的那些,真是让人难以置信。

That's a like, it's crazy what you had.

Speaker 0

但我见过更多和我们类似的人,多得多。

But I saw people like us way more, way more.

Speaker 0

你让我有了新的视角,这也是我这段经历的一部分。

So you just bring new perspective, and that was part of my journey.

Speaker 0

我需要亲眼看看。

I needed to see.

Speaker 1

所以你是需要这份希望吗?

So you needed the joy?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我和朋友一起慢慢重建自己,就像打造一根坚韧的钢丝。

Because with my with my friend, we start to build up, like, we start to build ourself like strong wire.

Speaker 0

你知道吧,就像我常说的,那种‘死气沉沉的社会’。

You know, like I say, like dead boy society.

Speaker 0

但那时候我们在一起,不是谁想来就能来的。

But when we were together, like, we were like, not everyone can come.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

但跑酷不一样,谁都能来。

Parkour, everyone can turn up.

Speaker 0

以前可不只是因为你人好,就能加入的。

Back in the day, it's not because just you're friendly, you're coming.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

你得付出血汗和泪水才行。

You need to like, you need to blood, tears, and sweat.

Speaker 0

你做不到这点,就不适合这里。

You don't do that, it's not for you.

Speaker 0

明白了。

Okay.

Speaker 0

行吧。

Fine.

Speaker 0

再见。

Bye.

Speaker 0

你不算我们圈子里的人。

You're not part of the club.

Speaker 0

你得跟我们在一起。

You need to be with us.

Speaker 0

你得跟我们信一样的东西。

You need to believe the same thing we believe.

Speaker 0

天啊,你们真是疯了。

Oh, guys, you're crazy.

Speaker 0

你们现在想的都是这些那些。

You're thinking about this and this.

Speaker 0

再见。

Bye.

Speaker 0

下一个。

Next.

Speaker 0

事情本来就是这样的。

This is the way it was.

Speaker 0

那时候我在课堂上。

So I was like in in my class.

Speaker 0

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 0

就算我胳膊断了,你是不是也差点晕过去?

Even when I broke my arm, there was, oh, did you, like, faintest of that?

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

因为接线突然来了。

Because the switching wires came in.

Speaker 0

我就一直抱着胳膊。

I just hold my arm.

Speaker 0

我只是往前找了个同学。

I just went to see the guy in front.

Speaker 0

他们说:你得赶紧打电话,你看,我的骨头都露出来了。

They say, you need to call because look, and you see my bone here.

Speaker 0

大家一听,天哪。

So guys go, oh my god.

Speaker 0

马上就有人打电话了。

They start to call.

Speaker 0

但这就是我们从小被灌输的观念,就像看漫画一样,完全夸张得离谱。

But because this is this is the way the way we've been trained, like crazy if you ever see manga, it's insane.

Speaker 0

这太荒谬了,毕竟那只是卡通而已。

It's like, it's ridiculous because, of course, it's cartoon.

Speaker 0

但我们当时真就陷在这种思维里,背个大背包,里面塞满书。

But we were, like, really in this mindset, like big backpack with lot of books in it.

Speaker 0

如果你问,他身体上到底在做什么?

If you ask, like, what does he do physiologically?

Speaker 0

做多少组?

How many reps?

Speaker 0

我们完全没概念。

We have no clue.

Speaker 0

对我们来说,就得光脚走路。

Well, for us, we need to walk barefoot.

Speaker 0

好了,各位,冬天来了。

Okay, guys, we meet winter.

Speaker 0

咱们得去那边的树林里集合,光脚,不穿T恤,就为了让人看看,这人到底是谁。

We need to meet in the forest over there, all barefoot, no t shirt, like, just to show people just like, who is this guy?

Speaker 0

他疯了。

He's crazy.

Speaker 0

我们聚在中间,个子都矮,我笑得不行,但事情就是这么发生的。

We met all in the middle and then, like, short and I'm laughing, but this this this is the way it was.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 1

真逗。

Funny.

Speaker 1

挺有意思的。

It's interesting.

Speaker 1

那你后来是从那儿转去做跑酷,还是刚开始练跑酷的?

So so you moved from there to come back to parkour or start parkour?

Speaker 0

我打算好了。

I'm gonna okay.

Speaker 0

行。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我给你简单说一下重点。

Let let me give you, like, the the fast track.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

消防员。

Firefighter.

Speaker 0

消防员退休后,通常会去负责建筑的消防安全工作。

When when people firefighter retire, they go to fire safety in a building.

Speaker 0

我不太确定该怎么称呼这个岗位。

I don't know how you call it.

