It's my it's my honor.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 2

同时也祝贺你创造了历史。

And also congratulations on making history.

Speaker 2

比如,有什么好消息吗?

Like, what's good?

Speaker 0

天啊。

Oh my god.

Speaker 0

我很高兴。

I'm very glad.

Speaker 0

我非常开心也很感动。

I'm very happy and touched.

Speaker 0

你知道,很多人用各种方式表达爱与支持。

You know, a lot of people, you know, showing love and support to 100 ways.

Speaker 0

而且,我已经迫不及待想发布更多歌曲了。

And, yes, I I I can't wait to drop more and more songs.

Speaker 0

我现在已经有超过10首歌准备就绪。

I have 10 over 10 songs ready now at the moment.

Speaker 2

那我们开始吧。

So let's dive in.

Speaker 2

对于不了解的人,王嘉尔是第一位进入电台前40名的中国独立艺人。

For anybody who doesn't know, Jackson Wang is the first you were the first Chinese solo artist to break top 40 radio.

Speaker 0

我感到非常幸运。

I'm very blessed.

Speaker 0

这一切都要归功于我的支持者、粉丝和团队,是身边所有人共同成就了这一切。

It's all because my supporters and and fans and my my crew, everybody around me made this happen.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

因为这不仅仅是你个人的胜利。

Because it is not just the triumph for you.

Speaker 2

这是中国文化和音乐的胜利。

It's a triumph for Chinese culture and for music.

Speaker 2

真的,千真万确。

Really, truly.

Speaker 2

我觉得这非常非常酷。

I think it's very, very cool.

Speaker 2

而我

And I'm

Speaker 0

再次感到无比幸运。

very blessed again.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

非常、非常感激。

Very, very thankful.

Speaker 0

非常感激。

Very thankful.

Speaker 2

《100种方式》与之前《Mirrors》中的唱片有什么不同?

What is the difference between a 100 ways and the records that have come before in mirrors?

Speaker 2

对你来说,是否存在明显的差异?

Like, is there a distinct difference to you?

Speaker 0

对我来说,我一直怀有两个核心愿景。

To me, it's I've been always having this vision for two points I think.

Speaker 0

首先,我真的很想呈现更多大家意想不到的内容。

First of all, I really wanted to present more stuff that nobody expect from me.

Speaker 0

其次,我热爱每一种文化,喜欢了解不同的文化,也喜欢分享我们中国的文化,这就是为什么我决定以中国古代罗密欧与朱丽叶的主题来呈现这张作品。

Like that and then also second thing is, I love every culture, I love learning about all different cultures and also love sharing my own, our own culture to everybody like the Chinese culture and then that's why I decided to present this body of work in an ancient Chinese Romeo and Juliet theme.

Speaker 3

《罗密欧与朱丽叶》,这意味着你就是莎士比亚,因为是你在创作它。

Romeo and Juliet, that means that you are Shakespeare since you're writing it.

Speaker 3

不,丹。

No, Dan.

Speaker 3

丹。

Dan.

Speaker 3

我想念丹。

I miss Dan.

Speaker 3

我只是说说而已。

I'm just saying.

Speaker 3

我只是说说而已。

I'm just saying.

Speaker 0

每次你说话的时候,我都爱你。

Every time when you talk, I love you.

Speaker 3

我不知道这是好事还是坏事,但我接受了。

I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I'll take it.

Speaker 0

自从上次,还记得吗?

Since last time, remember?

Speaker 0

我们上次采访时谈的那个话题是什么来着?

What was this thing that we were talking about last time in the interview back then?

Speaker 0

是什么来着?

What was it?

Speaker 0

是什么来着?

What was it?

Speaker 3

哦,

Oh,

Speaker 1

我想是青春吧,说的是实体专辑对吧?

Youth I think Your it was the physical albums, right?

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

你说了声对。

You said yeah.

Speaker 3

该死的,丹。

Damn it, Dan.

Speaker 3

嗯,是的。

Well Yeah.

