Uber is buying a four and a half percent stake in food delivery group, Delivery Hero from Process for the equivalent of about $318,000,000 Process is divesting the stake as an EU antitrust remedy.

此次剥离是欧盟监管机构批准Process去年以48亿美元收购竞争对手Just Eat Takeaway的条件，因为反垄断机构认为该交易可能损害食品配送领域的竞争。

The divestment was a condition for EU authorities to approve Process's $4,800,000,000 acquisition last year of rival Just Eat Takeaway, as antitrust authorities said the deal could have hampered food delivery competition.

The price of €20 a share represents a roughly 22% premium to Delivery Hero's average share price for the last month.