Speaker 0

你见过那种人吧,就在大楼里到处检查消防设施,盯得可严了。

You know, you see a lot of people who look at the you see, like, all the all the everything for fire, they're inside the building and they look at look at it.

Speaker 0

所以他们退休后就干这个。

So that's where they retired.

Speaker 0

我结束的时候,那个职位叫I J H,抱歉刚才说错了,不过也没关系。

So when I finished, I was it's called I j h, sorry for those who said, but anyway.

Speaker 0

我当时就在那儿。

So I was there.

Speaker 0

又一次,那种孤单的时刻,你得绕着走一圈,手里还拿着个检查棒,边走边检查。

Again, moment of loneliness where you have to do the round and you know you have a pointer when you're toot toot, you walk around.

Speaker 0

于是我去了巴黎的加尼叶歌剧院。

So I went in Opera, Opera Garnier in Paris.

Speaker 0

美极了,满眼都是艺术气息,画布、建筑、舞者,简直太棒了。

Beautiful, artistic, canvas everywhere, structure, dancer, fantastic.

所以我说起《狮子王》就是这个原因。

But that's why I told you about Lion King.

Speaker 0

记住你是谁。

Remember who you are.

Speaker 0

我一边做着这些,一边觉得特别无聊。

So I was doing this and I found bored.

Speaker 0

我心里想:天哪。

I was like, my god.

Speaker 0

这是一份不错的工作。

This is a good job.

Speaker 0

我能拿到薪水。

I get paid.

Speaker 0

行吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

没问题。

Fine.

Speaker 0

我能画点东西吗?

I can I draw stuff?

Speaker 0

这可不是真正的你。

This is not who you are.

Speaker 0

后来我换了方向,因为大卫被邀请去德国参加一场活动,是那些表演者们的演出。

And then after this, I changed because one of David was called to do an event in Germany, Royale, the performers, performers.

Speaker 0

他们去德国演出,需要我帮忙,因为我擅长组织和规划,而且也需要有人能动手做实际的事情。

And they went into Germany to to perform and they needed me because I'm quite good in organizing and thinking stuff and they need someone also can do the physical thing.

Speaker 0

于是他们联系了我,我也就这样踏入了表演行业。

So they contacted me, and that's where I started to enter into the performing world.

Speaker 0

你看,我父母一直告诉我,得找份安稳的工作。

See, from I I went from my parents who teach me to told me, you need to find a safe job.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

得有好文凭,找份安稳的工作。

You need to have a good diploma, find a safe job.

Speaker 0

生活就该是这样子的。

And this is this is this is how it's supposed to be.

Speaker 0

得找份稳定又安全的工作。

You need to have a good job safe.

Speaker 0

所以我一直在找这样的工作。

So I tried to find a safe job.

Speaker 0

比如消防员,或者安全员,但心里总有些别的想法。

So firefighter maybe, like, safety agent maybe, but still something in mind in inside.

Speaker 0

每个人心里都有一声音。

We all have a voice inside.

Speaker 0

所以我才在自己的学院里教课。

That's why that's why I teach in my academy.

Speaker 0

我总是关注内心的那个声音。

I always look at the voice inside.

Speaker 0

如果你对自己产生怀疑,我一定会第一个跳出来对你说:等等,别急,先稳住,你心里其实有答案。

If you ever doubt of yourself, I would be the first one to jump in and say, okay, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, have something.

Speaker 0

我得把这颗种子种下去。

I have to plant the seed.

Speaker 0

对我来说,这就是我的使命。

For me, it's it's my mission.

Speaker 0

我必须种下这颗种子,让你真正明白这一点。

I have to plant the seed to make sure you understand that.

Speaker 0

对我来说,就是这样。

So for me, it's like this.

Speaker 0

演出结束后,我注意到那些雇用我们的人眼神里有了不一样的东西。

And then after performing, and then I saw to the eyes of people who hired us something different.

Speaker 0

我当时就想,天啊,我们真的做成了点什么。

I said, my god, we've got something.

Speaker 0

从那时起,我才真正开始相信,开始相信自己。

Thus, I started to believe, started to believe.

Speaker 0

后来我接了耐克的广告,那对我来说,简直就是转折点。

Then I did Nike, and Nike advert was the for me, that was the launching pad for me.

Speaker 1

你在耐克做了什么?

What did you do in Nike?

Speaker 1

你是说,你当时是

Like, you were

Speaker 0

我拍了那个广告,跟我朋友一起。

I did the advert like my friend.

Speaker 0

我们当时拍了三个不同的广告,但我有自己的那一版。

It was we had it was spitting three three different advert, but I had my own advert.