Speaker 3

看来这对你挺管用的。

It seemed to work out for you.

Speaker 3

所以你是对的。

So you were right.

Speaker 3

在那个情况下是我错了。

I was wrong in that situation.

Speaker 0

说吧,谢尔盖。

Go ahead, Sergei.

Speaker 0

我爱你。

I love you.

Speaker 1

我从没见过丹以前承认过自己错了。

I love Dan's ever admitted to being wrong before.

Speaker 1

这可是件大事。

This is a big deal.

Speaker 0

史上头一遭。

First time in history.

Speaker 3

看看这个。

Look at that.

Speaker 3

我们都在创造历史。

We're both making history.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 2

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

历史意义重大,而另一件事纯粹是个人层面且相当重要的。

Historically matters, and the other is just purely personal and fairly significant.

Speaker 2

但我觉得你甚至无法将你的历史与杰克逊的历史相提并论,因为说真的,这确实是一种开创先河的行为。

But I think you can't even compare your history to Jackson's history truly because, I mean, really, it is a paving of the way of sorts.

Speaker 2

那么,你对于音乐未来这样的举动有什么期望呢?

And and hopefully, like, what is your hope for a move like that for the future of music?

Speaker 2

是给其他中国音乐人希望吗?不,

Is it to give other musicians from China hope that they can No,

Speaker 0

这甚至与给予希望无关。

it's not even about giving hope.

Speaker 0

就像我很开心。

It's just like I'm happy.

Speaker 0

我只是真心想向大家展示甚至分享我们自己的文化。

I just really wanted to present or even share our own culture to everybody.

Speaker 0

是的,这只是为了我的同胞,你知道,这就是中国文化。

Yeah, it's just for my people, you know, oh, is the Chinese culture.

Speaker 0

如果你不了解,也许,对,这就是了。

If you don't know, maybe, yeah, here it is.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

所以你还有另外10首歌

So the other 10 songs that you have.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

《100种方式》是否奠定了这些歌曲的基调和感觉?

Does a 100 ways kinda set the tone for what those songs are gonna sound like and feel like?

Speaker 0

我想说,我不想把期望值设得太高,因为在另一个采访中我已经这么做了,现在我后悔了。

I would say it's I don't wanna put like, I don't wanna set this expectation too high because and at at the other interview, I already did, and I regret it.

Speaker 0

所以我想告诉大家这是与众不同的东西,你知道,它既新颖又有趣,值得一看一听。

So I want to just tell people that it's something different, you know, it's something different and it's something interesting to watch and also to listen to.

Speaker 0

这绝对是丹会喜欢的东西,我敢肯定。

It's definitely something that Dan would like, I'm sure.

Speaker 3

这个得由我来评判。

I'll be the judge of that one.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 2

我是说,《100种方式》是一张唱片。

I mean, 100 ways is a fantastic record.

Speaker 2

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 0

你们喜欢吗?

You did you guys enjoy it?

Speaker 2

我...我喜欢。

I I did.

Speaker 2

我是说,我知道你在意Dan的看法。

I I mean I mean, I know Dan's the ears you care about.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我们现在就问问Dan。

Let's ask Dan right now.

Speaker 3

不行。

No.

Speaker 3

我确实很喜欢它。

I really did like it.

Speaker 3

我喜欢这首歌,而且我觉得音乐视频很疯狂。

I like the song and I think the music video is crazy.

Speaker 3

我觉得它们搭配得天衣无缝。

I think they went together perfectly.

Speaker 3

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

谢谢你,丹。

Thank you, Dan.

Speaker 3

我很感激。

I appreciate that.

Speaker 3

你喜欢那个很酷的编舞。

You like the choreography was cool.

Speaker 3

你把那个女孩从死亡中带回来了。

You brought that girl back from the dead.

Speaker 3

服装造型非常到位。

The costumes were on point.

Speaker 0

你们让我简要概括一下这个故事,长话短说。

Did you guys under let me just go over the the story, like long story short quickly.

Speaker 0

故事是这样的:我深爱这个女孩,我们相爱了,但现实中我们无法在一起。

So it's like I really love this girl and we fell in love but then we couldn't be together in reality.

Speaker 0

然后我成为了一名战士,在来世,我和我的战士伙伴们一起找到了她。

And then so it's like I'm this warrior and then so at the afterlife, me and my crew, all warriors, we went and found her.

Speaker 0

我找到她后对她说:'嘿,让我们永远在一起吧'。

And then I found her and I told her that, hey, let's be together forever.

Speaker 0

我知道有点老套,但这就是故事。

I know it's a little corny, but it's the story.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

这首歌怎么会,怎么会有这样的故事?

How does that, like, how does that story come from the song?

Speaker 2

就是说,是谁想出这种关联并构建出来的?

Like, who who is it you who comes up with that connection and builds that?

Speaker 2

我是说,很明显这首歌在讲述一个故事,而你正试图通过视觉将其生动呈现。

I mean, obviously, the song is telling one story and you're trying to bring it to life visually.

Speaker 2

这里是

Here is

Speaker 0

最初,这完全是另一回事。

the At first, it was something totally different.

Speaker 0

我和导演Daniel Cloud、Kinjas团队一起讨论后决定,我们要创作一个与音乐本身形成对比的作品。

I so Daniel Cloud, director and the Kinjas and myself, we came together and then we just we talked we talked about, oh, let's create something that it's a contrast to the music itself.

Speaker 0

让我们在视觉上创造一些出乎人们意料、甚至更加疯狂的东西。

Let's create something visually that people wouldn't expect and or or or something like even more crazy.

Speaker 0

我们不要设定标准,也不要透露太多。

Let's just let's not set a standard or let's not give it away.

Speaker 0

于是我们最终决定以这种方式呈现。

So so so then we we decided to to present it this way.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

扎克·桑肖。

Zach Sangshaw.

Speaker 2

哟。

Yo.

Speaker 2

我想快速聊聊学校的事,但可能会产生短信和数据费用。

Speaker 1

Zach Sangshou。

Zach Sangshou.

Speaker 1

是谁想到要拉Kinjas入伙的?

Whose idea was it to get Kinjas involved?

Speaker 0

哦,是Kinjas和Daniel,Daniel Cloud,我们都是好朋友。

Oh, so Kinjos and Daniel, Daniel Cloud, we're all like close friends.

Speaker 0

所以我真心觉得,和熟悉的人一起合作会更有默契。和信任的朋友共同创作杰作会让人更自在,虽然不一定是更容易,但确实更舒适。

So then I just really wanted to to to do we I felt like, you know, doing something together with with people that we're comfortable with is more it will be better and it's yeah, it's I wouldn't say it's easier but it's more comfortable to create like a masterpiece together with some with some like very close friends.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

你认识他们。

You know them.

Speaker 2

在他们面前你会感到脆弱却又安全。

You feel vulnerable and safe with them.

Speaker 2

就像你可以失败或提出个愚蠢的主意,懂吗?

Like you can fail or pitch a stupid idea, you know?

Speaker 0

有时候正因为我们关系亲密,所以一切都很直截了当。

And sometimes it's it's because we're close, we just everything is very straightforward.

Speaker 0

这样感觉更自在。

It's like it's more comfortable.

Speaker 0

因为关系亲密时...如果和某人不够亲近,你们之间就像隔着一堵墙。有时候你想传达信息,却会绕来绕去花更长时间。

And because we're close sometime because if you're not close to somebody, you attempt to be like, you will have like a wall, like literally a wall in between and you know, sometimes you want to deliver a message but you tend to, you know, go all the way, like you spend longer time to deliver it.

Speaker 2

是啊,因为你担心会对他们造成什么影响。

Yeah, because you're nervous about what you can do to them.

Speaker 0

你说什么?

I'm sorry?

Speaker 2

对,你会拐弯抹角,因为你担心他们会有怎样的看法,对吧?

Yeah, you beat around the bush because you're nervous on how they're gonna perceive it, right?

Speaker 2

比如

Like

Speaker 0

是的,你不想让他们误解,你知道,制造一些冲突。

Yes, you don't want them to misunderstand you know, create some conflict.

Speaker 0

但我们关系如此亲密,我们是很好的朋友,所以我们可以非常直截了当。

But then we're just so close that we're very good friends that if we just were very straightforward.

Speaker 0

而且,有时候如果我做了蠢事,他们就会直接说,哟,那太蠢了。

And, and sometimes if I did it like if I, I'm if I did like a stupid move, they'll just be like, yo, that's stupid.

Speaker 0

我们再来一次吧。

Let's do it again.

Speaker 0

就是,非常直截了当。

Like, just very straightforward.

Speaker 0

听着,Jackson,这太糟糕了。

Look, Jackson, that's whack.

Speaker 0

Jackson,不不不,这样不行。

Like Jackson, no, no, no, it's bad.

Speaker 0

Jackson,不,这个那个,非常直截了当。

Jackson, no, this and that, like very straightforward.

Speaker 0

所以效率更高而且非常有成效。

So it's more efficient and very productive.

Speaker 2

但这需要时间积累,需要大量学习和成长,周围要有合适的人,排除不合适的人,这不是一蹴而就的,对吧?

But it takes a while to get there, Like it takes a lot of learning and growing and you know having the right people around you and some of the wrong people like that that doesn't just happen overnight, right?

Speaker 2

要达到那种与人相处的创作默契?

To get to that creative comfortability with people?

Speaker 0

是的,但对我们来说其实没花那么长时间,因为我们有很多共同点。

Yes, But for us, it didn't really take that long because we have a lot in common.

Speaker 0

然后我们就向彼此敞开心扉了,明白吗?

And then we just opened ourselves to each other, you know?

Speaker 3

我知道你说过不想过度吹捧其他歌曲,但能透露些什么?

I know you said you don't wanna hype up the other songs too much but what can you tell us?

Speaker 3

比如风格、语言、主题是什么?

Like what's the style, the language, what's like the theme?

Speaker 0

我的第二张专辑,当然全部是英文的,虽然我不确定该不该说,但会更偏向流行风格。

My second album, well of course all in English and I don't know if I could say it but it's it's gonna be more pop.

Speaker 0

好吧,就这样。

Okay that's it.

Speaker 0

就是这样。

That is it.

Speaker 2

你过去也有过很多精彩的合作。

You've had a lot of great collaborations in the past too.

Speaker 0

是的,会有更多合作即将到来,不过主要还是我个人作品。

Yeah more collaborations collaborations coming up and yeah, mostly by myself.

Speaker 0

对,主要还是我个人作品。

Yeah, mostly by myself.

Speaker 2

所以我们还有更多新音乐正在筹备中

So we have more new music on the way that is

Speaker 0

是的,超过10首歌,超过10首。

Yeah, over 10 songs, over 10 songs.

Speaker 2

太棒了。

That's amazing.

Speaker 2

它们会以专辑形式发布吗?

Will they come in an album?

Speaker 2

会以EP形式发布吗?

Will they come in an EP?

Speaker 2

它们会分散发布吗?

Will they come scattered?

Speaker 2

你有计划吗?

Do you have a plan?

Speaker 2

你在想什么?

What are you thinking?

Speaker 0

我的第二张专辑

My second album.

Speaker 0

我想这应该是我的第一张牌专辑。

It's gonna be I think it's my first album, like full full album.

Speaker 2

酷。

Cool.

Speaker 2

因为镜子,你怎么看待镜子?

Because mirrors how do you view mirrors?

Speaker 0

我怎么看待镜子?

How do I view mirrors?

Speaker 0

意思是

Mean Is

Speaker 2

那是一张专辑还是说它可以是任何东西?

that an album or it could be anything really?

Speaker 0

我会说它更像是一张加长版的EP。

It's like a I would say it's like a long EP.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

它就像是

It's like a

Speaker 3

长的

long

Speaker 0

EP。

EP.

Speaker 0

而且里面有些歌曲包含了很多旋律。

And then I had some songs with a lot of melodies inside it too.

Speaker 0

所以可以说这是一个进化的过程。

So it's like a process of evolution, I would say.

Speaker 3

过去几个月在家过得怎么样?

How's life been at home the past few months?

Speaker 3

你完成了很多工作吗?

Have you been getting a lot of work done?

Speaker 3

你有休息时间吗?

Have you been taking any downtime?

Speaker 3

比如,你最近在忙些什么?

Like, what have been up to?

Speaker 0

我就是一直在录音和拍摄。

I'm just recording and just shooting.

Speaker 0

一个半月前,我从韩国首尔回到上海,然后被隔离在一个房间里整整十四天,完全独自一人。

And a month and a half ago, I came back to Shanghai, I mean yeah Shanghai from Korea, from Seoul and I was quarantined in a room for fourteen days straight no with nobody, with nobody just myself.

Speaker 0

医生和护士每天会来两次给我测体温。

Doctors and nurse comes like twice a day just to check my temperature.

Speaker 0

他们会给我提供特定的三餐。

I get like specific meals, three specific meals that they give me.

Speaker 0

在那段隔离的日子里,我真正有了反思和思考的时间,因为感觉过去四五年我一直在冲刺。

And during that quarantine days, just had, you know, I really had this time to reflect on myself and to think, to think because I feel like for the past four or five years, I've always been sprinting.

Speaker 0

我感觉自己一直在冲刺,甚至不知道方向,虽然知道目标却看不清身边的事物——看不见上方、下方,看不见谁在与我同行,也看不清周围的环境。

I feel that way, I've always been sprinting, don't even know what direction, I know where I'm going but I can't see what's beside me, I can't see what's above me, underneath me, who's running with me, the surroundings, the environment.

Speaker 0

很多事物我都无法看清。

I just couldn't see a lot of stuff.

Speaker 0

我就是这样的感觉。

I felt that way.

Speaker 0

在隔离期间有那么一刻,让我有机会反思了很多事情。

And then it was a moment in the quarantine days that got me, that gave me this opportunity to reflect on a lot of stuff.

Speaker 2

你最大的收获是什么?

What did you learn the most?

Speaker 2

什么最触动你?

What hit you the most?

Speaker 0

这不是最大的收获。

It's not learned the most.

Speaker 0

更像是...我突然意识到一件事让我很触动,这些年我一直在冲刺奔跑,不是我不在乎,而是我往往看不清身边的人。当我看到家人的举动和行为方式时,这些都在提醒我他们正在老去。不是说我觉得难过,而是我真的想多陪陪他们。

It's like, I just feel like, oh, one thing that got me like kinda emotional was because I've been always sprinting for the past years, I tend to it's not like I don't care, I tend to not be able to see very clear that who's next to me and then I've been like my family, know, like my family, moments that I see like through their actions or even like the way they act that I, it kind of, it reminds, it tells me that, oh, they're aging, you know, need to, it's not like I feel bad, it's just that I really wanna spend more time with them.

Speaker 0

这种感受特别强烈,因为我觉得不只是我们这个行业,各行各业的人都在为理想拼命奋斗。有时候因为太忙太投入,反而会看不清身边的人和事。

It got me feeling that way because I feel like not just in this industry, it's just like in every industry just people like you know, they're working so hard towards their goals every day and then sometimes because they're so busy and because they're so deep into it, they sometimes they can't see what's next to them like or the surroundings.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

而放慢脚步、环顾四周的机会,确实能让人豁然开朗,甚至可能改变人生轨迹。

And the opportunity to slow down and take a look could really and open your eyes really could be a game changer.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

我这次感受非常深刻。

I I I felt that very deep this this time.

Speaker 2

王嘉尔,我发自内心地非常欣赏你。

Jackson Wang, I appreciate you very much with every fiber of my being.

Speaker 2

你是一位了不起的艺术家,非常特别。

You are an incredible artist and very special.

Speaker 2

真的非常感谢你今天抽空来看我们。

And, really, thank you for checking in with us today.

Speaker 2

I'm I'm always so happy to be here and with with you, with Ricky and of course Dan.

Speaker 2

最后让丹尼尔来说几句吧。

Well final thought goes to Daniel.

Speaker 3

你们团队在葡萄酒服装上投入很多精力吗?

Well have you been working on the Team Wine clothing a lot?

Speaker 3

我知道你的粉丝们一直很期待这个。

I know your fans have been looking forward to that.

Speaker 0

哦,我想明确说明这不是周边商品。

Oh I wanna make it very clear that it's not a merchandise.

Speaker 0

这是我人生中筹备时间最长的一个品牌,其实两年前就可以发布了,但我觉得当时还没准备好。

It's a brand that I'm preparing for the longest time in my life because I could have released it like two years ago because I felt like I wasn't ready.

Speaker 0

那时我确实没准备好。

I wasn't ready.

Speaker 0

各方面条件都不成熟。

Everything was not in place.

Speaker 0

所以后来花了很长时间才完成。

So then it took me forever.

Speaker 0

终于,它即将面世。

And finally, it's gonna come soon.

Speaker 0

很快就会和大家见面了。

It's gonna come very soon.

Speaker 0

我在这家时尚品牌中的定位是设计师兼创意总监。

And my position in this fashion in this fashion brand is a designer and a creative director.

Speaker 0

这不是以艺术家身份,而是完全不同的视角。

And it's not artist or it's like a different perspective.

Speaker 0

从企划案撰写到广告拍摄,从设计到艺术创作,所有创意环节

And wrote the treatment and shot the commercial, the design, the artwork, everything creative.

Speaker 0

都由我亲自负责,已经迫不及待想展示给大家了。

I was responsible and I can't wait to show everybody.

Speaker 2

太棒了。

That's amazing.

Speaker 2

顺便问下,你同时也是雷朋的代言人对吧?

And also you're the face of Ray Ban by the way too, right?

Speaker 2

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 2

看过那个广告。

Saw that ad.

Speaker 2

你看起来

You look

Speaker 0

非常幸运。

very blessed.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 2

我觉得你戴飞行员墨镜很好看。

You look good in those aviators, I believe.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

或者是旅行者款。

Or Wayfarers.

Speaker 2

它们叫什么来着,丹尼尔?

What are they called, Daniel?

Speaker 2

是那种粗框的吗?

The thick ones?

Speaker 2

黑色的那种?

The black ones?

Speaker 1

我知道我们都要走了,但我有个小问题。

I know we all have to go, but I have one quick question.

Speaker 1

我很好奇我们是否还会推出《西游记》专辑。

I'm curious if we're still getting the Journey to the West album.

Speaker 0

我们确实在准备,而且它即将面世,是的。

We're really preparing for it and and and it's it's coming to yeah.

Speaker 0

我是说,希望迟早能完成。

I mean, hopefully sooner or later.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我们正在准备中。

We're preparing.

Speaker 3

老兄,每次和你聊天,我都难以置信你手头有这么多事情要处理。

Man, every time we talk to you, I just can't believe how much you have going on and you're in charge of.

Speaker 3

你有服装品牌、个人项目、GOT7组合,还有电视节目。

You got the clothes, the solo project, GOT7, you got TV stuff.

Speaker 3

真不知道你是怎么同时应付这么多事的,但你都处理得很好。

Like, I don't know how you juggle it all, but you managed to do it.

Speaker 0

我只是时刻保持努力,说不定下次见面时,我就会成为这个节目的主持人了。

I mean, I'm just always working hard and maybe the next thing you know, I'll be the host of the show, this show.

Speaker 3

《王嘉尔秀》。

The Jackson Wang show.

Speaker 2

嘿,如果你想帮忙把《拜托了冰箱》引进美国市场,记得告诉我。

Hey, if you wanna help bring Go Fridge over to America, let me know.

Speaker 2

其实我是个秘密

That is I'm a secret

Speaker 0

如果你们接受我,我会成为这个节目的联合主持人。

I'll be I'll be the cohost of this show if you guys accept me.

Speaker 2

好啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

你可以成为你想当的联合主持人。

You can be the cohost you want.

Speaker 2

完全没问题。

Totally.

Speaker 2

只要你帮我搞定《拜托了冰箱》,你完全可以在我节目里当联合主持人。

If you if you help me with Go Fridge, you can totally be a co host on my show.

Speaker 2

我的节目就是你的节目。

My show is your show.

Speaker 0

我非常乐意效劳。

I'm more than happy to do it.

Speaker 0

我太乐意了。

I'm more than happy.

Speaker 3

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 3

我还有一个问题,我知道你很喜欢健身。

The one with the one one other question I had is I know you're into working out.

Speaker 3

你有在酒店房间里做居家锻炼吗?

Have you been doing like at home workouts in hotel rooms?

Speaker 3

你是怎么应对这种情况的?

Like how are handling that?

Speaker 0

我在隔离期间做了大量锻炼,因为不能离开房间。

I worked out a lot and I exercised a lot in my quarantine days because I couldn't leave the room.

Speaker 0

所以我用行李箱,用一切能用的东西来锻炼。

And so I used my suitcase, I used whatever I could to try to work out.

Speaker 0

现在住酒店时,我通常去健身房。

And then now that I'm a hotel, I usually go to the gym.

Speaker 0

我会去健身房做40到50分钟有氧运动,举重,然后吃些绿色蔬菜、沙拉和补充剂。

I go to the gym, I do my cardio forty, fifty minutes, fifty minutes and lift some weight and then take my greens, take salads, supplements.

Speaker 0

是的,我一直保持着健康的生活方式。

And yeah, I've been just staying healthy.

Speaker 2

我完全做不到那样。

I couldn't be further from that.

Speaker 2

你就是我最喜欢的'保持健康'典范。

You're my favorite Just staying healthy.

Speaker 2

丹尼尔,这是你的名字吗?

Daniel, are you in the name?

Speaker 3

没错,我是说我会用加仑壶、豆子罐头来锻炼,还会用办公椅,有什么就用什么,效果也不错。

Yeah, no, I was saying I work out with like gallon jugs, cans of beans, I use like a desk chair, you just gotta use what's around and it works.

Speaker 3

其实我挺享受这种方式的,很酷,就是要学会适应。

I've actually been enjoying it, it's cool, just kinda got to adapt.

Speaker 0

确实,有时候不一定非要去健身房,如果你真的非常非常想锻炼的话。

Yeah, sometimes you don't really have to go to the gym, sometimes if you're like, you know, really, really, if you really want it, if you really wanna work out.

Speaker 3

对啊,当你被困在室内时,锻炼对身体和心理都有好处,对皮肤好,对睡眠也好。

Yeah, and when you're stuck inside, working out is good for you physically, mentally, it's good for your skin, it's good for your sleep.

所以如果你被困在室内,不妨锻炼一下,全是好处。

So if you're stuck inside, you might as well, it's all positives.

Speaker 0

说得太好了。

That's beautiful.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

还有记得要拉伸。

And also remember to stretch.

Speaker 0

拉伸非常重要。

Stretching is very important.

Speaker 3

我得多做些拉伸。

I gotta do more of that.

Speaker 3

我得多做些拉伸。

I gotta do more of that.

Speaker 2

说到这里,Jackson Wang,我们很感谢你。

On that note, Jackson Wang, we appreciate you.

Speaker 2

谢谢你来玩。

Thanks for hanging out.

Speaker 0

非常感谢。

Thank you so much.

Speaker 0

这是我的荣幸。

My pleasure.

Speaker 2

希望很快能再见到你,朋友。

Hope to see you soon, friend.

Speaker 2

非常感谢。
